All Things Crypto : ATC

AdoptionAirdrops / TGEsAlignerzAltcoinsBTCBlackRockCoinbaseCommodities

Tuesday show hosted by Dave with Kool, NatNat, Landy, Moni, Kkoma, AlphaGamer, xFactor, Bread, Miyagi, Samara, Crypto Cobra, Cantor and others, after Dave's morning interview with Wallchain's Yuri. NatNat says BTC followed liquidity to 113-114K, next 116-118K, and a rejection near 123K would be a short signal; gold's pullback lined up with BTC's bounce. Landy lays out levels: 109-112K preferred range, 116K lower high, 104-106K and 103.5K supports, monthly 82.5K as the line for bull structure, and warns 'cycle top' noise will get loud. Moni asks about upbeat CEO outlooks; Landy covers corporate and city debt, regional price differences, jobs data revisions and why the Fed is boxed in; AlphaGamer counters with bullish institutional remarks from a Fed payments conference. Main stories: Coinbase acquiring Echo ($375M) and a possible ICO 2.0; Kool wants access details; Miyagi explains how Echo groups and KYC work and warns most early deals fail. Kadena shutting down sparks talk on why funded projects fail (NatNat's Shark Tank lesson). Miyagi and Landy joke about moon phases vs options expiry. DraftKings buys Railbird to enter prediction markets; Bread on build-vs-buy and incentives; Kkoma on sportsbook incentives; xFactor on casino comps vs better odds. Cantor explains SAFE plus token warrant VC deals; Landy on outside AI capital. Bread shares x402 experiments and API design advice for Melee Markets. NatNat lists questions she wants Wallchain to answer about X score updates. Market talk is discussion, not advice.

[0:03:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's up, everybody? Hope everybody's doing well. Happy Tuesday. I almost lost it for a second. I pulled the cool. I was like, wait a minute. What is today? Happy Tuesday. Hope everybody is well. There is a ton of info in the markets today. I had a very eventful day. We had Yuri on this morning on the breakfast show. Dudu, it was kind of awesome. We got to chat with the wall chain, Quacka himself. So got some stuff there. There was some Coinbase acquisitions being made. There's potential. I mean, the puzzle pieces are out here, ladies and gents. We just gotta be able to piece them together. And if you think for a second that I'm not in every single Coinbase executives' DMs at this very moment, you are very mistaken because I am. Shen, if you're listening, hit me back. Shen, if you're listening, hit me back, bro. Let's get this thing cooking. Cool. Well, it's good.
[0:04:29] Kool @koolcryptovc: Hey. What's up, bro? Hey. Hey. Definitely, guys, doing... Definitely looking forward to the updates. I know you you... I watched a little bit of the interview with Yuri, but you definitely gotta drop all off once we get a chance to do the show. Nana, what's up?
[0:04:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: What's up, Cole? You know what? It's been a very eventful day. I did I did listen to, the the interview as well. But I gotta say, guys, what hap... I I I I wanted to ask some real, real questions. Right? But be... Before we
[0:05:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: get into
[0:05:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: chat being like, my app doesn't update you. Nobody... You know what? You know what? As funny as that sound, the only person that was able to answer my question directly was Cool. Like, shout out to Cool. You could tell he's married. Right? Because he knows how to, like, answer these questions directly without any fluff. Like, I'm like, cool. This is what's going on. This is what I'm dealing with. Yada yada yada. And cool
[0:05:23] Moni @monitalan: is like, yeah. It happens. It's lagged,
[0:05:25] NatNat @Natnatx007: but don't worry. It's gonna fix this up. I'm like, oh, oh, oh. They said that you said
[0:05:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: 10 times in the chat, and I was like, oh, mine just fixed. You were like, mine's isn't.
[0:05:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. No. Because I I was, like, trying to... I thought it was just me, but he's like, no. It's... It happens, and eventually, it's gonna fix itself. So I guess because the leaderboard... That's tied into the leaderboard, I guess if there won't be a lot of activities there since my stuff isn't updated. Like, there's a... Apparently, there's a new project on it. I I can't even see because it's, like, frozen. Hopefully, it fix itself.
[0:05:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn cool. When she said, oh, it's like if you're married. Like, you were just like, yeah, honey. Yeah.
[0:06:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. No. Don't worry.
[0:06:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't worry. It's fine. It'll fix itself. It's it's okay. Yeah.
[0:06:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. Exactly. Versus, like, oh, don't worry about it. Just quack quack quack quack quack He's like, no. It's real. The problem is real. There's an issue there, it'll fix it. Don't worry about it.
[0:06:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Just quack, quack, quack, quack. He said, don't worry about it. Just quack, quack, quack, Exactly.
[0:06:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: Why don't we like this? I don't know.
[0:06:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't know, bro. I don't know, Nat. I don't know. All I know also is that y'all are too rich. Do y'all... Did y'all seen the video? Yo. That was Nana's baby in the video in, like, some, like, $7,000, like, rocking chair. You know what I mean? And I'm like, yo. The baby's talking. The baby was telling us, my
[0:06:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: mom makes so much money in Bitcoin that she can't eat. Like, she doesn't... You know, I don't even have... I could rock myself.
[0:06:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: And I was like, the fuck? This is crazy. How much money are y'all making up here? My cohosts are rich, rich, man. Listen. This is the place to tune in. Yeah.
[0:06:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: They found out that my son has an electric rock... Rocker. Right? It's it's pretty neat. He goes on it. It... I connect it to the Bluetooth, and I play, like, baby music, and it slowly, like, rocks him a little bit. And it hit... Apparently, his... Dave's mind was blown when he found it. He's like, look at that.
[0:07:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know you know what I had as a baby? My mom's foot. Right? My dad's big ass, thick ass foot that was literally on the thing, right, while he was eating, and it was just, like, literally just, like, like, he was, you know, like, you know, like, drum set where you gotta, like, put your foot on the thing. That's what was happening for me.
[0:07:27] Moni @monitalan: That was happening
[0:07:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: too. You see, like, back in the We want
[0:07:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: our children to have what we didn't have.
[0:07:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: Exactly. Exactly. You know, back in The Caribbean, they don't... They didn't even have, like, you know, baby car seat. Like, now when you give birth, you gotta take a baby car seat. They gotta see the baby in the car seat. Well, they won't let you leave with the baby. In the carina, you take your baby and you go. If it falls out the window while you drive it, that's on you. That is a 100% on you because nobody told you not to hold your baby tight.
[0:07:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's on your baby. Oh my gosh. This is crazy stuff. Oh god. Hatsu. My god. Now I get... I just see the name that, and it
[0:08:06] NatNat @Natnatx007: Hatsu is here for you.
[0:08:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: He really is here for us. I do what's good, bro.
[0:08:13] Voice N: Yo. I I can't stay long. I I am doing research. I got a lot of stuff I'm doing today, setting up for tomorrow's space. But I just wanted to come up here and call out everybody that's in this space. There's over 38 people in this space. We've got, like, five retweets, and you guys really need to get on this. What is happening? You guys need to support Dave, support Nat Nat, support Cool. Follow all the speakers and hit the retweet. It's free. It's easy. It's right down there at the bottom. Alright. I gotta drop out the listeners, but big love.
[0:08:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: Wow. He really is here for us.
[0:08:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. He is. How about that? Hudson was here for me. Bro, I'm trying to get people to get into vibe with the ATC. Oh, thanks, crypto. Nobody's really catching on. That one's not really catching on. Everyone's just messaging me, being like, oh,
[0:08:56] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Hatsu's here for me.
[0:08:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: I mean, because it... It's alright. No. It's alright. It... It's not like Hatsu is here, but it's it's alright.
[0:09:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Crazy work. Metavision. Hello. Landy.
[0:09:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: Landy, what's up?
[0:09:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hey. What's up, everybody? I am doing okay. Sorry. I'm a little late, and I might not be able to stay long as long as my connection can hold up. I've got lots of market alpha to give everyone, but that's all for later because... Look. If you haven't been paying attention to the movements in the market, you might wanna start paying attention, whether it's to to take advantage of opportunity or to, position yourself for potential Valhalla in the longer terms or in the shorter terms. So, there is a few things that I actually do wanna touch on, but, I'm sure that Nat and I are gonna probably say the same things. And, Dave, I'm gonna apologize ahead of time. It's probably not gonna be the most bullish take, but that's not because I'm not bullish.
[0:10:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: What's new? I mean, let's be serious. What's new? I mean, you... Hey.
[0:10:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: I've been... I I... I'm gonna I'm gonna take a little little bit of a victory lap, Nat not... You should too. We gotta take from Steve and start claiming our victories because we've been calling this market for a very long time. And I've had some conversations recently with some people that makes me realize that people don't take you seriously unless you're going to, you know, call out how damn good you are at things. And because... And and I'm being serious, actually. Because if you can't be your own advocate for how good you are at this shit and that you know your shit, people are... Oh, okay. They think this. I don't really... No. No. No. We've been calling this Nat Nod, who does... The two traders up here, have been calling this market perfectly for a very, very long time. And there is some things that you need to... Like, people should know. But, of course, I also wanna know a little bit about Infofy and why my wall chain stuff hasn't been updating either. You see? And why my quacks...
[0:11:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: Lady, they don't do this, bro. Don't pile on this.
[0:11:18] Landy @CryptoLandy: This ain't right. Your fault. You're... Had you had him on earlier, and I wanna know why Much more I even a on the... I don't even have a place. I don't even have a slot.
[0:11:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: It just says number. It
[0:11:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: says dash dash.
[0:11:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Was glazing you way too much the other day, bro. You got glazed way too much.
[0:11:38] Moni @monitalan: Way too much. These guys,
[0:11:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: this is crazy.
[0:11:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: What's the number to customer service? That's what I wanna know.
[0:11:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: I very... Outside of the jokes, have very nice things to say. Hey. Look. I... I'm not trying to stomp on your neck about it.
[0:11:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Chill out. Get on mute, this crazy ass puppet. Monica, what's up? Please.
[0:12:01] Moni @monitalan: I was gonna say, see, Landry, now that every time Koma and I complain, you understand our frustration of why we're not
[0:12:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: I get it.
[0:12:10] Moni @monitalan: Leaderboard. Why we're not... It's not being updated. Where's our Gennaro? Now you understand. Now you understand. Anyway, hello, everybody. Happy... What day is it? Tuesday? Tuesday. I don't know what day it is because Dave just released his weekly space stuff.
[0:12:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: I hate you all.
[0:12:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: I hate
[0:12:32] xFactor @xFactorPOL: you all so much.
[0:12:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Guys, do you know what a painstaking endeavor it is to do this damn calendar? I have to sit and stay focused for, like, a solid two hours. That is an impossibility in my world. That doesn't work. Like, it takes a Herculean effort. Gex, please, for the love of god, I'll trade you an anthem for a calendar and lots of money. I don't care. Somebody please help me with this calendar. Someone, please. Monie, good to have you. Samara, what's good, ninja?
[0:13:11] Samara @thee_samara: Yo, GM, GM, Dave, GM, cool, GM, Nat, GM, Randy, GM, Brett, Nat, Nat. Oh, what do you say? Nat, Monica. I can't see Monica on, like, the speaker section. I I I only see her, like, on the listener section. But, yeah, GM, GM, see you guys, man. GM, see you guys. Yeah. I'm here. Just chilling. You know? So, yeah, I'm just here, you know, for the alpha and everything. I'm just here. So, yeah, GM to you guys, man. GM to you guys. I'm currently doing, like, some things in real life. Some... I sound a little bit out of breath, but I'm here. I'm here. James, you
[0:13:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: know Yo. Chill out, bro. You don't do that on spaces. At least don't come off the mic if you're gonna be doing that shit, bro. Like
[0:13:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. No.
[0:13:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: Bro, what the fuck?
[0:13:47] Samara @thee_samara: No. Bro, I'm currently working out. So, like, I guess, you know... But, yeah, do
[0:13:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: whatever you want. I don't care. What kind... What do you what do you call it? You know what I mean? God. They're cool. What is this, bro? We we need a little decorum out here. You know what I mean? Ridiculous. Right.
[0:14:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: The Samara transition is underway. Brad, what's good, bro?
[0:14:11] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yo, GM gang. Just here cranking away, man. It's... I've been doing some cool shit, dude. Over the weekend, I've been playing with Coinbase's new four zero two x or x four zero two protocol, and it's, like, some techy, nerdy, deep shit, but it's dope. And it's gonna be some, like, game changing tech for, like, the Internet in general, not just, like, the little bubble of web three or just RWAs or just AI or just d p... Like, it's, like, some core Internet foundational shit. And so, yes, stoked to stoked to be playing around with that. And Melee Markets launched their first, market today. So chatting with their team, trying to figure out, like, what can we do with APIs, and what can we do to get them linked in with Billy. Do... I mean, yeah, man. Just business as usual. You know what I mean? Except, yo, today at Taco Bell, these bastards, bro, like, every day... Like, well, not every day. I don't eat that shit every day. I would die. But, like, whenever I go there, I always get a cheesy gordita crunch, right, with no lettuce because, like, Taco Bell lettuce is trash. And, usually, they get it right, and today, they didn't. And so that was kind of, you know, my wrench in the works for today.
