The April Fools edition of All Things Crypto opened with an elaborate prank announcement that Landy and AlphaGamer would be hosting, complete with a satirical top-five fake crypto headlines segment. Once the real hosts Dave and Kool joined, the conversation quickly turned serious, focusing on Circle’s IPO filing for USDC, Tether’s massive Bitcoin accumulation and its “too big to fail” status, and the broader implications of stablecoin legislation. The group debated profitability, regulatory risks, proof-of-reserves requirements, and potential market impact. Additional topics included the explosive Newsmax IPO, airdrop farming drama on Kaito, Magic Eden’s upcoming token airdrop, and Kool’s substantial season-one Zebu rewards. The show closed with an inspiring rags-to-riches story from AlphaGamer about how early airdrops changed his life, followed by a light-hearted troll call with the Game Five Ball project. All of this is discussion, not financial advice.

[0:03:13] Voice L: We're gonna get started in literally one minute. I don't wanna miss this one. At least this this opening don't [0:03:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: be fire. [0:03:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's cool. I feel like we need a day off, bro. [0:03:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You know what I mean? [0:03:27] Voice L: Like, you might as well. This is it. [0:04:32] Voice L: Think I'm trying to buy [0:04:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: some time for game. You know [0:04:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: what I mean? [0:04:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: I know, [0:04:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: like... I [0:04:37] Voice L: don't know. [0:04:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. We figured we'd give these... You know, we're like, yo, guys, like, you wanna give me and Cool a day off? And they were like, yeah, man. We show. And we're like, cool. Before we even say anything. What's up, everybody? Happy fucking Tuesday. June's got a few words to say before we get cooking. So, yeah, let's let's go to let's go [0:05:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: June. June. June, you're up. [0:05:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Not today. [0:05:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey, Ham. Ladies and degens, happy Tuesday, and welcome to a very special edition of ATC, or as we like to call it today, all things confused. So let's get into it. This morning, we announced on the timeline that Landy and Alpha Gamer would be taking over ATC. That's right. The Landy and Wizard Hour coming to you live from the Metaverse Basement. Now here's where it gets wild. Alpha Gamer reposted that announcement so fast, I swear his ledger must be connected directly to x. I've never seen engagement from that man that quick. This dude treats DMs like dead letters, but sees one you're the host tweet, and he's Usain Bolt with the repost. [0:05:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mhmm. [0:05:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Blink. It's pinned. Blink again. He's edited his bio to host of ATC tap in. Bro manifested it. And Landy, oh, he was in full gaslight mode. He drops a comment like, alpha will be on time today, which if you've ever listened to literally any episode of this show, you know is a bigger lie than Landy telling someone, of course, my feet touch the floor when I'm sitting in a chair. Alpha being on time is like Ethereum gas being under $10, a beautiful fantasy. His tardiness is part of the brand. If Alpha showed up early, I'd start shorting optimism. Literally, is it a beautiful day in the bay today, gamer? Unbelievable. So, no, Landy and Alpha are not hosting. Crazy fucks. But nice try, universe. Now before we bring in Dave, Kool, and Nat Nat, I've got your top five crypto headlines of the day. Number one, Vitalik Buterin launches new layer three called Ultra Base exclusively for pet NFTs. It's optimized for Shiba Inu tail wags and hamster wheel spins per second. Early adopters already forming a DAO called Furry DAO. Number two, Binance introduces new Know Your Clone. All users must now submit DNA. CZ says it's to prevent multi wallet sock puppets and potential scrolls. Number three, Solana announces new partnership with Spirit Airlines to power in flight transactions. The first use case, buying water midair after your wallet fails to confirm and the flight lands. TPS now stands for turbulence per second. Number four, an ordinal inscription just won a lawsuit against its creator for neglect. The judge ruled, quote, you can't just mint me and ghost me, Brad. Emotional damages, 3.2 BTC and 10,000 Pepe. And number five, Duke Kwan to launch new stablecoin backed by vibes alone. It's called FAFO, pegged to the collective mood of CT. Goes up when we post memes, crashes when someone says regulatory clarity. So, yeah, welcome to ATC fuckers where the jokes are free, the hosts are actually here, and every word I just spoke is total bullshit. April fool. Dave, let's light this fucking firecracker. [0:08:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thanks, Fugazi, Juni. Appreciate you. [0:08:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, what's up, bro? Cool. It's good. [0:08:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. I am so glad that I could be hosting today. I wanna thank I wanna thank Alpha Gamer for cohosting with me. Dave, cool for guesting. [0:08:22] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Don't worry. I got you every time, Landy. [0:08:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah, brother. You know, hey. You were here semi on time, and that's all we can ask for. And look. I I think that today we should break the news because there is actually real breaking news today. And the real breaking news is is that I have sold all my Bitcoin. I have full ported into memes. I am now landy dot eth dot soul, and you cannot take this away. Look. What I'm doing is I'm front running liberation day by liberating my wallet of any gains that I could possibly make in this market. So I'm all for what's coming up. I need to I need to see how far I can push my loans on Solana and PumpFun. It's just gonna be... Look. I'm... Realistically, I'm waiting for banks to take crypto, and I figure what better crypto to give them than memes. Because when they have memes, I can [0:09:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: go in there. I'm insured for my memes, and then I can borrow 90% LTV. What could possibly go wrong? Nothing. That's right. And I wanna give a big shout out to all my MemeCoin brothers and sisters out there. I love you. We're gonna get through this. We know we've already been down 90%. It can't possibly go any lower, and Bitcoin's obviously gonna retrace 80%. So I'm in the better play these days, and I just really wanna thank Dave and Cool for guesting today. Alpha, what's up, brother? How are you? [0:10:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yo. Appreciate it, Landy. Here to help you cohost the space since Dave and, Junie or, whatever her name is nowadays, [0:10:14] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: is is already calling the shots here, apparently. But, yeah, I actually did you one better, bro. You know, you you only went to Solana. I went full port Cardano. And, yeah, I am no longer in Bitcoin. And, you know, go Charles Hosky. [0:10:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, you look, Hosky... Quantum Hosky is the next phase. But, realistically, I... I'm only looking at Solana and Ethereum. That's why I put them in my name. But I'm just buying meme coins on BSV. So, you know, that's where I'm at. BSV all the way. We're gonna win the block war. It's over. It's already over. I don't know. Dave, what do you think? Cool? Mhmm. [0:10:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Excuse me. Landy.eth.soul. Cool. Cool. What what do you make of this what do you make of this madness? [0:11:07] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. It's so... Yo. It's all good, man. It's all good. I'm I'm I'm I'm here for the vibes, man. No problem. [0:11:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'm all on [0:11:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: a bitcoin. [0:11:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: All I got is vibes. [0:11:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Gamer. Gamer, did you did you hear, like, the full, like, Junie opening intro where where she said, ah, it's another beautiful day in the bay. Is it, Gamer? [0:11:29] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I did. That was that was pretty funny. Even even even AI is taking my intro nowadays. [0:11:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It's kind of amazing, guys. And check the pinned tweet at the top. There you'll have it. I went a little old school being that it is April 1. Happy April fools, you bitches. You gotta be... That one was good. I I worked on this one for a solid, like, twenty minutes gamer. I mean, this one is good. It was like, need to get lit. Like, Landy's in the chair, literally feet dangling off. You're like the wizard with the beer. I went old school, my PFP, and then the sloth is just laughing at everybody being like, oh god. It's so good. It is just so good. Yeah. We... You guys know the drill. Happy Tuesday, April fools bitches. Samara, what is good, bro? Oh, I got some Samara ones too that I that I fucking created yesterday. Oh my god. I got such good ones I'm gonna put in the comments now. But, Samara, what's up, bro? [0:12:25] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yo. James James, Dave. James Cool. Yo. Sandy Sandy. Landy dot eve dot soul. Wow. So unique. And I think... [0:12:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, come on, Tamara. Come on, bro. You gotta come over to Cardano's side. Come on. [0:12:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yo. I'm I'm I'm gonna put in the foot... In in the footsteps of Landy and sell them my BTC for so... And just buy meme coins. Just buy meme coins. We're go... We're going to zero. Feels the same thing with Landy. But... Yeah, man. Shout out to you guys. Sorry for coming late, man. I have some stuff to handle. And, yeah, we're here. We're here. And I'd like to see... [0:13:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh. Oh, hold on a second. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Are are you later than me? Oh. [0:13:09] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: What kind of oath [0:13:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: is that? Literally throwing his fellow fucking... His guest speakers under the bus. Literally. [0:13:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I throw everyone under the bus. [0:13:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. So just... Sorry to become late. And, Dave, I I saw the the artwork you did for me. I actually like it. If you have more, I like to have more. Yeah. I like them. Oh, you did? [0:13:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, I did post it. The b b with you and the samurai sword slashing through the b b l. [0:13:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I posted it too. It's [0:13:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: it's Yeah. [0:13:35] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I like I [0:13:35] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: like the artwork. [0:13:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's very dope. [0:13:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: So [0:13:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. So good. Dude, I'm having such a blast doing this shit. I swear to god. This is fucking... This this image creator is just... I mean, it's second to none. It really is. MetaBeast, what's up, my bro? [0:13:50] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Why do I have... Feel a disturbance in the ATC verse or whatever you wanna call it? Junie sounds like she needs a secret, and you open the show with you lied to me. Is there something going on there? [0:14:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: You see this? I'm playing chess out here, meta beast. I'm playing chess. Every level, I'm thinking about it at every fucking... See, but it's only sick minds like you that actually pick up on all on all of it. Right? Like, that's how my brain works, and your brain works very similarly, bro. So I love that you picked up on your lie to me. Thank you, [0:14:26] Sunny D @dylN0chill: bro. [0:14:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Thank you. [0:14:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: So good. Yes. Thank you, Metapiece. Welcome. Salidi, what's good? [0:14:34] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yo. Sit down, have a little dinner, come in here, keep up to date, and everything that's going on. And if guys ever let me talk about passive income and Tron, then I do it. But I'm here to see what else is going on too. [0:14:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's