Gold under 4,000. What sense are we to make of this madness that we call financial markets right now, and what are you doing?

So it it is a very interesting moment, but what's driving the market right now, obviously, is the is the announcement on a potential positive outcome with USA and China. And, also, we have FOMC rate decision on Wednesday, and the market is anticipating a cut. You know? Sometimes these cuts are priced in. The market is forward looking, so I won't be surprised if it's front running that. But, man, stock market is the place to be, guys. Don't sleep on the stock market. You can you can make money on both sides. Right? It doesn't have to be one or the other. Two truths can coexist. Multiple ways of making money happen. Right? So imagine you have a stock market crypto and you have Infofy. Right? With regards to Bitcoin, I'm looking to what I use to track the liquidity. I use multiple things. Right? I I mentioned this on the world's basis before.
[0:10:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: I used something called the Market Monkey Terminal, and they have been tracking the liquidity to the t. That's how we know whether to go long or that's how I know to hedge my spot back. Right now, it does have a lot of liquidity forming at the top up until a 120 k. However, it did get rejected at $1.60, which is an important zone. So we're have to see. It may retest, 14 k and then try to rebound so it can go down as low to, like, 13 k. There is liquidity building down at the bottom, but the liquidity at the top seems stronger. Let's see how let's see how this plays out. I think the markets are gearing gearing in for f one c on Wednesday. Tomorrow is going to be a very interesting day. I won't be surprised if we do pull back and trade sideways until decision moment. So let's see. Let's see. I don't know about the all season. Right? I think... I'm with cool. I think we need to put that on the back burner for a little bit. I think BTC has to hold above a certain level, and it has to hold above a certain level before we can even start thinking about all season. You're in stocks. You're in real estate. It's difficult to know where to be right now, because you're... You... We're getting mixed signals. I'm seeing, big money bags on Wall Street saying, oh, we're going higher. I'm seeing other execs, in Wall Street saying, oh, be, be cautious. We're probably gonna crash soon. I have no no... I I don't know. I don't know. It's it's so hard to tell, bro. I'm not gonna lie to you. But, the best way to change this market is having exposure to cash, having exposure to crypto, having exposure to as much as we can as a hedge. So either way, you're gonna be fine. I I would also, you know, expect people to probably start to trade, maybe maybe start shorting things, maybe if if things do get overheated. As far as far as off point season goes, yeah, that's, I will say, don't even... I mean, off point season, we're not even anywhere near that yet. Bitcoin dominance is pushing 60% now. So like I said, it's it's difficult to tell where the market is going. That's the reason why you have to have exposure to multiple things right now as a hedge. But I I can't predict this stuff, bro. I really can't. Because just recently, we're at... As recent as as a week and a half ago, we saw, Eterium go down to, what, 35 or 3,600, and we we saw people calling for where markets is done. Where markets here. So you just... I really don't know, bro. I I I... But I will say the best indicator is you, crypto Twitter is the number one indicator, you know, that would that would kinda tell you where to go. You wanna do the opposites. You wanna do the opposites of what everyone else is doing, man. And that's kind of a way for you to to be on the right side of history because every time... Because the Twitter says, we go to zero, we pop. When they say we go to Valhalla, we don't. So you just wanna do the opposite of what what what everyone else is doing. But... Yeah.

So a few days ago, when BTC was at one zero seven k, and it it dabbled between, like, one zero six, one zero seven up and down for, like, a few a few days. I think was, like, two days. And crypto Twitter was the barest I have ever seen it. Right? Everyone was calling, like, 20 or 30. Like, it was going to go down in, one candle. It was crazy. Right? So without even knowing any TA or anything, just based on doing the opposite, based on being a ex contrarian, you could have gotten into a long and made massive amount of money. Like, I got into a long at, like, $10.07 k, and it ran up over 600%. Right? And I know a lot of people that do that. Right? People trade, the inverse of x. People trade the moon. But there's different ways make money. But like you said, cool. Because there's so much going on in the economy, we don't know which way it's gonna go. There's liquidity building on both sides all the way at the top, possibly new time... New all time high, but then there's also liquidity building below a 100 k, one zero five, one zero two, 100, 98, all of that. So listen. If if you're new to crypto, it's okay to not do anything. Stay on your hands, accumulate money on the side for the right time. Right? If you're already in it, look for a hedging strategy. Right? We've covered hedge... Hedging strategies many times on the show, but the worst thing that you can do is try to time the market and try to predict the market. Right?