[0:15:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: What the fuck is going on? Number one. Bro, I don't... Miyagi, I don't know, bro. I lose control of the show in the first five minutes. I don't I don't even know what happens sometimes.
[0:15:37] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: What was the thought about lettuce in a all things crypto space?
[0:15:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know you know what happened? You know what it is? He paid for it with his magic Internet money, so I think it counts.
[0:15:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's true. That's fair. That's a that's a good point. She is right. Yo, Brad, did Melee say that they they told us that, on the... We... We're in the on the tater chat. They were like, yeah. We don't have any a... Our APIs aren't set up yet. They they gave you API? Oh, I was
[0:16:02] Bread @_ToastMalone: No. No. Yeah. No. No. But that's what... No. But it's a perk, dude. The fact they don't have it set up yet, it's like, alright. Cool. So, yo, here's how you should set it up so that you're not different from everybody else in the prediction market landscape of APIs because everybody's doing it differently. So if you can get with a team before they actually actually build out their forward facing APIs, and you can kinda help guide how it should be set up.
[0:16:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Interesting. Bro, great point. I'm definitely gonna share that with Ninja. That's a... Thank you for that, dude. That... I did not even think about that, bro. That is fin... That's... That is alpha. Yeah.
[0:16:36] Bread @_ToastMalone: Collaboration, homie. Always out here. Collaboration over competition. And so if we can, like, get all these efforts on the same page, it'll just help all of us.
[0:16:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hell, yeah. Was that a crazy out saying that Nat always said collaboration happens at the top
[0:16:49] NatNat @Natnatx007: or something ridiculous. I don't know what it is.
[0:16:50] Bread @_ToastMalone: Waggley vibes, dog.
[0:16:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I guess. I don't know. Something like that. She didn't throw any emojis. That means that she must be rocking her baby. The electronic rocker must be not working. Miyagi, what's up, bro? You good?
[0:17:02] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: What up, gang? Yeah. No. Just chilling, hanging out.
[0:17:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, wait. You can you can't drop f bombs in here, Miyagi. There's no f bomb rule, just FYI.
[0:17:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: There's something... Unless you're you're you're planning on paying an invoice. So so let let me break it down for you. Right? So f words are 100 USD but paid in HBAR. Right? And then m f's are 200 USD but paid in HBAR. Anything above that is, 300 or $3.50 depending on how deep down the rabbit hole we got.
[0:17:31] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Alright. I'll expect it. I'll I'll save it for when it matters most, but I'm good. Thank you for giving me the heads up.
[0:17:37] Moni @monitalan: And if you didn't know HBR, I said there. Just kidding.
[0:17:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Not to be confused with HDAR. Right? I mean, really? What the hell? Ridiculous.
[0:17:45] Bread @_ToastMalone: What's hDAR, bro? What's the CA?
[0:17:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. Miyagi, just so you know, you have officially leapfrogged everybody pretty much up here except me and cool on the leaderboard. Good work, guys, aka step your freaking games up. And you are currently sitting at... Hold on. I... Because I owe you this. I know I owe you this. Miyagi. Miyagi, where... Are you on page... Tell me you're on page... You're not on page one. Miyagi on page one. Oh my god. Miyagi, you are number 19, up three spots with a 1.37% mind share, bro. Get... Clap this man up, bro. Bro, let's go, bro. Let's go. And you just got into this for how long ago?
[0:18:30] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: October 1 was my first info fi day.
[0:18:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, let me tell y'all something. Miyagi, you need to write the blueprint on how to do this, bro, because you are absolutely crushing it. No. In all seriousness, good work, bro. Really good stuff, man. It's good to see you climbing up. Come come for me, bro. Come for me. It's lonely at the top up here, bro.
[0:18:49] Kool @koolcryptovc: Come for me.
[0:18:49] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Let's go. Honestly, bro, like, it's been cool to reconnect with you and, like, you know, like, lot of the people out here and, like, you know, talk to you guys over the past week or so. Like, it's been it's been a while, you know? Like, I've been just trying to find my own footing, you know, in the space after, like, a bunch of people left and shit. So it's been cool to hang out with some people again and actually cook, you know, and actually see success and do things. So
[0:19:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go.
[0:19:13] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Choose choose
[0:19:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. I love it. I love it. I love it. Great stuff, man. Great stuff. Great stuff. Cobra, what's good, man? Welcome. How are you?
[0:19:22] Crypto Cobra @CryptaCobra: Happy to be back, Dave. I'm such an honored to be among all the legends. I see so many legends here. Cool crypto. It's the first time I have, honored to be with this guy on the, on the same space. And everybody else, literally, I see so many people. Monica, I see you down there. And this bald guy, I forgot his name, Moe. But, yeah, happy happy, very happy. It's gonna be an alpha. I think space like always, and I can't wait to learn more from your experiences and share some some valuable stuff, I mean, if if I could with with with the people here as well. Thank you for having me here.
[0:20:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Of course, man. My pleasure. Good stuff. Last but not least... Oh, no. I saw Pandora came up, Bald, welcome. You're new here. Welcome to ATC, man. Bald, can you hear me? You gotta be quick on the mic out here on the intros. Pandara, what's good? And then we're gonna kick this show off. What's good, Pandara?
[0:20:19] Pandera @Dsgnrayo: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. What's cooking, Dave? I I saw that you were checking people's spot. I said, let me just come up and
[0:20:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nah, bro. Nah. Nah. I owed Miyagi down. Yo, Pandara doesn't miss a beat. He said, yo, man. I heard you say something about the leaderboard for alignment. Let me scratch his neck like all, like, junkie.
[0:20:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: Let me get that let me get
[0:20:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: that leaderboard. Pandara, I got you. I got you after the show.
[0:20:40] Moni @monitalan: Yeah. Yeah.
[0:20:40] Pandera @Dsgnrayo: Yeah. That's cool. Shout. Cool. Shout, Tamar. Shout to not not not not. I you. Shout to everybody. Let's fucking go to New York here.
[0:20:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: Before we start, we have Ravdex, by the way, Dave. Ravdex, how are you? I don't know who's behind the account.
[0:20:55] Voice P: What's going on, Nat Nat? How's it going, Dave? ATC family. Good to be here. What a wild, wild roller coaster ride we're on this week. Loving every minute of it. Can't wait to talk all things crypto. Let's go.
[0:21:09] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I like that. And he
[0:21:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: didn't even show. Hey. Did you see that?
[0:21:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's because I do it all the time. Uh-huh. I'm
[0:21:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: happy about that. I like it. I like it. I like it. Okay. Let's let let... Let's jump into the stories. If you guys... Actually, I I do wanna cover this Coinbase story, but maybe we could do that second. Nat, Landy, give us kinda like the the Bitcoin outlook because Bitcoin had a jump today, man. For real. We saw a 108 yesterday, a 107 k. We literally up to a 111, 112 k. What's the deal? I see gold is kinda tanking. I saw China news essentially saying they came up with artificial gold they've created that can literally work just as good as a conductor. So there's a lot of crazy shit moving around out here. Nat, wanna kick us off? What's the deal out here?
[0:21:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So I'll kick it off, and then I'll pass it over to Landy. So what BTC is doing, it's moment. It's nothing new. Right? We... I think we we touched on these levels, a few times. So it's following the liquidity. So right now, earlier today, there was a lot of liquidity sitting at at one thirteen, one fourteen k area. We did mention that it was... When it hit, one zero seven, it had to hold one zero seven to go higher, then it kinda got stuck between one zero one zero nine and one ten. We did mention that if it was able to go above those levels, we would see it grab the liquidity at one thirty, one fifteen, and it did exactly that. It's consolidating a little bit. I think for me, area of next will be one sixteen to one eighteen and see what we do there. But, I think I I think this is, I think Landy and I were on the same page with this. If it does manage at some, for some reason to hit that one twenty three k, I do think at that point, if it does reject that one more time, it's gonna be a a big, big short signal. Because there's only so many times it can hit the top and reject and reject and reject without it going all the way down. Right? And then, on a few... A few few spaces ago, we we touched on the Bitcoin versus gold chart, and I specifically mentioned that gold is due for a pullback. And it'll be very interesting to see how Bitcoin reacts when gold pulls back. And we literally saw that today. We saw gold at a massive pullback, and then we saw Bitcoin pump and grab the liquidity that was sitting at that one thirteen, one fourteen k k area. So none of this movement should be as as a surprise that we've been trying to keep the audience and everyone up to date with what we're seeing on the chart, and it's been playing out just so. I'm sure Nandi has more he wants to add to this. And, Nandi, go ahead.
[0:23:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Give me just a minute.
[0:23:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, he's chewing up his very steak. That's what it is.
[0:23:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. It takes a while. Like...
[0:23:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: Two. Three. Hi, Koma.
[0:23:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: This is Koma. Look at this guy. Before he even gets introduced. Unbelievable. Hey, Coma. It's good to see good to see you show up for work. Real nice. Yeah.
[0:23:51] Moni @monitalan: I'm sorry I had to have some, you know, personal time and spend my one year anniversary with my partner last year... Last year... Yesterday. But... Yeah. Sorry. I can't make it to work on those days, Dave. You know? Just busting my chops.
[0:24:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: I think that's so beautiful that you guys had your one year anniversary. We just had our tenth year anniversary, comma.
[0:24:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait a minute. No. No. He said his partner. If you were out in public somewhere and your husband look at you and say, oh, yeah. This is my partner.
[0:24:18] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, yeah.... Saying
[0:24:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: something like that....
[0:24:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: Partner. I'm saying what? Partner. You better say why.
[0:24:26] Bread @_ToastMalone: It's my roommate, bro.
[0:24:27] Moni @monitalan: You guys are just not with the current times. That's the problem. You guys are all old. That's how you know it. That's how you know it.
[0:24:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: Well, according to some of these people, I was literally born yesterday. I don't know what you're talking about.
[0:24:39] Moni @monitalan: Except... Except Natna. She's she's just like a... What... What's that movie where, like, they're... Not Benjamin Button, but the girl that keeps living forever and has, like, multiple, like Twilight. Partners. That that works too, actually. That was not the movie, but I was thinking about, yeah, Twilight works.
[0:24:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, you're a or we're moving on. Kelma, what's good? Are we good?
[0:24:59] Moni @monitalan: We're moving on. Yeah. Are we moving on? No. I mean, everything is good, you know, on the aligners. I'm... I think I'm ranked, like, 20. For some reason, I can't get this old man off of number one. So, yeah, he's he's doing pretty well on that on that front. Turtle TGE is tomorrow, so I'm gonna... I'm definitely looking towards... Forward that... Forward to that as well. Yeah. So many info fi stuff. I think a lot of these projects are gonna try to, like, q four it up and then try to try to get... Try to basically commit more crimes before the end of the year. Samara, queue in you. You know, take take advantage of the crime. And then, yeah, I am now 21, it seems, on aligner, so I gotta I gotta step up my game.
[0:25:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, bro. Me, I... He's he's not even in 20 Yeah. Dave, you Okay. Cool.
[0:25:42] Kool @koolcryptovc: You you have... Once once it goes public... Right? You you you mean... Is it going public soon? Right? I'm sure. Like, days. Right? Am I correct or
[0:25:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: no?
[0:25:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Next couple days. Yeah.
[0:25:51] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. When he does, I I I think I might lose that spot, man. It's it's been hard maintaining it, and, yo, even for you too. Yeah. So I don't know. We'll see you guys. I think as long as you talk ten, 12:20, you're fine, but it's gonna it's gonna be very, very difficult to to maintain those spots once we go public, I think.
[0:26:09] Moni @monitalan: This is a hot take, but I think the wall chain leader, Algo needs to be fixed a little bit. I think
[0:26:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: it's just
[0:26:15] Moni @monitalan: too heavy on the the reply game.
[0:26:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Go ahead. Someone... That's a hot take.
[0:26:21] Moni @monitalan: It's a hot take right here.
[0:26:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: He said the algo, not the app. Okay?
[0:26:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's all fine.... 25.
[0:26:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: If you were 25, you'd be able to troubleshoot your own application, alright, without needing tech support.
[0:26:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: I need tech support. I need customer service. I need a therapist according to this.
[0:26:36] Kool @koolcryptovc: It's diff... It's diff... It's difficult to compete against accounts with replying 2,000 times a day, man. You cannot... I can't... Like, how? How are gonna complete? You're talking about twelve hours just sitting on a computer replying. So we have kids and jobs and wives and kids and girlfriends and all that stuff. It's difficult to to compete, man. 2,000 replies per day. Can you imagine how that is science y?
[0:26:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Did y'all see JMC's post? Monica, I'm coming right now. When he when he posted the picture, was like, I actually fell down the steps drunk, and I actually... And my head went into the wall, and it showed, like, the wall. The hell, like, a whole thing. He goes, how do I fix this? And I'm like, yo, GMC, you are doing way too many replies, bro. Like, my man is walking down the steps replying, and then he's falling down the steps and smashing his head into... He's he's like, the Airbnb is not gonna let me... Airbnb rating is gonna fucking tank. I'm like, Jim, so you got problems, bro.
[0:27:24] Moni @monitalan: Hey. If you're gonna, like, gonna hire an intern as well, like, once it does go live, you're gonna have to hire, like, one of those reply interns.