like, yeah. I'm through here throwing my 2¢, which is passive income on Tron. That's the extent of the 2¢, and what the fuck else is going on. Love it. Sunny d, thanks for being here, bro. Appreciate you. Yeah, guys. I'm having such a blast with this image creation shit. Like, somebody needs to figure this out. Somebody launch a token or something where we could just create this shit. But... Well, actually, wait. Quick side note before we get into ATC because there is some news. Right? Like, circle IP... Files for IP, the whole nine yards, but we're gonna get into the news in a second. But tonight, after ATC... Or excuse me, rather, after, cool stream from set... Well, at 08:00 is what we're we're gonna do it. We're gonna do a vibe coding session. Right? It's the first time I've ever really done this. I feel like with a group of people, it might be cool. So it's gonna be, like, reset Sunday special, where we're literally just gonna get into a space. We're gonna essentially open up our, like, menace, and we're just gonna chat about what the fuck it is that we're building and see what the hell we come up with. You know what I mean? Because I feel like everyone's kinda operating in their own little silo, and maybe, like, you know, you pick up on some other stuff. And I feel like in a group, it might actually it might actually pay off. So Is 08:00. [0:15:51] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. Is this is this what you've been hinting at, getting the old Dawn story time crew excited about? Nope. That's something completely good. [0:16:02] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Because [0:16:02] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: No. Yeah. That would've been that big. Yeah. No. Okay. Yeah. No. No. I'll still plan to probably be there. Oh, [0:16:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: you still plan to be there? What kind of shoot is it? Well, how do you plan... What? Did you're there or you're not there? What the hell? [0:16:15] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I think it work... I think it fits in the schedule. I have a I have a show. [0:16:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, you're you're busy now, I see. You're a busy fucking me. Okay. I get it. Yeah. Listen. There's some... I'll tell you guys this. There's some... Based on what we said yesterday too, like, the opportunity here on x, like, last night, I didn't have no intention of being on a stream or never in my life that I think I'd be on a stream for three and a half hours. Alright? Like, I I don't have the the cool stamina like that. Right? Three and a half hours with Janie on Mukbang Monday, and we... Honestly, we had a blast. It was amazing. So if you guys have opportunities to, like, get on and go chat with other people, right, take these opportunities because I'm telling you, like, it's so much fun. We literally just fucked around. We created the most ridiculous images. We cooked everybody in the chat. You know what I mean? It was just a really, really good time. So if you guys get a chance to... Somebody invites you on their stream or you're thinking maybe I should, maybe I should, do it. Just take the fucking leap and actually do it because it's so much fun, and you'll realize, like, wow. This was actually really cool. And lo and behold, we actually had 1,100 people tune into that shit at, like... I mean, we went for three and a half hours, and 1,100 people stayed the whole time. That's crazy. So there's people out there that wanna see the shit that you... That that people are putting out. It's not just this crazy... Like, I I don't know how I'm gonna contribute. Forget all that. Like, go on, be you, and see what's up. Anyways... Alright. Let's get into some of the new stories. USD... Biggest news I saw just come out, guys. USDC Circle has officially filed for an IPO. If this isn't essentially, the the market telling us, like, this is now... Like, this is big business now. You're now gonna have Circle being a public company. And if y'all remember, Circle purposefully back in the day did not file, right, under a federal charter. And what I mean by that is they filed under a regional charter. I forgot which state it was, but they wanted to shield themselves essentially from, like, federal, like, I guess, oversight. Right? Because a lot of tier one bank... Because of the money they were handling. And when you're a tier one bank, like Citi, Wells Fargo, Chase, [0:18:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: and [0:18:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: so on, that's a tier one bank, and you're falling under federal regulation. So they did it on purpose. This has all been anticipation of leading up to this moment. I'm really curious how this is gonna play out, but I kinda wanna hear your guys' take on just the initial news of Circle now filing for an IPO. Cool. Where you at with this? [0:18:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. No. This is awesome, man. And this is the same thing we've been talking about for a long time. I think these are early. These US companies, going public is a big is a big deal. And I think they they got back in... They're raising, it's not gonna go public through, through, I think, JPMorgan and Citibank, I think. Those two massive banks. Right? So... Yeah. No. This is huge, man. I actually... Like, I was saying, I was like, yo. Whenever they go public, when when you... When I get a good entry, there might there might be one stock that I think you should own in your portfolio, man, because it's behind the the largest US stablecoin, government approved. And I... They're gonna make a lot of money, of course, if if you could get it on IPO, which I'm sure we we can. But if if it if it dips, get good entry. I think it's a good... It's a big deal. The reason why this is a big deal for me is because more companies are going to do this. That's why. And I keep saying we need more US companies to be trading on on on the stock markets because it allows... It gives our industry more power, more liquidity, more power, more... Basically, it sits on the table. And this is how this this is how you buy that seat. Of course, you have the the lobbying group, or you need more US companies hiring people and and having that seat on the table, man. No. This is this is massive, man. Massive. [0:20:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And just a couple bullet points before I go over to you, Landy. Like, so Circle is gonna be, trading under the ticker CRCL. They're... I mean, this is a... This has become a powerhouse in a very short period of time. CRCL is gonna be the ticker. They're gonna trade on the New York Stock Exchange, which I thought was really interesting. Because normally when you have, like, tech companies, like, the the rule of thumb was always kinda like the Nasdaq. Or... I mean, I I thought maybe there was gonna be a shot at the whole, like, Texas exchange that these... The other behemoths are building out there. But CRCL, Circle reported revenue of 1,700,000,000 for the latest fiscal year. That was a 16% increase year over year. I think we're only gonna see that increase. Profitability metrics, $285,000,000. That was actually down 29%, but probably because they're expanding. Valuation target, this is what they're targeting, four to five billion dollars, which I always find super interesting. And this is where people are gonna have to delineate. So Landy Gamer, I want you guys to kinda chime in here in terms of what does it mean, like, from the public market side. Right? Like, and and them actually issuing common stock as opposed to when people are obviously looking at it. But give us your thoughts first, obviously, Landy. [0:21:18] Landy @CryptoLandy: I mean, this was kind of inevitable. They've been working on this IPO for a while, And I wanna say that they're still MICA compliant in the EU, unlike Tethr. Right? So, this is... Yeah. The the New York Stock Exchange thing is kinda what threw me a little bit. The valuation seems right for an IPO filing. I would expect them to really, really raise a lot and really start fleshing out the distribution of USDC across many chains and probably targeting banks, right, especially if they're going New York Stock Exchange. This is, they partnered with JPMorgan. Right? Is that what what you were saying? [0:22:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Or... Yeah. JPMorgan and Citi. [0:22:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. So, yeah, this is definitely... Yeah. And I'm... I know that they had the JPMorgan stuff under wraps, last year, And that's when they went through and they did their MICA compliance stuff in The EU or redeemed MICA compliance. So this is actually, this is pretty damn big, and this is all coming You know, this is all starting to occur right before we know that they're gonna start pushing that Genius Act. Right? In conjunction, I'm... I've I've learned, that it might be in conjunction with the Stablecoin Act for two different targeted purposes. We'll see if that actually just gets rolled into one or or one rolled into the other, what happens with congress here. But I think this is a very positive thing just in general for crypto, and this will, require, you know, some audits. This this will require, you know, maybe a little bit of transparency on the back end as well, which is something that is needed even with Circle. So, yeah, I I... You know, this is, this is kind of a shot across the bow at at Tethr. You know, people have speculated that Tethr, would IPO, and they currently haven't filed for anything yet. So this is gonna be interesting going forward. I I think the value is about right too. So I'm even... Yeah. This is this is looking something I'd wanna be in. [0:23:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. We got some Tethr news coming up too. But, Gamer, I kinda wanna ask you, like, when I look at this, right, because I guess... But this is where my mind goes, and I'm like, this seems like initially a no, like, a no brainer. Right? 60,000,000,000, they're the second lead... Like, second largest stablecoin issuer on the planet at this moment. Right? So you would think, like, just trans... Based on transaction volume, unless they really bundle this whole shit up, like, they're gonna fucking print. Right? Especially with where crypto is going. But now when you look at everybody else being able to actually create their own stablecoins, does that make this an attractive thing, or does that really, like... That's something where I'm thinking about, and I'm like, does this really take away from this luster of, oh my god. Look at this amazing giant, like, and how incredible it is, and does it dilute, like, what USDC could potentially accomplish, like, by going public here? [0:24:32] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Well, how much did Tether make in 2024? What was it? 10,000,000,000, 12,000,000,000? [0:24:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. [0:24:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. So, I mean, that would be your reference point, right, was how big is Tethr? How much did they make? They were more profitable than BlackRock, with only, like, a 100 employees. So, you know, you just take that information, overlay it with u... USDC. How many employees do they have? What are their numbers? Financials looking like? If their valuation is 4 to 5,000,000,000, that... I agree, with Landy. That sounds about right. But the only thing I would, like, the con or the con... The, you know, the pros and cons. Right? If you follow the four year cycle, then if you follow the four year cycle, then you would know that, you know, we're coming up on the end of the cycle here. Meaning that, you know, the the peak of this four year cycle is the last quarter. I think it's around, like, Halloween. Right? October, November. The last quarter of this year. So let's say the IPO and, you know, all that stuff's great, but if you launch, you know, during the bear market when everything's about to collapse, you have to factor that in and consider that. [0:25:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Agreed. I mean... Yeah. I don't know. Like, I'm I'm gonna be really curious to see how, like, the overall... Like, the the, like, the general market, like, the public markets are actually gonna respond to this. Landy, do you think this is something where it's gonna be like, oh, share price up on day one? Or... I mean, like, did you get what I was asking, Gamer? Like, what do you think? [0:26:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I think that... Yeah. No. I I think this is gonna be a a good opportunity for, you know, the regular investors and even retail to to get into something that does have a long tail. I mean, you know, looking at the numbers, it was, you know, over 1,500,000,000, like, 1.6 or almost 1,700,000,000 in, in revenue, last year. So that's... Yeah. When you have, and they have super low operating expenses. They have, like, nil for operating expenses. So... But, [0:26:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, like, Tethr literally is at a 