AIAirdrops / TGEsBTCCoinbaseCommoditiesDeFiETFsETH

Dave, Kool, Landy, and BK opened the show discussing the Bear Chain airdrop, with Kool sharing strong personal results from NFT holdings, trading activity, and social engagement while noting the larger social claim arrives February 10. The group analyzed mixed community reactions, supply pressure dynamics, and the chain's liquidity-focused design, with Landy highlighting its purpose-built nature versus typical casino-style chains. Conversation shifted to RWA tokenization momentum, particularly Ondo’s conference featuring Donald Trump Jr. and World Liberty Financial’s large purchases, alongside broader institutional adoption across JPMorgan, BlackRock, and others. Speakers explored airdrop farming sustainability, chain retention challenges, and meme coin market dynamics, including Murad’s heavy losses. The show closed with an appearance by Max Burwick discussing his legal actions against Pump Fun, sparking debate on accountability, economic realities, and litigation in crypto. All of this is discussion, not financial advice.

[0:02:59] Kool @koolcryptovc: Good girl's going back. The city's filled with him.
[0:03:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's up, guys? What's good, everybody? Happy Thursday. This is our final ATC episode of the week. Was kind of a busy day, actually, today. We had a lot of cooking today on the timeline. We got some airdrop action. We got some big news cooking. You know, the huge. Let me say, what's up to my cohost, my speakers. Cool. What's up, bro?
[0:03:29] Kool @koolcryptovc: Hey. I'm good.
[0:03:32] Kool @koolcryptovc: I'm good, man. It's been... I mean, I see I see we're we're going down, man. Again, I mean, who knows? I'm just enjoying the vibe, man. It's still the Elon Musk stuff is still dominating my timeline. So it's it's so entertaining, man. I swear it's just been... It's been a
[0:03:48] Voice I: crazy, crazy day today. Came out that
[0:03:51] Kool @koolcryptovc: way, which which kinda do it. So I'm I'm good. I'm I'm good. Let's go.
[0:03:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Yeah, man. It's some crazy Elon news. Not assuming my man. Elon and Trump. They're trying to halt the doge action here, but... Hey. Landy, what's good, bro?
[0:04:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: There's nothing they can do to stop him,
[0:04:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: and it's glorious. Yeah. You know, I'm a little
[0:04:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: bit of a bearer today, but we'll get into that probably a little bit later. You know, I I like to chain together some thoughts, and, you know, I... I'm just waiting to get on to here.
[0:04:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because I'm a I'm a Barrett. Nobody picked up on that cheesy ass fucking dad joke that he just dropped. It did. It was terrible, bro. It was so bad, bro. I didn't lose it so bad.
[0:04:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's just a mixture on top of the brain. You could could tell I didn't hit that one.
[0:04:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: I know I felt wrong even just throwing up an emoji for it, you know, but whatever. It is what it is. I felt wrong
[0:04:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: about you throwing up an emoji.
[0:04:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Let me say what's up to Jay. Jay, the GMR tournament, I think it came to a conclusion today. Did we pick a winner, Jay? What's good?
[0:05:00] $BNKR Art Tournament @art_tournament: Yo, Dave. Not yet. Just want to say, hey. Last finish line tomorrow, reveal the winner of the tournament and just went up to say thank you for supporting. Not everyone support like you did my my thing, so thank you, Dave, for that.
[0:05:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, bro. My pleasure, man. Like, bro, this is your... Bro, it feels like this has been going on forever. No? Like, you... If I'm feeling... If I'm looking at being like, I can't imagine what you're feeling like.
[0:05:27] $BNKR Art Tournament @art_tournament: Yeah. It's one month, it's a one month event, but, yeah, it feels like a two year
[0:05:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: stuff. Yeah. Good shit, Jay. Yo. For real, like, shout out to you, man. And I I I loved obviously getting in the chat with all the artists and riling everybody up, man. It was my pleasure, obviously, sponsor. I wish I could obviously, like, do more, but, yeah, man, I'm looking forward to see whoever wins this thing. As long as it's not Obey, it's gonna be great. I'm definitely rooting for the other person.
[0:05:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. No. No. Guys.
[0:05:55] $BNKR Art Tournament @art_tournament: It was a it was a fun event. The goal was to bridge some artist and stacks communities, and I think we succeeded in that aspect. So, yeah, it was a fun thing. And thanks for being part of it.
[0:06:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Always, man. I appreciate you letting me be a part of it, dude. Like, it was fucking... It was really, really great to see, and I think, like, that brings a lot of different people together and hopefully bigger and better the next time, man. So good shit. PK, what's up, bro?
[0:06:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: My daughter just got into her laptop, remembered the code. She remembered the password. Yeah. We gotta write that down. Yeah. But still, we gotta write it down anyway. She's like, I'm gonna remember. Okay. But... Yeah. Bro, LinkedIn drops a coin. I'm in. Bro, LinkedIn is the spot. I don't care what anybody tells me. LinkedIn is the spot.
[0:06:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, I'm not getting no love, bro. I'm literally putting shorts in LinkedIn literally for the last two days straight every, like, hour, bro. I'm getting, like, 20 impressions. What do I gotta do out here, kid? Like, so I gotta... It's gotta be more thought provoking content? They don't wanna have to make
[0:07:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: face. Bro. It's... I don't give a shit about the post, bro. It's the connections. It's the connections, bro. We got the we got the connect, bro. I hope this pans out. I'm not gonna say too much on it, but I I I hope it pans out because... Oof. Good good on the connections. Yeah.
[0:07:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Good shit, man. Yeah. I got tons of fucking connections too. I'm doing this whole thing wrong. Go figure. I can market everybody else's brand, but for me, marketing myself, I'm like an idiot. I swear to god. I'm like the worst, bro. Ugh. Anyways, welcome, BK. I know you got a space a little bit later tonight. I'm looking forward to obviously jumping on that with you. Yeah, man. Guys, let's jump into it. There's been... I don't know where to start first. You guys saw how I titled it. It was like, there was the there's the chain airdrop today. Maybe we tackle that first. I got... I was like... Because it... Like, my timeline was divided. Right? There was, like, the Ondo conference that was going on. Everybody was there. So, like, 200,000 something people in that live space, which was crazy. Later, Jay. And, obviously, like, the bear airdrop, and people were like, 700 tokens. I'm like, fuck. They're get a 700 tokens. Yeah. I saw that shit at, like, $13 at what? $12.50 or $13. I was like, goddamn. Samara, shout out to Samara when he got his girl a BBL. You know what I mean? Nice little Brazilian butt lift. Shout out for a nice airdrop. Congrats to Samara's chick. But I obviously had nothing in here because nobody ever fucking told me about yaps. They only yelled at me, like, three weeks ago. I'm like, oh, you're not doing yaps. Thanks, guys. Appreciate it. Y'all were the ones that probably made out like fucking bandits today. So cool. Please tell us about the bear chain airdrop and how you did.
[0:08:35] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. It was good. It was good, man. I can't complain. I got, like, almost eight
[0:08:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: minutes.
[0:08:41] Kool @koolcryptovc: I don't All I still don't realize don't realize. Because the it's it's a lot going on. So there there are two types of airdrop for for bear chain. The first one, I guess, is combined. So if you hold NFCs, you get an allocation, then you get allocation separate from the regular claim, then you get another allocation for for for your social interaction. So if you tweeted about heavily in the past, you get rewarded. So that that was where I got the most tokens. I got, like, 700 and something just for trading. Then I... The the... I own some NFTs too. I own some NFTs too, so I got I got some some there too plus the hand lost stuff, plus the... I own some NFTs. I lost some meme coins. So it's it's it's a lot. It's a lot. But, yeah, man, it was good. It was good there. Can't complain, man. But like I said, we haven't claimed our tokens yet for the social airdrop. So we... You could claim today for... Not claim. The airdrops is your wallet for for holding your NFTs, but the social claim is the biggest one. That's that's on February 10. So next week will be the large, large one. But it was a big one... Big... A good one, but the money hasn't even been made yet because there's a lot of ways to make money on the Barrier ecosystem now that they're live on maintenance. So bridge NFTs to to Baritain, bridge liquidity and start playing with it. There's gonna be another airdrop in the future. So it it was a good day, though. It was a
[0:10:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: good day. So let me ask you this real quick, cool, because I saw two different changes, No pun intended. Two different chains of thought, right, like, on the timeline where some people were like... You know, there were the party esque people that were... And I don't know if this is party esque. Right? But, like, I was just seeing people being like, this is the same shit. They're dressing it up. It's not really for the drops. Like, it's mostly insiders, blah blah blah. I didn't know about them, that February 10 claim. Like, I saw this thing run today. It's almost $13. And then now it's obviously down around, like, $7.7.5. If this thing goes, like, any lower, like, do you think people are gonna, like, you think the timeline's gonna blow up? Like, or do you think they kinda have this on It
[0:11:01] Kool @koolcryptovc: it it was it was kinda torn, man, because I saw I saw some people that got nothing. They got zero, which is kinda... I don't... It's so weird. I don't even know how they do this stuff anymore, man. But... So, you know, the... I think people need to understand this with airdrops, expect disappointment. But if you expect to be to be disappointed, you can't be mad, man. But people... I think people expect to to retire or something. So their reaction is always very negative when they don't qualify. You... But I I saw people get a lot of talking to some people didn't. But it's what it is, man. You can't win all the time. I mean, it's just way to give me this play, but we have a lot of okay. So... Okay. So I think we have a lot of people that live overseas. So you have to realize one k to me is nothing. One k to somebody else is is a two year salary. So if you're talking about getting a airdrop of 5 k, that's lot of fucking money, man. So their reaction is very, very different from mine. If I don't get a airdrop for 5 k, I'm cool. Right? It's all good. No no problem. But if they miss out or miss out on the airdrop that's worth that much, that's a big fucking deal to them, which which is fine. Not not dissing anyone. It's just your country. The currency is just is just not as strong as the dollar is. So but, yeah, there are two sides to this. Some people got stuff, some people didn't. But what I what I'll say is this, there's, like, a 150 projects still coming out. So don't don't be mad if you missed this one. There's still many more coming, man.
[0:12:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Interesting. Okay. Landy, what was your experience?
