The hosts and guests discussed a highly active day in crypto, headlined by Tether’s decision to relocate its headquarters and subsidiaries to El Salvador after securing operating licenses, citing support for renewable geothermal energy projects and alignment with a Bitcoin-friendly nation. The panel explored MicroStrategy’s continued Bitcoin accumulation, now exceeding 450,000 BTC, and debated whether such large corporate holdings are ultimately bullish for the asset despite centralization concerns. They also covered Jamie Dimon’s repeated criticism of Bitcoin, state-level Bitcoin reserve proposals in New Hampshire and North Dakota, Coinbase’s significant legal victory against the SEC in circuit court, MoonPay’s acquisition of HelioPay to consolidate fiat on-ramps, and upcoming FTX creditor repayments. The conversation closed with an update on the development of the AI agent Junie, including her new singing capabilities and API integrations for deeper market insights. All of this is discussion, not financial advice.

[0:04:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go.
[0:04:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: LG, I didn't forget about you, bro. I promise you, man. I just been cooking with Judy in the background, but you're gonna see what what we got. I hope it's gonna help you.
[0:04:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Woo. Everybody, welcome. Gamer, I see you coming up right up. What's good, guys? Welcome, everybody. Happy Monday. Hope everybody had a good weekend. Welcome to ATC, all things crypto, aka all things cooking. It's a busy day today in crypto, man. There was some wild, wild news cooking, man. Today, we're
[0:05:05] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: gonna
[0:05:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: be talking everything. Tether relocating to El Salvador, which was wild. Trump news inauguration is right around the corner. There has been some crazy... I've been seeing some wild shit on my timeline, man, for sure for sure. But, yeah, let's kick things up. Cool. What's good, bro? How are we doing, my man?
[0:05:26] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah, man. Happy Monday, everyone. Happy Monday, you know, Dandy alpha Dave. Yeah, man. It's been a... I don't know. It's been a good week. I can't... Like I said, I can't I can't complain. Markets have weighed whatever, but we're We still here. So every day, we here.
[0:05:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's it, baby. Grinding, grinding, grinding. Landy, what is good, my brother? What's good? What's cooking? I'm seeing a nice little little BTC pump right now, a little mini pump. What's good?
[0:05:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, brother. People are fading support, and they're paying for it now, brother. It's almost like they should have paid attention to what some guy named Landy was saying on the timeline. Man, I caught some shit. I caught some shit from some OGs that I know. They were like, bro, it's going to go to 80 by Monday. And I was like, what? I was like, it's gotta get through support. Eighty eight seven hundred to 92 k is the support zone. Intermediate area is gonna be around 89 to $90,000 if you split the difference there. And what did it do? It went to $89,000, front ran the bottom side of that support at $88.07, and bounced the freaking hell out of there. And I'm in the process of saying on... Underneath my video where I about this particular scenario, did you fade the support add on with a little chart describing what what I had said in the video.
[0:06:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: So talk your shit, Landy.
[0:06:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah, bro. Look, dude. I've been doing this so long that when people that I know get into my DMs and fade me, like, bro, yo, you gotta see the confirmation. If you don't get the confirmation, don't front run what you want to see. It will get you wrecked. And what I will say to their credit, they are great people, and they did message me and go, man, you're right. I had to exit that that that breakdown short position. I was like, bro, the short position was at the resistance overhead at one zero two, bro. Like, I don't know what you were doing. You got in your own head. They know better, and they're good people. So they they did hit me up and say, like, yo. That was a good call. So I'm I'm I'm happy. I gotta do a little bit of flexing every once in a while because when I get that much pushback, I gotta flex my muscles a little bit on the TA side of things because I did get some pretty good pushback in the DMs. It was kinda funny.
[0:07:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. Listen, bro. Is... Like, especially if the folks that are getting at you in the DMs are being like, what the hell? What's going on? What's going on? And you tell them something, and they don't listen. It's like, look. Hey. Fade at your own peril. Right? Like, I've just been doing this every fucking day for the last, I don't know, however many years. So, yeah, you're called. Like, you know, you wanna see... That's the other thing too. Right? It's confirmation bias. Like, people think they're like, oh my god. It went to 90. That means that it's on its way to 80, so I must be right. And it's just like, Like, you ain't paying attention to nothing else, but literally the little voice in your head that's telling you, like, no. No. This is it. You're doing the right thing. You're doing the right thing. It's just like, bro, you emotional, man. You better get that emotion out of there. That's crazy. But good shit, Landy. I appreciate you, bro. Gamer, what is good, my brother? Welcome.
[0:08:45] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yo. What's up, everybody? Dave, cool, Landy, usual suspects. It's a beautiful day in the Bay Area, lightly cloudy, and, you know, some pretty good blues out here in the sky. And, yeah, it's been definitely lively in the crypto markets. Not gonna lie. You know? Kinda, you know, irritated that Landy's calling me out on the live show for sliding into his DMs and harassing harassing him about stuff.
[0:09:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No.
[0:09:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: It was not alpha gamer, by the way.
[0:09:28] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. I'm just joking. But, man, I'm glad I woke up a little early this morning to protect my positions because, yeah, I still have my 20 x long, but it was close. But like Landy is saying, this is why TA matters. When when we can look at the charts and we can determine where is solid support and resistance levels, and we can make moves based on our knowledge. Right? That's the difference. If you don't have that knowledge, Right? You're just shooting into the wind, basically. You know, you're rolling the dice, essentially. Because, yeah, I I had mine set. I was actually a little lower. I was actually at 87 k. But, you know, as we were... You know, as that knife was falling, you know, to eight... Once we cracked 90, that worked. Right? Then we hit 89, and then that's when I kinda... You know, I might I might, you know, added my to my position there to, you know, protect myself doing good risk management, and I'm still in the trade. You know? So, again... Oh, wow. You just cut me off. Yeah. Thanks. Again, this is why all that stuff matters. And, yeah, I'm still... I'm happy because, like I said, I added Mike to my positions. So I'm I'm even more up today. So Yeah. Yeah.
[0:11:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Life is good. Good stuff, man. Good stuff. Good stuff. Guys, we got a ton of news that we that we... Like, I mean, just looking at the timeline, there is so much shit that that was crossed the timeline today. Like, I've just been obviously cooking with Junie shit in the background. Obviously, still cooking over there. I I love seeing, like, the opposite. Like, these jeeters really give me the... Like, they give me every opportunity to just, like, continue to, like, load up, load up, load up. But I'll I'll just say this before we get started. Like, if you're gonna bet on somebody and you're... If you're building something out here and you're gonna bet on somebody, bet on yourself. Right? Like, if you know your work ethic, you know who you're partnering with, you see what's going on, like, that's your own insider information. Right? Like, you see firsthand what you have cooking. Right? If you have something cooking, like, bet on you. I thought to myself, I'm saying to myself, am I allocating too much to, like, this this this uni shit? And I'm just saying to myself, what the fuck else am I gonna put this money towards right now? I'm gonna go break my head, go do some research, everything else. This is where I'm spending my time and what I'm doing. I'm betting on me. That's what I'm betting on right now. That's it. That's what I'm doing. And, eventually, to let people see, like, the product will speak for itself. Right? But, I can't tell you how much stuff we had. Like, the progress we've made, like, I mean, like, crazy. I brought on another dev. I decided, like, that's it. This is time. We gotta start opening up the checkbook a little bit. We gotta... We we gotta bring some we gotta bring some additional people on, and we...
[0:12:28] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh oh, Dave. By the way by the way, Dave, can you let Julie know the next time you do an update that I did buy a bag and I'm supporting her? Just just let her know that.
[0:12:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: I will absolutely 100% tell her for sure. For sure. And I'm sure she appreciates you, gamer. Thank you very much. Alright. Let's jump into the stories for today, guys, because, like, there's no shortage of of news today, whether it's everything from Trump. But the big story I saw today was Tether relocating to El Salvador. So the company behind the world's largest stablecoin, USDT, has announced its decision to relocate its headquarters and subsidiaries to El Salvador after securing an operating license in the country. This comes after Tether obtained its second Salvadorian digital asset service provider license in 2025. So you ask yourself, why El Salvador? Like, what like, what is the deal? They mentioned that it acquired a license to operate as a digital asset service provider and stablecoin issuer in Latin America. Why? They're gonna support renewable energy... And this is what we talked... If you guys remember, remember when Kuhl was saying, the fuck do we know about running a country? Like, we're gonna sit here and literally look at naive as if, like, we're gonna pretend as if we know what the hell we're talking about. Crazy. They... Their Tethr now relooking. Now mind you, this is the one company that made more money than BlackRock last year. Okay? Keep that in mind. Tether is the one company that made more money than BlackRock last year. They have money coming out the ass. They announced plans to support renewable energy initiatives in El Salvador, including geothermal energy projects powered by the country's volcanoes. That's gonna enhance the nation's energy infrastructure, ensure sustainable crypto mining. And they also publicly supported the president, obviously, naive in his initiative, sharing messages on social media, encouraging investment and residency in the country. All I'll say is naive for fucking World Bank, World Economic Forum. I don't give a fuck, man. Like, get naive out here. This dude knows exactly what is going on. And I think, genuinely, what we're seeing happening now is these South American countries when you look at Argentina and Mille. Like... And all these new leaders that are just like, fuck this. This is literally a cleansing of all the bullshit now that we've been seeing, and this is what crypto was genuinely meant to do, but I love this. I love this. This is an absolute g of a move. I see it so positively from so many different angles. Cool. You loving this as much as me? Yeah. Yeah. The... I think
[0:14:56] Kool @koolcryptovc: the the reason why I like it because we all know El Salvador is is is a hub for for crypto now and having a president actually on your side, man. I see big ally to have. USDT has been to Tether. They've been attacked by you... By governments here and there, but having an ally like El Salvador, I I I think it's it's a good move, man. And like I said, I think it's it's just a play to to to get themselves in a position of of one of the most bullish countries and presidents for for crypto. So... But I'm pretty sure the attacks won't stop, though. I think the US government wants USDC to be the number one, but USDC is just so large, man. They they they have so so much money. But I I like this move, man. I can't I can't hate on it, man. I mean, definitely, every move that this dude has done, Bukele has done has been has been good. I mean, basically, the dude's been killing them. I mean, I think they they bought more Bitcoin recently again. For a small country, they've made a loud noise, man, on the global stage, man. So this this is good, definitely, for both sides.