144,000,000,000. They're at 60,000,000,000. So let's just say half. Right? [0:26:58] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. [0:26:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Like, Tethr made 12, excuse me, 13,000,000,000. Billion dollars. Yeah. And these fucking guys literally can barely scratch 1,700,000,000 in revenue. Forget what they took away. That 13,000,000,000, like, I mean... [0:27:13] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I wonder what the...... Big difference. I wonder what the initial round is gonna be on that though. [0:27:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. That's... Oh, [0:27:20] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: no. You know what mean? [0:27:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: That's what [0:27:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm wondering too. [0:27:22] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. That... That'll be... You know, because it... Because it's the initial round, you know, if they're like, oh, you know, because it's kinda like, the other thing I would I would remind everyone too is is remember when Coinbase IPO ed, right, and and came out? That was not pretty. You know? When... I mean, that that thing... I mean, even even, what's his name, got in trouble. Right? Armstrong or one of the top executives got in trouble for selling and basically dumping, you know, right right when they launched and, you know, the price of Coinbase collapsed. I don't know if everyone remembers that. Yes. But, yeah, so... [0:27:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But we're in a different climate though, Gamer. Come on. Like like, this climate right now is literally night and fucking day. You know what I mean? [0:28:03] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. I know. I hear you, Dave. But but we gotta give, you know, we gotta give the audience both sides. Right? We don't wanna just be the... You know, all this thing's gonna moonshot and, you know, the the reality is you have to look at, you know, both sides. [0:28:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: I don't I don't think it's gonna... I I don't necessarily think it's gonna moonshot. One of the bigger things is is when does it actually launch. Right? Because much to your point, we are still on track for the normal liquidity cycle end of year stuff as it stands right now. There are some other factors at play that could shift things here and there. Specifically, I think Bitcoin is starting to diverge from the markets, but that's... That that really kinda speaks to when you're rolling out of, you know, possibly, like, a last leg, where are you gonna go? You're gonna go into stables. And if these stables are now what... You know, a combination of USDT, USDC, and all of the others, but then you've got now stables that are gonna start having, like, interest coming in from the actual, like, traditional market side of things and retail side of things. I think we're gonna end up seeing... And maybe not this year or right after IPO, but we're gonna start seeing banks dealing a lot with stables. So if Circle can work their way in before Tethr does, that would be a very interesting thing. That's just kind of my thought process on that one. [0:29:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I don't I don't like it. I don't like it just because I'm I'm looking at, like, the next story. We're obviously gonna talk about Tether and... Excuse me. How Tether literally acquired 8,888 Bitcoin. Right? Just over the last few days, they've been accumulating that. And... Oh my god. Sorry about that. And when I look at, like, Tethr numbers, like, that 13,000,000,000 is profit. Like, that 13,000,000,000 is a profit number in 2024. These guys are absolutely everywhere. So let me give everybody scope. Right? So let let it be on record. I'm not a fan of the whole USDC going public. I don't... Like, I would not wanna own that stock as of right now, especially given, like, the potential dilution that's coming in. I don't know what they're spending their money on, but they had enough time to, like, put a foothold in here that you got $60,000,000,000 on the street out here, and that's the best you can come up with? Like, I mean, as an... As, like, traders and people that are using it, probably for the better. Maybe there was free transfers. Who knows? Right? But from a... Like, if I'm an investor looking at, like, am I buying this IPO? I'm personally not. Like, let... But I guess we'll see. Tether buys 8,888 BTC. Okay? That was about $735,000,000, right, over the course. This is what they just announced. Obviously, they saw it moving from a Bitfinex to a Tether controlled wallet. Listen to these staggering numbers. Tether reported 13,000,000,000 in profits in 2024. Right? Says providing substantial capital reserves or attestations that fuel its Bitcoin acquisition. Listen to this. The newly... Excuse me. Where is this? Beyond Bitcoin, Tether's 113,000,000,000 in US treasury holdings make it the nineteenth largest holder of US debt, surpassing many countries and bolstering its financial clout. Now listen to this as well. Tethr's Bitcoin investments have reportedly generated unrealized profits of 3,860,000,000, and the newly acquired was transferred... A holder strategy. Teth... And now Tethr ranks among the top six largest Bitcoin wallets globally. I had no idea that that was the case, reinforcing its significant presence in the crypto market. Guys, I think Tether has just officially become too big to fail in crypto. Cool? What do you make of this purchase from Tether? [0:32:01] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. We we we spoke about this before. I think some similar to this. Tether is probably one of the best companies ever created because they're making this much revenue, this much money with little overhead, with a small number of employees. It is crazy. This company is making more money than fucking BlackRock, man. I call BlackRock the third the third richest country in the world even though they're not a country. But a a company... It's crazy. I I don't know. There's nothing to say about this, man. This this company... I I... Big... Too big to fail. I I don't know. I don't know, man. I mean, it just seems like it right now. My my only fear is US government doesn't like u u U... USDT. They don't like Tether. They don't like them. I I read just, like, the last week that Tether is trying to create a a a a Tether US. So there'll there'll be a a USDT for US personnel and and Tether overseas. So the the... Oh, that's what I heard. I I read that, like, on my news show, like, last week. But, yeah, man, this company is a big to fail, man. They have a lot of money. They they have clouts, and that's what it buys you. Right? I... Look. When this stablecoin bill passes in The US, that's when really we'll find out what's up with Tether because the US government does not want Tether, and I'm sure it's because of Circle and and you... Circle is lobbying every DC against USDT Tether. So... But I I don't know. I... It's hard to say until the stablecoin bill passes. But once it passes, USDC is gonna get the green lights. USDT is probably gonna have issues in The US and all the Western countries, and we'll see what happens then. They'll be fine because they're they're usage, they're they're following their numbers come... Overseas anyway. But it'll it'll be interesting it's interesting to see, you know, how how the stuff plays out, but Tethr is is massive. Even even if even if they have issue in The US, they'll be fine because they have... They've cornered the international markets. You know? And and you you... Yes. Look at Sean. Sean has basically zero US exposure, and Sean is massive overseas. So... I mean, all because The US doesn't back your project. If you have a good product, you'll be fine, especially if cornered the overseas market. So... But we'll what happens, But what's others? Is it too big to appeal? I think so, man. But we'll see what happens once The US passes that bill. [0:34:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Chime in, guys. Well, actually, I'm here. Mark, tomorrow, what what do what do you make of this? Right? Because, like, because the majority of pairs that... Like, I'm looking... And I'm not active actively trading now. Right? Like, everything I do on Coinbase is all USDC. Right? And it's... Now we're gonna see it being exchange specific. Binance is mainly all USDT. But, Samar, I'm kinda curious. Like, what's your take on this? [0:35:08] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Me, personally, I stole most of my funds in USDC. I don't really mess with USDT that much, especially when that heavy thought came upon us when they said they might be having some issues and your funds might be stuck. I just I swapped everything to USDC. And, honestly, most of the interactions I do on chain, I use USDC. So I don't really... It won't really affect a lot of people in a lot of ways because... Although, yes. Yes. Tech Data has been there for, like, a long time. And based on the regulations I've been hearing, I don't think it's... I think, personally, I think it's it's it's quite too big to fail. I won't lie to you. It's too big to fail. Whether it be regulated in The US... But I have a question for for for you guys in The US. Like, let's say The US kind of like... It's... Should I say it's... What's the word? Is it possible for it to be banned in The US? And if it gets banned in The US, is it gonna have, like, any major impact for any in anywhere else in the world? That's just a question. I don't [0:36:08] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: know how it is. [0:36:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Great question, bro. Gamer, chime in because think about, like Yeah. I'll just say this one thing, like, just to set this tone is, like, the biggest risk out here right now is, as people may not see it, is regulatory risk for Tether. That is the biggest thing. So great question, Smile. Yeah. Gamer, I would love to hear it. [0:36:26] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. So for me, from what I'm looking at, I I... Well, the first thing is you can never be too big to fail. Right? But I kinda... Like, that that that saying just... Because I've seen people say that now. I'm old enough to know, you know, the Lehman Brothers, you know, all all the... What was that oil Exxon... Not Exxon. Enron. Kinda can't... Enron. Yeah. And, you know, they've said the same thing about those companies. Right? Oh, they're too big to fail. And then what happens? They go bankrupt. Right? So, yeah, I really don't like that saying, you know, because I've seen that kit just demolished, you know, over time. But I will say this about Tethr. I I I kind of have the feeling that Tethr flood is dead. Because there is one thing. Like, if you're worried about how The US views Tether, there is one statistic that comes to mind, and it's how much treasury bonds they hold. US treasury bonds, which is debt. Right? So I just looked it up, and it says here that Tether holds $90,000,000,000 of US treasury bonds, making it the eighteenth largest holder of US treasury. So why would The US shoot themselves in the foot and take down a company that's buying their debt? And, you know, you should know by now that, you know, that's a big issue. Right? Like, we we need companies like Tethr to buy up the debt. So for me, I don't I don't... You can never be too big to fail, but the fact that there's such a large holder of US bonds, I don't think America is gonna come after them. You know? As long as they keep... Continue to buy those bonds, you know, it's like, I don't I don't think they're gonna do that. And the other reason why they're so profitable is they're taking 15% of all their profits and buying Bitcoin. So, you know, for for Bitcoin people or, you know, just for the whole ecosystem as itself, like, you know, you were saying, they they bought... Was it $88.88, you know, Bitcoin? Yeah. That was 15% of their profits, and and that's their model. They're gonna continue to do that. They're gonna continue to buy 15%, you know, probably every quarter here with all the profits they make. And that number is just gonna get bigger and bigger and bigger. And then also for the reserves, right, there was that whole thing, what was that, a year or two years ago when people were questioning, you know, proof of reserves and all that. So they've they've, you know, they've cleaned that up and... Yeah. I don't see I don't see there being an issue, especially especially if they buy more bonds. You know? Let's say they go from the eighteenth holder to the, you know, the top 10 holders in the world. You know, like I said, I don't think America is gonna shoot themselves in the foot and and take down Tether when, you know, they just have Tether and USDC. You know? But, oh, but my question would be, what is Circle's profit margin for buying Bitcoin? Are they gonna copy Tether and and use 15 of of Circle's profits to buy Bitcoin? Did did did they say that anywhere? [0:39:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. I did not see that