[0:03:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, man. [0:03:21] MAR @Mar2477x: Said, wee. [0:03:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's good, everybody? What's happening? There is some events happening in crypto today. I am your host. Welcome to ATC, joined by my fellow cohosts and panel speakers. Cool crypto. Landy's in the building. Bread's in the building. Dill's in the building. What up, boys? Yeah. We got a lot to talk about today. Let me just go say what's up to everybody. Cool. What's good, bro? [0:03:46] Kool @koolcryptovc: Hey. What... What's the what's the... How you guys how you guys doing? Yeah, man. On the day, man. We're ready. Let's do it. Let's do it. [0:03:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Uh-oh. You getting sick? No. No. No. I was drinking some Oh, I was gonna say, Superman is not supposed to get sick. What kind of shit is this? I was sold a bag of goods. This is bullshit. I was gonna say, that's crazy. Yeah. Good. Cool. Yeah. Steak. I need you healthy, bro. Need you healthy. Yeah. Cool. I was actually gonna message you in the DMs, and I was gonna punk Landy where I was gonna start, like, a makeshift fight with you because Landy's probably gonna be super nice to us now because his buddy's on the other space. You know, they spend the nighttime spaces a bit. David and Noble got into a little tiff today, but, you know, listen. I get... You spend enough time with somebody. You're gonna... You you know, you can get into an argument with some people. It is what it is. You know? So... But I I I didn't do it. I spared him a little bit because, you know, Landy, you better come with some fire takes today, bro. You know what I mean? Otherwise, you might end up like Metabeast when we forget your name on the fucking tweet, but then we put it back on again. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I'm kidding. Landy, what's up, bro? [0:04:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: What's up, Dave? What's up, Cole? It's, it's it's... You know, I mean, for me, it's been a great day, actually. I've been having a great day. Markets have been nice and volatile, so, like, I'm having fun. And, you know, yeah. You know, it it is, it is one of those times where we've seen, markets hit a resistance point, and then they turn around. And the entirety of the world starts freaking out on the financial side of things just in pockets all over the place. So, you know, this isn't anything that, that people and the markets and the market participants can't weather. So, look, positive outlook. I I... We're we're still we still have the opportunity in markets to, turn things back to the upside. Gotta watch the setups. That's the big thing right now. So I think, you know, I I think, with all of the other news that, we're gonna get into today, there's a lot of good shit happening. So I'm still bullish as fuck. [0:05:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. Cool. You see that shit? He he brushed off those other bros. Like, it was nothing. Like, I don't fuck what they're doing. Like, I had a good day. It's some PVP shit out here. [0:06:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: I can't speak I can't speak on it. You know? I mean, it's, it it... There there are two people that have also platformed me, like, like yourselves and, and given me a space to, get my technical analysis out there and, you know, and and and just, you know, generally interact with new people and and, grow my voice. So, you know, I'm thankful for them both. And, obviously, Dave, I'm thankful of you and Kool and everybody else in this room because I wouldn't be here. Primarily, Dave, I I do give you the shout out for this. I wouldn't have continued doing it if, if you hadn't invited me up on this. So a big shout out goes to you. [0:06:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. What was all that nonsense in the DMs about there's only one David in my life, and it's you? Like, what kind of bullshit is that, bro? Like, that's the fuck? [0:06:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Listen. Listen. I said... And and and I've gone to various stages, and I have repeated this that, unfortunately... I'm known for this, actually. I've I've I've caught a little bit of a bug. I don't know if there's somebody out there that does this, they they got me on this kick. Listen, Dave. You're one of the the the... You are the greatest space host, and you have the best show on all of CryptoX, and there is no better shows. Like, they they... All the other shows on X, they suck. And, and, also, my analysis sucks, and and I'm constantly flooding all all of everyone's bags. [0:07:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, like... And then you you guys gonna go to the next space, and you're gonna go hear Mars and go, guys, I just want you to know this is the best damn crypto space I've ever heard. Like, what the fuck, yo, Mars? You go around telling every girl the same shit, bro. You love him? [0:07:43] Kool @koolcryptovc: Or he's [0:07:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: got the same pickup line, bro. [0:07:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: The same pickup bro. It's crazy. Anyways, Lanti, good shit, bro. We're just breaking chops. Bread, I got... We we gotta have a a short conversation because, bro, I was cooking today, man, with the new image creator. I gotta give you some bad news, bro. Like, I went to go create the ATC, bro. It was the ape, the fucking sloth, and Wonder Woman in Ghibli form. It was beautiful right about to finish. And then I showed up as a black dude with an afro because I had black... Like, you know, the shadowed out, like, Billy Betts thing. And they said it violated some guidelines, and they didn't let me fucking download that shit, bro. So I'm... Brett, I'm I'm sorry. I... I'll ride with you, man, but I might have to change this up. You know what I'm saying? Like, I can't be... Yeah. Can't just... Yeah. So apologies in advance. [0:08:39] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: He... He's just upset he doesn't have a crown on his head. [0:08:43] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah. I mean, understandably. You know, I think that probably, you know, OpenAI is upset that they're not Billy, and that Billy has kind of, like, shunned OpenAI for their stupid quotas and rate limits and BS. You know? I'm a I'm a big proponent of Anthropic now. So, you know, their vision model, though, is absolute trash. And so I'm, you know, playing with that today and getting ready for MLB kicks off tomorrow, man. And so Billy's gonna be betting MLB starting tomorrow if all of the, you know, partnering parties give me a freaking endpoint that I can use. So it'll... This is... You know, I'm... I I assume I'm just gonna be awake for the next, like, seventy two hours at this point. [0:09:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Before we move on, Dave, I need to know this from you and Brad and anybody else in in in the AI sector that's creating AI content. When are we gonna get the Ghibli anime versions of all of our PFPs? I mean, that's coming. Right? [0:09:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, that's what I was create... Bro, I was making... I'm gonna take a... Because it didn't finish downloading, but I can actually take a picture of it. It won't let me download. Bro, if you see... Because I use my old APFP. It's literally me as a skinny little short ape with glasses on. I look at such a pipsqueak. I don't know how it came out that way. And then there's Nat Nat in the middle, like a fucking superwoman that she is, like, with the costume and everything. And then cools over on the right hand side. Yeah. Cool looks kinda... He looks like a white sloth. So I don't really know what's happening here. Like, if this doesn't show you about fucking, like, bias on fucking OpenAI. Bro, this is... It's beautiful, bro. It says all things crypto on top. It's amazing. But, yeah, you know, we got we got we got abide by this shit. But, Brad, I just needed to break the news. I'm letting you down easy, man. So, you know, I I love you. I'm supporting the Billy Betts fam, but this PFP might have to go. [0:10:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Sorry. That's fine. All I can think about is you being race swapped like a Disney movie, bro. [0:10:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, you gotta see it, bro. Some of this shit that I created today... I'm not kidding, guys. Like, this image creator shit is a fucking game changer. Like, do you remember what we were talking about on reset? We were talking about how, like, you can't even put text on images. This is retarded. And then it's like, Grock comes out with edit, like, image editor, and you were just like, Grock is the best. Or, like,. And now look at this. Bro, this thing is crazy. I mean, it's taken over the timeline. You talk about mind share? Everything is Ghibli this, Ghibli that, Ghibli verse, blah blah blah. Like, you have founders that are doing... It's crazy. It is... And I will be the first to admit, I had no fucking idea what the hell Ghibli was. I don't even know if I'm pronouncing that right, to be perfectly honest. So to all the anime fans out there, I apologize in advance if I'm butchering this shit to hell. So my bad. My goddamn cool. This is... It looks so good, bro. Oh, my... I wish I woulda had it in time, but I'm gonna I'm gonna perfect it, and we're gonna make a really good one for ATC. It's too fucking good. The reset Sunday one, hella racist, by the way, so I'm not gonna go with that one. Massively racist. I was like, woah. That is crazy. [0:11:42] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah. I'll send you one that we did this morning for for Billy Betts. I'll I'll DM it to you. [0:11:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Oh, I saw it with Alex, the one against Alex Spad. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That was cool.... [0:11:51] Bread @_ToastMalone: Dude. And all the words came out spelled correctly and everything, dude. [0:11:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. Like, we're spelled like correct spelling. Amazing. Anyways, let me me say what's up to Sunny d. Sunny d, what's good, bro? [0:12:04] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yo. Another beautiful day. Snow melted from the other day. Sorry I missed yesterday. I got lost track of time. But today was awesome. So lots of stuff going on. I'm ready to get into it. [0:12:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: By the way, Landy, you didn't tell him you're you're fired. [0:12:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: What? What happened? Why? Wait. Why was I gonna tell him? [0:12:26] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Because I [0:12:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: had to break the news to him? [0:12:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. You had to break the news to Meta Beast that he was on probation because he missed his first official day, and then Cassini didn't show up yesterday. You had to fire [0:12:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: Am I gonna get fired for not following through with my tasks today, sir? [0:12:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't I don't... Maybe. I don't know. I guess we'll fuck around and find out, Landy. [0:12:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: My my review is gonna be really bad. [0:12:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Your review is gonna be terrible. So, indeed, appreciate you being here, bro. Where else guys are you gonna find all these insanely smart unpaid interns? That's us. That's literally who we are. We're genuinely all college unpaid fucking interns. But instead of going to get coffee, we actually decide to live in the trenches. Meta Beast, what's up? [0:13:07] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Is that why you were kissing his ass, Landy, so you could keep your unpaid job? [0:13:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes, sir. You're coming out you're coming out pretty hot for a guy that missed his first day on the fucking no show just for the other job. [0:13:18] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Well, I'm here. I'm rocking. You got stickers, and it was a great premier episode of future watch with you and Bildo last night. [0:13:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know, that's how he left himself out of there. Right? He threw his avatar on screen. Yeah. Shout out to