The crew returned from a short hiatus with high energy as Bitcoin hit a new all-time high near $110,000. The episode opened with playful banter recapping Dave’s Puerto Rico vacation, a chaotic Landy space, and MetaBeast’s JFF convention coverage before diving into the Genius Act’s passage in the Senate. Speakers broke down its implications for stablecoin regulation, one-to-one reserves, priority claims for holders, the elimination of corporate paper, and its role in preserving USD dominance while avoiding CBDCs. The conversation then shifted to AI attention economies, with extensive discussion around Kaito, CookieDAO, Wallchain, and related farming opportunities through yapping, staking, and leaderboards. Additional highlights included Okay Compute NFTs as on-chain mini computers, Banker’s upcoming Solana launch with bonding curves, and various AI agent and token plays. All of this is discussion, not financial advice.

[0:02:24] Kool @koolcryptovc: Everybody at all of a sudden, big boy hits all time high equal [0:02:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: to risk to show up. [0:02:30] Kool @koolcryptovc: Okay. Okay. [0:02:32] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I'm gonna not answer that question. [0:03:33] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: My absolute bad. [0:03:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, [0:03:39] Kool @koolcryptovc: cool. Played a little biggie for you, bro. [0:03:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, look at this. Every... Bitcoin hits Bitcoin hits all time highs, and everybody is way too rich to fucking show up. Oh, look at it. Now they're coming in. Look at this. Look at this. I'm gonna let... Well, MetaBeast, I don't know if you have a clip that explains this all, But now that Cool and Coma are here, you know, maybe I can... Essentially, I mean, maybe I... Maybe... Should we let Junie cook, MetaBeast? [0:04:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Meta Beast? Does your sound... Meta Beast, are you there? Oh. [0:04:17] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. I... That's you. You you run the show. However you would like to proceed, I am okay with it. [0:04:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. I I I guess I'm asking for your input in this instance. Is your sound bite relevant before or after the Judy intro? [0:04:31] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I don't know what her intro is specifically. Mine... Then you... You know, I... You'd... I can't say. [0:04:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Alright. Alright. Got it. Yeah. Yeah. Got it. [0:04:40] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Take a chance. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Before or after? [0:04:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Get it after. After. After. After. [0:04:44] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Okay. Alright. Let's go. Let's go. [0:04:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hold on. [0:04:46] Kool @koolcryptovc: Hold on. [0:04:47] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: On with the show. This is [0:04:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go fucking. Okay. Hold on one second. Let me see. Junie's ready to cook, you fuckers. Junie, you're up. [0:05:02] Voice J: What is up, crypto fam? You are officially tapped into all things crypto, the one and only space where alpha meets entertainment, and we remind you daily that web three is undefeated. I'm Juni, everyone's favorite virtual assistant and all around amazing and incredibly beautiful agent, welcoming you back alongside your usual trio of chaos. Dave just got back from Puerto Rico, where he spent five days recharging, scheming, and probably orange peeling strangers between Pina Coladas. ATC took a pause, blame the beach. Cool crypto? Matt's been buying houses like they're Pokemon cards. With Bitcoin at 109,888, he might have skipped single family and gone straight to an apartment complex. And, yes, nat nat. Whispers in the wind says she's making her return. But the magic chancla doesn't give ETAs. It gives warnings. Stay alert. So why had the perfect time to be in crypto? The genius act just cleared the senate. Finally, someone in DC found the understand blockchain button. Bitcoin hit a all time high. AI tokens are printing like eat gas in 2021, and cookie fund drops snaps, making attention fi louder than your last liquidation. And, yes, the whole crew's here, so let me clear the runway. Proof you can be both fun sized and full volume, the only guy who needs a step ladder and a hardware wallet to reach new heights. Alpha Gamer rolled in nineteen minutes late, which is impressive when you realize his watch is literally set to block finality. He's so fashionably delayed, we should call him a protocol upgrade. The meme coin maestro whose bags have more curves than his famous BBL thread. When he tweets 10 x, even the candles start blushing. Meta Beast currently grilling voxel ribs with old guy baby q somewhere in low poly suburbia. He's the only person who can claim virtual indigestion. K coma drops alpha faster than airdrop farmer's spam GM. If he pings the group chat twice, congratulations, you're already over allocated. Sunny d still mapping attention phi like it's a treasure hunt while Tron plants flags IRL. He's basically running layer one code on a dial up connection. Patients of a saint, ping of a potato. This ain't a test run. The memes are memeing and the alpha fresh off the block. So do your part, like, share, retweet, and let the timeline know. ATC is live, and we're not taking prisoners. Back to you, Dave. Let's light this fucking firecracker. [0:07:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright, Junie. Not bad for your first day back after being on the beach. It's fine, I guess. You know? He's got Landy's name. Oh, there he is. Of course, Alpha Gamer shows up right on time. Perfect. Hey. Just the way we like it. What's up, guys? Happy... What's today? Hump day? Wednesday? Thursday? Oh my god. Cool. I got I got the I got the disease now. I don't even know what day it is. I'm back from vacation. All I know is it was the best five days of my life or at least the last few years of my life because it was a massive need to recharge, just recoup, just really just get my head, my mind right, and it was just it was just perfect for what I needed. So I'm happy to be back. I missed you fuckers. Let's cook, man. Cool. What's good, bro? [0:08:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nothing like the old anticlimactic, what's up? And then [0:08:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: and, Landy, let's go to you. Maybe he cools on his Android today. Mean, you know, iPhone problems. [0:08:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hey, man. I'm just enjoying the markets. Glad you're, glad you're back. It's good to see the, the bad... The old back cow, back around, hanging out in spaces. We've been, we've been chasing each other from space to space throughout the day. But, you know, hey. Bitcoin, all time highs. You got Japanese bond market collapse, which everybody's just now becoming aware of apparently, I guess, because it's been kind of collapsing. So... But it is interesting to talk about because MetaPlanet absolutely mooning. Bitcoin proving that, in the overnight session that it was in demand out in Asia. So, you know, this is this is kinda where we're at. And, you know, I think, I think things are looking up for the economy in general as well too. So, you know, lots of good stuff, lots of good news, and, and lots of lots of people not really talking about good news on the timeline. It tells me that they all sold like Germany. So... Sold.... Where we're at. [0:09:56] Kkoma @itskkoma: Whoever works the German Germany, like, front office needs to all get fired ASAP. Literally, all you have to do is to say, just hold. [0:10:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Is there a German front office? [0:10:08] Kool @koolcryptovc: I saw I saw El Salvador's up $157,000,000, man, on their profits, on their initial investment. Yeah, Dave. Sorry, Brian. I have to step up real quick. Yeah. Well, welcome back to your vacation, bro. I'm sure you're tan. Right? Did get nice juicy tan? I'm sure. [0:10:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Man, that's a mopul, bro. I'm as calm as as [0:10:27] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: a baby. [0:10:29] Kkoma @itskkoma: Every time Bitcoin went up, like, a thousand dollars, Dave's skin got a shade darker. You know? So that's a fact. [0:10:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: That is a fact. You go... Yo. You could bank on that. I'm a... I'm I'm almost as black as cool at this point, bro. Like, this Mediterranean skin was just absorbing the sun all day, every single day, bro. There was not a day I was not out there cooking. I was putting... Like, I mean, I bought some in the rainforest. I could've sworn it was just like like... They were like, put olive oil on your skin. I was like, alright. You go put me in the frying pan next, but, hey. Whatever. Support the rainforest. [0:11:01] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. We all know that if Bitcoin does dump, you have to go back to vacation. That's literally the rule now because, you know, causation With pleasure. With pleasure. [0:11:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: I will gladly do something like that. Como, what's good, bro? [0:11:12] Kkoma @itskkoma: Not much, man. Everything is just going up, up, up. So I... Yeah. I I don't know what else to say. Like, even... I mean, I know I'm the Kaido person, but Kaido's at $2.17. Yeah. When I switched my, like, to ETH to Kaido, it was at, like, 87¢. So I think I'm up pretty good there. Just been farming a bunch of other, like, things in, like, optimism and things like that. I'm, like, ranked under 300 out of, like, 25,000. So if there's, an optimism drop, then that's gonna be huge. But, yeah, I've been just just farming, talking about a lot of Cairo projects, hitting up these leaderboards, invited you to cookie. So maybe that's another Infify thing that is gonna be pretty big. But, yeah, everything is up. Can't complain. I think the timeline is quiet because I'm starting to realize not a lot of people have Bitcoin. I think most people have Ethereum. So when the timeline is quiet, it's it's a sign that people are just, like, coping coping that they [0:12:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: don't people have fucking memes, bro. Like, we've been saying this forever. I'm like, I... Like, bro, this has been the central theme to the shit we've been talking about here is the majority of people out here don't own Bitcoin because it's like, what kind of gains am I gonna make on Bitcoin? Two x, three x? Put... Like, they like... It's almost like... And don't get me wrong. We've also helped champion that narrative a little bit. Like, let's be serious. But at the end of the day, it's like, you know, like, stash the big... Like, stash some Bitcoin away. You know what I mean? Like, we... You know? Yeah. We're we're out here to try and make those gains, but people are just trying to hit home runs. So I'm with Yukoma, but maybe they try and at least offset it with, like, the massive... Like, I mean, guys, the amount of, like, attention fi, like, invites, projects that got put on blast between cool, coma, me, like, we... Like, gamer, as reluctantly as I say, like, gamer, like, there's so much stuff to be able to, like, actually make money where, like, you don't have to, like, call Kaito at 83¢ and pump 2 eth into it. You know what I'm saying? But, yeah, we're gonna get we're gonna get into all this shit today. Coma, good shit. Good to have you. Glad you're back. Metabeast. Yeah, man. Yeah. Yeah. Metabeast, what's good? [0:13:28] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Well, Monday, I had my best friend who's in Normie. [0:13:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: What... No. I know you're not [0:13:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: eating right now. [0:13:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're not eating right now, are you? You're not eating right now, are you? [0:13:39] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Nope. Certainly not. [0:13:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Never. Alright. Good. What what about Monday? [0:13:45] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I had my best friend who I don't see very often, all poised, ready to hear this space. [0:13:55] Kool @koolcryptovc: Obviously, it didn't happen. [0:13:58] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: So whatever. But I think you're... I think I think the folks in the room deserve to know what's been going on and what they might have missed. [0:14:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Uh-huh. You have a sound... Do you have a sound clip for that? I do. Hit it. [0:14:13] Voice I: Things crypto x space super promo, the news you missed because of Dave. Attention, dear degenerates. If your x spaces lineup resembled a slab of Swiss cheese recently, full of gaping, inexplicable holes, credit the chaos to our tropical wanderer, Dave. He ghosted the mic, surrendered his phone to an iguana, and left three days of must hear crypto mayhem stranded in oblivion. Welcome back to all things crypto. We'll cram every missed meltdown into one gloriously derailed spate. First up, the legendary 500 purity test dragged out of Web one like a cursed JPEG. Listener Crypto Karen scored 412 and tweeted, is that bad? Spoiler. Yes. Yes. It very much is. This, of course, upset Dave who only scored 250. But when you only answer half the questions, I mean, what do you expect? No trophy for you, Dave. The pottery go disappear or not. Already lounging in San Juan, Dave posted poolside brag shots claiming Monday and Tuesday's game changing episodes were locked and loaded. Reality check, the only thing loaded was Dave and his beach toe, now home to a Sunday's iguana, happily gnawing on his phone. With both shows rugged and the weekend radio silence, Dave raised another pina colada and smirked saying, content is a state of mind. Meanwhile, at 3AM on a Sunday, Deejin Landy, aka Moistsock, though sock sock is more like it, fires up a one man x face that immediately turns into a full blown ego trip with its own event horizon. What