anywhere, and, obviously, they're gonna have to disclose everything, like, once, you know, in public filings. But I don't know, man. Like, I... Just by the very definition of what you just said, right, and the stats we just gave, in my mind, if something goes wrong with Tether or the reserves aren't there or, like, any of that, like, crypto does... Like, crypto collapses, bro. Like, let me go to Sunny D real quick, and then we'll go back to... And then, Landy, chime in. [0:40:20] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yeah. So I I just wanted to also say that, you know, Pa... Paulo has been... I think he attended the crypto summit at DC. And so... And he's been coming over to The States couple times since then. So I don't I don't think he's... I think he's developed a relationship with the, you know, crypto... What... I don't know. What did they call that crew of people that all got together? But he was there. And they just have this amazing first mover advantage. It just... I don't know. I don't know. Agree with the too big to fail thing. Like, if Bitcoin goes to zero, maybe they go insolvent. But if that's the case, everybody would. [0:41:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: And that's my point. But, yeah, Landy, go for it. [0:41:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: You know, I I don't really particularly like that they stockpile so much Bitcoin because when you get redemptions at some point, you know, that requires to sell on the other side. Right? So when people are are taking profits to Tether... Go to Tether for redemption, larger institutional players, then this means that they gotta clear the way on the books, which requires them to, you know, sell the backing. And this is, you know, the inherent issue that came up last cycle that everyone called Tether FUD. Right? Is do they actually have the assets that can meet the demand for redemptions. And this is still a major question. This is... This question hasn't gone away. This is not... They have not done an actual audit. Attestations and self audits are not audits. And this is going to be a roadblock for them when... Because we're going to get some sort of stable coin legislation here in The United States. And this is going to come into play. Both bills, whether it's the Lummus bill or the Genius Act, they both have stipulations for backing and audits. So this is gonna be... And and while I agree on the on... There's deals that could be done if there was problems with Tethr for the actual treasuries that they hold. And when you have, American based companies that, are already here, already operating, there could be a changing of the guard should there be some sort of problem. But as it stands right now, looking at it objectively, they're the market leader. They're not going anywhere as far as we know for now. And the challenge is, that other, a lot of the other stables are going to be fighting for that second place. And, you know, although it appears that USDC has it locked up, that's not a foregone conclusion either. Right? There's a lot of other, players that that are going to enter this game and could very easily partner up with the with the Fed or with specific banks or institutions that will, you know, likely cause them to rapidly increase in terms of their TVL backing, so on and so forth. So... And it's a it's a tough one because I'm not a fan of Tethr. I'm not a fan of the way that they've done business, but they have proven to be very profitable, and they've proven to work in mysterious ways. And that's the part that I don't like. [0:44:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: So I'm not really... [0:44:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Mandy, would you say... Would you think that... So let's say... I have a hypothetical here. Let's say they passed the stablecoin legislation. Right? And part of that is proof of reserves. [0:44:29] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: They have [0:44:30] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: to prove it now, right, in order to, you know, be in The US. Sure. And to me, in my mind, is, okay. If that happens and and they can't do proof of reserves, right, that would definitely be, you know, you know, a drop in the market. Right? Because all that money would just, you know, poof. Right? Yeah. But but the others... The other way of thinking of that too is it's an opportunity. Right? So if you try... If you follow the stablecoin legislation and you pay attention, you know, you might be able to take advantage of that opportunity because you're gonna know that, oh, this is gonna drop the market. Let me put some dry powder to the side and just sit back and wait for it. You know? It's kinda like like, remember how the whole market dropped during COVID? Right? Mhmm. And and imagine imagine if you actually were able to, like, call that. Right? And be like, oh, the the whole market's gonna tank. You know, COVID or pandemic. And imagine you put a bunch of money to the side waiting for that deal, and then you bought, you know, at the bottom [0:45:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: I did. [0:45:38] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: While everything, you know, crashed and, you so that's what I'm kinda talking about. [0:45:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: Though. But I... We had a weekly downtrend. And let me tell you something about Tethr during that time period. There was people who were trying to do redemptions at that time period, and they were denied. They were denied redemptions there, and that was really the entire run from there caused major issues. Because we knew after 2019, when we went into that weekly downtrend, that there was a risk that it could drop and retest the bear market lows. No one knew what that was going to be. It started to develop over the summer, and it was like, it's weird flu thing. And then, of course, it wasn't until we got the confirmation of a global economic shutdown essentially where everybody's gonna stay in their homes that the market took an absolute shit on itself. No one could have predicted that it was gonna go that fast at that particular time, but it did hit technical levels, and people were running and waiting. And there was people who were trying to get the hell out who couldn't do their redemptions. This then caused the entire run up. You saw all of those, accounts like the Bitfinex and the... Even, Zac XBT getting into it and many others that followed suit that were just, you know, your Tethr truthers, Tethr fudders that... You know, while while in some cases, they said some wild shit that was easily disproven, in other cases, they were 100% on the money. And Tethr has only gotten bigger and bigger and bigger since then. And what happens if we do have another scenario where there is a rush for redemptions and then they can't actually meet those redemptions for whatever reason. That is a big problem. The the backing, outside of just doing attestations and actually having audits and actually proof of backing that is gonna be demanded here is gonna be very important. And that's one of the reasons why I think they're buying the way that they're buying. I think I think that they are behind on the books, and they're buying to shore it up so that they can [0:47:46] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: meet criteria standards. [0:47:48] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Go ahead. [0:47:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Do you think you think they're... That's what the Bitcoin is is essentially for? They're gonna just backstop it, like, Bitcoin back? [0:47:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But... No. That's the... At... A la Dokwan, but I don't think so. But I think they're they're making themselves so integral that they're saying, like, look. Like, if we fail, not only do all the trading pairs out here fail... Because, like, now you have regulatory... Like, look at where the regulatory environment is moving towards. Right? Everything is pro crypto, pro crypto, pro crypto. This would literally be pulling the emergency break. Right? If something... If they don't have the money, if they don't have... And I'm kind of... I'm not the way with Landy, and I'm skeptical. But, like, what is the reason why you're not doing it? I don't know. But, like, this makes... This is what I mean. This makes them too big to fail because now imagine you have to delist every USDT pair, and they have to sell off all of their Bitcoin. Like, that's a fucking massive hit for the crypto market. That cripples everything that Trump and the cryptos are and all of these working groups are actually working towards. So that's the point I was trying to make, but I guess we'll see. But, yeah, Medaby, sorry. Thanks for being patient, man. Great points, Landy and Gamer. [0:48:52] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. No problem. Thank you. So this begs the question for me. If we know this type of thing, the... How bad it could be if Tethr fails, why are we not working towards a goal where we get to a position where if it did happen, it wouldn't be quite as bad or wouldn't even affect us anymore. [0:49:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Great question. [0:49:17] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Is that is that something that would take more than the community itself making changes in the way they they trade and such, or is there other alternatives? [0:49:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Tethr is probably... Like, I'd consider Tethr almost a part of, like, infrastructure at this point because it is so ingrained outside of The United States. I'd literally look at it. I'd refer to it as infrastructure that every single pair... I mean, on the buy... On buying... I mean, you're talking about the biz... The biggest exchange, Binance, Bybit, I mean, Bitget, like, everything is paired with USDC. The the flip side is it's almost all USDT. Excuse me. Like, that's massive. So I don't know, MetaBeast. That's a good question, but I think that's why maybe, like... This is the one thing that I think USDC has working in its favor is the fact that you are an American based company. Right? That means some... You're an American based public company now. That means something. Yeah. Lindy, go for it. [0:50:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: So one of the bigger things that that you just touched on is why are all of these major exchanges that we all use utilizing USDT as the primary pair first? Because they are invested in Tether. This is not new. This was, there was a a... It was a big deal when CZ invested in Tether. And that was one of the ways in which... That's what led to the expansive growth of the centralized exchanges was them getting the stable pairs up and running. And that was Tethr. Tethr allowed them to do this. Tethr helped build all of these centralized exchanges and the players therein. And I really do think that it's a precarious situation to be in for crypto, and that is where I agree with some of the, quote, unquote, Tether fudders from last time around. Because it's more than just, are they backed? It's more that if anything were to happen, they are... Like you had mentioned, Dave, they're almost like critical infrastructure at this point because they are the primary pair for the largest exchanges on the planet. And until that till that changes, until there's either more wrapped products out there in the market for traditional markets, or there are other American based companies that capture enough volume and and TVL with a different pair, they can create a systemic contagion within the market. And it's not really... It's I I hate the too big to fail stuff because we watch things that are too big to fail fail all the time if you've been around markets long enough. And it doesn't just have to be that they haven't done the audits or they don't have enough of this or that. They can massage things here and there if they don't have enough. And I still think that that's what they're doing. That's just my take on it. That's one of the reasons why I think they haven't been transparent and done an audit. But I think that the way that this is solved is you get more competition in the market, more decentralization of capital to other pairs to help buffer the big boy in the room there. And no ditty or old ditty, whatever you like. [0:52:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's April 1. You're free. Don't worry about it. You could always get off just being like, meant April fools. Yeah. I mean, this is... I mean, look. I think great questions. Good debate all around. You guys raised some good points. Again, this is where we sit back and watch at this point. Right? So let's see. One thing of note... Like, this is where I miss Nat Nat so much. Did y'all see this Newsmax? This fucking stock, Newsmax. Okay? IPO ed at $10 yesterday. It is over $210 today. That's 2000% since its IPO, and it reached $220. That is fucking crazy. Market cap of 20,000,000,000. I mean, I expect this from crypto, but from the public markets, like, what are we setting up for