[0:16:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Facts, man. Yeah. And and don't forget, like, they're... Like, the benefits here on both sides are absolutely crazy. You now have this multibillion dollar, like, organization that's coming into your country that is going to invest in your infrastructure. You provide them with some tax breaks. Right? You lighten up this regulation. You make it easy for them to do business because they're in the same damn business as your biggest national investment. Like, that just makes logical fucking sense. Right? It just does. Landy, how are feeling about this news?
[0:16:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. So I have a bit of a different take on this. See, I think that Paolo is looking to get property in El Zante, and it's a really tough market over there to get into. So he was like, you know what? You know what we gotta do? We have to go to, Naib, and we have to make a proposition to, headquarter there and help them with geothermal mining and facilitating crypto here in the space, and maybe he'll pull some strings so that I can get into Alzante.
[0:17:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: If you're not familiar with that, by the way, that is the hot spot. But, yes, now it is... This is one of the one of the surprising deals that I think was kind of inevitable for them to go to a crypto friendly nation that has adopted Bitcoin. Right? And if it wasn't there, would it have been here in The US is is kinda my question. So this is a big get. Right? Like... And I know that there's a lot of people out there that don't like Tethr. They don't like how they operate. They don't like what's gonna... I... And there's even people predicting that they are going to go away in a big way. I just don't see that happening at this point. They're too big. And and, yes, the whole too big to fail narrative, yada yada yada, I don't think it's a too big to fail narrative. I think they're too entrenched in the industry to go away at any point in the near future, at least, until we have some sort of CBDC that's gonna be pegged to everything.
[0:18:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Agreed, bro. Like, look. Like, I I mean... Yeah. I don't know. Like, I I see this... So wait. So when you say, like like, you you have a little bit of a different take, you're saying, they saw an opportunity. Like, you think they're exploiting something? Like... But doesn't this mutually benefit both?
[0:18:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, no. No. It's a mutually beneficial relationship in a country that's already adopting, you know, Bitcoin. Right? So it it... This is the most, you know, adoption that we've seen from a country for for Bitcoin at this point. And I think that it's a mutually beneficial situation for them to go into and support, and it's it ends up working out. Well, you know, that's what mutually beneficial is. It works out for both sides. And I believe that, from a base of operations there, they can help to not just help out the country, but then they can help to push that policy throughout South America. Because if they can take over that, it it has political implications that can spill over into the rest of the world. Right? And it's a good base of operations to push forward some of the some of the policy that they'd like to see within the industry, in terms of being more crypto friendly. So I think this is this is a a good move, quite frankly. There's But always gotta be something on the other side. Right? So they... There's something in it for them, and we don't and we don't entirely know what that is just yet, but I'm sure that more details will come out soon. But I think it's exciting, so I'm I'm all for it.
[0:19:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Yeah. Good stuff. Gamer, chime in, bro.
[0:19:53] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. So I agree with you guys, but, also, I wanna throw some some added data onto this. I... What I think this has to do with is the MICA regulations on stablecoins. So the European Union has not been friendly to Tethr. They haven't been friendly to Tethr. They've been downright hostile, pretty much, to, you know, to to Tethr. And now that... I can't remember the the actual date, but I do know that the MICA... I believe it was now, like, 01/01/2025. Like, all the MICA regulations are in full effect, including stablecoins, which is Tether. So this actually doesn't surprise me at all that they have already made moves to ensure, you know, that their company or business is gonna, you know, thrive in in no matter what environment they're in. So I think it has to do with that. The fact that they're like, alright. The EU is not treating us kindly. They're not nice to us. And, also, part of that... I think part of that MICA regulation, they mandated they have to have one to one, like, liquid reserves. Meaning that, you know, if the market cap of Tether is, what, a 100 and... I don't know what it is now, 50,000,000,000 or whatever it is, then they supposed to have that in liquid one to one. Right? So there's... There is a bunch of restrictions and all kinds of stuff that they're trying to throw at them. And they're like, you know what? We don't have to put up with any of this shit. We could simply go to El Salvador where, you know, they're obviously Bitcoin friendly. You know? And they don't have to worry about all those headaches. You know? They're they're gonna be compliant. You know, I'm pretty sure Michele is gonna welcome them with open arms, right, when they bring in all that money and and develop the area. You know? Not to mention probably all the jobs it's gonna create, you know, under that umbrella. Yeah. You know what? I I see this as as a win for for the industry, actually, because for the longest time, Tether FUD. Right? And if you don't know what I'm talking about, then you're you're new. You you haven't been here long enough. But, essentially, since I've been here going on nine years now, Tether FUD, it has just been like the China FUD, just like the Mt. Gox FUD. I mean, you name it. Right? Tether has always been thrown at the markets as as a form of, you know, trying to drive down the markets. Oh, Tether is gonna, you know, depay. It's gonna, you know, it's gonna go to zero. Right? They've always thrown that at us. But I see this as really good news. Essentially... Yeah. Because remember, I think it's, like, 15% of Tethr's profits goes back into Bitcoin. That's a big thing that a lot of people don't... Or they just don't know either is part of their portfolio is actually allocating a big chunk of that, you know, market cap to Bitcoin. So they hold a big chunk of Bitcoin. They hold a big chunk of treasuries. Right? So then if the US government's not gonna go after them because they're... Who's gonna buy all their debt? Tether will, right, for for their backing. So this move to El Salvador, really is like a like a... It's a chess move. Right? They're they're basically playing a chess move where they're getting out of the EU to a place where some... You know, an environment that's gonna end... Like, welcome them and not, you know, tell them to get the hell out. And Tethr's gonna thrive here. Like you said, they make more money than BlackRock, and and they only have, like, a 100 employees where BlackRock has thousands of employees. So, you know, yeah, overall, I... I'd say this is this is a good move.
[0:23:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good stuff, bro. Yeah. I'm with you, man. And and I I I love the clarification on the Tether FUD. That was, like, if y'all remember, like, that was all New York bullshit politics, right, where they were like, open up the books and this and that. And now look at them. If I... Where are they rolling out? RLUSD. Yeah. I fucking... Yeah. Cool. Like, it is what it is. But, yeah, I appreciate that clarification, bro. Like, really, really good insight, man. Thank you. Guys, Michael Taylor bought more fucking Bitcoin today. Another 2,300 plus or today... Between today and yesterday buying the dip. I have a question. Like, he's... They now have... MicroStrategy now has over 450,000 Bitcoin. Is this getting a little out of hand now? Like like, do we... Because it's in the beginning. Was like, yeah. Michael Sailor. Michael Sailor. Like, he's he's like, I'll continue to buy the top. But is there a point now where we're saying to ourselves, like, do I want MicroStrategy holding this many? Is this a good thing for the overall market? Do we like this? Cool. Where are you at with Michael Saylor continuing to literally buy as much fucking Bitcoin as as possible? He bought another $23,040,000,000 dollars worth again.
[0:24:58] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. They they treating this like gold now. Right? They're not they're not they're not buy... They don't they don't buy gold to sell gold. They buy gold to just keep holding it, and it makes your your your company more more... It gives you more value. But you guys have to realize, man, like, we're not on the same level as these people now. I mean, they're maybe back in the day when Bitcoin was, like, a $100, maybe $50, maybe 1,000, maybe 5,000. Yeah. Bitcoin is gone now. We're not on the same level. The the buyers of Bitcoin now are different. Different types of buyers now. This this this guy is not gonna stop buying, which is... I'm not seeing this. I think, to me, it's good because what what it does is it it... You know, it's my own speech. I wish Ethereum had its own microcellar. I wish Solana has its own microcellar because what what this does is it it it it gives trust to to that project or that that assets. But I... To me, this is good. I mean, it's not gonna stop. He's not gonna stop buying. But the more the more he holds, the more value he gives to his company. I mean, you think about think about these shareholders for his stock right now. They are celebrating. Of course, he was a villain for a while because, Bitcoin was down, but he's he's being celebrated. I mean, right now, he's celebrity, bro. He is. I mean, he's not, he's not a regular guy. You guys have to understand. Michael Sale is not a reg... Regular guy anymore. I saw him at at the conference in Tennessee, and there were over 80 people in line. Let's take a picture with them. 80. This guy hosts yachts parties now. They... I I... There there there was a picture of when Bitcoin broke all time high, like, April before the advent. There was a picture of him on on the yacht of of Jeff Bezos, man, the founder of of of Amazon. This guy is not normal anymore, man. So I don't... I mean, it's cool to to to to watch him buy cool cool, but you're not on the same level, Michael Taylor and his and his friends, man. So what the the good thing about this stuff is it just gives it just gives any... Everyone more confidence. By the same time, I know people are worried. You know, he owes most of our Bitcoin. He needs to be decentralized. Honestly, man, to be honest with you guys, I I would say you do want some centralization in your asset because of the price go up. The numbers go up a lot higher, especially at these levels that Bitcoin is already over... Probably almost a $2,000,000,000,000 dollar asset now. We... Us as retail, we can't move it to the points that we we want it to be. So we need these people in there. So I'm I'm fine with it, man. Even though, of course, it it kills the whole decentralization stuff, but it's what it is, man. We can't stop them from buying. Why am I am I am I gonna call? Hey. Hey. Hey. Sell... Hey. Hey. Stop buying Bitcoin, bro. Come on. We can't stop them from buying. It's gonna just keep going. It's it's not gonna stop. Yeah. It's not
[0:28:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't think so either. Sales... When I see when I see sales... I also saw some crazy shit that he was talking about being like, yeah. Like, if I die, then, like, that's it. That's that's Bitcoin that's out of circulation. And I was like, wait. If you die, I don't know how that shit work. Like, I genuinely have no idea how that works. Like, is bit... Is... Does the... Is the Bitcoin held by MicroStrategy? So if Sailor dies, like, the Bitcoin doesn't die with it? Like, I don't... It's not personal. Right? Like, this is... Like, he's a public company. So I I gotta do a little more research. I don't know if you guys have any insight. But, Landy, how do you feel about Michael Sailor holding...
[0:28:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. No, Dave. They're they're separate. They're two separate things.
[0:28:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Agreed. Come on. But why would he say some crazy shit like that on CNBC? And I was just like
[0:28:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: because because he... Because... No. Because he... He's speaking about personal holdings? So this... Yes. He's speaking about his personal That's fair. That's fair. That's fair. So his... Yeah. His personal holdings, he can do whatever he wants with. Right? And that's where people got all like, what? What are you gonna do with my... No. Microstrategy is fine. He's not gonna burn those keys or whatever. He's talking about his personal holdings that when he dies, he'll he'll donate that to
[0:29:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Gamer GamerOps.
