Dave, Landy, NatNat, Kool, and the ATC panel discussed President Trump pardoning Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) and what the pardon signals for US crypto policy and regulatory clarity. The crew also covered California's landmark Bitcoin rights legislation protecting self-custody without extra taxes, InfoFi and AlignerZ campaign leaderboards, falling mortgage rates around 6.1%, and the state-level push to abolish property taxes in Florida and Texas. Dave closed with Polymarket odds on the upcoming Monad airdrop timeline. All of this is discussion, not financial advice.

# All Things Crypto - CZ Pardoned by Trump | 2025-10-23 | https://x.com/i/spaces/1ynJOMzpRkrKR | status: approved # Speaker names are voice-match candidates, unconfirmed unless marked confirmed. [0:00:50] Voice K: We Every take a gym, every call a check. We don't follow trends. We... Why create momentum from credit fight or chain fight? We've been a system. They talk TV. We talk tokens and truth. We don't miss the web. We all built a booth. We don't chase coins. We chase conviction. Every drug decoded. [0:02:40] Voice K: Polymetabird. Cross chain preacher with the own chain verse. X factor wow. Big nose, big heart. Rada da energy from the very first chart. And Samara, she's the real disruptor. Bringing the outlaws back. Cryptos conductor. We don't chase coins. We [0:03:29] Voice K: Where legends appear. We don't chase coins. We chase conviction. Every job decoded. Every market mission. I'm the charts. All [0:03:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: My girl is straight. Hold on. I wanna test something new out. I don't know how long of a thing I could have typed, but let's see how this works. [0:04:08] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Some weirdo was dancing to that at the laundromat. [0:04:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: That was [0:04:14] Voice M: Welcome to all things crypto, ladies and gentlemen. Sit back, relax, and pour yourself a drink as we give you the rundown on everything that's happened in the world of crypto. Dave, cool, nat nat, happy to join this crew. Oh. And Dave said if there's no room on stage, leave coma in the listeners. [0:04:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: I fucking love this thing so much. Oh my god. [0:04:46] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: It was way too sexy, bro. That was that was too sexy, I think. [0:04:49] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Not liking that voice. [0:04:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Listen. Listen. Listen. Listen. We're all spoiled. Like, we had Junie for two and a half years, so we're a little bit spoiled. I get it. But listen. That's why Adam's here. Maybe we can give a little feedback. Maybe we can actually get to choose some voices or... You know what I'm saying? Like, Adam's a founder out here. You know what I mean? He wants to build a product that people are gonna use. You know what I'm saying? So, you know, it is what it is. And lucky for Coma, there's still space on stage. So Coma, if I were you, I'd request up quick quick. You know what I mean? Because if there... Oh, boy. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Is Natna? Where the heck? You wanna know some... Did Natna say she wasn't gonna be here? Monica said she wasn't gonna be here, but Nat Nat, oh, with the wolf spaces, you wouldn't even near you. Wolf spaces. She's definitely on time. She was the first one in the wolf spaces. Alright? You guys watch. Nat Nat's getting fine today. Heavy, heavy. [0:05:45] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Kid problems. [0:05:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. Stop shaking your... Yo. Chill out. We were there earlier today joining forces. I thought you were actually there too. You popped in for a second, but you're so ADHD that you're like, oh my god. They're playing music to start off with? I can't stay here for more than sixty seconds, and you couldn't even stay. It was a great conversation, by the way. Amazing conversation. What's good, everybody? Welcome to ATC, the final episode of the week. What you just heard was the song Jam DJ. My newest toy in this amazing, amazing Twitter spaces journey of ours that literally got amplified times a 100. You guys can now actually hear the lyrics and hear my genius in these spaces as opposed to just la la la. And it's also gonna benefit Hatsu as well because he buys TEMU keychain speakers. So at the end of the day, like, we're all in good shape. This is tech that we can all use. Yeah. Who's that? Who's on mute? Oh, Cobra? Oh, I was gonna say, who's [0:06:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm bad. [0:06:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: Say. My bad. My bad. I apologize. [0:06:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. You're good. You're good. You're good. Cool. What's cooking, bro? [0:06:54] Kool @koolcryptovc: Hey. What's up, guys? How guys doing? Happy happy Thursday, man. It's been a crazy, crazy week today. I mean, I'm I'm... This info five stuff of all chain has got me all wrecked, bro. I I am all in. I think I'm not being all in from day one. It's just... I I I don't have the choice to lock in even more now because what's happening is a lot of accounts from Kaito. I've seen how much money we're making on wall chain. They're pouring into wall chain now, which is making a lot of people lose their mind share ranking. And you know what that means? If you drop couple of spots, that could be two, three, four k out of your pocket. So it's been a... I've I've been going crazy just clicking out there, man. So hope you guys doing the same too because the party the party is on wall chain, man. And if you don't log in, they just gonna take money out of your pockets, man, while you are standing there waiting. So... Yeah. [0:07:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. Just to give everybody scope, and I'm gonna go around the room and say what's up to everybody. But just to give you scope, bro, I'm literally... Right now, I started, right, like, at the height of where I was, on aligners. Mind you, this is a private leaderboard. I was at 8.80.65% mindshare. Okay? In in the last four or five days, I'm now down to 5.6... And I've been... You see what I'm doing, bro. This is the only thing I'm tweeting about. I'm down to 5.64%. Gemscope, right, who's a killer out here on these leaderboards, is up to 5.17%. So today is probably, like, my last day, like, at top these rankings, like, at number one. But in a way, it's like, there was nowhere for me to go. You know what I mean? Like, when you're at the top, the only place for you to go is down. So it's like, shit. What do I... Like, how do I keep this up now? So now it's like, I like that there might be somebody in front of me, so now I'm gonna talk a lot of shit to GemScope and be able to chase this dude down. Obviously, Hatsu was unsuccessful at chasing me down. And, cool, I'm not talking that shit to you. I would I would never say something like that to you. Hatsu, he's got literally 40 inch arms, bro. 40 inches, bro. I'm not I'm not playing with that. But you're right. Cool. They're piling in, and I'm I'm seeing them on these leaderboards, bro. Up a 100... Every time I see up a 100, up a 100, up a 100, I'm like, who's the newbie that's coming in that's gonna start, like, you know, eating our lunch? And, bro, you guys haven't moved, cool, by the way. No. You [0:09:13] Kool @koolcryptovc: know. Sure. I I I I [0:09:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: could tell. Like, for example... I'll give [0:09:16] Kool @koolcryptovc: an example right now. On Idos. Right? Only one person has a Mindshare of 1%. One... Only one person out of thousands of people has a Mindshare of 1%. I have a Mindshare of point four, and I'm ranked, like, 40. That's how that's how insane it is. Go... Guys. Like I said, it's a it's a game we play, but, you know, it's a k... KOL paddle every day right now. So we'll see. [0:09:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn, bro. I'm spoiled as hell right now because I was... Don't get me wrong. I'm not counting the dollars before they're in, but, you know, when they show you the the the... What the potential is, and then this motherfucker goes and puts it on the timeline, I'm like, god damn it. But, you know, I guess we'll see. And the reason why I want the the leaderboard to go public just to f so everybody is clear, because they're like, why? You wanna gain my share? Now he extended it out, which... Whatever. It is what it is. But my payout, like, depends on... Like, it... Like, one of the factors is where I end up when the private campaign is over. So, like, if I continue to drop, that genuinely means, like, less money for me. Right? Like, if the if the if the leaderboard goes public tomorrow, I end up at 5.64. Right? Like, I was shooting to stay above seven or eight, which was... That was pretty pure... That was like coma payday. You know what I mean? That was, like, serious serious money money. But, look, at at the end of the day, I don't know. We're still gonna info file here. We're still gonna whatever. Matt, you're on probation. But the wolf space, you come on 10:00. Yeah. [0:10:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: So... No. So the reason why I would say is because I... And Landy was there. Someone kinda took what I said, and and I kinda had to, like, defend myself a little bit. And that's it. [0:10:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. You're making up excuses and trying to use a puppet as, like, your backup? [0:10:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. Not. So it was about Aster and and CZ, and and and I think it was just kinda... Maybe the way I said it was taken incorrectly. So we kinda had to, like, just clarify some points. [0:11:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't want no recycled takes, by the way. I don't want y'all coming from the wolf space and saying the same shit on ATC. You know that. Right? So y'all better come with some fresh takes or some some fresh. I do not wanna hear no recycled BS. Okay? [0:11:24] Kkoma @itskkoma: Feel I like I heard this in the whole space too. So... Yeah. [0:11:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fucking guy. [0:11:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: But I I I need to do a lap because my mic doesn't turn off. [0:11:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. You know what? Yeah. I... Do a lap. Maybe we'll take... We'll consider letting you back out when you come back. We'll see. Mhmm. Yo. Cool. You would have lost your mind today, bro. Somebody really thought Nat Nat was 25 in the in the wolf space. They were like, oh, Nat Nat 25? Oh my god. Like, your generation is so different and dot dot dot and this and that. I'm like... I'm I'm looking at Landy throwing Landy laughing emojis and that and that laughing emojis. I'm like, is anyone gonna say something? [0:12:02] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Wait. Did anyone She's 26 now, isn't she? [0:12:05] Kool @koolcryptovc: Did anyone say something? Did did [0:12:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: No, bro. I wasn't gonna [0:12:09] Kool @koolcryptovc: say anything. [0:12:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: You You kept quiet? [0:12:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: My life. [0:12:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: No, bro. I like my life, bro. What are you crazy? I I like my life. Okay? I am not... No. [0:12:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: I remember this, and she... So we were talking about AI, and he was like, well, your your generation your generation... I was like, that's my girl, my generation. Because [0:12:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: she heard... Because Matt made the joke of 25, and I was like, this is some shit. I'm like, I'm... Like, if I coulda... If Landy was in front of me, I would have been like, are you, like, I... He felt it through, like, the space. I'm like, are you gonna say something? And then we said to each other silently, like, I'm not gonna say nothing. You know, I'm not throwing an emoji. [0:12:49] Kool @koolcryptovc: This this this because I'm dogs too. Right? The... Dave Dave's dogs. I can't I can't tell you I'm I'm 25. I have I have a gray beard on my freaking face, man. So I can't I can't lie to you, man. I mean, so not not... You got you got you got dogs, man. We we we [0:13:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: need to see your face. [0:13:03] Kool @koolcryptovc: We need to we need to we need proof of work, man. Proof of work. Proof of age. [0:13:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Either that or I need you to send me a copy of your Social Security card, your bank card, your PIN number, [0:13:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: and I'm sure. I'm sure you... [0:13:16] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I know... I'm sure you [0:13:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: need my wallet address too. Right? [0:13:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. I have that already. That's fine. Don't worry about that. Like, gave me that a few times. Speed [0:13:23] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: frames might be nice, but, you know... [0:13:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. Damn. That is a hollow laundromat. Where... What laundromat are you? The jankiest of Hollywoods. [0:13:32] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Exactly. [0:13:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: I love it. Real quick, right before I go around to everybody else. Adam, I have a quick question for you. Does having the DJ up here cause any kinda, like, cross wires? Like, do you see... Do people report issues by having the song jam DJ near? Because I had it in this morning, and then the sun pump space literally rugged, I'm like, oh, shit. I'm like, that can't be me. But, like, I know Twitter has been obviously wonky, but I'm just curious. Do you hear anybody, like, give you kind of that kind of feedback or no? And welcome, by the way. [0:14:03] Voice C: Yeah. Great. Thanks thanks for having me. And there there is... I mean, so to be clear, like, this is... We're kind of using illegitimate methods to enter the space. Right? This is going against Elon's will, if you will. So, actually, Cloudflare is trying to force the damn thing out all the time. Actually, it's trying to force many of us out all the time, and that's why that's why we keep getting rugged. So it it that that... It can cause issues. It's... It it must be said, but it it shouldn't be nuclear. Right? Like, it shouldn't take out the entire space. That... That's probably gonna be through, you know, a combination of factors, not solely the DJ. [0:14:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Got it. Got it. Got Okay. I like it. I like it. I like it. [0:14:57] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Let me see. Woah. [0:14:59] Voice M: I'm fine. I'm not the problem. Nat Nat is the issue showing up late. [0:15:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, shit. What? Oh my god. Hey. Yo. Song Jay, DJ, chill out. Why are you coming up here causing a [0:15:13] NatNat @Natnatx007: Don't make me unplug. Oh. K. I will not... Where... I will unplug. Okay? Wow. Where's the wire? [0:15:20] Kkoma @itskkoma: We need a boxing match between that and that and Song Jay. [0:15:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: That and Song Jay, DJ. Talking. Shit. I love this. [0:15:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: Unplug it and reboot it and hit the, like, restart thing and the [0:15:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: MetaBeast MetaBeast, you're gonna have the best time with this. You have no idea. My life is complete now. Life is complete. Let me just say what's up to Hatsu, and then I'll come over to landing coma. Hatsu, what's good, bro? How are you? [0:15:45] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: Oh, no. Yo. My bad. I had trouble with my [0:15:54] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: Sorry. You know I had to do it. It's your fault that it exists. I'm just here to support you because you weren't here to support me this morning, and I noticed that. So I just wanna make sure that I showed up for you because I'm one of those friends who shows up anyway. So you guys down there, make sure you retweet the space. Make sure you leave a comment. Make sure you add Lurky in a comment down there for Dave and for the cohost because they