[0:27:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, hook me up. Between all the interns you and Cool have, I don't know, overseas somewhere, Cambodia, Vietnam, like, wherever, bro. Like, hook me up. You know what? Selfish of you guys.
[0:27:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: I might need one too. That reply game is crazy. Like, there's only so many ways I can say true that big tracks. I agree.
[0:27:50] xFactor @xFactorPOL: It's such a dumbass.
[0:27:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fire. Bet. Period.
[0:27:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: She's so retarded.
[0:28:04] Moni @monitalan: Apparently, new... There's a new term called six seven. Do you guys know about this? I I didn't I didn't
[0:28:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: know about
[0:28:09] Moni @monitalan: my god. Where have you been?
[0:28:15] Moni @monitalan: 67. No one knows what it means, but kids say it all the time, apparently, especially net net.
[0:28:20] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh my goodness.
[0:28:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: Don't worry.
[0:28:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm sorry. Go ahead.
[0:28:24] Moni @monitalan: That's okay. I was gonna ask Komo what his moon math was for turtle, but he just lost me with that.
[0:28:32] Moni @monitalan: 67. That's that's my reply. What what was your question? Sorry.
[0:28:36] Moni @monitalan: What's your moon math for turtle?
[0:28:39] Moni @monitalan: Oh, $10.
[0:28:42] Moni @monitalan: We wanna ask you how many you have.
[0:28:45] Moni @monitalan: No. It's a... I I I hope it's a dollar, but, basically, on the premarket, it's trading at, like, 36¢. And usually, premarkets mean it's gonna... It's... Premarkets trade usually at a higher value as Dave knows with WagMe. So, yeah, it's probably not gonna be that great.
[0:29:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: Bro, fuck you, bro. Why you gotta bring
[0:29:02] Bread @_ToastMalone: a whole shit up to the left? I miss my badge, bro.
[0:29:07] Moni @monitalan: He's eight... Dave is at eight... Has $80,000,000. I mean, sorry. 80,000,000. Okay.
[0:29:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy. Landy.
[0:29:17] Moni @monitalan: Landy, save us.
[0:29:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. Yo. Landy, Trudette. You... Facts. Hit hit us up, bro. Fire.
[0:29:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Basically, whatever Nat said, but...
[0:29:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Don't say whatever Nat
[0:29:32] Moni @monitalan: said. She
[0:29:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: literally just gave us every variation of, like, a texting reply of, like, yeah. Sup? You up? You out? True that. Facts.
[0:29:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look. Bitcoin, rallying off the lows, since yesterday is putting in probably a pretty damn ugly candle. Doesn't really mean too much, unless it starts to break down below, like, $10.75, and then it's probably gonna go and retest the lows that we saw last week. And, realistically, that's, you know, 104 to 106 is the main area, and then the downside area that was hit at 103 and a half is gonna be the area that you wanna see hold if it gets anywhere close to it. You don't wanna see... I would venture... You don't even wanna see a swing below there, to be honest. And that being, for those that don't know what a swing is, it's just a wick. We hit, some pretty key areas to the upside and overhead resistance between, like, one thirteen and a half, one fourteen, seven fifty, one fifteen area. So, essentially, one thirteen and a half to one fifteen is a big area overhead that needed to be recovered, and they got brutally rejected in the lower term time frames, but not in, like, a dump off fashion. So if, if we do see Bitcoin in the preferable range, here's the preferable range you wanna see it trading in. And I don't care if you're a Solana Maxi or you're an Ethereum Maxi. You wanna see Bitcoin actually holding up in the $10.09 to $1.12 range and then starting to close back above $1.12. If it can do that, then we can start to see the potential for, a move higher to the last real big lower high in the daily at $1.16. That area is fraught with peril. There's a lot of liquidity there between one sixteen and 01:18, so we need to see close above it to really go back and run those prior highs of the range. But right now, we're in this time period for the markets that is starting to get a little bit dicey if things break down further from here, meaning further than the low that we saw on Friday. That big washout on that Friday and that big leverage, wipe, if we start to see things push lower... And and we're... We'll still see liquidations, but we're very highly unlikely gonna see very large leverage liquidations in the market because so much was washed out. So if we go lower, it's because the spot side is starting to unwind. That spot trade unwind is... Will be coming from a lot of traditional market players. What's at odds with this is traditional markets actually look pretty good, And Bitcoin has the opportunity to look pretty good here too if it can start to recover back to the upside even if today's a shit ugly candle. Excuse my language. But there is the the whole cycle conversation. You're gonna hear it get louder. This is what I wanted to warn people about. You're gonna look around the timeline. You're probably already seeing it as cycle over tops in. You're gonna hear this heat up all throughout the rest of q four and likely into q one no matter what is happening with price, whether it's going up and making a new all time high or whether it's going down and hitting critical levels to the downside that are pretty much free real estate for trading back to the upside on bounces. You're gonna hear that it's... The four year cycle is here. It's over. Everything's gonna collapse. This is gonna get very, very loud in the next two to four weeks, and it does not matter if price is going up or down. So you need to be able to know the levels and understand where things are are going at their very basics. Go out and open a monthly chart. As long as Bitcoin is closing above 82.5, things look good. That's the last higher low on the monthly. If you start to see it below there on, like, really bad, like, it's... And we're talking a monthly. We're fairly far away from that area right now. But if you start to see it heading towards the mid to low eighties, uh-oh, that's bear market territory. And you don't even to drop the low at $74,420.69. Yes. We love memes in, trad five markets and spot markets as well. And, this is where... Pay attention to that structure because no matter where the monthly closes, as long as it's closing above there, this is just another high on the way to more highs. You're gonna hear a lot of people make a big deal about the 50 moving average, or you're gonna see charts everywhere. You probably already see them. Look at how many times it's bounced. It's either going to be the... All the bears are gonna get wrecked by shorting because they think it's a bear market, and it bounces at the 50 for the third time this cycle, or it's gonna... It's... Obviously, it's the end of the cycle, so this is when it breaks down from there. You're gonna hear all of that kind of noise. But make sure you just understand the basic structure. Longer term time frames, monthly, close above 82 and a half is what you wanna see. We're very far above there, but what's very important right now in those lower term time frames is paying attention to where the weeklies are closing. And you don't wanna see this area below one zero nine, one zero eight lost again on a weekly close, or even a swing, or it is going to test down significantly lower within this local area, probably down to, like, one zero one to, like, $98,000. So... But a $3,000 envelope there of liquidity. And, that's about it.
[0:35:08] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So the reason why these levels matter is because of the volatility that big one presents. Right? So we have to really pay attention because if it continues to reject these levels to go higher, then, obviously, it's going to meet the demand for the levels lower. And there's a lot of liquidity that's building up at 100 range, but all the way down to 50 k. Granted, sometimes it doesn't grab all the liquidity down below. Right? So I'm I'm completely... I can I can see it hitting that 70 ish, 75 k ish area? However, if we do lose that, then 50 k, but we have to pay close attention to these liquidity, especially being liquidity levels, especially being that Bitcoin right now, it's in an interesting position and it's extremely volatile. These levels do matter.
[0:35:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah, Nat. And one of the bigger things that I I wanna impart upon the audience that maybe doesn't watch my videos, a breakdown below the one zero one to 98 level on a weekly time frame is gonna be incredibly bearish because that's what's called volatility expansion to the downside. And there'd probably be nice bounces along the way because there's tons of support below, but that would be starting to really want to go and the downside areas and hunt that liquidity. The other thing I wanna say about liquidity levels that you're gonna hear a lot about that's coming up, like, your... People are prepping entire contents and series around this because they're prepping for the bear market on the media side of things. For for cryptocurrencies, I don't know what they're doing with traditional markets, but I could tell you that they are for cryptocurrencies. One of the bigger things... Those bids can be pulled and readjusted at any point. You know, Alpha Gamer came up here. He called them stink bids. That's actually what they are called by people outside of the market maker circles, and he's right. That's that's typically what a lot of people on Wall Street will call them, stink bids. We're putting them down there. If they get hit, they get hit. Otherwise, we readjust them. That's like flash crash stuff. People had had orders below, you know, all the way down... Laddered all the way down to the, you know, 98 to $10.01, which is basically around a $100,000 on average. Right? Didn't get hit for spot price, but it got hit on the high side of that on derivatives. Right? So they actually got orders in, including myself and many others on the long side. Just because, like, hey. If this level fails, like, that's the next largest level, we might as well just have some orders there. And they're like flyers. But, also, understand that if you think it can't happen, it most certainly can. Meaning to the downside and for those that are ultra bearish, if you think that it can't go make a new all time high, yeah, just understand that it absolutely can happen from here. We're in a a compression on a weekly time frame, which means this can very easily run right back to the upside and make a new all time high. But right to that particular level is we... If we see conditions met to the downside, meaning that the last low of last week at $10.03 and a half starts to get dropped for a spot or one zero two or one zero one on your derivatives charts, it's gonna be a it's gonna be a wild ride to the downside. There's still liquidity there to wash out and grab to the downside, and that's what price is gonna do. That's what price did today, is it took out all of the late shorts because everybody that was was all bullish at the highs didn't bother to hedge their positions at all. And when price went down and then started to rally back towards this weekly at $1.12, what did they do? They all went short again. And then today, they got absolutely wiped. Just absolutely wiped out. And and that's... You know, the... It's gonna... The price is gonna go wherever the most amount of order volume is. And you can look inside the markets here, and everybody looks at derivative volume here. I suggest that if you're in markets and you wanna look at where orders and levels are, pay attention to those spot ETFs because those are what's driving price action right now. Not not too much else. These derivatives pale in comparison to the derivatives that are being run-in those markets. And even just two x leverage, tickers outside of there doing billions and billions and billions of dollars in flow.
[0:39:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: I expect this volatility to increase, guys, because next week... Currently, we have earning seasons. Right? But next week, we do have f o m c rate decision day. So just keep your eyes and ears open. The expectation is a cut. Whether or not we get it, we shall see.
[0:39:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, Monique. Go for it. Yeah. Thank you, Lenny. I
[0:39:48] Moni @monitalan: don't know. One of my favorite reads, it's semaphore, and it has a headline today that US corporations appear optimistic about the country's economy, marking a turnaround from CEOs post liberation day warnings. Curious, Landy, is that what you're seeing? I think some companies raised their outlook. Right? And I think, Walmart. Yeah.
[0:40:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: Holiday season. Right? So coming in the holiday season, you're gonna see a lot of companies become optimistic in the media. But in... Boiling in the background is we have tons of debt to roll over and they need rates to come down. Just like the US government has debts that they're rolling over through the short end of the yield curve and wants rates to come down, wants Powell out, and they want, you know, basically zero rates essentially so they could refinance all the debt at no money, no no extra cost, right, and save a bunch of interest debt. You have companies doing the same thing. And also, it's good to get on TV and talk about your brand ahead of the holidays and shopping season. Consumer confidence has been has been strong. Consumer spending has been strong, and actual incomes are rising. They're they're they're now at pace and a little bit above pace with inflation. But the problem is, we we have we have massive amounts of debt coming due for a lot of institutional players. And what that... That's... That doesn't mean that they all blow up and go away. What that means is that they have to decrease their leverage. Right? And then the the other investors in there need to decrease their leverage and reposition, essentially. So it's it's much like not as as talked about and I've talked about is, like, we hedge on the way up. We have portfolios to protect, so we'll take the short side at logical areas that make sense. Even if they go into a loss, we'll still build them out against our other positions. Even a spot position, if you own a coin, taking a short against it is protecting your spot position. You take a little bit of a loss on it, but you're still winning on your spot side. And that's that's... Yeah.
[0:41:55] NatNat @Natnatx007: And then... Go ahead, Tim.
[0:41:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I I just had a quick question for you, Lendi. Like, I don't know if somebody put this in the chat or if I saw this on the timeline, but the GoFundMe founder, was that in our chat? I I don't know if somebody shared that here.
[0:42:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I did. I did. That time is so hard. Times are so hard that people are using crowdfunding for, like, regular stuff, like groceries and stuff. That's actually really fast.
[0:42:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: And then and then and then I see Trump saying, like, gas prices and grocery prices are the lowest they've ever been. So, like, where where do we look for this? Right? This is why the average consumer is, like, kinda confused. Like, what what do we do?
[0:42:28] Kool @koolcryptovc: It's it's... So just like Landy said, it's very regional it's regional 100%. Texas gas right now is $22,002 thousand $2.02... 2.1. Gas price is 2.1 right now in in Houston. Where am I right now? While California is probably, $78. Right? So re... Regional...
[0:42:45] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Did you say $2 pool? Yeah.