right now? What is going on right now? $20,000,000,000, a conservative media outlet. What? This is how bad we're starved for real news? Yeah. [0:53:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Baller. Yo. I have a family member that got in on that, and I got a call today of just... Oh my god. And so I thought they were joking. It's April 1. So I went and I looked, and I was like, you gotta be shitting me. You have to be... How did you not get me in on this? This is bullshit. I should have been in on... Yeah. I was a little angry. Let's put it that way because I ain't top last in this shit right now. But conservative news media outlets going bonkers like this, I think that this is, I personally... I like Newsmax. Not not everything... Not every host or anything like that, but in general, the news that comes out of there on the conservative side gives a very clear view of what's going on, and I think that they have been positioning themselves for the past... Since 2016. Right? Lending. Really when they became prominent. [0:54:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: They lost $72,000,000 in 2024. I know. What are we talking about? I know. This is crazy. [0:54:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: That matters... That doesn't matter to the to the investors, though. They believe in the ethos of the product and the content that they are putting out there. So, Dave, just understand, you can run up those credit cards to $1,000,000,000, and no one's gonna give a shit because we believe in Dave. We're gonna keep investing. [0:55:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. Do do [0:55:06] Kool @koolcryptovc: you do do you think it it it has something to do with the current environment right now? Trump is in power. Republicans control the house, control the senate. You have been... You know, I've been looking at all these polls out there. Democrats all time low in viewership, all time low in polls. People hate Democrats right now. They're burning they're burning cars. They do all kinds of crazy shit. But do you think that's what's fueling this? Because, man, republicans are winning massively, man. You you guys saw Kid Rock at the the the White House yesterday. Bill Maher went went there too to go meet Trump at at the at the the White House, and it just feels like anything red right now does well. I'm assuming... Because imagine if this... If if newsmask are launched when Biden was in the office. There's no fucking way they make... They they would do this well. So I think they probably just enjoy the hype of... They probably enjoying the hype of, yeah, of of of the whole Trump Trump fight. You you you disagree? [0:56:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: I have to disagree with this, Cole, because conservatives were flexing how they could basically affect the stock prices under Biden when all of the DEI and woke bullshit was going on. And they are now attuned with anything that is in their interest that they deem like... That they like. They're willing to invest in. Anything that they don't like, they will divest in. I think that, yes, it does have an effect that Trump is in office. But I think that if... And I could see it popping off even harder if Biden was in office or, god forbid, it was Kamala because it's a big middle finger just like meme coins were a big middle finger to the SEC. So I I do... I I just disagree on that on that one point, but I I agree with you on basically everything else. But I think that under Biden or a Kamala administration, they'd be funding the shit out of this till till they're blue in the face. They throw all their money away, and then, of course, bigger players would round trip them. [0:57:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Listen listen to the title of the Fast Company article. Newsmax IPO draws comparisons to GameStop meme stock mania as NMAX price surges another 160% today. This thing is barely two days old. Debuts IPOs at $10, closes yesterday at $78, and then after hours, ship went crazy. It is currently sitting at $233. It's worth more than Fox News. It's worth more than Fox News. This is fucking crazy. Newsmax may also have some other similarities to GameStop. Notably, it's a company that's been losing money. It lost 55,000,000 during the first six months of 2024, 72,000,000 total by the year end. It's a competitor to Fox News, which has been able to beat its chief competitors, MSNBC and CNN, in recent years and recently had its best February on record, averaging 3,100,000 prime time viewers. So people maybe are slowly, slowly coming back. Am I really that in the dungeon that I had no fucking idea what the hell Newsmax was? This a cable TV channel, Landy? [0:58:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It's a news network. It's an entire news network. You actually have some people that crossed over from Fox News to Newsmax. And then, you know, they've been doing their thing, just kind of as, like, a little... You know, have you seen Right Side Broadcasting Network or CNN? So No. They were they were one they were a primary one. Newsmax was a primary one under Biden that really became prominent. And, they became prominent by telling the conservative side of the story, that was not getting out there through the mainstream media. And they primarily became prominent because Fox was starting to drift away from reality in the conservative perspective, and they they just became more and more popular. It's... It it was the... All of their clips were being shared on Rumble like crazy. It's Newsmax this, RSBN that, and Newsmax just started to get more and more talent and became bigger and bigger and bigger in terms of viewership. And, of course, you can get them on cable. I I go to, you know, family members' houses that that watch that. I go to another family member's house, and they're watching MSNBC and then burning down Teslas and shit. But that's... These are, you know, very different worlds that we live in right now where we're getting this hyperpolarization. And it turns out that conservatives are very convicted when it comes to the financial side of the the market, and we've seen that pretty consistently when there is conservative friendly companies. And they deemed Fox News to no longer be a conservative friendly company. Like, they were LARPing as as kind of the the sentiment. Know who could speak to that really well? Probably probably Chris, but, he's not here. But it is... It's an interesting dynamic. They've been around for a while. They've been very, very popular and gaining popularity. They were clipped and shared quite a lot when when the x... When the Twitter to x transition occurred. They also got a big boost. A lot of their stuff got clipped and shared. It's no longer... I don't see it as much here, but it is on Rumble a lot. You'll see clips and shares of it. [1:00:31] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Let let let... You you also think... Look look look at the... If you compare it to, like, Rumble. Rumble, you know, is doing pretty well right now. Look at the the the viewership for Fox News. Right now, prime... I I think I spoke spoke about this yesterday or two days ago. View... Usually on Fox News is three three million for a a prime time. That's a red channel for Republicans. Right? Viewership on CNN is 300,000. On prime time, down massively. CNBC, same thing. They they down massively. Right? It's it's environment for the conservative movement right now. And they're enjoying this wave. Right? That's why I think it's fueling this. I'm not saying it has everything everything to do with it, but it's... They enjoying the environment right now. That's what I think, though. But [1:01:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. I agree with that. Yeah. That's definitely providing a boost for sure. [1:01:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: And maybe this just really goes to show, like, the majority of the country that voted for Trump is behind news outlets like this, and maybe they're the ones pushing this shit. Like, maybe people are really buying it. Right? So, I mean, I guess we'll see in their first, like, 10, their first, like, 10 k, like, their quarterly filing, like, who some of these bigger... Like, I... Because I'd be really interested to see, like, what are the ins... Who... Which institutions are actually out there buying this? Like, that would be real... And it was a no name, like, investment bank that took these... That that brought these guys public. It wasn't one of these big guys. It was some company called Digital Offering LLC. Some little fucking tiny fucking company. And, I mean, look. In a way, that makes me happy. Right? Like, that generally does. Like, like, let's get away from the same fucking guys over and over and over again. But wild, man. 2000% in forty eight hours from $10 sitting at $233 right now. Holy shit. Wow. It's insane. When [1:02:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: I when I found out that I had a family member that was in on this deal, one, I asked them how the fuck did they even find out about it in the first place, and they gave me some details. I cannot share them here, unfortunately, of how they ended up being a part of this deal. And I... It... This kind of stuff I usually know about. Like, I'm I'm usually pretty up to date on this stuff, especially because I'm I'm in the conservative sphere. I'm into politics. I didn't hear about this, and I got people that are... I I have a friend that knows one of the hosts that does one of their fucking... One of their segments on their on their channel and didn't know anything about it. Like, what do you mean? They went... They thought it was a freaking April fool's joke too. I thought it was. This is... I I... I'm mad. I'm angry. Okay? I'm a... I went... I full ported Bitcoin to MemeCoins, and then this shit pops off. What the hell is going on? This is not fair. This is this is... It's anti landy.eth.soul. That's what this is. [1:03:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hold on one second. I got you, Landy. Don't worry about it. Give me one second. It's coming up. [1:03:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: I know what this is. Wait. [1:03:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Are you looking at? Ain't you ever seen a little person Bitcoiner? Suck it. Oh god. I can't wait to post this one too. I have so many. Wait. For those that didn't hear it, let's play it again. It's literally Landy on the couch with his feet dangling off the chair. Wait. What are you looking at? Ain't you ever seen a little person Bitcoiner? Suck it. Suck it. Oh, so good. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Good stuff, boys. Sorry. Didn't mean to take away from the seriousness of this conversation. It's pretty [1:04:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: serious for an April fools day show. [1:04:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let me see what other news. BlackRock files to be crypto asset manager in The UK. I don't know what the hell is going on in The UK, but BlackRock's like, hey. Chaos? Yeah. Let's go there. Let's figure... This is what we wanna do over here now, which is kinda crazy. There was Mastercard news. It says, Mastercard intensifying its blockchain and crypto initiatives aiming to bridge TradFi and digital assets. They're creating a Venmo like platform. It's a blockchain based, platform similar to Venmo designed to simplify digital asset transactions for mainstream users. I didn't see what chain in the article. Since '20... Listen to this, though. This was interesting. Since 2015, Mastercard has filed over 250 blockchain patents and backed 43 blockchain startups through its accelerator program showing deep commitment. I'm always curious, like, what kind of patents... I guess, yeah, I guess when people think, like, decentralized, motherfucking, there's patents on this shit. Like, to get all that decentralization, Bitcoin's your only answer. Right? That's enough now. But, yeah, I mean, other than that, what other news we got cooking? I don't know. Guys, what else did you see maybe come across your timeline that might have been something of note today? Anything else? [1:05:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just speculation. [1:05:27] Kool @koolcryptovc: Pay attention to the Elon Musk, Wisconsin stuff today because I... We... I look at stuff like this because, you know, it it affects us indirectly. I don't know. We'll see. I think I I like the vibe right now because of... It seems like a lot of developers moving back to US. A lot of tech companies are enjoying the building, things are happening. And if republicans lose power, that's not a good thing. Yeah. So so I I guess... Don't know. I just... I'm not... I don't... To be honest with you, I'm not into politics. I'm not democrat. I'm not republican. I'm I'm just pro freedom, pro innovation. So I'm kinda watching that Wisconsin whatever elections might... That's it. [1:06:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. You saw Elon last night. I mean, my man has literally given out million dollar checks to people being