appreciate you for that. [0:16:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Not not only was it terrible that he now has infected us again with hot he's like, hey, man. You no show, bro. Bro, listen. If you pay me, you know, what what Justin's son pays me to run his face, I'll come to your space on time all day every day. We didn't finish till 10:30 today, though, bro. That's why. But I'll definitely be there tomorrow and, obviously, next week. Good shout out too. Thanks for coming through, bro, and thank you for the for the reminders for everybody. Landy, what's cooking, bro? [0:16:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: I've been laughing my ass off all damn week. [0:16:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: I wasn't gonna say it today, boy. I was not gonna say it today. [0:16:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: Man. Look. If you... If if those of you are only following just us or or the crew around. If you're following the crew around, you felt this. This has been... It's been one of the funniest couple of weeks. I... It's been more than, you know, this week. It's been absolutely hilarious. Like, crying, laughing. I was trying not to unmute earlier to say something about... I want... Because the person was so genuine about, like, you know, your generation when it comes to these kinds of things, you're you're growing up, and it was just so perfect. I couldn't interrupt that. And and Dave is 100% correct. Like, you know what? I... Nat, you're 25 in my mind now. You have to be. There's no other way because it... Dave and I, with the wink and the nudge, didn't say a damn word because we were too busy, one, cracking the hell up the entire time. I could not hold back. Like, they... I I wanted to say some things. Like, I was gonna unmute to say, but I would have given it all away. So I had to, like, recompose, go do a few trades, wreck a few meme coin charts, and then come back, and then I was ready to go. But, yeah, look, it's it's always a great day to be with ATC and crew. So I'm looking forward to some of the interesting things that were... Are likely on the on the docket here to talk about today. [0:18:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Crime season is back, baby. Crime season is back. Kombat, [0:18:28] xFactor @xFactorPOL: what's going, baby? [0:18:30] Kkoma @itskkoma: Not much, man. I I went down this rabbit hole yesterday with Cookie. I think Cookie's actually could be a... Like a like a low key cook in terms of, like, the projects that they're talking about or they... Like, the campaigns camp... Campaigns that they're doing. They're kinda doing something similar where, basically, if you, like, stake a certain amount of cookie, then you get, like, a multiplier. And then, like, if you use the app, then you get a multiplier. So I've kind of started diving into this weird cookie journey. I, like, I moved some of my funds around to, you know, do some trading on on each of these platforms and talk about it. But I'm noticing, you know, like, obviously, like, the Kaidos, the wall chains, like, those have been pretty... A lot of people have been gravitating towards it because, like, of of Avantis and Kaido being the first one. But I... Behind the scenes, I just feel like some of these, like, not as well known Infofy platforms, they're, like, they're actually giving a very decent supply, like, the the VOOI, like, which is PerpDex. And I think it's funded by Binance Labs as well. So they're giving away, like, almost 2% of their to to... Like, token supply, and then this other platform is doing, like, 0.55. Like, these are cooks that are just kinda hiding behind the scenes, so definitely check out Cookie. I I I think they're gonna do pretty well. And I think their algorithm has gotten a little bit better. So... [0:19:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I like cook... I like the Cookie platform just from an analytics perspective. I always felt like, of all the platforms, I always felt that they were the most, like, well rounded, most intuitive. They give you the most information, and I like that. You know what I mean? Like, maybe it's the UI. I don't know. But I always felt that cookie, even though I earned no snaps, like, ever. I have, like, 40 snaps, and yet I have a bazillion smart followers, but I I don't earn any snaps. I like their platform. I really, really do like their platform. So that's good stuff, Komi. Let... Let's get into it a little bit later. Yeah. Yeah. Sure. [0:20:30] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Can I? Real quick social media service announcement. Do be careful if you do mess... Play around with cookie, dot fund, whatever. As I recently... I had stuff staked, and I came across a bad link. I forgot I had had the original one bookmarked, but there is a bad link out there for cookie, and it it almost got me. So just do be careful. [0:21:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good stuff, MetaBeast. [0:21:03] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: At the... MetaMask wallet really alerted me. All kinds [0:21:08] NatNat @Natnatx007: of Nice. [0:21:10] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Alerts. So [0:21:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: good job. [0:21:11] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Okay. Yeah. [0:21:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: I remember that. Yeah. Yes. I remember that. Alright. Good shit. Good stuff. Good stuff. [0:21:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, x factor is back. X factor, I just want you to know I've been advocating for you, like, since you... Since the whole incident happened. I told Cool. We had a side meeting, and I was like, I think that should be, you know, sanctioned or something like, you know, I think we should take a portion of the h bar back, bro. You know? Cool. Yeah. Cool. Good shout. [0:21:40] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Oh, damn. Cool. I thought we were, bro. That's alright. I I probably need to engage more on on Cool's post before he has my back like Dave's, to be honest. [0:21:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's that's that's what it is. It's all good. [0:21:52] xFactor @xFactorPOL: No. But, no, it wasn't it wasn't anything like that. I was actually laughing. I was dying, to be honest. So I've just been getting absolutely smoked at work, man. And I'm trying to speed track my my web three gig. It's it's it's nothing it's nothing hard, man, but it's just so mundane and repetitive. Like, the last couple days, I've just been... Just wanted to poke my eyes. [0:22:17] xFactor @xFactorPOL: It's it's great to it's it's great to be here. Can you guys hear me? [0:22:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. We got you cut out for a hot second, though. Oh, yeah. [0:22:22] Kool @koolcryptovc: So I [0:22:23] Kkoma @itskkoma: got a call. Yeah. [0:22:23] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. It's great to be here and and hanging out with my ATC fam again. Excited to talk about all this stuff that's going on. I missed a couple of things, but I just started recently solstice for solstice farming using Coma's ref link actually. So pivoting between Katana and solstice, and I'm I'm enjoying the little flywheel right there. Both great places, stables. Crypto's going to shit, and I am feeling good, man, because besides my BTC ledger that's absolutely just getting wrecked, Everything else is pretty good. I'm in stables for the most part. So my my mental state's chilling. Looking forward to hanging with you guys today. [0:22:58] Kkoma @itskkoma: Let's makes me so happy to... Like, sometimes when I see people doing the exact same plays or, like, very, like, similar plays, that's when I know, like like, people are starting to understand DeFi. Because, like, it took me a while to this year to really understand how DeFi works, and I would just, like, park my my crypto and do nothing with it. And literally, all I'm doing is moving it from one... I mean, obviously, there are risks, you know, always risks with contracts and whatever. But the fact that you could actually make your money productive, it... It's just insane how well DeFi works. So good job, x factor. I think that's a smart, smart play. [0:23:33] xFactor @xFactorPOL: You you and Austin have have helped me out from the beginning, honestly. I wouldn't have gotten in... Into it without you guys, so I appreciate you coming. I don't say it much, but appreciate it. [0:23:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Everybody fucking relax with the mushiness over here. I love you. [0:23:49] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I mean, he's still... You know, [0:23:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: but I [0:23:51] xFactor @xFactorPOL: gotta I gotta give him his flowers. He's still a terrible person, but... [0:23:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. Exactly. [0:23:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was sending him bunch of pump [0:23:58] Kkoma @itskkoma: pump on coins. Okay. [0:23:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, I'm actually pretty cool. That's actually pretty cool, expector. Bro, you guys are gonna love this. We'll talk about the Zora story. I literally did a a tunnel tweet today, and you could launch videos now on Zohr and get paid on them. Oh, you're gonna love this, but we'll get start... We'll get there in a minute. But I do wanna just say what's up to Adam, and then I know Bill is here. Like, real... And I see Brett here too. Adam, I I did wanna kinda just give you the floor for just a couple minutes because I wanna give you a chance to kinda talk about what we talked about in the space yesterday because I really love what SongJam is genuinely, like, doing, and I'm actually gonna create that group now because I'm severely ADHD. But, Adam, please, I I wanna give you, like, a quick two minutes, man, just to kinda intro yourself and and... You know, we go through all the crypto news here, but intro yourself and tell them what Song Gem is, bro. [0:24:50] Voice C: Thanks, man. And shout out to x factor, by the way, props. X factor actually took me up to the the first space I I did, I think, the first invitation I had to a space. So good good to see you, bro. And coma as well, like, in the pre TGE days even. I I think I I rolled into one of his spaces, and I met met with Eric. So great to see you guys, and great to see you again, Nat. And nice to meet you, everyone else, if I haven't already, or you've you've changed your PFP recently. And, yeah. So Songjam started life as a voice verification network because our voices are vulnerable in the age of AI. News flash, there's a deepfake attack every five minutes. So earlier this year, I thought really, really hard and came up with this concept for leveraging open hardware to validate your biosignal, so the vibrations that are produced when you speak, and pairing that with a proof of stake consensus mechanism to create a crypto economic form of verification. And so it's a little bit... A kind of a left curve way of looking at it is a little... It's a little bit like WorldCoin for your voice, but we take a modular approach rather than a monolithic approach. As in, we're not attempting to own the entire DID stack, but just do the voice piece really well. Anyway, that was a nice idea. But along the way, we kind of got distracted by all kinds of different things, such as building the DJ that you experienced at the beginning there, and also building up leaderboards. Right? So one of the things that we did for our campaign for our TGE on virtuals was build a leaderboard that's, based on the kind of Infofy meta. And as we had some experience building these products for x spaces, basically, we're able to kinda quite quickly build something that's kind of equivocal to what you see on all of these InfoFi platforms such as Kaito, Cookie, Wallchain, everything like that. But the twist is it's a white label product, so you can actually integrate it into your own website. And this has actually found product market fit. So we've done about a dozen of these now for different projects, including Quantrix. Right? Shout out x factor for picking, for, you know, for going with us for that one. And, yeah, it's it's been... It's it's super cool. So what we're actually looking at now is tokenizing Mindshare itself. So kind of leveraging creator coins to basically make the leaderboards civil resistant. Because one of the things that we've discovered along the way is there are various nefarious actors that are leveraging AI slop and also kind of botting the comments and all of that in order to level up on the leaderboards and kind of looking to actually, basically, as I say, tokenize the leaderboard itself. So every... We kind of open up market dynamics within Infofy and let people basically take different positions, on different members of the leaderboard. Right? So this is basically, you know, the concept that we're developing, and we're we're we're currently working on kind of experimenting with creator coin launches so that we can get, like, deeper insights into this component of of kind of tokenizing mindshare. Right? So it's... Yeah. The project's been developing real real good. And, yeah, we we continue to, like, provide these different endpoints to different projects all over the place, as well as, like, having now some interest from some Web two projects as well. So, yeah, that's, kind of Songjam in a nutshell. So we're still working on the, like, the big picture r and d for voice verification itself, which I think is, like, critically important, and have some interest from some top investors in the space. As as you might imagine, it's kind of, like, becoming more and more in vogue, this kind of thing. But but then we bootstrap with the product market fit we've got for the for the Infophy product and leaderboard. So, yeah, that's it. That's Songjam. Check us out. Songjam.space. [0:29:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Appreciate you, bro. And I've been playing around with some of the other stuff as well. Like, there's... It's really cool, like, the analytics and and everything else that kinda, like, you guys have. Like, I literally just loaded up this space, and I get to see everything, and I get to source listeners. Right? Like like, this is upgrade to pro. How do I upgrade to pro? I have, like, a couple 100,000 songs, like... Or sang staked. Can I? Like, do I upgrade that way? How does that work? [0:30:11] Voice C: Oh, yeah. Yeah, man. Well, so that's that's actually... Yeah. The... I mean, actually, we had set up a kinda traditional, like, Stripe subscription, but we are actually moving, like, the whole thing over to the Sang to the Sang token to to power all of that as well. And, yeah, like, good good shout out, by the way. I kind of as I say, it's like the whole project has kind of turned into an ecosystem in its own right, and I kind of forget to even so [0:30:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: much, bro. There's so much. It's amazing. [0:30:43] Voice C: Well, I'm I'm glad that you get so much out of it as well. So... Yeah. But there's the analytics. There's like... You know, we do the the, we can... They can kind of geographically pinpoint people that choose to reveal their location, right, in the analytics. So... And and you get the listener information for basically everybody that goes through the x front end. And... Yeah. So... And then it's like the DMs... Actually, the auto DMing thing is a feature that we've now... We've actually started to put, like, a a premium price tag on that because we've realized that it's, like, way more powerful than just the, like, $25 a month subscription that it was going at. And... Because XDMs are actually... You know, the conversion rate is is really high for them. So it's kind of... We... We've ended up making it into kind of a DB, like, upselling databases, basically. So we're we're about to roll with that... Roll out with that into the front end as well. [0:31:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: So is it? [0:31:49] Voice C: Yeah. It's definitely... Yeah. I... A lot of the features are actually free, including the DJ is is still free. We're gonna introduce the premium feature that... The cool thing that we're introducing to that is the playlisting bit, which will be then... Like, everyone will be able to check out everybody else's playlists as well, which I think is gonna be super exciting because it will will mean you don't... Those that can't be bothered to load in their own music will just be able to play with the music that's been loaded in by others. Right? [0:32:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Amazing, dude. Really amazing. And, like, if you guys... Just so you know, like, you could see, like, live stats on your space. Right? Like, the current listener count right now, how long we've been live, the listener retention numbers. It shows me who's recently joined, where they joined from. I literally have a full list right here. Literally, like, a full list of who is where. [0:32:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. When when you mean where they joined from, like, the actual location or more like the device? [0:32:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Their location. I know where you're at now. You know what I mean? I know exactly where you live. No. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. It shows you, like, general country or or, like, region or city. You're not panic for a second. You're like, oh my god. No. [0:33:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: I did not consent. [0:33:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. I don't... [0:33:05] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: So, basically, it shows you all the analytics and all the stuff that Twitter should be showing us. It gives us all that juice that we need. Okay. I love that. That's great. [0:33:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It's fine. Well, Dave's looking at mine going Dave's looking at mine going, how is he in how is he in in Paraguay right now? What the hell is he doing in Australia? Shit. Now he's [0:33:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: in USSR? Bro, Landy, you don't even show up on the list, bro. I swear. [0:33:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: I shouldn't. Shouldn't. Bro, you [0:33:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: don't even... You don't show up on the list. You're... It's like you're not... Oh, it just says recently joined. Hold on. I wanna see everybody. Oh my god, bro. [0:33:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: You should never see you should never see anything. [0:33:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're gonna refer to yourself in third person, [0:33:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: aren't you? Look. Know. I... It's right in the descript... My location is in my description. If you wanna check it, click click on my profile. I am right there all the time. The building is secure. I'm secure. You're never gonna find me. [0:34:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: In George Bush Center, Langley, Virginia. [0:34:05] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: You probably might be [0:34:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: in CIA. [0:34:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know, I was just about to say that on that space earlier. It's such a coincidence that Landy pops up on the space exactly at that moment when Dave mentioned CIA operative, and then you blink twice and Landy just popped up. [0:34:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: In the [0:34:24] xFactor @xFactorPOL: words CIA, FBI, crime, and Bitcoin, the puppet shows up. [0:34:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Crazy work. But... Yeah. And it also shows... What's really cool too is it shows me in real time who just showed up to the space. So shout out Avi. I see you. AMG, bored human, gig. Bro, like, this is such an intuitive tool. Like, I'm telling you, Humble just came in. P, what's up? B, what's cooking? Welcome to ATC. Share this out with your friends, please. Alright. Let's get into the stories, and then, like, yo, Adam, feel free to hang out. Villa, it's great to have you, my bro. Thank you for obviously everything you did in that last phase with Metavision, bro, and not making me come up. I appreciate the hell out of you. Like, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So let's get into the convos, guys, before we we spend an hour and a half just, like, sticking around. So CZ pardoned today by president Trump. How do we feel about this? Is crime season back? Where is Samara? Very coincidental that he is also not here, when CZ gets pardoned. But, Cole, what was your initial thoughts when you saw CZ get pardoned? Do you think he makes his way back to a leadership role at Binance now? [0:35:33] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. I'm not I'm not too sure about that one, if I will lie. But I would say I'm not surprised they got... Oh, he he got the the pardon for Trump. CZ has been very... I'm sorry. Binance itself, they've been very... They're making moves that that they they never did before. The first one is Robinhood listed BNB, which is crazy. Coinbase listed BNB, is even more crazy, and Binance has had a flood of u... USDC. So they're they're pushing their... The The US connection heavy. So... And plus, I'm sure that they had they had a representative of Binance attend the the the the... I think the comp... The conference or whatever in in DC with Trump. So this connection has been has been cooking for months and months and months now. I'm not surprised. And another thing is I'm not sure if... Does Trump, does he get paid for this pardon? I think there might be some kinda [0:36:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yo. Right? Crime crime. [0:36:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: Donation? Probably donation, I think. [0:36:37] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. So so that's step in. What is this? That... That's that's what I thought too because this rapper, Lil Wayne. Lil Wayne had a had a issue years ago with going to prison, and all of a sudden, you know, he got a party from trauma. Like, yo. That makes no sense. So I think, yo. These parties are heavily backed by big money back. So I'm not surprised then. I mean, rich people, you have money. You're fine. You're gonna get a pardon. So... Yeah. [0:37:01] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Alright. Before before we all we all get cooked here and the FBI raids this space, there's definitely there's definitely a a huge possibility that, you know, wealthy people to get to their position do owe certain favors to certain people at certain times in their political careers. Maybe. Perhaps. But maybe... Well, Landy's going with his thumbs down over there. You know? I don't know. You know, I'm just I'm just saying. It's it's bullish for the industry, however, so that's what I care about for crypto. So I think let's let's keep pumping our bags and maybe get October going in the right direction here. What do you guys say? [0:37:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I kinda love that. Let's go Hatsu and then Landy. [0:37:43] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: I just wanna say that I'm sure that Binance investing heavily in Trump's USD 1 stablecoin has absolutely nothing to do with this at all, and that they are completely not connected, and that the billions and millions of dollars that are gonna be flowing through USD 1 now that people are actually paying attention to it, and now people actually know what the fuck it is because Binance is investing in it and talking about it all the time, I'm sure that all of the money that Trump makes out of that has nothing to do with CZ getting Klarden and Binance talking about being able to actually come back to America full steam. So, yeah, I just wanna say that those are not connected at [0:38:24] xFactor @xFactorPOL: all. Barely coincidental. [0:38:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thank you. [0:38:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: I just wanted to add real quick. Cool brought up a good point with regards to Binance being listed on Robinhood and Binance being listed on Coinbase. So CZ is actually an adviser. He has an advisory role in another token. I'm I'm sure you guys know of it. Right? Aster is, the trading desk... Dex, and he's... And he's been somewhat involved, very influential. He said his his role is more like a... Like, to guide or to advise the Yasir team. And Yasir also got listed on Binance and potentially maybe even Coinbase. I'm I'm curious, and I'm very interested to see how this all plays out now now that he... He's pardoned. Is he going to take more of a leadership role in that token in in Binance? And the other thing... The other thing... [0:39:10] Kkoma @itskkoma: I would doubt that. [0:39:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: Right. The other thing the other thing I've I've been I've been thinking about, right, this was mentioned on the previous page, is the potential for CZ to be in some kind of advisory role with Trump with regards to crypto. That's the rule.... [0:39:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Crypto.com. Shortcrypto.com. [0:39:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: He's jumping shit. [0:39:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Everybody jump shit. Short crypto... [0:39:29] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: Why would he why would he quit being an adviser and take a more leadership role when that just puts him in the crosshairs when he can just claim the adviser role and do the same thing? [0:39:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So he can be as... [0:39:40] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Especially especially with some of the stuff going around with Aster. I would I would stay comfy in [0:39:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: that advisory role. Right? [0:39:46] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: I agree. Yeah. [0:39:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, go for it. [0:39:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: As an adviser, I would advise him from my advisory role to stay an adviser. [0:39:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: Exactly. Do [0:39:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: not do not put that crosshair back on you. No. No. Look. Because the political winds can shift very, [0:40:07] Kool @koolcryptovc: very [0:40:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: quickly, and you'd rather be in a position that you have a nice parachute out of than to have a political and judicial crosshair on your back. And and look, there's likely zero direct payments. But when you look at this kind of stuff in any power structure, there is investment into different areas that are gonna get you noticed for what you're investing in. And it's not just USD 1, the stable. Keep in mind that that that that there's a lot on the World Liberty Financial token side of things and infrastructure building side of things because there's an entire infrastructure that underlies all of this that is connected to all of the different centralized and decentralized exchanges. So this has a lot to do with... There's so many different players involved, and they're all the same players that we've seen, from the crypto advisory committees, from the different crypto packs, that have been investing in anything that Trump or Trump related wants the investment in, whether it's mining and infrastructure, whether it's, different companies, whether it's, to push certain agendas for, for putting pressure on the congresspeople to get the genius act passed, and now the upcoming clarity act. Because, look, in in government, you can put your people in charge and they can get confirmed by congress, but there's an entire infrastructure below them that things still have to pass through. And and that's where you get the rub. So you need an outside in and an inside out approach to pushing forward policy and agendas. And you know what is really good at slicking the rails up? Money. Money is really good at slicking the rails up. And and that's how things are actually done in any political environment. I don't care what type of government it is. In any political environment, you cannot separate money from politics, and you cannot take politics out of money. This is... I don't care if if you're a communist or socialist. I don't care if you're a capitalist. It does not matter. Money and politics are intrinsically tied at the hip, and that's where, you know, we see things tend to go. I think it's good that Cece got a pardon. Look. There's... Realistically, there was no real reason why... Did he skirt the line? Yeah. Sure. But there was no real real... They they got him on petty shit. Right? And they were ready to go after him and let Sam Bankman Fried go. If if Sam Bankman Fried had kept his damn mouth shut, he probably could have got away with it. Right? Like... But he didn't. Instead, he shot himself in his foot while chewing on a freaking cucumber every five seconds. He was in walking PR disaster, and CZ wasn't. And CZ played a very big role in Sam Bachman Fried's collab. [0:43:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: It was the role. He was Rates SPF, bro. He buried them. I remember that. That was awesome. I did a whole... I did a week of spaces just on that. [0:43:29] Landy @CryptoLandy: And it was beautiful. I was I was waiting for it. I didn't want Sam Bankman Fried being the face of this industry. He was horrible. I I never... So one of the things that people don't know, because most people are new to me as of, like, this cycle, right, for when I've come back and talked on stages and did all this. Right? But I was against anyone getting into BlockFi, Celsius, Voyager, FTX, all of them. And I was even cautious at the time with Binance because there was there was a lot more... You think there's shady shit that goes on right now? There was so much shady shit going on, especially when you looked at the on chain transactions and kinda how everything kinda went. It was way worse. Way, way, way worse. You think that it's bad now and it's gonna get worse? No. No. It was way worse before. We actually have a lot more insight into what's going on now because they want to appease the US government, and they want to have the clarity and show that they're being good so that they can get preferential laws passed for the things that they want to do. And that's exactly what's going on in Washington DC. And I've, you know, been known to maybe travel there once in a while and speak with people. And part of what's happening is the world is changing very quickly, So you better figure out which one of these top people from this industry are gonna have your back and build out the infrastructure that you're looking for, and you need to weed out the rest. And this is where... Dave, you can feel free to mute me. But Justin Sun caught the under the stick. Right? Why did he catch the shit under the stick? Because he ran afoul of playing two games against each other. Right? He wanted to buy his way into the good graces of the Trump family and the crypto community in The United States at large at the... In the Washington sphere. Right? He wanted to buy his way in and throw his weight around because he has been doing this since really, like, '16 all the way through 2022. Many of you may not understand that Justin Sun played a very big role with Tether at the helm and getting all of that Tether in to pick up the lows after FTX collapsed. That was massive. If he wasn't able to get that... Those funds moved and basically go to Tether and print and all the deals he did behind the scenes and then run through Tron and the network to actually pick up those lows, we could have gone to the 8 to 10,000 or $12,000, range because we were we were lacking liquidity across all of these different exchanges. And, obviously, it went through Huobi first and, like, all this other stuff, but it proliferates from there. So if he hadn't done the deal with Tethr that he did, we might have dove further just because of the lack of liquidity. Even though the spot buying was there, we didn't have major massive institutional stop... Spot buyers at that particular moment. We didn't have a backstop of spot ETFs to suck it all up with APs just ready to bid. It just wasn't there. So Justin wanted to be able to throw his weight around in that way, but I think he forced the issue a little bit too much, and that's why he got locked out. He tried to play both sides against each other, but you can't have your cake and eat it too is what he found out. You gotta capitulate to this administration if you really wanna get things done. That's kind of... It's kind of a go or no go. You're either all in American or you're not. And you can't be all in American and all in China or all in Taiwan or all in other nations. Right? You gotta... It's all American or no... And nothing else, or you can play in the internationals... In the international scene. So CZ clearly has indicated likely