They literally went and arrested these fucking devs and threw these guys in fucking jail, and it was wild. Like, the the the government was just absolute... Like, the the the reach of this government in choke point two point o was absolutely rampant. And for those that are not familiar with that four letter acronym, I mean, there's way too many acronyms, number one. And when you set up an Ethereum node, right, there is a setting. If you're in The United States, there is a setting on the Ethereum node when you finally go to boot it up, and it says, do you want, say... Like, I forgot what it was. Honest or safe... I forgot I forgot which one it said. It's been so long. Or do you want, like like, do you want the opposite? And it was like, well, what's the difference? You got a higher yield on running an Ethereum node if you gave OFAC, meaning the Department of Treasury, access to all of the transactions that were coming through your node. So when you hear people say, like, oh, Ethereum isn't decentralized, blah blah blah, they genuinely mean that the majority of people... Because they set up a note to do what? Make money. Right? They they set that note up. They click that link, and I think it was something like... The difference was, like, five or 6%. Right? But running in a theorem note at 32 ETH, I mean, you run a few of those, that 5% adds up to some money money at the end of the day and just given what ETH has been doing as well. So just keep that in mind when you really think about this. Trump gets in office, and and now all of a sudden, the Supreme Court... I mean, maybe this is just timing. And to better, more secure, in my opinion, options. And I have multiple options, and I don't keep all my funds on one cold wallet. So I operate a little bit differently. But, you know, I don't think it's a security risk to the devices themselves. And if you are concerned, then just don't take any of the newest updates. Put your your colds... You know, switch over to a different cold storage device. And you can recover to another cold storage device and then use the the rolling OTPs and, like, all the different security measures.
