Thursday Oct 30 show where the planned news became a live Bitcoin recovery. Dave's friend Rolex runs a car dealership, and an 82-year-old couple wanted to pay for a car with 5 BTC. The coins sat on a 2011 paper wallet: a friend repaid a $200 loan with about 30 BTC when it was around $6. Landy, AlphaGamer, NatNat, Bread, MA (Voice D) and Roger from Aligners talk Rolex through it. Modern wallets (Trust, Blue, Phantom, Sparrow) no longer import old uncompressed WIF private keys that start with 5. Landy points him to Electrum from the official electrum.org, double-checked, or a Bitcoin Core node as a fallback. Bread and MA suggest using a clean computer. Electrum shows balances in mBTC (5,000 mBTC is 5 BTC). After importing the key, Rolex creates a new native SegWit wallet with a fresh seed and sends a $5 test to Coinbase first. Then he sweeps the old key into the new wallet and sends the full 5 BTC to Coinbase. NatNat gives a short market update before the recovery: big-tech earnings beat estimates, and QE could start Dec 1. Shaksi shares his 2011-14 LocalBitcoins purchase history. Landy closes by saying this proves Bitcoin is money and a store of value, and he buys BTC with half of any profits he cashes out. Dave mentions his Lurky airdrop. Discussion only, not advice.

[0:00:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hi, guys. Hope everybody's good. No music for today. I'm help trying to troubleshoot. Nat, I have a question. Nat, you... Can you hear me? [0:00:30] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. What's up? [0:00:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: I have a question for you. Have you had experience transferring a paper wallet of Bitcoin to, like, another wallet before or no? [0:00:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: Not transferring a paper wallet. No. [0:00:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Not transferring a paper wallet. I don't know where the hell Landy is. I need Landy right now. [0:00:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So we were on another space. We were on another space together. [0:00:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: We on big baby. We in a big baby. [0:00:59] Voice N: A Damn it. [0:01:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: So somebody... So roll... Hold on. Just launched the ATC. Let's see if alpha gamer shows up. Really weird. So we're trying to... Because I'm trying to help Rolex. One of my buddies, he runs a car dealership, and somebody wants to pay for the car in Bitcoin. And we did this last time. We just have to... They have a paper wallet. They literally own Bitcoin from 2011. They have, like, 5 Bitcoin on this wallet, and they got us a repayment. Well, crazy. Somebody owed them, like, you know, $200 and gave them, like, $10 worth of Bitcoin in 2011. That turned out to be, lo and behold, a couple million dollars, which is kind of freaking crazy. But he's... We're trying to transfer from the paper wallet to the, to, like, a newer, like, b c q one or whatever, like, the new, like, the newer ones, like, native wallet, the native addresses. But I don't wanna screw something up because I haven't done this before. Let me see if alpha gamer is around. Hold on one second. Why is nobody around when you need them? You know what I mean? [0:02:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: This is why we're not getting any music? I'm just kidding. Yeah. [0:02:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Chill [0:02:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: out. Have you missed me? [0:02:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Maybe you jumped in real... Oh, maybe Roger. Maybe Roger knows. Yeah. Maybe Roger can help. [0:02:23] NatNat @Natnatx007: Hey, Roger. [0:02:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey, Roger. [0:02:28] Voice G: G26. How are you, everyone? [0:02:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Dave? G26. Yeah. Can you help? [0:02:33] Voice G: Yeah. I can advise you to discuss it with Dudu. [0:02:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yeah. Dudu's probably sleeping at this point right now. [0:02:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: I think it's late on his end. Well, I'm trying to get in... I just spoke to Landy. One second. Hold on. [0:02:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's responding to you? This piece of shit? What the hell? [0:02:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: Roger, congrats on more than 5,000 followers. [0:02:59] Voice B: Thank you. Thank you. [0:03:00] Voice G: Thank you so much, Monica. Thank you. Guys, everyone, tomorrow, we are going to have our first space with Monica and the Spanish community. [0:03:09] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. I'm [0:03:10] Voice G: so excited. I always loved I always loved this community, but it was something that I could not even dream about it since I have a language barrier. But thank you, Monica, for making it happen. [0:03:29] NatNat @Natnatx007: Of course. I'm I'm hoping that Nat will follow. I mean, she's a superwoman of aligners. We need her. Excited for that space, Monica. Thank you. [0:03:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Wait. Hold on. Rolex is here. Let me just... Rolex, if you wanna come up real quick. I think we got Landy on the line. I think we're gonna get Alpha Gamer coming in, in a second as well. Landy just wrote back. I'm waiting till he's just around. Can't talk or even join the space. Okay. That's awesome. Thank you, Landy. Alpha Gamer. Where are the Bitcoin heads when we need them? You know what I'm saying? This is crazy work. Hey, Roly. I'm I'm trying for you, bro. [0:04:08] Voice B: Hey, Dave. No. I appreciate it. No. I appreciate it, man. Thank you so much, dude. Like, hey. Listen. It's there. I see it there. Yeah. I I just need to get it on a wallet so I can transfer it to the exchange, and that seems to be the hard part. I've tried Phantom. I've tried Xverse, I believe. I've tried, I don't... Wait. I I don't think I tried Xverse. We tried Trust Wallet. We tried, I've tried everything but MetaMask at this point, man. I'm I'm lost. [0:04:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: I just need to... I need get... [0:04:38] Voice B: I need help. [0:04:42] Samara @thee_samara: And then blue wallet...... [0:04:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: It was restored. Yeah. [0:04:45] Voice B: The blue wallet didn't work. For some reason, it it... I can scan the public address, and it scanned perfectly fine. It brings up, like, this, page that allows you to, you know, take the next step. But when I actually scan the private, it it it just disappears. [0:05:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Private key. Let me just tell them. [0:05:08] Voice B: I just need a wallet that I can accept a private key for bick... BTC specifically and be able to get... Sweep the... All the BTC to the wallet to be able to transfer to Coinbase, the exchange so they can cash it out. [0:05:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. So I'm I'm talking... Landy said he can't talk right now, but I'm in the DMs with them. I'm like, he goes, has to see if I go, no, Landy. It's a paper wallet. He's got the private... He's got the full private key hash or q r q r code. Right, Roly? [0:05:36] Voice B: No. I have both. The private key and the q r code, but I'm u... I've using the private key. Private key. Yeah. [0:05:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Let me see what Landy writes back so that we can figure this out. Yeah. Roger, did you wanna... Did did you have anything that you can... Wait. Is cool stuck? [0:05:54] Voice G: Yeah. Yeah. Nothing. I just want to mention the private key, but, apparently, doctor Rolex tackled this area. But I'm not getting the idea. How the fuck is anyone giving his private keys while holding 5 Bitcoins? [0:06:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. Well, they have [0:06:13] Voice B: He's asking me. I've done this for them before, and I I think they know I'm... I don't need 5 Bitcoins. So we're good. [0:06:20] Voice G: No. No. It's not about you, doctor Rollins. It's the guy you have. It's a paper wallet. I don't know. How did he do it? [0:06:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, so [0:06:31] Voice B: so they they they had a... Just a friend give him a a little loan of $200, like, back in 2011. The friend couldn't pay them back, so he asked politely if he could pay them back in Bitcoin, roughly 30, and they said yes. It was, like, $6 at that time they accepted it. And they were patiently enough they were patient enough to wait since then till now to hold on to it. And they're great people. And, they bought a car two years ago with Bitcoin, and they wanna buy a car today with Bitcoin. 82 years old, and they are buying vehicles with Bitcoin. If that doesn't make you bullish about crypto and the future of crypto, I don't know what else would. [0:07:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Dave, do you [0:07:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: see Landy. [0:07:17] Voice G: Do you see do you see the beauty of a long vesting schedule now? [0:07:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Chill out. Let's get this resolved. Landy, thank you, bro, like, for two seconds. I got Rolex up here. He's trying to get this, yeah. You you... I I filled you in already. He's trying to get, the money off the paper wallet into another wallet so they can transfer to Coinbase, but he's having an issue. Can you help? [0:07:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. What's up, bro? So you got What's up, bro? Forgive the noise in the background. I'm trying to get as far away from this garage as I can. The... It's not a seed phrase. Right? It's the private key? [0:07:54] Voice B: Correct. [0:07:58] Landy @CryptoLandy: And you have both the QR and the and the printed underneath, right, for the private key? [0:08:03] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Correct. [0:08:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: Of course. Is that thumbs down? [0:08:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I have both both. Yes. Yeah. You said both. [0:08:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. So both [0:08:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: device was used to generate it. Any clue? [0:08:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: One more time, Landy. You cut out. [0:08:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Do you know what kind of device it was? Like a ledger or or software that created it? [0:08:35] Voice B: It was just a plain old Bitcoin paper wallet. [0:08:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: You should be able to restore it to just about any hot... HotWallet service that is Bitcoin native. You might have to restore it to a hardware based wallet or to Electrum or something like that [0:08:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: Okay. [0:08:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: In order to actually get it. [0:09:01] Voice B: So I did this last year, and I thought I did it with either Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or MetaMask, and it worked no problem. [0:09:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Can you hear me? [0:09:14] Voice B: Yeah. [0:09:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Try Electrum. [0:09:17] Voice B: Electrum? [0:09:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's a Okay. You you got it here. You're gonna have to try native... Node native wallets. [0:09:28] Voice B: Okay. So Electrum, e l e c t r u m. [0:09:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. Yes. [0:09:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: Make sure you get the... You need Bitcoin native wallets if they're not... If the hot wallets aren't working. [0:09:40] Voice B: Yeah. None none of these hot... I tried Trust Wallet. I tried Coinbase Wallet. I've tried Phantom. I didn't try Epsverse yet, but I think we're gonna go with Electrum, try that out right now, and see if that works. [0:09:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. You can... You might find... But something like Electrum or or or another Bitcoin native kind of a based wallet. Or at at worst, just fire up a Bitcoin core node and don't don't sync. Just have it do the wallet... Manage the wallet and import the wallet to it. Like, it... [0:10:19] Voice G: That's like, I don't [0:10:20] Voice B: know what's going bro. [0:10:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: I might need to Bro. Yo, Landy, chill out. Talking to lose your... I... But hold on, Landy. Just real quick. So Electrum is not... There's no... Is there any mobile app for Electrum, or is it just... Because I'm looking at it now. I don't see Electrum in my App Store. Is it only... Can I only download it onto, let's say, my Mac or my computer? [0:10:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It's gonna have to be on a computer. [0:10:43] Voice B: Okay. Which we have. [0:10:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. [0:10:45] Voice B: They they brought their computer with them. So what's the... Is it electronelectron.com? [0:10:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Electrum.org, I I think. Or no. [0:10:54] Landy @CryptoLandy: Make sure it's the right one. [0:10:58] Landy @CryptoLandy: So Electrum is gonna be... Oh, they... It says... I'm seeing that they do have a mobile version, but I don't it says Windows, MacOS, Linux. I don't know if that's right, though. [0:11:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: So it's electrum.org, not .com. Just... [0:11:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Be be careful with the Electrum stuff. Make sure it's really them. They... You could also use Sparrow. Sparrow is desktop only. [0:11:25] Voice B: Electrum, I don't see on the App Store, on Apple, on iOS. [0:11:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Try to go That's what was saying. [0:11:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Try to go to their website, their their actual website, double and triple check that it's theirs. And you can... For... [0:11:41] Voice B: Was it .com or .org? [0:11:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: Dotorg. Right? [0:11:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: I think somebody said this. Yeah. [0:11:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let me let me cross reference with the Twitter account. Let me cross [0:11:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: reference with Twitter account really real Yeah. [0:11:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Let me just cross reference with the Twitter account so we don't screw anything up over here. Electroly...... You guys can [0:11:59] Voice B: hear me. [0:12:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: But... Yeah. We got you, Landy. [0:12:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: It it... They... They're saying... Somebody just messaged me when I was saying it that there is a somebody I trust that there is a mobile wallet, but I I don't remember there being a mobile wallet. [0:12:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: So I'm I'm on the Electrum wallet x page, it says electrum.org, not .com. [0:12:22] Voice B: That's what I see too. Electrum.org. [0:12:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: You can also use Spero, but that's desktop only. [0:12:30] Bread @_ToastMalone: Ron, can you not import a BTC private key into Xverse? Because I've transferred a bunch of shit between Spero and Xverse. [0:12:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Not not from not from a paper wallet address. The addresses are different. Private keys are different from paper wallets from back in the day. Nano, do you have anything to contribute to this convo? Yeah. GM everybody. I don't know if know about OKX Wallet. OKX Wallet? The... Does that allow me to import a paper wallet? Yeah. They have different address. Mean, I don't know. Just check it out. [0:13:08] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. Like, [0:13:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: different and different address. Yeah. Yeah. Thanks, Nando. We we just wanna be really careful because there are two different ways to actually do this, or there's multiple ways to do this. I just wanna make sure we're doing it. Yeah, Lindy. So, at Rollie, I checked on the Electrum Twitter page, which is not verified, which is really weird. Why would Electrum wallet not be verified? It does say electrum.org. God. We're so jaded out here. I'm, like, literally walking on pins and needles with this [0:13:36] xFactor @xFactorPOL: stuff. I'm like [0:13:38] Voice B: check, cross our t's and dot our i's. So if I download the Electrum wallet, we're on a Windows PC. I'm assuming it would be the Windows installer? [0:13:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. From those options, it says Windows, yeah, 10 and higher. Yeah. Windows installer. [0:13:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. And what it is is it's because it's a WIF key. It's old enough to be a WIF key, and you don't... More... The... What... A lot of the hot wallets won't support it if it's that old. [0:14:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's 2011, Lindy. [0:14:12] Voice B: It it was from 2011. And Woah. Woah. Ironically, we we we were able to make it work two years ago without any issues whatsoever. I don't know what changed. [0:14:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: With BlueWallet? Probably. Probably with BlueWallet. [0:14:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, we're probably done with Blake. [0:14:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. We made it we made it we made it work last time, Landy. I I I literally did it with Rolex, but I feel like Trust Wallet changed something because we were able to import it, last time somewhat. I'm I'm almost positive we... Because we did this once before. [0:14:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Trust Trust Wallet used to support it. They they ended support. Blue Wallet used to support. Now it's limited support. [0:14:54] Voice B: Oh. Yeah. Blue Wallet doesn't support. If you try to scan the barcode, it disappears. [0:15:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. You're gonna have to... You're probably gonna have to fall back. It's gonna probably be your best bet because even Sparrow has limited support these days for wallets that old. MetaMask...... Other way is a node. [0:15:14] Voice B: And and MetaMask is not an option? [0:15:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: Absolutely not. Okay. No. And and if Electrum is is... If Electrum gives you problems, the the fallback is installing Bitcoin Core and just doing it that way and porting the wallet that way. [0:15:31] Voice B: If I have to go that route, then I might have to call one of y'all boys up for some 911 because I do not know how to do that. [0:15:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: So they have to have that...... Pinged [0:15:41] Landy @CryptoLandy: on me. I... [0:15:42] Voice B: Thanks, bro. [0:15:42] Samara @thee_samara: I I [0:15:43] Voice B: will. I appreciate it. [0:15:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: Nerves, brother. I... It's easy. I can I can show you how to do it? Electrum is gonna be your best your best bet, though, right now. [0:15:51] Voice B: Okay. I am working on downloading Electrum as we speak, and I'm gonna work on this. I will update you all shortly. [0:15:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Please. Appreciate the help. [0:15:59] Voice B: Thank you so much, man. [0:16:00] Voice G: Have a question. You are not fully confident that Electrom is the legit Electrom, try Sparrow at first. If it did not work, then try Electron. I'm sorry. I'm just giving my personal opinion. Of course, you do whatever you want. [0:16:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Why why the difference, Roger? Because, like, we're we're going via the same route, Sparrow Wallet. Oh, from bitcoin.org? Yeah. [0:16:26] Voice G: Yeah. You you just mentioned that that Twitter account don't have a blue to take. There is .comand .org. So just to minimize the... Yeah. Okay. So chances of any mistake. [0:16:45] Voice B: Okay. Yeah. So Spiral is also web based. Right? [0:16:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. So, Roli, I just texted you on your phone the actual link, which comes from the bitcoin.org website, and it shows Spero wallet features, hardware wallet support, legacy addresses, multisig, and SegWit. So [0:17:04] NatNat @Natnatx007: Okay. [0:17:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Most wallets... Yeah. [0:17:06] Voice B: Let me try. Let me go that route first with the Sparrow. Is it s p a r r o w? [0:17:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I just sent you the link for bitcoin.org, but you can go to the bitcoin.org page. Obviously, like, bitcoin.org is bitcoin.org. So... Yeah. [0:17:20] Voice B: Okay. Perfect. That's what I'll do. I'll go to bitcoin.org, and then I can get this, Sparrow. [0:17:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. There's links there for... To visit the website, for Mac, for Linux, Windows as well to be able to walk you through. [0:17:34] Voice B: You just choose your wallet and pick sparrow sparrow. Right? [0:17:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. [0:17:41] Voice B: Let's help you find a wallet. Okay. I gotcha. Alrighty. Let me see if I can figure this out. I appreciate the assistance. [0:17:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Just stay up here, bro. Stay up here if you have any issues. [0:17:55] Voice B: Yeah. Staying here. I'm not going nowhere. I'm surprised, [0:18:01] Bread @_ToastMalone: like, a recursive inscription or something couldn't fix this. [0:18:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're a funny guy, Brad. You're a really funny guy. Really, really funny guy. A recursive inscription. Oh my god. Yeah. Landy, where are your ordinals now? But what's up, everybody? Welcome to all things crypto where we do play help desk for the ones we love out here. It's how this works. And if you were just getting into the space, this is one of the most amazing stories probably that I've heard in a really long time. So Rolex is helping one of these customers, right, who came in to buy a car. They're an 82 year old couple, okay, who essentially wants to pay in Bitcoin. So I'm like, 82 years old. They own Bitcoin. Like, this gives us life. This gives us hope. Right? I'm like, how did... Really, how did they actually come across this Bitcoin? They came across the Bitcoin because way back in 2011, somebody that they lent money to, they lent one of their buddies $200, and at the time, he didn't have what to pay them back with. So he paid them back with, 30 Bitcoin. And at the time, 30 Bitcoin was, like, 10 or $20 or whatever. And they were like, I'm fine. Like, we'll take it. And as Bitcoin climbed, they sold off a little bit, right, to recoup kind of their their initial investment, but they held on to a good chunk of it. And, essentially, I think he said it was not even sick... I think he said it was $22 and 80¢ is what Bitcoin was worth at the time that that they got the Bitcoin. Fast forward to today. [0:19:32] Voice B: Was $6. [0:19:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: It was $6. [0:19:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: $6. [0:19:36] Voice N: Oh my god, bro. [0:19:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: $6. Okay? That when you think about what's 30 Bitcoin today, even at a 100 k. Yeah. [0:19:45] Voice B: This this this car they're buying today is technically costing them $2.80. [0:19:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Is that not the is not the dream out here? What are we doing? I wanna buy a house for $2.80, but I'll take a house for 60 k or 70 k where I bought my Bitcoin. You know? Like, I'm okay with that. I'm I'm fine with that. I'm fine with that. But, yo, if this doesn't teach you and show you guys that, like, some... Like, my man's 82 years... This couple's 82 years old. They had the presence of mind to say, you know what? Like, we're keeping this. Like, you never know. Right? You don't you don't know. At the end of the day, like, when when you sit here and you hear us talk about this all day, every day, again and again, and we're just like, you don't need to look at the price action every day. The people up here are traders. Right? But make no mistake, Landy, Nat, Cool, myself, like, we all own Bitcoin. Like, we don't... I don't touch that big... That Bitcoin's not being touched. But they... Nat, Landy, like, they're trading around their Bitcoin positions constantly. So y'all need to understand, like, if an 82 year old couple out here is profiting like this off of Bitcoin, If that doesn't give you promise for, like, crypto, I don't know what to tell you. I genuinely do not know what to tell you guys. I really don't. But, Roli, we're here for you, bro. If you need anything, obviously, come off mute. Let us know how it's going. I know Landy came back up. Landy, anything to add before I start the show? [0:21:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I I think you guys heard most of what I said. I was having trouble hearing you guys, but I was hearing a little bit of feedback that you you sound like you're on the right path. So just... If you do need any help, feel free to message me. I am gonna be kinda here here and gone for the next hour or so, but I'll try to to get back to you. My apologies. We're we're setting up for a race event. Demetrius. [0:21:29] Voice B: No. I appreciate it, Mandy. I appreciate all the help. I... I'm working on downloading Sparrow Wallet now, via Windows. I just came up with Windows protecting your PC. Microsoft Defender smart screen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk. I'm assuming that just because it's not recognizing the app, I'd probably fair to say we're we're good to go on that. [0:21:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't know if anybody's gonna have the ball to tell you yes. But [0:21:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yes. [0:21:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. Yes. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. I am not on record saying that. [0:22:03] Voice G: Lucas, this is only 6 bitcoins. Fine. So I know. Roger. Roger. [0:22:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yo. Roger is out here acting crazy. He said it's only 5 Bitcoin. What? What is it? Actually, [0:22:15] Voice G: Dave, a friend of a friend own, like, 6 Bitcoin... Similar story. It was like he needed, some, some money from some... Someone, and, he paid him in Bitcoin. So he cashed out the majority of the amount, and he left, like, 10 Bitcoins or something like this. It was, like, 10 or $20. He he acted smart, and, it was not paper wallet. He acted smart, and he changed a few words into seed phrase in a way that he rema... Remember it. But when, when... After several years, he forgot how he twinkles a seed phrase. So he wanted someone to crack it down for him. Fortunately, I have a way to to test. Look. The seed phrase... The words of the seed phrase are 2,064 words. They are well known. And I can have some in front of me, and I can filter them out. So if he changed some word or something, I can... That's, like, 100 combination, I believe, but I will be able to find it for him. But Yeah. Once he knows that I might be able to crack him, which is exactly what he wanted, he didn't want my help anymore. [0:23:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: So [0:24:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's not that close of a friend. Yo. We did this we did this with pizza we did this with Pizza Pets, like an an ordinals project where they put, like, a like a certain ordinal in a wallet, and we had to essentially decode it. And they gave us, like, a bunch of clues, but, obviously, you're not starting from scratch. Right? He had to know a good... Or he had to remember a good chunk of the of the words, and you have to remember the order of the words also. So he had to he had to have forgotten a a very little bit in order to kinda make that feasible, but he was like, yeah. I'm not trusting you anymore. Get out of here. You are not my friend. I'm not telling you what the hell I know. He's like, I'm a figure this out. Otherwise, that's funny, Roger. That is funny. Okay, guys. Let's get cooking. Hope everybody's well. Welcome to ATC Gamer. If you're if you're available and can come up, we'd love, obviously, your help on something. Okay. Lots and lots and lots of news. But cool. What's up, my bro? Just real quick. Cool, Nat. You you all good? [0:24:55] Kool @koolcryptovc: Nah. Let's go. Let's let's go with the story. Let's [0:24:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: do it. [0:24:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Nat, Wall Street on Fuego in Fuego today, everything I'm seeing is beating expectations. Apple beating expectation. This one beating expectation. This one. But I saw Meta raising $25,000,000,000 via a bond sale. Do we need to be worried, like, for Wall Street? Are we hitting peak top? When I see these kind of earnings, this doesn't signal, like, hey. Market's cooling off. This signal that the market is genuinely on fire. Nat, what's the deal in TradFi, and then we'll jump into crypto? [0:25:30] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So I I think it... It's it's definitely been a very interesting day for the market, especially after hours that we had when we had that flu of earnings come in, which is great. Right? Whenever these tech companies, when they beat earnings, that's usually a positive sign. Right? Go... When when... Earlier in April, when tariffs were announced, it was it was a big concern. Right? Or how is that going to impact earning seasons? How is that going to impact CapEx, right, capital expenditures and stuff like that? And we're seeing these companies, while some of them have taken a hit, some of them are able, you know, to shake that off and and and really produce some some some very, very impressive numbers. We saw that from Google. We saw... We're... We saw it from Apple and so on and so on. And you know what? Based on what, the FOMC... What we heard from FOMC, pass... The possibility of QE starting on December 1, you know, one can say maybe the markets we are going to heat up, and there's a possibility that we're going on a year end run. Because once earning is great and we're seeing those great numbers, you know, it can help move things higher, at least in the short term for now before the next back down or before we cool off anymore. [0:26:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Do you all see... Yeah. Oh, sorry. Go ahead, Rolex. What's good? [0:26:46] Voice B: Okay. So I I got the Spero up. It says script type, legacy, nested SegWit, native SegWit, or Taproot? [0:26:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Legacy. [0:26:57] Voice B: Legacy. Okay. And then as far as the descriptor, I would assume I leave that alone. And then it says connect hardware wallet, air gapped hardware wallet, or new or imported software wallet. [0:27:12] Voice G: I believe air gap. [0:27:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Air gap? I don't know. Landy, are you there? Landy, are you there? I don't know if Landy's there. Gamer, if you have two seconds, if you can come up. I just don't wanna give you the wrong info, really. I swear because I... This is new for me, bro. I really... I don't... Yeah. I don't feel comfortable saying yes. Yes. Yes. Like, I'm not I'm not one of those click, click, click just to get through type people, like... Especially with 5 freaking Bitcoin, bro. [0:27:39] Voice G: Bro, bro, you you can test it. It's not a problem. Either your transaction pass or it won't. So, don't worry. You can, go back anytime you want. [0:27:54] Voice B: Okay. So I think when you do software wallet, it gives you the option to enter private key. The Airgap hardware wallet doesn't give you [0:28:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: that option. And it gives you [0:28:02] Voice B: the option to scan, cold card, Gordian, c tool, jade, Keystone, Crux, passport. [0:28:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Isn't it a pass... Is that a passport? If [0:28:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: you're using Spero, you're gonna have a tough time. They they they made it more difficult for legacy wallets. But I believe I believe if you try software and it doesn't work, you're gonna have to go to Electrum. [0:28:30] Voice B: Okay. I'll give it a shot. Enter a private key and see if it works. If not, we'll go to Electrum. [0:28:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Because if anything, you're just opening the wallet. Right? Like, you're not you're not moving the money anywhere. You're not approving any sort of transaction yet. So, yeah, I I get I get what Roger is saying. Yeah. Well, okay. Really, keep us keep us in the loop. My god. I'm, like, so tense right now. I'm, like, half sweating. I'm, like, rude. [0:28:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm like, You don't you don't wanna you don't wanna give up with the wrong information. Imagine you said, yeah. Go ahead. It's all the coin is in the loop. I was like, oh. I [0:29:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: do not need that on my country. [0:29:04] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just, like, I don't need, like Out of curiosity, how much Bitcoin are you gonna be... And and you don't have to say it if you don't want to, but the main reason I'm asking is because a lot of computers have a lot of shit on them preexisting that when you're installing these wallets and importing keys, you don't wanna grabbing keys from you. So I don't know if they're... You know, how clean those computers are or how clean your computer is or whose it is. Just be careful. That's all. [0:29:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Man, the crypto [0:29:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: is crazy.... Stressed. [0:29:37] Bread @_ToastMalone: Oh, bro. A brand new...... [0:29:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: Stressed. I'm stressed for Rolex right now. I know he's trying to do the right thing. He's, like, probably sweating bullets behind that company. [0:29:46] Bread @_ToastMalone: For, like, $200, you can go grab, like, a Lenovo ThinkPad from Walmart. It's, you know, like, that's honestly, like, I think you're better than a ledger, bro, is what I... In my head. You know? Like, I know... My hard wallets are extra computers that aren't connected to the Internet. [0:30:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. My god. We're so jaded out here. We are so jaded. It is crazy. You know what I mean? Like, we're so... Like, we get... I get a DM from somebody, and I'm just like, scam. Scam. I'm not getting on a call. You're a scam. And it's like, bro, we just wanna talk to you. And I'm like, oh, okay. Fine. Whatever. I'll take the call. But, like, don't send me a telegram link. Anyways, x factor, what's good, bro? You you have any... Are you old enough, x factor, to be dealing with Bitcoin paper wallets? [0:30:31] xFactor @xFactorPOL: No, man. I'm 24, so I don't I don't know what [0:30:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: you guys are talking about. These these Latinos, [0:30:37] xFactor @xFactorPOL: bro. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm certainly old enough, man. Like, I I was actually mining Bitcoin coin back in 2015 on my Compact Presario for all the OGs out there. [0:30:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I'm really 25 because I have no idea what that is. [0:30:51] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. Right. Quit playing, girl. Come on. [0:30:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: Compacts to the house. [0:30:56] xFactor @xFactorPOL: There you go. Exactly. You know, Compact Bazaars were, like, were, like, the shit back in the day. Dude, nothing. It's been a it's been a tough day in web two, man. This week has been kicking my ass, so it's always nice to to hang out with you guys and talk some crypto and, and disconnect for sure, but it's kinda hard to flick the switch. I've been getting kicked in the nuts for us about six and a half hours today straight, so that's been cool. Man, [0:31:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: things [0:31:21] xFactor @xFactorPOL: are things are chilling. The the the market's bleeding red, but I'm in stables mainly, which is freaking amazing for my for my sanity. Feels pretty good. Otherwise, my blood pressure would be through the roof right now, and I'd be doing some stupid shit. [0:31:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: X Factor, did you close did you close your long at 01:16? [0:31:39] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Yeah. Yeah. I did. I I I made a little I made a little bit of money there. I... So it's it's nice. It's it's it's something that actually I've been following you, Gamer and and Landy, and just kinda messing around with it. Now with a lot of money, just kinda getting getting getting my feel for it. Before, what I would do is I would just spray a freaking massive lung on hyper liquid fifty x and get liquidated, so I'm trying to be smarter about that. But, yeah, it's a... It it it... It's fun money too. It's like it's, you know, it's a little bit more or whatever the case may be. [0:32:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Shout out. But, gamer, if you finally came up here, can you... You've you've been listening to what we've been saying. Do you have any experience with this that we... You can help Rolex out? [0:32:14] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Actually actually, I wasn't I wasn't really paying attention. All all I heard was a wallet. [0:32:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: So he's got a he's got a couple that wants to buy a car, and they have 5 BTC on a paper wallet from 2011. But they need to obviously... He wants to get that money off the paper wallet. What's the best way to go? We're we're Unisat? Downloading Spero. [0:32:35] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. Unisat? Import it into Unisat. That'd be the easiest. Are you... [0:32:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: You can do it into Unisat? Yeah. Because it's not like a B C Q 1 address. Right? It's like an old legacy. It's like a really old address. [0:32:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh. [0:32:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Motherfucking. Yeah. [0:32:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. No. No. I I believe I believe they... Oh, actually, you know what? You're right. It might be... Because most of the most of the addresses that aft... After... What was that year? They're all... They transitioned to SegWit. But I believe you still can do. We... We'll see. It's not gonna hurt anything for them to import it. Right? So so, like, all you gotta do is go to Unisat, and then, you you know, open a wallet or, you know, and then recover. You're gonna put it in the recover from from mnemonic seed, which... You know, aka seed phrase. And then you punch [0:33:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: in It's mnemonic. It's a key. [0:33:32] Voice B: Yeah. But it's a private key. [0:33:34] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. I know. But there there should be a slot a slot there that says for for key... For private key. Because I because I have to...... [0:33:41] Voice B: Sparrow, it does, but it's not working. When I put in the private key in Sparrow, it doesn't allow me to import. [0:33:47] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: In in... You're gonna have [0:33:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: to use Electrum. You... No. You're gonna have to use Electrum. [0:33:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. No. But I'm just... I'm I'm just curious. It it doesn't work for for Unisat? [0:33:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: This is the old WIF addresses. [0:33:57] Voice B: Haven't tried using support.... First. [0:33:59] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Right. So that's what I'm saying. Try... Just try it. It's not gonna hurt anything because because it... You know, it might it might go through. Like... Because... [0:34:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: Unisat's garbage. [0:34:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Stop it. Stop it. You you guys are idiots. We need to help this man right now. Y'all are over here debating what [0:34:17] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'm trying... I'm saying. Bro, I've I've I've imported multiple wallets into Unisat, and it works fine. [0:34:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: From 2011? [0:34:26] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Not from 2011. [0:34:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: But that's my point. [0:34:28] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But I'm [0:34:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: just saying it's not gonna...... Different address. Like... And the research... [0:34:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: I know [0:34:32] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: this. I know. But if you look at the UNISAT structure, it it has the... You can either put the the seed words or the private key. [0:34:43] Voice B: Phantom allows you to do the private key as well, and it didn't work when I tried. [0:34:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let me see. [0:34:52] Voice B: I've tried Phantom. I've tried trust. I've tried damn near every wall. Are you sure? [0:34:57] Bread @_ToastMalone: Are are you sure Xperus doesn't work for the old ones? [0:35:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Zero wallet probably works, but it's it's the hardest to use. That's that's the reason I [0:35:07] Voice B: I'm on Electrum now. We're gonna try Electrum. [0:35:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Let me see. Hold on. Get started. [0:35:12] awestin.eth @Austin86895460: Just take it take it to Geek Squad at Best [0:35:15] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Buy for a $199. [0:35:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Shut up, bro. He's so stupid, bro. He said take it to Geek Squad. Idiotas. I really wanna know how this turns out. [0:35:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I just can't be able export this. The way, you can go from Spero into Unisat. So that's what I was saying. A lot of the times, you can't just Spero. Import it, but whatever. [0:35:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: This is what I'm... But we don't have... We're not in Sparrow yet, though. [0:35:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. I know. But but as long as it has an import feature, that... That's what it's for. Right? But a lot of them don't have the private key structure. As long as as long as it has that, then you can... [0:35:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: But even if they have the private key structure, like, they don't have the support for the old legacy 2011 wallets, bro. [0:36:02] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. That's that's the issue is whether they have the support for it. [0:36:06] Landy @CryptoLandy: Gamer, most of them nixed it. Most of them nixed it support over the years. Like, BlueWallet used to support it. They don't any longer. Trust Wallet doesn't support it anymore. Uniset, I can tell you right now.... Leather? Leather... [0:36:20] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: What about leather? [0:36:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: I don't know about leather and Xfers. I can tell you right now, Unisat doesn't. They don't support addresses that old, but Yeah. Sparrow, I don't think it does either anymore. I think they updated, which is stupid. They... The Electrum is, like, really the only... Electrum is also the the the hardest one to use. But it Yeah. [0:36:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's pretty difficult. Yeah. [0:36:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: But it... Once you get it imported, then you can you can send it to an updated wallet address and import that into anything. Right? And they can have it on a hardware [0:36:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Or or or send it to a different, like, yeah, to an updated Segway. [0:36:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Jesus. We're not there. We need to get it imported. Everyone's a Bitcoin expert until they're not a Bitcoin expert. I know. [0:37:04] Landy @CryptoLandy: We we know. We're talking about the actual import. Electrum's probably gonna be his best bet. [0:37:09] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Exactly. [0:37:10] Voice D: Hey there. Okay. I just wanted to chime in with confirming what Landy said because I just talked to an OG from the cypherpunk, an older, whale that I know. And he said the same thing Landy's saying, and I sent, doctor Rolex. You could always [0:37:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which part? [0:37:27] Voice D: You could always send me Rolex if you want. Check your back channel, your DM. I sent you the instructions. [0:37:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Will you stop... You you shaking ass for Rolexes right now. He's trying to [0:37:36] Voice D: sell a car [0:37:36] xFactor @xFactorPOL: out of here. [0:37:37] Voice D: Sent doctor Rolex the instructions for two methods that are using Lettrim, which is what Landy was saying. There's two of them, and there's... You still will be able to do it with Electrum, but you will be using that private key off of the paper wallet because I've actually had paper wallets myself. So you will be able to do it, but you gotta make sure that, like, you locate that key. And you can do it with the latest version of Electrum from its official website. You can do it. You would just go to Electrum, go to wallet, private keys, import the private key. Nothing's gonna get damaged because you're just... But I do agree with [0:38:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: that.... Electrum.org, [0:38:16] Voice D: I'll double check. I'll ask them. One of the I'll ask them, but one of the things you wanna do... And I agree with Landy 1000000%, And x factor is kinda funny. Or who was it who said to go to Best Buy or something in... Or Walmart and get a laptop? I 100% agree. I... It sounds funny and you laugh, but I'm a 100%. I'd agree with that. Go get yourself a... [0:38:39] Voice B: This is this is a brand new PC that [0:38:41] Voice D: Okay. [0:38:42] Voice B: He just confirmed to me that he just bought this PC. [0:38:45] Voice D: Okay. Great. So let me just double check the the the... [0:38:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: This man is smart. I wanna I wanna meet him. [0:38:51] Voice B: Very, very smart. [0:38:54] Voice D: I will... I'll double check the official website because that's important. Dave, you said it was a.org or a.com that you're kinda running? [0:39:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: We I believe it's .org. Dotorg. [0:39:04] Voice D: Yeah. I would probably... [0:39:05] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Please don't go to a fake don't go to a fake site. [0:39:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thank you. Okay. Without getting repetitive, MA, if you could please double check that with your guy, that would [0:39:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: be amazing.... [0:39:12] Voice D: Double check with this guy. [0:39:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thank you. Bread, no smart comments, please, but go ahead. [0:39:17] Bread @_ToastMalone: No. It's not, dude. Come on. It's not. But, hey. Two things. Right? Like, miss a agrees. We're not that jaded. Right? Like I said, all of my hardware wallets are just laptops with no Internet. You know? But I have a question that maybe one of these Bitcoin experts could answer. And what... Like, why would any of these new wallets drop support for the old WIF standard unless it has to do with security? Is there a security issue that why new wallets aren't... Okay. There is security. Gotcha. [0:39:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yes. That's why we updated the SegWit. I mean, look, it's it's for future proofing purposes, but you can always go... Like, if you're that old of a of a Bitcoin holder, you're you're gonna go... You have to go the old routes anyway, which would be, you know, a a wallet like Electrum, which still supports all the native. Or you'd have to go with a node or go OTC where they're gonna deal with miners that have nodes anyway, they have all the resources to do it for you. So that's that's one of the big things is, like, we... We've actually had many old wallets crop up, people finding them, especially, weirdly enough in the last bear market, they wanted to get out. And I was like, okay. Give us your Bitcoin. We'll take it. But Electrum and running a node were the most fail safe ways of recovering those old wallets. And and for any kind of app in infrastructure that's running in these newer [0:40:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Landy might be in the garage. MA, go forward. Do you have confirmation for us? [0:40:53] Voice D: Yeah. It is the.org because of the fact of what Landy just said because I'm actually doing it myself as well. It is the.org because what Landy's describing is the real OG Bitcoiners, even myself who actually own an OG NFT from Metacorns. I really had to go, like, really OG, like, old school to try and get that NFT onto a wallet that's, like, was psychotically old. And it [0:41:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: But did you get confirmation from the whale that we we were looking for from that guy? You said yes? [0:41:26] Voice D: What Landy's saying is he... They're both saying the same thing. They're both probably in the same age group as well. Sorry, Landy. Not to say you're wrong or anything, but... [0:41:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Just Right. He's dirty. He did it dirty. [0:41:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: No, Landy. I love you. [0:41:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm 25. [0:41:39] Voice D: That, like, everyone's 25. [0:41:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Everyone's 25. Apparently, I'm 25. This is ridiculous. [0:41:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: Everyone like... [0:41:45] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But I [0:41:45] xFactor @xFactorPOL: thought I was 24 because I'm I'm a I'm a trendsetter guy. [0:41:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, that's not even believable. 