that he's going to play the American ballgame for crypto, and that's actually... That's the guy you want. That's the guy you want playing in this industry in The United States because he understands the good, the bad, the ugly, and he's been around and withstood it all. And he got got on some real hooked up charges. I... I've never seen anybody go... Fall for that shit. That's that's bullshit. [0:47:53] Kool @koolcryptovc: You you know you know what's crazy? I'm not gonna lie to you, man. My my fear... I've been thinking about this for a while now. My fear is what happens when democrats would get back in power again? Because the industry is leaning... I mean, not overall, but a majority of it is leaning heavily towards the the the right. And and what happens when the blue side... When democrats get back in power again? What happens then? Because a lot of money has been gone... Has been going or or did go to helping Trump and his allies kick out a lot of senators this past November. What happens when [0:48:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: Cool. [0:48:30] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: It was a fraction. [0:48:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Was It a fraction. I can tell [0:48:32] Kool @koolcryptovc: you that's under They're more money now. They're they're raising more money now to even push out even more more governors and senators next year, you know, for elections. So what will [0:48:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: happen Cool. From the crypto side of things, you know what they're doing. They're slicking the rails with Democrats now too. [0:48:47] Kool @koolcryptovc: Oh, so so so you so so you think they're they're they're greasing the wheels on both sides? [0:48:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, absolutely. Here in California, we are we are literally popping up people that I hate. We're... Because we know they're gonna win, and we want our... We want legislation here in California that's gonna benefit, crypto. So you you take the good with the bad. At least if you're paying them enough for the agenda and they go against it, we can run all the negative ads we want. [0:49:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Tell me when you sell, and I'm [0:49:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: gonna move it. And I know you don't own it. Yeah. I know you don't own it, so you gotta [0:49:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: buy it first [0:49:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: in order to take the liquidity out. [0:49:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well well, there's there's plenty of ways to take liquidity out of pools. I don't have to go and buy the token on the open market. Could just go into liquidity pool. [0:49:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm gonna mute you now. You better stop you better stop with the FUD. X factor, go ahead. [0:49:45] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. No. The whole the whole political thing is that it's just a... I don't know. It's it's just one of those things with the with the whole political climate. Right? Like, it's... That's that's kinda what America is built on. It's supposed to be a checks and balance. Right? Like, one one political party gets into into power, and then the other one kinda comes in and tries to de work what the other guy does. So even... The bottom line is so we don't have some sort communism or socialist bullshit going on. Right? That's kinda what it's meant to be. But like Landy said, you know, like, everybody's playing both sides of the coin because, like, if you still pay the democrats, let's say, in this case, a little bit of coin to push the crypto the crypto agenda, maybe they might, during their four years, not do so much to fuck you a little bit, you know. And then the Republicans come back in and then they keep on pushing the agenda and that's how the world kinda dances. [0:50:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: They see the money x factor. They see the money. Like, here in California, I've had conversations. When they see the amount of money that can be made and and that they can get credit for passing certain legislation that has helped enable that. Oh my god. They're like, oh, I love crypto. Two two minutes before that, they were talking about how they hated everything crypto because Trump is all crypto. But then you you show them the numbers and they go, well, now this actually could be very, very beneficial for my career. That's it. [0:51:04] Kool @koolcryptovc: We saw that today. I'm surprised. [0:51:06] NatNat @Natnatx007: We saw the numbers, and they said we can make this work. We can make this work. [0:51:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Yo. That... I'm surprised you didn't even segue to this, Landy. Fucking crazy ass. That actually happened. The perfect example is today. California made Bitcoin history today. Right? I'm gonna read you verbatim from the headline. The golden state just turned up the heat on Bitcoin adoption and Satoshi action. Right? You guys know that we've been pushing Satoshi action like crazy about... Coinbase is obviously big fans of them, the ones that, like, write their letters to congress so that your voice can be heard. California passed a law today that enables the state to custody Bitcoin and digital assets. Satoshi action testified in favor, and we provided model language that helped shape the final law. What it does? It protects unclaimed digital assets. Right? So through existing law, after three years of account activity, companies are required to transfer custody of Bitcoin and digital assets to the state. This new law protects users by defining digital assets as intangible property under unclaimed property law. Also, there's no more forced liquidation. So the poor schmucks from Mt. Gox that live $14,000 in cash back as opposed to the Bitcoin valuation. Nah. Nah. Nah. Unlike other states, California now allows digital assets to stay in their native digital asset form when held in custody by the state controller, and it says clear recovery path as well. And then it gives you a... Like, this is what I love. It says picture the scenario. You don't log in to your exchange account after four years. And by law, the exchange is forced to send the BTC in your account to the state. Before, the state would immediately liquidate your holdings for cash. Let's say Bitcoin shut up, and now you wanna regain access to your BTC. After going through the state's unclaimed property process, instead of missing out on potential gains and being paid in cash, you regain access to your full BTC holdings. That is a monster law today that I think literally says everything that you guys were just talking about. Landy, don't go on for seventeen minutes. [0:52:58] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. I'm not going to. First off, I I I didn't bring it up for a very specific purpose. One, it had already passed. It was just waiting to be signed by the governor. And this this is where we've talked about this actual specific law, and there was some confusion about it. Like, oh, they're trying to take your crypto. No. Like, if if someone dies and they don't log in, that then gets transferred to the state. They hold it in custody, and they hold it in custody for the... That person. If they come back, they can claim it or family members that have the the right to claim it. It doesn't go into probate unless there is no one to claim it. And they have... They they they keep it open for, I think it's, like, a hundred years or something at this point. I have to go back and look. But I also can't comment too much about it because there's some additional things that I'm actually under NDA on because we are working very diligently to save California and turn it into a crypto hotbed because we want to build here again. We don't know if we're gonna be able to. The energy infrastructure is the problem, and that's one of the bigger things that we're working on. Maybe maybe look for some bills on the energy front anyway. But I can't talk too much about it, so I'm glad you brought it up, Dave. [0:54:11] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Hey, Landy. I got an... I got a quick little pitch for you how you can save California. You get all the the Bitcoin bros and everybody that thinks like you. You move them down to Florida, and then we buy an avenue down here in Florida. I have a contact. We name it like big... California or whatever you wanna call it, and then you can move to that little avenue, and it's California, and you get the wind, and you're down in Florida with it, which is a much nicer state. So you're welcome. [0:54:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. Wait a minute. There is only one reason... Well, two reasons. One is family. This is the only other reason is because of the crypto stuff that I have residency in California still. Because otherwise, I would have been in Florida or would have been in... I just picked up a place in Texas now. Hey. Cool. But, you know, there's I would be there in Texas probably more than Florida. I mean, I like Florida and all, but then sometimes you get the Florida guy and the gators are entering your house and shit [0:55:04] Kkoma @itskkoma: like that. [0:55:04] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I I can't be in Texas. All my exes live in Texas. But... Yeah. [0:55:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: But either way, good good good stuff. Are you gonna go see cool? Save this. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Anyways, Samar came up. Intern came up. Yeah. Can we [0:55:17] Kkoma @itskkoma: just get binance.com? Like, literally, I... I'm I'm so annoyed about these airdrops where it's like, oh, we're going live on Mexi. Oh, we're going live on Binance. And I'm like, great. [0:55:28] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I'll just wait and see what the m the freak is m c m? Why is everybody trying to get me to use the referral code? They they must have like a thousand people trying to push their over there or something. It's insane, bro. [0:55:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: They're hurting. They are trying to rob more people. Rob more... [0:55:44] xFactor @xFactorPOL: But is that, like, a legitimate legitimate platform? Like, does anybody actually use that thing? [0:55:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: I used to...... See? Yeah. [0:55:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait. You don't know about Mexi? [0:55:52] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I I do. I do since everybody's on my DMs freaking shilling me it, but that makes me not wanna use the platform. [0:55:58] Landy @CryptoLandy: Mexi has been around for a while. Just know if you're spot, you're probably okay. Just know that if you go to trade there, they like to be booked just a little bit. [0:56:10] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I'm I'm never gonna trade there, but thank you for the heads up. [0:56:13] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So, guys, I I just wanted to touch on something real quick. This story is actually very interesting, and I and I think maybe they need to maybe put that into the banking law. Because I don't know if you guys know, but if you have a savings account with the bank and it lies dormant for for two years, legally, they can turn that... Those funds over to the state, and you have to wait a long time in order for you to get that back if it's legally turned over. [0:56:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: I actually didn't know that. Two years is is the is the statute. That's kind of insane when you really think about it. Like, what's the point of the savings account is to, like, put it away and don't touch it. Bad enough, they don't give you anything on it. Now they're like, hey. Come put it to sleep here, and then, hey. Listen. If you don't come [0:56:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: pick up the kid in [0:56:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: two years, you're you're out. That's crazy. [0:56:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: We've had the problem. [0:56:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: But but in California, I... What I'm gonna tell you is that that when it comes to... This is specific to, checking savings accounts. It doesn't apply to any other types of funded accounts. And and they've... They're they're actually very quick. So if it goes to the state, right, as unclaimed, it'll move through to the unclaimed property, and you can claim it within, like, two weeks. Now I've I've had to work with clients on this before for family members that have had trust funds and stuff like that. Because if it wasn't something that was in trust and maybe missed, and then it goes to the state, and then they can start... You know, it'll sit in the state, and they don't probate it. It's on the claim, and then you can claim and put it right in the trust before they try to probate it. So there's there's some reasons why. It's because of state probate laws, and it actually protect... The state actually protecting it from probate in a shorter period of time because probate can kick in right away. [0:57:52] Voice K: So [0:57:53] Kkoma @itskkoma: intentionally saying probate, like, so many times, or is it just [0:57:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: Probate. Do you not know what probate is? [0:57:58] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. No. I do. It's just it's just funny that you're saying so. And then I don't know. Maybe it's just [0:58:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. It has to... Because it's all wrapped in in the way that that money and assets are handled. So the state always wants their cut, but California, under the direction of, the governator at one point, helped fix some of those loopholes that the state was using to essentially steal assets from people. [0:58:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: So now you guys know if you have a savings account. Even if there's a savings, you might want to make sure that there is some... At least one transaction being done to avoid it going dormant. [0:58:34] Kkoma @itskkoma: Nice. That's pretty interesting. [0:58:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: But Yeah. [0:58:38] Kkoma @itskkoma: I have a really random question. Adam, do you... You know you have SongJam. Right? Can you, like, reverse engineer and then figure out who is speaking, like, in terms of, like, find out who they are because, you know, Landy's been talking for a good, like, fifteen minutes, and now I think we can finally figure out where he lives, who he is, NDAs, and everything. [0:58:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. That can't find out anything. [0:58:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: We could we could That'd be pretty cool. [0:59:00] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Either... That's not even his natural voice, bro. [0:59:02] Bread @_ToastMalone: He's not even a real puppet, bro. [0:59:04] Kkoma @itskkoma: I'm not even... That's never... He's he's been using a voice changer the whole time. Holy shit. That would have been the biggest meta ever. Yeah. [0:59:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm all AI, baby. [0:59:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Real quick. As a... This is not crypto related, but I feel like this is just news that really hit home for me. Today, did y'all see the the the STNG operation today? Four out of the five... The the Costa Nostra bust. The four to five, mafia crime families today with an NBA insider trading ring, bro. Like, Chauncey Billups. Yo. [0:59:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: Did you see the crazy tech, though? Holy [0:59:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: With the gambling stuff? That was wild. [0:59:36] Bread @_ToastMalone: The card tech? [0:59:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Did y'all see this? [0:59:39] xFactor @xFactorPOL: The x-ray tables and the freaking, like, all [0:59:42] Kool @koolcryptovc: of us, like, yo. This is [0:59:43] xFactor @xFactorPOL: an elaborate little operation we got going on here. [0:59:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: So I I I I actually saw that news, and I I liked x factor's take on it earlier when he said that they might have gotten themselves deep into some gambling debt. Right? And now the only way to get out of that or to break even was to kinda, like, rig these games. [1:00:04] xFactor @xFactorPOL: And and listen. I think that would be... When we get home, puppy. That might be the easiest way to kinda keep these guys somewhat... What do you say? Not not as guilty if they were finessed by a by a much larger institution. Right? So... But, you know, that's that's kinda what I was thinking. I I refuse to believe Terry Rozier is that crooked. I don't know. Maybe it's because he's a he's a Miami heat guy. Could be. [1:00:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, he's as crooked as lasers. Not Bro, he's crooked as crooked gets, bro. Are you kidding me? He Yeah. That's what [1:00:38] xFactor @xFactorPOL: it's that's what it's looking like. [1:00:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: They got I was [1:00:40] xFactor @xFactorPOL: trying to give him the [1:00:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: bro. Nah. They can't [1:00:43] xFactor @xFactorPOL: I was trying give him the benefit of the doubt, and my [1:00:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: guy, bro, [1:00:45] xFactor @xFactorPOL: that seems to be a scumbag. [1:00:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Generate gamblers who literally... If you can't make millions of dollars work at, like, if you made the NBA, I'm sorry. Like, that's that's wild work to me. That is absolutely crazy. [1:00:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: Know what it is, Dave? And we saw this a lot in in the the advisory industry, in the financial advisory industry. Just because someone does... Gets a lot of money doesn't necessarily mean they know how to manage it. Some of them don't even know what to do at all with it. Right? And that... That's what makes it so dangerous. Like, financial literacy, you'll be surprised how many people lack that. [1:01:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. And, also, it just needs to be pointed out that... Look. Off chain crime is still a thing, and they they got it on lock. I mean, look at their damn tech. We think our tech is cool over here. They get... Make off chain crime great again. Right? Like, that's gonna be my my political my political stump speech. [1:01:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just don't get blown up in a boat.... [1:01:48] Kkoma @itskkoma: Fist pumping. [1:01:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Samara, crime is back. You see this? And better than ever, bro. [1:01:56] Samara @thee_samara: Yo. The number one criminal is out, and he's been pardoned, bro. Like, yo. Shout out to CZ, man. SBF next. Free my dog from the pen. Free them. Free them. Bro, like, I told you guys, bro, if we want a bull market, like a heavy bull market, we have to bring the criminals back. Trump is on game. He knows he knows what to do, bro. He knows. He knows, bro. I keep telling you guys, bro, bring the criminals back. Freedom and free all of them, bro. [1:02:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's crime and be [1:02:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: me all season. [1:02:21] Samara @thee_samara: Bro, what is Ceezy invested in? What is Ceezy invested in? What is Trump and Ceezy invested in, bro? What's the ticker? Let's go. Let's go, guys. GM. [1:02:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. I love that. [1:02:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: And he's like, what? Where? Where's that at? Where's that at? Yeah. I'm with you. Bring the criminals back, bro. In other news, as I was looking at the limitless chart earlier today, didn't seem to be much of a recovery unless I'm mistaken. Oh, look. That's actually 27¢ up 15 to... It was actually 21¢ on the show. You guys know that I... It missed. I put a limit in to buy on on Aero, and I was like, yo. I can't... I missed it. Remember how I said in the chat? Was like, I'm gonna buy a 200,000,000, bro. I went to 210,000,000 FTV, and I literally fucking didn't get it. I didn't get... I didn't buy a single thing. And then pumped to, like, 32¢ on the space. But, anyways, that's my luck. Yeah. TGE season, great. Great. Great. What I did notice, and this might be boring, but I kinda wanna know Cool's take because I think he talks about housing a lot, and it it is a really important indicator in terms of, like, how the economy is doing. But, Cool, I did read that rates went down today. Interest rates went down. More... Excuse me. Mortgage rates went down. We're just still... I didn't know they were even this high. This goes to show you that I'm not a homeowner. 6.19%. Cool. Is that good? Is that terrible? What's that say [1:03:45] Voice K: Not that... [1:03:46] Kool @koolcryptovc: Bro, bro, just like four, five months ago, rates are 7.5, 7.6, 7.7. You're talking about the highest rates probably ever, and people are still buying homes with those rates. So 6.1 is very, very good. It's probably gonna come down a lot more because they... They're probably gonna cut... Raise more this year and next year. You know, it's good. But like I said, you know, the the housing market is very strange because we we write... I don't... It's... Like I said, man, the average person is struggling, man. But what I will say is this, if you have a lot of money, you're doing very, very well. We are in the most expensive housing market in US history. It's been like this for a long time. Even though prices have come down, it's still insanely expensive for the average person. If you have a nine to five job, you have a big problem. Problem of owning a home is is not good. It's been, years and years. At least, I... And it was COVID. COVID destroyed the housing markets. I don't I don't know if we'll ever go back to what it was before. The only way we could ever see good prices for Americans is if if we have a housing crash similar similar to what we had in 2008. The problem is governments intervene in markets now, and that means which which government is going to crash the housing markets, that's gonna destroy that party for the next eight to twelve years, man. So I don't know which which party guys. It Trump? Is it the the next administration? So they keep kicking the can down the road, man. I I don't know. So anyone... So it's it's funny because they... They've been saying, I've been hearing housing market crap for the past two years. And if you didn't buy a house two years ago, you're paying an extra 100 to 200 k extra on top of what what what it was worth two years ago. So when is the best time to buy a house? I have no freaking clue. Or... I mean, what... The best thing to do is just buy the bullets. As long as you're not trying to flip that home, you're fine. If you buy a house and you wanna hold it for the next ten, fifteen, twenty years, you're fine. [1:05:49] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yep. [1:05:49] Kool @koolcryptovc: But if he's gonna flip it, it's a different ballgame out here, man. When it comes to how homes, man, I I... Even me, I I haven't bought a house in a bit. I'm still kinda waiting to see what happens with the the rates and all that. But, man, I would I would... I I don't know. Like I said, the... To me, how... The the the housing market is similar to is similar to the crypto market in a weird way. It's just so uncertain. I don't know because now they're cutting rates. What does that mean? Does that mean more people buy homes? If the more people buy homes, what does that mean? That means more expensive homes. So, bro, I don't know, bro. It's so confusing, man. [1:06:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's such a great point, Kool. And just to add two things, if you bought a house a few years ago, your property value has increased a a nice bit. Right? But if you're if you're looking to buy a home now and you... Like you you said, right, bite the bullet, the good part about that is there's a saving grace. Right? At some point, you're able to refinance at a lower rate and kinda just get things done that way. [1:06:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: I think we lost Dave. Lenny... No. We have... Have... Oh, okay. Okay. [1:06:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: We're go... Yeah. You'll go for Lenny. I thought you guys did, like, kinda, you know, do this on your own for a second. [1:06:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: You know? We we wanted to know if you wanted to chime in there for a minute as somebody who should become a future homeowner because you'll be able to afford it pretty soon, judging by the way things have been going. Chill out. In California. And and and look, I... And I'm actually being serious. Like, look, I... I'm gonna celebrate people who I know are are doing well and and have their heads screwed on straight in this space. Look. Owning a home is is... It seems like an unattainable dream for many younger folks. I don't see this changing. A lot of the boomer generation is is is wrapped up in trust and and is passing that down. So in in many cases, that's how a lot of younger folks are gonna get their properties. And then I think we... I think that's actually how we see the fire sale. But what a lot of people really don't... We concentrate very closely on the home prices here in The United States when, you know, property prices are globally linked. They... We don't think of it that way because the markets are so different in The United States versus overseas. But property prices have been rising all over the world, and this is just a function of devaluing fiat currencies, which is why you should own Bitcoin, and why you should've got into the gold trade too. Look. Yeah. Bitcoin outperformed gold, but you know what enabled me to go pick up another place? Gold. Because I ain't selling my Bitcoin, but I'll sell that damn gold, those shiny rocks. Thank you. Because what's more... What what is actually the scarcest asset on earth? What is the actual scarce? It's land. It's all about land at the end of the day. And it's land at any cost because once you get it, there's always a way to keep it. If you're a nation, you get it and you you have a military protected or you go and you fight and you take it. Right? If you're a a homeowner, there's many different options for you to keep your home. And in fact, way more options than there ever was in 2008, and you get government bailouts like when we have a global economic crisis that crashes homes. Now you're getting all kinds of payments for your home, plus you can refi because rates got got dumped out. Right? So the rates dumped out to near zero, which means that everyone was refi ing at 2%. Guess what I did across all the money? I pulled money out at, like, 2%. Why would I not? Like, that's for real estate, baby. Literally. I love that meme. [1:09:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: You're talking about a cash out refinance, Landy? [1:09:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Yeah. Because you don't even have to go 70% LTV. You could do 50 or you could do 40% LTV, and you could do cash out refi. You could get lines at 2% at the time, and you could lock them for ten years. I got home equity lines in this case. They were a little bit more expensive. They were like two to two and a half. [1:09:43] Voice O: So I know the amount of stuff that you [1:09:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: can do with the home equity line of credit. Right? And even if you're trying to build a real estate portfolio, the home equity line of credit comes in handy. [1:09:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Look. It's all about leveraging assets. That's the real game, and that's what's not taught to people. It's like, oh, go get in debt. Well, no. When... You don't really wanna get in debt if you don't have to, but there is good debt and bad debt. If you're leveraging assets in a in a smart way where you can take out debt against that asset that's appreciating, you can have it appreciate your debt away. And and this is where we're not in a very good time. So this is why the administration's goal is to get rates down because they need to see more long end cuts in in addition to the shorter end of the curve. The way that you get the shorter end down in terms of of of US treasury notes and interest rates is you really have to, like... You have to have a lot of demand on the short end to buy it up, and then it has to move it has to move, to the longer end, right, to bring those rates down. Well, what are they doing right now? Vicente has been buying out the long end of the curve with a lot of the short end capital that they're getting in. So he's rotating it so that it doesn't flatten. Because if we flatten the curve, we're screwed because where... Why would you give the government, money for thirty years when you can give it to, you know, a month or or three months or a year or two years and get your money right back? Like, it doesn't make any sense. Right? So how does this affect the homeowner conversation? If you wanna be able to buy a home, one, you gotta have a good job, you gotta have decent credit, and you gotta have good money for a down payment. And if you ever go into to these properties in the way that the the the properties are being priced right now, just look in the regions that that are up and coming and then move on. Don't get into the populated areas. Like, New York City's gonna have fire cells on real estate after Mamdani. Good luck. Good luck out there because it's not just gonna be residential. It's gonna be commercial because commercial's gonna cut and run. And that's where Florida and Texas and everybody else is gonna get more expensive. [1:11:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nice. Thanks, Andy. Julio, what's up, bro? You're a thumbs down to me. That's gonna come up so bad. I hope you wanna contribute. I didn't think about that, bro. [1:12:06] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: Yo. Because we we go back, bro. We go back to to when you had, like, two different names. And I'm... I I just wanted to come up and say, like, one, I like the rebrand. I I think it's... It suits you well. What names? [1:12:20] Kool @koolcryptovc: Names? [1:12:22] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: Right. I don't even remember what you went by. It was different. It wasn't even your real name. It was like fuck. It was associated to ENS, I think, wasn't it? [1:12:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: NFL champion, Darid? Oh, yeah. Champion. You were the champion. Hell yeah. The champ is here. Hey, Julio. I like Julio. Even though he thumbs down me, like, on the low low, I had no idea. Welcome, Julio. You're good over here now. What's good, bro? Yeah, bro. No. I was just trying to [1:12:47] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: get your attention because, like, I've been asking for a speaker, and, like, I wasn't getting it. So I was like, let me thumb him down. I know he likes, the the the adverse, you know, what you call it? Anyways, yeah. I I think the I think, right now, I think the conversation is nice about the homeownership. I think the the loan applications are, like, all time lows as well. And and and a lot of people that are selling are, like, forced selling, right, because they're old. They need money. They need to cash out. And even though it might not be advantageous to them, they're trying to sell. I don't necessarily agree, in this day and age that, like, buying a home is, like, a must. If you can find a good rent, locking yourself up for thirty years at, you know, $33,000, 4,000 month, a pop is kinda hard for for for a lot of people. And, you could do... You could invest otherwise. Like, you could invest in Bitcoin and and and HODL for fifteen years and then buy a home outright. You know? Like... So there's many ways. But I I bought my home in 2018, and I was able to do the HELOC at a favorable rate because I did have equity in it, and it did appreciate. So I I do see the benefits of that, and I actually, invested the HELOC in the in the market. So I I do see benefits of that. But at these current prices, it's kinda hard to, you know, get a home. You know, you'll probably, you know, put 20% down. It's kinda hard, so you'll probably have to put 5% down, and that... That's gonna be very tight on the LTV. So then you can't really take a HELOC. Like, in a state like Texas, you have to have at least 80% equity in the home, and you can only max it out to 80%. And that varies by state. So, you know, it's kinda very unfavorable because any, like, slight downturn in the in the market, like, will just put you underwater in your home value, versus the debt you hold on it. So, yeah, that's my take on that. I think if the interest rates continue to lower, more people are gonna list. So that'll naturally lower prices because now people