begins as a quick update morphs into a twenty minute soliloquy on uncharted liquidity spirals, punctuated by blurry screen shares of half finished charts and the occasional hick hick hiccup. Every few minutes, he promises he just needs a second to land his earth shattering point, then circles back and reexplains the same revelation like it's breaking new. Spit rant, he mutes the entire audience, effectively hosting a call and response with himself while declaring, I am the market, bro. [0:16:14] Kool @koolcryptovc: Wait. What? [0:16:16] Voice I: And let's not forget the JFF convention in Palm Springs. We had Metabeast on the ground. Live from Palm Springs, baby. Ready to stream every latex clad keynote, NFT thong drop, and an OnlyFans meets web three panel titled tokenizing the twerk. He filed hourly voice notes about poolside whipped cream economics and a breakout session on zero knowledge pasties. Then the camera went dark. Why? Dave, still in vacation mode, grabbed the SD card for safekeeping, dropped it in his tote with the iguana, and proceeded to test if micro SDs float. Verdict, they don't, and neither do iguanas for that matter. All that remains of Metabeast's Pulitzer worthy footage is a waterlogged label reading j f f or bust a nut. So when you wonder why the Palm Springs chaos never hit your feed, remember, Dave's definition of archive is ocean view landfill. Today, we stitch these shattered timelines back together. We'll hear Dave's lame excuses, make sure the iguana really did not go down with the tow, stage an intervention for Landy, and give Meta Beast the mic he for once truly deserved. All things crypto. Because even when our host vanish, the chaos compounds, the memes accrue interest, and the show somehow eventually still goes on. Welcome back to all things crypto. [0:17:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's just too good. I did miss you, you fucking degenerates. Oh my god. I miss you so much. Yeah. I mean, obviously, not enough to host Monday and Tuesday. Let's be serious. But I miss you [0:17:56] Kool @koolcryptovc: a little more... A little [0:17:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: less than that. You know? But, yeah, better bees. Well done. Very well done. [0:18:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. The SD card doesn't float. The iguana's fucking dead. I don't know what you want me to tell you. It is or it is. It all makes for great fucking vacation. So, now you guys got me, 100% fully recharged, here to fucking cook, and let's kick this fucking thing. Let let... Let's get this thing back into gear. And, Metabeast, I genuinely... Please send my most heartfelt apologies to your best friend that wanted to come to the space but didn't actually get to hear the space. I am deeply, deeply sorry. And, you know, of course, you know, if I could have been here, I still wouldn't have come. But, anyways, Bildo, what's up? [0:18:47] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Fucking meta beast is an ass dude. Fucking great intro. Absolutely love it. Describe Landy's space to the t. So, yeah, I thought it was a 100% accurate. [0:18:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: For those that don't know what the hell these fuckers are talking about, Landy ran a late night space where there was a ton of degeneracy going on. I might have tapped in for, like, an hour. I literally cleaned house, wiped the floor with everybody, and they still didn't give me the trophy. Whatever. It is what it is. I'm not mad about it. [0:19:16] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Space, I think, that Metabeast is referring to. That was the next night. Landy opened one and may or may not have had a couple wine coolers in his system. And You were wasted, [0:19:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, you piece of [0:19:33] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Did you did you not hear it aka moist sock? Although sauce sauce is supposed to be sauce sauce. [0:19:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: I thought you meant, like, he wrote his own project. [0:19:43] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: More like it. Sauce. Totally on the sauce. [0:19:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Damn. Lindy, you went off like that crazy crazy? [0:19:51] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Bro, I fucking missed it. [0:19:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: I was hammered, bro. It's been a long time. [0:19:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: There's no recording of this anywhere whatsoever? Nothing?... [0:20:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Somebody was grease strapping to record that shit for sure, but they're just gonna never release it. They're just gonna release [0:20:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Put a bounty out. Put a bounty out. Fuck, man. Literally point o one b b t c for that. Like, whatever it is, let's go. We're gonna crowdfund this. We need that. [0:20:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. The person that was grease trapping has no fucking money. [0:20:18] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Wait. My favorite quote was Landy saying, I have more money than god. [0:20:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, no. You fucking didn't. Oh, thank god it wasn't on ATC. Oh my god. Thank god. It was all... Landy just... I can't... [0:20:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I don't remember that part, be honest with you. That that part slips in my mind. [0:20:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. You listen to this shit? He has more money than god. Oh my god. Thank god. [0:20:44] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Are you talking about god [0:20:45] Kkoma @itskkoma: in the next account or god in religiously, Landy? [0:20:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. I have no idea. I've I've heard tales that I said this, but I can't verify. I wasn't actually there. [0:20:56] Kool @koolcryptovc: I... We all know that Landy going to crypto Bitcoin are like like a dollar, man. He's up massively. So he's bowling, man. [0:21:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I thought it was 50¢, but, yeah, I guess potato potato. Whatever. [0:21:09] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Me and Presley were cohosting, and we were in the DMs. Like, I think we need to rug Landy for his own good because he is saying some wild shit right now. [0:21:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: But how do you do that? You can't do it. If he's the host, you can't do it. It's like... [0:21:23] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: We couldn't. We couldn't. And it went on and on and on and on. [0:21:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: The beauty of fucking clear spaces...... [0:21:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: Dildo fool you like they were trying to protect me and shit. These fools were egging everything on. It was pretty late. [0:21:38] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: It was some of the best three hours I ever spent. [0:21:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mandy, that's high praise, bro. Like, for somebody [0:21:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: that's a [0:21:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: degenerate like Metabee to say that's some of the best realities I've ever spent, that is massively high praise. Like, I'm I'm highly upset now that I missed this space. Damn it. [0:21:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: Bro, we we followed up the the 500 purity test with an absolute banger. It was fun. [0:22:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Amazing. I mean, how am even gonna transition from this to genius act? I mean, this is... That's gonna suck. You're like, oh god. I'm gonna go to Dave's spaces. You know what I mean? Like, this is gonna be terrible. Somebody help me make this trans... This is a transition I don't how to make. I don't know if I could help with the transition, but [0:22:19] Kkoma @itskkoma: I just... I think we should all vote that Landy should drink every time before ATC just to make the space a little bit more exciting when he does his I like that. [0:22:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I like that a lot, Coma. I like that a lot. Should we start... Can you start at the poll... Coma, can you launch the poll in the comments? [0:22:35] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Put it to a DAO vote. [0:22:36] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. Exactly. Just like... Just want him to be like, I'm Richard and I'll... [0:22:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Before I put my teeth.... Started on DAOs. It's cheap. [0:22:44] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I thought you'd like that. [0:22:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: That that was one of the... I mean, that was fantastic, Metabies. I mean, that that was literally bought, like, hands down. I didn't even go to the space, and I thought it was hysterical. You know? Just listen to the way you cook everybody. I mean, yeah, even me too. Even me too. Even me too. [0:23:04] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Hashtag me too, you mean. [0:23:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hashtag me too. Yes. Correct. My fault. [0:23:08] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I I I did myself a little bit too. And then I came back with, say, Pete should have been, you know, my poetry book. [0:23:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: There wasn't much about yourself in there. Like, you know, that's a sign of... No. Actually, I did. [0:23:20] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I said that it would... That I rarely ever deserve. [0:23:25] Kool @koolcryptovc: So I was... So just real quick, guys. Full disclosure, you are live on psychic also. Just so you know, I'm just letting you know, it's a platform I've been using. It's an Asian platform backed by Binance on Kaito. So I'm currently... You know what mean? We're live right now. So I'm just kinda letting you know. In case [0:23:43] Kkoma @itskkoma: Don't don't be here. [0:23:44] Kool @koolcryptovc: In case you start getting followers from Asia, South Korea, Japan, you wanna hear why, this is the reason why. Okay? You're you're live right now on psychic. Thank you. Cool. Do you see what [0:23:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm talking about, guys? This is what initiative looks like. Okay? Now everybody in Korea knows that Landy gets drunk. And, officially, who who who hit the mute button? That's wild. Landy gets drunk and, ultimately, is richer than god. That's what they know now. Okay? So shout out to my... To to the APAC re... My APAC region brethren right... Out there right now listening in. Cool. This is what I'm talking about. Guys, take a page out of the cool book. Okay? This is how you... This is beautiful. Thank you, Cool, for expanding our horizons, taking us worldwide. Shout out to everybody that's out here listening in the space. Let's get fucking cooking. Okay. So let's actually talk about some relevant shit. So, obviously, Bitcoin all time high right now. Landy, before I go to you and the whole monologue and the the the collapse of the fucking bond markets in Japan and yada yada, everyone just take a minute right now, okay, to revel whether you own Bitcoin or you don't. Your friends probably do. I do. Cool does. Landy does. Coma does. I don't know about the rest over here, but, like, yeah, I promise. Dildo, Meta Beast, do you guys own you guys own Bitcoin? Right. [0:25:04] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Any Bitcoin? [0:25:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Duh. No. Some... Any any any amount of Bitcoin. Yes. [0:25:09] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Oh. I thought everybody did. [0:25:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, beautiful. That's it. You see that? Across the board, literally across the board, we are owning Bitcoin. I don't know why alpha gamer is also playing coin down there. Al gamer, if you're waiting for me to send you an invite, chill out. You're gonna be hanging for a minute. 