Bildo and Dee Hinano. They're build... They're building an empire over that. Those two, they're raising kids. Fucking... They're building an empire, like, a media empire. So shout out to them for having us on. We talked everything Futureverse. I'm I'm telling you, man. Like, don't sleep on Futureverse. There's a space going on now. And I think Bill O said yesterday that we confirmed Aaron for, I think, April 15 or something like that. So, yeah, we got we got some shit lined up. We got it. We got We got it. [0:13:56] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: You're not even gonna call me out on me calling myself out? [0:14:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: You want me to give you want me to give credit? Brock in? Oh, I see. My bad. Listen. I can't catch them all. You know what I mean? Fucking [0:14:11] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Gotta catch them all. Gotta catch them all. [0:14:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay, bro. Yeah. Exactly. [0:14:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: I gotta figure out a way to get this fucking picture. It's so good. But last thing before we get into the new stories for today, guys, tomorrow might be my biggest day in Twitter Spaces in terms of potential turnout. I have never had this many powerhouse people on us... On spaces, let alone back to back spaces. So I pinned it to the top. If y'all can, like... I never really asked you guys to do shit. So... But if y'all can, like, retweet, share, comment, whatever, I got, I mean, the who's fucking who coming tomorrow because Telegram is selling out stickers... Fuck for fuck's sake. We're back at this now. Selling out... Excuse me. I'm just running my checks. Telegram is selling out stickers collectibles that you can vent as NFTs on tone and a bunch of other chains, and they're doing crazy things in in partnership with Pudgy Penguins I'm gonna have on, the not tea... The not coin team, dogs, a bunch of different, like, influencers and other top projects. And that's after we do the sun pump space at nine at 9AM. So 9AM sun pump, 11AM is the WagMe slash sticker space. If you guys wanna go follow that account as well, but would appreciate any support on that one, man. Appreciate y'all. Hey. Okay. [0:15:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just real quick. Is Tone a musical blockchain? [0:15:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm sorry. What? [0:15:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: Is Tone a musical blockchain? [0:15:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: This is what I gotta deal with now? This this is the caliber of fucking dad joke? I mean, does it real... I mean, is tone a fucking musical blockchain? Ask meta... Ask MetaBeats. He knows all about IP, and if you wanna fucking write music, go go nuts. MetaBeats [0:15:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: is I see its ton. Oh, okay. I see. Okay. I got it. I got it now. I got it now. I got it now. A ton ton. Ton. Okay. [0:15:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: What was the other one I used to... What was the other one I used say fuck? Ru... Ruins. Ruins. Ruins. Ruins. Ruins. What the fuck? I don't know, man. I've been out here too long. Bring me out from the heat. Yeah. So we'll get into the sticker stuff. I'll chat... We'll chat with that about... In a little bit. But I think some of the biggest news we saw today was GameStop coming out and saying, yo. We are raising $1,300,000,000 to go out and actually buy some Bitcoin, which prompted Michael Sailor to be like, hey. Welcome. Like, it's like if you say... You commit over a billion dollars, like, to buying Bitcoin, you get, like, a Michael Saylor, like, greeting where it's like, hey. How you doing? Welcome to the club. Nice to meet you. Which, by the way, strap... My... Not micro. Strategy officially owns over 500,000 Bitcoin now, which is over 2% of the actual fucking Bitcoin supply, which is insane. But GameStop, big fucking power move over here on this part. I don't think they're gonna have a problem raising this money. Cool. You saw this news? [0:17:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cole, you're breaking up. Are you in between, like, the Wi Fi and outside? [0:17:16] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yes. Sorry. No. No. Sorry. I'm on mute. [0:17:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. You're good. You're good. Yeah. You're good. [0:17:20] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. I don't know. The 12 meter. Yes. So... No. I'm I'm not sure why why this is. It's very interesting. I think the... [0:17:30] Kool @koolcryptovc: Okay. The... This company has been struggling for a very, very long time, and they they almost probably went out of business probably a couple years ago. GME is a mean stock company type stuff. Right? So buying Bitcoin, does it protect the company from going under? Does that mean... I know they have a lot of cash. Think they have, like, 4,000,000,000 or 5,000,000,000 in cash or something. But does it protect GME from going under? Does it make, you know, customers go GME and buy the games? I don't know, man. I mean, at least you say but but the strategy was a... Is a a tech company. But GME doesn't... That's... I mean, it's not like they don't have a good good good brand when when it comes to the the the twenty first century. But does buying Bitcoin make the company more valuable? I don't know. So, like, he's bullish. I'm not saying he's not bullish. I just don't know if this is enough to protect that that company because I'm like, they sell games, but people people don't buy games in stores anymore. People... Everything's on... Everything's online now. So I don't I don't know. It's it's... I get it. They just wanna protect the Yeah. [0:19:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Lendi, you wanna chime in? [0:19:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: I mean, this is this is good news for them. Right? And this was wanted by the shareholders now that it's, passed the board. It's more about, you know, what do they do once they have the Bitcoin. Right? I think just having it as an asset on the balance sheet, obviously, would put... You know, that... Then the stock is a vector for the company holdings, obviously, which which increases the the overall value, not necessarily indicative of what the speculative price value of the stock will be as that is gonna have to be evaluated or reevaluated. What I'd be interested to see is how they could potentially get more. And maybe they just turn into a gaming Bitcoin company. That that could be a really good strategy, but I think you're gonna see you're gonna see a lot more companies doing exactly this. Looking at you, Microsoft, you need to reevaluate what the hell you're doing. But... Yeah. I mean, like, I think we're gonna see a lot of companies doing this. And it's kind of fitting, right, that that it's GameStop doing it. It kinda fits the narrative, you know, for how a lot of people even got interested in crypto was right around the GME stuff. Right? So it... It's gonna be interesting to see how this plays out going forward. It's bullish, obviously. When they start accumulating, that's less coins on the market, and it's buying pressure. So, you know, I I expect, I don't know about the long term health of the company, in regards to this, but it's... You you can't go wrong holding Bitcoin. So at least there would be the positive there. Now they just gotta, you know, maybe figure out a good business model that's sustainable in this kind of an environment for video games. [0:20:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But, Lindy, we gotta be careful. When we say shit like you can't go wrong holding Bitcoin, you got Bitcoin miners selling fucking Bitcoin faster than they can fucking mine at some points. You know what I mean? So I think the context is super important. It's like, what do they got on their ballot? Like, are they buying 1,300,000,000 in Bitcoin, and then what? Like, what else are they going to do? But I think I read, and and I'm trying to pull the the the story up right now because I just saw the head... I I only, like, reported on the headline, but I think I saw, like, the the the new GameStop CEO was the former CEO of Chewy. Right? The online, like, dog supply company? [0:21:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Mhmm. Right? Yeah. [0:21:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: And, I mean, my man knows a thing or two about a thing or two in terms of turning around the business and building a multibillion dollar business because he literally did it with Chewy. So I think this is gonna be a total pivot. I think people need to get away from the GameStop name, right, and and forget that, like, they're not gonna... They're... In my opinion, they're not gonna do shit with video games anymore. Right? Like, they're just not unless they keep maybe some small aspect of that. But I think, like, I read an article a while ago where it's like, they might do a complete one eighty. Right? And just a completely different line of business, but... And then what do you do? Like, do you just rename the company? I don't know. But you have a built in... I mean, when you look at what happened in 2021 with the with the whole madness, like, you have this built in thing already. So, I I mean, like, built in... I'm gonna say community, but they're almost like... It's like a militia out here, like, for the GME crew. Right? It's... That's ride or die. So this is gonna be... Like, look, I'm with you. Like, he said, it's gonna be [0:22:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, to to your point about mining, though, mining... Miners have to, during certain points, sell more. I mean, dip into the reserves to sell more only because of the way that that type of business runs, but they're always holding reserves. Right? In this case, when you're adding Bitcoin to the books, one of the reasons why I say you can't go wrong is because even if everything goes kaput, the Bitcoin's still there and can be obviously liquidated, which wouldn't be great for price action. Right? But, typically, as as the asset becomes more scarce, you probably see a lot less even... Because we will... Just just make... I wanna make this very clear. There will be a point where a company that's holding Bitcoin goes under and has to liquidate their Bitcoin. And that doesn't necessarily mean, especially because we're... We're only just now seeing this begin. Whenever that does happen, a lot of people are gonna view it as a sell side, you know, sell side pressure. But, realistically, there's so much demand out there from institutional investors. They could just do deals on the back end or lean against it or any kind of manner of things. And it really comes down to, like, what you just said, the business model. Can the CEO pivot, turn things around? Do they stay in gaming? Do they not? But it is really big news. I... I'm I'm curious to see how that plays out in their price. But at the core of their business, things have not been the video game business has not been great as of late, and a lot of that has to do with the publishers. So, you know, some of it's out of their hands in that regard, but, we'll see. I'm I'm... I think overall, it's bullish. [0:24:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But I guess we... Yeah. I'm just reading through, like, the filing. 