that are stuck in their homes, now they can probably buy a better home or a relatively similar home, with a little more interest, but not at the six or 7% rates that we've been seeing. Because, like, a lot of people improve in their in their in their their cost of living. Like, people get promotions. And, like, for example, I'm in my thirties, and I'm aiming to get promoted. And I wanna have a bigger family, but I can't move from where I'm at because my rate is locked at 3%. So now I would have to buy a home that's twice the price of my home and then pay twice as much as interest, which makes my home payment three times as what I pay now. So it doesn't make sense financially for me to move, So it's kinda suck it up and stay. But if they lower rates, it it definitely incentivize people to move. So then they'll list their homes, which will create more inventory, and then prices will come down. But, but... Yeah. And then on the on the CZ thing, I don't know if you guys talked about it as at the beginning. Brian Armstrong has had a battle with, you know, CZ for the longest of time and not listing his tokens. And then suddenly the same day, like, Robin Hood lifts the token, it's like, what is what is happening? Like, I'm curious what you guys think, but I think Brian Armstrong is bending the knee. You know? Like, it seems like he he was, you know, strong armed into a position where he's like, well, if CZ's in this position, like, he knows something, then I have to list this token. Like, there's no other way around it. Like, before, I was the master of The US markets. I did everything by [1:16:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: the books. Nah. [1:16:27] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: And this [1:16:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: We talked this quarter over to you guys. So we talked about this, a couple of, like, spaces ago once... When did they get listed? I think it was a PR move. Right? Like, they have to realize, like, that there's a lot of bullshit going around, especially after the... That flash crash, a week and a half ago, whatever. And we were like, look. Like, the giants and the behemoths need to kinda come together and, you know, show some kind of solidarity here because they realize that they're they're the big dogs, it's all the other fagasy little mexies and coop coins, and this one, that one that are the ones that are kinda screwing this up and giving the and giving the entire industry a bad name. So... I mean, obviously, we don't know for sure, but it could be anything. But... Yeah. Julio, good good stuff, man. Thank you for coming through, bro. Nat Nat, go for it. [1:17:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nat? [1:17:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. Sorry, guys. You're I just wanted to point out real quick. Come back to me. Come back to me. I'm sorry. [1:17:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're good. Good. You're good. You're good. [1:17:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I can Yeah, man. [1:17:20] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: On that on that on that point, Dave, dude, I don't know, dude. Like, do do you think they're both, like... You you know when they say, like, oh, if both people leave the table unhappy from a deal, then it was a good deal for both people? If somebody is, like, happier than the other, then that means that that person, you know, screwed the other. Like, do you think they came out of the table, like, we're both happy, Or do you think Brian Armstrong is like, fuck this shit. Like, I have to do it because it's a PR stunt, but I'm fucking pissed. You know? Like, that's my sense of it. [1:17:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Maybe. I don't know. I mean, obviously, we'll never know. Right? Like, we're not gonna be privy to those conversations at the end of the day, and I guess it's kinda what we do with it. But, yeah. Nat, go for it. [1:18:03] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So I think the ownership versus rent conversation is a very interesting one because you could look at it from two ways. Right? If I'm spending... If I'm renting a property and I'm paying 3,000 a month, I'm putting money into someone else's pocket. Right? But if I... If I'm owning the home, that money goes into my equity. Right? So you can look at it from three different ways. And and and as well, it also depends on where you live. Because in New York City, the rent is way, way, way expensive versus if you decide to go... To own a home outside of of New York City, you'll be spending less in mortgage and... Versus rent. So I think this is a very, very interesting conversation, and we can spend a whole another hour talking about this, but it... I I think it... There's different factors to consider there. [1:18:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. New York, you don't worry about it. You'll just get killed in taxes. But, you know, the the the the home buying stuff, I think, is more interesting because, Cole posed a good question, and it's like, what's gonna bring the market, price down? Here in The United States, they they do... They... We cannot afford a housing unwind because the entire market will unwind with it, and then we are going to have debt plus an unwind, and that's a... That's that's a full on recession into depression type of a scenario where we've just been hovering the recession line and barely pulling out, especially when it comes to the, you know, Main Street economy. Right? There's Wall Street economy and there's Main Street. Main Street's still in a damn recession, still in a bear market. And we still have rising costs on the inflation side of things. A lot of it with goods and services still, and then, of course, when it comes to property and homes. But there's ways in which we can utilize crypto these days, for those that are in crypto, to enable you to get a home, for much less than you could before by leveraging crypto, by leveraging DeFi, by leveraging staking, and all kinds of different ways in which the banking industry has to deal with now because they wanna come play in our playground. And they're gonna have to compete. They know this, and they need rates to come down in order to compete. [1:20:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, Brett. Go for it. [1:20:27] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah. I'll be quick because, like, definitely, like, out of my realm. You know what I mean? But, like, what Landy brought up is important because, like, one of the problems, like, you know, like, my wife and I, we've been renting a home for years, you know, and, like, ultimately, trying to buy one. Right? But, like, when you work in crypto and you have assets in crypto and, you know, you've been on and off books for several years, you know, doing freelance work and then high... You know, working for other companies and then, you know, just doing NFT projects where I got paid in an allocation that then I sold. You know what I mean? Like, there's... Banks don't like me. Know You what I mean? And that's, like, one of the hardest things with, like, this entire generation, you know, at least in tech, you know, to buy a home. You know? And I think that, like, yeah, I've seen a couple of things starting to get past where, like, yeah, like, you know, being able to leverage the fact that, like, oh, hey. Like... So I've got some Bitcoin. Right? I mean, I'm not, like, Jack Dorsey. You know what I mean? But, like, I've got some. You know? Like, currently, the bank doesn't give a shit. You know? And they're trying to push some measures forward about being like, oh, no. Like, that... Like, could loan, you know, essentially take a mortgage out against the value of your Bitcoin, you know, or rental history, You know? Because, like, I've been paying, yeah, well over what I could get a mortgage for, you know, like, for years on time every month. You know what I mean? So it's like, how much of that... Like, I think that's really one of the only things that's going to save the housing market is being able to... You know, essentially allowing new... The newest generation to be able to buy homes. You know? Credit scores didn't even exist for most of, like, our parents to buy a home. You know what I mean? Like, there's a lot of antiquated things, and it's, you know, the the struggle that we always have with integrating into legacy tech and blah blah blah. Right? But, like, we are getting closer. But I think, yeah, personally, like, that is one of the biggest hurdles in even buying a home is these systems that have been around forever just, like, don't really apply to modern times and creator economies and, you know, how revenue is generated now versus it was in the past. [1:22:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: So that's a great point, guys. There is... I was on the world basis. Sorry, Dave. But there is this one company that joined us in one of the spaces. It's a Milo. So what they do is they actually have the whole crypto mortgage system in play where you can get... I believe it's, a 100% financing with no cash down, something like that. But you're right to that point. We are seeing more companies and more companies do stuff like this, and I and I and I [1:22:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: think it will definitely help the housing sector. Don't forget, like, what... Don't forget what the... I forgot I who said this. Whichever which one... Whichever one you guys said this. But, yeah, using your Bitcoin to actually be able to get a mortgage. Remember, Trump said, like, he wants to literally up and change this whole Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac shit. Right? Like, you can do that now on Coinbase. Certain banks even let you do that now if I'm not mistaken. Right? So at the end of the day, like, this is... This whole system is is gonna be changing. Everyone has a completely different financial situation. Right? But... Yeah. Look. If you have the... Like, I think for the average American, it's really... Like, when they look at putting a down payment, having a 700 plus credit score, like, you know, you... How... Owning a home is expensive. Right? Like, the majority of people are working to just kinda get by and paycheck to paycheck, right, like, to be able to really save up. But that's why this space is is like... And I don't mean like ATC. I mean, like, this crypto arena and and this changing of the guard now is such a... When people say generational wealth, like, feel like that that term got thrown around so, like, stupidly, but it really does make sense because if you can go from a position to never even dreaming of owning a home to potentially being in a position to put a down payment on a house, that's a real that's a that's a real different game. And I'll tell you now, like, that's me. That's me. And I've never in a million years thought that that was gonna be... With all the nonsense that I went through in my life, like, I never thought that I would be in that position. But, like, obviously, like, I still have a little bit of a ways to go, but I am light years from where I was. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, just four or five years ago, and and this this space changed my life. Like, it changed everything for me. So... Yeah, man. Landy, go for it, please. [1:24:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Real quick. I'm gonna... I'll give you a really quick example. So, I I wanted to buy a property just, like, I don't know, three years ago, but it was quick. There was a lot of bidders on it. It was a really desirable place. It was way under market. And there wasn't the DeFi infrastructure that I liked, at least, for the for the way that the way that on chain DeFi crypto loans work. There's much more attractive ways to do it now, but there wasn't anything to do. But I went through a private lender in the crypto space, kinda who you know at the time, and I said, hey. I need to get this place quick. Can I give you the Bitcoin? You give me the cash. I'll pay you 5%, and and a rider so that I can go and put this down over here. Did that deal real quick, and the guy that I actually did that deal with went on to create a a lending company utilizing Bitcoin. Right? And that is the apex predator in in that space as well. And, Dave, you know this just as well as I do because you know about different protocols like, I'll just use Granite as an example or, the other one. But, look, you can go and you can get loans against... Bitcoin is the most attractive one and usually will have the best rate or the lowest rate. But you can go right now and you can borrow at, like, 5%. And you can borrow really in most... And and you don't wanna go 80 LTV on your crypto, but, you know, you could borrow a good 50% LTV and you don't have to pay anything back. Right? You just have to maintain your your liquidation levels and make sure that you're at least, you know, giving some collateral back or paying some of that down. And you can utilize that to go and buy cash. And you can actually... Because those rates are more attractive in DeFi now that even the Milo credits of the world have to respond to that, and then the rest of the market has to respond to the Milo credits of the world. Right? And and they're not the only one. There's a bunch of them that are doing this now, and the rates vary. But what are they looking for? In this case, most of them are looking for Bitcoin or they... If you wanna leverage stables. Why would you do any of this? Well, you don't wanna sell your Bitcoin to then go and buy a place or buy property because then you incur the tax hit. But if you lean against it, you can eat. You can have your cake, and you can eat it too. And you get low rates, and in this in this kind of a DeFi environment, you don't even have a monthly payment. You have no payment. Right? You're just subject to the price movement of that asset that you borrowed against. [1:27:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: And you know what, Lance? Just curious. That's a great thing.... [1:27:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: A game changer. [1:27:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: Go ahead, Dave. Sorry. [1:27:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: I I literally just wanna take a quick poll on that from from you guys. Like, how many of, like, up here, how many of you guys actually own your own... Like, own a home? Cool. Obviously, know Cool does. Landy, you do. Nat, you do. Coma, do you own... And you don't... You guys don't have to say, obviously, if you're not comfortable. Samara, you do is... You... Obviously, yeah, you own your home. Brad, you don't... X factor, do you? You do. Okay. Damn. I'm like, I'm hella in the minority out here. Shit. [1:27:41] NatNat @Natnatx007: I don't know. [1:27:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: What what do have do? [1:27:43] Kkoma @itskkoma: California right now is just a nightmare. I don't know. It's just way too much money. Essentially, I'd be paying, like, 7 to $8,000 a month or something. [1:27:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: Be your own bank, comma, I saw how much TVL you got locked up on. [1:27:55] xFactor @xFactorPOL: 7 to $8,000 of... So is that, like, two days worth of freaking solstice farming, bro? Come on now. Quit playing. [1:28:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Stopping on If [1:28:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: if solstice pays out, I will buy... [1:28:04] Kool @koolcryptovc: I'll buy a house. Yes. Yes. [1:28:05] Kkoma @itskkoma: Dave. Why do you sound like Alex Mashinsky? [1:28:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: Be your own dick. I just wanted to tell you, Dave. Don't be don't be don't be hard on yourself. Okay? Everyone's different. Everyone has had a had a different life phase. Okay? Just because we were able to do something doesn't mean that you have to be there in in it with us. You will get there at your right time. What's for you will be for you, and it will never pass you by. [1:28:27] Kkoma @itskkoma: I'm just surprised that that got a [1:28:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: house from [1:28:29] Kkoma @itskkoma: 16 because she's 25 now, and, like, she got a house couple of, like, you know, years ago. [1:28:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Know what she's gonna say, bro. When I came from The Caribbean, like, I discovered, hey, Dada. And then she was like, hey, Dada bought me my first home. And it's like, alright. [1:28:43] Bread @_ToastMalone: Oh, yeah. It's quality of life shit too, man. Like, I mean, yeah, I could go