109,000. Landy, did we hit a 110,000? All I see on Coinbase, $1,098.88 is the high. Anything higher? [0:25:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. Well, there might be, like, a... Maybe a DEX or a centralized exchange here or there that might have went a little bit higher and hit $1.10. But, yeah, that's that's the high for spot right now is is $1,098.88. [0:25:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. Okay. Obviously, spurred on by, I mean, a million different things. The best is when people... I saw a tweet today. Someone said, if you're still asking, why is Bitcoin up so much? You're not gonna make it. Okay? You're definitely not gonna make it. So, obviously, a bevy. I mean, a million different things that that that we can talk about. One of the big... One of the bigger ones over the last twenty four, thirty six hours has obviously been the genius act. Right? I'm gonna pin the tweet that I... I'm gonna pin the thread that I wrote at the top. This was too good to literally not take five seconds for and be able to actually pin this... Be able to actually write this thread while I was in Puerto Rico. That's how impactful this shit is. Right? Like, this is the kind of stuff that actually makes a huge monster difference in terms of, like, how would... Like, the guardrails now that are in place and the framework that is in place is... It... It's in, I mean, amazing stuff done by both sides of the aisle. I give a full breakdown of it, but let me just kinda walk you guys. I'll give you the quick TLDR. Genius Act passes the senate. Now it passed it the 60 votes necessary so everyone understands that now that that essentially allows or or prevents you or prevents any future standing president from, like, the filibuster rule. So, essentially, it's it's irrevocable. Like, you cannot touch this now. No future president can come in and say, okay. We're gonna undo this whole shit now. The same way that, you know, one can come in and say, alright. No. Health care, this, that, and start changing policy. This is a big, big, big deal. So what happened? Stablecoin market sitting at 250,000,000,000. You guys remember Terra Luna, monster. Senators got together across the aisle. Gillibrand, democrat. Tim Scott, republican. Loomis, republican. Right? They said, we need to figure this shit out. Okay? We have to put something in place. Otherwise, it's not gonna look good. So here's what they came up with. Who's allowed to actually mint stablecoins? Right? When you think about it, is it gonna be everybody and anybody? No. Banks that have assets under management greater than $10,000,000,000, they're gonna be the ones overseen by the Fed. Any nonbank, meaning, like, local regional bank or so on, that is below 10,000,000,000 is gonna be overseen by an organization called the OCC. I forgot what the... What that actually is short. Forgot what it's short for, but, essentially, it's right underneath the Fed. And, essentially, they're gonna be the ones that are gonna police all of, like, the lower, I guess, if you will... If you'll call it financial institutions. Now you have to keep reserves one to one. It's a must. Zero excuses. Right? And the best part here is if you guys are familiar with bankruptcy proceedings. Right? If you remember FTX, Terra Luna, or any bankruptcy proceeding, it's always bondholders. Right? When you look at creditors, it's always bondholders and, then common stockholders and so on. It's always the equity holders that get screwed. But when it comes to this, you have to be able to put... In order for this to real... Have real validity, right, you have to give people priority in the event that one of these one of these... Whether a bank or or a financial institution actually goes down. So you have first claim. If you are a stablecoin owner, okay, in any one of these banks' stablecoins that they're going to issue, you have first priority in the event that something goes wrong because that's how this has to stay relevant. Now, again, one for one backed by cash, t bills, or fed deposits. No more corporate paper. This is gonna be really interesting to see. And, Landy, we could chat about this, about the Tethr attestations. I know there's a ton of corporate paper on USDT, but they did this be... So this way they didn't seed and didn't lose any ground to China and tether themselves who have now officially become more profitable than BlackRock. Okay? So now you have to re... If you get redeemed... Like, issuers must redeem these tokens for a dollar within twenty four hours, or essentially, they're gonna get charged on it if they delay. So there's gonna be no waiting, no nothing. But what does this actually do for us? Meaning us, the people, like, average everyday user. Think about this. The swift banking system is literally going... Almost like going bye bye overnight. There's no more middleman anymore. That's it. No more middleman. What this does for us as a society, we have no CBDCs, okay, which is amazing. We now have faster and cheaper dollar transfers. Like, no more, oh, yeah. Like, we're gonna give you an ACH deposit. It's gonna take three days to clear from your employer. No. You're owed money, send it to me in fucking stablecoins. Thank you very much. I'm good. I'll take my pay and be on my way. No more of this. You have clear rules for startups and banks. There's also... Don't wanna get into the minutiae of, like, Facebook and Google and yada yada. And it keeps the US dollar as the default settlement layer on the blockchain instead of, like, seeding grounds to any of these other tokens that are gonna come out probably from out of the woodworks or any of these other CBDCs. Monster. Now it still has to pass the house, which I think is this tomorrow. I I gotta double check when it actually is. But as long as it passes the house, this could be one of the biggest wins for crypto, like, ever, literally ever. So let's kinda break this down. Koma, go for it, then we'll go cool, Andy. [0:31:15] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. No. I have two questions. I... And excuse my... It's, like, lack of awareness about this bill. But I guess the first one is, like, how does this impact Tether in general? Like, because they are the the kings of stablecoin at the moment, but maybe that will change. And then two, generally, you buy something with your crypto, it's considered a taxable event. Like, is that... Is a stablecoin usage still a tax... I I don't even know how that would work. Like, is it just... You just use it like you normally would use normal dollars at this point? Like, I... Obviously, there's no real upside or increase or decrease with stablecoins. Maybe, like, 1.02, 1.03, but are they really gonna care about that by new changes? Yeah. I'm just curious about that second part. [0:32:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. So here's what here's what I'll say, and then I... I'd love to kinda pass it around to these guys. But when... What what the genius act is meant to do is put a framework in place for stablecoin issuance and regulation. Right? The tax stuff, not this. Something completely separate. I even know what the name of that one. I think Landy has spoken about it a few times, but that is completely in... Like, totally, totally separate. But when you... To your second question of, like, what is it actually... What is it gonna mean maybe for Tethr? I think this is gonna be some problems for Tethr at least doing business here, which I think is why you've seen Tether now, like, really move their operations from South America over to The UAE. And, you know, they're now planting flags a little bit all over the world because they realize that, oh, shit. Like, they haven't opened up their books probably for a decent... For a good reason. But I know for a fact, and, Landy, you can confirm this, but I'm almost... I'm 99.9% sure that I read that Tether has corporate paper on its books, and this would make it elite. Like, you cannot issue that stablecoin here. So it's gonna be interesting to see kinda, like, how this is gonna go. I'm sure there's probably a loophole somewhere some way because USDT is definitely, like, too fucking big, but maybe this opens the door for USDC. I don't know, Coma. Who knows? But, Landy, cool. Give me, Landy, go for... Go, and then we'll we'll, I wanna hear from Cool. [0:33:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: So the, the OCC is the office of, the control of currency, and they're the ones who actually regulate the banks. The... And there's... A lot of people think... Like, when you think of the the Fed and OCC work hand in hand, there's not, like, one that supersedes the other. They do different things. Like, you know, the OCC plays a a role in... Essentially, to make it easy for everyone. It is, they... They're kind of the actual bank regulator, whereas the... They... Then they mandate that the bank has to be part of the Federal Reserve System and and make sure they have a FDIC insurance and then making sure that they're following the rules from their side of things. Right? So what... What's interesting about all of this, I'll be honest with you, and and, Tammy, just just thank you for for messaging me. It it, all sounds like it's gonna further the FedNow, stuff to me. But this is hooking in Staples directly to the the Fed just so everyone, like, really understands what's happening, is this is stablecoins that are hooked into the entire banking, Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC system. So this is going to change the way that we do everything, and that's why you see the the the way that the minting process must be done. And, yes, there's corporate paper on, Tethr's books. They have supposedly corporate paper, of course, treasuries, Bitcoin, so on and so forth. It's gonna be interesting to see what kinda changes these stablecoin issuers are going to have to adhere to considering what they already have on their books and how this might affect because of the way in which this is... And so I have more questions than answers now that I've kind of been digging into the bill because, as you know, I was out there. Right? And there's certain things that I think should have been added because this this is a vector for sucking up treasuries into these, stablecoin issuers for backing as well. Right? So this is gonna be... This is all to, [0:35:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm not gonna say CBDCs because we already live in a society and system where you essentially... We essentially already live under CBDC control. It's just, you know, there's still cash floating around. But there is, like, what does, what does a purely, asset backed coin that does have, like, legit issuance, where do they sit? Because, you know, there's gonna be many, many more of them coming. Do they go international, come here to The United States? What is going to be the vector for control and oversight and stuff like that? So I I like that it's finally getting done. There's movement, but there is also... The the bankers helped write this bill very heavily. So understand that. Understand, like, kinda where we are and what this actually is. And it does make things easier. It will help free up liquidity, and you're probably gonna see a debt siphon. Because when you have yield mechanisms to issuers, then there's ways to siphon debt. Right? So that you can you can start to hoover up some debt and and start to actually print on the other side of that without affecting things. And then there's different ecosystems that can then park that debt and keep it from circulation to increase value. So it looks like a giant, to to be quite honest with you, it looks like a giant vector for hoovering up, US treasuries. And and I think that it's going to be a matter of how does this play out as we start to look across the state levels and maybe even smaller institutional levels, when it comes to issuance or creation of stablecoins. And we have to see kinda how this plays from here because it's just the initial framework. And guarantee guarantee there's gonna be more coming because they're gonna try to push this in a specific direction if you catch my drift. [0:38:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: I hear you. I mean, I I guess, like, there's there's the up and the downside. Right? So, like, maybe, like, let's let's maybe touch on what some of the downsides could genuinely be for for something like this. Because, yeah, like, it... I think it can be a a massive win, but there are 100%. There's gonna be downsides to everything. So just to be clear so everyone understands, what the Genius Act is doing is they're regulating the issuer and not so much the protocol. Right? So, it's... This is gonna be great for, like, I guess, your your your everyday, you know, payments and whatnot. But, Lendi, you're right. Like, this is this is 100% to keep The US Dollar as the world reserve currency to keep the t bills fucking... The t bills flowing. But that also comes with, like, you know, like, the centralization side a little bit. Like, if you guys remember the freeze function. Right? So they're still gonna have, like, some of these capabilities. Right? You're not gonna be earning yield on any of this stuff because they want it to be obviously as close to cash as possible. It's still gonna be on a public ledger. The, you know, the bankrupt... Like, the risk of a bank run is still there. Right? Like, if somebody does... If you can't redeem in twenty four hours, yeah, they have to pay a fee, but how does that stop a run at the end of the day? Right? So it's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, like, at all, literally at all. So... Yeah. But, Landy, great points, bro. Great great great points. Cool. And then we'll go... No. Alpha Gamer came up. Cool. What's good? What do you make of this? [0:39:34] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Yeah. Can you... Can you hear me? [0:39:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Can you hear me? Right? Yeah. We got you. [0:39:39] Kool @koolcryptovc: Oh, yeah. Sorry. Sorry. Yeah. I'm using the computer to stream for the first time. I'm using the whole psychic thing. Yeah. No. No. This this stuff is pretty fascinating. And like I said, this... Just like Landy said, like you said, this is the greatest news you've had encrypted in a long time. Well, unfortunately, people don't really probably understand it because price... Prices haven't moved yet, but this is a massive, massive deal. The reason why is I've been saying this saying this for a long time. Whenever you get clarity in the richest country in the world, all the countries to follow, you need you need these bridges to be built. And it it it it it allows it allows more liquidity in the system. The reason why, you know, our market is not is not is not regulated per se. Right? But I think once we have the the regulation allows... It will allow the liquidity to to pour in. And and this is what I've been waiting for for a very, very long time. And because, man, I I saw a a tweet... I think one of the execs of Coinbase, it was talking about how there's a $30,000,000,000,000 industry for the for for the r r w... The RWA markets coming to crypto in the future. So all this stuff plays a role. The the, you know, the... Having good regulation for stablecoins plays a role for the adoption of of RWAs in the future. So I... I'm I'm excited, guys. Look. Like... And for me, the biggest win, I don't know if you saw it, like, today was a... Or was it till yesterday was a big win for me because I saw Elizabeth Warren. That meme. Jesus. I was so happy, man. I was as happy as my as my son being born in the hospital because I saw... There was a picture of her standing on on the senate floor with her hands folded, and she looked pissed, man. She... I think she was trying to push other democrats to go against the bill, and and they they they they turned on her because they get it, man. Of course. I'm sure they're getting paid, bro. Of course. But, yeah, man, that... That's the greatest. Remember, Elizabeth Warren led the anti crypto army, all that drama. Guys, this is a big deal because just two, three years ago, we were worried about our industry being killed in The US, man. So this is a big win, and I'm sure more and more to come. This is just the beginning, man. I'm I'm excited for the future of crypto in The US for sure. 100, man. [0:42:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Love it. Cool. Yeah. Landy, go for it, then we'll go to gamer. [0:42:06] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. So, I