25, you might believe it. You know? I like it. [0:41:53] Voice D: Will say I will say one thing because this is just something I'm noticing as I'm trying to download it myself. If this is a Windows or a Mac, you're gonna have an interesting experience because they have different executables that you're gonna have to look at which one fits. If you have a Linux box, it might be a little bit more efficient to get it done. [0:42:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's on Windows. So what should he what should he... What are you gonna be looking at, May?... [0:42:18] Voice D: Do... Well, he's got the standalone executable on the Windows installer. [0:42:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which one does he choose? [0:42:25] Voice D: Yeah. It depends on the configuration of what Windows device he has. Like, is it... It's Windows 10 and above. It would... You've got three he could choose from. He could choose... [0:42:34] Voice B: It's Windows 11. I already picked one of those. What were the options again? [0:42:39] Voice D: Standalone executable, Windows installer, portable version. [0:42:44] Voice B: I forget which one I did. I think I did the standalone. [0:42:50] Voice D: The standalone executable will come compiled already. So I'll take a look at... I don't have a I don't have... [0:42:57] Voice B: I did the one that I believe was the EXE, not the ZIP. Correct. [0:43:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: And... Yeah. You'll be fine. You're gonna be fine with the EXE. Where [0:43:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: are at now, Roly? Where are you at currently? Where where... [0:43:07] Voice B: What's process? We... I already imported the private, and now I'm I'm having the the guest create a password. [0:43:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. And when you imported it, it showed up? [0:43:19] Voice B: Well, no. As of right now... [0:43:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, they created a password one step before. Okay. [0:43:24] Voice B: Yep. Yep. So we're waiting here. [0:43:25] Voice D: Are we actually gonna make history here? [0:43:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: This is crazy. I don't know if this is history, but [0:43:30] Voice D: I'm gonna history history here? Because this is really epic, and I could share the story at the Bitcoin app. [0:43:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: How many crypt... How many crypto DJs does [0:43:37] Voice B: it take to [0:43:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: figure this out? How many Okay. [0:43:40] Voice B: So it shows... It brought... Alright. So I did something. It shows that there was a transaction on 01/16/2017 at 02:47PM. One transaction. [0:43:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. [0:44:04] Voice B: Hope what I do now? [0:44:05] Voice D: Well, the transaction that you're seeing, like, take... Does it have... You would need to look at the transaction hash and then do forensics on that transaction hash to see where it ended up because... Are you saying that that transaction could be removing everything from that wallet? [0:44:24] Voice B: No. It said a... It's a plus. It... It's in [0:44:26] Voice D: a plus. Yes. It [0:44:28] Voice B: was added. [0:44:30] Voice D: And you don't see any you don't see any information on there about a balance? [0:44:38] Voice B: Yes. It does say an amount, like, plus and then... [0:44:42] Voice D: Do you see a balance? Yeah. Balance is there. Do you see a balance in BTC? [0:44:48] Voice B: It doesn't say it in BTC. It just says a a balance, but it doesn't... It... It's not the correct balance. It's in... Oh, wait. It's an m BTC. [0:44:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Interesting. Another twist. [0:45:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: That's an airdrop. Be careful. Look look. You have to... I forget the Electrum interface personally. I'm almost back to to an area where I can take a look myself and and let you know, but you can check your your... Just take that wallet address, plug it in for right now. Take that wallet address. Go to mem [0:45:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: We did. [0:45:24] Voice B: We did. David, I could [0:45:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: and pasted it there. [0:45:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: We did that already. It's there. [0:45:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's in there. Right? [0:45:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's there. [0:45:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. Yeah. Then you can query the balance through Electrum. You can also initiate transfers if you wanna transfer it anywhere, all that kind of stuff. I think you're good. If you can see the history, the transactions [0:45:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: the mempool, then you're good. [0:45:41] Voice D: I just did a quick search, and MBTC stands for milli Bitcoin, which represents 1,000 MBTC is 1 Bitcoin. [0:45:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. But that could be a that could be a million other protocols. Like, you have to pay everything that there is. [0:45:58] Voice B: No. No. That would make sense. That would make sense. Because based off of... So for every 1,000 would be one. Right? [0:46:04] Voice D: Correct. [0:46:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So then... [0:46:06] Bread @_ToastMalone: So he [0:46:06] xFactor @xFactorPOL: should have, like, 5,000? [0:46:08] Voice D: Just let him finish. What... [0:46:09] Voice B: What would equal the amount that I see would equal [0:46:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: what it could be.... 5,000. Yeah. [0:46:17] Voice B: Correct. [0:46:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So... Is that [0:46:20] Voice D: is that accurately showing, doctor? [0:46:22] Voice B: Correct. It's showing exactly as correct. 5,000 MbTC. [0:46:26] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Then you're good. [0:46:27] Voice D: Then you're good. [0:46:28] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's there. Yeah. You're good. [0:46:29] Voice B: So now I just go to send... [0:46:31] Voice D: No. Will, what we... Let's not try to remove anything anywhere just yet. But [0:46:37] Voice B: What's the whole point? [0:46:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: Miss a is like, woah. Woah. Woah. [0:46:39] Shaksi @shaksi: Woah. Woah. Hold on. [0:46:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Yeah. The whole point is getting off of... Let's do a test a test transaction. Where where can he send the MBTC to now? [0:46:45] Voice D: Here's what here's what you could do is take a very small unit of it. So maybe take one MBTC, just one, and send it to, for example, a leather wallet or what was the wallets? Landy was saying, find a more current version of a XMerse. [0:47:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: But is there... Hold on. Is there is there a wallet address now really tied to this? Like, is there a new wallet address? Because that's the whole point of Electrum is that once you import it, it should essentially be able to now give you a new, like, a new wallet address. Because if you're gonna send it to another one, then it has to be compatible with, right, like, Taproot or whatever, like, like, a BC or q... Yeah. [0:47:29] Voice B: Well, it's it's not gonna send it as it's not gonna send it as Bitcoin. It's gonna send it as MBT? [0:47:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: Correct. No. It'll send it as Bitcoin. The the point being, Rolly, what you gotta do is you have to look. Once you've imported it, it should update with the other associated current wallet addresses. Click on one of them. Get the free... The the the key, the actual passphrase [0:47:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. [0:47:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Your 12 word or 24 word, and then try to import that into a more current wallet where you could work with it in an interface that you are [0:48:04] Voice B: familiar with. So get that... So now that it's on this wallet, it finds the 12 phrase Yes. Password, then I can just go and take that and put it input it into a a Phantom or a Trust or whatever, and then it's... [0:48:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: The current wallet. [0:48:22] Voice B: Oh my god. That would be beautiful. The question is where would I find that? [0:48:25] Voice D: Could I could I actually just... There's something else that three comma said, which is a site that I've used for a while. It actually does say that the most common way of converting basically MBTC, which is actually stands for Midas BTC, which is really wild, is by either using a crypto exchange or a p two p person to person exchange platform like local Bitcoins, etcetera. It's one Midas MBTC, and that that is why I'm kind of hesitant to race to do a transfer because it's MBTC to BTC. So there is, like... I assume [0:49:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: But we're not gonna transfer, but that's not where we're at. So, really [0:49:05] Voice B: So if I so if I click on... But the... Has to how do I get that? The seed phrase is grayed out. It doesn't give me a seed phrase. It it gives me the option to import, export, or sweep private keys. [0:49:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So if you hit export... So... Okay. So import, export, or sweep. So... But this is what we talked about earlier. Right? If you go to... So sweep means it's gonna sweep the, like, the whole wallet into a new wallet. But if you hit export, that should ultimately give you either a new private key or the words. When you hit export, what does it say? What does the pop up say? [0:49:36] Voice B: If we hit export, standby. [0:49:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. [0:49:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: Well, I just updated the title to all things crypto customer support. [0:49:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. [0:49:48] Voice D: You gotta put BTC in the title so the doodles... It'll go into the algorithms. [0:49:52] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, you're right. You're right. Okay. BTC customer support. Got it. [0:49:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: And capitalize the s. It's my my my o c. [0:49:59] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Local bitcoins has been around for [0:50:01] Voice D: It's been around forever. [0:50:03] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Forever. Yeah. When you said that, was like, oh, wow. That... Yeah. They've been here forever.... [0:50:08] Voice D: Went o g for a second. That's a little bit crazy. [0:50:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm, like, sweating right now. Really? What's happening? [0:50:14] Voice D: Why are you all in... [0:50:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Please keep me please keep me...... [0:50:17] Voice D: Really the meditation... [0:50:18] awestin.eth @Austin86895460: Bro, you stop stop stop with the... [0:50:20] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Stop getting the raspy voice. [0:50:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, chill out, bro. [0:50:23] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Relax, bro. [0:50:24] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah. We could just talk about Ethereum and, you know, cool stuff. [0:50:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, the guy who does that, they're getting 5 Bitcoin. Yeah. [0:50:29] Voice B: Do not use... So when I did that, it says it brings up a it brings up private keys. It brings [0:50:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: up the...... Private keys. Dollar on the end. [0:50:40] Voice B: It brings up the... A a new set along with, I believe, the original set. [0:50:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Double cross reference. [0:50:47] Voice D: You better make sure you take... You better make sure you write all that stuff down. Yep. [0:50:50] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Save. Double save. Triple save. [0:50:53] Voice D: I I would even say, like, get a notebook next to you and start writing that down manually, not screen grabbing anything. [0:51:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Rurali, if you have the... Obviously, cross reference if it's both. Right? Like, obviously, like, you already have the... Well, no. [0:51:06] Voice B: You know what? Actually, it's not. Well, you know what? It is. It is partially. [0:51:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: Dave, what did you say sweep while was? I got it. So there's there's basically... [0:51:18] Voice B: There's a semicolon between the original and the... I'm assuming the new. The... Would the new start with the with the number one? [0:51:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's still an older one. Yes. But that's still an older one because the other one started with a five. Yeah? [0:51:37] Voice B: The previous one, yes. The old one was a five. [0:51:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. So one or three, Lindy, is that is that newer? I thought it would be, like, a B C Q whatever address. B C 1 Q address. No? [0:51:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. The B C is the SegWit. The three is the the the last one that they... Before SegWit. [0:52:01] Voice B: And one... [0:52:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's... Is that... Hold on. Let's see. [0:52:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: One and three will be payment wallet addresses. Your b c one q's, your b p one, you know, b p ones and all that are gonna be your your your Is there a...... Slash Taproot compatible. Is there [0:52:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: a new... If it starts with one early, is there a new, like, address, not the private key? Is there a new wallet address that it gives you or no? [0:52:32] Voice B: It it it gives me the new... It it gives me a a... It says, first and foremost, all your private keys are secret. Exposing a single private key can compromise your wallet. And then it gives me, like, a, like, a private key, it looks like. And then it has semicolons, and then it has the previous private key. [0:52:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So... And you said... And the the new private key you're saying starts with the number one? Correct. Because when you... Because when I look [0:53:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: private at key or wallet address? Roll it up. [0:53:03] Voice B: Yeah. It's under private keys. So I have the option to export right now. [0:53:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Real quick, Roly, without obviously divulging the private key, because I'm looking at the mempool one, the address that you sent me, and it came up as an address that starts with a one. Does it end in the same as, does it end in a L B, the address? Okay. Yes. That's the address that comes up that I put into Mempool space. So that's not the key. Okay. Yeah. If the one that ends in ALB, that's not the key. That's the address. [0:53:34] Voice B: Okay. So then maybe what I have is I have the...... [0:53:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wallet addresses. [0:53:39] Voice B: Say that again? [0:53:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: You're getting the export you're getting the export for the [0:53:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Of course. Goddamn. [0:53:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: I just love how his voice fades out when he's