buy a home in the middle of Kansas. No problem, bro. You know what I mean? But, like, no offense to anybody that's living out there, but, like, congratulations on having Internet and listening to the space, [1:28:56] NatNat @Natnatx007: I guess. It's up in my investment. Because of my investment in the stock market, I was able to buy [1:29:03] Voice O: I was able to buy a a decent bank. [1:29:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was [1:29:05] xFactor @xFactorPOL: about to say, Brett Brett just offended, like, one of our viewers. Just... [1:29:08] NatNat @Natnatx007: Brett, no offense. [1:29:09] xFactor @xFactorPOL: This a this is a nationwide... [1:29:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: Think Landy got offended. [1:29:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Worldwide? No offense. On their behalf. No offense. I look at I look at Colorado like that, bro. Just FYI. Who the fuck lives in Colorado? Right. Yeah. Yeah. Me too. [1:29:23] Bread @_ToastMalone: Kansas is so flat, bro. [1:29:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's it's... You know you know what you know what's cool about Colorado? [1:29:29] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's a New York City... [1:29:30] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Freaking snow trip with the family or [1:29:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: something, and then I'm out. Know, it's a New York City point of view. Right? Everyone that lives in in New York City, you tell them, oh, well, I live in Colorado. We're like, what? Like, oh, yeah. [1:29:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Live California. Cows. Like, we don't all wear big tides. Get away from me, [1:29:43] xFactor @xFactorPOL: you poor. [1:29:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Says Dave. Yo. If you don't... If you you tell me you don't if you don't live in New York, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, or, like, fucking... Like, Miami. [1:29:55] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Miami would would be okay. I was about to say, was [1:29:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: you live in Podunk City. [1:29:58] Bread @_ToastMalone: You know what I'm of here, bro. If live in [1:30:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: culture if you don't live [1:30:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: in culture, Fred is is what we're implying. [1:30:04] Landy @CryptoLandy: Like Fred. [1:30:05] Bread @_ToastMalone: I don't need your New York City culture. I [1:30:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: have I have an anecdote for you. Every time I drive through to Colorado, I always hit a parachute. Right? So I go through parachute. This is the only place that I have ever found that has more weed shops than gas stations and more weed shops than homes. There's [1:30:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's the [1:30:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: point. It's beautiful, by the way, and there's some beautiful, beautiful homes just outside of Parachute and nobody knows about them. So that's one of the reasons why you wanna go buy them there. But you you you... If you gotta eat or if there's a zombie apocalypse, you better just go get lit up down the street because you ain't gonna be able to eat or get gas or get out or anything. [1:30:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: And what is what is mountain time? Not even people have... [1:30:50] Kkoma @itskkoma: Maybe that's [1:30:50] xFactor @xFactorPOL: what they call it. Parachute Colorado. Just wanna parachute the hell out of there. [1:30:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Jumping out of [1:30:55] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Nor use it. [1:30:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Pulling the parachute to save your life. Or maybe, I guess, it depends on how you look at it. But... Yeah. [1:31:00] Bread @_ToastMalone: Hang on. Yo. Metabeast brought up a good point. Listen. Like, public service announcement. Mountain time is a real time zone. It exists. It's Pacific Time plus one. [1:31:11] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: But people in the mountains [1:31:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: in mountain time don't even use bro. [1:31:15] Bread @_ToastMalone: Listen. Just because, like, we're too high to know what time it is any given time, anybody would ask [1:31:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: us. Saying. [1:31:22] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: I didn't realize there was any time zone besides Eastern Standard Time. [1:31:26] Bread @_ToastMalone: It's always 04:20 in Colorado, bro. [1:31:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Tell me, dude, that's what I'm saying, bro. Like, Eastern Time... But I'll say this. You know what was really nice was when I was on the West Coast. West Coast in the web three world, if you have the ability to structure your own schedule, is fucking amazing. Right? Like, your day can technically, like, not be over, but, like, you finish work early, and it's like the wind down happens. On East Coast, don't get me wrong. I love it, but, like, my days are longer. Like like, they're just fucking longer. Before, it's like, I can't make it. And sometimes people would be, like, amicable and be like, you know what? Alright. Fine. We won't make you wake up at six. We'll make you wake up at eight. And it's like, okay. Cool. You know? Like... But that's, like, 11:00 here. Now I'm starting my days at, like... Granted I'm already up at... By by that [1:32:12] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: time And of then there's Solana House. But... [1:32:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, god. [1:32:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Then there's Solana House. [1:32:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, Dave. Dave. Oh, but the most beautiful thing is if you're in the financial industry out here and you're not, like, boots on the ground financial industry, those guys gotta get up at like four, five in the morning to get ready. Right? But if you're like me and you're dealing with people in the financial industry, I get up whenever the fuck I want and I know you're clocking out at [1:32:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: 04:00.... Fine is going to be beautiful, Mandy. [1:32:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Sorry. Sorry. [1:32:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: First off, you can't find anybody. You showed up late. There are no fines today. None. And we let you go with the 25 old thing today on the woman's union woman's basis. So you [1:32:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'll take the payment I'll take the payment in you. I'll send it to you directly. [1:32:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: The the beautiful part is is, like, I can get up and just get to where... I could start working at 08:00, and I've got a shortened day because everybody else is, like, eleven. They're only gonna work till four, and they're they're pretty much done at three anyway, but they're only gonna work till four. So I get a shortened day, and then I get to screw around and do whatever I want, come to spaces and hang out and do all kinds of stuff. Meanwhile, y'all gotta work actual full days. Like, yeah, good luck. Have fun with that. [1:33:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. That just means because we're not freaking retired and we actually need money unlike... [1:33:24] Bread @_ToastMalone: So what's a full day, bro? [1:33:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. A day... I don't even know what the days are anymore, bro. What are we talking about? It's all blurred. I wake up in spurts. I have to pee a million times a night because I'm old, and Bubba looks at me like, are we going out? I'm like, Bubba, it's 03:30 in the morning, bro. By the way, the Chelsea boat, Bubba's shooting the machine gun outside the Yo, bro. [1:33:43] Bread @_ToastMalone: Bubba Bubba needs to, like, chill, bro. Like, take it easy, Bubba. [1:33:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: I got the next one coming out. It's amazing. He literally shoots [1:33:50] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: around Does he have a permit for that thing? [1:33:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right. I'm saying, bro. He's shooting at the next door neighbor. That... But I got the [1:33:55] Bread @_ToastMalone: He got the moss burn out with him. [1:33:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Guys, you have to understand it. Okay? When I was here... At my age, the Sora calms me down. Right? Like, Gex, like, has been bouncing around spaces all day today, I can tell she's, like, a little antsy. So, like, when I get Sora notifications, I know that it's Gex, like, watching my stuff, like, liking myself, creating videos, new cameos. This is what we do. Like, this is the outlet that we have now. Okay? Like, it just is what it is. Alright? Like, go create some videos. It's like a nice little fucking nice little release. You know? Pause. Anyways, Julio, go for it, bro, and then we're gonna... And then we'll wrap it up after that. [1:34:32] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: Yo. A lot has been said. I I just wanted to agree real quick with Nat Nat. I think she brought a good point about some Milo stuff, and I think it's it's like one for one. It's a little hard for people that don't have a couple Bitcoin like bread. But, yeah, you... Like, if you have, like, 500,000 worth of Bitcoin, they'll lend you the the equivalent 500,000 for the whole... [1:34:54] Bread @_ToastMalone: Just to be clear, I don't have a couple at all. I I [1:34:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. You said you said you had [1:34:59] Bread @_ToastMalone: some I have some Bitcoin. Yeah. I'm not even a full coin. [1:35:02] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: Yeah. Dude, like... [1:35:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. Wait. [1:35:05] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: But you said some Bitcoin. [1:35:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Just clicked into me, bro. You... When I'm hearing your voice, and I'm like, nah. [1:35:10] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Pause, by the way. Clicked into you. Oh, cool, bro. [1:35:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, I'm sorry, bro. Yo, Julio. Yo, Julio actually, like, was one of the deciding factors that allowed me to get a grant, like, from ENS. And, like, I think it was... I think I won almost, like, one or two e. Yo, Julio, my... Bro, seriously, my apologies, bro, genuinely, man. For real. Well, like, seriously, [1:35:29] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: not stumbling you down, bro. That's why I was stumbling you down. [1:35:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: My bad, god. My bad, bro. For real. Goddamn. You change your PFP and next thing you know... Bro, like a goldfish I have in my brain. I swear. [1:35:41] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: Yo. ENS Latino, bro. [1:35:44] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Oh, they said break... Freaking in. [1:35:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: This is like the Latinos find their way here. The Latinos and the Latinas, the ATC. [1:35:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: Wano, fuck, boy. Wano. [1:35:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, bro. Fun. [1:35:54] xFactor @xFactorPOL: No. But but what [1:35:56] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: I wanted to tell Nat is that, yo, a 100% what your follow-up is... What I meant to say earlier was, like, when you're... Today, buying a home is, like, overrated because it's not like a like a like an absolute answer like it before was. Like, if if somebody would ask you, like, ten years ago, like, should I buy a home? You would automatically say yes if you can afford it. But today, it's like you have to, like, balance out, like, all these decisions. Like, what is your state? What is your city? Like, how much money will you have left over? Like, And, people don't don't realize how much property taxes are. Like, for example, in Texas, like, half of my mortgage payment is, like, property taxes. So, like, even though I have a good principal and interest, I still have to pay a a fuck ton in in property taxes, and they always go up. So, like, that's something... And then I have to mow the mow the lawn. I have to pay for property insurance. I have to, like, pay for the sewage line and all this. And then at the end of the day, you're you're spending, like, 4 to $5. This guy on the call was saying, like, he's spending 8,000 a month in in... [1:36:55] Kool @koolcryptovc: I I I wouldn't be able [1:36:56] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: to buy $10 in Bitcoin if I was paying 8,000 mortgage. Like, that's asinine. So just like... That that was my whole point. Like, today, like, you have to evaluate your situation, and it's not a flat out, like, yes. It's the best investment decision. But, yeah, I agree with you. Like, there's places where it definitely makes sense. [1:37:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: You're absolutely right because we do have... Because of everything that's going on, it... We do have a lot of the side effectors and a lot of things to consider. It's not just an outright yes, I can or yes, I should. [1:37:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. Really really quick on the property [1:37:27] xFactor @xFactorPOL: taxes before you go to the next step, like... And and maybe you guys already know this, but, like, both on on the business side and on the personal side, you guys can appeal the valuations. And we actually have attorneys that that I use both for my businesses and my properties to to kinda get to that appeal process and and keep your taxes reasonable. They're still gonna go up, but they only charge on a on a, I guess, on a on a result basis. So if they don't yield any results, you're not gonna have to pay them. If they do still find you some savings, they'll take a they'll take a cut or a commission of what they do. So it's it's worth having and looking into if you guys don't have it already. [1:38:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. And that... And make sure you have a good tax person because when it comes to property taxes, you write that off. You had a business, you write that... Look. At a certain point, when you have assets to protect, you learn to write everything off, and in most cases, you need a good tax tax adviser to do so. And that's just a different, you know, different spot in people's lives. If you're working nine to fives and you're renting, it's just not top of mind. But if you start working with a really good tax adviser or tax attorney, they can set you up for the future so that you get into the right things, and then you don't have to worry about the taxes and that kind of stuff, all the overages. Look. There's always a way out is is my point. There's always hope for for for you guys. For those that don't have this stuff or that are looking and have aspirations, there is a way. And where there's a will, there is a way. And I know that, if you got a good head in your shoulders, you can make it no matter what. [1:38:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: I do [1:38:56] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: like to people around. Yo, Landy, on that point, though, I think you can't... Like, you can deduct your taxes and your interest paid, but it's only if you decide to itemize your deductions. If you stay... If if you decide to take the standard deduction on a tax return and and you're not self employed or don't have a business, then you really can't deduct it in a meaningful way. All this to say, like, yeah, talk to your CPA, evaluate it. I think people who have business and have property within the business are the most that can benefit from this. But but, yeah, a [1:39:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: 100%. Quick question, guys. Wasn't there a state that literal... I don't what... Maybe Florida, but, like, that was... That there was doing away with property taxes completely, or was that a federal thing [1:39:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: that trumped it up? Florida. [1:39:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Florida? Is it is it a done deal? Is it not? What's the