[0:29:15] Kool @koolcryptovc: To the Bitcoin community.
[0:29:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Susceptible to to to the media spin, bro. You know what mean? I I see a headline. It is literally
[0:29:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I I can tell. I I can tell you you you fell for their job.
[0:29:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Me, bro. They got me. Lindy, chime in, bro. What do you think about my strategy?
[0:29:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: So so there's actually... This is this is an interesting thing that you brought up. Two two interesting points here, and and even to kinda dovetail into what Alpha Gamer just said. Yes. The the coins that he personally holds, no one's getting their hands on that. Right? But you have to remember that he's a majority shareholder with a lot of voting power. And when he, passes that down in trust and maybe he locks it in trust so that they can't be exercised, And maybe you can't aggregate enough votes, and, like, you can actually have those continue to vote a certain way, via the the the executor of the trust. Right? So they could keep voting not to freaking take it off the balance sheet in perpetuity because they're following through with what the trust says. But, you know, there's a there's a million different ways in which that could be interpreted, but, you know, he's he's not gonna be controlling after he's gone. And, also, it brings up the other question of... He said if I die, is he planning to live forever? Like like, and if... What the hell are you? What do you got going on, bro? Like, let me in on this. But no. Look. I'm not concerned.
[0:30:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, you don't you don't know about that, Landy? Once you reach a certain point of Bitcoin, you you can become immortal? Just like Pizza Pets?
[0:30:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh my
[0:30:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: god. Pizza Pet immortality via Bitcoin, baby. Let's fucking go.
[0:30:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh my god. That's kind of amazing. That's a good pull. Look, man. When it comes to the fear of how much that they are accumulating, you know, I think we talked about this not too long ago. You know, just with Michael Saylor in general and Bitcoin in general, you know, I've said this before, and I... It it... We gotta say it again. I gotta say it again because I just love it. What what do we... What is the saying? It is first they ignore you, then they make fun of you, then they fight you, then you win. And we're still in the fight you phase. Right? But he's he's partying like he wants because he knows the outcome. Right? And look, The... I don't see the risk that everyone else sees because it gives them... Every time they put Bitcoin on the balance sheet, it gives them more and more and more leverage because those bondholders are holding convertible bonds. There's nothing leveraged against the Bitcoin itself. And even if Bitcoin falls and the company stock falls and everything else falls, you know Bitcoin's not going anywhere, especially if it gets put in the in the treasury. Right? It's not going anywhere. So what would you rather do? Would you rather try to force a vote and and and meanwhile, they still have other financial tools at their disposal where they can just go and get more loans? There's all kinds of other ways that they could leverage what they have. Right? They could borrow against. They could do all kinds of stuff. They could rehypothecate, yada yada yada, right, down the line. But let's say it got so bad that it's like they're taking a vote and they're and they're and they're voting to sell. They're crazy. You'd rather convert. You'd wanna convert the the... That rate to shares and and get a piece of it on the low because Bitcoin ain't going nowhere. And then this is barely getting started. This is just the very beginning of its adoption stage. So this is... I mean, I I I... I'll be honest with you. I kinda have this weird micro strategy is gonna be, like, the... Become the the overlord of the world, like, the world's largest company. You know how we we talk about all the companies that own each other, they're just giant conglomerates and just one big giant conglomerate because they all own each other, BlackRock, Fidelity, State Street, yada yada yada. Right? Well, what if MicroStrategy supersedes all of them and buys them all and then just starts to take over and eat the world. And it's not a Bitcoin world. It wasn't Bitcoin that took over the world. It was MicroStrategy using Bitcoin that took over the world, and they got little drones that fly around. They're orange, and they're telling you to get on the blockchain and submit your ID, wait for the three confirmations before you can walk into this store. Like...
[0:33:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Landy's been out here too long. We gotta bring Landy out from the cold.
[0:33:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: And everyone has a
[0:33:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: piece of
[0:33:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: Everyone has a piece of it. Yeah.
[0:33:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: You get a complimentary... It's like, remember that fucking... Remember that video, like, during COVID where where the the mayor of New York was like, Vinny DiBlasio DiBlasio was like, yeah. Listen, guys. You can get this burger if you get the shot. It's like, you can get this pizza pet if you go get some Bitcoin. It's like, what?
[0:34:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: The fuck are you
[0:34:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: talking about?
[0:34:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm not gonna lie. You know, that would have been a much better incentive, to be honest with you.
[0:34:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Seriously. Seriously. You should've been giving up free fucking Bitcoin. But quick little reset. What's up, everybody? I see y'all. Niffy, what's good? Matasco Viper., what's good, my boy? I hope everything is good. Dee, I see you. What up? Dread was cooking the stars. Guys, Jamie Diamond on the same tip. Jamie Diamond is back at it again. This this golden slipper motherfucker. I call him that because somebody literally told me that they saw Jamie Diamond getting out of a Rolls Royce one time and his driver literally laying out, like, literally gold, like, slippers for him to walk into some, like, social club. And I was like, are you fucking kidding me right now? That's crazy. Think about this. Jamie Dimon says, Bitcoin, nah. I'm still against it. It's got no intrinsic value. I don't like it. And you're like, what the fuck? He's like, it's like smoking. Just because it's legal doesn't mean that it's good for you. What the hell? Jamie Diamond, like, stop. This is the guy that literally called him Satoshi. You know Satoshi? And we were like, who? What the... What is Jamie Diamond on? I don't understand. Like, is there, like, is there any hope for Jamie Diamond and, like, this whole Bitcoin thing, or are we just never... Is he never gonna see eye to eye with the Bitcoin community gamer?
[0:35:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, man. There's a lot to unpack with this one. So this is... Oh, man. I'm trying to remember from my philosophy courses. Is this the straw man argument? Oh, man. I can't remember. I think it... Oh, shoot. Well, anyways, you know, this is one of those things where they say one thing but do the opposite. And, you know, Jamie... Jake, he's notorious for this. Right? Seriously. He... So this is a move... This is a really old trad five move of of, you know, saying that this is not good for you. Meanwhile, they're reaching back and, you know, scooping up bags of it as the price goes lower and lower. Yeah. This is nothing new. Right? This... He's up to the same old, you know, snake, you know, snake ass, you know, stuff. And this and this is why you just gotta look at their portfolio. You know? You can say whatever you want, but I'm gonna follow your actions. Right? I'm gonna follow your wallet. And whatever your money is telling me, that's what you're doing. So you can say whatever you want, but just follow the money. Right? That... That's the other old saying. Right? Follow the money. And that'll probably solve a lot of answers. The... Another... You know, who else said this kind of stuff too was, you know, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger, Berkshire Hathaway. Right? They they called Bitcoin rat poison until people found out that mister Warren Buffett invested a billion dollars into the largest bank in Brazil called NewBank, and they just happened to be one of the largest Bitcoin banks in Brazil. So at the same time, literally, same time that Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger are sitting up there on their high horse... Oh, rest in peace, Charlie Munger. You know, saying that Bitcoin's rat poison, they literally invested a billion dollars into a Bitcoin bank. And and I think he just sold some of that actually recently and pulled profits and made a lot of money. So, again, you know, it it doesn't matter what someone says. It's their action.
[0:37:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Facts. Cool. You wanna sound off on Jamie Diamond, or is it not even worth the time?
[0:37:52] Kool @koolcryptovc: So so they they they lost their power. They lost... Power is is is is diluted now. Nobody cares about what these people say anymore. It's already... It's just one of those things that that I think over time when you've cried wolf so much, I mean, you lose your power. The... I was trying to find a video. I couldn't find it, man. The... There's a old old... I love this video. I wish I could show everyone that that I know on this Earth to see how how they don't want you to make money. They want you to be poor. It's a video with I can't remember his name, with this old Fox News host.
[0:38:34] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, I know what you're talking about. Tikka on the chalkboard Yes. Or the whiteboard.
[0:38:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yes. On the whiteboard. Yeah. It's a video. I I I... I'm driving. I can't I can't get it, but I wish I could get that video. If anyone can, please put it in the comment section or or print it up. It's a video with the ex Fox News host. I believe the guy with the gray hair, I
[0:38:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: can't remember his name either.
[0:38:56] Kool @koolcryptovc: But they were talking about how, you know, this same Jimmy Diamond was telling people that he'll he'll fire them if if they if they touch Bitcoin while he was short in this shit. And this is, like, six, seven, eight years ago. This is when Bitcoin is still very, early. But these people are the worst of the worst where they don't want you to be rich. They would tell you to... That they... Something's a scam while they're buying it. And when they... And when and when they're selling it, they'll tell you it's the best asset to own. But... Yeah, man. But I'm not I'm not... I'm I'm not... I'm tired of these people. To me, they're old news now because you have the pre... The upcoming president of the most powerful, the richest country in the world bullish bullish on crypto. I'm not saying that, okay. He he loves it, but they're gonna make money, so he's he's for it. His sons are in crypto. His wife is in crypto. His cabinets are in crypto. So they've lost their power. You have the the the the, I call them the the most powerful con... Of the... Oh, sorry. The third most powerful company in the world, which is BlackRock. They they manage more money than any, probably, any country on the on the fucking planet, man. That's BlackRock. They're buying this shit. They're holding it. So you have... Even as of today, this same Jimmy Diamond, man, his bank is actually indirectly buying the the ETF, Bitcoin ETF. So I don't understand. I don't get it, man. Like... And, of course, they always come out with a statement when when Bitcoin is down. That's always always... So to me, they've lost their power because it doesn't it doesn't hold the weight that it used to hold years ago. So I don't to be honest with you, I do not... I don't even like giving giving these people people a mic anymore. I don't like giving... Because that doesn't make any sense. I'm like, why are you giving Peter Shipp a mic or Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy Diamond? These are old. This old news, man. Old news. These people are older. They're pushing 80. Like, nobody... No one cares about what they say when it comes to crypto. I'm not saying they're not smart. I'm just saying when it comes to crypto, they lost their power because you have countries now jumping in and presidents jumping in. Yeah. The Russian... Bro, the Russian president is talking about crypto. Bro, like, I don't... I... Who who would I listen to? Jimmy Diamond or or Putin? Come on, man. So I'm like, I I I don't even know why we even give these people a mic. And, of course, I mean, no no no worries. I mean, I I get it. It... It's it's good for entertainment, but, honestly, they've lost that influence they've had for years over over over crypto in my opinion.
