Whereas the SEC regulates the securities markets, which are your stocks and your bonds. Now they've extended past into the digital assets, territory via the whole Howey test stuff. Right? And then they tried to apply the Howey test stuff in very specific ways. And this this kind of fight was going on behind the scenes all the way back during Trump's first term between the CFTC and the SEC about who was gonna have jurisdiction. And when the current administration that's in place got in power, they just gave it all to the SEC as, like, a mandate. And they were basically trying to square peg round hole everything. So this is kinda going back to its ethos and, like, what what what it should be, in terms of, you know, who has jurisdiction to actually regulate this stuff. And I think, you know, this this is a positive thing and headed in the right direction, especially with... When axing some regulations, as we're likely to see going forward as the new administration gets in place next January.

It'll be good for crypto, and it'll be a win win situation.

That's why you had exchanges that were US based exchanges for cryptocurrencies because they... They're... The the jurisdiction is derivatives markets and futures. And that, of course, was completely set back by four years and maybe a little more because it was state to state as well. You know, there's a lot of new people here even just kind of, you know, from the end of the last cycle through the bear market and now enjoying the the bull market and the start of the bull run now.