like, hey. Like, I mean, he's out there, like, working hard because this is, I mean, this is super pivotal. But, like, some of these Dems have genuinely lost their mind. But let... I did see one interesting thing, and I think this was yesterday, though, where there was something... A new story about China blocking the $23,000,000,000 sale of the Panama Canal. I think it was Watcher Guru that put this out to BlackRock. Remember? I I think this was something. I didn't see the story. I just saw the headline, but that's gotta be... I mean, I don't know what the hell that's gonna be about, but I saw Coma came up. Coma, we don't we don't have to get into that story just yet. Do you wanna comment on anything else? What's good, bro? [1:06:53] Kkoma @itskkoma: Hey. Just wanted to mention... I don't know if you guys already talked about the slashing of a Kaido leaderboards already, but definitely in play as for a lot of the farmers that are out there that are trying to get into the leaderboards of multiple projects. I've I've seen I've seen potent... I don't know. I'm I'm a little mixed about it in terms of what is genuine or not genuine content creators, but there are some, like, people that I personally know that are very, very active. They're, like, in, like, 10 leaderboards. They're, like, making 15 posts a day and doing a 120 replies a day, they got slashed, versus, like, bot farmers. But either way, Kaito has implemented slashing on leaderboards. They they said they're gonna adjust it, so so we'll see how that goes. [1:07:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. That... That's kinda fascinating to me because I've been walk... I've been I've been doing well on Kiteil. Right? I I think they're, like, two, three projects, but it is... The the reason why this issue started because they started to, you know, incentivize the you know, people are getting edge drops, getting tokens now, like, $45 or more for being on the leaderboard. And when you have a a financial incentive, people would go crazy. And I heard about the farms. And when you say farms, it doesn't mean, like, two, three people. We're talking about eight companies that have 10, 12,000 accounts or more, kind of fun fun projects. So I I... You know, this type of stuff is interesting, man. It's just, unfortunately, you know, human beings, they they just like to cheat. And so we we cheat, and, you know, we wanna win at all cost. So it kinda hurts the the the the the regular users sometimes. [1:08:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: What the fuck? I don't want no slashing. Wait. Wait. Coma, any more context? Like, there's no... They're not slashing like, how are they slashing? Give me more... Anything. Like, who are they slashing? [1:08:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yap slashing. [1:08:50] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. No. No. No. No. There's no yap slashing. No. It's a leaderboard slashing. So there's actually two separate algos for leaderboards versus actually getting yaps. And there are a lot of peep... There are, like, a lot of creators that really just didn't... Maybe they get, like, one or two yaps a day, but they're actually pretty high on top of the leaderboard because they're, like, constantly posting about that specific project. So, like, in terms of a Kaido, I don't wanna call it strategy because I I I try not to think about it that way. I just wanna write about what I wanna write. But if you're, like, trying to gear your contents towards going up a leaderboard, it could be very different from trying to get gaps. And right now, Yuhu said that no slashing on Yaps, but slashing on leaderboards to prevent, like, farmers that just, like, maybe post, like, a... Like, 10, 15 posts a day across, like, seven different projects. And, like, yeah, they could get, like, 200 views or whatever, but somehow it's, like, enough potential engagement for that to, like, climb up the ladder board. [1:09:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. Fuck. Alright. Hey. Cool. You better watch out, bro. They might start slashing your ass because I don't know where you find the time if I'm being honest, bro. Like, I put you Done. Yeah. No. It's it's just it's [1:10:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: just so I'm I'm heavy on... I was... Well, top five on, [1:10:10] Kool @koolcryptovc: tops 30 on Infinix. That's it. Those... And I use the projects too. Right? I use them. I don't I don't just yap because I feel like I actually use this thing. Then for... Fortunately for me, I was on this project before they got on titles. I've been using SoulFone for six months. So luckily for me, I was making content, like, six months ago when nobody knew about SoulFone. Then in... Fortunate... Fortunately for me, SoulFone is now freaking huge. Everybody's talking about SoulFone because they're giving out... They said $200,000 to the top 50 yappers. That's what it is. I'm gonna do well with that too. But, yeah, like I said, I don't go crazy. I mean, I I... Like I said, some people do, like you said, freaking 200, you know, 50, 60 posts per day from one product. I know I know that kind time. And just focus on two, three projects, and and you'd be good. [1:11:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Well, the next segment of the show, ladies and gentlemen, is a new segment we'd like to call counting cools millions. Cool. I need to know how much money you're making off these damn fucking airdrops, bro. I see some Zebu shit talking about $8,090,000. There's a 100. Bro, what's going on? I mean, I want you to make all that money, but, like, it... Like, are those realistic? Because I know that people came out yesterday. People were like, what? I saw you post something like, who's selling? We didn't even get our shit yet. Is this more of the same bullshit, bro? What's going on? No. I mean, to be [1:11:32] Kool @koolcryptovc: honest with you, man, I mean... So so if if you if you see, a 100 k on the floor, it's still a 100 k on the floor. Right? It doesn't change that someone left a 100 k on the floor. I I... It's on the website, man. I could I could post stuff for you real quick. I'm not even I'm not even copy. I don't think that they're gonna release all focus at once, because, I mean, here. Okay. Here. It's it's real, man. It's it's on their website. It's not real. And I I didn't get this project from some random person. This was Charlie. Then Charlie told me. Charlie called me, like, what, six months ago. He said, hey. Zebu, I met the team at the the conference last year. Two both founders, man. They they hosted some fancy VIP events. I... Where I went... I... So I I know these people. So on their website... So take your pin codes right now. [1:12:25] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: So if... I'm not even... Oh, wait. No. [1:12:27] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. No. I put it up with the wrong pin. I'm sorry about Let me see. Put the wrong thing there. So if you if you look at the if you look at the pinned post... One sec. One sec. I have this stuff because the numbers are numbers, man. It was... It's... It it doesn't look real, but it is because it's on the site here. So, basically, they... On their website, they're allocating 60,000,000 Zebu tokens to season one. The token's already trading. Zevu, the the the season one airdrop is worth $225,000,000 at the current price. Right? And they broke they broke it down into tier. So technically, this is direct... Directly from their website. So they they broke it into tiers. Platinum, gold, silver, and blue. If you if you did the season one season one quest, depending on your tier, for example, which is crazy, the platinum tier, The... This is directly from their from their page. This is not happening. The platinum tier shares 45,000,000 Zebu. 45,000,000 Zebu is a $169,000,000, and only only 57 users only 57 users qualify for tier for tier one. No joke. I'm dead serious, man. Tier number two, there's only 19 users for tier number two. Tier number two get 10,000,000 Zebu. 10,000,000 Zebu times 3.7, that's $37,000,000 for only 22 users got into gold. Silver, a 121 users, I think. And that one is, like, what, like, 15,000,000... Yeah. About $15,000,000 to, you know, people that qualify for, like, what, a 127 people. So if you drop into this tier, there's a possibility. Like, for example, I did a calculation. The number one ranked on Zebu is gonna make $30,000,000, man. [1:14:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Can I can I tell you can I tell you the primary reason? And this is gonna be a class... This is gonna be the classic case of... You ever see a you ever see a crypto go from $3.70 to 7¢ real quick? No. No. You got one point three Oh. One point three million. Got one where? [1:14:49] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. Where? No. But but that that... That's why I think it's gonna be, like, they'll they'll lock they'll lock the tokens up. It's not gonna be... They're not gonna unlock... Fully unlock your your token. That makes no sense, bro. That would that would take that would take the Zebu to 0.0001. So I think that that that that... There's probably a lot involved in it. And the tier one, for you to be tier platinum, you need to deposit... You you need to have stake over a $100,000 for two years, bro. So only only 51 people did that. Lock it for two years. That's... You know? And say it's too. You need to unlock, like, 30 k for two years. So it's it's with... But that's why I'm like, there's gonna be a lock period, man. Me, personally, I don't know if... I won't do well. I don't know. I said the range the range is between 30 k to 900 k. [1:15:45] Kkoma @itskkoma: So... [1:15:46] Kool @koolcryptovc: But I think it's locked, bro. Like, look. Look. Crypto, very, very weird. You don't ever... You expect to fail. If you ex... If you have zero expectation, you don't... You... You're gonna be okay. The people that have issues are the ones that are already buying... They already shopping for for Lambo. They already pricing BBLs for their girlfriends right now based on the Zebu games that they they don't even have yet. So for me, I personally... I'm like, yo, bro. If if if I do well, cool. I'm not even thinking about Zebo anymore, man, because the season one ended two days ago on Monday. And on Monday, we haven't heard any word about about the distribution, but I'm pretty sure there's gonna be there's gonna be lots. But, yeah, there's money being made out here, man, because like I said before, if you made it into the the gold tier... How much is it? The gold tier has $37,000,000, 21 people. 21 people share $31,000,000. It's real, bro. It's real. But it just... It's crypto's crazy, man. Like, you can't you can't fail anything, man. I mean, you just... If you see stuff in front of you, you do it. Ask questions later. That's how I do stuff now. I don't I don't think anymore. And, of course, don't do this with your main wallets. You wanna be doing this with, like, your your wallets with zero funds in it, whatever, because, you know, you you do start... You do stuff now, ask questions later because, man, this industry is absolutely insane that people could make this kind of money. I mean, guys, I I told you guys that I I I work at a hospital. I mean, before before we moved to to to Texas, I I, you know, I lived in DC. Right? And the doctors, the surgeons the surgeons I used to work with, these people were making probably a a, like, a mil or 2 mil per per year. And after me being in crypto, I I I got numb. Like, I was like, why would you go to school to be a surgeon for fourteen, fifteen years of your life? Why you could be a crypto DJ and I make millions? So crypto has messed me up, because I... I'm... My brain is destroyed, bro. I'm I'm destroyed. I mean, the the money money is weird now for me. It just doesn't make any sense anymore, man. [1:18:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Samara, I'd like to read the quote from the top. Airdrops cannot change your life unless you're an influencer. What an incredibly stupid statement. Back up your boy over here so people don't think he's crazy. [1:18:29] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. Like, someone said this, like, made this post, like, I think yesterday or the day before. And I saw... I was I was just gonna but I don't know, man. Something just... I just have those talks, like like, speak on it. Personally, right, when I made, like, a lot of money from AirDrops... Because a lot would have noticed before AirDrops, before crypto, I was, like, basically a bum. Living in Nigeria, like, scraping cash just to get by. Like, it was just rid... It was terrible for me. And then a couple of airdrops came in Arbitrum, the period of this stuff, Panda. We we got the Panda whitelist, minted NFT, we got the Bamboo AirDrop, and I just... My life just started changing. Like, I went from literally having no money. I made a post deal of how, like... Back when I was approved, my mom asked me for 3,000 back then, and I didn't even have it. That was... That's less than a dollar back then, and I didn't have it. You feel me? So it's it's just it's just weird. So