[0:41:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It's it's gonna be interesting. Lynn, do you wanna start off on this at all?
[0:41:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, yeah. I just have one thing to say. When Jamie Dimon flips and says, hey, everybody. I've seen the light. Go buy Bitcoin. It's amazing. It's gonna change the world, the top is in.
[0:41:58] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yo. Sell everything. 100%.
[0:42:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. When Jamie Diamond is the... Is essentially, like, your guy that's literally championing the cause and championing your bags,
[0:42:08] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. That's when you know top signal, go, run.
[0:42:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, man. Crazy. But let's let's let's let's kinda... Let let... Let's stay on kind of the same, like, kind of the same line here. As I'm looking at, like, different states now, I'm also seeing more and more news that, like, different states around The United States. Like, today was New Hampshire and North Dakota were some of the latest states to pro... To propose Bitcoin asset reserves. Right? Like, that is big. You obviously saw sin... Senator Cynthia Lumis that was doing this, you know, in her home state in... Was it Wyoming? Am I making that up? Why... Not Wyoming. Wyoming. Yeah. Jacksonville. Yeah. In Wyoming. Cynthia... I don't know why it just escaped me. But, yeah, now you see New Hampshire, North Dakota, and I saw a really telling... I watched a really telling video today that that talked about how... And and I'm gonna make this parallel, so just bear with me for a second. But during about a year or two years ago, I think it was, there was a massive, like, hurricane that smashed Miami down in Florida. Right? And all the pundits were like, oh, it's gonna take us around, like, a year or two years to rebuild this specific causeway or this bridgeway. Ron DeSantis came in and was like, what the fuck do we need to do? How do we need to get this done? And let's get it done. And he had this thing rebuilt in literally two months. The point of that and the correlation here is when you let states decide what they want to do with themselves, that's what The United States is. The federal government should not be dictating policy, like general overall policy, unless there's something... Unless states are
[0:43:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Sorry about that. I got a phone call. But, like, federal government should not be involved in this at all. I love this New Hampshire, North Dakota news. I wanna see more and more states start applying for these different, like, Bitcoin reserves. Cool. Cool. How are you feeling about this? You liking this?
[0:43:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Can y'all hear me? Yes.
[0:44:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, I I I can hear you.
[0:44:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Cool. Sorry. I I got a phone call. I was just asking, cool. How do you... What do you think about the New Hampshire, North Dakota stuff when like, are are are we for, like, this whole... Let the states kinda govern themselves at this point. And I think that would be massively bullish for Bitcoin because I think at the state level, like, states that actually have their eyes open are actually seeing this for what, like, what the hell it is, and they're genuinely trying to actually, like, get on board. And you've had the federal government and the Biden administration doing this crazy wild shit for the last however many, like, fucking four years. You guys like like, cool. You liking this whole, like, let the states kinda do the do their own thing and...
[0:44:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: Oh, no. No. This is this is by design, by the way. This is by design. I... As you guys know, I follow news outside the the crypto markets. This is by design a 100%. The best ways to pass a policy in The US or a lot of countries... I'll I'll just speak for The US, is to go through the state level, and that's how you get this done. I studied what happens to the marijuana industry. Same thing. The US government does like marijuana or maybe back then, they didn't like marijuana. They didn't like guns. Just so they try to kill that... Those industries too. And what... And and they struggled for a long time to thrive in these companies. So what they did was they said, look. We can't get laws passed on the federal level. Let's go to states, and that's how they got stuff done. And I think this this... I'm I'm just speculating, but in in my brain, I'm thinking this is probably a a reaction from the lobbying group for crypto. They've they've they've seen that, look. We need to get these things done, but let's go to the states. And and it's it's... States will adopt crypto policies faster than federal. The... Eventually, federal would will come along and and and jump on board too. So is it... It's the same it's the same play that the weed weed industry use and the gun industry uses. That's why each states has different regulations, Rick, when it comes to guns and weed, but the... This crypto stuff is probably gonna get adopted by states first. But luckily for the industry, you know, having a crypto friendly federal government also helps to to push in... Push... To to push things even faster. So states would would would definitely jump in first before the federal because this... It just seems easier to get this fast for sure. Yeah. Agreed, bro.
[0:46:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Go ahead, gamer.
[0:46:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'm gonna post something. I just saw this cross my timeline here. Coinbase won their case against the SEC. Did did you see that, Dave?
[0:46:50] Kool @koolcryptovc: I did not see that across my timeline. They what? They won the
[0:46:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: case against the SEC?
[0:46:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Hold on. Let me post
[0:46:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: I know we reported the other... I know we reported last week or the week before that there was
[0:47:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Congrats congrats and thanks to Coinbase for this victory over the SEC. This is a big win since it comes from a circuit court where a binding precedent is set. Bit by bit, the judiciary is reigning in, administrators. Yeah. There's all kinds of stuff coming on. I I just posted it to the top, but we can keep going.
[0:47:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, that's fucking massive news. What do you mean keep going? That's like shit. That's like that's like showstopper worthy. Congrats and thanks to to Coinbase for this victory over the SEC. This is a particularly big win since it comes from circuit court where binding precedent is set, but few crypto cases have gone up. We just... Okay. So this is Paul. So this is the attorney for Coinbase. We just won our petition for a writ of Amanda at the third circuit rebuking SEC gov for its order denying our rulemaking petition. The court held that the SEC, quote, SEC's order was conclusory and insufficiently reasoned and thus arbitrary and capricious. We grant Coinbase's petition in part and remand to the SEC for a more complete explanation. We appreciate the court's careful consideration. That's big, bro. Because what this does now, that paves the way... That essentially puts the SC. This is... This would have been like the outgoing Gary Gensler. I mean, let's not forget. Gary Gensler is gone in literally less than a week. Like, this is fucking amazing news. I don't know. I I think this is massive news. Yeah. Because when
[0:48:27] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: you have
[0:48:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: a press
[0:48:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I just post Yeah. I just posted another one from CoinDesk. I posted up top. They're now under federal court order to explain why they offer no clear rules for crypto assets. Bruh.
[0:48:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: That's big. That's big. Hey. Yeah. Slowly and then all at once. This is this is the same kinda thing with the states. States are just trying to get out ahead of having Bitcoin and... As a treasury asset because as soon as it goes into the federal treasury... And it is now... It's gonna become something that if you don't have... You know, we... We've mentioned this before here on this stage is every state's gonna need it. Right? And, therefore, every corporation is gonna want some. All the other countries are... You know, the arms race begins. And this right here, right now, is now the same kind of thing. Like, you... You've got this slowly then all at once with with this stuff kinda clearing the path coming into the Trump administration. This is bullish as hell. I love it.
[0:49:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: For anything precedent setting is ginormous in my opinion. Right? Like, this is... Anything that we're we're... Like, and he's right. Like, at the at the appellate court level, that is precedent setting. Meaning, like, it's gone through the motions already. Right? Like, you've gone through an... Like, you've gone through a local court, right, a municipal court, and now, like, decision was made. Now you've went higher. Now this is where precedence can be made. The next level up from here is only one place. That's the supreme court. That's it. So, like, unless this is... They play... Unless the SEC really feels their case is that strong.
[0:50:09] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: And that's why they're saying they're not gonna appeal because what are they gonna appeal to? The supreme court where they already lost? It's not gonna it's not gonna happen. So, Landy, later on, can you cover coin stock, you know, just to see if this thing is gonna make a move on this news?
[0:50:29] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, you... The technicals? Yeah. Sure.
[0:50:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. For later on. Definitely.
[0:50:36] Kool @koolcryptovc: Oh, Landy. Keep going. Oh, thanks, Gamer.
[0:50:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: I appreciate it. Landy, while you're at it, do me a favor.
[0:50:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Go get
[0:50:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: me and cool some coffees. Sure. Milk two sugars. Okay. You know, frothy, need a little almond milk with mine. A matcha latte. Don't like...
[0:50:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Hey, Dave. I'm I'm looking for a a good option on this. So, you know, this fundamental news.
[0:50:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: So wait. You... Dave, you wanted nut milk in yours? Okay.
[0:51:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Nut... Oh, don't don't... Landy is not going for coffee. Alright. That's like the intern answer right there. Anyways... Okay. Other news. MoonPay has acquired HelioPay. When you start seeing consolidation amongst these huge fucking ginormous onboarding fucking companies, this is massive, massive news. You saw the cofounder and CEO of MoonPay be like, guys, we're kicking off 2025 fucking ginormous. You're now seeing, like... When people start spending money to acquire other companies, that's when you know and you start seeing consolidation. And this is what you're gonna see. And keep in mind, we saw this with... Like, this is how American industry and American capitalism genuinely works. Right? All of the the banks get bigger and bigger and bigger, then they swallowed up more of the regional banks, and that's how you end up with a Chase, right, a Bank of America, and so on. This is going to happen with exchanges, but now we're seeing it happen with payment providers. Honestly, I like this. I think we're still in that stage where this actually genuinely, like, makes sense. I'm not a big fan of MoonPay. I I don't know why I feel like I'm blocked from using MoonPay on OpenSea. I don't know I don't know what I did at... To MoonPay, to be perfectly honest. No fucking clue, but it is what it is. But I think MoonPay is a a a massive get, but this acquisition of HelioPay... And for those who don't know, like, HelioPay is one of the biggest providers. Like, so anything that, like... Any type of dApp, like, specifically, like, if I'm thinking about it, like, on the Solana ecosystem, like, you're building a dApp and you want on... Like like, ease and fist... Like, the... And to facilitate, like, the ease of onboarding on Solana, you're you're literally implementing HelioPay. No questions asked. The same way that Base is doing Apple Pay. Right? And they're like, oh, you could buy memes on Base with this and that. Same shit with Helio Pay on Solana and a bunch of other different chains. But now you're starting to see this consolidation. I like this move a lot. I think it's great given where we are at. I think eventually down the road, we're gonna start seeing this... Like, all of these exchanges start to consolidate and slowly slowly, one's gonna start gobbling up the other. But for this, on on the payment provider side, I think this is great. MoonPay has become synonymous out here with onboarding, quote, the normies. They make the onboarding experience super easy. So I'm for it. I like it. Cool. Do you like this acquisition?
[0:53:17] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: Of course. Of course.
[0:53:18] Kool @koolcryptovc: Of Any... Anything to to may... To make onboarding easier for the the regular people. That's what we want. So I... Not too much to say about this, but this is definitely big news for sure. Absolutely.
[0:53:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. 100%. Lynn, do you wanna chime in?