[0:42:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Oh, okay. So let me let me actually give you a good example, Dave, cause you've lived in California before. If you live closer to the city because the city of LA is failing, it's an absolute dumpster fire when it comes to finances. You're gonna find higher prices in stores, gas, electric, everything over in the city there, and that's where the most concentration of people is. Now you go just 20 miles outside there, you're paying 50¢ less in gas, and you're paying way less at the grocery stores. That... And it... It's... And that's because of the debt within the city, the the extra taxes within many of these cities that are crushing, and they keep raising them. Right? So, you know, it it... Real wages are up in The United States since the first of the year. They've been going up steadily across sectors. The problem is the jobs have been shedding the entire time since last year. So wages are going up, but we've been shedding jobs since the beginning of twenty twenty four. And then last summer, in summer of twenty twenty four before the election, we shed so many jobs preholiday that it was the... I think when you aggregate the actual data, was some of the... It was the largest amount of jobs lost preholiday season since 2008, which, by the way, many people look at 2008. We go the financial crisis of two thousand and eight. When did we actually see everything blow up? It was o eight into o nine. It was the next year. And one of the things that we saw in the first to second quarter of this year was a massive, what, a massive blowup in in in markets. Well, the response was for many cities, whereas everybody else is outside of these major cities, and we're talking Democrat and Republican run, they all have the same problem. They're leveraged to the tits and bonds, and they've been doing this for the better part of thirty to forty years in many cities. So they have massive amounts of debt. Even if the state has a surplus, they're not subsidizing these cities. So what are the cities doing? They're raising rates on everything. And then when they... You wanna get power in there, you wanna get
[0:45:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, New Jersey, bro. Any kind of natural resources. I was hanging... Bro, in New Jersey, just FYI. Like... And I was wondering this because, like, I was having this conversation with my friend that I went to go meet up in Jersey with this past weekend, and she was telling me... She was just like, yo. Like, my power bill was $365 last month. And I'm like, what? I'm like, you live in a one bedroom apart... Like, what are you talking? Like, 365 doll... In in Pleasant, New Jersey, bro. And I'm saying to myself, what the hell is going on? Like... And... But this makes sense to me now. Like, everything you just said, like, that makes sense. Like, at the end of the day... Yeah. Go ahead, Gimmer. Oh, sorry. Cool.
[0:45:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. No.
[0:45:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. I was
[0:45:40] Kool @koolcryptovc: gonna say I was say that that there's a reason why there's a a mass migration out of of these Cities. Of these cities, man. Like, the the the game the game has changed so much. We used to move to Cali. We used to move to Jersey. We used to move to New York. Now people are moving to freaking Houston and Dallas and Austin and and and Florida, and there's a reason for that, man. And I think it's it's pretty crazy. No joy. If you look at the... Those those like Landon said, very, very regional depending... You you... You're gonna spend a lot more depending on where you are, and it's all regional, man. It's pretty crazy, though.
[0:46:13] NatNat @Natnatx007: So All all of this Yeah. Landy, and then I... It's it's a question for you. Right? So all of this leads me into the the date... The the labor data. Right? We're not getting any of it the government is shut down. Right? But it would be very interesting to see what those numbers actually are when the government does open up because the FOMC, they they... They're looking into this data for... To help them make a decision. So that's why next week, Wednesday, is gonna be so important. Like, what are they going to do with that big void in the data?
[0:46:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: They have the data. So one of the one of the one of the things that we're not getting is the release of that data externally.
[0:46:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: They have it internally. Yeah....
[0:46:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: The the admit it. They have that data internally because many... Much of the data is aggregated by groups that are outside of the government infrastructure, and then they take in... Because, like, even the Fed collects that data themselves, and the Fed is not a government entity. Right? But a lot of the funding that that typically would come from that comes from contracts that are signed with a lot of these data from aggregators. And a lot of it's based on a lot of it's based on just, like, sample size, just so everyone knows, which is why there's a lot of variance in the data and also lies with statistics is one of the greatest things in human history. But one of the key things about data is when we got the big shock to markets about jobs, one of the things that people don't understand, all the revisions for jobs were year over year, meaning the prior year's gains were the ones being revised down. So one of the things that we've been battling in terms of, like, the Fed earlier in the year for the administration, the the Fed is saying, no. No. No. The job data is good. But then it gets revised down after the fact, revised down again, revised down again. And they're screaming going, we told you the data is going to be bad. We need to get out ahead of this. That's why, you know, I don't care if you don't like Trump or not or if you love him. He was right about this, and it's really Scott Passat who I think... I actually think he's a
[0:48:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: brilliant too guy. Even though I'm not into, like, politics and my vote was for Jesus. Okay? But I see... I think was so excited. He's very, very intelligent.
[0:48:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: He... He's a brilliant guy. That that labor data that we saw was revisions to 2024 data. The incoming month to month data for jobs has been picking up, but it's not making up for that huge gap that that Nana's talking about. And now the gap in data that we have from official government sources, I'm not really worried about that. They're gonna make their decision based on all of the data from all of those different, those different firms that aggregate that data. And I I do think that they're late. I think they're late cutting, but they're also between a rock and a hard place. Because if you cut too fast, you spook the entire market, the whole system deleverages, and everything goes haywire. And if you don't cut fast enough, things just end up inflating in a in a direction that makes it harder to cut again. So they've screwed themselves, and Powell has screwed himself by trying to save the economy and play the savior during the bear market of '22 coming out of that into '23, he prevented a much further fall. They did silent QE with the bank term funding program and all of this other crap that they did to cover up so they wouldn't have to say the word bailout. And that's coming home to roost because they had to cover up for that all of 2024, and they did that with knocking things out of the data that they didn't want to survey for anymore. And then making the criteria way tighter, the windows way tighter for for that data. Now that it's all being revised down, we're all left holding the bag. We have massive amounts of debt at state levels. I don't care if you have a surplus because all your cities are underwater. If they all go down, you don't have a state surplus anymore. We've got a national debt problem that is ballooned so much that if it is not solved through refinancing of debt, what we're going to see is a hyperinflationary environment. Why? Because they're gonna have to inflate the debt away. You either crash it out, your whole population suffers, and you never get elected again, or you never get a position again. You gotta go work in in in... For a corporation and try to rebuild that way, or you inflate it the hell away. And the administration is correct in that they do need to get rates to some of the levels that are in parity with other countries. The problem is the path to get there is fraught with a lot of problems and pain. And we're in a we're in a a manufacturing revolution that we're trying to bring over here and replace... What do you do about jobs now? You have AI, which is a major initiative. Corp... Corporations are looking to replace workers with AI, and now you've got... You're you're battling yourself. We wanna get AI and become the best in AI in crypto. We wanna bring manufacturing here, which a lot of AI is gonna take over the manufacturing jobs, a lot of robotics and AI. But that also means that we're gonna shed a lot of middle management jobs that that, quite frankly, weren't needed because we were just middle management America for the rest of the world. That's all gonna have to go away. What do we do with all the... Now all our numbers start falling apart for for job data. So what do we do? I don't know. I would say you make a stable coin, you offer UBI, and you get everybody on CBD CBD soft
[0:51:51] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. Bro, bro.
[0:51:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: We good day.
[0:51:53] Kool @koolcryptovc: We are cooks, bro. Like, it's not that way. We're 100% cook. He's just... He's a slow cook. No, dad. We're actually actually cook. If you don't have access to assets, access to gold or crypto or all those things for the next five, ten years, you are in big, big trouble, man.
[0:52:10] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: It's just the way it is.
[0:52:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: Can we say can we say
[0:52:12] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: that...... Contrarian.
[0:52:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: This is all bullish.
[0:52:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: One second one second one second. Got all the
[0:52:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: fear.... Back up.
[0:52:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. One one second.
[0:52:18] Moni @monitalan: Go ahead. Go ahead.
[0:52:18] NatNat @Natnatx007: Go Go Can can we say that when Vinyl was in office and he changed the term of a recession, didn't that complicate things a whole lot more more versus just letting recession We
[0:52:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: we have... Nat Nat, we have been in a recession since the end of twenty twenty one.
[0:52:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: They changed their definition.
[0:52:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: Never came.
[0:52:38] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Now it complicates fact that we didn't
[0:52:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: in there and completely changed the actual definition. There's, like, complicates... Yeah. They complicated things a little bit more.
[0:52:45] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Two negative quarters. Yeah.
[0:52:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: Exactly.
[0:52:47] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: So I just wanted to, you you know, take the contrarian. Now that, Landy, you have scared the bejesus out of everyone in the space
[0:52:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, you didn't want
[0:52:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: to really just dread out.
[0:52:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: The price action is picking for a summer at $10.09.
[0:53:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: The sky is falling over.
[0:53:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: My, Landy. Are you looking for another point? Talking?
[0:53:06] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. No. I need the
[0:53:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: position. Anyway...
[0:53:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. I'm just... I'm playing with you,
[0:53:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: daddy.... Before you say this.
[0:53:12] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But but I will I will I will let you guys know....
[0:53:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: In the best...
[0:53:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Hold on. Hold on.... In the best
[0:53:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: state. Hold on. Okay. Let Landy finish and then a gamer then will go to you. Go ahead, Landy.
[0:53:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: Listen. I know I know that it's might be a little cloudy in the bay. Give me just a second here because... Long one. The real point about that is that everyone that's here talking about crypto and getting involved in crypto, be ready to stick it out because you are in the revolutionary asset class and space. That's the point. Because the rest of the system is screwed, the pooch. They gotta come to us. So position accordingly, and that's bullish.
[0:53:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Okay.
[0:53:58] Moni @monitalan: I'll make the
[0:53:58] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You ready for the you ready for the contrarian? The the other side?
[0:54:02] Moni @monitalan: Go ahead. Make it quick.
[0:54:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: We got political stories. Hurry up.
[0:54:05] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Yeah. Oh oh, you're telling me to hurry up. Yeah. I just heard...
[0:54:08] Moni @monitalan: Yeah. We we allow Landy we allow Landy speak for, like, ten minutes. You get, like, thirty seconds. Go ahead.
[0:54:13] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Boom. Right? You see how this works, Coma? Exactly. I I I feel it. You can see me and Coma are on the same page now. But, anyways, I threw up top. If if anyone didn't watch it, I did. I sat there for four hours and watched this whole entire freaking meme.
[0:54:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: Is that why you would use screenshot it also? Image of that. Right?
[0:54:32] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Because I was actually, yeah, I was actually watching the whole thing word for word because I know no one else is gonna do it, so I'll do it. So these institutions that were at this payment... Digital asset payment meeting at the Federal Reserve that Landy's talking about said nothing of any of this, bearish and... Any... If anything, they were bullish. I mean, we had Kathy Wood up there pretty much preaching to the choir like, nope. This is all going higher. We're we're going to, like, trillions of dollars in assets. Then you had BlackRock right after. Then you had JPMorgan. Then you had all these big people up top. Even had a survey from Chainlink up there saying that CCIP is the latest, greatest, and it's got... All the RWAs are coming online and every... All these companies are, you know, contacting them to come online. So, I I mean, pretty much just watch for yourself. You'll see how bullish that that lead... I mean, it was four hours of bullish.
[0:55:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. But I'll I'll forget my...
[0:55:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: And and they were not talking about the four year cycle. They weren't talking about this is the end. They were saying that all these companies are trying to come in. They're not in yet. Right? So the other side... So so I I do agree with Landy, right, that that everything he said was legit. But, also, there's this other side of it of the institutions that they're... They don't care about a four year cycle. Right? They're just trying to get into position. And if they hear Cathie Wood and and, you know, BlackRock and, you know, all these big banks that are now coming online, like, they were literally saying... Like, the... What if even the federal governor... Like, that's why I put it on top. He literally said crypto is being woven into the fabric of our finance. And they're even making, like, new terms, like regulated DeFi. That was... They they kept bringing that up, and they're like, can we change it from DeFi to ScaleFi? So these these trad by, like, trillion dollar... Like, you know, like, billion dollar assets under management. These people are making their own terms now. Like, they don't they don't like DeFi. Right? Because, you know, they they just don't like... They wanna call it Scalify or regulated DeFi or... They... They're they're talking about bringing infrastructure in so that they can bring their liquidity to crypto. They wanna bring... Like, they wanna bring billions and billions into our market.
[0:56:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Asset adjusted value for ARC is beneath the bear market low right now. I don't listen to...
[0:57:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: So I wasn't going to say I was going to say that no one's going to get up there on the podium or on the pole and tell you BTC is gonna drop to this level, guys. Be careful. They're not going to say that even if BTC is going
[0:57:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: to Yeah.
[0:57:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: Go ahead.
[0:57:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: That was a long meeting though. Exactly like that. That was a long ass meeting that I just sat through.
[0:57:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: The the finance execs are not gonna go out and say, guys, we need to worry. Right? We we... Like, we are all assembled here. Now tell us exactly what's gonna go wrong.
[0:57:32] Moni @monitalan: Oh, where's Jamie Diamond? Look at
[0:57:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: the politicians. Yeah. Exactly. You... Yeah. Exactly. He said this is his freaking... His chase cronies over there and being like, hey. Just make make everything look nice. You know what I mean? Like, of course, they're
[0:57:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: not gonna
[0:57:46] xFactor @xFactorPOL: save this. Yeah.
[0:57:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: Know how you Dave, you know how you know that they're scared? They're talking about switching to an entirely different system, the one that we are in. That's how you know that they're shitting their pants because this just lends right into everything I just said. Their system is blowing the hell up, and they need to rotate into our system. It's a need. That's why I'm saying it's bullish in crypto. Long term, it is bullish. Just understand the lay of the land in the shorter term so you don't leave the space with less money or sell out on the lows. You stick around. You stick through all of the the bullshit and all of the timeline threads about how bad it's gonna get or how... Because... And like I said, the point is is you're gonna hear this talk about how bad it is and how the top is in and all this other crap just like
[0:58:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Another four year cycle.