1,300,000,000 of convertible senior notes, 0% convertible seen due in 2030 in a private offering. Notes rule on the form 44 a. Alright. I mean, look. The notes will be general unsecured obligation. GameStop will not bear regular interest, and the principal amount of the notes will not accrete. The notes will mature on 04/01/2030 unless earlier converted, redeemed, or repurchased. Upon conversion, GameStop will pay or deliver, as the case may be, shares of GameStop's class a common stock. It's funny where a combination of cash and shares of class a common stock at its election. I don't know. I think [0:24:52] MAR @Mar2477x: They're just [0:24:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: doing the Sailor model. They literally Listen. [0:24:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Exactly. Exactly. That's exactly what it is, bro. That's what it is. It's the Sailor model. And in this climate, you... We might be in these in these spaces being like, oh, Bitcoin's not down. When is it gonna return? The institutions right now are fucking moving. Like, they're at... Like, they can't move fast enough. Light fucking speed. Light speed they're trying to move at. And, I mean, that... This can segue perfectly kind of into the net. Like, when we talk about institution states, guys, the... I put this tweet out earlier where I'm like, if you need a mic... Like, if you need to really, like, think hard about what ecosystems you need to look into, a, didn't come to AGC on Monday, and b, you're you're following the wrong people on Twitter. Because the name of this game right now is stablecoins, stablecoins, stablecoins. You now see today Wyoming issuing their own stablecoin. We talked about World Liberty Financial issuing their own stablecoin. You're gonna start seeing more and more and more of this. Everyone's gonna start issuing stablecoins. I guess, Landy... Obviously, like, Wyoming thing, great, whatever. But my question is... And cool chime in this, please, is are... Is there such a scenario where there's too many stablecoins and, like... I mean, you know what I'm saying? Like, too many different... Like, does does the market become fragmented to where people don't know what they're gonna be using anymore and it's just gonna confuse people more? Or... I guess, what do you guys... Do do you guys get what I'm saying? Yeah. I don't I don't think [0:26:25] Kool @koolcryptovc: it matters, man. It's it's like saying... Like, look. So the the way I see stablecoins are, like, different currencies around the world. Right? They're they're... Every country has their own currency. Right? So there'll be ones that are stronger than other ones. So those... The strongest ones will be the ones that are fully boxed. Right? That... The oldest ones. That'll be USDT, USDC, probably Ripple Ripple XPL, whatever it is. Or... But I think those would be the ones that are the the widely used. I don't think having multiple stablecoins is a bad thing. I I think it's a good thing as long as they're fully backed. But, of course, we probably gonna have some ones that are not as good. But the the ones... The the ones that are so good will be the one that that don't have the liquidity. So as long as USDC, USDT, the main ones are the ones that people use, you're fine. So I think the more they are, the better, in my opinion. [0:27:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Go for it. Landy then Cantor. [0:27:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: Stablecoins are gonna save the US dollar. And the reason why is because they'll need the backing. They're gonna continue to buy treasuries as the primary portion of their backing. So it's just garbage in, garbage out because it's the US dollar or any fiat currency. And you should, just look for things that are outside of that system, like a Bitcoin backstable. Alright. Look. Soft shell over. But, realistically, we're gonna see more and more and more. And we're gonna see this begin to extend over into, where you're gonna get these large players like your Fidelity. Right? That... That's a big, big deal. That is... I don't think... Has there been a... No. There hasn't. I mean, they're bigger than all of US, DT, which is your Tether. Right? And that is... This is very, very big. I think this is the play for the leader in the market long term, even if it's starting out a little bit later. And I think that eventually we'll have it all collapse into one basic stablecoin, with competitors that are backed by the actual, like, Bitcoin or or even Ethereum in that case because you'll get those derivative, assets that will be able to... That you can find backing for an overcollateralization for over time as asset prices stabilize in the crypto markets and become more predictable. But this is the mania leading up to maybe they know something about the Genius Act and the way that the votes might go. Maybe they got their ear to the ground for what the reps are thinking in that regard. Obviously, they're talking to regulators all the time already. So a lot of this ties back to the Genius Act stuff. I mean, that's that's where we're heading. We're gonna see more more and more and more. I think overall, it's good because they have to back it, which means they're buying things to back it with. And in the end, we wanna be able to audit them, though. That's the big part. [0:29:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. That's what... I guess my question was more so, like, you know how we have, MUSD, USDA, the a a b b t c, d b b t s t I s e s t... And it's just like, now... Yeah. I get the concept of it, but is it... When you're not... When now banks and states are gonna be issuing their own thing, it's like, is this... We we have to come back to the interoperability question where it's like, am I gonna be able to spend Wells Fargo dollars? But it's like, they're all backed by the same thing, it shouldn't be an issue in order to be able to pay, trade, swap, whatever amongst each other. Correct? [0:30:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. And and it kinda goes to, like, the Visa problem. Right? When, like, the rise of Visa and how it solved the problem for the banks, essentially, and operating with each other in conjunction with each other. And that's gonna be our cross chain compatibilities, our, quote, unquote, like, wire... You had wire up. Right? So, like, these one stop chains that are able to do it all. And that's that's the layers that that I think we're gonna see. I think it's gonna be very confusing for the regular person. So there's gonna have to be a clear there's gonna be a clear consensus on who is the winner in this regard. And until, like, the US treasury comes out and says, like, here's our digital dollar. No. It's not a CBDC, but here's our digital dollar. You know, until that happens, you know, there... We're gonna see more and more and more, and it's gonna become a very confusing marketplace because you're not gonna have everything that's bridgeable to everything else, especially if a chain is new. It's gonna be very difficult. You're gonna have to jump through hoops and then, you know, liquidity issues left and right. Right? Because that's the big thing. You know, you can have all these different stables, but are they liquid? Right? What... If the pair is not liquid, then then, yeah, it's a stable in name only, and maybe it's got backing. But if there's no liquidity pools to support it, then what does it do? Yeah. What purp... Excuse me. What purpose does it serve? So I think we're gonna get that, like, exhaustion for stablecoins at some point, and then we'll start seeing the cream rise to the top. [0:31:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. Kantor, what's up, man? Thanks for being patient. Yeah. No worries. I I [0:32:00] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: I think it's a really important topic overall. I I missed most of the space, so forgive me if I I repeat something that's already been said. I I think in general, like, one, just jumping off of Wendy's thoughts. I... And also, like, the other day, we were talking about this too. I think, like, where we're heading eventually is where you've got these neo banks that essentially abstract all of this away from the end users so that you don't need to know anything about crypto or which stable coin or whatever that the bank is using in particular. And, literally, all they... They just press the button, and it's like, I'm swapping to a digital dollar, and then I'm staking to earn yield and such and such liquidity pool. Here's the APY that you're getting. Boom. Like, none none of that matters. Change don't matter. Names of stable coins don't matter. That's... That all becomes irrelevant in this post web world for for neo banks that are built on crypto rails. And then they think that banks are just inching and inching for that legal clarity so they can jump on this and start offering their customers these super high yields. So I think the other thing that's really important too is just, like, we think about stablecoins a lot as, like, this thing that's pegged to the US dollar. But, like, news flash, obviously, like, a fiat... There's so many different fiat currencies that that we can peg to. Right? Like, there's an Australian stablecoin. Right? A USDD. Right? And there's a company called the Australian Payments Plus that's about heavily involved in those those kinds of things. I think where we're gonna head into is a world where we've tokenized forex markets, and now you can trade against that arbitrage between different stablecoin valuations, but at a much more efficient rate. And I think people are really salivating at the fact that we're gonna get to this point probably sooner than we expect. I think when it comes down to having multiple contenders in the market, it's gonna get more and more expensive to compete as a stable coin issuer in a market like The US. Right? Because, like, oh, Andy, you were saying you need to have liquidity in all of these different networks. That's insanely expensive. You... You're gonna have to do these crazy multibillion dollar rounds to support all the chains just to compete with USDC and USDT up in in the market for some moments they have. [0:34:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: I didn't hear the last thing Kent was saying. It was a little bit loud. But, Kent, I think I got the gist of what you were saying. Yeah. I mean, obviously, there's gonna be other state... There's gonna be other, like, currencies, but... I mean, look. Well, I I also can't... I I gotta fucking walk the fine line on this one where I'm like, stable, stable, stable. Like, that's the heart of every ecosystem. I was literally shouting it in one of the stack space, in the Bitflow space earlier. I'm like, guys, we have $6,000,000 in stables. And we're like, we had the... Like, what are we doing? Like, if there's a 125,000,000,000, like, we're never gonna be a player out here, We need fucking stables, like USDC, USDT. I don't care. Like, just bring them onto the platform because we genuinely need them. But, yeah, it's, we're gonna start... You guys are gonna see... You're gonna hear us say on this on this program a lot. This state now issued their own stable. This bank issued their stablecoin today. This one issued... So get used to us saying that because I promise you that is 100% coming. Yeah. So just be prepared. Be prepared. Alright. What else do we got? Cooking. You know, did you guys see this... I put jelly in... Jelly jelly. This hyper liquid story. So hyper liquid, obviously, no stranger to the news lately for people trying to exploit the platform, and they're trying... They're kind of figuring this shit out. Like, there's people that are smarter than them. But there was another exploit on the platform where people are literally taking, like, mindless positions, like, putting on, like, short and long positions because they know how HyperLiquid is actually working. So now HyperLiquid... Like, I think they... One of the guys that put this trade on, the the gist of the whole story is they now either have to let this guy walk with money or show that, like, we're gonna shut down your account, which goes against this whole decentralization ethos. And it's just like, see, motherfuckers. I told you. They can shut you down whenever. But at what point does this stop? At what point, like, are people gonna look at this? Is is HyperLoop gonna say, okay. We figured this out. We patched this up. You guys see this news? Cool. You saw this? Oh, cools it. Cools in in limbo. Let me just remove. [0:36:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, when you weren't, trying to play mediator, on your earlier spaces, did you see this news? Did you happen to read this? [0:36:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: I actually... I... I'm... I saw the headline, but I didn't really dig into it. So, like, what exactly [0:36:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: the fuck? Do y'all do any homework, Elliot? What kind of shit is this? [0:36:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I went from space to space to space to space today. So I I was looking at headlines. I didn't actually look into it, though. Oh. So what exactly is the deal then? Because, you know, you mentioned it yourself. They're no stranger than news lately. [0:37:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. [0:37:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: As I press details. [0:37:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: So I know you asked me, but, I'm gonna ask. This is me asking you. It's like, oh, okay. Got it. [0:37:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. This is called a