[0:12:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: I like it. I mean, look. Yeah. I I get the whole insider kind of a thing. I mean, when you're first starting a chain and you're doing a drop, you have to have participated to get a drop in some way. So if you're, you know, providing liquidity, you're gonna get something for it. Right? Like, it's been a long time coming. Now in in the way that they're rolling out the airdrop, I think, is smart. It's gonna be supply side pressure. It it found a low, and it's rallying to, like, eight thirty five, but there's still gonna be supply side pressure. That's what happens when you first release these style of chains. The whole chain is built around liquidity, though. So the the hypothesis is is that, yeah, you're gonna shed a lot of this for profits because people are gonna be paying themselves for their time and and money that they've basically lent out there. But then you're gonna get a lot of, utilization of the chain and then a lot of money flowing back in because of the way that the chain is built. That's the theory behind it. I I hear Marty Party's name coming up way too often these days to actually think that that when when he's mad and sad and upset, it tells me that we are definitely not even close to a top because when he's happy and hyped, that's when I know the top is probably in. It... Look. I I think that this is exciting for them. It's... It... Every chain has to grow. I mean, the whole thing about the chain stuff is everybody's go, well, abstract and now this and then that. And then it's like, okay. Well, when when tokens first release, you have all supply side pressure. Right? For... It's nothing but supply side pressure when a token releases like that. If it's not being actively mined, in a in a slow and steady fashion, Bitcoin, then, you know, you're you're not getting, pent up demand as things, you know, come on to market. You're you're getting supply that comes on the market that has to distribute. So I'm excited about, Barachain. I'm excited about where things are headed over there. It's the first of its kind that is purpose built for this, so I think it's good. I think it's a cool thing. I've got a lot of friends that are working over there that are doing really cool stuff. So that's that's exciting too to see that people that I know that were Bitcoiners, that were interested in this, that skipped Solana. Alright? They went they went and they played with with, Ethereum, but purposely skipped Solana because they felt like what was happening there was what we see. The pump fund style gambling casino with with this kind of stuff, very low liquidity, very high market cap. You can't actually take out those fancy numbers you see in your wallet without destroying the chart and stuff like that if you're in early. So I think, you know, I I think that it's a cool thing. I I think that it's gonna have... I would wait until people get their allocation, but learn how to participate in the chain if it's something you're interested in. There's ways that you can do it without even spending any money. So that... That's... There's, in fact, there's free mints going on. There's all kinds of stuff going on right now over there that I'm sure will yield some, some opportunities for people. And if you're already in the Ethereum ecosystem, it's it's literally just a hop, skip, and a jump over there, and you're good to go.
[0:16:16] Kool @koolcryptovc: And I I I also forgot one thing. There there was a a lot of holders bought all the NFTs because this this launch, the people that did the best, were the individuals that bought the NFTs, before they went live. And they had NFTs rate ranging from $100 to $200, man, and they bought all of them. One user spent, I think, 2 to $3,000,000 on NFTs. And based on his, bear rewards, I think he probably got, like, $1,520,000,000, man, dollars on his AirDrop. So it's a proof of liquidity change, which means the more liquidity you spend on that chain, the more your your... The the bigger your rewards. So that's like you've saying, like, there's a chance for you guys to get exposure, just bridge NFTs chain, go play on the chain, and be consistent, and rewards will come eventually.
[0:17:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: How much... Cool. How much was the airdrop, or is the airdrop gonna be in total? Was that 600,000,000? Is it... Did I see that?
[0:17:20] Kool @koolcryptovc: I I... Yeah. Right. I think, yeah, it was about $607,100,000,000, I think. Right, Landy?
[0:17:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It was something like that. Yeah.
[0:17:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's crazy. Holy shit. That's a lot of fucking money. Goddamn. And now the next thing is the... February 10. What happens then? Then that's for the social, like, component of it?
[0:17:44] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yes. The the the social component of it, a lot of users, a lot of regular people, man, with small accounts.
[0:17:50] Voice I: It's like you said, that's... This is why
[0:17:51] Kool @koolcryptovc: I love crypto because all they did was trade bearishain, and and they got several 100 tokens. And like I said before, you know, we live in in international place. Crypto is international. So people that make $50.60, $100 a month at their jobs are getting over $10,000, man, airdrop, which is beautiful. So, yeah, man, I I think it was good. I thought it was really good for for the users. February 10, they re... They... The social airdrop comes out. Plus, there's also... There's a there's a there's a ecosystem airdrop. So if you hold those NFTs, they... There's an separate allocation for you separate from the regular one. So it's so... Chain is so crazy. I'm I'm not gonna say that, you know, it's an insider chain. I'm not gonna say that. What I'll say is this. They rewarded a lot of people a lot of money, and this is just the beginning, man. It's it's it's... This is the beginning.
[0:18:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I mean, goddamn. That's a lot of money, man. I wish... Yo. And Samara seems to be all over this shit, bro. Like, he is literally on the ball with this shit, dude. Like, he is so pop pop pop. Like, every tweet I'm seeing from him is like, don't forget this. Don't forget that. Y'all are, like, hella organized with this stuff, man. But, hey. Y'all been doing this for me. Cool. Let me ask this one last question. Do you think airdrop farming is gonna be a thing in the future, like, or do you see it going away?
[0:19:17] Kool @koolcryptovc: I I I don't think... I don't think because it's the crypto... Unless crypto changes as a whole. Because the reason why they do AirDrop is get users. And in this industry, it's global. So how do you get users in your train? That's the reason why you have to have a good product. Because even if your... Because AirDrops can save you if your product is shit. You need to have a good products, and you need to be lucky too. Right? So a lot of times, it's it's it's... They want users, man. And, unfortunately, for us now... I mean, not users, but the the blockchains. There's there's over 350 blockchains now or more. So they want users to come and use their projects. And because when when the users come, the projects... They could raise more money. You know, that's... And it could... Because they they they use the, the the the the metrics of of, you know, our TVL is 1,000,000,000 to raise more money. They use the the the metrics of... The the the more users we have, they use that to raise more money. So, but EdgeOps doesn't save your project. It's... It gives you a nice boost in short term. How how you save your project is have a good protocol that people like to use. For example, HyperLiquid. HyperLiquid has been the best airdrop in probably encrypted history, and it's still here. And the price performance is doing very, very well. You can...
[0:20:43] Voice I: You look
[0:20:43] Kool @koolcryptovc: at Uniswap. Uniswap AirDrop, one one one one the the biggest in history, and it's been four years, and Uniswap is still doing very, very well, man. They they just launched a v four upgrade again. So AirDrop's are good, but they're only good enough if you have a working product. That's why a lot of times it's best to take a profit because you just never know, man. But, yeah, man, I think I think it's it's a it's a it's a fascinating game. AirDrop's are not going anywhere because they need users to bootstrap their their blockchain from from day one.
[0:21:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'd be really curious to know, like, what what is the retention... Like, how many... Like, do you stay on that chain? Like, I guess... Because if you I guess, now you have a vested interest. Right? But if you don't stake, like, are you... Like, do you go... Ever go back to that? And, like, how many chains have just been literally just, like, left desolate? Once it's just like they've raped and pillaged the whole chain for the air job, and then they're done so. Right? Like, I'd be really curious to know, like, cool. Does that happen more often than not?
[0:21:48] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. No. You are... It does happen more often than not. For example, I'll give you some examples real quick. Scroll is one of them. Scroll did a very bad air job, so it it it really pissed on the community. Screws a dead chain right now. Like, people are not there anymore. StarkNet is another one. You know, they rewarded the insiders. We're getting $200,000 airdrops. Our people are getting, like, $10.10 dollar airdrops. That change debt. Like, there's no... Like, it's so bad. They have zero t... The TBL, a protocol that raised 300,000,000 and has a total value locked of, like, two of, like, 2,000,000. That's how you know that, you know, it's it's it's it's... Most protocols kinda lose their users once they leave, but that's why I said you need to have a a good working project. Layer zero was a good one because they did a airdrop. People left. They now... They... Another airdrop bigger than the first one for the people that stayed behind me. So... And they have a good project. I mean, come on. Layer zero is being used by a a a... You know, almost everyone in crypto to bridge assets here. They're part part of with with with with with with with our projects in in in web three and web two. But you you need to have a good project. And if you don't, your project won't last a year if you don't have a a working good protocol that people wanna use with.
[0:23:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Super interesting, man. I always find this... Yeah. It's like how many different creative ideas can people come up with, like, what's successful, what's not? Obviously, HyperLiquid was definitely a great blueprint. We obviously have spoken about that at length where it's like, do they really have just four nodes? And people were like, where the keys at for that shit? So... Yeah. I mean, I I feel like people have been grinding. Bro, I remember Baruchain. Bro, I was living in California wet... Like, e... Way back. This was easy a year ago that I remember even just mentioning Baruchain when I was talking with the wolf guys. So this has been going on for a minute, man. Yeah. I mean, look. They launched in this mark. Yeah. And now I see... Now I hear people that are like, oh, we're gonna hold off on our TGE. Like, they're looking at this, like, day to day choppiness and, yeah, we're just gonna kinda hold off right now. And I'm like, why? I... What? What are we talking about here? Okay. So we're... Bitcoin's at 97,000. What do we... What? What are we what are we doing? Anyways, no. But good shit, man. Appreciate it. Congrats, obviously, everybody that obviously cashed in on the bear chain airdrop. Yeah, man. Like, keep winning out there. Let's go. Let's fucking... Let's get it done. Emithron, I saw you came up. Welcome. I don't think we've had the pleasure of speaking ever.
[0:24:28] Voice I: Yeah. Good evening, everyone. Good to have everyone here. Can everyone hear me?
[0:24:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. We got you, ma'am. What's up? You wanna talk about the Barre Chain?
[0:24:38] Voice I: Yeah. Well, I I am gonna be sincere to you. During those period of time, I I was battling depression, so I wasn't engaged in Web three activities. That was after I lost my assets due to wallet compromise. So... But I... I've I've been in this place for a while, you know, to understand that most CEO, founders, and all, they love to shit on their community, not knowing that communities are human, and they react to how you treat them in this space. And they also think
[0:25:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: And me? I... Yo. I I did not do. Was that you? Oh, shit. I don't think I've ever seen Cool fucking throw somebody out. That was amazing. Okay. Oh my god. He's such a badass.
[0:25:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Idea what even happened there. What what happened?
[0:25:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Was he That was a first. That was a first for me. Oh, cool. You bad motherfucker. I love it. I mean, fucked up, but, yeah, I love it.
[0:25:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Hey. Hey. To speak to security, like that young man was speaking, everybody check out Michael k. If you do not follow Michael k from WalletGuard, you are missing out on free security alpha. Please do yourself a favor. Like, this is not only web three alpha. This is web two alpha. Like, you still got your phone number in your x account? You still have your phone number in your x account? What are you doing? So please, for the love of Philadelphia Eagles, they... Michael k is the dude.
[0:26:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. Hey. This is my this is my program. Okay? Oh, you could do whatever you want when you in this seat, goddamn it. There'll be no Philadelphia Eagles talk. But while we're on the topic, before we go to the combo, Billy Betts is here. Fucking what's good, Billy Betts? How's our boy doing, Brett? What's good?