[0:58:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: 35, one o one zero nine, one twelve. Remember, it was all over every single time. You're gonna hear that again, but understand that when there is significant structural changes, you're gonna hear it come from Nat, myself, Gamer, and many others that understand the technical side that you can have even better opportunity potentially ahead of you. Because they they are fighting for their lives. We have the opportunity to ride their coattails as they rush in.
[0:59:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. They weren't expecting Trump... They weren't expecting Trump. They weren't... This was unexpected. Right? Like, nobody was expecting it to be like this, and nobody was expecting the agenda to move this fast. Right? Like, I I don't care who you are, like, smartest minds on Wall Street, and you can tell that by everything that these guys up here are saying. So, yeah, I'm with you guys. Like, nobody... It was... It's out of the... Well well well, hold on.
[0:59:28] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Hold because you're calling them the you're calling them the so called smart investors, but yet they're fifteen years late to Bitcoin. So how smart are they really?
[0:59:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Good point, Gimmer. Great point. Exactly. And we'll we'll we'll close on that one. Good stuff, guys. I like this. I like this. But there's a ton more stories that I wanna make sure we get to. Obviously, the other one... The the the the main one that we saw today was the Coinbase acquisition of Echo, $375,000,000. For those who don't know, Echo is the on chain community, I guess, fund... I guess, fundraising platform. I don't know who Kobe is. Apparently, he's a a Web three legend. I probably need to know more about Kobe and do some homework. But Kobe help projects raise approximately 200,000,000 across 300 plus deals, since they launched just a year ago. Their product Sonar allows on chain public token sales. This could potentially be the return, ladies and gents, of ICO two point o. And if you're an aligner, bite your tongue. Alright? You better be out there peddling your ass, retweeting my shit. Alright? Because this right here, if this doesn't signify, we're like, hold up a second. Coinbase wants to own the whole cycle the same way that we saw Privy get acquired by Stripe and launch the chain. We talked about... This is the same narrative. This is the same thing happening again, just a little bit of a different arena. Coinbase wants to own the cycle. Now we don't just want to be the exchange. We want to be from start to finish. Right? That's what they want. They wanna close the entire loop and be like, we wanna have the monopoly on this. Right? Whether it's Coinbase or anybody else, they're gonna go after the same thing, but Coinbase is now trying to position themselves. And I say the aligners thing because if you are out here, like, tweeting and yapping and quacking or whatever, like, understanding what aligners does, this fits perfectly. And, like, if you guys didn't hear me what I said in the beginning, if you think for one second that I'm not in Shan's DMs already, right, like the guy who literally made this deal happen for Coinbase, you're crazy. The chief business development officer, I'm I'm in his DMs already. Trust me. Chief growth officer, Shen, I'm in his DMs too. Right? Like, this is how you have to be out here. You wanna be involved. Like, you've been given this opportunity. This is what you need to do. Like, take advantage. You have unprecedented access to be able to talk to these people that are making these $100,000,000 deals. Never in my life would I have ever had the opportunity to do this. I have no clue exactly if he's gonna respond. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't, but take advantage. But understand, ICO two point o, I'm kinda curious kinda what the whole panel thinks. Miyagi, I'll come to you in a second. Just wanna hit cool and that and that cool. What do you make of this... The the the the... This information point based?
[1:02:14] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. So this is this is very similar to, Binance Alpha in in a in a very weird way. It be different, but it's similar to that. Right? I... The only thing is I'm not sure if this should be available to everyone, especially US, people that live in The US. But if it is, that's freaking huge, man. But I think it's a big move. I think, and this this also could help with a a a project launches, and they know that all... Because it came through a call from from Coinbase, you're probably gonna get listed, and it's good for liquidity for the new projects. So I guess it's good, but I can't celebrate yet, man, until I know if I have access. Or is it... Is this gonna be only for
[1:03:00] Kool @koolcryptovc: regulated investors? Do do you need to have... You know, is there a threshold to get in? Is there a value to everyone? So I have to wait. I can't get excited until I know what the true details are because, like I said, I don't know. I mean, we'll see, though. But, usually, when you... I mean, when you do an ICO stuff, you have you have to KYC. You have to show proof that you... You'll work this much. And if you do, if you, meet all criteria, they they... You could, you know, join in the presale. But like I said, I can't get... I wanna get excited, bro. I just wanna know more details first, man.
[1:03:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And the other thing... And I'll I'll I'll back you up on that, cool, because the other thing too is, like, Coinbase is powerful. Let's let's make no mistake about it. But the actual impact that this is... This could potentially have on, let's say, quote, retail access or however they call, like, democratizing funding. Right? It... That's, like, 200,000,000 cool. But to me, in this grand scheme of things, that's still untested, specifically, like, at scale. You're you're not gonna, like... You have to really, like, put, like, the feet to the fire here. Like, dude, this needs to really be stressed at... To see, like, is this thing gonna be something for us to say, oh, the ICO era is coming back. You know what I'm saying? But... Yeah. I agree with you. Cool. Nat, go for it, and then I'll go to Miyagi.
[1:04:13] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So I'm I'm with both of you guys. So being part part of, doing the the aligners campaign, one thing that I was deep diving and really going into researching is the ICOs. Right? There's pros and cons to ICO, and one of the big cons is the massive dump that comes after TGE. So I I... Just just like Kuhl said, it's great news for Coinbase. Right? But whether it's good news for retailers or retail investors, we kinda need to dig in a little bit more and see what the details are and if retailers wanna get access to these things. And I think based on how that works, it may put aligners at the forefront to maybe potentially work something out with Coinbase as well.
[1:04:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Like, to me, aligners is, like, just... Is, like, the the next piece of that puzzle. Right?
[1:05:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: Like Exactly. Yes.
[1:05:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: ICO, amazing. But what you're not solving is also the the Red Wick Down syndrome on every single, like, TGE and token launch. Not to mention that every Tom, Dick, and Harry is probably gonna be like, oh, we launched on Echo... We're on the Echo Coinbase launchpad thinking it's gonna be like... You know what I mean? Like, looking for the cred. But, yeah, I think it's such a critical, critical piece. Marcin, I see you down there. We need to talk, bro, about aligners on Arbitrum. Let's go. Miyagi, go for it.
[1:05:31] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Hey. Yeah. I just wanted to to speak on the echo the echo thing. So I'm actually a part of Echo. I participated in rounds of Echo, and I could kinda give all the information that it seems that you guys don't have to kinda give the people in the space some more perspective. So anybody can apply for echo. You can go to the website. It's echo.xyz. You do have to KYC. You have to give your... I'd take pictures of your ID. You have to scan your face. You have to give your social. You have to give your tax ID. And if you're eligible and if you're just... Like, yeah, you have to fill out, like, tax information, all that stuff. And, if you're eligible, then you can be an investor. Now if you wanted to be a qualified investor, then you have to prove you have a million dollars or more on chain, and you have to connect wallets to the to the application with a million dollars worth of assets, and then that's how you become a qualified investor. Now it's pretty much like a chat room. Think about, like, Discords or, like, Twitter communities, and you have to request to get into these communities. And you have to, like, fill out almost like a cover letter. Not not, like, really like a cover letter. It's like like a small little box. But depending on, you know, how professional you wanna be, it can be like a cover letter. I kinda made mine like it depending on the groups I was joining. But to give an example, Kobe himself has a group on Echo. You also have an abstract community on Echo. You have an Azuki community, a base community. There's actually some alpha on Echo that a lot of people don't know, and I guess I could give that sauce. So a lot of people use Ethos. A lot of people use Ethos. Base ecosystem group had a seed round for Ethos a couple months ago. So that could possibly be for, you know, a TGE at some point. This was also the platform that plasma investors did really well. I was unfortunately not a part of that one. But just to to put it in perspective, this is not something that, like, you just throw in a thousand dollars. Like, again, if you have money, like, if you got money, you could punt, like, a rack at these... At all these things if you get involved. Right? Like, it it it is a... Like, it it could... This is something that doesn't happen every week or every day. To put it in perspective, I'm in five pretty popular groups. I'm in the base ecosystem group itself. I'm in Kobe's group. I'm in abstracts group, and I'm in another venture group. And I haven't seen one in about, like, six weeks. Like, six, seven weeks. So this is not something that happens all the time as well as from the time that you invest in these things to TGE, it could be, you know, six months to a year as well as about 90% of these things fail. So I appreciate you. First of all, I just wanna say thank you for giving me giving me the stage, you know, allowing me to to kinda yap and kinda give you guys the TLDR. But I kinda just wanted to end with a warning, Like, even if you could, it doesn't mean you should. You know, like mom always used to say. So be very careful. Do your research. But, like, to put it in perspective, like, we all know Ethos is a pretty popping company on base, and they're doing a lot of cool shit. So if I were to see Ethos, I would take a gamble on that just because, like, I know that confidently. Right? Like, I could see the use case. I could see it being built in real time. But, like, a lot of these projects don't exist yet. There's no product. Right? It's it's like angel investing. So be very careful with your money. You don't wanna just get on this ethos thing because Coinbase acquired it. You start chucking fucking thousands of dollars at these random angels, and next thing you know, you fucking, you know, spent half your fucking bull run profits on shit that never existed. So thank you guys again. I'll shut the fuck up. But if anybody has any questions, they could DM me or whatever. But... Yeah.
[1:09:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo, Miyagi, two things. One, I am not responsible for that bill net net. That is all Miyagi. That's first and foremost. Number two, Miyagi. Bro, where have you been my whole life, bro?
[1:09:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: I've been giving you all this. Like, yo, let me know in
[1:09:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: the leaderboard, bro. Put me in those groups, kid. Please. Give me access, bro. Add me in, bro. A simple little...
[1:10:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: You just
[1:10:05] Moni @monitalan: gave me access to the Zuki one, I'm so pretty happy about that.
[1:10:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Get out of here, Komo. You better chill out. You gotta stop it. Bro, yo, Miyagi, add me to the base on the abstract going. Come on, bro.
[1:10:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: Look. It it... You know?
[1:10:16] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: First of all... Okay. Look. First of all, it has no... Alright. So so look. I don't wanna talk about myself, but I've been around for a while, and I do have credentials. I have worked for a couple of web three projects. So, like, when you get... Like, the ID and everything is fine. Like like like like, the fucking the KYC doesn't know what I did in web three. That's not that's not what what gets you to... Into the group. What gets you into the group is who you are. Like, what you have you have to, like, like...
[1:10:44] Moni @monitalan: You're not him is basically
[1:10:59] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: I I I know you're trolling, and that's funny, but that's not what I meant. What I meant is is that I have no power over who can come into the group. If you KYC and you get through that part, then when you click on the group, it asks you to tell you who the fuck are you and why the fuck should we let you in.
[1:11:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, man.
[1:11:16] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: And you gotta fill that part out. And you gotta fill that part out. So, like, that's how I got into Coinbase groups and shit like that because I've worked with a project that that launched on Coinbase. So
[1:11:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, send me a link, bro. Just send me a link. I'll KYC whatever, bro. Like, network connections like that are worth so much to me. Are you kidding me? So put me... Bro, send me the link, Miyagi.
[1:11:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: And then Yo. You can the... While he sends you the link, I'll send you the invoice.
[1:11:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: And, comma, fuck you, bro.
[1:11:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh my god.... Than me, bro.
[1:11:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm sorry, Nat. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
[1:11:48] Moni @monitalan: Damn. Oh, man. I I I definitely hit a trigger there. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. But you know what?
[1:11:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. I'll come all fairness. I was thinking the exact same thing. Was is this...
[1:11:58] Moni @monitalan: I don't know. The way he was saying it, was like, oh, man.
[1:12:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: Guys, so they just came up... I'm not sure if this is one of the story that you wanted to talk to on Dave, but Kadena, right, it just... They literally...
[1:12:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Steacons.
[1:12:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: Don't know if you guys saw that. Literally just read it on my timeline, and the token is literally crashing right now.
[1:12:44] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Gonna turn that bitch into a spirit Halloween. They're gonna turn...
[1:12:48] Kool @koolcryptovc: You know what's crazy, man? This is, the fourth or fifth before the bear market, man. We haven't had a bear market. We have at least five projects already shut down. That's insane to me. Crazy.
[1:13:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. My alerts are going off right now. Every time I see my my CoinGecko alerts are going off, the, Chainlink down 5%, this down 5%. It looks like the market's just about to start taking the turn that Landy and Nat have let you
[1:13:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Thanks, Landy.
[1:13:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Seriously, man. Do you guys trade with
[1:13:21] Kool @koolcryptovc: the moon? It's it's it's it's not Landy's fault, man. You're playing Landy. It's all his fault.
[1:13:25] NatNat @Natnatx007: It is all his fault. Trade with the moon? No. Me, Adi, I don't trade with the moon, but surprisingly enough, when I'm on the moon,
[1:13:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: just... When I'm on the when I'm on the spaces, they are traders.
[1:13:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's the
[1:13:37] xFactor @xFactorPOL: new moon.
[1:13:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: They are traders. Yep.
[1:13:39] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Yeah. It's the new moon. You need to get a new job. So that's
[1:13:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: why the market Never failed.