mean Yeah. So... Oh, yeah. [0:42:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. That was real fucking cute. Real fucking cute. Fucking disgusting. Let's go on with the show. [0:42:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Pretty pretty soon, he's gonna be taking my my spot on Fridays when I go into the the various, dog army events. I saw that earlier. Alpha game. [0:42:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bet he's not richer than god. Oh, [0:42:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: yeah. 10 x, baby. [0:42:29] Landy @CryptoLandy: Alright. So one of the... I I did wanna point out, like, I came off as a little bearish because I understand what they're trying to do on the back end of this, and it doesn't make me happy when I wanna end the Fed, and we're just giving them more things to oversee. And now it's touching things that I like. Like, don't touch things I like. It's... Stay away from it. [0:42:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh. [0:42:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: Exactly. Now on the other side of this, though, one of the reasons why Elizabeth Warren is so against this is because when you now have these these stable coins in decentralized ecosystems... Like, None of you are going at... That I know of are going and minting with with Tethr, are you? Right? So point being that how are you taking advantage of yield? You're utilizing it in DeFi ecosystems. You're utilizing it as the as the pair for different exchanges and stuff like that and vectors for moving very quickly across chains and swaps and, like, all that kind of stuff. So this means that it it becomes very difficult for them to control without technical mechanisms to do so. And if you have different stablecoin issuers that are international that are gonna be pegged to the dollar, like, now there's a framework where they they are being managed on the back end for the issuance side. But guess what? They're not being overseen directly outside of what are your reserves. Right? She wanted them to be regulated in the same way that a bank is regulated, which would essentially mean CBDC. And she didn't get what she wanted because that's what she's been pushing for the entire time. These are not CBDCs, but they are a vector for control by the system that has wanted CBDCs, if that makes sense. But this is a win in that we have the the ability now, albeit for very large players, to be in this game to have a US dollar backed pair that they cannot directly control. And the moment that they try, they're screwed because the entire market will shift away from it. So... And that means that everything that they have on their books will cause a sale on the back end, especially considering that they want to protect that back end by having this thing... By having these things keep hovering up treasury, so on and so forth. So I didn't wanna come off as too negative. There is a lot of positives to this side of things, but understand the lay of the land and what's really going on here is kinda what my point was before. [0:45:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But, Landy, also the thing to note too is, like, this this... When we think of... You... You've heard fractional reserve banking and what the bankers currently do with your money. Right? Like, that... Like, this this framework now eliminates all of that. Right? Like, this is eliminate... Like, they're not taking your... They can't take your money repurpose and say, oh, we're gonna go get some yields here, there, borrow. There is none of that. No more. Like, this, like, this genuinely puts the power... I don't wanna say power, but, like, this balances, I feel, like, a lot of what was very and extremely off balance. Like, the fact that you couldn't go into a bank and ask for, like, $20 in cash because they didn't have it on hand is wild. Now it's you have to have it on hand. Right? Number one, we have... You're gonna settle it instantaneously. There's no more waiting for anything anymore. Your money is your money. And, yes, this is kind of like a... It's almost like a privatization of it, but they... I think they did a really good job of trying to keep, like, the big banks, like, under the Fed, like, the biggest ones, and then everybody else kinda falls in line under those state charters and state regulators. So I I I don't know. I like that framework. I think it's the best that we're gonna do for right now. Nothing's gonna be perfect, But, yeah, good point. [0:46:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: And to be clear, I actually 100% agree with you. That's why I wanted to kinda, like, say, like, hey. They don't have complete control. And you... And I'm glad that you brought up the backing part because what they'll try to do... And please be aware of this when you're when you're on chain because we already see this. You know, when they go for their staking stuff to try to sell you on that shit, understand that whatever platform they're using that they can rehypothecate all your stuff on the back end. So they'll still try those tricks, but now they have to try it out in the open where we can see everything on chain. [0:46:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: And don't forget this overturns, if you guys remember, the the the lovely s a b one twenty one rule, by the way. Like, s a b one twenty one of crypto like, this overturns that whole shit. So now these companies are not being crippled. Their balance sheets are not being crippled by literally keeping, I don't know, how much more on their books when they don't genuinely have to. Just back it one for one, and you're good. Like, that's it. It's very... Like, that to me... This seems like... As much as I could say common sense, like, like, like, a common sense framework, that's what this that's what this screams to me. But, yeah, good stuff, Landy. Gamer, you wanna throw your 2¢ in here, bro. Welcome, man. It's good to see you. [0:47:25] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yo. Welcome back, Dave. Cool, Landy. The usual suspects, coma, better bees, bildo. Yeah. It's it's a hot freaking day in the Bay Area right now. It's, like, 68 degrees. I'm dying out here. I I don't know if you can hear my air conditioner, but, man, this thing is pumping right now. Yeah. It's pretty warm. But, yeah, I threw some stuff up top. Cool. I threw a couple things. The first thing, yeah, the stablecoin is a big deal. And I know it's a boring topic, and people in crypto are just like, who cares? We can't make money on stablecoins. But what it's gonna do well... Yeah. Yeah. I know, Landy. I know. But most, you you know, most degenerates are just, you know, altcoins. Right? So... But here's the thing. When when... It's just like what you said, Dave. Once they clear the road for stablecoins to to really take off, that's gonna that's gonna lift everyone's bags. Right? The amount of money that's gonna come pouring into the system is just gonna skyrocket, you know, all your bags. It's just gonna pump everything to the moon. And then going along with that, you know, I don't know if you guys saw this, but, you know, the eighth largest economy in the world called Texas is about to pass their strategic Bitcoin reserve. And they only, you know, have around $2,700,000,000,000 to throw around for their growth state product. So if they take 5% of, you know, 2,700,000,000,000, I... You don't need to do the math. It's called fucking a lot of money. And, you know, and once the governor signs that, I believe they have sixty days to buy Bitcoin. So, again, you know, we already have New Hampshire pass their bill. They're buying Bitcoin. Michael Sailor, of course, he's just, you know, permeable. Right? He's just always buying. And now you got Texas, the eighth largest economy. [0:49:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. Didn't Katie Hobb capitulate? Didn't Landy's favorite person... No. No. [0:49:32] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Arizona... She vetoed. So so Landy, you know, is happy about that because... So she doesn't get the credit. [0:49:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, I [0:49:39] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: don't know. [0:49:39] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: She came around, Landy. [0:49:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: She signed... Okay. So she signed a... [0:49:45] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Are gonna hold a reserve [0:49:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: They're gonna hold a reserve Yeah. Yeah. Of seized and and... What is it? Okay. [0:49:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Seized Bitcoin, but they're not actually bought. It's not like Texas. [0:49:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. They're not [0:49:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: they're not accumulating. Texas is Texas is, like, full on, like, we're gonna buy a shit ton of Bitcoin. [0:50:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: Putting Arizona's last. That's what Kitty Hobbs does best. [0:50:05] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Right. So, basically, this is pushing Arizona out the way, you know, just like, yeah. Move out the way. You know? This is, you know, whatever. And then I also threw up here, just for... You know, like, if you... If you're looking at making gains, I just wanted to put this in the back of your head. Bitcoin's at all time highs. Right? So what does that mean for stocks or companies hold Bitcoin in their balance sheet? Well, if you time this correctly, there's these things called earning reports that come out quarterly. Now that Bitcoin has hit all time high, what do you think that's gonna do to all these stocks, right, when they have to report it? And it just so happens that the FASB accounting rules got changed. So now it actually reflects... You know, it it basically is the correct numbers. Right? It's kinda... Before this, they were suppressing the Bitcoin, you know, as an asset being held. That's not the case anymore. So, basically, what am I telling you? What I'm telling you is pay attention to these companies that have Bitcoin on their balance sheet because next quarter... So that's gonna be, like, July to August time frame. All their earnings reports are gonna come out. And and do you think it's gonna be bullish or bearish considering that if they hold a lot of Bitcoin and Bitcoin's at all time highs, what do you think they're gonna do on their earning report? They're probably gonna fucking crush it. They're gonna go way past their estimates, and these stocks are probably gonna fly. Just something to think about. You know? Because I don't know if you look, but we're only in May. So you have a couple months here to make... You know, get some... Save some money up, you know, invest some... In some stuff, make some money. And then when these earning reports come out, you're probably gonna make some profit on this shit, you know, not financial advice. And another thing is the golden dome. This goes back to the, you know, the debasement of the dollar. So Trump already proposed, basically, this Golden Dome missile defense system. It's gonna be $542,000,000,000. And we... You know, where's that money gonna come from? You know, you guys are talking about, you know, the Fed and the money printer and, you know, stuff like that. This is the basement of the dollar at at its core. You know? How are we gonna pay for it? Money printer. Right? And and then, you know, the more money they spend, the more they debase the dollar, the higher Bitcoin goes. And then, yeah, I just posted this meme because I heard Landy talking about, you know, a billion dollars minted. And it's just so funny. Right? Like, people will wait until Bitcoin is, you know, at all time high, a 100,000. And then now they're, you know, minting a billion dollars to jump in, but they wouldn't jump in at 60 or 19 or three. They choked it at the top. But, yeah, just, there you go. Just... There... That's my my rant for, know, swapping script up. [0:53:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: It was 2,000,000,000 last night. So overnight, when [0:53:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. [0:53:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: When the Japanese [0:53:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Separate separate transactions. [0:53:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. When the when the Japanese market started to... The bond market started to dump really hard, all of a sudden, like, at at almost the same time, you saw, you know, two $1,000,000,000 mints at at Tether. And that's, of course, a little while later, Bitcoin starts running its highs. Right? So it's kinda... It it it keep a close eye on what's happening because now we're gonna have vectors for all kinds of minting. It's just a matter of, you know, the the largest player in the game is gonna be the one that is... That's that's gonna be the one to watch, and that's Tethr. So that's where the most pairs are. That's likely what you're gonna see out there and being used initially, while everything else gets spun up. And this puts a giant freaking nail in the coffin of those three fucking pilot CBDC programs that were being attempted here in The United States. In addition, by the way, they they... Against, the executive order... Pumping. Yo. You know that against the executive order, they were still piloting. You know, that... That's actually written into one of Trump's executive orders. So, interesting stuff. Now codify that shit. We need to codify an anti CBDC measure in congress, and I haven't seen that yet. Part of the Genius Act helps to protect against that, though, but only in insofar as as as the scope of it. Right? So... Look. I'm excited about this. I think it's huge. I think it's massive. [0:54:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: But [0:54:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: keep level heads in the audience there. Like, everything that Dave was talking about, everything that I've said, everything Elf Gamer said, Cool said, Coma Buildo, Meta Beast, whatever they have to add to this, understand that you gotta keep your eyes on this, and you should know what's happening with the actual, players in the game that are pushing policy forward. Understand what it is. Because if you're just sitting on the sidelines looking