[0:26:48] Bread @_ToastMalone: Oh, it's crushing it, dude. Tomorrow, I'm I'm turning it over to the lot... To the real account, the actual Billy Betts account right now that you can... I mean, I'll I'll I'll share it here in the comments. The spuds, the potato account, is the account that I test my AI Twitter agents on and test, like, know, making sure that the language is good and that it's replying to the right people and that it's, like, you know, not just going way off and, like, being...
[0:27:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Can I see Billy bet some money, bro? So he can't lie. Like, if he's winning, bro, just... You know what I mean? Like like, 4 or $500 or something and then just, you know, keep building. What do you think?
[0:27:22] Bread @_ToastMalone: We're not, like, openly telling people to go ahead and copy trade, but, mean, he posts his bets after he bets them every every night at around, like, ten after, I think, 5PM eastern. I'll post in the comment his... Billy's bets for this evening on the on the NBA games.
[0:27:42] Voice I: And he's got some Loaded.
[0:27:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's fucking go, bro. Yo, Billy. Guys, we got our own fucking degenerate fucking bookie agent. This is amazing, bro. Are you kidding me? Billy Betts. Guys, go follow Billy Betts, like, right now. Brett, please keep us posted on his on his his his win loss percentage. I wanna know exactly what's what. Hey, bro.
[0:28:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's going beast. Not to be confused with Billy Betts.
[0:28:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Not to be bet the Eagles.
[0:28:06] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Not to be confused with Billy Bats.
[0:28:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Keep them here, Henry. Keep them here. Yeah. No. No. No. Not to be confused with that Billy Bats. Exactly. But as long as he's betting against the Eagles on Sunday, we're good. We're good. God. Okay.
[0:28:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Well, you you know the refs you know the refs are betting against them.
[0:28:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, that's a fact. That is a fact. You ain't not going against Jesus Mahomes over here, bro. Like, the savior.
[0:28:31] Kool @koolcryptovc: You guys don't understand, man. NFL NFL likes... They... It's it's the NFL team. They they're the Chicago Bulls of of this era and plus all the pay... Patriots, and they have Taylor Swift. Remember, Taylor Swift has brought massive amount of exposure to to NFL, man. So they want them to be insoluble every fucking year, man. But I'm I'm rooting for the eagles, though, but we'll see.
[0:28:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: The fuck? Goddamn it. Cool. A little solidarity here.
[0:29:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look. We don't need to see the Taylor Swift proposal that's gonna happen there. Alright? No.
[0:29:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm not. One knee and proposes
[0:29:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: to Kelsey and then carries
[0:29:10] Kool @koolcryptovc: him off the field with the same
[0:29:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: in his hand.
[0:29:12] Kool @koolcryptovc: Right now, man. They they once... Look. Why do you think every time Kelsey scores a toss down, they zoom into... They show Taylor Swift? It makes no... Like, I despise this shit so much. I used to love the Chiefs. I used to love... My wife's a big fan. All because of Taylor Swift, I not not not like this anymore. I'm not a fan anymore. I I want them to lose tomorrow. I hope they lose, man. But cool.
[0:29:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: But cool. The Landy. The swifty army.
[0:29:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, I mean, Taylor Swift is gonna sweep him off his feet after she proposes to him down on one knee.
[0:29:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: She brings 80,000,000 new viewers to the Super Bowl.
[0:29:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: She's gonna lift him up along with the trophy. They're gonna bring it home with her. She's gonna display it in all of her videos.
[0:29:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: What is going on? I am not doing that.
[0:30:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Trying to call me to tell me to shut up. So... Yeah. No. No. No. I'm just gonna be... They were calling me to tell me to shut up about Taylor Swift or I'm gonna get murdered. So...
[0:30:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. You better be careful. They're on
[0:30:11] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: the flip side. Yeah. She's gonna she's gonna dump Kelsey, end up dating Kanye, and then she's coming to the Super Bowl naked. Let's go.
[0:30:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god.
[0:30:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. Can we Billy Betz that?
[0:30:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know that you know that that's the only account that Kanye follows on Instagram is is Taylor Swift.
[0:30:27] Bread @_ToastMalone: A poly market line on it. Billy will totally... He can totally bet on that, bro.
[0:30:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: That doesn't sum up where the fuck... Like, where we are in these damn trenches. I don't know what does. Like, that is probably the perfect summarization of exactly where he was like, wait a minute. We could probably bet that Taylor Swift leaves Kelsey, goes with Kanye, shows up to the Super Bowl naked. No. Dave, Dave, where
[0:30:52] Bread @_ToastMalone: we're at is we can have our AI agents do that for us.
[0:30:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. And then we'll fucking... You'll see Viper being like, banker bot, go buy me go buy go buy me two of yay token, and I need you... And clanker. I need you to go launch Swifty token.
[0:31:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Something's wrong with us, guys. There's something severely, severely wrong with us.
[0:31:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. This is perfectly normal behavior, Dave.
[0:31:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. That's exactly perfectly normal behavior. Nat Nat, we miss you. We love you. Please come back and fucking bring some lawn goddamn order to this fucking establishment. Okay. Let's talk about what went down today at... I don't know. I'm calling it.
[0:31:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Obviously, like, you guys saw, even just the last couple days, World Liberty was stacking stacking up some Ondo, I think, to the tune of 10,000,000 and 12,000,000. Were literally, like, loading up on this. Obviously, Ando is the real world asset play. BK, I feel like you're super... Like, you're... Like, you, Scott, and and that hoker, you guys are big on this. Right? Like, I I I don't hold an Ando bag. I probably should, but can maybe give us a little bit of insight? I think this is something that you follow pretty closely. Yeah?
[0:32:03] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Well, yeah. I mean, what we're doing tonight is talking to a dude who's not just talking about RWAs. He's actually doing it, and he's compliant in The United States. And so far, what he's starting with is tokenizing commercial real estate, but tokenization is just a small part of it. Right? Like, this space is just filled with key phrases and hype words. You know? So people hear, like, tokenization or mass adoption, and, you know, they come running with their money open and their wallet open. I saw a funny joke the other day. It showed the Ethereum logo, and then a dude right next to it was holding an empty wallet, and it kinda looked the same. It was it was it was kinda funny. It was it was actually on LinkedIn. It was. It was actually on LinkedIn, bro. It's it's hilarious.
[0:32:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, it's so good. It so does.
[0:32:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But, yeah, the the, the RWA space, this is what excites me, right, is because blockchain being used to give opportunities... Like, we're talking about opportunities here with airdrops and shit like that. Yeah. That's all fine. You know, you can play the Federal Reserve all you want, but like Kool says, you know, you you print money out of nowhere. You're gonna have to have a product eventually. You know? Otherwise, what are you gonna do? Just keep printing money? You're not the Federal Reserve. You know? So for for now, the... You know, they're the ones doing it. But, blockchain, ladies and gentlemen, has been around for a very, very long time. Just hasn't been utilized properly in the way that it gives opportunity to everyone. Right? Now tokenizing, and you could... Like, my man, Matthew, that we're we're we're talking to tonight, he said you could co... Tokenize a a cow pie. In other words, a piece of shit if you wanted to. You know? So it's all about what you tokenize, and and and that is going to give opportunity to so many people that otherwise wouldn't have been able to get in a REIT, you know, a real estate investment trust. You know? It... It's gonna... And especially, the way in which you do it. So there's a lot of interesting stuff going on in the RWA space.
[0:34:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: And I
[0:34:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: got stats for you, BK. You ready?
[0:34:22] Voice I: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
[0:34:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Go ahead. I got some stats for you. Ready? So for Mondo today, this is the companies, the chains, and what they're tokenizing. Right? So JPMorgan on their Onyx chain, they're they're tokenizing money market funds and bonds. Right? They've developed their JPM coin, right, which is a stable coin facilitating daily transactions. So far, they've done over $1,000,000,000 in transactions on that chain. Money and securities, so they're gonna expedite the repo transactions. If If y'all remember yesterday what Alex was talking about, I probably was the only one paying attention to that sort of, but go back and listen to it so you know. Six digital exchange, SDX, it's called. They're tokenizing bonds. So they're gonna be issuing bonds and integrating digital and traditional bond markets. Securitize, you obviously saw us working hand in hand with BlackRock. They're gonna be essentially tokenizing company shares, real estate, different funds. Brickin. Brickin was a big one. Man, I remember these names. It's so crazy. Real estate and, obviously, equity, they've tokenized over a $250,000,000 so far, and that's since March of last... Of twenty twenty three. Excuse me. Janice Henderson is tokenizing treasury funds, State Street, bonds, and money market funds. And don't forget, there's also stables now because XRP is getting into the mix. Stellar org is getting into the mix. Obviously, XLM, they have their stable coins. So OUSG is gonna be on the XRPL ledger, and USDY is going to be on Stellar. So there is so much that is actually cooking out here. The... Like, worst... I'm... I know I am. I'm sleeping on this. We yell about it all day every day. I need to start getting way more involved because, like, follow the money. We always say that up here. Right? Follow the money and, like, you... Like, it's right in front of our face. There is trillion... Literally trillions of dollars of transactions that are going on, and this thing is only gonna be getting bigger and bigger.
[0:36:09] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But Bro, when you combine when you combine when you combine RWA with Deepin, it's a monster. It's a absolute monster, bro. And, yeah, people are definitely sleeping on it all. And and, you know, it... It's just like with anything. Like, I I was screaming to everybody about Tesla at $25 a share, and nobody listened. I was talking about Amazon at $55 a share, nobody listened. You know? So it's unfortunate, but, you know, as the saying goes... Well, for here, it would be the timeline is the equivalent of the cab driver. Right? When your cabbie tells you, oh, I think you should buy some Tesla. Like, bro, that's your exit. Like, you guys were talking about... What... What's this guy? Marty McFly? I don't even know who that is, but... Not like he's your...
[0:36:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Party party.
[0:37:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. He's your he's your exit liquid. He's like the cab driver, I suppose, you know, based on what you guys are saying. He's the the proverbial cab driver. Like, the whole point is to be early with this stuff, and don't listen to... That's another... That's the the other catchphrase. Right? Guys, we're still early. And I'm sitting back here going, what the fuck are you talking about, bro? IBM's been using blockchain for eight years. Like, what are you talking about? We're still early, these blockchain guys. It was one of the reasons why we got out, and we went more web two with our own company. It was like, wait. See, when we actually looked behind the curtain, we were like, what the hell is going on in all these blockchains talking about... Not everyone not everyone, but all these blockchains... A lot of these blockchains, rather, that are talking about interoperability, and they they don't give a shit about other chains. They're trying to be king of the hill, and that's what we see, you know, from a business perspective, what's wrong with the web three space is it's it's not collaboration over competition now. It's competition over collaboration, but make everybody think we're collaborating together. You know? Facts. That's it.