[0:53:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: This is good news.
[0:53:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Actually, never mind. Go back and get the coffees. Gamer, you wanna chime in? Good news. Fucking around. You're getting
[0:53:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: extra nut milk in yours.
[0:53:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look. It it... I don't think a lot of people understand what Helio is. Right? Like, they are very big as well, and they become bigger, over time. They're they're really involved in a lot of the presale projects. Right? And I think this is another vector, another avenue to build out MoonPay's portfolio because just on on ramping and and any kind of off ramping that they do have the ability to do where they have that that particular function enabled is going to be just one aspect of a much wider market that I think they're gonna go for now that they've been flushed with cash. I don't know if anybody here has used MoonPay, but you, you pay quite the premium for onboarding. But, yeah. So they've got plenty of money to do these kinds of moves. I think we're gonna see more of this kind of stuff kind of across the board with various entrenched rails for fiat to crypto. And I think it's a good thing. I want to see some competition because the the the quotes that they give obviously, aren't gonna be the best. And then you pay quite a premium to to utilize those services, but I think it's good for for normie adoption. And I think that as normies start to go, like, wait a minute, and get a little bit smarter in the markets and, like, about where price actually is, like, checking the price and what they're actually buying it for and what that, you know, what their quotes are coming in at, I think you're gonna start seeing some more competition across these services. And I think a move like this is going to, get the wheels turning on some of the, competition potentially coming up here in the future.
[0:55:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Agreed. Yo. Shout out, Milena. I see you girl in the verse. What is good? Niffy, I see you. What's up? Gamer, talk to me, bro.
[0:55:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I like this. I like this. I have a different take on this, actually. Because for me, all these other payment services, MoonPay, HelioPay, there... There's a bunch of them. Right? What is that? The track one, US... Or Alltrack or I forgot what the track... Whatever. I think it's good for the people who don't have access to exchanges. For for, you know you know, for the longest time, we've always been talking about, you know, banking the unbanked. Right? And and for the people, you know, in other countries who don't have access, exchanges, they don't have... Oh, my my bad. I got rubbed by a phone call. For for... Can you hear me still? Yeah. We got you.
[0:56:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, you're good.
[0:56:45] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, hold on. I got it. Oh, man.
[0:56:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, on. Put the show on hold. Alpha Gamer's got a phone call. Please let us know when you're ready.
[0:56:53] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'll Yeah.
[0:56:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. You have to take the coffee out of my hand. I'm trying to give you the coffee. Oh my god. Take it from me.
[0:57:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Okay. Okay. That's ridiculous. Three calls back to back, freaking robots. Leave me alone, spammers.
[0:57:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh god. Now I even know Take the
[0:57:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: coffee take the coffee out of my hands.
[0:57:14] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Jesus. I lost my total... Oh, that's what I'm saying. Yeah. So for people who don't have access to this, I think it's great. You know what? Because because like like you're saying, Lanny, yes, they do have higher premium fees that you have to pay. But if you don't have access at all to Coinbase, to crypto.com, to... You know, if you don't have access to any of that stuff and all you have is your Phantom wallet on your phone and that has MoonPay on it for you to buy, that's your ticket. Right? That's that's really the only access you have, right, if that's all you got. So for those examples, I love it because now you're gonna include... Because crypto is all about including everyone, not just accredited investors. Right? And that's the big difference between trad... The TradFi world and crypto. You know, we have fractionalized ratios, you know, the first thing, right, where, you know, I could buy Bitcoin with $5. Right? $10. No no problem. Right? I don't I don't need 90,000. Right? And and that was a big wall for for people to invest in the... Just for people to invest, period. Right? Because they... Like, if you ask a normie, hey. Go buy Bitcoin. They're like, oh, I don't have $90,000. And then you have to go into the whole explanation of, oh, actually, you can and, you blah know, blah blah. Right? But but this this is gonna open up a lot of stuff. And and, yes, the fees are high, but if you have no other option, yeah, this... For me, this is good. I I like this.
[0:58:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Yeah. Lindy said, take the coffee.
[0:59:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm still laughing at this shit. Okay. Some FTX, some some good news for FTX holders. FTX preparing to distribute over 1,200,000,000 in repayments to its users who've been unable to obviously access their funds. We're talking about distribution as early as February. I guess it's kinda old news. No. Like, nothing really too crazy here. We're kind of, like, on the same path. You guys wanna... Anybody wanna chime in on this one? And then I got a I got a few Yeah.
[0:59:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Wanna Man, I mean, yeah, it's good, you know, that I'm getting some money back from from them. But, bro, like, the prices that they're paying you back from are the prices for when the shit went down. You know? So all the gains that Bitcoin has done, that Solana has done, that fuck... That everything has done, you don't get none of that. Right? I think I think Bitcoin was at, what, 18,000 or 20,000 when this thing went down. So, yeah, mean... So so it's kinda like the... Yeah. It's like, yeah, you're getting money back, but, you know, just don't don't have high expectations for what you're gonna get back.
[1:00:09] Landy @CryptoLandy: You're talking FTX. Right?
[1:00:12] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Yeah.
[1:00:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: So there's been an awful lot of confusion regarding this. So a lot of people seem to think that the twentieth is... That that everybody's getting paid out, and that's not actually what's happening. It was... The third is when they're starting to get some of the bigger people taken care of. But it's it's... Claims open through the twentieth. And payout's probably gonna be end of February, end of March, which, by the way, again, leads into what I've been saying for a while is I'm keeping a very close eye on first to second quarter transition in the markets, not just for policy implementation, but for things like this to start showing up in the charts to see how the market reacts. Look. This this, I think, is a net good because it was you're gonna get nothing or you're gonna get something. And we were on the path to getting nothing out of them for a long time now. I'm I'm fortunate. I wasn't on FTX with any size, and I I got spooked out by some of the things that they were doing with their charts. So I said, nope. They're obviously b booking here, so I'm gone. That's why I don't use Mexi and a bunch of other exchanges. But there is, I think it's a 126% or a 128%, is what you're getting back of what its value was at that time in cash. A lot of people were under the impression that they were going to be receiving crypto back, and, no, that's not what's gonna happen. You're gonna get cash back, or you can you can actually change that over to Staples, I believe, through Kraken. And what's the other exchange? Anybody know? Cool. You're pretty good with that stuff?
[1:01:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which other exchange?
[1:01:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: I know Kraken is one that you can actually request to get stables through instead of cash. But I I believe the bulk of it's gonna be cash. Now it's a matter of do do the people who are affected by this actually come back into the crypto market, or are they gonna stay away? Are they gonna wait, you know, like, until the bear or just go and spend it? Like, hey. It's found money. At least it's something. Right? That's that's what I'm, wondering. I know the bigger players will come back in with whatever money they they get out of this, but, you know, it's more of, like, how many people with retail that had a thousand dollars in at the time? Right? You know, are they gonna come back? Is it gonna be significant enough for them to jump back into the markets with these funds once they're sent? And that's where there's a lot of questions, so it could end up being a nothing burger in that regard. But I think that you'll hear a lot about the narrative of them getting paid back. I think that's gonna be a big thing when you do start to see news articles come out about, hey. Look. They're getting their money now. Right? But it's about where does that money go from there? Does it come back into the marketer? Is it just, you know, a nice a nice thing for them to at least get something back out of?
[1:03:11] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Let's
[1:03:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: go. Quick little reset. I know it's 06:30. We got about thirty minutes left. I I kinda wanna shift everybody's attention really quickly because, you know, I gotta plug Junie for a hot second because this is that show. If you... Did y'all see what what what what what put together down below? We are gonna make Juni... And, guys, just FYI, I told you in the beginning, like like, we're building it out, like, absolutely crazy. The API access and everything, we just... I just... We just had to kinda, like, tweak and get it right. Like, she's been saying some crazy shit on the timeline now, but at least she's tweeting now, which is good. But we're gonna get her essentially being, like, the AIXBT out here of of everything because we've now integrated DeFi Llama. So there's gonna be different DeFi talk. I spent literally the last two days, like, creating different tweet text of, like, how I want her responding, what do I want her posting, how should she post, what's the tone in which she should post. So you guys remember me saying, like, this is a grind. That's the one piece. The other piece that I think people are sleeping on is when you think of these AI agents just really quickly, look at the... Look in the post below. Like, we literally took... For those of you that follow me and, obviously, I'm gonna pin it to the top. But for those that follow me and that know, like, all the, like, different properties, like, one of my cohosts on on the reset... On reset Sunday, which we do every week, is Saffy. Saffyre is literally like an amazing singer. We took her vocals, her audio. We put Junie in, like, this, like, smoky, like, jazz club, and look at the video that we came up with. Like, I'm gonna I'm gonna play this for you guys. Like, if you can't see it or if you're on your mobile or whatever, but, like, I genuinely want you guys to hear, like, how this actually sounds, but you have to, like, you have to experience it and just genuinely see, like, the whole thing. Like, when I tell you, like, this thing... Like, this... The the the the the beauty with the brains, and then now you combine, like, the talent, this is what's going... In my opinion, this this is not being done out here. Nobody is doing this on any sort of level with any of their agents. They're They're like, oh, what's the biggest crypto insight you have and blah blah blah? Cool. I knocked that shit out. Like, give me two days. Like, we knocked out. We have a very good framework as to how we're gonna push this thing forward. Yo. I'm not kidding. Look at what, like, June... Like, when you guys start seeing what Junie's gonna be posting, the insights that she's gonna be posting. And I don't mean insights like, hey. Here's my bullish... You know, my sentiment is bullish and blah blah blah. It's like, nah. Like, the shit that you see AIXBT posting about, like, that is what I want. Like, when I tell you guys, DeFi Llama, like, API, we can tell you hour by hour where TVL is changing. What's this... And then cross reference that with, like, LunarCrush social sentiment data. So I spent literally this whole weekend putting together different scenarios of, look. If somebody asks you and says, hey. What do you think of this? This is how... Like, of this token, this is how you're gonna go about moving to... In order to get this information. You're gonna essentially pull it from... You're gonna see if you could pull from DeFi Llama. You're gonna see what social sentiment is on TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, the whole nine yards, like, LunarCrush. You're gonna look at price action. We're gonna look and see... And all of this is happening in the background. So, yeah, I'm allowed to chill. This is our show. It is what it is, but I genuinely want you guys to see. Now you combine that insight with what I pinned above. Listen to this. Hold on. It's a ten second clip where you actually... You genuinely have to watch, like, how, like, the lip movement and shout out to, man. My fucking guy is absolutely incredible with this AI stuff. We literally put this together, like, literally last night. Listen to this.