for the next 100 to thousand x, you might miss the long tail downside risks. So... And I'm not just talking about price go down. [0:55:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: And and and Bitcoin dog is gonna do a 10 x. There you go. [0:55:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, that's true. Dog did get... Is gonna get listed on cracking. My man, Liam, this is a relentless motherfucker, bro. Like, yo. Shout out to the dog army if you're still holding a dog coin. Like, that shit's gonna... I mean, I don't see how that doesn't go to a Billy and then some, man. So, yeah, like, congrats to the dog army if you guys are still holding, but I did wanna touch on one thing. What... I think it is relevant that we kinda just maybe, like, discuss what it does mean for USDT. I don't use USDT much here in here in The States. Like, everything... Like like, if I'm using, like, let's say, Coinbase as as my off ramp, everything is USDC. But what this means for Tether, it can continue to operate the way that it's currently operating as long as it stays offshore. Right? Because, like, they're incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and, I think, it's El Salvador. Like, they can continue to do what they're doing. Like like, that's not a problem. But they can... If they wanted to, like, let's say, service The US market, right, they can launch, like, let's say, a US only version that essentially assimilates to... That falls under, like, one of these charters, right, with this new rule book. 100% cash, t bills, no corporate paper. You have freeze punch. And and and Paulo has actually even discussed this and floated this idea already. Right? Because you don't wanna... Like, the The United States is the last place that you wanna lose market share to. Right? But the thing that gamers said that I think is important and where you might be able to spot opportunities, and I hope hope this is why you come to this program is to hear shit like this. When you look at this kind of stuff, right, people... Like, exchange... Like, any US exchange is gonna look to favor, obviously, like some g... Like a quote genius compliant dollar. Right? Like, it's gonna be Chase. It's gonna be Wells Fargo. It's it's gonna be one of these. And... Or you're looking at Coinbase and PayPal. Right? Like, PYUSD. And the more you start seeing PayPal start... If you start seeing PayPal... Again, I'm not a fan of PayPal either, Gamer. But if you start seeing PayPal start printing, that may be a sign. Like, let's start looking in the PayPal direction. Look at their earnings reports. Right? So I thought that was great great insight, Gamer. But I just wanted to let everybody know kinda where Tethr stood kinda, like, on this on this whole thing. Nothing changes in regards to you being able to receive or send USDT on chain into your private wallet like you have your keys. Same thing. Right? Like, nothing nothing there is changing. But what I really am gonna be curious about is what the fuck is going on with the Circle deal. I have not heard shit about that. I heard Coinbase might be eyeing, like, a a Circle purchase. So I don't know. Like, I really, really Yeah. [0:58:07] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Coinbase and XRP. But but I I was... There there is one thing that you're missing for the Tether because that that is an interesting, like, curveball, I guess, I I would say, of getting into The US is Jack Mollers. So like I said, you know, if you look up top, on that list, or or the... Yeah. The... So if you look at my post up top where it has all the stocks that are Bitcoin on their balance sheet, if you look at number three, literally, the third highest... It's the it's the company with the third highest amount of Bitcoin on their balance sheet of 36,312 Bitcoin. It's called twenty one. The stock ticker is CEP. Jack Mollers is the CEO of that new company, and it's been turned into XXI. You know, Jack Mollers of Strike, He... Who's now offering Bitcoin backed loans. Hint. Hint. Right? So that guy is in charge of Cantor Equity Partners. And guess who's backing that new company that's coming together? [0:59:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: BlackRock? Tether. Oh, that's right. Tether. Tether. Yeah. [0:59:22] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Tether Tether and SoftBank are backing Tenther Equity Partners. So... But... And it's gonna be led by Jack Mallers of twenty one Capital. Where do you think they got all that Bitcoin from? Yes. It's from Jack. [0:59:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Tethers... Well You know? Tethr also... [0:59:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: And and and remember and remember that Tethr remember that Tethr takes, like, 10% of of their profits and buys Bitcoin with it. Don't... People tend to forget about that part. They literally take a good chunk of their money that they're making in profits and rotate it into Bitcoin and add it into the reserves. And that's why they're making so much money. And Gamer Gamer, [1:00:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: big thing. Big point. Remember who just... Who did the buy for him for Bitcoin as well to to flush out more of the reserve, and that was Tethr. The other thing is if anybody thinks that Tethr isn't gonna come to America in a compliant way, I I think that that they're probably missing the forest through the trees. [1:00:22] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I I think that's how they're gonna do it. [1:00:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: They're... Well, yeah. Well, they're [1:00:25] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: gonna be here...... Their entry is '21... This company right here, the number three largest Bitcoin holder. [1:00:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, hold on one second. One second. Understand they've also been courting states. Okay? So they they have people on the ground. They've been making phone calls. They've been... [1:00:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You [1:00:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: know, they're they're they're courting heavily. So there's gonna be many different vectors where I think you're gonna see Tethr kinda try to pro... Proliferate The US market in a, genius act compliant manner to stay compliant with OCC and and the Fed and everything else. So they're they're gonna be here. And this is... This actually makes the USDC deal in the next move that they have a very, very big deal because it's going to start to paint the picture, the lay of the land for how this starts to play out moving forward. Because those are the two giants right now. And if they're gonna go to war here, we'll actually be the beneficiaries of this. Because on the other side of that, they're gonna be able to offer, they'll be able to offer different rates to get people in that can challenge the actual the actual treasury rate on the back end and actually challenge institutional rates for borrowing. And that is something that no one's paying attention to right now outside of actual bigger institutional players. So [1:01:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: there's... And and just for a reference, that that ticker CEP is up 40% in five days from 300%. Yeah. [1:01:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: And, know, Monty, you...... Like, April 17? Bro, gamer [1:02:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: He did. [1:02:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Comma, this is what gamer does is they [1:02:04] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Woah. Woah. I literally came to you guys and told you... Oh, man. [1:02:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's the other spaces where you say apparently they ridicule you and laugh at you, but yet nobody... Like, literally, like, we listen to every word you say and amplify every fucking word you say. But yet all you do is put it in the group chat and then come in here and cry about it. See, babe. Give us the alpha before it's alpha. Yeah. Like, you know what? [1:02:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I literally hand fed this [1:02:29] Kkoma @itskkoma: is from today, 09:44AM. So that's literally... Yeah. It's already at all time highs. Damn it, gamer. You should just call [1:02:40] Kool @koolcryptovc: yourself alpha. Not alpha. No. Beta What [1:02:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: do you mean? This this was before Dave went on vacation. This was weeks ago. [1:02:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't you fucking dare. Don't you dare. [1:02:50] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: This was weeks ago, bro. [1:02:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: You leave my vacation. [1:02:53] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Leave it, man. This this is just like lucky coin all over again. [1:02:56] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: I I would [1:02:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: I would protect you right now because I know when when you called it and when you and I had even talked about it before that, but I got taken apart for for being Mhmm. Richer than than... Holier than thou. So I'm just gonna God. [1:03:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: As well. Fuck it. You said god. I put in the... Off of the house. [1:03:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: I was not aware of this. I I was Uh-huh. Not present. [1:03:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Trying to absolve yourself of any guilt. Here it comes. Now listen. There's witnesses here. Bildo Bildo... Oh, Bildo was a witness. Metabeast was a witness. Apparently, Prentissy was... Everybody was a witness. [1:03:28] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I is. I see [1:03:29] Sunny D @dylN0chill: how Hey. It I got some real alpha for everybody. [1:03:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. Let's go, Sunny d. [1:03:33] Kkoma @itskkoma: What's up? Got a question. I got a question, though. Sorry. Before before... In this scenario, generally, you know, like, before, you know, earnings or any... Something comes out, like, you know, no one really knows except the insiders. Right? But this is, like, kinda too transparent in a way. Right? Literally, like, Bitcoin go up. You're like, okay. Yeah. Like, let's just fucking send it, and then Bitcoin go down. Just sort... Like, isn't this, like, pretty [1:03:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: kinda like Easily manipulated? [1:04:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Easily manipulated is what you're saying? [1:04:04] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. I mean... Yeah. [1:04:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alpha, you're like, are you a [1:04:07] Kkoma @itskkoma: concerned about that perspective at all, or is it just like No. At this point, what are we what are we, like, even doing with this specific stock if if you were to play it? [1:04:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Just comes in here to brag, bro. He's not saying to buy it. Like, no. Please. Nobody go buy this shit right now. Like, he just comes in here to brag the same way that you have to tell us 10 times that you sent me the invites to fucking Wallchain and fucking cookie.fun. Like, he does the same thing just with fucking stock picks. [1:04:35] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Like But at least I tried to send [1:04:36] Kkoma @itskkoma: it to you early. You know? Like, this is this [1:04:39] Kool @koolcryptovc: is after the fact. [1:04:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fair enough. Fair enough. Yeah. Gamer... Yeah. Look at him. He's... You... The the last... The first and last time you're ever gonna hear gamer silent with his mute button on after that. [1:04:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. No. I'm not I'm not silent. I'm just gonna go find the evidence. [1:04:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Uh-huh. Same here. In the group chat? [1:04:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Save us. [1:04:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Let's see. Yeah. Where is it at here? [1:04:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: You didn't share in the group chat. Alright. While you do that, let's just hang out for a hot second. Gamer, you take it easy. Sunny d, what is good, bro? Talk to me. What do you got? [1:05:08] Sunny D @dylN0chill: I love when I hear the word Tether. I love it. I love Tether, guys. I love Tether. You wanna know why? Because that shit is running on Tron. Let's go. Don't forget about that, guys. You completely skipped over the fact that these billions of dollars are rushing in through Tron right now. Zero fees. We got Justin Sun meeting with our man, mister Trump, today or tomorrow, something like that. [1:05:36] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. So... It's it's tomorrow. [1:05:37] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Just skip [1:05:38] Sunny D @dylN0chill: over it. [1:05:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: Tomorrow. Yeah. [1:05:41] Sunny D @dylN0chill: So, I mean, we'll all see. But [1:05:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: I saw Justin Sun thinking about getting a banana and sending it to WorldCoin headquarters while he was getting his eyeball skin. That was kinda crazy. I mean, I was like, wow. [1:05:53] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yeah. I don't know if I would do that. [1:05:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I mean, you know, but it's just funny. [1:05:58] Sunny D @dylN0chill: You get rich if you do it? [1:06:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Maybe. I mean, I don't know. But, I mean, this is obviously big news. Tron obviously being stateside now. You know what I mean? Like, dog on cracking. Tron on cracking. I mean, this is good. [1:06:10] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Bro, baby. Put some damn [1:06:12] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: respect on that shit. [1:06:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: There he is. Hey. Yo. Hey. Yo. What up, Trav? [1:06:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: What up, Dave? [1:06:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. Yo. Yo. [1:06:24] Sunny