about to share, like... [0:53:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You're ruining.... Info. [0:53:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy. Landy. Yeah. It's okay. It's okay. Landy, whenever you get service back... Yeah. I'll open that back up again. But... Yeah. [0:54:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: In meantime, guys, I have an aligners question. Right now that we are above 5,000, when do we go live on Woah. [0:54:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Walter? Wait. [0:54:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: Did Roger dip? Oh, he left. Oh, no. He left. He doesn't want us to see it live. I'm just kidding. [0:54:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Ain't right, Roger. Yeah. [0:54:22] Voice D: Dave, did you say that his key his key starts with a 5? [0:54:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. With a 1? No. Yeah. The old the older address. That's the legacy. Well, I just didn't started with a five. Yeah. The older key started with a 5. [0:54:38] Voice D: Correct. Because from 2011, the typical older Bitcoin private keys did start with a five, and they were fifth... They were 51 characters long. [0:54:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. That's what he has. That's what he's dealing with. And that's why, like, between the key and the address, what we're trying to do now is make it current. Right? So where we are currently with this is his older, that that older wallet now, that paper wallet we're trying to bring into the new age. Right? Because that older tech has essentially been updated since 2011. It's fourteen years later. So now a lot of wallets have discontinued support for this. And we're trying to figure out which wallet is gonna be able to... Because... And the sweep essentially [0:55:21] Voice D: Wait a second. Wait. I just found something out, and it just came up. And this is interesting because, Dave, that's why I asked you about the sweep because I just did a quick ask and it... And it searched, and it said to make an older uncompressed Bitcoin private key compatible with technology. You must sweep the funds from the old uncompressed address to a new address generated by a modern wallet that used compressed keys. [0:55:50] Samara @thee_samara: The [0:55:50] Voice D: original private key cannot be technically upgraded, but the funds it controls could be moved to a modern address. [0:55:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right. That's what I wanted to do. That's why I wanted the the Bitcoin geniuses up here to confirm that that you can't... Because you can't send a test transaction. Yeah. You can't send a test transaction. It's like, I think you have to sweep the whole wallet into the new wallet. Rolly, do you hear us? [0:56:12] Voice D: You are correct. That is actually correct. [0:56:14] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. That [0:56:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: is the only I Is he still here, or did he leave? [0:56:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. No. Rolly's still here. [0:56:19] Voice B: I'm here. [0:56:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: So, Rolly, if... I think I think you have to sweep, like, the wallet. When you hit sweep, I think then it will either generate a new one for you, or there's gonna be an option to sweep it into another wallet. [0:56:33] Voice B: If I hit... So when I go to private keys from this wallet and hit sweep [0:56:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. Should Wait. Be There... Yeah. There should be... Hold on. [0:56:45] Voice D: There's another nuance to this. There's another nuance to this. Welcome to the world of Bitcoin. You must use a modern wallet with a sweep function. So it would be the wallet that's most modern of possibly of Electrium Electrium, whatever you call that, and and have a modern wallet of that that had... With that sweep function. So the... That's the safest and the most common method. [0:57:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: What does that mean, MA, practically? Like, right now, he's on Electrium. So, like, if he hits [0:57:15] Voice D: sweep He's gotta... The first step is he's gotta create a new secure wallet. That's it. Like, he's gotta create that first new secure wallet because that's the new wallet with the new seed phrase and address. [0:57:27] Shaksi @shaksi: Well, the [0:57:27] Voice B: problem is it won't give me a seed... I don't have a seed phrase yet. It's it's grayed out. [0:57:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: So that's what it is. Really, when you hit sweep, this is what I'm understanding. [0:57:36] Voice B: If go to private keys and hit sweep, it says enter private keys to sweep coins from [0:57:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. [0:57:44] Voice B: So I need to enter the private keys from the original address. [0:57:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. To the new address that you want To [0:57:50] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: the new address. To. [0:57:51] Voice B: And get wallet address, and then send to address, and then it says get... And then it has the wallet address in there as the For the [0:58:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: new one. [0:58:01] Voice B: As the new one. [0:58:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which... Wait. Which wallet address? The new one that you created. Yeah. That you [0:58:06] Voice B: wrote the starting with a one. [0:58:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Correct. [0:58:10] Voice D: Because the one starting with [0:58:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: the one is the [0:58:13] Voice B: I can change that. I'm reluctant to, but I can. [0:58:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I'm reluctant to tell you to do it also, but that's the one that's currently host... The one that I told you about that ends in Mhmm. The one that starts with a... Wait. Does it... Hold on real quick. The... Broly does... Is... And that's the one that start... That ends in ALB? Correct. Okay. Because that's the current wallet right now. And maybe because it's on mempool, when you sweep to there, I don't think... Yeah. I don't know for sure that's the thing. [0:58:40] Voice D: Yeah. There's actually steps here for how to do this in old key in Electrum. There's actually steps. So if you wanna hear the steps, I'm happy to share them succinctly and just step by step. Please. The first one's the first one's actually creating a wallet if you don't already have one, but you must create a new one, a standard Electrum wallet with a fresh new seed phrase. Make sure to back up this new seed phrase securely. The second step would be navigating to the sweep function in the Electrum menu bar. Go to the wallet, wallet, private keys, sweep. Enter the private key in the text box provided. Paste your old private key that starts with 5. [0:59:24] Voice B: Yep. [0:59:25] Voice D: Then you're gonna broadcast the transaction. Follow the on screen instructions to create create and broadcast the transaction. [0:59:32] Voice B: That would be that would be [0:59:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: his sweep.... M a. When he hits sweep, he gets to see where it goes to and from. So he's leaving that as is? [0:59:41] Voice B: So So when I created the account... The Electrum account for him, it already gave me wallet number one, but it's imported. It's actually imported. Right? This is imported. [0:59:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, so maybe it created it for you already. [0:59:57] Voice B: It did. [0:59:57] Voice D: That's also possible. [0:59:59] Voice B: That's what I'm thinking. [1:00:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right? [1:00:01] Voice D: But then what you would be able to do is go to the Bitcoin Explorer, go where you could see the actual Bitcoin Explorer [1:00:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's there. [1:00:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: Just check it. [1:00:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's there. [1:00:08] Voice D: So it is there, Dean. [1:00:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: But it's there. [1:00:10] Voice B: It's on the old wallet. Because I haven't spent it yet. [1:00:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. And and... But the old... What I'm saying is the the address that starts with the one that just came up is the one that he originally gave me, which is showing up in the Explorer before we downloaded all the Electrum stuff. So I'm thinking he has to do another one. Landy, chime in if you can. I'm really learning a lot here. [1:00:30] Voice B: This really interesting. I didn't give you that that address, Dave, prior with the one. [1:00:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: What do mean when I checked the balance for you? Yes. You did. [1:00:39] Voice B: No. That was the one starting with a that was the one starting with a... Hold on. No. You're right. Both of them start with a one. This is a different... Wait. Hold on. Mhmm. [1:00:52] Voice D: That's why I said to get a notebook and get some pen. [1:00:55] Voice B: You are right. Yeah. Dave, this is the exact address that right now on mem... Their that's their public address. [1:01:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But that was originally there. What I'm thinking now is if it's saying to and from, you have to sweep it. You have to put it [1:01:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: That is getting impatient. [1:01:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't care. [1:01:14] Voice B: Basically, what what I'd be doing here is sending it to the same wallet, which I don't wanna do. [1:01:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which I don't Yeah. Go ahead, Linda.... [1:01:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: Jump in here. First off, when you're in Electrum and you've imported a wallet, your public address wall... Is the one that you're... That you need to identify. Right? So your imported public wallet address is gonna be the one that starts with the one. Check... Double check that in mempool, make sure that that's the one with the 5 BTC in it. And then what you need to do after you've, after you've imported, you need to make sure that you take note of everything that you just imported. You need to create a new native SegWit wallet yourself. So you have to go to file, new restore. You're gonna have to go to... You name it whatever you want. [1:02:03] Voice B: Oh, I see. Wallet two. There it [1:02:05] Shaksi @shaksi: is. [1:02:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: And then you need to say standard wallet, key store, create a new seed. You want the type to be SegWit. And then... [1:02:13] Voice B: So new... Okay. So it's a new wallet. [1:02:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yep. Name it. B t c. Yep. You can say modern or whatever just so you know, like, by the name. There you go. You need... [1:02:27] Voice B: Okay. So next. And then standard wallet, you said? Or... [1:02:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Standard wallet. Create a new seed. [1:02:34] Voice B: Create a new seed. [1:02:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: You want to have a Beautiful. SEGWIC compatible wallet. And [1:02:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: then make sure... [1:02:44] Voice B: Let me let me take down the seed frames. [1:02:46] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: One moment. Save the seed. [1:02:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yes. [1:02:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm learning so much. Guys, I'm sorry that you might not be getting all the news from today, but, yeah, I'm really not that sorry because I am learning a ton... This, like, I'm a junkie for this. I kinda love this. Obviously, I wanna make sure the Bitcoin goes through. You know? But [1:03:07] Voice D: Nat Nat, do you wanna change it to say $24.07 so that Dave has to stay here all night with the space? [1:03:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: Let me just take it right now. Let me put it on right now. So it'll be No. [1:03:18] Shaksi @shaksi: Chill out. [1:03:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: 247365. We see customers. [1:03:22] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: 365. You [1:03:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: know what [1:03:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: it Slave should drivers [1:03:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: over Considering it's considering it's Bitcoin customer support, it should also be Bitcoin emotional support because there's a lot of emotional outbursts on the timeline of her price [1:03:37] Voice D: right now. [1:03:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: You are so right, Landy. I am definitely going to update that right now. [1:03:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: There's gonna be some wild people coming in here then. That's the case. [1:03:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nah. Why y'all making my life difficult? There's gonna be some crazies essentially requesting to come up here and, [1:03:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: like, you need see some people coming up here. [1:03:53] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Why is Bitcoin coming down? Somebody please tell me. [1:03:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: I mean, because they rejected the levels higher. So obviously... [1:03:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because we're hedged on the continuing trans function. [1:04:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's exactly it. That's exactly it. So when it's hitting through... Listen. [1:04:06] xFactor @xFactorPOL: After it...... Make it go higher, Landy, buy more Bitcoins. Send us higher. Holy shit. [1:04:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: X factor. [1:04:12] Bread @_ToastMalone: Anything anything the ETH dev could help with? No? I'll just stay close. [1:04:16] xFactor @xFactorPOL: Sorry about that. You got you got any Solana contributions for us? Yeah. [1:04:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You're all done? [1:04:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yep. X factor. [1:04:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Can you let that that finish? [1:04:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. Thank you so much. Once the price rolls through or down the kangaroo's belly and hits the kangaroo leg and it just falls apart from there... So I set everybody up for it? [1:04:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'll boob you, but I'll take it back, boys. Continue to cut her off. I feel whatever you'd like. [1:04:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: I just figured I'd lighten up the space a little bit. Right? Because we're all feeling distress like, my gosh. Hopefully, he gets [1:04:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: it right. Oh my gosh. [1:04:46] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. He got it. Alright. You you should have the seed you should have the seed words by now. [1:04:51] Voice D: Let him take his time. [1:04:52] Voice B: Okay. We're we're getting there. We we we got the seed phrase. Alright. Now we're going to go to next. Okay. Be right back. I gotta import I gotta input it. [1:05:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Think... When you input it when you input it, Roly, essentially what you're gonna see. [1:05:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: I know. I agree, by the way. [1:05:09] Voice D: Would like to... Invoking rebuke [1:05:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: How much I love. Makers. Guys, so everybody is aware, we're literally sweeping 5 Bitcoin from an old wallet to a new wallet. We've never seen this kind of transaction before here on ATC. [1:05:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait. What? [1:05:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Shut up. You shut up, rich puppet. Shut up. [1:05:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm believing. Well, Landy does this every day, but we're all...... Just about to say that. 5 BTC, is that it? No. I'm kidding. Yeah. Yeah. [1:05:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: That's right. Trading, like, 10 and 20 Bitcoin. [1:05:40] awestin.eth @Austin86895460: It's just bought a car [1:05:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: for $2.80, and we're saying that's it. Like, what are we