[1:13:43] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Yeah. It never fails.
[1:13:44] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: New moon.
[1:13:44] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Yes, sir. Who... Wait. Who's talking? Landy? That's Landy?
[1:13:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. That's me. Alpha gamer.
[1:13:49] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Oh, alpha gamer? I'm sorry. I can't... I Yeah. It says you're listening for some reason. I just gave you a follow. Yeah.
[1:13:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, yeah.
[1:13:55] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Yeah. The moon triggers It's
[1:13:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: the it's the lunar. Yeah. The lunar cycle, the new moon is always fresh.
[1:14:01] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: You got... So look, guys. This is all you gotta remember. Right? Full moon, your bag is full. New moon, you gotta find a new job. It's that simple. That's all you gotta know.
[1:14:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's funny, but a lot of traders have successfully traded. Like, when we're on on some of these market talk spaces, these traders did make good money just trading based off the moon, and it's been working every time.
[1:14:23] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: I mean, I'm talking about it because I trade with the moon. Like, I literally have nothing but a Fibonacci and and a moon cycle on my chart. I don't know what the fuck a RSI
[1:14:46] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: I know. I know. I know. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
[1:14:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yo. What is
[1:14:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'm getting scoldings right now. Yeah.
[1:14:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: You gotta clean it up. Speakers. Somehow, like, how did all the Spanish speakers become the smartest MFers in this entire space,
[1:15:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: and all of a sudden,
[1:15:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: they all flocked to ATC? Bring them on. More. I need more. Come on.
[1:15:06] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Except because MatNat MatNat brings them in.
[1:15:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah.
[1:15:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: I bring my people in. That's what it is.
[1:15:11] Moni @monitalan: What? Hola. It's Coma.
[1:15:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know what's funny? Brad was trying to speak Spanish in the DMs one day in the group chat, and he's like, is fun. I saw... Expected for an electric, bro.
[1:15:31] Bread @_ToastMalone: Still know my high school Spanish, bro. Like, I mean, you know, you drop me off in a Spanish speaking country. I'm not gonna totally die. You know? Like, Bro, that's why
[1:15:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: have those real time... Like, those new ear pods where there's, like, real time translation. Technology fixes all this now, bro. We didn't speak no new languages. Yeah.
[1:15:47] Kool @koolcryptovc: I I would say if you are... If if if you are dating a Spanish girl, man, never ever seen of them, it's not a good idea. You you could take that from from personal experience, not a good idea.
[1:15:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: You you wanna laugh today on the hermetician?
[1:16:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. You're definitely married. Oh, today on the hermeticus?
[1:16:06] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Wait. Wait. Dave. What? Dave, so you're saying I should unplug my condena miners?
[1:16:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Is that
[1:16:11] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: what you're No.
[1:16:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: They said that there's a plan. And by the way, Nat, we posted... Brad posted that story, like, thirty minutes ago, but it was cool. I posted it. Eventually...
[1:16:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh my god.... It was Coma that posted it.
[1:16:23] Bread @_ToastMalone: No. He didn't. I posted that shit in the comments, Coma.
[1:16:25] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh my. Okay. I pinned it.
[1:16:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: I pinned it. If you scroll through if you scroll through, look at the second pinned tweet. That's shared by me from breads reach from breads No.
[1:16:35] xFactor @xFactorPOL: No one put...
[1:16:36] Moni @monitalan: Oh, I posted on the ATC chat. Posted on the ATC chat.
[1:16:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: Great job, guys.
[1:16:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, snap, bread. You you hanging me out to dry right now, bro?
[1:16:43] Bread @_ToastMalone: No, bro. I didn't even see that. All I saw was posting about, like, lab grown gold and stuff
[1:16:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: in there. Lab grown gold. Hey. China is trying to grow, like... Anyways. Okay. I do wanna get to the other story. Yeah. But the whole Kadena thing, Matti Kuhl, how many are gonna fail? I don't know. Who's next? Who's on the chopping block? Maybe it's Stay. I remember I was talking about Stay.
[1:17:04] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I guess Casper would be next....
[1:17:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Realized, like, when when Kuhl will come in and talk about, like, modular blockchains and, you know, they're in, like, the the crazy... And I'm like, I have no idea what Cool is saying. I don't know what modular and parallel... Means. I have no idea. Parallelogram? Bro, exactly. Geometry. They might as well... Yeah. I don't know. Might have been that, but I I
[1:17:25] Kool @koolcryptovc: I I would tell you the the the... It's the reason why a lot of footballs fail because they they raised a lot of money, but they spent a lot of money on, like, events and stuff like that, millions in advertising, all these things. They don't really plan for the future, man. That's why. And they do spend a lot of money on trying to, prop up the token. That doesn't help either. But, yeah, I'm just shocked, bro. Their market is not even here yet, and protocols are shutting down, bro. That is absolutely absolutely crazy. Crazy. So what happens if you go to... Go through another FTX or Lunar, another three, four years of bear market? What happens then?
[1:18:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. You know what?
[1:18:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: And Stan... And real quick, Nat. And Stanny was, like, one... Wasn't Stanny one of, like, the Chainlink OGs? Right? Like like... And when he spun this off, it was this whole, like, this is gonna be the blockchain l one proof of work. It's gonna be this this this. And we were like, alright. Cool. And it had buzz. I remember
[1:18:17] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yagi, what's this Coinbase invite you sent me? Yagi, what's this Coinbase invite?
[1:18:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, you need to chill. Yo, giver, chill out. Stop adding fuel to the fire. Nat, sorry. Go for it. No.
[1:18:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: He just he just followed me, and he sent me a a DM.
[1:18:30] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, you know you know
[1:18:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: what be ugly. Let me find out if
[1:18:32] xFactor @xFactorPOL: you're gonna
[1:18:32] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: send me shit.
[1:18:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know what's funny with regards to what you're saying, Dave?
[1:18:35] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Have me cackling because I literally checked my phone, and I was like, wait. What? I was like, I sent him an invoice.
[1:18:41] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, he got you? Kick you down, bro. I'm kick you down. He's gonna do to you what I did to x back yesterday. He didn't come in today. Damn. Like,. I'm sorry.
[1:18:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: He did not come in today. You heard him feeling. He's he's... His nose is hurt. His nose
[1:18:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: is hurt. So, Dave, you know what's funny with what you were mentioning with regards to these startups and the money? Yeah. I don't know if you guys watch Shark Tank, but you can actually learn a lot from some of these shows. Right? So one one major thing that they have mentioned multiple times throughout the show is a lot of these start ups, they suffer from too much money at the beginning. So what that does is it completely, it doesn't teach them how to manage money properly. Right? Because they have a big inflow of cash. So to them, they're like, okay. We have all the money we need. We can do whatever we want versus some other
[1:19:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: rich kids.
[1:19:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So they don't know what to do with it. They they they don't know, how to budget. They don't know how to manage. They don't know how to hire the right people. They... So, like, it kinda does them bad in the long run. So I see that a lot with these crypto companies. They get a lot of funding in the beginning, and then they they allocate the wrong percentage or they they spend money in the wrong places or they they just put it all towards the wrong thing, and it kinda ends up hurting them more and more. And so I... I'm not surprised this is happening, and I'm sure we'll see more of that too.
[1:19:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know who I'm calling next?
[1:19:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Just bad bad leadership. Know who I'm
[1:19:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: calling next? You know who I'm calling next? I'm gonna make this call right now. Even though there's a 20... A two... Oh my god. A six to a two six. You hear me? A 16 money behind them, story protocol. I'm not buying it. I'm sorry. I'm selling story protocol.
[1:20:11] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You're calling story?
[1:20:13] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yo. Yeah.
[1:20:13] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But I don't I don't I don't I
[1:20:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: don't know
[1:20:15] Kool @koolcryptovc: if I agree, bro. No. No. That's different, man. These are some some... Totally different.
[1:20:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I agree with it.
[1:20:20] Kool @koolcryptovc: It's different, man. You're talking about you're talking about if if blockchain for IPs, bro, that's that's too novel, man. I don't think so, bro.
[1:20:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't think Every blockchain can do the same thing. I've yet to see anything novel out of IP except a founder literally. It's, like, starting it, taking the money, then being like, I think I'm done now. Thank you very much. One of the cofounders is gone already, bro.
[1:20:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Go. No. You know what you know what Kadena reminds me of, guys, is is Gala Games. So it's just bad music.
[1:20:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Games. Oh.
[1:20:46] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. I'm serious. It's just bad news. Right? Because when the founders sue each other, that's not a good look. Right? And when you have people in leadership roles with power that don't know what they're doing with business, right, like, it is what it is. Right? So run the business into the ground.
[1:21:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: That is a great point, Gamer, because I say this all the time. You... The devs, the same... That that same thing can be applied to, like, from a marketing side. I say this all the time. Devs should not be the ones pitching the product. End of story. The same way that a business... The guy who builds the product doesn't mean that he can be the CEO of the company and run the day to day. You get money, you hire the right people to put in those positions. I I don't understand how this is like rocket science to a lot of people, but the majority percent. Yeah.
[1:21:30] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Bro.
[1:21:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. I speak to these companies all day, and they're like, can we just do OneSpace? And I'm like, what do you think OneSpace is going to do for you? Do you not understand? If you pay me for marketing, I'm going to tell you. I'll take your money for the one space. But at the end of the day, like, what are we talking about here? Like, what is your goal? What do you want to do? You essentially think you're gonna come farm people? That doesn't work. It doesn't work. Landy, go for it, and then I wanna get to the DraftKings, and I wanna talk about the Wallchain interview before we But, Landy, go for it.
[1:22:00] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. So I heard some moon talk a little bit earlier, and I was like, well, you know, I mean, everything is mooning in the lower term time frames just in reverse.
[1:22:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: Turn the chart upside down. Turn the chart upside down. It's like
[1:22:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: my little niece goes,
[1:22:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: it's opposite day, bro. Stop it.
[1:22:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: My daughter does that too.
[1:22:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, I mean...
[1:22:20] Moni @monitalan: Flip the chart horizontally. Flip the chart vertically. We're we're fine.
[1:22:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. If you if you flip it 360 degrees, it's still mooning in reverse. But... Look. Kadena, what a timely announcement with the new moon. Right? Like, isn't that just funny? Like, you know what? We might as well exit on this pump. Put the news out there, baby. We're done. Shutting down operations. Getting out. Like, we're probably gonna see more and more of this. And, again, keep your wits about you. It's about to get real wild on the timeline. Trust me.
[1:22:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I mean... Oh, no, man. New moon. But I... I'm I'm literally... As we speak, I'm literally looking at... I'm gonna start vibe coding a horoscope trading app. You know what I mean? So that everyone can come over to the app and be like, what's the sign today? What's going on with the moon? Why is, you know, mercury and fucking Gatorade and blah blah blah? You know what I'm saying? Like, whatever.
[1:23:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Not Gatorade.
[1:23:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: So so I love it.
[1:23:24] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: So you know how you know how easy this is to to not... Like, to debunk it? There's literally an indicator on trading view called moon phases. If you click that button, everyone go do that right now. This is homework. Attention. Alright? Everybody in this space, go do this right now. Put on moon phases. And if you tell me that every single... I would say 95% accuracy because there are some days where it's just a lower time frame, but 95% accuracy. On new moons, we fucking... Sorry. We freaking crash. And on full moons, we freaking mooed. Alright? If I am wrong, I will send you one Bitcoin that I don't have in escrow, whatever. But...
[1:24:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's just...
[1:24:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: You you know why. Right? You know why on new moons? I've explained this before in in other spaces. I'll explain this here. First of all, our calendar is set up around the moon phases. And and in the third to fourth week of every month, we get a new moon. See, they're gonna be on week three, which just so happens to be... Dave, say it with me. Options expiration week. Pokemon season. And...
[1:24:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, it's... The new moon always falls on in and around options expirations. This is where we see liquidity rotations in a big, big way. Plus, we have a few different factors. We have, obviously, it's the moon, and it's pulling on everybody's souls to go and sell. But, also, it's ox... Options expirations, and then we have the Fed meeting up... Upcoming. So this is... It's called hedge season. Hedge season. And you saw it in gold earlier today. You saw it... Well, it was kind of earlier. Like land scape?... Today.
[1:25:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landscaping is
[1:25:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: gold, I would say? Yeah. Landscaping is is you you escape the trade in profit and and then you live to hedge another day. But what they're doing is trimming those hedges on the way down so that they can load back up with that liquidity as it rolls into the next options cohort, basically, I guess you could call it.