deal? [1:39:44] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: And Texas wants to do it too. Texas wants to do it, but Florida, yeah, was the one. [1:39:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Did it pass? [1:39:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's it's still being debated, I believe, in the senate for Florida and in Texas, but they are making movements. This is actually one of the deciding factors of why I went back and got another place down in Texas. Look. This is... There's... In California, one of the nice things in California for a very long time is very low property taxes. That was, like, the only really good benefit. You're... But you're making up for that because housing costs are... Were were... Are are much higher, I should say, in California. But it really depends on what state you're gonna go to and where and how and why. And I... And I'm right there with you, Julio. I believe you're just saying about, like, it... It's taking the different... If you have a good tax person, they can set you up, though, for the future. And you... Look. A lot of people are still working nine to fives and renting, And the... It's it's... We're in a very tough time, and I do hope that the actual general economy gets better. But you're here. Right? And if you're here in this space and you're doing work in this space, you know, maybe somebody can look into maybe having your own little corporation too. Maybe a little sole prop or, you know, different corporate structures that you can look into that can help you out in the long run as well. [1:41:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. And, Dave, I know we have to close out the space. Go go ahead, Julio. Go ahead. [1:41:06] Julio Rivera @JulioEAH: Yeah. Sorry. I just remembered one thing. There was a guy saying about the the day and age where we make money from tech and how hard it is to be approved for for for a home. And I just wanted to give this in case you guys hadn't thought about it. You know, if you if you have a... Like, if you have a dividend portfolio in a brokerage account like Fidelity or Vanguard, like... And you let it season for two years, like, that is actually another way where you can use, like, your DeFi gains. Like, if you funnel your DeFi gains by dividend stocks and that dividend stock starts generating new income, like, maybe 40,000 a year, 50,000 a year, 60,000 a year, and you add that to your current salary, after two years, you can use that as, hey. I have all this income. Look at my two years of tax returns, and now I can apply for a bigger home. So, like, just something that I wanted to add because sometimes we... We'd love the DeFi world, but sometimes it's a little hard for us to, like, transaction in the real world. So you can mix the two, and and that's kinda what I did with my e lock and and and how I'm generating money to pay it back and stuff. So just wanted to share that with you guys. [1:42:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: That was great, great advice. But I see Vibes has her hand up. Dave, would you mind if we go to Vibes and then I I wanna wanna add one more thing before we close out. Okay. Go ahead, Vibes. [1:42:26] Voice O: I just thought to say hello. Dave was gonna come to me way back, and I thought before you sign out, just hello. [1:42:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hi, Vibes. Sorry. I was also trying to shove on my face with some food earlier, and I also felt super guilty because I... In that moment, realized who Julio was, and then I felt like a total dickhead. So... Yeah. But welcome vibes. Love having you here in turn. Thank you for coming. Yeah. Matt, go for it. What else do you wanna Yeah. [1:42:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: I just wanted to add one more thing. Landy, we have CPI tomorrow and the expectation is... [1:43:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I know he was going... I just knew he was gonna do that. Go ahead, Landy. [1:43:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It's a CPI tomorrow. Look. I I I know what the expectations are, but with the government shutdown, data can be unreliable. So we'd never... We we don't know what's gonna happen. [1:43:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: We have no idea. Yeah. What I can what [1:43:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: I can safely say, and I think, Nat, you see this too, is that it... It's gonna probably point to more cutting being needed, and it's gonna come from the job side of... Job growth side of things. After the 2024 revision was not a revision for this year, we might get some of those next year. But after the the big 2024 revisions, I think that it's kinda set in stone that that that cuts really do need to start accelerating. But it's really about, like, is it gonna come in and meet expectations? Is the market even gonna register it with the government shutdown? The data is still official. The data is not government based data, so I think that it's gonna be reliable. You know? But if we see, if we if we see some movement, if we see it stay steady, then that that that jobs, kind of mandate is gonna really weigh. [1:44:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: My bad. I forgot she does that. Oh, you're good? She does that. My fault. [1:44:24] Bread @_ToastMalone: No. You're good. Yeah. It's just... Thick plug, bro. [1:44:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: It is actually a pretty sick plug. I like it. Can you make her a little bit more cheery? Like, is she is she stuck in, like, in, like, I'm kind of kinda feeling a little down mode? [1:44:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean, no. No. But... No. There is no mode there. Maybe talk to Adam. [1:44:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Don't Maybe like maybe a little bit of upward inflection at the end of her speeches. So she sounds like she's she's depressed. [1:44:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Absolutely not. [1:44:54] Bread @_ToastMalone: Does she just get hotter?... [1:44:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Crazy? No. What you mean, the crazy crazy... The the crazy hot matrix?... [1:45:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: Matrix? [1:45:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. No. We will not throw in the crazy hot matrix. Adam, are there any plans to adjust the voices of song song jam DJ? [1:45:11] Voice C: Yeah. Well, it's it's all possible. Right? I mean, it could be it could be any voice. I mean, it's actually... This is just plugged into 11 labs right now. So if you guys go voice hunting, you can just send me the one you like, and we can stick it in there. So... Yeah. It's... [1:45:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh my god. Get Junie a ring. [1:45:30] Voice O: That's what she said. [1:45:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: I would just love to say Junie's words will be great. Not Landy's, though. Not Landy. May I just throw him a space? Like, no. No. Definitely not Landy. Uh-uh. [1:45:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Nope. But actually, part of [1:45:41] NatNat @Natnatx007: the [1:45:41] Voice C: concept, there is there is a there is a concept for the... For voice agents. Right? So, actually, that that will be something that... If if people like it, then, you know, you can train your own voice agent. You can... That's part of owning your voice. Right? Like, you train your own voice agent. You've got your voice biometric data, and then you can monetize it through applications, not just like this, but to AI researchers who are actually giving up on using real voices. They're resorting to synthetic data to train the new voice models. Right? So there's, a whole... There's... I mean, it... That's gonna lead to to generate... Degeneration of, AI voices in the future. So that's kind of a potential monetization route for for voice models. [1:46:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nice. Alright. Last thing, guys, before we go, I wanna start doing this thing where by the by... At the end of every show, I wanna look at poly markets, and I wanna just go through across and just, like, quick, like, shotgun style. Like, I'm gonna give you guys a a... What's it called? I'm looking at some of these markets on poly market. Some of this shit is crazy, bro. I wanna know what side you guys would actually take. Right? So, Nat, when will the government shutdown end? It says 14% between October 31, November 3, or 15% November 4 to the seventh. Which one are you taking on that? [1:47:06] NatNat @Natnatx007: November 4 to the seventh. [1:47:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fourth to the seventh. Alright. Landy, New York City mayoral election. 93% say Mamdani, 6% now say Cuomo. What side of the bet are you taking? [1:47:16] xFactor @xFactorPOL: And I don't know. I'm not [1:47:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: saying who's gonna win or what. Like, what bet would you make is what I want to know. [1:47:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, the closer we get, I'd probably take the Cuomo bet because then you can arbitrate it up at least and maybe maybe have a trade there. But but Cuomo's not gonna win. There's no way, unfortunately. You're [1:47:35] Bread @_ToastMalone: all cooked. Fair. [1:47:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're all cooked. Bread, US Venezuela military engagement, 5% shot by October... I didn't even know this was a fucking thing. [1:47:46] Bread @_ToastMalone: Oh, finally. A topic I know so much about. [1:47:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I told you they were random. October 31, 21% shot. October 24, 5% shot. Which one you going with? No on both? [1:47:59] Bread @_ToastMalone: I'm I'm going with the majority, whatever that first one was, but I'm definitely gonna, like... I love playing hedges between, like, 3¢ and 15¢. That's such a sweet spot to just, like, get in and, like, get in at 3¢, sell everything at 15, and then, who the hell cares? [1:48:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Fair enough. It's free real estate. [1:48:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Come up World Series champion 2025. Dodgers at 70%, Toronto Blue Jays 30%. [1:48:26] Kkoma @itskkoma: Dodgers, 100%. That's the easy one. [1:48:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Dodgers, 100%. Let's see. Will Trump meet with Putin again? A 1% chance by October 31 or November 30, 19% chance. Vibes, that one's for you because I know you're such a big fan of Putin and Russia. [1:48:44] Voice O: The fuck? [1:48:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what I'm saying? [1:48:46] Voice O: Can you not put a bet on both of them? See, I like to hedge my bets. I might... No. I'll put a bet on both. [1:48:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. It's just yes to both. Okay. Fair enough. I like it. [1:48:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: Dave, I got [1:48:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: one for Samara. Yeah. [1:48:59] Kkoma @itskkoma: Samara, SPF release from custody in 2025. Yes. 15¢ or no. 90¢. [1:49:07] Samara @thee_samara: Yes. 15¢. Free my dog. [1:49:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Me too, Samara. [1:49:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: I don't Babe, [1:49:13] Voice O: I think we should put on the bets that people do and see how well we do. We should have a running total. [1:49:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: That sounds like the job of an intern. I would love to do something like that. Know? [1:49:22] Voice O: A brilliant job for you, Dave. Yeah. I I I learned from you. You you do and I watch. [1:49:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: I love that job for somebody else other. Cool. I know you're on your show, but Monad airdrop by November 15, 15%. Monad airdrop by November 30, 90%. Which one you going with? He's like, fuck this. I'm not... He's on... Is he on his show? He's probably on his show. He can't do it. I like the SBF call, comma. I like that 15 in 2020 for bro. I said it in the chat. By Christmas Christmas time, nobody's paying attention. Everybody's in a... Oh my god. Love each Christmas. Oh my god. I'm playing all these gifts. Oh my god. It's amazing. I love you. Oh, the holidays. Right in between the day, like, right before Christmas Eve, the day after. You know what I mean? It's like, ah, let this fucking guy out of here. And then all of a sudden, doesn't make the headlines. Nobody's paying attention. Everyone's with the... Or maybe they read the headline like, oh, whatever. Let's be f go. [1:50:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: He's like jolly walking out of prison and jolly hip stuff. [1:50:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: With his big ass afro, ro, but I don't know. SBF, free the criminals. Let this man out. I'm making that [1:50:42] Bread @_ToastMalone: No way. No way. No way he's getting out. [1:50:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bad. No. [1:50:47] Bread @_ToastMalone: No. He cost Trump money, bro. [1:50:49] Kkoma @itskkoma: It jumped from 4% to 15% since since CZ cup pardon. [1:50:58] Landy @CryptoLandy: You see? There's only one way. There's only one way. He would have to dish the dirt on the Dems for a pardon deal. That's the only way. And there would have to be concrete evidence that they could come through to actually prosecute. There's there's no other way. There's no other way. [1:51:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, there's tons of... You know what the other way is? Is the other way is his mom and dad are extremely powerful attorneys that had the Biden administration by the balls, and they definitely have somebody in the Trump administration somewhere high up that all they gotta do is just squeeze the nuts a little bit harder. And you know what? Okay. [1:51:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: What makes you go ahead, Joe? [1:51:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's it, bro. That's it. That's all that has [1:51:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: to happen. No. [1:51:39] Bread @_ToastMalone: They'd have [1:51:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: to have leverage, and he went against Trump. If he had... If they had done stuff like donate and do other kind of stuff, then maybe. They have leverage on Democrats, but Democrats are not really swaying Trump right now in any direction. [1:51:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't know. I don't know. [1:51:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Don't Mamdani. [1:51:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mamdani. You haven't said the name right in forever, bro. [1:51:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: Just [1:52:00] Bread @_ToastMalone: I'm buying promo when it gets to 3¢, bro. I'm telling you. Like, that's I [1:52:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: have one. Too. [1:52:04] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I have one. Yeah. Will Nat Nat realize full alignment by token drop and say, let's go fucking? [1:52:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yeah. I'm I'm selling all that. You will never hear that. I'll come in. Like, whatever the odds are, I'll I'll be the degenerate at the end of the game where it's, like, 99 to one, and I'll still be buying, like, the 99. You know what I'm saying? [1:52:28] Bread @_ToastMalone: Like Yo. I'm a market make the no side of that all day, bro. [1:52:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: 100%, bro. 100%. Anyways, guys. [1:52:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I'm definitely not there. [1:52:35] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Aligners is on the train. [1:52:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. But listen. We had a good show. Thank you, guys. [1:52:45] Voice M: Thank you everyone for coming to ATC. Hope you learned something. Julio, sorry Dave is an idiot. Coma, you're welcome for sacrificing my spot so you can get on stage. Nat, you're Sorry it is what it is. True dat. And free SPF, Merry Christmas, you filthy animals. [1:53:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: True. [1:53:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: What the hell, bro? Bro, these AIs are getting crazy out of app. Keep your fucking girl in check... Yes. Tomorrow, I [1:53:21] Hatsu 🧪 @hatsunama: don't know. [1:53:42] Voice K: We [1:53:51] Voice K: don't chase coins. We chase conviction. Every drug decoded, every market mission.