it's a weird dynamic to the point where I had nothing, and then now I bought my I bought my parents a house and a car. It's just it's just, like, fun... In first to come and see that, like, you you you need, like, a bunch of followers to change your life. It's just ridiculous because... And then I went to the guys page. You basically don't even give any value to your committee. You claim you're a, quote, unquote, a committee lead... Leader. What... He... Like, it's just ridiculous. Like, what... Okay. We we we got the wall airdrop, like, a what... Like, a couple of days ago or five days ago. I got $38,000 from just a $0 airdrop. $0. I didn't spend a single dime of the money. I saw a guy who had 300 followers made, like, $15,000. Like... And he... He's a Nigerian too. You can't say that would change his life. Like, it's not possible. Like, for you to say, bro, like, people need to... Especially people who feel because they have a bunch of followers, they can just do whatever they want and just get to a visit. They have to realize... They have to step away from their own reality and put themselves in the shoes of someone. Because, like, right... Back then, a thousand dollars would would have meant the world to me. Right now, might not necessarily mean too much to me, but I don't try to impose my worldview right now based on my financial status on other people who are trying to find a way and trying to navigate through the crypto space. Because you can't tell a kid who's an orphan, who has nowhere to sleep, who sleeps under the bridge, a thousand dollars is not a lot of money. You feel me? So I just don't like when influencers come on time and just talk without actually getting their facts together. And I I understand why he said that because most likely, that's what gives him money, being an influencer. But then he doesn't realize that, you know, there are people on this app with literally no influence that are way richer than people who claim they have money. Like, most of my friends that are way richer than me on on the time that they have, like, 200 followers. Like... So when I saw that stuff, I'm like, yo, they're doing way more than just grow their accounts and then leverage it for gigs or whatever. Like, people making money on chain, DeFi. Like, people are actually making money through airdrops. There are people who are serial side dealers. Like, that's all they do, and they make money from it. So it's just not really a fair thing, especially when you're trying to, like, put your community through in the crypto space by telling them that you're, like, Edge O can't change your life unless you're an influencer. So you want everyone in the world to be influencers. It doesn't make any sense. Especially... And I I kind of felt kinda attacked in a way because what he says doesn't work was what literally worked for me. And if at that point in my life, someone someone who I kind of was looking up to for alpha and everything says this stuff, I might I might have just, like, fallen down the way and just, like, giving up. Yo, like, back then, we weren't seeing this kind of stupid messages going around, like, Edgewap won't change it like, you know, influencer. Bro, we're just grinding. Discord grinding. Whiteness rules. Abitrom King blessed people with $20,000. Bro, I didn't even know I even got the airdrop. Was a friend of mine that you, bro. Check. $5,000 free. Like, back then, free. Imagine someone not having even a $100. You see... Just saw $5,000 for the first time. It just... It was just ridiculous since in seeing that whole statement online. I was just like, bruh. It kind of, like, attacks what made me the person I am today. So I was like, bro, that's not possible, man. That's not possible. And a lot of people are trying to... Because right now, I'm seeing it creeping to the... The edge of space where people think because influencers are actually shilling projects with referrals, that's all the influencer is good for, which is not true. Because for an influencer to get to where it is, bro, it started from somewhere. It didn't just start from you didn't just wake up all morning and just start gaining followers. No. It doesn't work that way. Oh, it doesn't work that way. And if you keep thinking that you need influence or you need a bunch of followers or referrals to make money, bro, you just stay where you're at, and you won't grow. So that's... And some... Someone told me it's because my ex now has a bunch of followers. I'm like, bro, when I was making good money, bro, no one knew who I was. No one knew who I was on x. GMRX that we found SocialFi. I had zero referrals. I got $3,000 from GMRX. Like, it's not really about influence. My main... My x account was created just to... Because it got to a point where I couldn't hide the fact that I had money from people around me. So they start asking me, yo, what do you do? What do do to make money? So I'm just doing airdrops. My x was created just to send people in my real life to my x, just check it. I was literally updating my friends and family for my x, and it just started growing. I didn't really intend to grow my x. It just started growing on tour. So him saying that just come on, man. Like, there are people here who are actually looking for an exit and for for an escape just away from their terrible life. Because, man, my life was... I was live... I was literally a wretched person. I didn't have, like, a dollar to my name back then. So AirDrops just changed my life. Like, it changed my life. I changed countries. I got things for my families. At this point, my family can literally call me for anything I can... And I can actually provide it. It's... Which is just I don't know, man. It's just... If you're here and listen to me and you have no influence, bro, trust me, bro. Not everyone doesn't have to be an influencer. Like, there are other ways to make money in crypto, other forms of airdrops, bro. It's not necessarily referrals you need to. Like, bro, d five. Someone... Where is airdrop, bro? $0. $0 airdrop. 38,000... Bro. Come on, man. Come on. So just... If you hear those grind, man, those grind. If you feel like referrals, like, is the only way for you... Is the only way out for you, you're highly mistaken. You're highly mistaken for real. Let's go. That post. [1:25:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fuck yeah, bro. Like, I love hearing stories like this. Thank you for being so honest, so candid with us. I know that that's obviously personal shit, man. So I I truly appreciate that, and I think that's what makes this show and and you... Every single one of you that contributes to this fucking show every single fucking week, man. Like, that's what's gonna... That's what separates us. So shout out to you, Samar, man. I appreciate you, bro. For real. I know Coma had his hand up, and then Presley came up, and Riz came up as well. Coma, what's good? Oh, man. I don't I don't know [1:25:54] Kkoma @itskkoma: how to follow-up with that. I was gonna just give Cool his flowers, dude, because it's so fun. I think, like, when I was looking at the rewards on that, it was, like, a 150,000 for the top 50 offers over three months, and he's, like, number seven. So, yeah. Like, you... When you ask him how much does he have, he has a lot, dude. Especially if he's across, like, multiple leaderboards. [1:26:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: When's the So I thought [1:26:17] Kkoma @itskkoma: he needs to sponsor this show or something. [1:26:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: When's the cool house giveaway, bro? That's what I wanna know. People got lucky at a thousand dollars each. I wanna know when you're giving away the house where you got 12 of them. Like, come on. Like, feel for the rest of us out here. [1:26:28] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Cool. Your cool q ten daily. [1:26:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly, man. That's maybe what it is. Shit. I'm not taking my vitamins. Not enough of them at least. I need some more cool q ten in my... Yo. I was sitting down eating dinner yesterday, and I saw that commercial. Swear to fucking god. I saw that commercial And I was sitting down to eat dinner. I was like, oh my god. Co q ten. I was like, q ten? What the fuck? Anyways, Prince, what's up? [1:26:51] presley.eth @Presley__eth: What's up? Congrats on cool. That is amazing, and the show has been awesome, guys. And happy taco Tuesday, but did you guys talk at all about the magic Eden airdrop? [1:27:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, do tell. Have you been doing your quest and whatnot? [1:27:06] presley.eth @Presley__eth: Of course. You know I have. But yesterday, they ended the season one, so they'll be doing an airdrop mid April. Their airdrop being 10,000,000 and e tokens for people who participated in the quest, as well as stakes. So you had to do both in order to get it. Right now, I just looked and the token's only at a dollar, so it's dropped quite a bit. But, yeah. So if you if you did the quest and you kept staking, you should be getting an airdrop and they'll drop it in the same wallet that you use. You can't change wallets, unfortunately, just the same one you signed up with. But... Yeah. So hopefully, of you get get a get a airdrop. [1:27:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's see what [1:27:44] Kool @koolcryptovc: Are they gonna are they [1:27:44] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: gonna slash The United States risks again like they did the first time? [1:27:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: You just gotta use a VPN. [1:27:50] presley.eth @Presley__eth: Yeah. You have to a VPN. [1:27:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Firstly, you're tried that with the last one. [1:27:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: I never took out of the [1:27:56] presley.eth @Presley__eth: sock doesn't count as an antenna. I don't know what you're gonna do. [1:28:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Wait. Neither do I. Date on that was March 10. [1:28:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, gamer. Yeah. I remember you saying, oh, the are amazing. This is gonna be where Zebu ends up if you don't have to careful. Like, what's the deal out [1:28:11] Kool @koolcryptovc: here, bro? I'm talking to you. [1:28:13] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Never said on for ninety days. [1:28:16] presley.eth @Presley__eth: That season one. [1:28:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. No. But but this is... You... The... What you're talking about is the one... The quest that ended on March 10. [1:28:25] presley.eth @Presley__eth: No. You could have done quests all the way up till March 31. [1:28:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. These are just the ongoing ones. Right? For those that have essentially their shit staked. [1:28:33] presley.eth @Presley__eth: As long as you had, yeah, as long you... As you were still staking, you had you had up until yesterday, and then they stopped. So they said middle of April, you should be seeing it in your wallet. [1:28:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mhmm. I guess we know when g did the fucking airdrop, miss gamer, I'll hit you like, this is amazing. This motherfucker g did the whole shit, bro. [1:28:52] presley.eth @Presley__eth: The first airdrop was very good. [1:28:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Nope. I collect... Yeah. I collect... [1:28:57] presley.eth @Presley__eth: Was yours good? Did you get a nice [1:28:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: one? Because [1:29:03] presley.eth @Presley__eth: I was very disappointed in my first one. So I... And I actually had mine locked up for a while, so I'm interested to see how much the quest make a difference. But it says I'm in the top 10%, and I definitely wasn't with my locking time. [1:29:18] Landy @CryptoLandy: So So... [1:29:18] presley.eth @Presley__eth: I think that makes a difference too. [1:29:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: What... Your your staking power contributes a lot to it as well. Right? So what did... So you don't have to unstake for that airdrop. They're just airdropping it based on the first season ending. Right? That's what that is? [1:29:34] presley.eth @Presley__eth: Yeah. That's what that is. [1:29:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Did they did they put out a list for people who are... Like, because I've I've only ever seen the top 10% and... [1:29:43] presley.eth @Presley__eth: The leaderboard? [1:29:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. I have a wallet that is, top 1% because I use Magic Eden for swaps specifically to get that. [1:29:51] presley.eth @Presley__eth: Yeah. You're gonna get a They big they are... They're working on a leaderboard. I don't know if it's active yet, but people were asking about it because people see... You can see, like, I'm top 10%. Some people says top 20. You obviously are in the top one. So they're trying to make a leaderboard. I I just haven't seen it yet. And I looked on their website. I don't think it's