[1:25:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Interesting. Alright, man. Let's go. A lot of amazing info here. I know that we're we're we're coming up on time, but I do wanna get to these stories because... And, Brett, I got some questions for you on the DraftKings side of things. DraftKings announced today that an acquisition... Well, you're gonna start seeing this more and more. We just saw, obviously, Polymarket get 2,000,000,000 at a $9,000,000,000 valuation from ICE, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange. Obviously, prediction market is the next thing that sets the tone. Every one of these billion dollar giant... Tens of billions of dollar giants are now looking around. You're looking at DraftKings at 30, almost $40,000,000,000 market cap. Same thing for FanDuel. By the way, Billy Betz is literally sitting at a measly four or five billion, just FYI. We look at this. Right? The acquisition of Railbird, a federally licensed exchange designated by the by the CFTC. The acquisition supports DraftKings' broader strategy to enter prediction markets, expanding its addressable opportunity through regulated event contracts. And they also confirmed plans to launch DraftKings predictions, a forthcoming mobile application that will allow customers to trade regulated event contracts on real world outcomes across finance, culture, and entertainment. If you think that they're not seeing Kalshi eat their lunch right now, you are very, very mistaken. Polymarket, Kalshi, like, these are the giants that are out here that these behemoths that are already here that have solidified their plate. These are the banks, right, in the trad fi world when we've been talking this whole time. These are the banks scurrying now being like, oh my god. What do we do? How do we fix this? Where do we go? This is exactly what's happening. I wanna get your take. I mean, I'll I'll come to you. But, Brett, what what, like, what what... What's the deal here? And I wanna pick your brain on how how how these maybe, like, some of these acquisitions work or what it would mean for, like, let's say, if somebody wanted to buy a building, like, for, like, the token. But give me your take on the whole DraftKings and and kinda hold, like, I'll look there.
[1:27:36] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah, dude. So it... It's interesting because just essentially, like, they're trying to take advantage of it now while there's still a lack of clarity so that they can help shape and kind of write the regulations. Because we're already seeing there's a bunch of states that are already calling on prediction market sports betting to be, like, not legal and blah blah blah. Right? And, like, ultimately, like, it is legal. We all know that. You know? It's just more so KYC versus out of country, and it's like, you know, that's where the law sits at it. It's not necessarily a state by state thing. And so with the fact that these centralized sportsbooks are losing so much volume and so much money because, like, they operate... Their profits come from people losing bets. And, like, the traditional sportsbook, like, a majority of their profits comes from you placing bad bets. Right? And there's a vague, and there's some other, like, fees and things like that that you end up paying. But, like, ultimately, it's, when you're doing a prediction market in your PVP, you know, it's not like the house isn't winning off the losers. You know? It's like the winners win off the losers, and that's just... Like, it's... There is no, like, house that's taking all of the losers' money and, like, Scrooge McDucking around, like, he's in a, you know, a a pool full of gold coins. You know? It's, it's interesting that they're going to ultimately acquire. Right? I mean, like, the the never ending thing, I mean, especially in startups. Right? But it it trickles, I guess, up to, like, even, like, the major corpse in tech. There's a constant battle between, you know, build or buy, you know, when it comes to tech. And it's, are you gonna spend the dev resources and the salary burn and, like, all that stuff to build in house something? Or would it be money better spent to just buy something that's essentially turnkey, you know, or you pick up a start up? Because it's like, yeah, this is like... We can literally plug it right in. Whoever's in charge of their tech, we'll bring on, you know, as part of the deal. We get them for a year with salary or whatever, you know, and they'll help integrate it all. And that's cheaper long term than it would be to try to build something completely in house. And so I think now we're starting to see, you know, the rise of prediction markets are... Essentially, all the competitors need to come play, and they all need tools. And they all need... You know, what's the differentiator between them and somebody else? You know? Like, why would you go to a DraftKing prediction market when you know the prices and odds and everything that are probably better on CalSheet or Polymarket. Right? So there has to be incentives there. Right? And straight up, like, other than, like, imaginary points and and, you know, little badges that you win on the Internet and, you know, dumb things like that, like, realistically, there aren't a whole lot of mechanisms out there right now as far as in incentivizing, like, to come to this person versus that person. You know? It's like, what badge are you wearing? You know? It's it's still so early that all of these tools and all of these companies have this opportunity to build essentially, you know, what everyone always talks about out here. Right? The picks and the shovels. You know? And so, like, legitimately, that's where we're at, though, with prediction markets is now all of these companies that have money and wanna play, they need to buy picks and shovels or they can't play.
[1:30:51] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Great point. Yeah. Coma, go
[1:30:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: hearing is when... This is my
[1:30:53] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: ATC batch.... Gave.
[1:30:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. When ATC batch...... Funny gamer. Coma, go for it.
[1:31:00] Moni @monitalan: Yeah. I mean, as someone that has played with around with DraftKings, like, I think the incentive is always gonna be more money or more points. Right? Like, DraftKings, FanDuel, all of them have so many crazy incentives to keep playing and keep losing, obviously, to... Because you're getting incentivized to lose, essentially. If you do too well, they're just gonna ban you at the end of the day. So, I I don't know how these prediction markets will be able to keep up unless somehow they've established some type of, like, relationship with these customers in one way or another. But to to be honest, like, DraftKings and FanDuel, they've had such a head start. I think it's easier for them to adapt to prediction markets than vice versa. So, of course, it's the typical, like, big corporates winning kind of mentality. But if anything, these prediction markets need to, like, take advantage of these first early moves and try to, like, do whatever they can to establish this customer base. As someone that does a lot of sports betting, like, the predictions market betting does feel a little off to me, in terms of, like, comfortability. So, I don't know. For some reason or another, when I do predictions market, I always feel like these, like, 20%, 10% bets are gonna win. But then whenever I look at, like, odds from a sports book when it's, like, plus 400, I'm like, this is idiotic. I would never bet this.
[1:32:17] Bread @_ToastMalone: Bro, I'm gonna I'm gonna send you something, bro, to play with. Right? Some some... I'll I'll let you play beta
[1:32:23] Moni @monitalan: testing as a dev. Yeah. Like, give it to me. Yeah.
[1:32:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah.
[1:32:25] Moni @monitalan: It's be my d chess. Alright.
[1:32:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Woah. Yeah. Yeah. Come on.
[1:32:29] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Give it to me. What the hell? Hey, guys. What's going on? I'm so sorry. Guy.
[1:32:33] Moni @monitalan: Man. Can you please man x factor again? Kick him out. Hey,
[1:32:37] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Welcome back. What's going on, guys? I'm sorry, man. I'm... I I missed the banger space. I was listening in to to some of it too in the... In this freaking work, dude. Somebody get me out of this web two job. If somebody is listening, I can help you. Just get me into web three. Thank you. But, hey, really quick because I spoke in a in a space earlier this morning in regards to this exact thing. Right? So here's the issue. Casinos have to... Or or price in the the big that they pay back to their players, whether that be, like, room comps or whatever the case may be in real life or online casinos, they'll give you a loss back bonus or whatever the case may be. There's certain mechanics. Prediction markets just give you that up front by giving you better odds, but people don't necessarily feel comfortable with that because you might have better odds up front when you're betting on a game or predicting on a game as I... Excuse me. I never said betting. Predict... When you're predicting on something, you're you're getting the better odds up front, but you're not getting, you know, your Vegas host to say, hey. You know, room's on me this time around. Here's $250 in slot dollars to to play with or work with. And that's all fine and dandy. That's the gap that Polymarket and Cauchy and stuff have to find. The only problem is that instead of them going lean with the tech, and this is kinda why my concern, is that they're paying a shit ton of money for influencers to make this tech cool, and they're spending their budget in that sector, leaving them kind of with the same salary that a casino would have, except no room to pay cashbacks or anything else like that. Because at the end of the day, you're losing money to another person, right, that predicted in there and set the lines. You're not losing it to the house. It's going to the guy that has the opposite bet to you. So it's gonna be interesting to see how they they they they kinda bring that in and incentivize it. The easiest thing to do would be to create a token, I think, and make a fat airdrop. But, you know, that can only go so far. Anyways, that's my 2¢.
[1:34:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: You said token airdrop, please. More money. More money. Brett, I I do have a question for you. And, Brett, this is not the... Like, necessarily directed at you, but maybe just in general for the for for the team here. What happens on, like, an acquisition? And does a... Like, does AbilityVets become, let's say, less attractive as an acquisition, like, target because you guys already have a token? Because for me, like, that's automatically what I think of is, like, oh, there's already a token? Like, we don't we don't want it. But if it's really something that's good, like, does that work? And I'm really curious how you guys are are are seeing this. Brenda, by all means, if you wanna kick it off on, like, please go ahead, and I would love to hear. Coma, I'd love to hear what you have to say x factor.
[1:35:17] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah, dude. I mean, it's, it's one of those things. It depends on what the valuation is at the time of the acquisition. And, like, realistically, I mean, like, straight up, I'm I'm vested on a slow drip until 2028, you know, with my token allocation as the dev. You know what I mean? And so it's not like, you know, how much of that is unlocked and realistically even accessible. And, you know, there's a lot of things that kinda go into an acquisition. There's a lot of profit to debt ratios and, you know, user growth over time. And, you know, it's all these things, like, you hear about, like, this brand new company that just spun up and then they got acquired. It was like, yeah, they just spun up and got acquired over the course of two, probably, maybe three years. You know what I mean? It's not... Like, it just doesn't happen really quickly. And so it's interesting now because they're all racing to try to find these, like, these companies and these teams that are building things, but it's like, we're... We... Like, we've all been building, like, a year and some change. You know? Like, we're we're coming up on, like, yeah, like, just over a year. So it's like, alright. You know, what's our three year numbers? I was like, we can project, but, like, who knows what the market's gonna do between now and then and what other tools and what other prediction markets. And, like, it's a really interesting time to be building in the space because every day, there's a new tool. You know? And there isn't a single, like, company that's like... And we have all of them. You know? It's like every single team building right now has their own little unique tool that they're using or doing or trying to differentiate themselves from the pack, but none of them are doing all of it. So it's gonna be interesting to see who actually ends up getting acquired out of this this group of, like... I'll call us all cohorts even though some of the teams piss me off.
[1:37:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Would love to hear what you have to say, and then x factor, if you wanna throw your 2¢ in, please, would really love to hear you guys.
[1:37:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Man, come on fuck you, bro.
[1:37:12] Moni @monitalan: I had to step out for a little bit. My bad. Please. X factor, go ahead.
[1:37:18] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Oh, now he's passing the mic to me. Caught with his pants down. So here's the thing too. Just to address the, Dave, I believe you spoke about, how venture capitalists would would value a company perhaps that already had a, have had Or anybody.
[1:37:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Anybody.
[1:37:33] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Right? So here's the thing, though. TGE. Right? It's in the name. So token generating event that automatically creates a flow of capital that the company didn't have previously. I don't think that stuff is necessarily priced in, on on a on a valuation if it hasn't happened, and it's something that they do in the future. That's only gonna add value to the brand. If it's already done, you know, the token, unless it has a specific utility, which in most cases, it doesn't doesn't really have a valuation metric, I would say, that these venture capitalists would would would price in. I would I would say that they'd still focus on their their revenue, stuff that you can see, the tangible stuff. That would be what really prices that in. As far as having a token or not, that's really... At the end of the day, Dave, you can go ahead and say, okay. Cool. You have a token? We're not longer gonna support the token. You're good. So as far as the token holder goes. So Yeah. I really don't think that that... That's priced in into venture capitalists or big money decisions even, you know, I don't know, financial institution or something coming in to do a loan. I don't I don't believe the token price would would play a major factor, honestly.
[1:38:44] Moni @monitalan: Maybe it's just a way to appeal to new investors that may not be typically crypto savvy, because we always hear the same, like, VC names. Right? Like, ace... Like, this... Yeah. So maybe we could bring some different type of liquidity from that perspective, but I have no I no idea.
[1:39:03] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. Technically, when you when you go TGE, though, you're basically crowd crowdfunding or crowdsourcing your own little venture capitalist round type of shit yourself. Right? So it's it's a completely separate event in in my opinion. But but puppets got his hand up. I'd I'd love to hear his take and probably show Bitcoin, please, because I missed it.
[1:39:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, his take was the opposite of a sale. I... Wait. Wait.
[1:39:28] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Am I selling my longs? Am I selling my longs? I'm late. What's going on here?
[1:39:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Lindi. Right before... Lindi, real quick. I know Cantor had his hand up, and I'll come right back to you. Lind... Cantor, go for it, bro.
[1:39:48] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: Yeah. I've actually... X factor, I think it's quite contrary to how VCs are looking at the industry right now. For most VCs, at least crypto native VCs, a token is very appetizing. The most common type of deal that VCs are doing right now is called a safe for the token warrant, which is... It's basically a promise of future equity along with the ability to get a token allocation. It's a really lucrative deal for...
[1:40:18] xFactor @xFactorPOL: What's it called? I'm sorry. I missed that.
[1:40:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: A safe.
[1:40:20] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: It's a safe a SAFE for the token war. It's a really lucrative deal for most VCs that are coming in from the Web three side because you're getting the potential future outside on the equity side, and you're also... Along with that valuation, you get some allocation tokens. And depending on how the startup sets it up because there's different kinds of token warrants, you can either get a pro rata of the the tokens based on... Like, you put in a 100 k, you get some equity, and you get some tokens. Other times, you get equity and then you get you get, like, a... Basically, you're allowed to purchase a certain amount of tokens at x y z price. It really depends how the startup set it up. But for Web three VCs, this is these are the kinds of deals that they are looking for. And, of course, like you said, there has to be something around the token. Either the team has the capability to just launch speculation into the stratosphere and, know, things like utility just don't matter at that point. Or you do have use cases where there is utility baked in, and it makes sense for VC to come at. At the same time as it pertains to VCs and money, it's it's it's VC. The VC industry is kinda driving a
[1:41:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: little bit.