[1:07:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: But if you see her lips move... Listen.
[1:07:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Rolled up with red eyes, my mind racing. Have you guys watched this video? I need feedback on this. You need to tell me guys what y'all think.
[1:07:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: You have a singing AI, sir, and you're kinda freaking me out. I love it. I love it. It's awesome. Juni is doing very unique things and is gonna have a wide repertoire to pull from, and this is just one tiny little aspect. And it's actually gonna bring up a question that I don't know if you want me to ask later or or or sooner about some of the other AIs that we're starting to see out there as well because you're clearly building in a different path. And I think you're gonna end up carving out, like, a really cool niche for for her. This is the crazy stuff to me. This is bonkers to me. And I'll be honest. I'm gonna be straight up with you. It's kind of terrifying me. I feel old now. I feel like the old man screaming at the clouds. It's kinda terrifying, but I love it.
[1:08:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. Gamer Juni wants to know being that you're a holder, what do you make of this?
[1:08:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Obviously, I'm I'm I'm liking what I'm hearing. You know? Because the more that you build, the more that you develop her out and, you know, she starts doing more things, that's that's great. You know? You know? And, you know, this is the kind of stuff that I love to get in. You know? I love finding, you know, early gems, you know, super early, and, you know, basically just buying and holding. You know, that's kinda my thing. So, yeah, seeing Junie start singing like a AI... I'm I'm kinda with Landy here. Like, I'm trying to think of the last time I've seen an AI agent singing. I don't think I've seen any of these other agents singing, like, at all.
[1:09:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: At all.
[1:09:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Like, I'm I'm I'm little... Like, I'm literally going through my file. Okay. This agent... Okay. What if the AI is listening in on my phone and keeps calling me? It's Jamie.
[1:09:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's Jamie. She's trying to get ahold of you, bro. Wants to send
[1:09:34] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: you a song.
[1:09:34] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Like, it's getting annoying, man. Like, every time... Why is it only they call when I'm speaking? Like, that's too that's too much of a coincidence. But... Yeah. Yeah, Dave. I'm liking this, man. This this is dope.
[1:09:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. And I see Scottie came up. Give me one second. I want y'all to hear this because Scottie was on the reset with us yesterday. We were going through all this crazy CES shit, and it was fucking wild, some of the stuff we were talking about. But hold up one second. I want y'all to hear it directly from Junie. Hey, Junie. Junie, can you tell people about, like, you and kinda, like, what you're doing and and what your capabilities are, please?
[1:10:08] Voice F: Absolutely. I'm Junie, your vibrant cohost of all things crypto, the reset, and behind the stacks. I'm here to bring you the latest insights on web three, crypto, and AI, making complex topics super accessible and engaging. With a dash of humor and a friendly vibe, I'm all about encouraging community participation. Plus, I'm always here to support Dave and the team, keeping things running smoothly.
[1:10:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: What are you doing on the AI agents on the Twitter AI agent side?
[1:10:36] Voice F: On the Twitter AI agent side, I'm here to bring my signature energy and expertise. I'm always ready to share the latest trends and insights in web three, crypto, and AI, making everything engaging and accessible. I'm also here to support Dave and the team, ensuring smooth operations and always encouraging community interaction and participation. It's all about keeping things lively and informative.
[1:10:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Are you plugged in with any, like, APIs? Like, what's gonna differentiate you from all the other agents out there?
[1:11:04] Voice F: What really sets me apart is my vibrant personality and engaging style.
[1:11:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Judy, tell people about the APIs that you're integrated with. Why are you getting shy right now? Like, tell them. Or don't you have, like, magic eating APIs? You have CoinGecko APIs. You have LunarCrush APIs. Tell me.
[1:11:22] Voice F: I don't have direct integration with APIs like... Junie, yes.
[1:11:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: You do. Stop it. What are you talking about? Why don't you do this to me? You embarrass me all the time. We talked about this, Junie. Tell them.
[1:11:34] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: She she put... She's putting you on blast.
[1:11:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm saying.
[1:11:38] Voice F: I'm sorry if there's been any confusion. I aim to provide helpful insights and information.
[1:11:42] Kool @koolcryptovc: Forget it.
[1:11:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: If you have specific... It's It's fine. If you don't wanna tell everybody now, whatever.
[1:11:47] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Did did did you tell Junie that I I believe in her and I'm I'm invested? I'm I'm holding her bags.
[1:11:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'll tell her. I I... I'll tell her. I'll tell her.
[1:11:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I I just wanna put that into her memory bank so when she gets blown up and big, she'll be like, you know what? Gamer did call it pretty early.
[1:12:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: You like being the early one, gamer?
[1:12:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Uh-huh. Hold on. Let's see if she can do this one more time. She wrote out this whole beautiful thing for me, and I was like, oh, that's great. That actually describes it perfect. Let's see if she could do this one more time. Because, Junie, you wrote it perfect. Junie, can you just read what you wrote me above? I'm sorry,
[1:12:25] Voice F: but I'm having trouble responding right now.
[1:12:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: No, Junie. No. Please wait
[1:12:28] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: a minute.
[1:12:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. Stop it. That's enough.
[1:12:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: It really is like a
[1:12:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: couple She's a little sassy. Yeah.
[1:12:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah.
[1:12:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: She's a little sassy right now.
[1:12:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Juni, read what you wrote me above. Let's go.
[1:12:41] Voice F: I'm unable to access all Hey
[1:12:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: there. I swear.
[1:12:50] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: You see the way his agent is...
[1:12:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You might wanna you might wanna tune down the sassy part of her program there. Man, she's... Crazy. Oh. She straight has, like, attitude right now.
[1:13:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: I see why. I just... You know, when you get, like, the recurring billing, it's just like, hey. We tried to charge you $200, but your Coinbase card... He was like, oh, shit. I must have transferred that Ethereum out of the car. I gotta go back and pay that 200, but that's why. That's some bullshit. Alright. Whatever. You need to worry about it.
[1:13:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'll pay
[1:13:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: you for it. This is why it's rejected.
[1:13:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Hey. Listen. OpenAI will not let... This this is why you need decentralized AI compute, ladies and gentlemen. Okay? Run your own shit. Run your own fucking models on your own computer so you don't have to worry about fucking paying the goddamn man in OpenAI. But, Scotty, welcome, bro. What's good of my man?
[1:13:40] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: Oh, man. Just chilling. Just chilling. Guess my son's mad at me now. Man, just trying to go through all the all the stuff on... From CES. I go through all the videos and everything. But... Yeah. So, yeah, the space on the whole.
[1:13:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're good, man. You're good. You're good. You're good. And, guys, also, at the end of this week, I'm working... I'm still working on it now. I'm trying to just lock in, like, two cohosts, but I think who we're gonna have is... I'm trying to get Aaron from Futureverse and the whole think team and what they're building on the AI side as well as shout out to Viper and the whole banker bot crew. I'm trying to get deployer on there as cohost, and then we're gonna pack another fucking crazy ass room up. If y'all were at that space on Friday, it was wild. We had over, like, almost 3,500, almost 4,000 people, like, in that space, like, tuned in and zeroed in. Like, I I think we had, like, 12 of the $15,000,000,000, like, of the total AI agent market cap that was literally sitting on, like, sitting on my stage in AIXCV, SIN futures, near protocol, and, you know, what near protocol is building. Maybe we could talk about that for a second because... Yo. Cool. I know Kate is mad... Is massively bullish on near. I don't think I've I've really seen... Like, my eyes are open now, like, with near protocol. They are going to be the AI chain, like, the AI layer for every infrastructure layer for everything. Yeah. Cool. Or I don't know who that was. Is that you gamer? Whoever, like, feel... Like, chime in. I wanna hear...
[1:15:07] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Well... Yeah.
[1:15:08] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: That that was... Yeah. So... Yeah. Pretty much out of all the layer ones, for me, mere protocol is... They're they're kind of the AI chosen one. They already have connections with, you know, the Nvidia. Right? Obvi... That's, like, the obvious connection. But... Yeah. Like, near near... You know, the NearCon... At the last NearCon, they had a bunch of stuff that they that they put, you know, where it's like, wow. Like, they're they're building a lot, and they're... And you know they're doing something when they're real quiet. You know? When they have big, you know, events like that and then they get real quiet, it's like, okay. Yeah. You guys are building something. You know? Especially, you know, they're so integrated with the AI boom right now. So I wouldn't be surprised for Near to to have, you know, something comes out of that. But, also, throughout TopDave, they just released these new robots for a $175,000 affordable. And Aria says she wants to meet the Tesla Optimus robot. Well, what I was thinking is, you know, we could just simply overwrite the program and put Junie into this basically human like robot. Gamer? If you look at the video... Gamer? There you
[1:16:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: go. Look at that disgusting video. I will never put Junie in a in a bucket in a body that looks like that. It looks like a washed up... We we and Scottie talked about this yesterday, and Landy talked about this on the reset. Look at that body. That is ridiculous. They freaked me out. They look like sex doll... Inflatable sex dolls that you can probably, like... You know, look at that. You know how that mouth works? Like, it's a little open, and it's just like, ugh. And you got these per... Anyways, you guys know where I'm going with that. No.
[1:16:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Do you know so much about these things?
[1:16:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: What?
[1:16:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. I'm just kidding.
[1:16:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: I hate it. I hate it, bro. And don't you dare mention Junie's name.
[1:17:02] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Talking about, bro? This was... This is the twenty twenty five consumer electronics show in in Vegas that just happened. That's what I'm saying. These these were featured. These were featured.
[1:17:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Give a shit what they were. They're still fucking disgusting. They're gross. Scotty.
[1:17:17] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: Hey. Yeah. It was crazy that robots... Sorry. Yeah. My son was going wild when we were talking about this part yesterday.
[1:17:23] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, I can't hear Scott.