I feel like I have a good handle on... I'm kinda the same way. I just react, though. I don't really look at crypto Twitter. It just so happens that it's always the opposite of... Or the majority of the time. Not saying that I'm right, but if you remember where I was like... I I give you guys shit in the chat where it's like, oh, more bearishes. You're like, we're just following the market. Right? And I'm just like, I got it. But I'm like, you know, I'm going... What did I say? I said, I'm I'm putting... Like, I'm taking the the biggest leverage long ever. Right? And that's kind of the level where where it then bounce. Right? Because people are emotional traders at the end the day. Right? And and and, like, it... It's just kinda how it works. If you're inexperienced and you don't... Have not spent time in the market instead of timing the market, then you're you're essentially gonna let the emotions kinda rule. Where does fear and greed, like, work into this? Because we did the full flush, like Kool said, if if I remember correctly, right, like, when we were talking about... We fear and greed was down to, like, 25 or 29 at one point after the whole crash, right, like, couple weeks ago. Where does fear and greed index factor in to to, like, when you're looking at all this stuff, Nat? Like like, where we're currently at and does that... Because I think now it's at, like, 54, 55. We're in neutral territory. So I see this as, like, that combined with FOMC positive trade result with China, that's a powerful index right there.

I remember us talking about this a few shows ago when we were at greed level, and I said, you know what, Dave? This is a very interesting statistic to look at. Right? Because usually when we're at greed, the market tends to pull back. And lo and behold, a few days later, right, we did pull back. And when we're at extreme fear, the market tends to bounce. So it's, you know, it's... It it tends to be somehow correlated. Right? And and you're absolutely right. I think markets lately, because there's so much going on, they tend to be very emotional more more than normal. That's probably what's causing part of the... That short term volatility that we're seeing, but you're... It does play a role. Anyone tell me... I I don't I don't know of any trader that doesn't look at the fair and greed index. Every trader I speak to, even investors that I speak to, they... They're all aware of the of the fair and greed index. It does payroll.

So it's market momentum, stock price strength, the stock price breadth, put and call options, and market volatility. So they're they're basing it... When it comes to market volatility, they're basing it off, like, the fifty day moving average. So it's definitely market momentum, however, is, like, the key driver as we can see into the fairing greed index. Right? So it's seven indicators in total, and each is weighted equally to provide the balanced view of market sentiment.

If I'm, like, looking at this from my investor lens, and I'm saying this might be a good time to actually get into the mark... So one very interesting stat with gold is that it cools off. And if if the market isn't where it's supposed to be or there's still trouble in the economy, gold tends to double, double, and then double some more. Right? So I wouldn't see this just yet as all things go or light, everything's okay. We need to see more information prior to making that decision because as it stands right now, everything was overheated. So what we're seeing with gold is a technical cool off. Whether or not it continues to go down and all things are go, we need more information, like FOMC being a big one.

I'm not fully active in the market when it comes to, like, you know, heavily investing in stuff, personally. That's just a personal thing. I'm kind of, like, trying to treat... I'm still trading memes. I trade leverage often and just trying to stack up my USDC. Whenever the market's, like, tanking, I just opened a couple of shorts positions, and they mostly just hit. So I've come to realize... Well, shout out to Landy, but I've come to realize that short in the market is more fun than, you know, than long in the market. So that's what I just do. Like, when we had that Swan event, all my shorts were just, like, hitting. Like, bro, I made a lot of money, like, that that particular, like, couple of hours. So I think that was the best. That's that's my own strategy. I still hold a couple of things, but everything I hold right now, hold them for long term. Heavy on just, like, major l ones, like, suite. That's what this is what I do. I'm not really trying to believe too much in anything long term. I'm not I'm not moved by, Tracey, I'm not moved by the sentiment on the timeline. If everything's going to going to shit, I don't really panic because I know what I'm holding. And that is what I do. I'm taking a different approach to this cycle. So that's that's cool. So, yeah, just... My major... My favorite indicator is RSI. That's my favorite my favorite indicator. It works perfectly for me. Yeah. So so, like, tomorrow is the Bitwise Solana ETF that's coming out. Look into the... Look into what the expense ratio fees are gonna be. The reason is... So SSK, I think it's, like, 0.75% right now on their fees. And from what I'm looking at, a lot of these... The ones that are are launching, so 21 shares, Bitwise, you know, all these new Solana ETFs that are coming out are, like, zero point two zero point two five. You know? So if you're an SSK, I would be really watching what's going on. The reason is I saw this happen to Grayscale Bitcoin. So the only product... And then when all the other ones came out, grayscale Bitcoin had a mass exodus where it... I don't know if everyone remembers, but it basically bled out, you know, for for a while. And what was happening was people were rotating. They were rotating out of a high fee structure into a lower ones. So I think that might happen with SSK because why would you wanna, you know, be an SSK at 0.75% fee ratio when you can get 0.2, you know, with with, like, the 21 shares one. And and that's including the staking rewards, by the way. So, you know, like, 21 shares is gonna have, like, 0.2 with the zip... Seven to 9% Solana staking rewards as a dividend. So for... From what I'm looking at, yeah, I can see a big... Essentially, the same thing is gonna happen. I think people are gonna rotate. So just just be aware if you're in SSK that that that might happen.