[0:38:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's how it feels, bro. Like, serious, bro. That summed it up. I swear. That is exactly how it feels, at least to me too right now. It really, really does. Fuck. Yeah, man.
[0:38:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Well, bro, we we went to partner with a lot of web three companies. We have one web three partner on our DigiDiscount side, and then, you know, we've got more on the pie innovation network side because, you know, those are, like, warp games and and earnscape and stuff like that, who's not... You know, then that can't really offer a discount. But, on on the other side, it's like, bro, you talk to these com... And we hear this from web three companies. So this isn't just us, you know, viewing it. These are other well known... And I'm not gonna put them on the spot here, but well known web three companies in this space that are like, yeah. These guys are full of shit. They're absolute... We go to these conferences. We go to Singapore. We go to all these places, and all these guys pretend we're all playing in the same sandbox, but then you look and they've developed their own sandbox throwing shit at you. You know? Smoke and mirrors, baby. It's all smoke and mirrors, and it's turning into web two. It's like web two greed has entered the space, and it's not about what the mission was. You know? The mission here was clear. We... To sum it all up, we were supposed to be fighting the man with web three. Right? That's what this was all about. And we start with the payment rails and get rid of the central banks and get rid of the Fed, get rid of the IRS. That's what this was supposed to be about. Now it's just one big greedfest. You know? Bag after bag after bag. I'm sorry, bro. I I... I'm really passionate about this shit because it dis... It disappointed me. It dis... This is the reason I came from the stock market to come over here. Only to find out it's it's... They're they're now offering Wall Street products.
[0:39:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Like, what... Are you kidding?
[0:40:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'm sorry, bro. Let me stop. Nah,
[0:40:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: bro. You're good. Why do you think I've been up here fucking literally hosting shows for three fucking years literally on my own fucking dime, like, scrounging to get fucking by, finally to see a little bit of light. Yeah. I'm in the same damn boat, bro, because, like, you wanna be part of, that change. You know what I mean? You really do. Yeah. But good points, b k. Really, really good points, and I'm looking forward to, obviously, your space a little bit later. Feel free to pin it up there tonight, bro. So everyone could go, obviously, set some reminders, added to their calendars. But... Cool. Landy, you guys wanna chime in on the on the Ondo conference?
[0:40:35] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. Yeah. No. No. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Sorry.
[0:40:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look. I I have
[0:40:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: Very small part of a much bigger plan to utilize Chokepoint, Chokepoint two two point o to scare off retail. The bigger players get their hands all involved in ecosystems, not just by buying the coins, by funding every single project you can think of. They're everywhere, funding everything via VC vectors so that it's hiding who is actually behind it. I I can I can tell you this is somebody that worked at a firm that is funding? Lending out money to give to VCs so that it looks like it's coming from VCs to then get injected into the ecosystem. I know how this works, unfortunately. I'm not a fan of them doing that, but that's how the that's how the world works. Right? That's how these players work. That's how they're able to get to where they are anyway. And what we have now is all of the coins in the ecosystem. Just look at Bitcoin. They're just hoovering it off of exchanges. It's insane. Same with Ethereum. They're just sucking it out of these exchanges. The exchange reserve balances are diving off a cliff because what are they gonna do? They're gonna take those coins. They're gonna create centralized products in these decentralized environments and sell them right back to everyone. But this is what they're gonna do to get the... Retail. That's why retail isn't here. They're all scared. They don't wanna get involved. They don't even know what this is anymore. It's morphing into something unrecognizable. They knew what what FTX was. They knew what, crypto.com was. They knew what, the BlockFi, Celsius, and all the different lending programs were in the American exchanges that went down. They were familiar with that because they got they got sucked all into that last cycle and completely liquidated. So now they don't wanna touch any of it. Only if it's gonna be through a banking system where it's got where it's got some kind of FDIC insurance or it's from a reputable company, and it's in their portfolio, it's in a wrapped asset, or it's utilized transparently by these bigger players. That's how they're gonna get back on board, in my opinion, and it's not the world that I envisioned for this. And I'm seeing it everywhere I go. Right with you there, BK, Dave, Cole. We all know what's going on. And, unfortunately, I think the real battle test is actually ahead, and we're gonna see how many people in web three capitulate because I just don't... It... It's gonna be a liquidity problem everywhere you go. That's why I'm excited about things that have, like, actual liquidity, which is... Oh, you can actually put your offer on this? Oh, wow. That's crazy. You you mean, I
[0:43:29] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: can't afford
[0:43:29] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: a I had somebody tell me they they they own Bitcoin. I said, yeah. For real? You get a noncustodial. They go, what's that?
[0:43:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: I said, well, what are
[0:43:37] Voice I: you talking about? I said, how you... How do you
[0:43:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: own it? They said, through MicroStrategy. I bought MicroStrategy. Got it here.
[0:43:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Strategy now. Just not to be confused with strategy now. We dropped the micro. Yeah. No more MicroPine. Vincent came up. Vincent, what's good?
[0:43:52] Vincent_R @DJVincentR: What's up? What's up, everybody? What's up, Vincent? Nada, it's good to catch up with you. You know, Landy was just talking about, like, retail, and I had mentioned to him just the other day. I don't know if you... Dave, if you saw the news of Telcoin Bank out of Nebraska getting its, yeah, it's a charter then for the first digital asset bank in Nebraska, which is huge. And so not financial advice, but Telcoin is not even available on the major US exchanges yet. So there you go.
[0:44:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nice. Appreciate it, bro. Oh my god. My buddy's gonna be go crazy. He know how much Telcoin he mined way back when? And then he... I think he said he he lost it all. Like, I'm not... He doesn't know where it is, bro. So I He's seasick. Here's a
[0:44:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: crazy thing, Vincent. I I did... I you back, but it gets buried, right, real quick in my DM, so my apologies. I have Telcoin, and I had to confirm that it was the actual correct Telcoin because I was like, how the hell do I even have this coin still? I thought I would've freaking got rid of this. But then I remember I keep literally everything. I... It's kinda weird. We live in a weird world, this weird transition in time where I'm not... Now I get why the market's doing what it's doing because even I'm like, what the freaking hell is going on here? Why is all of Web three just turning into Web two? And we're just... We're up our own ass for all of the major players to be involved and take all our damn coins away from us so that we can buy them back in a different way. Like... Yeah.
[0:45:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Especially You want me to call the Wambulans? You want some cheese with that one?
[0:45:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just wanna get back in my high chair and go wee.
[0:45:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wee. Yeah. Get back
[0:45:35] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: oblivious part.
[0:45:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Baby. Yeah. Vibe, what's good, bro?
[0:45:41] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: What's going on, guys? Landy's on one today. I'm loving it. Couple thing. So I don't know whether you guys got to, the super and warp cast kinda merging yesterday. That is... It will go, like, unseen as far as how much...
[0:45:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: More mergers and acquisitions. See what I'm talking about, Viper? See? More mergers.
[0:46:00] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Well, that... That's two big brain devs that were actually, like, somewhat competitive. Right? Like, you could say competing products that are actually merging. So they're, like, at least we'll just join in the Farcaster team. So excited to see what's going to ramp up with that because I think he has some pretty clear directives. So that should be pretty great. So Coinbase Wallet going in launching. They have a client, I guess, Jesse is working on, meaning that, like, somewhat like a Twitter or a far... Or sorry, a Warpcast or Recaster. I haven't really seen what that looks like, but could be pretty exciting because I think that opens up to whatever all the Coinbase wallet users being 800 or something. So pretty big pretty big stretch for creators. Pretty great opportunity, I think, there. If you're not on Forecaster, get your ass over there. Make it a fit. It looks like $2. And then massive news out of the deployer ecosystem. So I pinned it up at the top. There's a lot to digest through there, but he's basically come out and said how the allocate... Like, how the allocations will work. He is gearing down Hamcaster to focus more onto the banker side of it, and it will go to 60% banker, 40% hand... Or t n 100 x, I should say. And with that, the LP opportunities, a, they've been great. I came up and told you guys about that, I think, last week or however long it's been. That has been printing over on BMX. And I believe that he's gonna be looking at implementing some single side LP too. So just really easy. You own the ticker. You can kinda just stake it and earn. Super simple, super easy. It just continues to hide the wires better and better. I think 1,200 some odd people got access to banker today. So if you're on the wait list, you may wanna check because you may have access.
[0:47:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nice. I get to go shout on the timeline even more. Let's go.
[0:47:45] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Yeah. That's the end of my rant, but I always love the show, boys.
[0:47:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Appreciate it, Vibe. Thank you, man. Appreciate you for coming through, man, giving us the heads up. Let's go. Cool. My bad. Did you wanna chime in on the Ondo stuff? Like, what do make of this? Like, do you have any positions in a lot of these r... In any, like, RWA plays, like Ondo or anything else?
[0:48:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Mantra and and I think that's the only one for now. Mantra, I have a mantra. Yeah. What's that?
[0:48:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Copy. Yeah. I mean, I feel like I'm underexposed. That sounds really funny when I say that, especially coming from me. I need to be over... I need to be more exposed. That just doesn't sound right when I say that shit. But, anyways, okay. Yeah. I mean, it was it was monstrous today. I mean, when I saw that space that was going on, was, like, 240,000 people. Donald Trump junior was, like, their guest speaker, like, to close out the actual, like, conference. Like, Donald Trump junior was there to close this whole shit out. Obviously, again, like, World Liberty has been buying on do. Like, they're not, like... And it's not even, like, nobody's being quiet about anything. It's kinda what I love. Like, they're doing this out in the open. Like, you might wanna go buy some yeast. You might wanna go buy some Ando. Like, follow what we're doing. Like, we're gonna feel real fucking stupid if, like, Yves has this insane fucking run and Ando goes crazy. And we're gonna be like, how did you... You did you not know this was coming? No. We only watched World Liberty by a fucking hundreds of millions of dollars of this shit, and we just did nothing on the on the sideline. Cool. Yeah. Alright. Whatever. Yeah. Let's get involved. I need to get more involved. But, yo, I'm looking through my timeline right now, bro. It... This is the wildest... Let let me read y'all, like, the wildest, like, shit right now. There's literally someone... Laura Loomer. Right? We all know Laura Loomer. Right? She writes... You printed out a poster, and she writes to Dick Durbin, the guy who essentially didn't wanna release the Jeffrey Epstein files. You printed out a poster of me to demonize me and target me during an FBI related hearing for Cash Patel last week. Well, I stumbled upon your daughter, and I'm going to show you some of what I found. And then literally, the next thing... Nothing to do with this. The next thing that I see is Elon Musk that says nobody cares to a tweet that says impeachment articles have already been filed against president Donald Trump. And I'm like, yo. We are going from one thing to the net. Like, this is, like, drama right now. Like, this is craziness. They literally filed articles to impeach this man already. Are you kidding me? I don't understand anymore. What is happening? Like, guys, what do we have to
[0:50:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: do to fix this? Dave, you missed that because Legos are are gendered pieces that interlock with each other, a male and a female part, that they're anti LGBT. So you might have missed that one. Sorry. Did so.