[1:41:34] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: It's become a lot more commodified to...
[1:41:37] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: What was that? Say that again. Yeah.
[1:41:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's like...
[1:41:40] Moni @monitalan: He's like... He's running all over us.
[1:41:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's in New York.... Dropping so
[1:41:48] xFactor @xFactorPOL: much alpha that he's actually literally going to jail.
[1:41:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: I was just speaking. Yeah.
[1:41:52] Moni @monitalan: He just... With the VC? No.
[1:41:54] xFactor @xFactorPOL: But, yeah, he's he's making he's making sense. But in order for that to happen, right, the token would have to have been structured appropriately at the beginning because at that... In that in
[1:42:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: that same scenario, you're still selling bro. He's saying beforehand. Like, it's lucrative in the go with TG. Yeah. That's what he's saying. It's super lucrative now. For sure. Of course.
[1:42:14] xFactor @xFactorPOL: You could pry... You could price that in into into a VC deal and and package it in. Of course. Yeah.
[1:42:19] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: And then you can do
[1:42:20] xFactor @xFactorPOL: good mood math on that shit, which is awesome for anybody. Right? Yeah. Of course.
[1:42:24] Moni @monitalan: Yeah.
[1:42:24] Kantorcodes | ℏol/acc @Kantorcodes: Yeah. But it... It's quite nuanced too. That's... And my my apologies. The ambulance was Zoom passed as I was talking. It... It's really nuanced because a lot of the argument that founders make in... On the web three side and the start up side is that, hey. No. My token has no value at all for tax reasons. Right? So at the same time that you're giving these investors this capability to buy into your token, you're also saying my token has no value. So nobody gets gets screwed in taxes. So you try not to give it a valuation as long as possible as you humanely can while still appealing to the upside of investors. And that token warrant deal is kind of the most common that we're seeing right now with new start ups in the industry.
[1:43:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good stuff. Really good stuff.
[1:43:13] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. That's a dope take. Thank you, man. Appreciate appreciate that take for sure.
[1:43:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Amazing. Lindy, go for it and then we'll go to Miyagi.
[1:43:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. I was just gonna... Cantor kind of took, basically what I was gonna say. As somebody who does a lot of investment that I don't talk about and in most cases cannot talk about, When evaluating it, it really doesn't matter if you're in in crypto or Web three and you have or have already launched a token. It's usually... If you haven't launched one, they wanna get in on the TG in many of the ways that Kanter had mentioned. But if you already have a token, then it's okay. How much supply do you have? How much are we gonna buy off of you? And what kind of a debt or equity deal are we gonna do? Right? And the the... It's a debt equity deal either way that you look on it because you're gonna be in debt the tokens that are gonna be going to vesting for for whoever that is, and that's gonna be investing. And then it's all about how does that math at the end of the day And for how much money you're putting into, the project that could be on the token side of things because, you know, that liquidity can rise... It can raise the all boats, but the problem is is it can be pulled right out if the token is already live, right, by other players, and you you can't factor who's going to be pulling out. So you really have to do... It's a team to team deal. Right? It's the VC's team, and and the development team for whatever platform project or whatever it is, whether they have a token or not. Now a lot of the deals that I've been involved in over the years, because I I actually skipped the ICO era because it was so nasty and so dirty that we took different routes and went the network infrastructure route in a very large way, you know, end of fifteen into sixteen while ICO meta took off. Well, that helped us anyway because we're at the infrastructure level. So... But on the flip side of that, what we see now, and and I'm glad Kanter brought this up, VC investment is drying up and very, very, very quickly because, most of the larger capital that you're seeing, run through VCs, if it's not already crypto native VCs or born out of crypto people who made it, like teams that made it, projects that made it, individuals that made it, then it's capital coming in from the outside, and they wanna build their own shit. So they're bringing their own team, and then they'll hire and snipe off of other teams to build their own stuff. And excuse my language, but that's really how it's kind of working because it's an outside in and an inside out, and there's way more money on the outside coming in to do these types of things. That's one of the reasons why you're seeing a lot of the capital investment from very large asset under management VC attached firms into, you know, Base or, Hyperliquid or any of these other places. Right? Because that's more attractive, because you can build and and you can get, control of the network. We're finally seeing that holistic outside in view where it's okay. We already know that a lot of these VCs inside the ecosystems own a lot of the base tokens of these ecosystems or, at minimum, a lot of the infrastructure for these networks. We need to have a stake to protect our necks. And and if we... In order to protect our neck, we have to have a stake in the network or in the infra.
[1:46:47] Moni @monitalan: Need to
[1:46:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: hear. That... That's that's all for you, Dave. I just love doing that. Sorry. Shout out to that. But you have to... Then then you start building and funding those platforms, or you do them simultaneously, and then you build up your position, for that. If you're a project that's, like, in the AI game, one of the one of the easiest things to do to find funding is not to be looking inside of the crypto ecosystem. It's to be looking outside into a lot of venture capital that is investing in AI infrastructure. Like, a lot... Too many projects are counting on the chain and those VCs and the various... You know, all the different, foundations and stuff like that and then possible in ecosystem investment. When in reality, you could make billions outside of the ecosystem because if you got an... A solution to a problem or a new technology that is blazing a new path, the investors on the outside can recognize that far more than the people that are in here in most cases because the people that are here are vipers who wanna make a lot of money. Right? People on the outside in a short period of time. Right? In in a very short period of time in most cases. So their time horizon is gonna be very different than an than an AI investment focused VC firm from the outside looking in because they're in it for the long haul because you ain't putting the genie back in the bottle with crypto, and you certainly ain't doing that with AI.
[1:48:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good point. Yeah. Gamer, go for it, and then I wanna just touch on the last. And I know, Nat, if you have
[1:48:18] Kool @koolcryptovc: to jump, go for it. No worries. Yeah.
[1:48:21] Moni @monitalan: I got something.
[1:48:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Well, while Landy Landy had some valid points there, and and and, actually, you made me think of one real quick. You know? It was just, you know, kinda obvious. Right? Because you're saying, you know, think outside the box and, you know, try to solve a problem. So here's a open quest... Open ended question. Which crypto project can compete with AWS? Because that to me is the weak point, especially for the Ethereum layer twos because, essentially, all the layer twos went down with AWS. So if that's the the choke point, right, who's gonna replace them, or who's competing? Is it Akash? Is
[1:49:01] Moni @monitalan: it...
[1:49:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You know, like, what... Who is the the, like, number one crypto project that
[1:49:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: can
[1:49:06] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: take AWS's place?
[1:49:09] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Lewis. I'm gonna respond as as a... As Landy's advocate. I'm gonna say Bitcoin, and that's all I gotta say.
[1:49:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. Come on. Right.
[1:49:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. That's for
[1:49:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: real though. No. I'm I'm being serious. Which crypto project can replace a... AWS?
[1:49:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: I hear you. Yeah. There is none.
[1:49:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: There is
[1:49:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: none. That's fine. Yeah.
[1:49:27] Moni @monitalan: That sounds good. I mean...
[1:49:29] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Sounds like there's a sounds like there's a need for it then.
[1:49:33] Kool @koolcryptovc: Well Yeah. We've been
[1:49:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: trying that
[1:49:34] Moni @monitalan: for does it have to be web three, though, like, in that sense? Like
[1:49:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Without I don't know.
[1:49:39] Moni @monitalan: Just seems like a lot of extra steps for what... Like, what's the purpose of AWS is probably what we need to define, and then, like, why does Web three solve that problem?
[1:49:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Seven twenty. Get out of here with your existential questions that... Right now. Are you gonna
[1:49:51] Moni @monitalan: be saying It's a valid question, but it's also, what's the use case?
[1:49:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. What is, like Yeah. Exactly. Like
[1:49:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: To be or not to be?
[1:50:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. No. No. For real, Dave. No. I'm I'm just saying,
[1:50:03] NatNat @Natnatx007: like, women can dare that.
[1:50:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Seven twenty. We don't ask open ended questions when the show's coming to an end. I love it. It's a very genuine real question. Okay. We need to answer. Hey. Yeah. Can you go...
[1:50:13] xFactor @xFactorPOL: And you know what's crazy? Coma's not gonna be at the show tomorrow to ask that question for whatever reason.
[1:50:18] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hey, Dave. Can you tell it's a new moon? Can you tell?
[1:50:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Got the fucking retarded. I hate you all. Okay. Can we just tackle the the the wall chain thing today? Because I really wanna hear your guys' feedback. What did you make of the what did you make of the interview? Nat, I know you gotta jump, so if you wanna go first, but would you... Other than asking for tech support and being like... Yeah. And being like, true that, facts, whatever in the comments. Like, what I...
[1:50:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: So I I I guess I was looking for... Did did you guys ask him how often the x score is updated? Because, you know, listen. So when it comes to projects, there are two types of of individuals. Right? So first is this group that doesn't care about the analytics portion. They just type type type and do what they have to do, report... Repost, reply, whatever all day long. But then there's people like myself that we do care about, like, the analytics behind and how things actually work. So I guess I've... If if we were to have an interview with Yuri, one of my questions would be like, okay. How often is the x score updated? What triggers that? Right? If it's a lagging indicator, how far back are we looking? Right? What are we... What are they doing to fix that? Right? So I guess the... Those are the the the key points that I was that I was looking for that I kinda wanna ask him. Right? Because I feel like it ties into, like, the portion of the analytics, and it and it ties into literally everything else. But besides that, I would like to interview, I think, the... Renaming the NFT to... What was it? To Quackheads? Was... That's crazy. Somebody said...
[1:51:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: I think it was me. I gotta say Quackheads. He said Quackthino or... I forgot what to do. What was what was his suggestion?
[1:51:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I like Quackheads.
[1:51:56] Moni @monitalan: Yeah. That...
[1:51:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: That's a good one.
[1:51:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Quackheads. Yeah. I also told Yuri that if these NFTs go to 30 k, big fan of this... Big fan of the platform, bro. But, GG, I'm out at 30 k, my boy. Thank you very much for the money. Peace.
[1:52:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: But it was it was a good interview overall. I I I just want to know the answer to those questions, and I would love... If Yuri ever listens to this, I would love to have him on and ask him, like, those real tough questions.
[1:52:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. You know what I don't do it. You're... The the... They're PR trained, man. Like, I tried... You saw how I tried to catch him a few times today, and he was just like, is it... No. Nah. Oh. I'm like, goddamn. You're like, you've got some serious PR training. Yeah, Moni. What did you think? I I would really love to hear what you thought. Other than
[1:52:40] Moni @monitalan: that, haven't watched... Complaints out over here. I haven't watched it. I promise. I've been working.
[1:52:45] Miyagi ☯️ @MistaMiyagisWay: Oh my god.
[1:52:46] Moni @monitalan: Remember, some of us have clients that have meetings all day long.
[1:52:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: Don't watch it.
[1:52:53] Moni @monitalan: Me and Moe, you know, we're trying to be like you, Dave. You know?
[1:52:56] Moni @monitalan: We wanna be like you.
[1:52:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, now you guys are better.
[1:52:58] Moni @monitalan: Wait. Wait. Because Dave make
[1:52:59] xFactor @xFactorPOL: that three of them. Is that what you're saying?
[1:53:01] Moni @monitalan: That's, like, week that week.
[1:53:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: This is it.
[1:53:05] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. Dave has a Dave Dave has a day job. It involves sitting in his boxers doing some ungodly things in his bed.
[1:53:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: So Woah. Why is he always why is he
[1:53:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: always gotta go
[1:53:27] Moni @monitalan: me of the guy from Arbitrum was very well trained in the recent space I listened to or participated in.
[1:53:33] Moni @monitalan: Oh, Marcin. Yeah.
[1:53:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: They're very well trained.... Here, Monie?
[1:53:38] Moni @monitalan: They were very well trained.
[1:53:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Monie, he was here.
[1:53:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: Listen
[1:53:41] Moni @monitalan: to me, Dave.
[1:53:41] NatNat @Natnatx007: He did join?... Here today. Yeah.
[1:53:43] Moni @monitalan: Oh, that's awesome.
[1:53:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I...
[1:53:44] Moni @monitalan: And I tell him... He's... You know what? I don't know if they just... And if he's listening, he can say yes or no. But I think they they just kind of assigned him to do this whole Infify thing because he's been on every space. He's been... Not to say I... That this is not an important space, but he's been so active, engaging, listening.
[1:54:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: He sent
[1:54:06] Moni @monitalan: DMs to the top, like, 20 people in the leaderboard for Arbitrum. So he's been super, super active. He actually DM'd me with a bunch of questions. And I was like, I'm not the expert, but it's gone.
[1:54:19] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Money, really really quick. And when you're saying that they're PR trained and stuff like that, like, isn't isn't this the type of people that these web three companies, should be hiring for the specific roles, especially if they're if they're public facing?
[1:54:30] Moni @monitalan: I mean, there's so many there's
[1:54:32] xFactor @xFactorPOL: so many companies that get roasted. That's what I'm saying.
[1:54:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: No.
[1:54:35] xFactor @xFactorPOL: That's that many qualified people to to do just that. Right?
[1:54:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: So...... Anybody needs media
[1:54:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: can hire people like Dave.