up. Okay. [1:30:13] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: The sock is moist over one call he didn't receive. [1:30:17] presley.eth @Presley__eth: The sock is always moist with Landy. [1:30:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Always. Well, here's the here's the crazy part about that whole thing is, like, I specifically use that one wallet for all of my swaps, and then I use it for sweeping the floors on NFTs and ordinals and everything else because you have to go across ecosystem, and you have to complete the certain amount of logins and, like, all this other shit, which is fairly simple if you're using the wallet pretty regularly or you're just transacting in crypto, which is what I'm doing all the time. So it's not difficult to meet it, but what I what I found from from some friends who had... I had a pretty substantial airdrop to begin with that I locked up a large portion of, but I had friends who got even bigger airdrops that, their staking power was was low, and the last whatever they took and redistributed in terms of the airdrop for was unclaimed. They didn't get a whole lot at all because their staking power wasn't high. So that's kinda interesting. I wonder if we're gonna see people restaking or if this thing's gonna nuke under a dollar. [1:31:23] presley.eth @Presley__eth: Yeah. That's what surprised me, Landy. I I saw people that were... They had staking power for four years, and they didn't get that much. So I was really surprised about that, and I took my... The the measly amount that that I got. I guess free money is free money, so I'm not complaining. But I took that and, of course, I didn't restate it. I just... I I cashed it out, but I think you're right. I think it's gonna drop below a dollar. I think when people get their airdrop, they're gonna cash right out, but we'll see. [1:31:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Just about to retitle the space z boo to 10¢. But I figured, you know what? Let me not fucking bud cools bad. He's my boy. You know what I mean? I know he's on the stream right now. That's why, bitches. Good shit. I know... Oh, Mar, you didn't come up. You came up and then you went back down. Son of a bitch. Okay. That's fine. It's totally fine. I get it. I see. What happened? We're talking about airdrops. What's what's the... What's his name? The best airdrop, the smartest airdrop guy ever. He just [1:32:17] presley.eth @Presley__eth: wants to complain because he round tripped. [1:32:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fucking guy. Unbelievable. [1:32:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: Dave, you're reconnecting. You've lost... [1:32:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: What? You you don't hear me? [1:32:29] presley.eth @Presley__eth: No. I hear you. [1:32:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fuck you mean I'm reconnect... What? Landy. Landy. [1:32:34] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. I I think it's Landy's... He's rocking, man. It's Mike's [1:32:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: April fools. Oh my god. You know, he's literally rock... Gamer, you better chill the butt. What the fuck is wrong with you guys? Seriously. This pay... Some payback shit? You guys want fucking Fagazi Jr. To rip you a new one at the end of the show? That'd be crazy. [1:32:53] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Don't you know it? [1:32:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Here we go. No prob. Metabeast, what do you got for [1:32:57] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Here's my here's my 10 set. Here's my 10 sets for the day. I'm more concerned about XRP, less concerned about helium. Stacks has me a bit concerned, but XLM lets me breathe. I don't know whether to be concerned about Solana or not. I probably should, but still not sure. And, mana, isn't that magical Internet money? [1:33:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean, all valid concerns. I mean, I feel like everybody's concerned at this point, but, maybe maybe if we've taken anything away from the previous half hour of conversations, rags to riches conversation that, you know, that we had where somebody literally said, you don't need anything, but just effort to turn the whole thing around and actually make a shit ton of money. So let's go with that. I like that. Who's punking me now? Game five ball. Who's doing this to me? Scotty, don't don't do this to me, guys. Who's behind this? I'm telling you right now. This is not... Guys, I need... There's another space I'm hosting at 08:00. I'm trying to [1:34:01] presley.eth @Presley__eth: vibe Scotty. [1:34:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm trying to vibe code. I'm trying to chill. I'm trying to be nice. Landy, if this... Gamer, if you're doing this, who's behind the game five ball account that is verified? [1:34:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Here we fucking [1:34:13] presley.eth @Presley__eth: slow back and talk shit [1:34:14] Kool @koolcryptovc: to you. [1:34:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Here we go. It's verified. [1:34:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Here we go. I'm gonna entertain this for you guys just for fucking... For the content. [1:34:19] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: What's up? What's up, man? What's going on? Let's talk about it. What's up, man? What's going on? No, bro. I need [1:34:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: to know. You connected with the Scottie Pippen account? Is this the game five ball from the Scottie Pippen game five ball? [1:34:32] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Absolutely. He's the founder. [1:34:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Absolute. Special. [1:34:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I I honestly don't know where to go because I feel like it might take me down into a place where I don't really wanna be, but, like, y'all literally sold people fucking meme coins thinking they were buying some RWA, bro. Like, what happened? [1:34:51] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: We're building. What are you talking about? Are you paying attention to the project, or are you [1:34:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: just talking [1:34:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: paying very close attention. Y'all are gonna round me up. [1:34:58] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: And then then you would know we're building the number one sports brand. You would know this is the holy grail. [1:35:03] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: You would know this.... Satoshi. [1:35:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But nobody really owns the ball. Right? Because, like, he was marketing it as you're gonna get to own the ball, but yet y'all just issued a fucking meme coin. Am I not... Am I wrong? [1:35:12] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: What what what what... Well, tell that to the 10... To the 20,000,000,000 in RWA category on chain right now. [1:35:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: I wanna have to tell the category. Is the ball on chain? [1:35:24] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Yes. We're building an RWA. [1:35:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: The ball [1:35:27] Kkoma @itskkoma: on chain? [1:35:27] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Did you see the [1:35:29] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Did you see the [1:35:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: road road map?... Map? On chain? [1:35:31] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: What... Was was Bitcoin built in [1:35:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: a day?... [1:35:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: On chain. [1:35:35] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Was Bitcoin built in a day, sir?... [1:35:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: For itself. You sit here [1:35:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: and come and tell me [1:35:39] Kool @koolcryptovc: when you build [1:35:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: the Bitcoin...... [1:35:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Second company that could be deployed. Get the... Bitcoin deployed as [1:35:44] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: a working product. You're you're talk... You're talking to thirty three years of excellence, man. Relax. [1:35:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. I love this. This is... Guys, this is why you're gonna love this fucking place. How do you not love this place? [1:35:56] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Alright. [1:35:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thirty three years of excellence. Look at that beautiful game ball. You're gonna have a beautiful token in your wallet. It's gonna be sitting there. It's gonna be nice. And right next to it, it's gonna be a a nice USD value that... What's it gonna read, bro? Tell me what what it's gonna read. [1:36:13] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: Okay. So we're building a brand. It is beyond an RWA. It is beyond beyond ownership of a basketball. This is the foundation of the project. There's gaming. There's AI experiences. There's events. There's partnerships with sponsors. There's storytelling. There's a lot going on with this project. You gotta let us cook, man. [1:36:34] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: You gotta let us cook.... Days. [1:36:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. What?... [1:36:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Can't see or touch the balls, then I don't [1:36:40] presley.eth @Presley__eth: really...... Your love language. [1:36:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. God. You gotta love it. Yeah. Like, I'm gonna let y'all cook. You know? How long... Wait. What... When you wanna come back for an update? Like, just so I'm clear. Just so I know. [1:36:54] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: I mean, we... We're building, bro. We have live product. We have live gaming. Fortnite is next. Our meme ball game, our AI agent is live. We got an event coming up in May. We got Fortnite coming up in May. We're building. We got a sponsor. We got sponsorship collaborations over Bitcoin. [1:37:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: What... What's happening in Fortnite? The ball's gonna be in Fortnite? The game five ball? Yes. [1:37:18] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: We got a game coming out in Fortnite in May. We're also doing property real estate for brands in the game. Uh-huh. There's a lot of collaborations going on with the ball. [1:37:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Got it. And where where do we get to read about this? Like, white paper, and what's the token behind it? It's ball? [1:37:33] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: The the white paper is available on Scottie's page, on our page, on the website. There's a whole presentation, 30 slides, as well as the document. Everything is documented, sir. [1:37:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: So why do y'all have two different accounts? Like, is this, like, just [1:37:48] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: like Scottie Pippin and Scottie Pippin and the ball is the ball. [1:37:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Does Scottie speak Chinese, by the way? [1:37:54] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: I I don't... I'm sure he's been to China many times in this career. I'm sure he [1:37:59] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: speaks Yeah. I've seen him. [1:38:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: I I seen him I seen him in the Chinese Twitter space. I'm like, damn. I didn't know Scottie spoke Chinese even when out there. I was like, goddamn. Scottie speaks Chinese. Yeah. [1:38:09] GAME 5 BALL 🏀 @game5ball: China China loves basketball, man. They they love basketball a lot. [1:38:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. They do. Yeah. They do. Well, listen. I actually now realize in this very moment, none of you fuckers were actually smart enough to actually do this, that this was totally organic. So, I appreciate every single one of you speakers for not doing this to me. So thank you, to everybody else that came. That is your ATC episode. Happy April fucking fools day. Samara, thank you, bro. Genuinely, I love closing out the show like that, man. Like, insane stuff. Really, really valuable. Like, I don't know how people don't take away and are not moved by shit like that and stories like that. I got a beautiful, nice little image that's coming up that's gonna show your little transit. Bro, I'm like a junkie right now, bro. I can't stop fucking creating images. But, guys, go check out Cool. He's on his livestream right now. Landy Gamer, thank you for hosting but not hosting.