[0:50:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: They're all My fault. Was buying tickets officially. Yeah. I was buying tickets to the Trans Serbian Opera, bro. My fault. Like, I'll pay attention.
[0:50:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: You love to see a shrimp run on the treadmill? The best they gave gift bags away to the deportees. They were just like, hey. We're gonna deport you. I need... We need 25,000,000 to send you on your way with some gift bags. What is happening? Every time I hear this shit, drives me crazy, but, here we are. Here we are. That's some wild shit. Okay. Let me see what else we got cooking. Phantom. Phantom launch... This was really interesting, I I thought today. I did... I didn't see this in the app. I gotta open it up, but it says they launch multicurrency support, 16 different currencies. The yen, the dollar, the pound, the Aussie dollar, and I'm like, wow. Does that mean there's, like, different, like, stables? I'm like, wait a second. What's happening here? Has anybody seen this
[0:51:18] Kool @koolcryptovc: in Phantom Haul today?
[0:51:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: I haven't had the chance to look at it. I just didn't wanna look at how bad my bags were down today.
[0:51:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: I've been too busy trading. Actually, I haven't looked at it, but I know that... I I saw the the announcement, but I haven't actually gone to look.
[0:51:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I mean, look. They got... They're raising money at billions of dollar valuation, so they gotta figure something out to stay relevant, stay in the news right now. Because shit. I mean, MetaMask, I saw some news today. MetaMask is now rolling out ENS compatibility for l twos. It's a little too late, Metamask. Too little.
[0:51:52] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Look at them, though.
[0:51:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Look at
[0:51:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: little Metamask go over there.
[0:51:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right. Hey. Right? Like, you like, you literally, like, with the training wheels. Like, you have, like, walking... Like, you... You're teaching your little kid how to ride a bike down the street. It's like, what the fuck? Oh, man. Let me see. Let me see what else we got cooking out here. Oh, me and Build are gonna be co hosting a space next Tuesday, 4PM eastern time, AI agents on the XRPL ledger. Guys, this is gonna be wild. Like, this shit's gonna cook. So if you need to figure out how to get money over there, how to do whatever, I'm telling you, like, these are the spaces you need to come to. I also have a monster WagMe hub space tomorrow morning at 9AM. Same thing, AI agent trading. We got a bunch of the investment dials back, some of the big money peeps back. So... Yeah. Vin, what's up?
[0:52:42] Vincent_R @DJVincentR: Yeah. There's there's... You were talking about AI agents on XRPL. There's one Wealth twenty eight. Got some good content creators there. Cypress, some... I don't know if you're familiar with this content, but pretty solid, and they're building out one called Wealth twenty eight agent over there that's doing pretty well.
[0:53:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nice. Can you pin that somewhere? Are you doing the comments or or to the top thing?
[0:53:03] Vincent_R @DJVincentR: Yeah. I'll pin it up there, man. That would be good for you to to have them maybe on as part of that.
[0:53:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hell, yeah. Absolutely, man. I I I wanna get as as diverse a panel as possible for show for show. Cool. Landy, I know it's a little early now, but what else? Anything... What did I miss on the timeline today? I mean, there's obviously, like, a million other... This five
[0:53:23] $BNKR Art Tournament @art_tournament: I got you.
[0:53:24] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Pengu Pengu burnt, what, 10,000,000,000 tokens, and it went down 11%.
[0:53:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Well, for real? Oh, yeah. Yeah, bro. It went down?
[0:53:36] Kool @koolcryptovc: Does. It's it's it's down 71% in the past thirty days, man. I think the buy, though, I I I... You know, I'm gonna buy a bunch of it because they... If you buy the Bengu and you hold a certain number, you... You're earning XPs for the abstract airdrop. So there's always a play there's always a play. So I I I think it's a buy. I mean, you're you're down 71% in thirty days. It could go lower, but, I mean, I think it's a buy, though.
[0:54:05] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Cool. I agree. And and I... You're talk... And this is someone that I I don't really fuck with crypto too much, but, you know, that's... It's kinda like a no brainer. At this at this point, it's almost sub penny. You know? So I agree with you on that. And by the way, cool. Where are you from, bro? Where's that accent from?
[0:54:25] Kool @koolcryptovc: Oh, that's... It's it's it's Nigerian, bro.
[0:54:29] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Nigerian? Yeah. I thought I heard a little bit of island, like, maybe Jamaica, but then I was like, then I heard some other I've been
[0:54:39] Kool @koolcryptovc: I've been all over the place, man. So I I was born in Virginia, but I moved to Nigeria as a kid. Mhmm. Came back, joined the military, out around the world for, like, eight years, you know, and I'm back in Texas now. So...
[0:54:53] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But... Yeah. Shout out to shout out to Chalk's and Web three Nigeria building the biggest community in Africa, period. Never mind Nigeria in Africa. And, yeah, Africa is not a country, ladies and gentlemen, for the people in The States that still think it's a country. But, yeah, shout out to Chalk's and the whole crew over there, my man, Promise, and everybody over there, man. Aliki. Aliki. He's the only guy... Yo. This dude told me... I said, yo. If people just stop fronting it, just say they're for the bags. You don't have to talk that I'm here for the tech shit. Right? And Aliki says, Brian, I'm telling you right now, I am here for the bag. And I was like, that's my man. That is my man. Aliki to the death, bro. That is my man. And cool. We were actually talking about... I don't know if you guys are familiar with Moringa. Moringa is a is a is a weed that can grow virtually anywhere, and it's very... It's, like, one of the most mineral nutrient dense plants on the face of the earth. There's, like, something, like, 80, 90 different minerals and nutrients in it. And one of the things we're talking about for Nigeria is growing it out there and tokenizing it. So that that might be coming coming through in the in the future. Not soon, though. Not soon. Hey,
[0:56:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: man. I'm trying to get my cohost high out here. Better relax. No. Good shit, BK. Alright. Quick other... Some other quick items that I'm that I'm seeing here. I see a tweet says very... A very wise man once told me l twos have the best business model in the world. They buy Ethereum block space at wholesale prices and then sell it at retail prices. Arbitrum brought in a million dollars in fees yesterday while paying less than $20 in l one settlement to Ethereum. Ethereum's dying, but but not so fast. Not so fast. Not so fast. Also, Fantom, actual Fantom wallets, eclipsed Ethereum, the chain in fees yesterday like, $50, little over 500,000. And then on the Bitcoin side, for those of that are saying,
[0:57:00] Landy @CryptoLandy: oh my god. We're bleeding. We're going down forever.
[0:57:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: 17,000 BTC, that's 1,600,000,000, was withdrawn yesterday from centralized exchanges, the largest outflow since April of last year. So keep crying and keep saying, sell your bags, do whatever you gotta do. Enough. That's enough. Like, if that stat doesn't tell you everything, combined with every single state out here that's now getting approval, right, it's just every day there's another state that's getting approval to add Bitcoin to their reserve... To their their their reserve. I don't know what to tell you guys at this point, man. Like, stop selling Bitcoin. Just stop. What do you what
[0:57:36] Kool @koolcryptovc: do you think about... Like, I've see... I'm seeing this on time. Like, I I cannot feel bad, though. I I I forgot to do, man. Murad Murad has been getting killed on a timeline, man, because he he knew he was pushing those meme coins and they down massively. You know, I think he's down I think he's down, like, probably 30,000,000 now on his initial buys. You know, they they dox they dox his wallets. Right? So they dox his wallets, so he can't sell. So he's just holding, and he's... And he got people into this shit buying high, buying SPX high, and they're dead down 90, 80, 70%, I mean, in past, like, one one month. But does that... Just seeing the the morass stuff on the time, like, I kinda feel bad for that dude, though.
[0:58:20] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. He sounds like the Jim Cramer of crypto.
[0:58:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, it was betting all. This is even worse, bro. Like, my man went up there. He had everybody drinking the Kool Aid at token $20.49. He's like, this is it. You gotta find the autistic cults. These are the ones. And he just listed off a million different meme coins. Bro, his portfolio literally... He he literally made, like, $15,000,000. I'm not even kidding off meme coins. And now now looking so good. Cool. What hap... Like, how do these meme coins come back? I don't understand. You know how much liquidity, how much money it's gonna take to get these things even back anywhere close to some of those valuations?
[0:58:54] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. I I think I think I think what probably happened was the whole effect. And we we... So it's it's two things. It's the... It's Bitcoin, and it's the the pump something. Because the... You know, he... He's right. The problem is he never sold because he's... They docks his wallet. He was right when he's talking about finding the calls and all that shit. Yeah. That... He was fine. The problem was he got it early at the... Before the meme meme coin cycle took over. But the problem is, you know, when when everybody's, you know, facing one direction, you wanna go the other way. So, unfortunately, he he can't sell. And a lot of people are down right now, man, because they they believe they believe they're open. Even for me. I told you guys I was gonna buy Gigachat. I just... I didn't buy it. I was just watching watching. Landy said don't touch Gigachat. He said it, like, almost two months ago. I remember him saying this. Don't buy that shit because everybody's buying right now. And, you know, they... They're selling their wheels of... You know, peep... People... Gigachat did a 5,000 x, man. And, yeah, because I'm like, why are you selling a token that did 5,000 x for retail? That makes no sense. And that's that's the biggest reason why I I didn't buy it. But I... A lot of people lost a lot of money. I don't know if they're gonna come back. I... The the bigger ones will come back. The ones with these centralized exchange listings, like the SPX and GigaTab possibly will come back, but it was it was... You know, it's so crazy. One day, everybody loves you. You you you are the Cinderella, the Snow White. The next day, you are you are SPF. You are burn made made off. You are PDD, man, the next day, man. Crypto is crazy, man.
[1:00:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's kinda true. It's kinda true. I mean, it's gonna take a Herculean effort to get some of these things back. And, yeah, I know a few people definitely don't wanna name names, but sorry, Stacksy. You should not have put yourself in 95% memes. That's fucking crazy. But, anyways, guys, check the pinned tweet at the top. This was my favorite tweet of the day. Look at this guy literally on a plane being deported, and the caption says, being deported after a 40 k loan and maxing out your credit cards. My man is literally smiling on the plane being deported back to Honduras. Like, he's got 40,000 in his pocket. Who knows what he did with spending on the credit cards? He's like, yeah. I'm good. Send me back to Honduras with, like, a $100 in my pocket. Yeah. You gotta love it. Yeah. My my my mom goes, $100? Yeah. Exactly. Same reaction, ma. We have the same reaction. Yep. And then my... Guys, this is gonna be our new hero. Okay? I'm gonna pin it to the top. I put it in the comments. Max Berwick needs to be put on a statue. This is the man that is right or wrong going after pump fund and is trying... I mean, it's like... He's like a little... Like a David versus Goliath type of deal at this point, but this is the... This is Berwick Law who is going after pump fund try and find any little chink in the armor to be like, hey, man. We're gonna sue you. And now, apparently, like, there's some meme tokens that are on there that have, like, his law firm name in it or some bullshit. I don't know what it is. But we gotta get behind this guy, guys. Alright? Anything Max Berwick needs, we need to be behind. Cool, Landy? You with me?