reflection. [0:37:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. I love reflection, Doug. It's my favorite. We're gonna pay you in rewards. No. But Hyperliquid's been... Listen. I think what what... The gist of what people need to understand is remember when the whole Plus started where it's like, Hyperliquid only has four validators and this and that, it was like, it's not decentralized. But, like, they have massive TVL on that chain. So people are like, that's a massive risk if you're gonna put money on there, blah blah blah. And Cool is hopefully here to save the day. Cool. Did you see this HyperLiquid story in this exploit? [0:37:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: He's probably in the elevator. [0:37:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. It shows him as co host. Anyone anyone in the audience wanna take a shot at this at this point? [0:38:06] Bread @_ToastMalone: Wasn't there a huge... Like, I feel like a month or two months ago because everybody out here is the fucking goldfish and they forget everything. But, like, wasn't there, like, a huge expose on how Hyperliquid's entire architecture is screwed, and it's, like, all controlled by, like, the... Like, five centralized people? And, like, did I did I, like, dream that or, like... That happened. Right? [0:38:29] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. That's what he's talking about with the four validators too because there... It turns out that there's only a few that... Like, one one entity or or p... One person, like, already owned two of them. Like, I I don't know. It's something crazy. [0:38:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: ATC, guys. Will you come for a half ass crypto name? [0:38:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: I... You know, I'm gonna go and look at Marty Party's feed because he'll probably have it [0:38:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't you fucking dare. Don't you dare. [0:38:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: See. Marty Party. What's he talking about? Don't you fucking... [0:39:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. Please tell me [0:39:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: you're here. [0:39:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: Save save it. Save it. No. Cool. Where'd you go? [0:39:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Cool. You mother... Cool. Don't do this to me. He heard me. I'm here. I'm here. [0:39:11] Kool @koolcryptovc: Do you [0:39:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: hear me? I'm here. Yeah. [0:39:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: Did [0:39:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: you see the hyperliquid story? [0:39:15] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. No. No. I I I saw the story, man. I I I think there's something to it. I I I know the the reports came out a while ago saying that... Yeah. I think they had, like, three or four validators, man. Or... But people didn't mind, man, because they're making money. So people didn't care because they're making money. But I I I... But I do think, though, there's a lot of fraud on this thing. Hyperliquid is probably the most successful airdrop of of project launch in a very, very, very long time. They didn't use centralized exchanges, man, to to... For the success. So there is a lot of hate from finance and c z and all the... All these other centralized exchanges. But remember, they didn't list they didn't list on any any any set, man. So they built their success from their hard work and from from the community. So it's unfortunate that this is happening to them, and I would say I'm I'm always almost guaranteed that that, you know, they they they could be some shenanigans going on with this because I've seen this kind of play before, man. When it when it when it protocol has done so well... For... I'll give you an example. When Solana first came out, there was a lot of a lot a lot of noise and and rumors that a lot of e... Ethereum devs were trying to crash Solana. I think this could be... It could be it could be one of those things. I'm not... I'm just speculating. I don't know for sure, but I just feel like there's a lot of hate for hyperlipidemia right now, and it's mostly driven by... I I saw these statements from the people from from from Binance are making these negative statements and all this shit, but at the end of the day, it's all for this protocol. It's done very, well. I think they they... They'll probably... This is good for them to go to something like this because, you know, your protocol gets stronger if you don't get broken. So I think it's a good thing. But, unfortunately, they have to deal with the fraud in the short term. [0:41:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So so here's the whole story. Right? Hyperliquid is under intense scrutiny after a whale that was holding a 124,000,000 jelly tokens began manipulating the token's price to exploit hyperliquidity provider HLP. Right? And that's essentially, like, the mechanism, like, for trading and providing liquidity on Hyperliquid. The... Listen to what happened. The whale first dumped the tokens, crashing the price, and forcing HLP into a massive passive short position. Then by the whale rebuying and driving the price back up, the whale triggered a loss of nearly $12,000,000 for HLP. Obviously, great for him. Now the exploit sparked major concerns around the platform's risk exposure and security mechanisms. And, again, this isn't the first time. I think this is, like, the third or fourth time. And so what did Hyperliquid do? In response, they pulled the Vlad and said, we're delisting Jelly because that's... Essentially, what they did was they prevented what could have become a 230,000,000 loss. Because when you're short of position, there is no... Like, there... You you have an unlimited loss upside. Right? You have no idea price can go to infinity. You have no clue. So there is no way for you to market. Now it says, however, the damage to investor confidence was already done causing hype's price to drop over 12% in the past twenty four hours. Market cap is now below 5,000,000,000 as the market reacts to fears and further instability, potential, or similar exploits. So it's like, what do you do? There's a glitch. There... There's a little... Like, someone found a flaw in your system, and it's like, do I patch this up? Or, like... And and cut my losses by deal list... By delisting this and take the flack, or do I leave it open and leave myself open and the... Literally, the whole business could potentially go fucking poof overnight with a $230,000,000 loss if they... If that well kept pushing it up. So interesting stuff. [0:43:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Here's the thing, though. Because he was exploiting the liquidity pools, TVL. Right? And in part of... So I I have a little bit different numbers in a different perspective on some posts that I was just kinda skimming through. You know, one one of the bigger things is obviously taking a $6,000,000 short position and then and then, forcing, then going on the other side and taking the other side of the trade is is essentially exploiting the the liquidity pool pairs. Right? And then, when the AMM has to switch sides and you go heavy, you're you're essentially forcing them to take on... It's a... It's essentially a b book at that point. Right? And it kinda highlights the importance of liquidity, and I I would argue that this would tell me that hyperliquid isn't very hyperliquid. Because if this is gonna have a fallback onto their main vaults in in such a manner and in such an easy manner, 6,000,000 is not a big short position in this space. Now granted, that's a whale for that coin, but there's bigger there's bigger whales. There's always a bigger whale. And they will figure out how to absolutely bend your liquidity pools over. And if you don't have protections in place, this seems like an like an AMM issue where they have not... This speaks to what you said, the accusations that might not be built right. This is something that centralized exchanges have figured out a long time ago. And, yeah, I don't I don't I don't like this. From what I'm reading, I... As a leveraged trader, I do not like this at all. This is not a good look, and thus, that's why you're seeing price fall the way the way you are because people are losing confidence in their ability to actually have the liquidity ready to go to handle this kind of shit. It it... This is not unexpected stuff. I mean, people do this all the time. I literally was in one space earlier talking about, liquidity pools. Like, when you get a MEXC listing, even if it's, your DEX has, you know, $2,000,000 TVL, They... And they're... They they they say, oh, we're gonna list we're gonna list the, this token. Then they go and they list it or even gate.io, and you go and you look and there's, like, $20 in liquidity in the in the pool for each pair. So you got 40 or $50. Maybe there's 25 per pair. Those things are easy to bend over, and that's where you get the... Those long wicks because as the indexer catches up to price, they're they're funneling in the other side of the trade, because they have no choice. They ran out of liquidity on that side. And this is nothing that that is new. How they couldn't have put in some sort of backstops for this stuff. I I I... I'm not really sure. This is a problem I don't know if they're gonna be able to solve at this point either. Maybe they will. I hope they do. I I don't want them to fail. I wish for, I wish for these kinds of things to be successful. But in this case, yeah, this is actually a pretty big deal. [0:46:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: And, Dave... Cool. You guys highlighted this too. No. You're good. You're good. You guys highlighted this too. This is not the first time. [0:46:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It... It's definitely not the first time, Ladie. I'm sorry. I'm just fucking laughing at the the picture that I took, guys. Look at this that I pinned to the top because you're gonna lose your shit. How the fuck do I end up like little pipsqueak ape in this fucking... In this image creator, bro? Like, this is some total bullshit. Cool looks all fucking slick. Nat Nat looks all fucking dappered out, and it's like, I'm literally, some... Oh my god. You see this? [0:47:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. You little dweeb. Look at you. [0:47:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm like a little fucking pipsqueak, bro. What kind of shit [0:47:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: is your movement instead? It's not [0:47:21] Kool @koolcryptovc: that it's not that bad, bro. Yo. Yo. You exaggerate smart. It's not that bad, but you you make... You made it sound like it was really bad. This is not that bad. [0:47:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Cool. He's gonna sit on the end of a chair and go, [0:47:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, what do mean it's not that bad? You look [0:47:33] Kool @koolcryptovc: very you look very smart, man. You look you look [0:47:35] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. Right? Exactly. You're like the nerd the nerdy ape guy. [0:47:41] Kool @koolcryptovc: It's not that bad at all. I actually like it. I'm gonna I'm gonna... Can I post it, bro? I I can post it. [0:47:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, the... Yo. Cool. Yeah. You can post it. I don't give a fuck. I'm trying to recreate them, but I think the whole Wonder Woman thing is not letting me... It might be, like, going against the OpenAI guidelines. I can't do it because of the Wonder Woman costume. [0:47:56] Kool @koolcryptovc: Is it is it is it possible to add Landy? [0:48:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. So that's what I'm doing right now. Actually Yeah. [0:48:03] Kool @koolcryptovc: I'm I'm not proposing. [0:48:04] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Make it a sticker. [0:48:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: What? Stop it. We're not talking about stickers right now. So Yeah. Yeah. I'm gonna add Landy's, meta beasts. No. [0:48:11] Kool @koolcryptovc: I want I want some more people in the background, man. Like, oh, you know, the, like, the the the the Avengers or something. Avengers or... Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You know, quite... Landy has to be here. I can't I can't... Fuck me. No. I want Landy to put [0:48:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: Meadowbeast. Meadowbeast, if he makes it a sticker, do you think we can put it on the tone chain? [0:48:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: You got fucking jokes, I'm all fucking. You got fucking jokes today? Is it a musical blockchain? [0:48:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hey. They're not good jokes. I'd never say, you don't come here for good jokes with me. That's for you guys. [0:48:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's for damn sure. People are not coming here for good jokes from you. That's for sure. That is for show. And, Mar, I see you down there, I'm just letting you simmer for a second, mister. I'm a come in here, whisper all these sweet nothings in your ear, baby. You run the best crypto spaces out here. I love you, girl. Next thing you know, I hear you in fucking Goxstein space, Nobu space, this one space, telling everybody to go around town town, everybody the same shit. Uh-huh. Without Dave. Yeah. [0:49:19] Bread @_ToastMalone: For for real, though, that picture, like, if I hadn't met you in real life, I I I might be convinced that that's like, oh, that that must be Dave. Okay. Yeah. That makes sense. That tracks. [0:49:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Fuck you, guys. Yo. Love it. The ladies tell me I got a great fucking voice out here. I don't know. I got the sexiest voice on spaces, so fuck you, guys. [0:49:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Elite. Elite. [0:49:45] Sunny D @dylN0chill: I don't know. They're gonna see this pic that you just threw up here, and they're gonna feel catfish. [0:49:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm deleting the fucking space after this. Fuck this. This is one episode nobody's gonna go back and be able to to. Fuck this. [0:49:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: Listening to this. I'm gonna replay this over and over and over. Hey. I heard that you know how to recover spaces that weren't, your own spaces that weren't recorded and the ones that were were recorded, so that's alpha right there. [0:50:11] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: It is going in the archives. [0:50:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Man, if anybody tells me that I am not fucking... That I am not top of my game in terms of this content fucking creation and generation shit, I don't wanna fucking hear it. Oh, hey, Mar. What's up? Tell me you love me. [0:50:28] MAR @Mar2477x: Yo. Listen, cool, man. First of all, I hope everyone is having a good What [0:50:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: the fuck? [0:50:35] MAR @Mar2477x: With Dave, cool. You know that I I went out there. Dude, Kuhl is the king of airdrops. Like, I couldn't get an airdrop. [0:50:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: Remember his name, and then you and then you say his name first when you get on stage. [0:50:48] MAR @Mar2477x: Right. Right. I... Listen. I'm bad with names. I can't even pronounce my wife's name correctly because my wife is Russian, and we've been married for fifteen years. So [0:50:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I wanna hear you say the name. Say. [0:51:01] MAR @Mar2477x: That's her fucking name. How do you know? Are you... Have you met my wife before? I have to call her. Svetlana. Look. I couldn't even... I have to call her by her last name, which is Lissick, and in English, it's Lisa. You know? It's fucking horrible. [0:51:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: What the fuck? How long have you been married for? [0:51:20] MAR @Mar2477x: Two thousand... I wanna say 2011, fifteen years, fourteen years, 2011. [0:51:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. This is what I'm talking about. You... This is the life I want. This is the life I want. Calling my wife a made up name, not off her first name, but a offbeat up her last name. [0:51:37] MAR @Mar2477x: Sivlana. Like, whatever. But listen, man. I... You are the... You know, the the... You guys are the king of airdrops. I can't fucking find an airdrop even if my life depending on it. I don't know how the fuck you do it. But, anyways, man, I came up here just for one thing only. Landy, listen. We're not all fucking in this space. So, please, can you explain to me, like, if I was a fucking five year old, what is going on with hyperliquid? Just just... Even if it's not 100% so I could have an idea because I just don't get it. Gonna break it down. And probably [0:52:09] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm gonna break it down. [0:52:10] MAR @Mar2477x: A lot of the audience don't get it either. They they just are trying to come up. [0:52:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mark, you know what would be great? If Landy actually had this, when we actually went to him initially and he took the time to do it beforehand. Now, of course, he's gonna be able to explain it. Go ahead, Lee. [0:52:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. By the way, that went away. What the hell? Yeah. Anyway [0:52:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's your PFP anyway, mom? What the fuck is that? It looks like an Eeyore, like a fucked up [0:52:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: Eeyore. That was a camel. [0:52:37] MAR @Mar2477x: Landy Landy knows the story, I think. It's a fucking cyber ape, and I bought it because Michael Berry tweeted about it. But then I realized it was a fake Michael Berry x account, which was right when I got into crypto. [0:52:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: As everybody scratched their head and goes, who the fuck is Michael Berry? Savannah. [0:52:55] MAR @Mar2477x: Savannah. What is it? Savannah? Savannah? You even know that fuck? [0:53:00] Landy @CryptoLandy: That name is impossible. It's impossible. Alright. So... Look. You know, it's... We're we're... This is word crimes on stage right now. Just play the play the hell yank based song. Yo. Listen. Like, I'm gonna explain it like a fight. When you don't have enough liquidity on your chain called hyperliquid, then you will get exploited by traders. That's that's the that's the, the five year old version. So daddy says that if you don't have enough liquidity on your chain, then somebody's gonna come steal all your money. [0:53:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's the best you could do after the whole fucking story that I sat here and I read out the entire [0:53:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: time. So, basically, somebody went somebody went short, exploited the liquidity pool and the market maker because they didn't have enough liquidity. They they pushed price down while buying on chain, which pushed price up, And, they flipped their position and and put the market maker in a bad position. And this is an automated market maker. Marty Party, don't come at us. AMMs are not, are not Citadel. Okay? But, anyway... Yeah. Essentially, what the trader did is they they played a game where they went short on one side and and long on the other and forced a, essentially forced the actual AMM that controls the trades, like matches the trades for the buys and sells into a into a very big short position. And what that then caused was when price started to rise again, they got stuck, which means that they got a short squeeze out of it. And if they didn't stop this in the manner that they did, they could have potentially risked their entire treasury. And, so, yeah, essentially, this is a liquidity problem. And every pair that you have on a chain, no matter what it is, you have the base token paired with whatever else. And in this case, it could be USDC, hype, or whatever. Right? USDT. And those liquidity pools are a set size, and that's how much is the token worth, paired with that stable that tries to keep parity with DEXs through indexers and oracles. [0:55:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm not five anymore. I am not five anymore way way way. Up. And grew up. Yeah. We grew up. And, Mar, the thing that Landy was talking about, ultimately, the thing that they did, the measure they took, was they delisted... Like, this is a DEX. They delisted the token, like, a la Vlad and Robin Hood, GME style, and said, yo. No more trading of this because we are way too exposed right now. They exploited us, and we can't afford to... If we don't take this measure, now it's like, well, do we trust Hyperliquid? So that's why we're seeing the different price. And now it's this existential problem of decentralization, or do we continue the business? Which one? So... Yeah. [0:55:58] MAR @Mar2477x: So real quick, Landy. Are Luna two point o? [0:56:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. This is a different situation, bro. Bro? [0:56:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: The fuck. [0:56:05] MAR @Mar2477x: Completely different. No. Because I heard some stablecoins. I heard some issues with stablecoins. That's why. [0:56:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Issues with stablecoins? We're not talking issues with stablecoins. Mark, we're talking about the fucking... The hyperliquid story. You came up and asked about it. Right. [0:56:19] MAR @Mar2477x: Right. Right. Right. But, no, I heard something about the pairing with with with with the stable It's just liquidity. [0:56:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's liquidity. [0:56:24] MAR @Mar2477x: Just liquidity. Okay. Alright. Let me know [0:56:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: when you guys wanna get back to the show. Whenever you guys are ready, let me know. [0:56:31] MAR @Mar2477x: No. No. I'm just saying we we don't need this shit in crypto, man. That we just don't want, you know, this type of shit. This is Svetlana going [0:56:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: to you right now? [0:56:39] MAR @Mar2477x: It's gonna be a Svetlana. [0:56:41] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: My wife's fucking hungry girl. [0:56:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Svetlana. He literally doesn't know how to pronounce the name Svetlana. That's actually funny. Well, I think what was even better was the fact that you said her last name is this, Lisic. So, like, I don't even call her that. I call her Lisa. Like, what? [0:56:57] MAR @Mar2477x: Yeah. Lisic, and for English translation, it's Lisa. You know, you wanna know the middle name. It's even [0:57:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: And then I said, when did you get married? He goes, I think around 2011. [0:57:11] MAR @Mar2477x: Listen. After ten years, ninety nine percent of people don't forget what year they got married. They won't forget the date, but they forget the year. [0:57:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Uh-huh. You want me... You wanna make a bet with me right now that Cool crypto 1000%... I would give you 10 to one odds that Cool remembers the year he got married. You wanna make a bet right now, Mark? [0:57:28] MAR @Mar2477x: Yeah. Because he got married last year probably. [0:57:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nope. His man... He bought his fiftieth house last year. Cool. What What was the year that you got married good, sir? [0:57:37] Kool @koolcryptovc: That is classified information, bro. [0:57:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: He doesn't remember. Fucking know. You were right, Mar. Holy shit. He didn't wanna get cooked by his wife. That's right. You know what? I'm not gonna sink my co host like that. You know why? Because I'm ride or die. Okay? I will ride and die with you, motherfuckers. Okay? I just thought that was a given, but if it's not, missus Cool Crypto, think [0:57:57] Kool @koolcryptovc: that's would would say, though, mate, if if any of you have any, you know, good looking sisters or your your wife's, you know, girlfriend or your wife's friends. David's on the market, man. We we... I'm I'm gonna talk... Hope this dude up for a long time. If you guys have anyone, please just DM Dave, man. This dude is... He works too much, and he he needs a female in his life. We've been trying to hook him up, but but hopefully, anyone, if you have any wife, friends, or cousins, sister, whatever, just DM Dave, bro. He's he's looking hard, man. Looking really hard. [0:58:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Y'all did not try to hook me up with fucking anybody. I never got a single DM being like, hey. You should go hook up with this one. None of y'all [0:58:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: are fucking looking out for me out here. [0:58:36] MAR @Mar2477x: Dude, ordered her. That's it. Bar.. [0:58:42] MAR @Mar2477x: No..., just order her. Open up the fucking, you know, brochure, whatever it is, the catalog, and [0:58:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: just Just [0:58:50] MAR @Mar2477x: just just [0:58:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: send her a message on Telegram. You know, you can use the tone chain to give her a sticker, and you'll be all good. [0:59:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, man. Hey. You know, like, maybe you you might not have heard about me, but I trade stickers on tone. [0:59:09] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. Yo. Yo. Yo. I I slide up in the gyms, and I start throwing them them stickers. That's right. Baby. [0:59:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's a wrap. [0:59:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yep. Miss Ronnie is a penny dropper. [0:59:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's what I'm saying, man. [0:59:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Guys, I thought there was a lot more stories if I'm being honest. [0:59:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Let him up. You let him up, Dave. [0:59:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: I did. I did. I let him sweat down there for a little bit, but I also can't do that. Like, it it gives me... Like, it makes me anxious, you know, when I know somebody, and it's like, know they should be up up on stage. Like, I normally let them up right away, but, yeah, I can't. [0:59:41] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Dave, before we end the show today, we we make sure because I promised my audience from my stream yesterday that we're gonna talk about ETFs and why are the importance for crypto? Because I think a lot of people don't even know. So I think Landy would... He said he he was gonna talk about this. So, hopefully, before we end the show today, definitely, we should we should definitely talk about that if we can. [1:00:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Of course, cool. Like, Landy, you heard cool. Get to work. [1:00:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well well, when he was talking about ETFs, he brought it up, he's [1:00:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: like, [1:00:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: I wanna talk about this tomorrow. And and he saw me now, and he's like, we gotta talk about this tomorrow. So he did make this promise. And, Dave, I know that you're you're obviously very, well educated on this subject as well, but I think spot ETFs are what matters. Alright? When you get futures ETFs, it's it's all paper speculation. Right? Spot ETFs are what is important. Why? Because there's a creation and redemption process, and there is the layout for how those spot ETFs get, approved by the SEC. And in this case, when you get... Like, the big one that everybody's waiting for is Solana. Right? We've got we've got, Bitcoin and Ethereum, and then there's some combos, and then there's some leverage plays on that and the backs of that. Those are all different products. The spot ETFs are what matters because that means that they have to custody the actual coins, and they must, sure that up at the end of every day. And and that's, how many shares are issued versus, what is in custody. Right? They either get more if they need more, and that's, by issuing creation units. And that will allow them to, basically issue more shares and then gather more underlying collateral for custody. What does this do? Well, this obviously takes those coins out of circulation on, the actual chains and on OTC desks and centralized exchanges and... Uh-oh. Dropped. [1:01:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Cool's audience is still [1:01:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: listening. So, essentially, what what we have in the creation redemption process for something like Bitcoin, you have creation units are where they're issuing shares and backing those shares with buys of Bitcoin. Right? And then they're custodying them in, like, BlackRock's custodying with Coinbase. That takes the supply off the market, and that's also then people who are buying those ETF shares have a vector for exposure to Bitcoin price. And then when there's enough sales, there's redemptions. And those redemptions, in this case, for most of the ETF products, I think going out there, there are a few proposals. It's just the mechanism for redemption, in this case, is gonna be cash. Well, when you get enough redemptions, they now have to sell the underlying collateral because they have more collateral, or they hit, like, a threshold where they have much more collateral than than their, shares. Right? So when those shares are redeemed, now they essentially have to go and sell, and that's when you get the outflows from those ETFs. So that's what you're seeing in terms of the sell pressure from the BlackRocks and the Fidelities, you know, that we saw, you know, last month. And when... And all the buy pressure, when you're seeing all the news about BlackRock and Fidelity and they're buying, they're buying, they're buying. What are they doing? Well, customers and and clients and regular traders are going to the market, they're buying the shares. And then they're issuing creation units. They then have to back those units with the spot ETF, so then they buy OTC. If there's not enough there, then they have to go to open market, and then they essentially have to custody that. So that's how it's good. Now some of the arguments for for there's there's a lot that goes on in this process and the authorized participants and who's doing what and where. It... It's very simply when they're buying, it's taking supply off the market. When they're selling, it's putting supply back on. It's just a bigger market to buy in. There are potential risks when it comes to proof of stake assets, though. And that is Wait. [1:04:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. You're you're you're throwing a lot at people, bro. You're throwing a lot... Yeah. Yeah. Let's let's let's throttle it back. Yeah. Because the explanation is great, but you're throwing way way too depth. And I think this is where... Junie to the rescue. Because I think she really helps, really simplify this shit. But everything Landy was just mentioning, spot on, but I I don't wanna go too much down rabbit hole city. Junie, you're up. [1:04:33] Voice I: What's an ETF? Exchange traded fund is like a basket of assets you can buy on the stock market just like a regular stock. Instead of owning Bitcoin or Ethereum directly, you own a piece of a fund that holds them. Why are Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs useful? Easy access. No crypto wallets. No private keys. Just buy through your regular broker. Regulated. ETFs are approved and monitored by regulators like the SEC. Institutional access. Big players like banks and pension funds can now invest in crypto. Safe for newcomers. No need to worry about hacks or lost passwords. Differences. What are the differences and risks? You don't own the actual crypto, just shares of a fund. Fees usually charge a small annual fee. Limited control. You can't use or transfer the crypto. It's just an investment. Futures ETFs may not perfectly follow Bitcoin or ETH prices. TLDR. ETFs make it easier and safer to invest in crypto to the stock market, but you give up some control and pay for the convenience. [1:05:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: AKA ETFs are for the rich lazy motherfuckers out here, okay, that already have brokers, which some of us don't have and can't afford to do. But to be clear, you do not... Like Landy was saying, you do not own the asset. Right? You do not have... Like, that Bitcoin is not yours. It belongs to the fund. And that is a big fundamental difference in terms of what we preach out here every single day than what an ETF actually is. Does it help increase adoption? And this is why everyone was like, yeah. ETF approval. Great. And now, you know, now when you have all these brokerages and banks that are gonna be approved for crypto, now all of a sudden you're seeing, you know, people are gonna have them in their... Are gonna have Bitcoin in their four zero one k's. They're looking to establish Bitcoin reserves in all these different states and now even stablecoins. But you guys get the gist. Yeah. Lendi, go for it. [1:06:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: So one clarification that I disagree with Juni on, and that is that, that it's safer because, you're not having to custody yourself. I think that there is a potential risk in the future, especially with, security risks. You know? If by chance, because you can never rule things out, that the custody provider, had a security lapse at some point, that is a massive risk. Right? So I did wanna just kinda put that out there. It's not completely... Nothing is ever completely safe. It's it's safer than for many people than holding yourself and managing your own keys, especially if you're new. One of the big things is is... And and I wanna make sure that this is abundantly clear, that the fund owns the coins. The shares issued are what you're buying. They're using your money to buy the coins. Right? And when you redeem, they have to sell those coins because the the shares are backed one to one essentially for how many shares issued in terms of value matches the value in the underlying fund. So one of the bigger things that, that I often hear... Well, I always hear it. We hear it pretty much all the time in this space is, like, BlackRock and Fidelity are buying your coins. Their fund, yes, is buying the coins, but it's it's the the owners of the shares that are in control of the buying and selling. And then you can get into the mechanics of, you know, the brokers that they're using and the types of funds that they're invested and in who they're onboarding, in terms of that. These players are asset under management companies. They aren't the direct vector for that, liquidity. They technically... When shares are redeemed, they have to sell. When people are buying those shares, they have to buy. This is all very highly regulated. So it is one of the things that, often gets confused. And, you know, to Cool's point, why is it good? Right? Like, that was kinda what you what you wanted to get to yesterday when you're reading through. Right, Cool? [1:08:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: Cool? Can you hear me? [1:08:37] Kool @koolcryptovc: Sir, stop. [1:08:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Like, [1:08:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: hey. Oh, Lan... Lan... Lan... I heard you. Yo. Great explanation, man. I appreciate it. Thanks, bro. [1:08:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: But you did wanna hear, like, why they're good? Why why... And then there is a downside to this. There is a potential downside to this. [1:08:53] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Yeah. I think the the the question was... Because, know you know, guys, we we have a couple of projects that the the... Their their market caps will be lower, and they're probably gonna get ETFs like Chainlink, your market caps, like, sell, like, 10,000,000,000, where we saw they're filing filing one for Pengu market cap of, like, 300,000,000. So is there any downside to launching ETFs for projects such as low market cap and low volume? I guess that that was my question. [1:09:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. I don't see much downside. Right? You're getting access to a much more liquid market, right, in that regard. I think that that's all upside. It depends on how how distributed that project is initially. Right? Are they fully distributed? Is there vesting periods that still are yet to unlock? And what does that look like? What kind of deals could they potentially be making? Everyone's... You know, we talked about the CRO thing. Like, you know, why... You know? Hey. We burned the the 70,000,000,000. Oh, hey. Look. It's back. Regardless of what you... What your wishes are, it's back. Here you go. Now we're gonna hold it for the potential future, maybe ETF. Right? And and, so can it be good? Can it be bad? It actually depends on the protocol. With Bitcoin, control over the coins does not equal control over the network. For many proof of stake protocols, control over the coins does equal control