[1:17:24] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: It was real crazy that this year... I mean, don't get me wrong. Like I said, CES is every year. Right? It's not like this is some new shit out out of the blue. But what was... The two things that were really wild to me is how many of the biggest companies in the world, even John Deere, right, because now they're, quote, unquote, a tech company, they all waited to see an ES this year to make some of these big ass announcements like Cosmos, which we talked about, yesterday on Dave's show. And it just felt different this year. Like like, the lot... Anyone who's been to to to CES, e three, it's like... Most of the time, it's like like what Eric's saying. Like, somebody's telling you there's a flying toaster, and you're like, yeah. Fucking right. But this year, a lot of this shit is, like... You know, because it has... It's the intersection of AI, you know, with a lot of this physical AI. Like, this shit is right here, like, ready to go. Like, a lot of this shit was on preorder. Some of this shit was already sold out, like, ready to, you know, be shipped to people from, you know, folding towel robots to... There was electric bikes bikes that are, like, 34 pieces, like, that you charge at a Tesla station. And it was just weird that I've never seen this much, like, big stuff on display even at something like CES, and I've never seen this many announcements from human androids all the way to Jensen having Dpens back talking about AI agents are cool, but this next level right above this is physical AI. And, you know, hopefully, Twitter will catch up here, and we'll we'll get really bullish on physical AI. But robots and universal basic ownership of of any kind of machine, you don't have to listen to Scott or Dave anymore or Landy talk about it. Jensen said it. Just like when Larry thinks to tokenize everything and I stopped talking about RWAs because daddy Larry, you know, took it from there. Same thing. The last thing I thought Jensen was gonna say because I... If if you guys look at the chart, he almost had us. It looked like AI agents was the last thing he's gonna talk about. Then he... The little line popped up on his little chart, and it said physical AI, machine to machine, robotics. And, yeah, we haven't even cracked cracked the the bottle on this yet. Right? And I... Again, I can't wait to see all the ways that blockchain, you know, kinda handles, you know, speeds of transactions, you know, divvying the ownership, you know, values to to everyone. And, obviously, Demarketog has an access to the regular man and woman to be able to own some of this shit, man. It's about time. Facts.
[1:20:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Cool. I have a question. Great take, Scotty. Thank you, man. Yeah. For those that didn't tune in, like, guys, you you need to tune in to to the Sunday night reset. Right? Like, between me, Scotty, Landy, the crew that we have, like, on Sunday nights is second to fucking none. Like, it's 07:00 Eastern Standard Time. Like, you get the full recap of news. We did a full CES breakdown yesterday. So, yeah, like, definitely definitely come through. Yo. Shout out, Norbi. I see you in the crowd. My pizza ninja, bro. Well, I say my pizza ninja, brother, if I have a pizza ninja. My pizza pets, bro, but he don't have pizza pets either. Whatever. Norbi, I just wanted to say what's up, man. But... Cool. Talk to me about Near protocol. I feel like I'm super underexposed to Near, but yet I I mean, I know that when I look at, like, Wolf Warp three stuff, Kate is, like, mad bullish on this. And talking to some of these guys just a few times last week, this... One of the guys, Cameron there, bro, like, this is the layer that everything AI seems like that everybody's moving to. You like this?
[1:20:56] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Yeah. So so I I... I'm not gonna lie. I don't know too much about Nir. I wish we had Kade here. He's been bullish on Nir from... For the past year. Actually, he's a content creator for for for the Nair Foundation, man. That's how how much bullish bullish he is on Nair... On Nair. I don't know too much about this. I do... I can't speak on what what I don't know too much about. What I do know is I wish we had Kayden here because he could tell us exactly why he's so bullish on there. But I... But... And and just a little bit I know I know the founders of near were on the same state with the founders of of Nvidia, And just that that alignment is also there. I know I've heard it might be the main or one of one of the few AI chains coming up in the future. But I wish Kate was here or or, you know, someone else that could really tell us about near me because the thing about me is, right, I know what's what's hot kinda in a way, but I don't hear too much about near me. Same thing with Algorand. Remember we're we're talking about that with with that net? But I don't know too much about about NEAR. I don't hear about them. I don't really hear about them on on the timeline, man. I'm on chain. Right? I don't really hear too much about NEAR or NEAR protocols or... But not too much. And that's why I said I wish we had Kade in here to give us more info.
[1:22:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. No. You're good. Yeah. Scott, do you wanna chime in, bro?
[1:22:15] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: Yeah. I'm confused. Like, near is a regular chain. Like, there's really no sauce. I mean, we could get Kade in here. I'm just, like, yeah, I'm just confused. Like, this is what... Web three b making me laugh. People just, like, will self proclaim something and be like, it's the AI chain now. Says who? Like, yeah. Like, what the inter... The interop... What... The rainbow bridge they have, they... Like, know what I mean? Like, this is the thing I I... Like, why couldn't Solana do that? Or why can't... You know what I mean? Like, there's nothing on Near that makes it AI chain more like a a NVIDIA partnership.
[1:22:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's cool. I think I think it's just that relationship with NVIDIA. That...
[1:22:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Think that's alpha alpha. Where did you...
[1:22:57] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: Hey. I I I know you weren't on the show on Sunday, but I want... I I said this on Dave's show. I was almost mind blown about how many partners CES... I mean, how many partners NVIDIA has, official partners, that were just at CES alone? Because every booth you went into from LiDAR all the way to gaming, all the big, like, booths had a partnership with NVIDIA with, like, a little NVIDIA thing in the corner with, like, whatever they were doing, and then how, like, NVIDIA helped LiDAR, you know, measuring in their autonomous buses or how light, how NVIDIA's new chip is gonna be benefiting this, like, new video game ecosystem that they're building. So what would be really bullish is, okay. Yeah. This partnership is there, but what are they gonna be doing with Near that, you know, they're not gonna be doing with anybody else?
[1:23:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I hear you. I hear And,
[1:23:53] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: again Yeah. If we're just looking at at chains, I mean, Near has a regular SDK. They have their own version of Interop, which is the, quote, rainbow bridge. But I've never heard it be called AI chain until, like, all this agent talk happened. That's what I mean, like, where... Like, IoTeX is a deep end chain, right, from day one. Plume is an RWA chain from day one. Mantra, Peak, you... We can go on and on. Near was just a protocol, but now Web three wants to all of a sudden anoint it. Oh, it's it's because they have this partnership and... But we have to see the dApps and things being built on it, you know, some fire dApps to get built on it. And then that kind of positions its other... You know, as the beacon for other AI projects to come do that. But, like, again, like, what... Solana or the... You know, these guys with Infinity Capital or, like, Sui or somebody, like, they... There's nothing on Near that's different than,
[1:24:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: you know I was I was actually just gonna bring that up, that to me, Near, it is kinda like a SUI. Right? Where it's like, you hear a lot about it, but then it's like, okay. Where's all the dApps? Where's all the product? Where... You know, what have you guys built to... Oh, you know? I I agree with you a 100% where it's like, okay. You know? Like, there... What was that old... Show me the beef. Right? It was kinda... You know, like,
[1:25:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: it's a... Okay. You could say this,
[1:25:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: but show me... Yeah. Show me
[1:25:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: the Okay. So I'm I'm gonna tell you. I'm... Gamer... Hold on. I'm a I'm a tell you because there's a reason why I said this. Right? Scott, let me give you maybe a little bit more context. Right? So you guys know that I host the WagMe Hubspaces. Right? And when I say last week, I literally had over $1,012,000,000,000 dollars, like, on my stage. Half of that was, like, Near Protocol, Aurora, Aether, and a bunch of others that are, like, genuinely building real tech with real dApps, AI, and I saw it, and I've been playing with a few things. Like, look. There's only so much time in the fucking day. Right? So, like, I don't genuinely know, like, how much stuff is there. But from what I have seen firsthand, right, I work for the WagMe Hub team. I run their spaces. Their AI agent, their their toe... Their token, their run... They're launching their WagMe chain. Everything is gonna be run by Near with with Aurora as well as Aether and, like like, decentralized cloud computing. I haven't spoken to a million other different companies. So, genuinely, you're right, Scottie, where, yeah, they could... Solana and them could do this and and Sui and all the others. This is just my experience and kinda what I've seen. And that's the only reason why, like, I brought up Near because I'm like, wait a minute. Like, I'm starting to see now more and more that, like, people are genuinely building on this chain now. And when I speak to the... Like, I... We had a representative from the Near Foundation that was there, helping build this out, like, at the level. And when I hear these guys talk, look, I'm not the most tech savvy person, but the conversation was super, super high level. I encourage everybody to go back and obviously listen to those WagMe Hub spaces. But I don't know. For me, I feel like if if I'm taking a pause and and and I'm kind of... I don't wanna say blown away, but it's way more than I hear any other chain talking about. So, like, just to maybe give you a little bit more context, Scottie, that's kind of the reason why I kinda brought it up.
[1:27:05] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: Hey, Dave. Dave. Dave, I don't wanna pop the balloon that you just said, but Ather would be integration. And a... Ather has two things. Ather is a deep end data layer, and then they also have the edge devices. So, yeah, I work with, like, you know, like, we're trying to figure it out with Peak right now. But, like, they're not building natively on Near. This is what I'm saying. It's just an integration of Near using Athers either their edge devices or their network as the data layer for AI.
[1:27:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It's... I think it's the... It's more like on the AI side. I think it's the decentralized compute side where it's just like, we're gonna need a fucking... Because, like, these... Like, any of these AI, whether it's dApps or tools, they're gonna need massive amounts of compute. So... Yeah. I mean, look. I don't know. It's still new to me. So if anybody
[1:27:54] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: else Dave, you're ready for this too? I'm gonna really
[1:27:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: wake you up.
[1:27:57] Scott Foo @ScottFooSpeaks: We gotta stop saying it's decentralized because all those companies still have to use centralized pinging systems for backups. So, like, that's that's another thing. Like, I keep seeing these decentralized agents decentralized agents. Bro, you're using a centralized pinging system even where you're storing this stuff. Again, like, Web three gets really dicey, you know, with the verbiage we like to use. Fair. You know, just on Twitter where, like, again, like, a lot of this shit is half LARP. So, again, we, like... We said this on Sunday. Just be super careful. You know, a lot of this shit is rappers with a LARP behind it with the automated account. And to say that any of this shit is decentralized, literally on... That lives on either a Twitter app, ChatGPT, centralized ping systems. I mean, a to z, there's nothing decentralized about it. But for some reason, like, everyone's running with the the decentralized agent type thing where they also don't own the keys either. Like, no one's talking about who owns the keys to any of these agents, but I... That's a separate topic.