[1:02:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. What?
[1:02:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: Because Bro, we can't... You can't... Yeah. He's scamming people. He's a scammer.
[1:02:26] Kool @koolcryptovc: You can't you can't you can't stop on fun, man. It's it's a goal when it's time. Right? I mean, last cycle, BNB was the the DJN chain. BNB now has lost... BNB chain has lost the light. So I don't know what's gonna happen with both on, but I... Guys, you can't be suing people because you lost money, man. It's your fault. Like, that makes no sense.
[1:02:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. All he's doing is he is going to fight for settlement out of court, and he is going to take the majority of that settlement, and people will get little checks that have, like, 3 or 4 pennies in it. No. I do not support lawyers that do this crap. He knows exactly what he's doing. Oh oh, we were just showing how easy it was to launch on the... Give me a break. Give me a break, you asshole. Listen. We know who this guy is. We... He's been around. I do not support him. I want to see him not be successful in this because if he's successful in this and they do have a settlement, they're setting precedent for higher courts. And that's not what you want when you're trying to go after the, quote, unquote, scammers of the industry.
[1:03:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, let me just read you one statistic from this afternoon. On Chain Data, pump fund fee account moves a 140,285 SOL, aka $26,000,000 to Kraken deposit, and, like clockwork, extraction. Thank you very much.
[1:03:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Criminal extraction that everyone fucks Exactly.
[1:03:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's get behind it is. Let's get behind the criminal that's gonna take down the bigger criminal. You know what I'm saying?
[1:03:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, I don't know which criminal to support anymore, Dave. I've been supporting criminals all my life. I worked in industry for so many years making markets for criminals, and I was a criminal. And now I gotta go support other criminals, and I don't even know which criminal is the right criminal to support. Somebody give me guidance.
[1:04:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Andy's off the rails.
[1:04:19] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: About we find the dev that's giving out 100% of the revenue?
[1:04:22] Kool @koolcryptovc: Please click Landy. That's the best... That's the greatest rant I've ever heard in my life. But, yo, please, someone's right click click click this audio. I'm awesome.
[1:04:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: Get some dumbfounders.
[1:04:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Viper, if if you don't go if you don't go down there and literally write, like, banker, like, like, create a coin or or or send Landy some, I don't know, some sympathy token. I don't know what you gotta do, but it'll be amazing, bro.
[1:04:45] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Millie owes me launching the shut the fuck up token. Landy would not have gotten that, but that was good. No. And you know what? There... That's kind of the choices we have. Right? When you go down
[1:04:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Somebody asked for
[1:04:56] Voice J: help? I'm here. The key.
[1:04:58] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: The the pump fun route
[1:05:00] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: or the criminal route. And that's, you know, that's why I've been boasting for Deployer for so long is today you came out and said we're gonna give out 100% of the revenue from Banker. You use a cool AI thing. You're involved in the community. You're gonna benefit. We're pretty... That's fucking rare. I don't know anyone else that's given out a 100. If you do, I'm interested because I'd like to go in, but, like, we're pretty blessed, and we should really celebrate the the good ones that we do have because they're so few and far between.
[1:05:27] Kool @koolcryptovc: Let's go. Yeah.
[1:05:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thank you from the peanut gallery. Lady Wings. What's up, Wings?
[1:05:33] Voice J: Thank you. Thank you. Nothing but love and respect, but I agree.
[1:05:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Love it. Love it.
[1:05:39] Voice J: Honor, if you're gonna do the time... You know, don't spend more money than you could afford to lose, not that you're gonna lose. But come on, people. Really?
[1:05:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Berwick. Berwick. I need you guys to chant this with me. Berwick. Berwick. What? You never make me do it. Landy, a 140,000 soul. Out. Oh, no. That's probably some of my Trump money. You know?
[1:06:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna write a strongly worded tweet about all of the market makers now because they're
[1:06:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: stealing all of our coins. They just get
[1:06:11] Voice J: I'm gonna go play Nick Tiddly with the manhole cover.
[1:06:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. He actually actually made a video. Like, he didn't put a tweet out. He actually put himself on video.
[1:06:18] Voice I: You didn't see... I put
[1:06:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: it in the I put it in the comments. He literally went on videos his whole set. Yeah. You know? God. Heartfelt, bro. Heartfelt. Bro.
[1:06:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Why why does brun... Brunswick...
[1:06:31] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Boernek Berwick.
[1:06:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Trick... Berwick. What the hell is his name? I'm just thinking of New Brunswick. Sorry.
[1:06:38] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Hey. Shout out to New Brunswick, New Jersey.
[1:06:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hell yeah.
[1:06:41] Voice J: Yeah. Yeah.
[1:06:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Fuck the eagles.
[1:06:44] Voice J: Go eagles. But
[1:06:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: I What? He's selling a $100.
[1:06:48] Vincent_R @DJVincentR: Much bull.
[1:06:48] Voice J: I don't know. The 49ers aren't playing
[1:06:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: to me. Support anymore, David.
[1:06:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: From the
[1:06:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: cold, David. You still
[1:06:54] Voice J: have the would have been a training bra.
[1:06:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god.
[1:06:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: Be that monkey and not be a
[1:06:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: David. At this.
[1:06:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: See, I can't understand what's going on anymore. I'm so confused. I think I just need to sleep for while.
[1:07:04] Voice J: Wake me up with a market screen. On your face.
[1:07:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Lydia, don't worry about it. I'm definitely gonna pull that audio for sure. That's audiogram gold. So you you you... You're definitely you're definitely good. Brad, what's the latest with Billy Betts? We got anything cooking, like, in the interim? Like, some, like... I don't know. I'm itching to get some action on them. And I'm like, down with pump funds. Hey, Billy Betts. What do we got? What's the line?
[1:07:28] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah, bro. There's money to be made outside of the trenches too. You know? So just kinda trying to get ahead of the game here a little bit because, yeah, people are just getting wrecked on the... On meme coins. And, ultimately, you know, it's like, well, if you don't know anything about meme coins and you don't know anything about stocks and trading options and doing all of those things, like... I mean, you like you like fucking baseball, don't you? I mean, fuck. Like, go... You wanna bet on some baseball? And, like, even if you don't, like, we...
[1:07:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: You'd rather watch baseball than
[1:07:57] Bread @_ToastMalone: watch a Bloomberg terminal. You know what I mean? And so even if you don't know what's going on, you can go and bet, you know, essentially, is Billy gonna make the best call tonight? You know? Like, ultimately, that's going to be what rolls out after this is being able to bet
[1:08:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: with or against Billy. That might be a toss-up.
[1:08:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Betting betting on the bet.
[1:08:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yo. Wait. You guys, I... This... I I just had this idea, but I know this is nowhere near, like, an ingenious idea because somebody had to have thought of this already. But, like, a betting platform, right, where, ultimately, the more you lose, the bigger airdrop you get. So you wanna be the biggest loser. Right? It's like, hey. Come in, dump a ton of money into our fucking platform, and you get the biggest fucking airdrop for our token. Somebody had to have thought of that already. No?
[1:08:45] Voice J: But winners are the ones that keep trying
[1:08:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because the winners are winning, but the losers are winning too. Oh my god. It's marketing gold. Brett
[1:08:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Well, that's the casino. That's the casino. That's the casino where you where you lose, and then they give you the the top tier room.
[1:08:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: And so for Clint Feel like a loser? Come on over to this... Come on over to Billy's chain. Why? Because even when you lose, you win. And when you win
[1:09:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I am not launching a
[1:09:11] Bread @_ToastMalone: fucking game.
[1:09:12] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Fuck that.
[1:09:12] Voice J: Inside Outworld.
[1:09:14] Bread @_ToastMalone: That's madness. No. Nobody should be building any more fucking blockchains at this point.
[1:09:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: How am I gonna go... How am I gonna literally gonna go from being, down with Funfun? I'm like, guys, listen to this insanely fucking degenerate gambling fucking tokenomics that I have going right now. Yeah. I don't know, man.
[1:09:31] Voice J: Shouldn't we bet on playing Tiddly Manhole covers?
[1:09:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're definitely my age. That's for sure, lady fucking wings. You would call it a manhole.
[1:09:39] Voice J: Honey, I look good for 1,800. I'm like,
[1:09:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: oh, yeah. It's a
[1:09:42] Bread @_ToastMalone: grandpa, wasn't it?
[1:09:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: For sure, that would actually be something I think that could work out. You'd just... Everybody would break even at the end of the day, but at least they had fun along the way.
[1:09:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Like, the biggest loser. You know what I mean? It's like the same thing. Bro, it's genius. Who's gonna run with that? Somebody needs to run with that. Sam, what's good, my bro? It's good to see you. Guys, what did I miss? Cool. Lindy, BK, anything on the timeline maybe that you guys came across today? Any other news that I might have missed?
[1:10:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, Haktua got leaked. She was interviewing with FaZe Banks, and then he made this large post about how, hey. You know, it wasn't supposed to be leaked. We had all these stipulations in place about... So it couldn't affect the token price, and and then all of a sudden, somebody leaked it. Oh, no. The token was pumping, and then all of a sudden, dumped out. Oh, I'm so sorry. I guess we're gonna have to proceed with the episode. And people underneath are like, you do know that we can see your on chain transactions. Right?
[1:10:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Like Wait. Hoc Tuoh girl is back in the saddle? She's doing it again?
[1:10:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. No. No. Apparently, she didn't do nothing. She didn't do nothing. She... She's she's clear, clean. Obviously, Faiz, this post clearly tells it all, and we have no idea how to look on chain. We're obviously all morons. We don't have his wallets tagged or anything like that, but I just posted it up top for you. So, essentially, what happened was he was gonna go through and give her side of the story, and he had some stipulations. He wasn't gonna allow the markets to be manipulated by leaking the episode's existence before a resolution was found. So this wasn't even supposed to
[1:11:23] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: go out until there was
[1:11:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: some sort of resolution. I I don't know what that even would be. And her team finding a real solution regarding the money that she made And, x is garbage, so it keeps closing out of that because I went through my DMs to look this up. And... Okay. There we go again. Still won't work. Apparently, something happened. There was a whole nonstarters and stipulation to when he was gonna release this episode, apparently. And then somebody on their team leaked the fact that they were gonna be doing a podcast together, and oh, oh, jeez. The the token started to pump. Dave, cool. Oh, no. We lost cool?