talk... Wait. So this is... Can I say something here? This is why I am shit scared of moving my Bitcoin even today. And I'm like, ah, if somebody is having a problem just, like, moving from old school to now, I'm just like, I'm gonna screw... If... I'm a knucklehead. Like, yeah, Bitcoin DeFi, it's amazing and great. We talk about all these opportunities. [1:06:07] Voice D: You wanna... You might wanna invest with a therapist or someone to go with you as you do this process because... [1:06:13] Shaksi @shaksi: Not a [1:06:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: bad recommendation, Emme. [1:06:15] Voice D: That is... It is really not...... Recommendation. But quite frankly, I think everyone's giving themselves more anxiety than anything because it... Once you do it once, it it really... It's okay. [1:06:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Fun in a in a calm space with that. Yeah. Even after you [1:06:29] NatNat @Natnatx007: do it once, you're still stressed. Because there's always a chance that it just goes into, like, that big, intellectual black hole. I like how [1:06:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: everybody's talking like she's from experience to me while she's the one over here doing help desk. Like, hold on. I did a little research, and she's like, once you do it once, you're good. Yeah. Okay. Hotshot. At the end of the day, we're all here in the same boat being like, think it's this. Let me confirm the one we call the whale. Yeah. We wanna be sure. This is [1:06:55] Voice N: 5 BTC. 5 b t... [1:06:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. Is [1:07:01] Voice B: right. [1:07:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: But shout out to to to Rolex. He's he's handling that like a boss right now. Like, he's really just following the steps and really doing his best to help. [1:07:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I would be in [1:07:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: straight panic. Dave, you and I, we would definitely need a third person there to, like, maybe a fourth person. [1:07:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nope. I can't even deal with on this space when everybody was talking. I wanted to kill everybody being like, oh, you already got that. Where it is? Where it is? I wanted to shoot everybody. I thought Landy was gonna chime in and You got you got issues, bro. And [1:07:30] xFactor @xFactorPOL: you channel you channel your issues through your dog, by the way. [1:07:32] Shaksi @shaksi: No. There's no one on it. [1:07:34] Voice D: Exactly it. He channels it through Bubba. [1:07:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Your nose, bro. Yeah, dude. Bubba Bubba is literally what That's [1:07:40] Voice D: why Bubba is running around with, like, guts and stuff. [1:07:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Who's in? That's true. It's like, Al. [1:07:45] xFactor @xFactorPOL: The Bubba Bubba is Dave's alter ego, baby. [1:07:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Who's using any katanas? Yes. Puppet. Go ahead. [1:07:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. This this is pretty simple. What it's gonna do just... I had to go look at this because they've [1:07:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: updated Rollie's Rollie's here. You might have a question. Hold on, Landy. Without your commentary. [1:08:01] Voice B: Rollie's go. Alright. So the modern wallet created. [1:08:06] Shaksi @shaksi: Yep. [1:08:06] Voice B: Sea phrase written down, stored away. So now do I go back to the original wallet? [1:08:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: What does the new address start with, really? Just so I'm... Just to confirm, does it start with a b? [1:08:21] Voice B: So the new address is gonna start with... Stand by. BC something? BC. Let me see here. I I can't see where the... Where would the wallet... Oh, information. Probably under information. Oh, there it is. [1:08:40] Voice B: Lightning node ID? Is that gonna be it? No. [1:08:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. It's gonna be [1:08:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: your public key... Public wallet rather. [1:08:49] Voice B: Public key would start [1:08:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: with a z?... Wallet. No. No. Not key. Nothing key related. [1:08:54] Landy @CryptoLandy: Public key related. Yeah. [1:08:55] Voice B: Yeah. Sorry. Okay. [1:08:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's address. Wallet address. [1:08:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: And you wonder how lengthy got all the BTC. Right? This is how. Yeah. Public key. Send it send it up. Hong Lin? [1:09:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, it's a public key. It's not gonna do him any good or us any good. I mean, we could all send him Bitcoin if we wanted it with a public key. [1:09:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. So, Roly, it it should say... So the new wallet in the top left, you'll see the name of the wallet. Click receive at the at the top left, and you'll see a fresh Bitcoin address that starts... Should say [1:09:25] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: BC. It [1:09:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: should either... BC one q should be a native SegWit. [1:09:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Come on. [1:09:33] Voice B: No. So if I click on receive, it says description, request amount, one day expiry, clear, and then on chain VTC lightning at the bottom. [1:09:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: In the receiver to go to view... And there's no thing that says view and show addresses. If the receive tab isn't there, does it show something that says view and then show address? [1:09:56] Voice B: View addresses. [1:10:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because you [1:10:01] Voice B: Okay. So now I have it up there. Okay. Let me view addresses, coins. Alright. Addresses. Here we go. It's it's a bunch of [1:10:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Addresses. Is there one that starts with... Is is there one that... Is that... It's BC1Q? [1:10:16] Voice B: All of them start with that. [1:10:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh. Yeah. That's the new wallet. [1:10:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's fun. That should [1:10:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: be under your account too or whatever. [1:10:22] Voice B: Yeah. But there's 30 there's 30 of them. [1:10:24] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It doesn't matter. That's your new wallet. It's under your account too. Right? [1:10:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. If it's under the account, then then they should all be, like, okay. It just created a bunch of different accounts. But what you want now is, I think now is when you have to sweep the old one into the new one because the new wallet you created show... Doesn't show a balance. Yeah? [1:10:46] Voice B: Yeah. Zero balance. [1:10:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right. So you have to go... [1:10:48] Voice B: So I just select any of these 30 wallets? [1:10:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. Don't select anything. [1:10:53] Voice B: I mean, 30 addresses?... [1:10:54] Landy @CryptoLandy: Select anything, please. Wait a minute. [1:10:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: K. [1:10:58] Landy @CryptoLandy: First off, which you then... After you have the two wallets, you confirmed you have two separate wallets there. Right? You have the imported...... [1:11:06] Voice B: Wallet one, which was the imported, and then I got wallet two, which is the created modern standard wallet. [1:11:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. So one of the big things that you're gonna need to do is when you go to one click sweep, this is... You go to wallet, private keys, sweep. [1:11:23] Voice B: Yep. On the original, the first wallet.... [1:11:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just... It it doesn't matter. It's it's just a dialogue box. [1:11:29] Voice B: Oh, okay. [1:11:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: It should... Because you're gonna get... You're gonna choose a destination wallet after you click this. Right? So you're gonna you're gonna do... It's gonna say wallet private key sweep. You're gonna paste in that private key from the paper wallet. Yep. And then the destination is the next thing. [1:11:50] Voice B: Okay. So let me paste this first. [1:11:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And then, really, you see all those new addresses. The reason for that is so you don't use the same, wallet. Like, it it creates all of those. Those are all new ones, but under the same account. So you don't use the same one for payment purposes. This is kinda how, like, the thinking is. I'm looking at it now. It says it creates that for you so you don't have to reuse the same one, but they're all under your account. So you can use that first one. Yeah. [1:12:20] Voice B: Okay. Got you. Okay. So I can use the B... The receiving one, BC1 ending in Z. [1:12:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. Okay. Well, it should say destination. Right? After after you've after you've pasted in your private key from the paper wallet, [1:12:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. That's in which wallet address to use, Lendi. You can use the b c... One of the one of the b c one... The first one of the b c one queues, you can use it. [1:12:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yes. You can do that. [1:12:47] Voice B: So I got the original private in there, and now I have the get wallet address with the wallet address that is the first one at the top of the list. [1:12:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, it... Is it only giving you that, or is it giving you the account, like, what you named it? [1:13:06] Voice B: It's not giving me the account when I named it. No. It's just giving me the... What I copied and paste. [1:13:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. [1:13:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know? Wait. Can we... [1:13:16] Voice B: But but if I cut... If I if I click on get wallet address, it defaults back to that original Yes. That original the original wallet. [1:13:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Because there's no... Do they still have the drop down on Electrum? I'm still... I'm I'm booting up a computer right now to look at it. [1:13:34] Voice B: No drop down. [1:13:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: Roly, does it say destination? [1:13:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Do me a Do me a favor, Roly. Send me that first b c one queue address, and I'll send you a test transaction to make sure that that's an active wallet. And then you... If you can see that balance, let's do that just to be safe so we don't have to export the whole shit. [1:13:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You idea. [1:13:53] Voice B: Yes. Okay. [1:13:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. So text me that, and then I'll send you... Should it be Landy sending you a Bitcoin transaction. But whatever. It's fine. I'll send you some of that Bitcoin. [1:14:03] Voice B: Let me... Alright. Let me get this to you real quick. [1:14:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. Nat, can you load up Shaqxi or, or William by any chance? [1:14:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. I've been trying to, but let let me... It's not... [1:14:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Shaxy, don't know. It can't... For whatever... It's not coming up for me that I... Like, I can't accept speaker for Shaxy. Yeah. There we go. Okay. Shaxy good. [1:14:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: I can't accept anymore, though I think Cool might have to... [1:14:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. That's good. Yeah. No. I think we're we're at capacity now. Canter, I'll bring you up in a hot second. I see Austin's here. Austin, you good? What's good? I thought you were coming up for help. It's like I'm meditating, like, listening to all you guys figure... I I don't even know what you're doing, honestly. I'm like... But, yeah, keep it up, man. [1:15:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: We're over here stressing, bro. We're trying to move 5 BTC off of an... Literally an old paper Bitcoin wallet from 2011 Holy shit. Onto, yeah, onto, like... And bring it into, like, the new age. You know? And we don't wanna screw it up because my buddy is is essentially helping a couple that literally had this Bitcoin since it was $2.80, and they're buying a car. So he's accepting payment in bit... Yeah. So he's accepting payment in Bitcoin, and they're buying a car from [1:15:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Dave, send send that Bitcoin because we're gonna have to wait for a ten minute block. [1:15:40] awestin.eth @Austin86895460: Man, what kind of car are they buying? Like, a fucking Through. Ferrari? [1:15:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm... For 5 Bitcoin, bro. Chill out. But, no, gamer, I'm waiting for Rolex to send me... Rolex send me... Text me the the address. [1:15:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It's... [1:16:03] awestin.eth @Austin86895460: Now I'm, like, super... I'm, like, emotionally engaged with this now. Like, I I hope this works. I'm I'm invested. You know? We [1:16:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: are. We all have, like, candles lit. We've all sent That is true. I'm about to [1:16:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: pour myself a bottle of wine and just meditate and enjoy all of this right now. [1:16:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: That is why I renamed the space all things crypto BTC emotional customer support. That's what we're... [1:16:27] Voice D: We will be starting the aligners test for base on Saturday, and there will be a meditation and a calming session before we even begin, and that will be specifically geared to those people that are stressed. [1:16:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: You guys have to hear Shaqxi. I just checked my DMs. Oh my god. If Shaqxi is able to connect right now, he literally sent me something that is gonna... You want meditation? Shaqxi, bro, are you crying right now, like, in the background? I just saw what you sent me, bro. What the hell? [1:16:56] Shaksi @shaksi: Guys, man, you... Like, this is just triggering my traumas. It's totally triggering my traumas. I just can't handle this shit. Like, I went down a rabbit hole. I have my emails from, like, 2011 up to, like, now. Local bitcoins. The shit that I've been exchanging and I don't have. The money that I spent, oh, lord have mercy. Y'all be chipping in for my counseling sessions for the near future. That's just what I'm saying. [1:17:26] Voice D: Have a feeling I'm gonna have to open some meditation and mobilize. Yoga therapy sessions. [1:17:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: Dave Satisar, he has you covered. [1:17:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. No. I do not have you covered. No. Nat has you covered. We've paying that in HFAR forever, but Shaxi, I'd like you to... It's therapeutic to just get it out in the world. You know? So can you read off the, like, the the... Some of the numbers at the top of your slip that you sent me just for context for everybody? [1:17:52] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. So the local pick was for some odd reason. [1:17:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: I don't know why it still has [1:17:56] Shaksi @shaksi: the history, but it does. So I spent £490 for 1.5 [1:18:14] Shaksi @shaksi: for 3.5, 625 for 3.6, £533 for 3.7 BTC, 95 for 0.6, 1,200 for 7.1 BTC. Fuck my fucking life. [1:18:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know what? I'm letting I'm letting the ass [1:18:35] Shaksi @shaksi: out though. [1:18:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm saying... You know what? This is hard in my brain. [1:18:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Shaxi, can I? Is... Your name's not on here. Is it? [1:18:44] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Like Instant depression. [1:18:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, can I can I copy? Bro, this is this is this is content gold, Shaxi. And I'm... I will not tag you if you don't want, but I would love to post this, bro. No. No. [1:18:53] Shaksi @shaksi: No. You could tag. I don't