over the network. So there is some risk factors, in that regard. But, again, these are highly regulated, and and it's a matter of just evaluating and understand... Understanding the investment type that you're getting into. If you're already in crypto, I would view a smaller project getting an ETF as a positive thing because they have much... They have access to much more liquidity. [1:10:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, great job? What about the Junie setup? I mean, that Junie setup was month [1:10:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Junie's great. I only disagreed with one thing. That's it. It's just the security side. Because I'm I'm scared that they get hacked at some point, and then all of a sudden that Bitcoin's gone. North Korea's got it. [1:11:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Has any of the... Like, have any of the actual funds been hacked? Like, any of these institutions been hacked? I guess we... Would we even hear about it? We probably wouldn't even hear about it. [1:11:09] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, man. That... You know, that's a good question. Yeah. I I... Know, I I think that it... I think that because we could see on chain, we know where these wallets are. You know? I... I'm a big fan of Arkham for monitoring wallets because they... They're really good at tagging, and and really good at working with others in the ecosystems to identify what wallets are what. We would have seen something move, right, much like we saw with the with the Bybit stuff. Like, see, we saw it move before we ever even knew why it was moving. Right? [1:11:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And You know what buy... You know what Arkham had a great breakdown on today? [1:11:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: What's that? [1:11:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hyperliquid. [1:11:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Really? Oh, shit. I... You know where I should've went. You know where I should've went? [1:11:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: That was a lay... I mean, I had to take that one. I was like, don't know I should've went. That was a yeah. [1:11:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, I mean, the the big thing is I do have... There is a there is a reasonable fear that potentially a custodian gets hacked. Right? Like, we we know only what they pitch as what they're doing for security. Right? And and whoever's... Who's ever done their their security audits. Right? And and there is a measure of trust there. And if they fuck up, that's a big deal. That's a very big deal because it's not like gold. It's Sell all the gold. Yeah. [1:12:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Gamer Gamer wanted to... He put in the comment. Gamer went as far. Couldn't hit the request button. I guess he can't speak in sunny, beautiful San Francisco. Looks like you're stuck at work still, though, buddy. It's beautiful out here. I love it. It's amazing. But Gamer did want us to mention, did we talk about the PCE numbers getting released tomorrow? We did not. And don't forget about the 12,000,000,000 of Bitcoin options that are expiring this Friday with a max pain of $85,000. [1:13:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yep. That's a pivot. By the way, the $85,000 is the daily pivot. So that's... That would be very interesting. [1:13:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's... I'm I'm gonna inform myself. I don't give a shit. But PCE numbers, what what what economic numbers are these? Uh-huh. Yeah. I... Like I said, we come... Guys, welcome to ATC. Gamer, tell me what p... Let me just look this shit up. What's PCE numbers? I don't even know what that is, and I am not afraid to act like the idiot. Economic numbers. Listen, everybody all quiet. You guys see this? You see what I do for you all? You see what I do? You see what I do? [1:13:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: You can [1:13:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: learn to fill this... Fill that [1:13:50] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: What are slight little tire. I got some asking? I'm I'm sorry. [1:13:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Personal... Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Now that you looked it up, motherfucker. Personal consumption expenditure, PCE price index is a key inflation gouge, increased by point three month over month in January. Core prior PCE index, excluding food and energy, rise by point three. Yeah. I guess super real... Yeah. Thank you, gamer. Thank you. Let me just say what's up to travel. So travel, what's up, bro? My bad. Thanks for being patient, [1:14:17] MAR @Mar2477x: my guy. What up, man? [1:14:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait. Wait. Wait. [1:14:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Talk talk to your boy gamer, bro. [1:14:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: PC is not tomorrow. That's, no. No. We have durable goods, and we have, GDP coming up. Can't Am I missing something? [1:14:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't know. We need to move on because I'm hearing something different that you're saying, and it's triggering a memory of something in my mind, and it's... Yeah. [1:14:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: You don't want GDP? [1:14:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. PC... Yeah. PC. Anyways, Trav, what's up, bro? [1:14:44] MAR @Mar2477x: Hey. What's up, dude? [1:14:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Chilling, bro. We love your tattoos, Travis. [1:14:52] MAR @Mar2477x: Hey. You ready for tomorrow? [1:14:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know it, bro. Backing better than ever, baby. [1:14:57] MAR @Mar2477x: That's right. [1:14:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know it. What's good? [1:15:02] MAR @Mar2477x: Nothing, man. I just saw y'all on. I forgot that you, you know, you back in the swing like you are, so I'm here. [1:15:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go, bro. Appreciate it. Are you are you running that space on Monday with Sunny d, the the the Tron ecosystem space? [1:15:17] MAR @Mar2477x: Yeah. Yeah. I'll be there. [1:15:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. I love it. If you guys wanna show that for a hot second. Sunny d, I know you're back after a little sabbatical that you've been taking, chilling back, sipping Mai Tais, earning passive income on Tron, and now you're like, you know what? Let me get back in the trenches with these fucking Momos. [1:15:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just just to answer, Alpha Gamer's question. So PCE isn't until Friday, and there is no there is no... I was looking to see where the data was, if there was... Was assuming he thought that data is out or what our thoughts are on it. There's no data out until Friday. So the projections are gonna be interesting, but I think more important is, our GDP growth rate, quarter over quarter. That's gonna be the big one, which is, tomorrow. That one's tomorrow. But but he is correct. PCE is... We're wrapping up everything for financials this week. So PCE is gonna [1:16:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: be on Friday. Are you disagreeing with with with your twin? What... Like, what is this ascension going on over [1:16:23] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: there? [1:16:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: I didn't look at his post, so I don't really know what he was asking. But I was like... Because I was I was throwing because I know durable goods is... Was today, and we have GDP tomorrow. So I wasn't sure if he was asking... I thought he meant, like, GDP. I'm like, wait. Is it the numbers out? And I got confused. Like, Durable Goods was out. How did I miss this? [1:16:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mhmm. See what happens when you separate them? This is why they interview suspects in different rooms. Right? Like, this is why they do that. They separate you when you get to the police station for this very reason. Collusion. Okay, guys? Right? One doesn't work without the other. It's like they cut... They finish the sentences. Yeah. They don't pick up [1:17:00] Landy @CryptoLandy: of a brain right here. Yeah. Exactly. Of a brain. [1:17:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Gamer, I don't I don't know about... I don't know what you're doing right now, but Landy's just saying, nah, gamer. That's wrong, bro. [1:17:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: It is it is Friday. It's Friday, though. He's right about it being this week. [1:17:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: When you said it's Friday, just now I was like, wait. It's Friday? I'm thinking today. Wait. What the fuck? [1:17:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: What am I doing here? [1:17:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. What am I doing here? Vibe. What's good, bro? [1:17:23] Voice G: What's going on, folks? How are doing? Loving the show. I don't... You know what? I don't know [1:17:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: if I've ever seen [1:17:29] Voice G: my timeline dominated like it has today with that or whatever. I don't know how to say it, but that shit is everywhere. [1:17:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Studio Ghibli? Yeah. [1:17:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: You go. [1:17:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Ghibli? Absolutely. [1:17:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: How how do you say it? Like, I really don't... Like, does anybody know? Does anybody an anime fan up here? [1:17:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I prefer Viper's version. Ghibli. Yeah. There you go. [1:17:49] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Ghibli. It sounds like some TV com... Rom com... Or not rom com, but comedy show whose... The next door neighbor, their last name was Gibler or something. [1:18:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: No, Kimmy. Gibler. That's full house. [1:18:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: Stop [1:18:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: it. No. [1:18:03] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Gibler. That's what it sounds like. [1:18:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: I think Gibler is like an Arabic. I know Gibler is an Arabic. I think it's an Arabic word, but I don't know. Maybe it's got origins. I I don't know. I'm gonna look it up. Who knows? [1:18:13] Voice G: Definitely Japanese this [1:18:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: case, though. [1:18:15] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Ask Judy. [1:18:16] Voice G: See that. [1:18:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: She's busy creating images. [1:18:20] Voice G: Heath is doing exactly what Landy's squirrel stream said it would do, so that's not great. But we do have a DRB up 30 some odd percent today. So that that narrative go. That narrative continues to be strong. [1:18:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: Awesome. Right? [1:18:36] Voice G: And, like, it's a big swing. [1:18:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: Like, if [1:18:38] Voice G: you're listening in the crowd, I wouldn't just say go APED because it does swing quite a bit, but it's a... That narrative is not stopping by any means and all made possible by the lovely banker bot. So I think we're [1:18:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: The banker gained us a mind share against the... Is Wild. And this is... Yeah. [1:18:55] Voice G: Yeah. It's AIXBT in, like, the twenties, and then that's 17 or something. So that that used to be as, like, spread out as, like, five, 7%, 9% for AXPT. So it's definitely narrowing in, like, who is not a... Just a chat GPT rapper. Right? Like, you gotta do something. I think that that is definitely showing by, like, those two being accumulative at 40 some odd percent, and then the banker just continuing to grow. So I think we got a a nice brew in popcorn. That would be one that we'd probably do better. [1:19:28] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: You know, Viper sent you a thousand banker. [1:19:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was actually just gonna talk... I was gonna say, Viper, when