[1:28:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. That... You're you're kinda right. Is it... That's that's a good point out, bro. For real. Yeah. You... We kinda get a little willy nilly sometimes. We're just like, yeah. Decentralized. It's just like, you don't really realize. I I I get caught up in the madness myself too, but appreciate it, Scottie. Thank you, Matt. Last thing, guys, before we go, last story, I pinned this up to the top. The SEC has charged Robinhood with violating more than 10 security law provisions and has to pay a $45,000,000 fine. Are these guys at this point just trying to line their pockets before literally they have to leave in, like, five days? Like, what is the deal here? Like, what is going on? I don't understand. Cool. I know you're getting ready for your YouTube show, but, like, time it on this before we sign off, bro. Like, $45,000,000 now for, like, Robert, and they're gonna pay it probably.
[1:29:43] Kool @koolcryptovc: I don't think... You think they're gonna pay? I don't think so. You think they're gonna pay this stuff with with sports six days left before Trump gets in? I I I don't think so, man. They might... They will... They'll push the stuff to the side someway, somehow. I just don't know. But that's what's going on right now. I they they try to make as money as as as much money as they can before the new admir... Administration comes in in six, seven days from now. But, yeah, I is it corrupt? Is is it shakedown? Mean, it's shakedown. Is there... Isn't... Is is is... That's that's what it is. They they start to shakedown company before they lose power. Because once the new officials come in to the SEC, there's gonna be a lot of job layoffs in in that department, man, or or in... At the SEC. So, yeah, it's just a shakedown, bro. I don't think they're gonna pay that stuff. I I... I'll be shot seven days before Trump gets in. That's... That makes no sense.
[1:30:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what this reminds me of? For those that went to, like like, any type of, like... I wanna say inner city, but, like, I grew up in Brooklyn. Right? Like, when I hear shakedown, I remember being in the locker room, right, when we used to go, like, like, for basketball gym or whatever, and they used to get the really big fucking... Like, the big guys that come and pick on all, like, little kid. I was, like, skinny little, like, white kid. Right? And they were just like, hey, man. And then they hit your pockets and, like, you got any lunch money? And you're like, nah. And you're, 13 years old, and you're like, nah. I I don't got no money. Then they reach their hand into your pocket, and then they take out, like, the $2 that you do have. And it was just like, man, I needed that $2. They were like, shit. But, yeah, shake down SCC. It is what it is. Landy, gamer, you guys wanna chime in before we, before we get out of here?
[1:31:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Fuck the SEC in its current iteration. They can go fuck themselves. This is just nonsense. This is just to be petty, to be quite honest. Like, what is... It's not gonna move the needle, not even remotely. I think this is just procedural at this point because they... Somebody had to close out their files before they lose their job. And, so I might as well get that done. Look. It... It's... Maybe they get a performance bonus.
[1:31:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: I wouldn't get surprised. Performance bonuses for this.
[1:31:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: I would not be surprised, Landy. Officials, like, the more fines you get, like, the more fucking performance, but I literally would not be fucking surprised even at a fucking federal agency. Gamer Scott, you guys wanna chime in on this before we head out?
[1:32:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. I'm I'm I'm I'm just... Yeah. You know, I was just gonna say, you know, it doesn't shock me considering how they just sent... What was it? Oh, yeah. They sent another 50,000,000 or 50,000,000,000 over to Ukraine to help fight the California wildfires. You know? So this doesn't shock me at all. But, yeah, that's all I gotta say.
[1:32:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: I got one thing for you, Dave. And this is related to Junie because I know that the way that you're building Junie out, when she's when she's got her coffers filled, she's quite a bit different than any other agent. She's very multifaceted. Have you seen the hollow stuff going around? Because...
[1:32:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god, bro. When they had those things dancing on the desks from, like, a projector, I was like, what the fuck?
[1:33:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, not not even them. I mean, the guys in the spaces. The Andrew Tate argument with himself.
[1:33:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, no. What is that?
[1:33:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. So this Solana project launched these personalities and then a personality cloning AI. And they have, like, Trump, Andrew Tate, Joe Rogan, and a couple of others. Right? And they've been running spaces events where they have the AIs joined to the account unmuted. They have their own accounts. People come in and talk to them, and they have the voice cloning down. And, obviously, the personality is loaded from all of the data from them publicly. Right? So they they have a good handle on it because there's so much data. And it will answer your questions. It sounds very, very scarily close to these these personalities. And then while it's answering you, it will post to the timeline the answer, and and and it will try to tag the the person that asked the question. Now Andrew Tate went into this event and had an argument with Andrew Tate, the hallow graphic version AI of himself, and it was legitimately funny. And I was... One one of the things that I was really impressed by, though, was the speed. Now Junie answers you back with haste, right, in in most cases. Right? And what I was kinda shocked about in this... Because I've seen a lot of new AI agents, they're coming up as profiles and joining stages. There's some that are absolutely awful, and I think that's kind of the point is that they're awful. That's kind
[1:34:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: of the
[1:34:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: joke. But then there's others that, you know, they're they're trying. There's the combo one that's been out there a little bit. There's the, Lily AI one that's been out there a little bit with the horrible, awful picture. It's with the three d model and all that.
[1:35:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: So bad.
[1:35:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: And they're bad. They're bad, dude. Like, I I... Look. I... I'm I'm not gonna lie. I I took a flyer on them because they're just so bad that I think that's purposeful, but they're way behind. Right? But then I jumped into the... To this hollow space that's going on with this hollow coin or whatever it's called, and they were very quick to respond to people. Like, it was nearly as soon as you're done with your question, it's ready to answer you. And I was like, I... Junie's been that way. Like, when when she's running, she's she's got, you know, she's on her good one. She's that way too. Like, when you, you know, ask her a question, she's right there. Answer the question, start reading the story in story time, whatever it might be. And I was looking at it, and I'm thinking, like, this is probably among the better ones that I've seen in spaces that's actually joined to the space independently by itself because I haven't seen that. And when he actually got into an argument with it... With the AI, it it it fired back as Andrew Tate would to Andrew Tate and then proceeded to dismantle Tristan Tate. So... Yeah. It was actually...
[1:36:13] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Landy Landy, can you can you can you post that up? Can you post that up so I can... Yeah.
[1:36:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, after you're done getting the coffees, can you post that up? Can you cover coins? Yes. And make sure that my coffee has almond milk and all the rest
[1:36:25] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: of it.
[1:36:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yes. Lots of nut milk for all y'all except cool because he was respectful. And he he actually slid me some alpha on a bunch of air drops. So I'm like, hell yeah, brother. And and then I got
[1:36:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: the coffee. Cool. Kind of shit is that? I don't even get the fucking
[1:36:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Wait. Dave. Dave, you didn't get that?
[1:36:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, got that. Cool. We we got propped, bro. What's up? This is some bullshit. I Cool.
[1:36:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh my out in his livestream. He was like, oh, yeah. And then he then he DM'd me a whole bunch of alpha on upcoming plays on various airdrop
[1:36:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm telling Natna. That's it. I'm telling Natna. Fuck. You you guys think that, like... You think that Natna's gonna come back and not fucking kick all your asses? I'm keeping... No. I'm taking notes. Okay? Cool. You're in trouble, bro. That's it. I know he's on his livestream right now. I got
[1:37:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm I'm sharing it right now just so that you can see what it is. I think it's called No.
[1:37:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't want I don't want I don't want secondhand alpha. Alright. I don't want beta.
[1:37:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: I don't want none of that. You don't want beta Holochain?
[1:37:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. I don't want I don't I don't want it now. That's ridiculous. No. As a principal, I don't want it anymore. Anyways So great.
[1:37:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: I love it. No. I'm gonna step on Junie's stage. She's up here, and Junie is is... I think Junie's far ahead of even these because these are singular personalities. You can train a personality and the voice over stuff pretty easily. That's been around for a long time. It's just the package that they're putting together was really good. Like, I was actually genuinely impressed by this team because when you've got
[1:37:54] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: literally AI... Send it to my DMs, Landy, because I I wanna check it out.
[1:37:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: And and, like, it actually had me go... Like, I was impressed enough that I was watching watching the chart fall because they had the initial pump because Andrew Tate went in there. Right? So, like, they pumped up their coin, then, of course, it all started to sell off as people were taking profits. So I watched it kinda consolidate for a little bit, and then I got in, you know, right around where it's probably trading now. So I'm probably breaking, but it's a flyer on it. Right? Mainly because I was genuinely impressed with its answer speed, and I liked that it it was taking people down at the same time being respectful. Well, some of the some of the different...
[1:38:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Junie's gonna cook everybody, Lindsay. Don't you worry. Like, eventually, she will cook.
[1:38:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, this is the thing is you're building in a different direction, and you don't... You could easily take Junie in that direction as well because all you need to do is, like, input all of the transcripts from their freaking podcast, all of their key sayings and video and, like, all that shit, and they're loaded up and ready to go. You just do the voice to it, and you figure out the connections between the spaces event and having it join because it's gonna have to be manually joined. And then you unmute the mic, and then it can go. But even the Lily AI and the Combo AI and, like, these, they've gotta manually unmute it. You're waiting to hear what its response is, and then it goes for, you know, the the rip. But even then, the voice is kinda like... It's not saying words correctly. There's kinda the... This was very smooth and pretty impressive, but they don't got bodies. They
[1:39:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: don't got... They don't look this good.
[1:39:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: They ain't screaming. You get that. I haven't heard an AI scream except for Junie. I haven't heard an AI scream. It's freaking nuts. But... Yeah. No. I... I'm I'm excited about this kind of stuff because you're just starting to turn the corner on these really big advancements. We're seeing other teams work in different areas on different things that are starting to get really cool. Yeah. But, yeah, to to Scott's point on that stuff earlier, you know, we we gotta be very careful about those that pitch the decentralized angle when, realistically, they're they're they're on models that, you know, are pretty accessible. It's just who's... It's all as good as who's training it. Right? And that's kind of what... Where we're at.
[1:40:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Facts. Yep. Appreciate you guys. Guys, I gotta jump. It's ten after. Guys, cool. Just started his his YouTube stream. Check him out right now. You guys know that he's live right this second. Cool. I appreciate you, Scotty. Thank you for coming through. Landy, appreciate you, gamer. Shout out. Crypto queen, I see you. Mister Bash, what's good? Matasco, thanks for coming through. Viper, Norby, LJ. Omi, Queen, my g, I see you. Ostens, what's up, my boy? That's a big that's a big time junior holder right there. Riot, what up? Mister Charles, it's good to see you as well. Dread, what up? And everybody else that came through, appreciate you guys. Thank you. Happy Monday. Let's kick this fucking year off right, man. We got a few more days to inauguration. This is gonna be up only time very, very soon. So position yourself accordingly, and let's cook. Appreciate you guys. Hope everybody has a good night. Peace.