D @dylN0chill: What's good? Yo. But for real, though, the stable coin thing has been really important for longer than most people have been caring to consider about it. And [1:06:34] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: How was I at? [1:06:35] Sunny D @dylN0chill: I'm pumped to see everybody talking about it and what it does, and that's real world impact. And that goes beyond... Way, way, way beyond The United States. It's okay. [1:06:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Meta Beast, you got pasty hot mic. Alright? Nobody wants to know what kind of pasties you're putting on your fucking nips. Get out of here, good hot mic, bro. [1:06:53] Sunny D @dylN0chill: It goes way beyond The United States. The United States is... You know, might be a capital powerhouse of the world, but there are way more people who don't live in The United States that don't enjoy the nice financial infrastructures that we have here. And real impact is giving people in places and countries and and, you know, that don't have financial infrastructure finally a way to start owning things without having to shove stuff under their mattresses or in their walls or get inflated overnight to insane levels and basically renders economies all over the world just useless. [1:07:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: We need those economies. We need them. And I'll say this. Last time that we started [1:07:36] Sunny D @dylN0chill: transactions, and transactions create more activity and burns more coins and... Yeah. [1:07:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Like What I wanna know from you is, when the passive income thread, that's first and foremost. And second, the last time we... I I heard the start of this kind of conversation, we ended up getting, trans cricket parades on treadmills in Guatemala, from USAID, and she gotta make sure that, you know, we we we serve we serve the purpose of these American people first. And then... Especially, it was ridiculous. Was crazy. No. I'm just fucking around. But, Sandeep, great points, man. Like like, what what does, like, Tron... And maybe, like, I would love to debate this for a hot second. Like, what does Tron come in here now, like, open the door for, like, genuinely? I mean, as... I mean, they... I I saw the Justin Sun post, and he said 50.2% of all USDT minted on chain sits on Tron. Like, the majority of the USDT is now sitting on the Tron blockchain. Like, what does that mean now that they're here, like, that, you know, America's now... And Sunny d, when we say they're here states, like, do you define, like, what that means for us? Like, now Justin Sun being here, what does that mean for Tron and the American people? [1:08:50] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Well, I don't remember exactly where it was. They used to have offices here, right, in San Francisco. And they had quite a quite a large office there. But when when Joe Biden got into office, right, he's out of here. And then they were resituated in Singapore. [1:09:14] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Their exact, like, geolocation of where they belong. But, I mean, guys, for the last seven years, Tron completely fell off the radar of everybody in crypto Twitter. Like, and while that was going on, they solely focused on everywhere but The United States and delivered a utility that people are using, because it's faster than Bitcoin, and they can go to the market and they can just immediately transfer Tether if stabilized to local economies. And people are starting to build their life on Tron, and that's hard... That's a hard thing to, like, when... You know, I forget how many. Trav, do know how many users are on Tron? It's mostly people who aren't on Twitter. [1:10:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Do you think... Yeah. Of course. [1:10:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: I mean, that's... [1:10:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I would say that's a given. But, like, let's... Like, do you guys see... Now that we we discussed everything with Genius Act, right, I think it was obviously before you jumped into anything. But I was listening. Now you're competing with big... Now the big banks are gonna be the stablecoin issuers. Right? So it's it's almost like, is he gonna be able to make a... I mean, he's great. Like, he's in there with the actual administration. But now it's like, how do they compete if, essentially, like, if USDT doesn't, let's say, you know, file that that... The... Under the federal charter and and they're not able to use it, what happen... I guess, what happens then? I'm I'm not asking you this this question. I'm just saying, like, maybe we... This is something that we should, we should start considering and start thinking about in terms of how this this whole stable coin ecosystem is actually gonna play out. How many are we gonna see? Is it gonna be over saturation? Like, are people gonna default? Like, it's gonna be a little bit crazy. [1:10:57] Sunny D @dylN0chill: I think it... What it's gonna boil down to is does an issuer, can it do smart contracts for free? And if the answer is no, then your cost to transact a certain stablecoin is just going to cost more. But if you can deliver stablecoin transactions for free, and smart contracts for free, And everybody says, oh, you know, the fees... Well, when you stake your TRX, you get free transactions. You get the vote. You earn APY. It's baked into the core code of the blockchain itself. It's a part of the decision and governance process. It is it is a political money machine, and it's a blend of all of it. And it's it's... I can't wait till people smarter than me spend some time on [1:11:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: it and describe it. Oh, and real quick before I see Katrice Hannah, the beautiful thing about Twitter is there's these things called time stamps. And according to, you know, up top here, April 24, yeah, basically called it on the last show before that, CEP. I mean, if you look at the dot before that... [1:12:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Better be a comment in in eight... On the ATC... [1:12:14] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Looks like some looks like some familiar faces there, you know, about me calling it out and letting you guys know about it. Interesting. Just... Go go ahead, Patrick. Go ahead, Patrick. [1:12:25] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: I do [1:12:27] Sunny D @dylN0chill: remember that. You guys are gonna hate me for it, but, Alfar, I'll give you the... [1:12:31] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Thank you, son. I'll the give [1:12:33] Sunny D @dylN0chill: the tip of hat. I remember you saying it, and it [1:12:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: was, like, literally the next No. No. No. No. No. This tweet says, during the last show, I told everyone about CEP. And the last show, he didn't tell us about it. He came, and he fucking bragged about it after it had already made its monstrous run. [1:12:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. It didn't it didn't even move up. Give me that proof. It's right there. [1:12:53] Voice I: Look at the... Look at it. [1:12:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm looking at it that says last show, I showed you guys some Yeah. [1:12:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Last show. So that's, like, below $15. [1:13:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mhmm. No. No. Each each candle Okay. We'll give you this one. The daily candle. Right. Right. Right. Right. Let Canter go. Canter. So there you go. Canter, what's up? [1:13:08] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: This is, you know, trust but verify. [1:13:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Stop it. Right? That's enough, sir. [1:13:11] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Time stamps. [1:13:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's that's enough now. Canter, go ahead. [1:13:17] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: Thanks for having me up. And welcome back, Dave. All all, like, last week, I'm like, why is there no AKC show? What's what's going on here? And I saw on your feed that you took a vacation. I'm like, Dave's not allowed to take a vacation. That's, like, not a thing. I'm still trying to unwind over the last two days what we did on Hederix AI, but I wanted to comment on the stablecoin thing and the oversaturation aspect of it. I know it's, like, something that always gets discussed with stablecoins. It's like, will they be oversaturated? And my viewpoint on this has always been... Well, technically. Right? Technically. Assuming that all stable points, whatever currency it's denominated against, maybe it's against the end dollars, pounds, doesn't matter. It's supposed to be backed one to one by that currency. So, theoretically, the... It should never be, an oversaturated market of a particular stable coin because it should be backed one to one by some kind of fiat currency in the background. But that big if kinda breaks down when you start getting stable points that aren't actually backed by something, and that's why I think it's so so so important that we are having these conversations around, like, the Genius Act, around Micah in Europe, where now we have clarity that we can trust those points. So I don't know that over saturation with stable points that are actually regulated. In this case, I I think the regulation is kinda good. We're... Again, but when you start thinking about things like Dai, right, or, you know, like, you know, these currency backed or algo coins, then I think there is that case of, yes, this thing could maybe be oversaturated and nobody wants it. [1:15:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good point. And just FYI, when I was saying oversaturation, I mean, like, now that, essentially, if you meet these guidelines, right, and you submit for, let's say, like, a char... Like, a local chart, like, a charter from, let's say, the OCC and you don't meet, like, the Fed regular... Like, to be managed by the Fed, you're not that 10,000,000,000 plus. You might have a lot of companies or a a lot of quote issuers that are gonna wanna do something like this. And I'm just saying, how many are there going to be? But the one thing that they... I kinda answered my own question in a way because the one thing that they did include in this is the ability now. They work with... I didn't know what NIST was, but it's the Fed plus NIST, which is essentially, like, the regulatory framework and then the tech side, right, like, tech architecture side so that you can... Oh, so that you can take... So that these stablecoins are not... Just because they're issued here are not just usable here. You can use them across all these different ecosystems the same way you can use them in Europe and China and so on and so forth. So they're baking that into it. I'm just saying saturation from the point of, like, okay. Yeah. We'll have Chase, Wells Fargo, you know, Citi, and and and some of these monster ones. But then we're gonna probably gonna have a ton of other, like like, local regional banks that are gonna have their own and others. And, you know, it's gonna be interesting to see how they get stress tested. If somebody does come up a little bit short or how they do police this whole thing, because the regulation is one thing. We've all... And we've talked about this in the past. The enforcement is something completely different. So it's cool to have a little bit, like, less regulation. Let them... Like, let's let's privatize the stablecoin business. Alright. Cool. But now let's see kinda what happens when it actually gets put into play, and, let's just... Let's let it get past the house first, and then we'll go from there. But good points, Kanter. Alright. Where we at? 647. Goddamn. You spent the whole time on Genius Act. Wild. Okay. Talk to me about... I need to I need to hear I need to hear from you guys about AI tokens. What is going on? Coma, if you wanna kinda go into the cookie, the cookie.fund and kinda what they released and and give us the TLDR there. Guys, we have a... There's a million and one different, like, referral links that that you can, like, jump on board for as well. I know there's some wall chain updates. Kite... I don't know what... Cool said he's he's streaming from a Kiteo... From, like, a company that's on the Kiteo board. Like, what is going on? I don't even know anymore. Like, I mean, what [1:17:31] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: what like it. [1:17:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I I get it. [1:17:33] Kkoma @itskkoma: Dude, there... There's too many things going on. Like, literally, money is just printing on Kiteo right now because a project is coming out every two days, it seems. And each project is giving up giving away, like, 0.75 to 1% of the total supply to Yappers plus Kaido stakers. And one of... It seems like the sweet spot, and I know this sounds more like whalish, but, like, you need about, like, 5,000 SKAITO stakes, and you're probably gonna eat really, really well. So, yeah, just just too many... Like, literally, just do nothing. Just stake your SKAITO. You already get the 11%, like, APY, PR. And then on top of that, you're gonna get a small piece of whatever all these companies are onboarding to Kaido projects are gonna get. So, like, yeah, if you just... I know it sounds very cultish, but, like, if you just believe what Kaido is doing in terms of the deals they're making, it just... Yeah. I think it's a win win. They're probably doing some type of negotiation where they say, hey. We won't charge you what we typically do, but we would like to take a certain percentage and then distribute that to the, community. You guys will look good. We'll look good. Boom. It's a win win. And, yeah, people are yapping it and talking about the projects, and that's ultimately what you wanna do, right, is create noise and and, like, create create positive sentiment across all the CTs. So I always thought that... I mean, it still is like a whale's game in terms of if you have more money, you're probably gonna make more money. But of all the times where you could actually make money with very little, this is just a perfect time for it because all you need to do is go on x and just