mind. Mate, I remember one of these transactions. I was in Salzburg, Austria. I took a train journey for an hour and a half, went to Munich. And in Munich, Hofbanoff, which is the main station, I... There was some dodgy old guy. I gave him €700, and he gave me my Bitcoins, and we watched the exchange happen live. I got back on the train and went back to Salzburg. But... Yeah. Fun times. [1:19:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: Wow. Oh my goodness. [1:19:24] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Is it all in, like, separated transactions, or is it actually totalized it up for you? [1:19:29] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. Just a... No. No. No. It's just, like, separate transactions, and it shows [1:19:33] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: you, like, [1:19:34] Shaksi @shaksi: when the different transactions. Yeah. Exactly. [1:19:38] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Don't don't don't don't add it up. You'll just get more... [1:19:41] Shaksi @shaksi: I was just about to say that.... Not adding it up. [1:19:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: So now... [1:19:45] Shaksi @shaksi: I am not adding it up. [1:19:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: What what do what do you do now? Do you just lick your wounds and continue moving, or are you in the state of trying to, like, rebuild a b to c position? [1:19:56] Shaksi @shaksi: I've been trying for a little while, but I'm also quite depressed about it. So when people talk to me, I feel like I wanna stab them in the eye. [1:20:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, my bad. My bad. Dave, back to you, Dave. [1:20:10] Shaksi @shaksi: But also, I think about some of the shit that I spent on it. Yes. Usual sick roads and the likes. No. We're not gonna lie about that. [1:20:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Was it was it better than pizza? Was it better than pizza? Do you spend it on? [1:20:23] Shaksi @shaksi: Yes. I did go to Bali. I bought a flight and did go to Bali in, like, 2014. So that was that wasn't too bad. So when people talk about Bali, was like, [1:20:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: I bought my flight with BTC back in the day. [1:20:36] Shaksi @shaksi: I can say that. It hurts on the inside as I said, but it is what it is. [1:20:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, sexy. It's £1,200 for [1:20:46] Shaksi @shaksi: £700. Dave. I don't have any problem with it. Yeah. [1:20:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. £1,200. Literally $1,500 for... 1,500 for a millie. That could have been the swap. [1:21:01] Voice B: Hey, Dave. You wanna check that, see if that went through? I I see it on my end, and it looks like based off of the balance that it went through because now this previous... Or this new wallet has a a balance for MBTC. [1:21:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm looking at it. It still shows... I'm I'm on the explorer. It doesn't show confirmed, via the block just yet via the transaction you sent me. But if you're showing it that [1:21:25] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Refresh. In there. Refresh the page. [1:21:27] Voice D: That's gonna take about ten minutes. [1:21:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: You, genius. He did it ten minutes ago. Yeah. It [1:21:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: take... No. No. It takes time. With Bitcoin, it takes a little bit of time. No. Sometimes. [1:21:36] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. Minimum ten minutes. [1:21:37] Voice B: Showing on here. That's why they're being [1:21:40] Voice D: cheeky saying refresh the page. That's what the cheeky Wait. [1:21:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: So, Roly, what are you saying? So, Roly, what are Roly, what are you seeing with... When when you sent it? You see it as MBTC? [1:21:51] Voice B: It shows it as balance. I... Keep in mind, I I sent it via my experts Yeah. Wallet, and I sent it BTC. And it's showing on here receiving. [1:22:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, receiving. Yeah. [1:22:04] Voice B: And then it was just a small amount, $5, but it shows receiving 0.04646 b... Or m BTC. [1:22:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So I think... [1:22:16] Voice B: Yeah. One transaction. [1:22:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: So that's how they're kinda converting. Okay. Yeah. So they're convert... Hold on. Let me just double check it. I'm watching the block really to see, like, when it goes through. And then maybe when it hits the [1:22:26] Landy @CryptoLandy: address BTC. Don't worry [1:22:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: about it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe when it... When the when the when the block gets mined, it'll, it... It'll show up. But if it shows up as MBTC... Let me just look through the docs. [1:22:37] Voice B: Do is I'm just gonna... I'm not gonna mess with the sweep yet. I'm gonna take this $5 of MBTP and just try to swap it over to his Coinbase account and make sure that goes through before sweep. Smart. Smart. Smart. And if that goes through, then I think I'm safe to sweep and then send the rest over and call it [1:22:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: a day. [1:22:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Because then, yeah, because then, you know, the conversion's good. [1:22:58] Voice B: Do I need to do a description on this either? No description, I would assume. Right? [1:23:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. For a memo? For Bitcoin on Yeah. [1:23:06] Voice B: Well, it doesn't say memo. It says description on here. [1:23:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let me see. Hold on. Let me see. Let me see. Let me go to my trusty Coinbase app and see if I receive. I think they did away with it now. I don't think you have to anymore, but let me see. Deposit, crypto, BTC, Bitcoin, default. [1:23:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Allow eleven minutes, but don't send any on any other network or it may be lost. I'm seeing mine. You don't need any description or or memo. When... Just make sure that when you hit receive VTC on the Coinbase wallet, we'll obviously test out the $5 and see what happens, but it should be o... It it it should be okay. But you should also... Hold on. Landy, how... Because because BTC shows the the SegWit. [1:24:06] Voice B: It shows... It says not enough funds. It says the zero four six four six m b t c are frozen. Yeah. Is that because it's still [1:24:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: The block didn't get mined yet. The block didn't get mined yet. So... Yeah. Give us [1:24:17] Voice B: a call. Figures. Yeah. That's good news. Looks like we're heading in the right direction. I appreciate all the help. This worksheet. [1:24:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Listen. I will. Everybody's been here. I would say that, like, they have the patience of the same. But if I was buying a car for $2.80, I'd wait there the whole day. You know what I'm saying? Like, damn. Like, that's what I would do. Amazing. Kudos to them. Man, 82 years old. I guess there is hope for... [1:24:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It sounds it sounds like you're gonna be okay because you pretty much already got through the the the hard part. [1:24:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo. Looking at the mempool... Yeah. Looking at the mempool Yeah. [1:24:53] Voice B: That was very confusing. Last time we did this, it was literally [1:24:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: sats, bro. [1:24:57] Voice B: Twenty minutes. [1:24:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: It was so seamless. They... [1:24:59] Voice B: Done. Done. Click. Click. [1:25:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. What's the what's the fee rate, Dave? The... Bro, the sats for...... Transaction. [1:25:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, he put in a 165 stats, bro, and then we're literally at, like, one. You know [1:25:10] xFactor @xFactorPOL: what I mean? [1:25:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: So it should... It's gonna get mine Oh, yeah. [1:25:13] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You're gonna be first in line. The man pulls out one, and he put a 165. Yeah. [1:25:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Really? Yo. Xperts doesn't play around either. They're like, we're gonna take up as much of this money as we can. [1:25:27] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, he's he's at the front... The the miners right now are stacking up, like, oh, man. Yeah. Give me that give me that 165 stats. [1:25:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: You want a 165 stat? It's like 18¢ when everybody else is like, I'll give you a 0.5 a penny. And they're like, nah, bro. I'm going with the 18¢ baller. Guys, I realized that we spent ninety minutes on this, and I'm sorry. I made an executive call. It is what it is, but I... I'm gonna see this through. Like, I'm on the phone with rolling... I gotta... Yeah. [1:25:57] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I I gotta I gotta head out soon, but I just wanna say congrats really on your... Recovering your 5 Bitcoin. And, yeah, wish you all the best, man. [1:26:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Show that gamer don't pay attention to shit, man. It's not Roly's 5 Bitcoin, bro. He has a couple there. He's selling a car, gamer. Goddamn. He never looked [1:26:15] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: at me. He's still gonna see 5 Bitcoin in there. [1:26:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's true. That's true. I saw it on the Explorer. [1:26:21] Voice L: I could say I was part [1:26:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: of history just like Nat said. Let's go. Yes. I may. Smart comment now. [1:26:26] Voice D: Of course. And if the... That elderly couple would like to adopt a very amazing [1:26:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, so thirsty. [1:26:35] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Can you imagine how much they got? [1:26:37] Voice D: No. I'm just... [1:26:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: I should [1:26:38] Voice D: be cheeky. But I'm glad that he was able to get as far as he got. I'm gonna drop off, but definitely... And, you know, if he ever feels like he wants to, if they ever if they ever feel like they wanna kinda show up at a Bitcoin conference and, like, share this story. But I definitely am gonna be sharing this story in in a couple of weeks, so it'll be fun. It'd be nice story to talk about in the whale, in the deep. So it's gonna be fun. It'd be nice to show that. Plus, I'll be dropping a bunch of stuff around the Bitcoin conference that's coming up. So be on the lookout if you're interested in something that's an OG NFT that is from the archives of Bitcoin area. Landy might like it. [1:27:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: You done shaking ass or what? You wanna ask anybody else for a Rolex or what? [1:27:22] Samara @thee_samara: Oh, but [1:27:23] Voice D: I don't need to ask [1:27:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: for a Rolex. I'll attract it. [1:27:25] Voice D: I don't need to worry about that. Landy's got his hands up. Thank you. Landy, thank you. You were... Hands up. Oh, boy. Landy, I miss your spaces in the early morning, Landy. I miss your spaces. [1:27:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Give me give me your. [1:27:40] Voice D: No. Landy needs to do his spaces again. Excuse me. You need some therapy, Dave. You really need some therapy. Like been established, I mean. Nat Nat Yeah. He's really established. Doctor sessions. We're gonna have to do some therapy sessions as well. Anyways, check out the check out the telegram for aligners, Nat Nat. You'll see what I put in there. [1:28:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: I saw. I saw. I'm actually reading through it right now. Good stuff, miss a. Thank you. [1:28:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. Shaxy, I don't know how you are not in you are not in therapy, bro. After going down this sheet, this is this is crazy work, dude. Oh my goodness. I feel for you, bro. [1:28:20] Voice D: You know, Andy has his hand up. [1:28:22] Voice B: Oh, he does? Oh, sorry. [1:28:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was looking at the phone. Puppet, sorry. I've been on on mute. But, yeah, Puppet, sorry. Go for it. That's it. We're pretty much at home stretch. Whatever you have to say now is kind of irrelevant, but it's fine. [1:28:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Not really. Because you don't necessarily have to... Once you sweep to this new set of wallets or this new wallet, you can just take that key and you can import it in... Like, if they wanna use Coinbase Wallet. Right? The Wallet app, they can just import the key in there and they can manage their account from there. Yep. That's what we did last time, Wendy. [1:29:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: The $5. It's not the... [1:29:10] Voice B: Yeah. Yeah. It's the $5. [1:29:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: Listen. Before you do that, you sent from the old address to the new one that you created. Right? [1:29:20] Voice B: As of right now, all I did was I created the the the second address on Electrum. I sent $5 from my Xverse account to this new wallet address just to do a test transfer from this wallet to Coinbase. [1:29:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. That's what you're... [1:29:41] Voice B: So I haven't done a sweep yet from the from the paper wallet to the [1:29:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. The [1:29:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: new wallet. We we created a...... Full control over this wallet, essentially. Correct. And we [1:29:52] Voice B: just wanna make sure that the money is going to the right account. [1:29:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: And the MBTC aspect. So, really, is it still showing up as MBTC now? It is still showing up [1:30:01] Voice B: as MBTC. I'm doing the max, which is now went from 0.4646. It's now point 4523, which I'm assuming there's some for gas. I'm gonna hit pay. It's gonna say within two blocks ETA. It gives me the option to increase that, but I'm gonna leave it where it's at. Hit okay. And I should see point zero four 523. Can you put your password in there, [1:30:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: sir? Okay. [1:30:29] Voice B: Got a password, fingerprints, this, that, and the other, and then we should be good here. Once we submit this $5, and I get confirmation, then we will sweep the entire balance into the the new wallet and then transfer that to Coinbase. Or... [1:30:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just import the wallet check. Yeah. Into, like, a Coinbase wallet. Is... It's safer that way? [1:30:51] Voice B: Kind what we wanted to do originally so they have their their funds on a wallet, not just on the exchange. Well, I'm gonna let them make that decision when we're when [1:31:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: we're all set and done. [1:31:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just make sure when you get to the DNA portion of this transaction test that that they have the... You have the swab ready. [1:31:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Stop, Joe. Chill out, Libby. You have the swab ready. Also, sign away their their grandchildren, their grandkids. Yeah. [1:31:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: They're gonna put him in their trust, bro. They're gonna put him in their trust. [1:31:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: They're gonna know what? Yo. But to... Seriously. But to show you guys, like, when I used to talk about community and shit. Right? Like, look how honest of a human being Rolex is, right, in order to be able to do this and have people there that trust somebody like Rolex to be able to do business like this where you're exchanging private keys, like, in front of in front of him. Right? We would never think in a million years, like like, bro, if you put me in front of a puppet, I'd be like, yo, puppet, get away from me. Like, I I need to I need to double tap this transaction. You know? Like, that's how jaded we all are, but I think that goes to show you, Roly, kudos and hats off to you, bro, for, like... Seriously. Like, there's something to be said