On the mic
Summary
Dave planned this ATC episode as a light reply to the recent marriage-themed spaces from NatNat and Kool, and retitled it "Single and ready to mingle." The joke backfired because almost every speaker who came up turned out to be married or in a relationship, which kept the room laughing. In the more serious stretches, Bildo Verde argued that being single and being married can both be happy, and NatNat and Trav said a good marriage is not about owning or answering to each other. Kool, Thomas The Rambl3r and ALEX DAMSKER talked about how social media and dating apps have changed dating, and ALEX DAMSKER went deep on the illusion of choice and why too many options make it harder to decide. The show had very little actual crypto talk, and it closed with Dave reflecting that partners make you better and Bildo Verde comparing relationships to Bitcoin and meme coins. All of this is discussion, not financial advice.