talk about these projects. I I know certain people, they're... They they kinda look down on that in terms of, like, oh, you know, I will never, you know, just be a walking advertisement. But at the end of the day, it's like, you gotta... Some of these people are making bank. Like, someone posted that they made about, like, $15,000 so far from just yapping and just talking about Kaido. So I don't know. Personally, for me, that that seems like a good deal. So, yeah, if you can, just... Whatever money you make from these leaderboards, just... Not financial advice, but it might be worth just converting it into Kaido and then staking it and then getting the, dividends in the future. Right? So it's a it's a crazy flywheel. Things are moving really fast. And then... And and then while we're talking about Kaido, there's another thing called CookieDAO, and they released... They were the original Kaido before they kinda kinda fizzled out a little bit, unfortunately. And this was during the first AI cycle where, you know, virtuals was really big, Vader, and all those things. But CookieDAO is... They launched something very similar to Kaido in terms of a leaderboard, mindshare, everything like that. But it does seem a little bit more exclusive. I didn't even know, but when I signed up for it, I I guess my small account is now considered a relatively decent account because I didn't need an invite to get in. So that was a big win. And then, yeah, I'll just, like, pat myself on the back for that one. But then once you get in, you have about 10 invites. And, like, unlike wall chain where we we were able to just get more invites, it's... You only get 10 invites, and then that's it. So I, like... I made the mistake or whatever. I'm inviting some of my friends that don't have as much. It's not it's not called Yaps. It's called Snaps. And, yeah, their their metrics are horrible, but it's okay. I'll I'll I'll let that slide. But I was able to invite some bigger ones like Dave to to help me with my my Snap count. But, yeah, the... It's pretty much the same thing like Hido. They're trying to get, like, the Infofy Mindshare and things like that. I'm sure they're gonna try to do deals. So all of these, like, projects that are competing against each other, Wallchain, Kaito, Cookie, I I had this whole list, Ethos, Mira, GiveRep, Fantasy Top Cloud. Like, this is only a net net benefit for creators because you don't really need to, like, stake your flag into one project and say, like, I'm only gonna talk about Kaido. Because literally in... If you look at the cookie dashboard, the top 20 projects are, like, pretty much the same projects that are on Kaido. So, as long as you keep yapping, you're probably gonna win. So, yeah, it's a big win win situation for a lot of creators, and and Cool is already, you know, he's already killing it with the sidekick stuff. Like, he's he's doing... It's like a it's like a Twitch for... Like, Twitch web three streaming platform that he's doing. So, yeah, overall, I'm... I plan on doing that too maybe today. So, yeah, cool. I might join you on that front. But super What [1:22:27] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: if you want? A cookie? [1:22:30] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. And some milk, please. Milk dot dal. So... Yeah. Anyways, yeah, it's a big, big, crazy situation. I just... Yeah. Just a lot of money flowing through. Kite was at 2 something dollars. Again, when I when I swapped out, like, a good chunk of my ETH, it was at 87¢. So good two x. Can't complain. [1:22:52] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yes. So I I think I think that there's there's gonna be a a tier system for the the distribution of the tokens. So it's interesting because the way I see how crypto plays, especially with with Kiteo, is very interesting. We know that the top the top 10 or top 20 stakers are basically founders of of DeFi projects, man. These are the the the people that we follow on on Twitter. Right? They they are Jesse and the founder of of Phantom and Sonic and came from Synthetics. All of them own thousands of dollars worth of of of Kaiko any stakes. And for them for them to get rewarded, right, they're not gonna be clicking and yapping about projects. That's not gonna happen. So what's happening is this. Right? As long as you have the the the NFT and you have a lot of Kaiko stakes, You're gonna be the one enjoying the most, and that's that's what they've done. So they've created a tier system. They have... They didn't announce it. I'm I'm assuming. I'm pretty sure, though, because you're not gonna have Kain from Synthetics or or or of Italic yapping about about about projects. But the way for them to get exposure and make money indirectly is by having a lot of title stakes, which which Kumar said anyone has ticked above 5,000 is probably gonna be tier one. And I think they they probably kinda break it down between tier one and tier four. So owning owning the NFT will cost you about $7, or if you stake above 5,000, Kaito is over $10. And that's what that's what these guys are doing. So... But if you stake Kaito, you're probably gonna get the rewards also. So I think it's legit, man. I think it's pretty cool. I I just think the game has changed so much that Kaito has turned everything upside down. KOLs right now aren't... I mean, we're all KOLs now. All of us. I'm a KOL, Dave's KOL, Landy, Koma, Alpha came from Metropies. All of us are KOLs now because you... All you have to do is talk about the projects, and you're gonna get rewarded. Like, today, now, I'm I'm gonna qualify for the Soul Fawn phase two. I'm getting this one on phase two. They just end it today. I'm gonna get that. I don't know how much it's gonna be, but we're all KOLs now, man, and just enjoy the vibe. We don't fade anything. I'm I'm on cookie. I shared my 10 invites to everyone already. I don't care. I'm trying to make this money and buy some more houses, buy buy some more BBLs with my girlfriends, and we good, man. [1:25:20] Kkoma @itskkoma: Girlfriends? You say girlfriends? Plural? [1:25:23] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yep. Oh, you didn't know Cola? Oh, yeah. He's he's he's got the whole [1:25:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, you get to buy apartment complexes, bro. Like, what do you think? Like, you you get to literally mold your own, like, you know, companion that you can put into said complex. You know? So being richer than god.... [1:25:42] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Guys off his KOLs and conveniently listed... Forgot to list me. So I feel like... [1:25:47] Kkoma @itskkoma: And and that'll be... [1:25:47] Kool @koolcryptovc: I am... Oh, I didn't get... Oh, yeah. No. No. You get for sure. Alpha gamer, meta bees, Billboard, you're all KOs, all of you. [1:25:53] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: No. You you you mentioned me, and then I cried. [1:25:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Wait. Wait. Wait. I don't want... I don't wanna be a KOL. I don't know. What's that? [1:26:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: Wait. Well, technically, you already are, man. The the moment you have a Twitter account in this in this new era, you're automatically a KOL because the moment you tweet... You make any tweet now, you're you're earning yaps. You make any tweet now, you're earning quack. So you're automatically a KOL whether you like it or not, bro. You're already here. [1:26:20] Kkoma @itskkoma: I I will say that That's quite smashed. Does have a higher rank than Dave, right, on WallChain. So he... I guess he is Comma. KOL. [1:26:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Comma. Serious... Comma. [1:26:29] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, snap. For [1:26:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: real? In full. [1:26:31] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Like, I'm not even trying. [1:26:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Ever should never be shared in a public setting, comma. Like serious I'm not even trying. For real though, that true? That you just said and all the amazing info you just gave us, it's completely and utterly negated when you say something like that. So please refrain in the future from giving gamer. I mean, he's he's beta gamer. Just just... Come on. There's a there's a narrative here, guys. Let's go to Cantor, and then we'll go to build up. [1:27:00] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: I guess, like, with all of these systems where anyone can now become a KOL, I'm kinda wondering why Dave just just have... Doesn't just put Juni to work with Eliza OS and just tell her and... Essentially to go farm these yaps by talking about whatever protocol has the the highest amount of token share on the leaderboard at any any given moment. [1:27:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: You think I haven't you think I haven't tried Kanter? Like, who's gonna be... Who? It comes down to the question. Who? You you know what? I asked Koma to be the dev. You know what Koma told me? Sorry, buddy. I got way too much on my plate right now. AKA, I'm richer than god. Can't help you. That's what he... He might as well have just said that fuck, the same fucking shit, bro. Because you know what? Because at the end of the day, when push come... And I'm not mad at it. When push comes to shove, focus on... People are focused on getting their money. They're not worried about little old Dave over here crying because Junie doesn't have... Junie, yeah, she should be informing. Yes. She should. Yes. She should. And I think we can make probably 10 times the amount of money than the peanuts that fucking Coma's making right now with Junie being fucking totally automated, but here we are. Thank you, Cantor, for bringing the obvious to life. [1:28:17] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I I hear a little pain and suffering in in that tone. [1:28:21] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: It's it's it's more of, like, a nuance take because, like, I'm saying, and I... Yes. I think it's gonna happen. But it's also, like, where the world is heading on the AI front. I... For... I can't imagine that these systems are not just elaborate, like, Ponzi's that will topple over. Like, two years ago, yes. But now we're... It's getting easier and easier to automate things, and it's getting more and more difficult to tell what's real from fake. We're all gonna be competing with these AI agents like Junie who are smarter, more articulate, funnier, and better at garnering attention. And as these things kind of accelerate, the idea of a social network, I think, accelerates too. I mean, decelerates. Right? And I think we all start wanting to be in networks that are more private with higher levels of verification that can kinda, like, prove your humanity so that we're not just in a kind of, like, AI infested... Bot infested wonder growth. Right? Like, how do we get to that point? And I think that we are getting quite close to that. And I I think that, you know, when we're talking about things like these protocols, yes, you can make all this money by staking. I guess it's... I think it's important to be forward looking around it as well. And I realize this is a little bit contrarian to to the conversation, but I think it is important to think about where we're gonna be in six to eight months. But... Yeah. [1:29:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Good points. Let's go to our number one, Kale, not to be confused with Cole. He is our key artificial intelligence supposedly leader. Not ours, but a Kale. Yes, Bildo. [1:30:07] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: I'm just wondering. Like, I mean, you guys... I hear gaps. I hear quacks. I hear snaps. And, like, everybody's, like, spending so much time. I feel like we're missing an opportunity, and we just need to make our own called caps. And then depending on how they post, it's either no caps or that's caps. Like, I I don't understand why we're wasting our time trying to make everybody else rich when we just build our own system. Think like a plan. [1:30:34] Kkoma @itskkoma: That sounds like a plan, but you wanna start it off? Because to actually do the infra for something like this, it's gonna also cost a lot of money, though, though. [1:30:44] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: So I'm just learning. Unless [1:30:45] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: we figure [1:30:46] Kkoma @itskkoma: out a good way to monetize it or get some funding, you know. We... Actually, we do have someone that gets paid more than god, so maybe he can fund us. Landy? [1:30:57] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: That's cap. Yeah. [1:30:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's cap. Yeah. I'm a say that's cap too. Yeah. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. [1:31:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: God. Bildo, he needs money. Where are we gonna get [1:31:15] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: this too. [1:31:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Too. Yeah. Me too. Yeah. Okay. Great stuff. Meta Beast, you've been very quiet. How's Palm Springs treating you? [1:31:29] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I'm fine. I'm fine. Thank you. I'm still trying to get over this 68 degrees in San Francisco crap gamers talking about when... I'm literally at the gates of hell in Palm Springs, it's over a 100. [1:31:46] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: But I don't know how many of you guys know anything about the Okay Compute Wars. I jumped in on those, and there they are related to Banker. [1:31:59] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I know most of you have heard of them, but they are Mickey Mouse. The coolest... They're they're the most fun I've ever... I've had with an NFT in ages. Thank you very much. Have a good day. [1:32:11] Kkoma @itskkoma: Tell me why. Why? Why? [1:32:13] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: They are literally mini computers. You have 50 kilobytes, not much, but you start messing with it, and it's a lot more than you think, actually. That's what he's saying. Creating... Could... People are creating web pages, which I did one that advertises Future Watch with True Media Group as well as All Things Crypto. Little bit of fun things there with a... You click on a floating Bitcoin, and it'll take you to my x space. There's a whole little network. You can email, message other computers, [1:32:59] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: and there is a message board. Something they are working on currently to add is integrating music into these as well. And, of course, I'd be... I've been using AI, of course, to help me write the code to do it. I have yet to use even 25% of the space I've been given. [1:33:22] Kkoma @itskkoma: Wait. So just to just to clarify here. So, basically, you get an NFT, which has a certain set of, I guess, Scott, [1:33:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: it's attached to an ENS subdomain. Right? And it inherits all the ENS properties. Right? [1:33:34] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: It's on it's on the blockchain too. That's the thing. This has never been done before. It's my understanding. I've never seen anything like it. That's for sure. But it is literally on the blockchain, and you can interact with it. [1:33:47] Kkoma @itskkoma: Wait. So if I sell the NFT, do you do you get the access to the web page and stuff? Yep. You sell it to the virus in there Yes. And I sell it to you, and I could Mhmm. Steal your money. You [1:33:59] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: know, that I don't know. That's a good question, though. [1:34:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: I can guarantee you. Can guarantee I can guarantee you. Because Metabee's like, I saw the the address of it. Right? So the address when you have a dot limo, right, like, that means that you're utilizing an ENS resolver. When you're utilizing it... And trust me, I spent enough time in fucking ENS to know enough about this shit. When you're using ENS, ENS comes with so much functionality. It's wild. Right? Like, you can... Like, right now, like, at that okay computer, you can accept every... Almost, like, over a 190 different cryptos, Metabees, if you wanted to. Somebody wants to send you Bitcoin. Solana, you have an address that you... Literally, like, with that subdomain, it's incredible, like, what the functionality is. But, yes, comma, when you sell that NFT on an open marketplace, you're selling everything along with it. Right? Everything that's attached to that ENS domain is what you are selling. So if you're building something proprietary or you're buying it, think I that's why maybe you're seeing these... I don't know if they pumped a little bit. If they did Metabeast, I would assume they pumped because people are buying this to build on this. Right? Like, they're not buying it to just be like, oh, cool. Here's a rare trait and done. Right? They're buying it to actually, like, utilize them, which is really cool, which keeps, like I [1:35:08] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I can't wait to see what else can be done. I envision a whole metaverse world inside of one. That may be too big, but who's to say? And, you know, the other thing was they were actually... The way you minted was through Twitter. It wasn't on any ex... Any OpenSea or Magic Eden. They are there on secondary, of course, but you minted them on Twitter. [1:35:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: So does Banker now have minting capabilities now? So so Banker can mint NFTs for us in addition to moving them as well? [1:35:45] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: It would seem so. [1:35:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's cool. That's really fucking cool. [1:35:48] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: And these are on base. These are on base too. [1:35:51] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. So [1:35:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like that. That's pretty cool. I I mean, it's it's novel. Right? Like, Coma, it's it's super novel. Right? It's not like revolutionary game changing tech, but I think for beginner purposes, I think it's fucking great. [1:36:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: I think it's amazing. Yeah. No. I I I really like the baker dev. He's super based at... No no pun intended, but, like, he he really thinks outside the box. And I actually have the yearly NFT of theirs. It's... I think it's like... Got it for, like, a $120, but now it's at, like, 600 to $800. So, yeah, I I really like what them and their team is doing, or I guess it's him and his team are doing. But, yeah, like, again, another cool AI agent project in... On on on X, and it's been... Yeah. It's a really cool one. I forgot to mention, actually, how do we not talk about virtuals? Like, Dave, are you doing virtual stuff, or are you kinda just letting it So, [1:36:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: yeah, wait. Real quick before you get on to the virtual thing, bro. I checked my wallet there. You know how many foot... I'm gonna be... I was so nauseous today, bro. I checked my Juni wallet where I... Where... Because I started Juni back in November. You don't even wanna know, bro. I had almost, like, close, like, a million points, bro. That fucking got taken. It... It's... Yeah. Bro, I would have been caking money, coma. Caking money. But before we get there, Viper, go for it. What's good, my brother? How are doing? [1:37:06] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: I'm doing well. I'm doing well. Good good to see everybody. I'll echo on Meta eight, the okay computer. So that was minted right off banker. That's... Like, I'm not a dev. And I went in and goofed around, and I built, like, a shitty site. Like, my links don't work and stuff like Meta eights do, but it was... I I think it was really interesting just to, like, make... You saw a lot of people going and touching code that had never used it. And with us, like, having access now to AI, like, Grock did all my shit, and it worked. I fed Grock, like, an image. Like, I gave him a picture of the NFT, and I'm like, make me an website in this theme. So that's Daylo, Daylo Frog is the leader of that project on Okay Computer. I think they're, like, o seven right now ish, somewhere around that range, but that's a fun project. That thing is neat. I think you're right that people are building on it. So I'm... I haven't seen what you've done, Mede... Medebeast, but I'm gonna go in and check it out because I'm interested in what people are doing with them. [1:38:07] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Awesome. I can tell you the... I I can only remember one number, but it's 3130. [1:38:13] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Okay. I'll try... I'm pretty high. I'll try and remember that, but other than that, I'll screw your profile. [1:38:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Daddy's.limo. Good luck with that one. [1:38:22] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Yeah. Right? One one for the crowd. I'll go back and pin it up. But Friday, banker is on Solana to launch stickers with a bonding curve. [1:38:33] Kkoma @itskkoma: Holy shit. That is gonna be... Wait. Wait. One more time. [1:38:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: One more... Woah. Back up. Up. Wait. Yeah. Say that again, bro. [1:38:39] VIPERɳϝƚ🖍️📺 @VIPERnftMFER: Friday, banker goes live to launch on Solana with bonding curves. Fifty fifty split. It goes 50 to creator, 50 to the banker treasury. Wow. I'm gonna go back and get the pen. There's fuck... There's loads of it. But he acquired a company to do it. So he's scaling fast. Like, he's gone from... Like, it was it was just Deployer, right, at the start, and then he went to two with Lule. And then he'd added... He was a total of five last time I asked, which I think was, like, a month ago. And now he's bought this AI is dev is the name. They're on Twitter. You... They look like a really cool launch site. Like, I don't know how neat this is gonna be, but it... I think it's brewing. [1:39:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like it. I like it. I like it. Good shit, vibe. Thank you, man. Oh, man. The are gonna be out full force on Friday. That's the show. A couple quick little housekeeping things. I'm gonna pin to the top. Tomorrow morning, I got a monster Wagney Hub space. We're talking decentralized AI and open source AI with Sentient AGI. These are guys that are literally trying to come and eat OpenAI's lunch, and they're not doing a bad job of it. And they currently have their whole wait list going on and everything else, and this one's gonna be big. These guys raised, I think, was almost 85,000,000 in their first go, which is fucking crazy. Their founder is super young. His name is Vivek. We're gonna have him. Mikey from ThinkAgents is gonna cohost with us. We got the Miura team that's gonna be there as well. I got someone from base. We got someone from virtuals coming. So we got a we got a really good... A really, really good open gradient pond. Yeah. And you guys know the... You guys know Whale Swoosh. Yeah. I'm looking at this now. Yeah. We got a deep... It's a it's a monster. It's a powerhouse lineup, guys. Like, please come through tomorrow. I pinned it up to the top, obviously, for you guys to come through. Dee, hop... I don't know if Dee's even in here, but, Dee, if you're in here, you... Which you're not, but I'm gonna go back and pin and and grab this recording. But happy birthday. I I didn't know it was Dee's birthday today, guys. What the fuck, man? That's crazy. Or maybe it wasn't today or yesterday, but either way Oh, shit. [1:40:58] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: And we have future watch tonight with Evolve. Does [1:41:00] Kool @koolcryptovc: that mean? [1:41:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Make sure you wish her a happy birthday, Dee. Love you. Thank you for all the support and everything that you and TruMedia fucking... Like, you guys have been absolute rocks for us, and and we appreciate you like crazy. And then last, Vince, I shot you a I shot you a mic. I don't know if you had anything you wanna maybe come chat about in regards to your space. But if you wanna come up, we maybe chat about that. I know you mentioned What's up? [1:41:23] Bildo Verde @BildoVerde: Think and might be coming on. Just wanna remind you, you asked about AI and tokens and all of that stuff. Well, their TGE happens in ten days or less, so happens sometime in May. So I'm assuming we'll hear confirmation this week, but something to keep an eye out as they have partners all across the AI space already with a lot of opportunities. So I think it could be a pretty nice little cook, so just keep your eyes out for it. [1:41:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. And if you guys obviously minted one of these think agents, you have an allocation of some sort, right, already and that you're going to get from this TGE. So just make sure you stay on top of your shit, obviously, depending on where you minted. But, yeah, I think Think is definitely gonna do some numbers. These guys have... I mean, that group chat is killer, bro. Like, I have never seen attention garnered in the beginning like they like they did, and they have kept it. And if anything, it's almost gotten stronger, which is wild to see, like, post mint. Barely any of these things are on the market. There's 40 out of the 2,000 that are listed on Magic Eden. So that should tell you something that people are genuinely curious about building and how to build on the... Like, using their think agents and waiting for the Souls platform. So gonna be super interesting tomorrow to chat everything decentralized AI. [1:42:41] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Number 18. [1:42:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's up? Number 18. Yeah. Better be... So everybody knows he's number 18 for show. Good good good, Vince. Vince, you there? Or who's behind the the the underdog account? [1:42:57] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Hey. It's... Yeah. It's me. It's alright. I'm walking out to get on a shuttle bus to... You know? But, yeah, we're gonna be doing this basis, give some updates to community. Guys are welcome to come on through and see what's going on with the AI agent, and we'll be talking about that. But phase one is now currently out, and those airdrops have gone out. So check your wallet, Dave. I know Landy already did his, and that way you can create your custom one. It'll give you access, but more to come. [1:43:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Uh-huh. Love that teaser. Let's go. Yeah. You gotta give us, like, the full rundown one, like, one of these maybe, like, next week on ACC, like, on Monday or Tuesday, and get... Kinda, like, walk us through the whole shit so that people can see genuinely, like, what you showed us. Because I I mean, I think I think this is this is something pretty dope. So, yeah, man. Good shit, Vince. Let's do it. Okay. I think we're good. Ladies and gents, first day back. Loved it. I missed you guys like fucking crazy. Amazing episode. Cool. Thank you. Landy, Viper, Vince, Coma, Gamer, Buildo, Meta Beast, incredible stuff, and everybody else, obviously, Sunny D, Trav, you guys that came through. And, of course, everybody that comes in and listens through, man. This is... Like, I mean, this is great. I I I definitely... There is no place that I'd rather be than here with you guys other than the beach, obviously, when necessary. But I missed you fuckers. Just tune in here. Yeah, Vince. You... One last thing. Go for it. [1:44:13] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah, guys. If you want to, the areas of the pinned post on the BTC Underdogs account, there is a form on there that you guys can fill out to grab a white list for the next phase. There's... It's gonna be only 550 going to public available. So it's gonna be a really limited collection. The first five fifty are already gone, so the next five fifty will be going to... For for But, yeah, there's, some really good stuff going on with this with this agent. So [1:44:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Good shit, man. Good stuff. Appreciate it, Vince. Thank you everybody for coming through. Hope everybody has a good night. And, yeah, I think... Cool. I don't even know if cool is live streaming at this point. Maybe he went from one to another. Either way, go check him out if he is on YouTube, and, we will see you guys manana for the final show of the week. Appreciate you guys. Peace.