[1:12:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. Wait. Wait. Hold on. I have a question. I have a question. I did wanna cover the story because I didn't see what was going on. I was I was hella busy with the whole Frank D God scammer thing. Like, what was that all about? I saw that, like, mad places were going on....
[1:12:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: Literally just did it again. They literally just did it again.
[1:12:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: What happened?
[1:12:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well... So he was, apparently, FaZe was gonna interview Haley. And then this is separate from the Frank and the Aiden stuff that just happened. But the the the episode leaked. He claims that they weren't gonna leak the episode to influence the markets. But the episode leaked. The token started to pump like mad again. Picture of her in the in the card, the the YouTube card came up for the podcast episode. Somebody was leaking it apparently. And the token pumped, and then all of a sudden, it dumped out again. So it got rugged again, and it's not their fault because somebody else on Hailey's team leaked the episode. Definitely wasn't Faze and all their crew, with their wallet movements surrounding Hawk Tua. Definitely not that. So, yeah, you know, there's... Look. They're taking full advantage of their positions in social media to to work it at every single angle they possibly can. It's just... Unfortunately, people are gullible enough to to believe what they read. And if you go read that post, it reads like an I'm guilty letter. It really does. And then people are in the comments, like, going through and posting, you know, their thoughts on things and generally negative on on what has occurred yet again with poor talk to a girl.
[1:13:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because you guy... Have you guys ever heard how awkward a room can get? Because you're you're probably gonna be about to feel that in about, like, ten seconds. Max, your ears were burning, bro. Come up, bro. Talk to me and tell me how you're gonna takedownpump.fun. So I don't care if it's you, a million other law firms, or whoever. Dude, I saw my DMs. I was like, yes. Max is like, oh, yo. My ears were burning. I'm like, bro, get up here. Let's talk, bro. Come on. You dude, you... I'm on your team. I'm on your team. Like, whatever you gotta do to take down the evil Come
[1:14:16] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: on, Max.
[1:14:17] Voice I: Please. Come on, And
[1:14:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Max is a safe stage, bro. Like, for real. Like, nobody's gonna be disrespectful up here. Like, we crack jokes and shit, but, like, for real. If you wanna come
[1:14:25] Kool @koolcryptovc: up, man, I would love
[1:14:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: to hear kinda what you're doing, how you're gonna take this... What is up? Welcome to all things crypto, my man.
[1:14:33] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Hey, guys. You know, I thought that was, some very nice things you said, especially regarding, being genuine. I was I was intending that. I was being very genuine last night. You know, first first and foremost, obviously, I can't make any comments regarding any ongoing matters. You know, I'm happy to answer other questions. I'm sure that's what you all would like to know, as far as what's currently going on, but, you know, that that can't be. But if you have questions, you know, about, like, where you think crypto is going, if you got questions about meme coins, other types of questions, I'm really happy to weigh in. And if I can't talk about something, I'll let you know.
[1:15:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Well... Yeah. So let... So tell me, like... So what what are you essentially... Like, what is the deal with you and PumpFun? Right? Because I saw... I just saw something briefly, like a quick note where it was like, you... Like, they launch coins that have your likeness or your law firm's name or something. That's that's the only thing that I saw. But, like, what can you tell us there?
[1:15:33] Max Burwick @burwick_max: I mean, like I said, I I really... Listen. You guys... I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna bet there's a lot of very smart people listening in. Right? And I would bet that, you know, everybody, listening in can do your own research and and and put together what you can put together. I... Like I said, I can't I can't comment on anything, though.
[1:15:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fair enough. Fair enough, Max. Fair enough. Fair enough. But can you tell everybody what you you have, BK?
[1:15:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, I was just gonna say, Max, do you buy crypto? Like, are you in the crypto markets? Are you active over here, or you just not at all?
[1:16:05] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Yeah. So, you know, I don't know if you guys watch watch my my my, the video I put up last night. Right? But like I said, I... You know, I've been, you know, a crypto attorney for several years. And when I started my practice, I had, like, a group in New York that we met. There was a lot of people working in the space, and we'd get together, have these, like, like, casual get togethers, everybody getting to know each other. So I was, like, really active in the space then, and I'd made, you know, some some investments at the time. And, you know, I, in one of those investments, I had done a lot of diligence. I, you know, really thought that that it was quite promising. It had, like, very solid fundamentals, and, you know, I ended up being a victim of a rug and, you know, happened to a couple of my friends too. And, you know, after I saw that happen, it was a life changing moment for me. And that really moved me from being more on the transactional side to working as a litigator.
[1:17:09] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: So you would say you would say that that kinda, like, was was the thing that got you where you are now and the position that you are now was, you know, being a victim of a rug said, well, shoot. I'm a lawyer. I can take action.
[1:17:24] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Yeah. I mean, listen. That's one of, like... Being a lawyer is, I think... And it's it's come to be something that's been much more significant in my life. I didn't I didn't personally realize how how powerful it is to be able to to be a lawyer. But but, yeah, you said it quite well in that, you know, I realized that I could take action and that and that the actions that I could take would really matter. And so so, you know, that's what I decided to do.
[1:17:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Max, I was actually in... You wanna know some... Something crazy? I mean, it's probably not that crazy because I've been in a million spaces, but I was actually in that space when that whole other stuff was going down. And I remember you talking about a lot of these other, like, EAT staking protocols because that's when I was big into, like, the liquid state. I was just starting to really kinda get into the liquid staking and really understand, like, is this kinda, like, a too big to fail thing? So I remember actually those... How long ago was that? Was that, like, two years ago, three years ago?
[1:18:19] Max Burwick @burwick_max: It was it was a while ago. It was it was it was quite a while ago.
[1:18:22] Voice I: Yeah. Wow. Yeah.
[1:18:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: And, yeah, this crazy. Yeah. I don't... I I obviously don't wanna put you on the spot about anything, but is this what you is this what you do full time now?
[1:18:30] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Oh, like, pretty much seven days a week. If there was if there was eight days
[1:18:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: a week, I'd be doing it six days a week. You know? Yeah. There's no shortage of rugs. That's for damn sure. That's for sure out here. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Good stuff. Landy, go ahead.
[1:18:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: So I I don't know if you can answer any of these kinds of questions, but, you know, I see that you're going... You know, obviously, you're you're putting callouts out there for specific tokens. They seem to be IP related tokens. Right?
[1:19:01] Max Burwick @burwick_max: I'm not sure I'm not sure what what specifically you're you're referencing.
[1:19:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: Like, Chill Guy, Graphene, other company names, usage, stuff like that. How... And and, you know, you're you're you're demanded that they, for instance, take take and remove the tokens from the blockchain. And in in terms of determining, like, who's at fault for what and then who's owed compensation, how is that even calculated? How are you gonna quantify that?
[1:19:36] Max Burwick @burwick_max: You know, I think you're asking really, really excellent questions. But, you know, like I said, with anything ongoing, anything current, I'm, you know, really unwilling or unable both both. I'm really unable to make any comments.
[1:19:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: So questions?
[1:19:54] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Could you speak to that hypothetically, Max? Like, not in specific to to, like, what Landon was saying, but, like, just just hypothetically...... From the
[1:20:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: block chain and determining who is at fault for specific scams or rugs or whatever it is that... Because I I... You know, you're using the language that, you know, people identify with in this case.
[1:20:14] Vincent_R @DJVincentR: But Yeah.
[1:20:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: But it's very difficult to determine, fault in these things. So if you... You could use a hypothetical situation in this case, if you'd like, to theory craft.
[1:20:29] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Give me a moment to just, like, ponder on that question. So, you know, I'll give you I'll give you a case study, like, from NFTs, for example, because that's, you know, long long ago. Right? But I think I think I think I think this was, like, a really interesting narrative, and I've I've I've enjoyed debating this with a lot of folks. Right? So, like, during during the NFT boom in, you know, 2022, right, you know, the question would be asked. Well, the team didn't do anything wrong. The project just failed. The road map failed. Like, you know, you know, why would they be liable? That... That's not fair to them. You know? And I think from one standpoint, I think that that's a very fair position. Right? But, you know, you know, I I I I I love I I love the law. I love practicing law, but I also love business and and management and everything that goes along with it and how you build companies. And I think this is a really interesting way of looking at things, which is this. Right? You know, when you run a company... Let's say you run a company and you raise, let's say you raise an angel round of, like, $3,000,000 from accredited investors, different investors. Okay? K. And then you tell these investors, this is what we're gonna do. We're gonna build, you know, SaaS that does whatever. Okay? And, you know, you go and you build it and you burn capital. And let's say you're in, you're not acquiring as many customers. There's a better competitor. Things aren't looking quite right. And and you burn maybe 2,000,000, you know, 2,000,000, you shut down. There's a million left. Right? What happens? K. Well, here's what here's what happens. Right? You know, there was a set of filings. You had to go through an audit. There was accounting. Right? The lawyers look it over. You know? They make sure, hey. You as the CEO of the start up weren't paying yourself $500,000 a year. You know? That, you know, the corporate expense cards didn't have any ridiculous charges on them. Right? And so, you know, I think this is a very interesting way of looking at questions of culpability in comparison. And so the question, you know, one must always ask is, you know, where where did the money go? What happened here? Who's telling the truth? I think that's a pretty fair generalization. Right? And so, you know, I hope that answers things from from a general standpoint. I know it's it's it's a little bit of a side tangent, but but I hope that's helpful.
[1:23:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I appreciate it. I mean, there's, in in this case, memes very specifically being built in the way they are with, you know, no promises of returns and no typical head of structure is... It makes it very... I'm just curious about the determination of, okay. Deploy your dev, he gets in, he gets out early, and then the token runs. People then start dumping the token out. Right? And then who do you... How do you go about solving for... Okay. Are these people market participants, or are they acting in a malicious manner?
[1:23:50] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Yeah. So I would just say that, you know, I'll give a two two part answer. You know, one is gonna be, you know, part of just, like, legal scholarship, let's say, and just a a general a general, like, you know, piece of, like, how courts look at information. Right? And the second part will be a little bit more of a direct a direct answer, but I think the first part is is helpful in looking at the second. You know, there's so much conversation or had been so much conversation about how we test, what's the security investment contracts, etcetera. Right? But the courts have expounded on that to ask a much much deeper question, which is the real question. Right? And it's also partially the question that you're asking, which is a good question. Right? And that's the question of what are the economic realities of the transaction. Right? What... And and what that question really asks is what actually happened here? Right? And and courts often talk about, you know, what are the facts and circumstances. Right? And so, you know, the question that you're asking is... And I think what you're asking is, how do you determine culpability in a given situation? And in any given situation, you know you know, one question might be what are the economic realities, and then what are the facts and circumstances there. Right? But it's always so dependent on the facts and circumstances in the situation to make those determinations. So, you know, I think that's I think that's in the broadest sense, I I hope I hope the best way to answer that question.