I messaged you in the DMs and after I saw the thousand banker, I was gonna DM you. I said I had a great idea. Like, there's nothing that gets attention and engagement better than, like, a feud or a fight. Right? I was literally gonna send him back. Was gonna be like, banker, send Viper back his fucking thousand banker tokens. Tell him to fucking keep it and stop giving me these fucking crumbs out here because I'm trying to earn real money. And I was gonna tell you, like, yo, come back and, like, really, like, let's have, like, a a full on on the timeline feud because I'm telling you that shit works. We can go from 17% mindshare to, like, 25 in a in a minute, bro. [1:20:07] Voice G: As sad as that is about our humanity, it's it's all too true. I'm like, that would that would be the one that pushes it over. [1:20:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm so exposed to banker and Billy and, DRB. I'm like, I'm all for it. Do whatever you need to do. Yeah. Well, I will perpetuate this. I will I will pick a side in this one. I will just... I will go at Dave on the timeline over banker. [1:20:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Unicorn Fardust community reached out, and they're like, yo. We want Landy's fucking head. And I was like, I ain't... Come to come to ATC. [1:20:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait. Wait. Why? What what happened? What did I do to [1:20:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: They saw you instigating on the timeline, bro. Like, you didn't get a maestro out here, like, pit one community against another? I think you're three of bull [1:20:48] Voice G: I saw Landy today on this... On stage. I thought, you know what? I'm gonna go listen because that guy's bright. I'm gonna learn something. I'm on I'm on the space for, like, three minutes. I lost, like, 30 IQ, and I don't have a lot. But holy fuck, Landy. I don't know where you were, man. I I I don't know if I can do that against you. [1:21:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: Listen. Listen. Sometimes I say things and people lose IQ. Sometimes they're really It wasn't you. [1:21:14] MAR @Mar2477x: It was [1:21:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: just where you were. Feel... Well, [1:21:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I... Look. There's some some things going on that I'm not involved in, and I respect the the two individuals. [1:21:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: The cut and run type of friend, guys. Like, he was nowhere to be [1:21:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: found today when his boys not [1:21:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: were fighting. His boys were fighting. He was like, yo. I got your back, but, like, way back over here. Because, like, man, yo. Cool. Just saying. Like [1:21:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm a nice guy, and I'm non confrontational. If if, if if Landy is is... Look. I I can't I can't pick sides in a fight between friends when they're just having at it. You don't pick sides. [1:21:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: You mediate, and you tell them to shut the fuck up and stop being [1:21:54] Landy @CryptoLandy: I did. I did. I I I I tried to mediate. I came back in at the end, and and I said what I had to say. And, and look. It was all positive vibes. What are we here for? We're here to make money. We're here to grow communities and grow our brands, and that's that's all that matters. Right? And and whatever other people have going on with each other, they're gonna... There's always gonna be conflict, Dave. I remember Dave. I... You know what, Dave? I remember this guy, Dave. He he he came at me in the DMs. He tore me up on the timeline. He tore me up in the chats. He was like, yo, homie, what the fuck you doing? Yo, he checked me. But you wanna know something? I needed I needed a Dave in my life because if it wasn't for Dave, I wouldn't be here and I wouldn't be where I'm at going around and sitting on stages and causing Viper to lose some IQ. [1:22:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo, Mars. You know what? He he he he tells me... Like I said before, you might not have been here, but Landy said to me in the DM, he's like, you're the only David in my life. And I was like, oh, thanks, Landy. Yeah. Come to find out. [1:22:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Say that to every David. [1:23:00] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I'm just here for the stickers and the coloring books. [1:23:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go fucking. Look up. You really wanna get the burn. Like, you really wanna get the Let's go. Wanna do contribute to this... The conversation or what today? Like, what's going on? [1:23:16] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: If you want want some, there's a little bit going on. We already talked about Napster yesterday. You talk... We talked about Trump and Bitcoin and whatnot. Rumor has it there's a metaverse coming of his as well. Oh, joy. But I... Wyoming. Wyoming was mentioned earlier, and so was twins Coming up in April in why... The University of Wyoming is hosting a lecture on digital twins and the metaverse. If you don't know what a digital twin is, it's basically what? [1:23:57] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yes? What? Don't know. Was that the Gong? Am I on the Gong show? Was I... No. [1:24:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. We said... You said digital twins, and we were [1:24:03] Voice G: like, oh. [1:24:04] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Oh, it was a... Oh. Okay. Anyway, digital twin is basically a replica of a real life weather place thing or a person inside the metaverse and has many different uses... Use cases, particularly in space. They can test things ahead of time and get some ideas and feedback information. So there you go. [1:24:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: But besides that, genius idea, because there's probably not gonna be much metaverse news for the foreseeable future. Yep. So, I think maybe we should do a segment like a page six or, like, a drama, pop culture, just news at the end of, like, ATC just to kinda switch it up a little bit. You know I mean? I feel like that'll probably be the most listened to segment of the show, but at least if we let you go laugh after the crypto news, maybe people come and stay for the crypto... They come for the for the gossip, but, like, they stay for the crypto news. You know? Yeah. I like that for you, especially, because I feel like you deliver it perfectly. Yeah. Sunny d. [1:25:10] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Did anybody notice that Rumble is rolling out a USD d... USDT wallet for their creators? [1:25:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: For real? [1:25:21] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yep. Yeah. After... What was it? Tether made a $775,000,000 investment in them [1:25:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: too. Damn. That was making a lot of, like, wallet investments. They also put in, I think, was 20 something million into Zenggo, if you guys remember that. Like, that was just a a little over a month month and a half ago. So Tether's making moves on the wallet side. Yeah. This is... Maybe they're gearing up for something. We need to own the wallet companies. So this way, when they realize that our attestations for the 140,000,000,000, maybe you're missing a couple of fucking commas. We control the fucking money. [1:26:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. That is so dirty. [1:26:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm just saying that you better stop laughing because I saw fucking Hermetica post some shit today about attestations. I'm like, oh my god. Here we go. Be careful. [1:26:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. I mean... Okay. So there's audits, and attestations are normal. Okay? They're normal, and they're normally done. This is not an abnormal thing that they did as an attestation. [1:26:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: But they're not enough. [1:26:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: Thing they've ever done. Yeah. Only thing they've ever done. They've never done an audit. You're supposed to do an audit, attestations, audit, attestations, and not just attestations all over the place. Hey. You wanna know... Oh, you asked for an audit? Here's an attestation. Thank you. Like, come on. [1:26:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: You sure you got this money? Hey, man. Trust me, bro. I got a 140,000,000,000. Don't I look... Do I look like I don't got a 140,000,000,000? I got it. If I say I got it, I got it. [1:26:54] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait till wait till, you know, Trump... Obviously, Trump, Trump launching, his company, World Liberty Financial, with the with the stablecoin. Right? Watch Trump come out just like he did with Fort Knox. Is the gold really there? Come out and be like, is the backing really there for USDT? Like, woah. [1:27:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Maybe he knows something. He's like, wait a minute. We know these motherfuckers are full of shit. We're gonna launch our own stablecoins when we take these motherfuckers down. Yeah. That won't be good for anybody, actually. Yeah. Yeah. [1:27:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: Any No. No. That'd be very bad. [1:27:22] Kool @koolcryptovc: Any news about a a Bib Boy? [1:27:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, man. You wanna do this right now? You're just gonna join the three minutes, and you're gonna you're gonna throw this grenade out there? [1:27:29] Kool @koolcryptovc: Finish real quick, man. [1:27:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: He was being ex... He's being extradited today. I haven't seen an update. I know that, it's, I know Nobu had a space scheduled with him for today, but then he got arrested. [1:27:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: But, bro How do you get a... How... Like, you go on you go on social media to essentially tell people that there's an arrest warrant for you. Right? They see where you are. And, ultimately, it's not like you were hiding. It's not like this is speculative stuff. You were literally threatening judges, phone calls, emails. Like, what? Yeah. And did anybody notice the shirt that Bip Boy was wearing? [1:28:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: I didn't. [1:28:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: He was wearing a dare shirt. Do y'all know what a... Y'all know what dare is? [1:28:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: God. Yeah. Oh, god. Really? I didn't even look at that. Holy shit. I'm looking at it now. That's hilarious. [1:28:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's so good. It's so good. Cocaine is a hell of a drug. Ladies and gentlemen, a hell of a drug. Meta Beast, go for it. [1:28:27] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I I I have to get this out. So this whole new chatty b t image thing, when I was trying to create that coloring book, and that's for you, Mar, it's like an... A slow NFT reveal. And my very... [1:29:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: A cap. [1:29:12] Kool @koolcryptovc: Oh, yeah. No. That's a graduation hat. So I I graduated to to be in a d gen. So that... [1:29:20] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Okay. I saw it. The only way I could describe it, I guess, was the very wrong way, and it pulled it right out from under me because a sloth in a farmer's hat. It's a graduation cap. Where do you see that? [1:29:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: What do you mean he's wearing it [1:29:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: again? Love the he's anything. [1:29:42] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Anyway, it was like a like, a slow NFT reveal that just rugged right out from under me. Yeah. [1:29:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Come to Arvil's presentation.... For you. [1:29:52] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: But this is for you. So in the news, the the the very... The subtitle on this is power bot m. Power bot m. Researchers have found that ChatGPT power users are those who who use it the most and at the longest durations are becoming dependent upon or even addicted to the chatbot.