[1:25:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: So, Landy, real quick before you go and before I go to Crypto Legends, is there any precedence... Thanks, Landy. Max, is there any precedence in any of this? Like, has any case ever come to a close, or are they mostly settled out of court? Like, how does this... Like, how has it gone so far? Has, have you... Has has there been anything that's gone from, like like... I mean, like, start to, like, start to finish, like, open to close?
[1:25:57] Max Burwick @burwick_max: For for us, for our firm in particular?
[1:25:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean, for your firm in particular, for anybody. Yeah.
[1:26:01] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Oh my god. I mean, like, I I I mean, that's a that's a great question. Mean, 2023 and 2024 were the, like, the seminal years for crypto litigation. So, like, ultimately, that defined how to analyze digital assets. Right? You know, I think that one of the biggest misconceptions in, like like, the the crypto meta was, you know, like, like, the wrong conversation. The conversation being, you know, what was it, regulation by enforcement, right, which has its merits. Right? And and there are some very valid arguments in that, which, you know, can go into a very long conversation. But, you know, you know, 2023 and 2024 set forth how to analyze multiple different types of digital asset transactions and types and determine whether or not eighties were securities and how to analyze the culpability in in everything from the the sale and analysis of the asset itself to the underlying market making behaviors. And so they're pretty telling. You know, for those interested, I would say, look look at the Astral's case. I think it was in August '24. I think that's probably one of one of the most critical cases in understanding, you know, the current landscape. And and while many people might say, oh, there's not agreement in the courts, that's not true. The courts the courts are fairly unanimously agreed upon this analysis. And and and to add a comment here, and I wanna, like, say something, I think it's really important that you guys, like, understand about me as a as a as a practitioner. You know? I will say that, like, you know you know, you know, judge Torres famously says, you know, a token in and of itself is is not a security. Right? And that's the same for for for any digital asset. There is no digital asset in the world that as on its own is a security. It are the... It's the facts and circumstances and the economic realities that surround that asset that change its classification
[1:28:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: to what
[1:28:17] Max Burwick @burwick_max: it is. Right? And that... And that's such a key concept, right, to understand in in our industry. Right? And it's a way to change from... And what I hope, right, to change from, like, hustle projects to innovative projects that actually generate revenue or, you know, really create useful things. And I hope that... Oh, I hope that... I hope that's clarifying.
[1:28:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: A little bit. Definitely a little bit. But I'm... So I looked up this Astral's case. So this was the Shaq case. Right? So where Shaquille O'Neal essentially was promoted with his son. They were promoting this 10,000 NFT, this 10,000 piece NFT project. And once the collapse of FTX happened, he kinda kinda, like, started moonwalking a little bit, backtracking. They took him to court. And then in 2024, the judge ruled an $11,000,000... Was that... Were you a part of this case?
[1:29:10] Max Burwick @burwick_max: No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. It's But I think it's I think it's an import... It's an important case. That's why... I I bring it up because, you know, I think it's I think it's hard sometimes if you're not a lawyer to really dive into what's what's... Like, it... Because there's, like, so many policy conversations that are had politically as to, like, what is the state of the space. And then there is a much different conversation as a legal scholar or or an active lawyer, which is what is the active... What... What's the active law in the space, and what's what's the controlling case law here? And that's why why I brought that up.
[1:29:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fair enough. Yeah. Go ahead, Crypto Legend, and then we're, we're probably gonna close out. But, yeah, Crypto Legend, go for it, man. You got a question?
[1:29:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I can't hear Crypto Legend. Alright. Good talk. Yeah. I can hear you. Me. Oh, there you are.
[1:30:03] Max Burwick @burwick_max: Nope. Anyway, if there's no more questions, if there's another question, I'm happy to answer it. If not, anyway, I I I wanted to say again, I thought the... I thought your comments... I really I really did appreciate how genuine you were in in those comments.
[1:30:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Max. Listen. If pump pump funds out here sucking the liquidity out of this entire market, man, because these degenerates don't see it, man. Forget these dudes, bro. Like, go get pump fund. Grab them by the neck. Like, get them for whatever you can, bro. Like, I don't care. But I know BK's got one last question. I do have one last question, Max. Is there any way that we can figure something out? Like, could we sue somebody to breathe life back into the stacks, like, l two chain? Like, maybe we could sue somebody, like, to wake up the stacks chain. I don't know, bro. I need something at this point, man. I need something. But, yeah, go ahead, b k. Go ahead.
[1:30:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You're gonna get this guy in trouble, man. You better stop it. Hey. I... More of a comment. I'm just picturing right now...
[1:31:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: My bad b... My bad b k. My bad. My bad. My bad.
[1:31:07] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. No worries. I'm just picturing while this conversation's happening, a fireside chat between Landy and Max with some some brandy or something. And then
[1:31:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm down for it.
[1:31:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: If you
[1:31:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: would, too. Love to be there, bro. I would love to be there. Maybe maybe, Max, after this all comes down and, you know, everything's done and you can actually talk about
[1:31:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: the
[1:31:31] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: case, I think a lot of people here would love to have you on Dave's spaces again.
[1:31:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Talk about the meme coin he created.
[1:31:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Who? No. He can't, bro. That's what I'm saying. I don't think Max can. Well, Max, I'm... Well, I'm a leave that for you, but Vibe ship, don't don't don't be putting my guests in uncomfortable situations, bro. I'm trying to get them to come back. You know what I mean?
[1:31:52] Max Burwick @burwick_max: So so like I said, I can't comment on any ongoing matters. But what I can say is this. You know? I'm around. You guys obviously know who I am. I'm I'm genuinely happy to be helpful in whatever way I can, whether that's, you know, being an educator, know, you just hanging out, you know, obviously, helping people that that that that that have been hurt that we feel have have a genuine case. And, you know, hope you guys enjoy the rest of your Thursday night. Have a great weekend, and, I'll talk to you later. Alright?
[1:32:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Appreciate it, Max. Thank you, man. Appreciate your brother for stopping by. I love that. See this? Ears were burning. Landy, what's up?
[1:32:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: I was just gonna, he left, but I was gonna ask him about... Just real quick if he wanted to go down the the the on chain investigation side of things with me at some point, maybe in a different space, but he he left. Maybe I'll give him a I'll give him a follow and a and a DM or something.
[1:33:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nah. I mean, listen. I would I would like to see it if I'm being honest. Like, I wanna hear I wanna hear about previous cases. Right? This Shack case for $11,000,000. Like, I get it. During the height of everything collapsing, like, right, this Shack with $11,000,000 to Shack. You literally could care less. But It was it
[1:33:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: was also an NFT collection with a treasury, and that's very different than the pump fund coins that are being rolled out. So Yeah. That's why I'd like to get... I'd like to drill down to the actual specifics in theory because he cannot... Obviously, he can't talk about what he's what he's working on for active cases, which is normal stuff. Right? That that... I actually can't blame him for that one, but I I definitely... I have questions, and I know that's why he came up to to... I don't know if you tagged him or if somebody else did.
[1:33:47] Voice I: Bro, I...
[1:33:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, I looked in my DMs, and all I saw was, like, in, like, the supplemental DMs. You know? That it doesn't come through when they're not, like, whatever. And he was like, my ears were burning. I heard what you said, and I was like, holy shit. And I looked down, and I saw this beautiful bald head. I was like, get on up here, Max. Come on, bro.
[1:34:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look. Obviously, I'm joking around about this stuff because I do have a little bit of knowledge in this in this area as well. And I think that that I think that if he wants to actually get people on his side for this, that he has to explain. He has to... He has a lot of things to explain in my personal opinion. I was hoping that he would stay on stage until we ended, but that's just... You know, that's my opinion. And and there's a lot to explain about how this came about and what the process would be that he can talk about in theoretical terms, obviously, without getting into specifics that I think, you know, maybe a venue in which he would like to have that kind of a discussion with someone like myself would be... It would be cool.
[1:34:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: I think
[1:34:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: it would be a good discussion and respectful discussion even though you obviously know that I disagree.
[1:34:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I think he
[1:34:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: he knows that as well.
[1:34:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: I I think... Listen. I'm not dissolute in any way. And John, crypto legend, like, I apologize. I'm gonna let you guys up. I'm literally closing out. We've been going for ninety minutes, so the space is gonna close. But I I apologize, guys. You guys are more than welcome. We run this Monday through Thursday, 05:30 to seven, ninety minutes a day. So please feel free to come through. But, Landy, like, for me, you're gonna have to do a lot more of in-depth explaining. Right? Like, I was the nice guy because it was pump fun, but, like, you're have to do a lot more in-depth explaining to make me understand how you're not the guy that's just chasing a payday at the end of the day. So, Max, shout out to you for going after, like, the giants out here, but at the end of the day, come on, bro. Like, let's not be disillusioned. I I want him to say a little bit more too, and I think he could obviously help his case if he did, to be perfectly honest. I think if he gets an army behind him, this guy this guy could be super powerful. Yep. Yep.
[1:35:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just have to explain it.
[1:35:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's it. Alright. You guys ready to hear first. Max versus Landy, round one, fight. Tune in on Monday. All things crypto. And... Yeah. But, guys, check out. BK Space is coming up in a little bit, probably less than an hour. Kool. Thank you, guys. Go check out Kool's livestream. He's gonna be on YouTube right now. Landy's gonna be warming up. Like, his little baby feet gonna be running on, like, little baby treadmill next to the shrimp. And, yeah, shout out Bipper, Presley Viper.
[1:36:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hey, Lendy. Hey. Don't forget. A new pump on soon.
[1:36:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Don't forget for everybody that wants to speak on this space, he's on xcohost.com, and you can request to speak over there.
[1:36:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. That's right. Thank you for the promo. X cohost is gonna be amazing for these other spaces that I'm gonna run. And, guys, start using that platform because you can get speaking engagements. You wanna build up your following? Go out there. There's massive spaces that are happening that you could literally just submit yourself for if it's an area or a topic that that you feel comfortable speaking about. But appreciate you guys. GP, bucket crew, Vincent, thanks for coming up. Sam, I will give you a shout a little bit later. Kid r k, what up, bro? Sunny d, LJ, Tripp, d, Adonis. Yo. Riot, appreciate you guys, man. Nah. I see you, man. Have a good one. Hope everyone has a great weekend, and we'll see you back here on ATC on Monday.