about, like, dealing with honest people in this space, and I'm genuinely grateful that people like Rolex exist, like, for real. Because that gives me hope that there are normal human beings out here that are not looking to just scheme, scam, and take this $1, that $1. And although, Landy Yeah. This might have more money than god just like you, so it's fine. Like, you guys are chilling with god as well. Yeah. So Rolly Rolly is that kinda guy. Okay. Rolly... See, Rolly, can you send me [1:32:24] Voice L: the transaction just, wash the block? [1:32:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like to, like... Yeah. Let me see it. I wanna [1:32:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: follow you. [1:32:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: You like Manpool now. [1:32:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, bro. This is so much fun to me. Like, I'm such a loser. This is [1:32:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: so much fun. Does it give you Pizza Pets vibes? [1:32:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Why are gonna do that? You know what that does to me. [1:32:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm sorry. [1:32:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what that does. You're [1:32:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: not sorry. [1:32:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: I didn't I didn't bring up any any... I didn't, like, say, like, look. Do you just have to repeat the mantra that that you have to watch the block? [1:32:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: I hate you. I hate you. And there was a there's a reason I didn't say hi to Samara because I didn't wanna jinx anything. There's a reason why I didn't say hi to Samara because I didn't wanna say the c word in this space to jinx or mush us. So, Samara, unfortunately, I can't say hello to you until the transaction has fully gone through, and we've confirmed this wallet. Yeah. I'm sorry about that. But if you wanted to come off mute, just say something. I can't blame you for that. [1:33:18] Samara @thee_samara: Yo. Jam Jam Dave. Jam Cole. Jam that that. But, yeah, I just wanted to just, you know, just keep mute. There's a... Some cool stuff going on. I'm kinda learning some stuff. You know? Hopefully, everything goes through. You know? And, yeah, the couple has to, like, give ATC, like, 1 Bitcoin, you know, share amongst themselves for helping. Good shout [1:33:37] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: to you. [1:33:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: That Rolex? [1:33:40] Samara @thee_samara: Well, yeah, man. Like, hopefully, everything goes according to plan, and they just get it because that's a lot of BTC for real. But, yeah, man, congrats to the couple. Congrats on the new car, congrats on the new BTC. So, yeah, shout out to you guys, man. I'm just here chilling. And I'm I'm I'm on a date with my wall chain girlfriend, obviously. So... Yeah. Yo. [1:34:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Real quick. So can we can we talk about info five for two seconds? Because, I know, Wallchain had a completely and utterly pointless AMA today that literally told us literally nothing, that we were hoping for. No information on the NFT mint. Just, yeah, we're working, guys. And I also found out, by the way, that the x score is only updated, like, twice a month. [1:34:25] NatNat @Natnatx007: Wow. You see? Yeah. Do it. You see? Oh my gosh. I I told you the devs need to do something. Did you hear did you hear her? [1:34:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: When the... That's voice goes up that high, [1:34:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: she's like, that's not your seat. [1:34:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was like, damn. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. You're right. I was like, wait a minute. Did he just say to... He was like, you know, we don't wanna clog up the the the... This and [1:34:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: the algorithm and stuff like that. And I'm like, did he just say the [1:34:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: X score updates twice a month? That is crazy. Like, what kind of operation is there? Yes. Blue haired ninja. [1:34:55] Samara @thee_samara: Are you sure it's twice a month? Because, man, mine has been stuck forever. Like, real. Like, it's been stuck since Adventist, and I've been going crazy since Adventist. So I don't understand what's going on. So, hopefully, I... It can't be just twice a month, man, because... [1:35:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. So that's probably cold for, like, twice a year. [1:35:12] Samara @thee_samara: Yeah. Because some... [1:35:13] NatNat @Natnatx007: But he... They can't really say that. [1:35:15] Samara @thee_samara: Yeah. Because a lot of things don't just make sense at this point for me, personally. But, yeah, man. Hopefully, everything gets sorted out and so, you know... Yeah. We'll just fix it and just... But, like, the NFT, we need we need to know when the NFT is coming because I don't know. I don't I don't wanna... [1:35:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: He said next... They said next week, tomorrow, essentially, what they said, but they didn't give a date. They just said next week. [1:35:32] Samara @thee_samara: Alright. Then after that, went to AirDrop, man. I went TGE. [1:35:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: I know. [1:35:38] Samara @thee_samara: And and and, oh, and also for the memes, like, ATC crew, what's up? Like, whitelist whitelist. You know, we can't meet with the poor people. We have to meet exclusively. So, yeah, hopefully, we get white lists. Yeah. I know everyone agrees with me on this. So, yeah, shout out to you guys. [1:35:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's facts. That's facts. [1:35:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: That is facts. We should definitely get whitelisted. If you think I have not been in Yuri's telegram DMs, be like, Yuri, and he's like, I'm slammed. I'm like, I don't give a fuck, Yuri, what you are. Okay? Like, I need to know, like, what is the deal here? You need to start spilling the beans. He was not happy. I got left on red. I got totally ghosted. I got left on red to die out in telegram land. But, yeah, not cool. If you guys obviously have to drop, I understand. But I... I'm obviously... Gonna I'm see this whole thing through. I don't know how somebody would leave at the end of the movie like this. [1:36:29] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. I'm I'm here. I'm I'm watching my kids play tennis, man. So I'm just listening to you guys. [1:36:33] Shaksi @shaksi: No no [1:36:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: worries. I'm putting the baby in the background. [1:36:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like this. [1:36:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Ever since I feel like... [1:36:40] Samara @thee_samara: Everyone wants to see the outcome. They would just wonder what the outcome. So let's... Hopefully, like, works that well. Yeah. It should. It should. [1:36:47] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. I've I've already I've already I've already told my daughter. If she... We we send this message, she gonna get a 1 Bitcoin for for a lot lot more space to sell. I waited. [1:36:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yo, Rolex. Does this couple wanna sponsor ATC by any chance, bro? We would not charge anywhere near, you know, what what they're doing. Like, maybe, like, point 1 BTC for, like, a killer sponsorship. We might... We'll even advertise the dealership. You know what I'm saying, bro? Like, you let me know. We're happy to do something like that. I wonder if he has us on speaker. He probably doesn't. He's smart. He's got us in his ear. Yeah. That's a that's a that's [1:37:22] Landy @CryptoLandy: a If he's smart, he does not have us on speaker. [1:37:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. He definitely doesn't. No. He knows. Ro... Rolex is OG Spaces. He knows the deal, bro. He knows not to f around and have us on... Yeah. [1:37:33] Voice B: Transaction received $4.87. Let's go. [1:37:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hell yeah, brother. [1:37:39] Voice B: Alright. Now we can sweep. [1:37:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Sweep. [1:37:41] Voice B: Alright. We're sweeping. Thank god. Jesus. Alright. Let me sweep from the paper wallet to the new wallet and then transfer that to their [1:37:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: double check. [1:37:51] Shaksi @shaksi: Phone, baby. Make sure that goes through. [1:37:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: About the address that you're pasting in there. [1:37:56] Voice B: Yep. Yep. Read that thing like this before it's over. I am going... Yes. It's very nerve wracking. [1:38:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: I imagine so. [1:38:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't worry [1:38:04] Landy @CryptoLandy: about it. It's gonna be alright. You got this. [1:38:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: Mandy is here. How are you? [1:38:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: I hate you. I hate it here. I hate it here. [1:38:13] Samara @thee_samara: You say [1:38:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: that. There's a baby [1:38:14] Voice G: stuck on your [1:38:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: own under in [1:38:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: the background. [1:38:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'll RBF your transaction for you if there's... If if something goes wrong. [1:38:21] Voice B: Okay. So the good news is now it says the the thing has two transactions and a zero balance because I sent everything over. So I'm gonna take this address, same address. Hey, Dave. You can see the address that I sent the 5 the $5 from. [1:38:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: You did not send... Oh, yeah. Yeah. Hold on. Let me see. I see the transaction. Let me see the wallet. Yes. [1:38:51] Voice B: Okay. Cool. And then it also shows on here from this wallet now two transactions in and out. Okay. I think we're cooking with Greece. [1:39:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. [1:39:01] Voice B: Oh, and, sir, you just got an email saying you received $4.87. Alright. We are rolling. Okay. So now I got the previous. We're gonna put in the new one, and we are gonna do a sweep. So I got the old one in there to confirm. [1:39:21] Voice B: That is correct. And we got the wallet address, BC1 It's gone back. [1:39:31] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Ending in D. Okay. Sweet. Back 1077. Standby. [1:39:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. Forward me that transaction. [1:39:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Woah. Let the silence build. That was just, like, cinematic. Sorry. [1:40:08] Voice N: Listening. No. We didn't disconnect. We're just waiting for the climb... Like, the climax pause. [1:40:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm I'm puffing on this vape pretty hard over here. [1:40:21] Voice N: What are we... What are we gonna tell everybody that if they don't know Bitcoin, the rest of their crypto is pretty much worthless? [1:40:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: The tension is sky high right now. I can... I'm nervous. Yeah. [1:40:36] Kool @koolcryptovc: I think I think you you guys need to change topic, man. You you need to change [1:40:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: it to [1:40:40] Kool @koolcryptovc: 100 BTC recovery live. [1:40:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: I got [1:40:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm doing right now. I mean, honestly, everybody knows now that they need BTC because if they're in alts, they've been looking at their portfolio and crying for about six months now. [1:40:56] Shaksi @shaksi: Up. Shut up. [1:40:59] Voice N: Shut up with the old coin slander. [1:41:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm sorry. It's just the silly lines that I keep drawing. They keep they keep working. [1:41:11] Voice N: It's ridiculous. Nobody trusts lines and makes money. That's stupid. [1:41:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: I know. I was just... I was... I I I hopped in for two seconds, and I heard a lot about that. [1:41:20] Voice N: Do not let Satoshi up. She's gonna ruin this whole moment. Let her wait until it's done. I know she's gonna fuck this up. Is this edging? That. Pause. [1:41:38] Voice N: Oh. Oh, like, did the happen? Just tell us that the sweep happened. [1:41:44] Voice B: What does... Sorry, guys. The sweep payment has been sent. [1:41:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. [1:41:49] Voice B: So that is done. So now we just are going to wait for that to confirm. And then once that confirms, then we will be in this, the modern wallet. [1:42:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: The sweep? [1:42:04] Voice B: The sweep is... Well, it's not complete, but it's been... [1:42:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: Dave, send me that wallet address that you have. [1:42:10] Voice B: So as of right now, it shows unconfirmed in the new address of the $49.99.99756 MBTC. You can import that to the Coinbase wallet or whatever wallet you [1:43:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: put on the Coinbase because we confirmed Coinbase already. No, really? [1:43:33] Voice B: Yeah. That's that's what the the the The [1:43:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: $5 test was. [1:43:37] Voice B: That the beautiful couple would like to do. They just sent it over to Coinbase. [1:45:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm just... I wanna watch. I I I I like This is this is a beautiful thing. I like [1:45:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: the way you're false. Freaky. A freaking creeper. You're such a creeper. Yeah. [1:45:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: That's... Look. I'm a Bitcoin blockchain voyeur. Alright? Yeah. Like to watch the blocks confirm. [1:45:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: I really feel like I was a part of this, like, for real. Really... Yeah. I I... Yeah. This is this is cool. This was cool. I mean, also, I've never had to send $538,215 someplace in one transaction. My fingers would probably fall off at that point too. Hide your money. Poor people around. You know, you gotta be careful out here. There's poor people out here like us. [1:45:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Hey, I'm gonna teach you how to leverage your bit and then you can see that number for yourself. [1:45:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I know. But I still have to hit the buttons, Landy. I don't know if I could do it, bro. I got I got I got deep I got deep scars. Shaxy, my scars are not deeper than yours, my friend. [1:46:10] Shaksi @shaksi: Let's get some monkeys to press [1:46:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: the button. Yo. Where's my lurky airdrop? What the hell is going on? He's gonna get the monkeys. Did I get my... Yo. Where is my Lurkey airdrop at? [1:46:21] Shaksi @shaksi: Did you apply for it? [1:46:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It says airdrop claim, but I don't see it in my wallet. What the hell? Let me add this. [1:46:26] Shaksi @shaksi: I think you have to go to the web. [1:46:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let me add this shit over here. What the hell? They don't even got a coin gecko thing. Come on, Lurky. [1:46:32] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yo. Lurky has an airdrop, bro? [1:46:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro. I got 87,000 Lurky. [1:46:36] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah. So that's... Is that, like, $8.70? [1:46:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. That's $514 right now. [1:46:45] Bread @_ToastMalone: Oh, let's go, dude. [1:46:46] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Congrats, man. [1:46:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's mooning now. Back up to $5,000,000... $5,000,000 markup. Let's go. Yeah. This thing is cooking. [1:46:53] Bread @_ToastMalone: What was eligibility requirements on that one? [1:46:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Buyback. Bro, they have half... They have 500 they have 500 k in buybacks, bro, that is literally taking effect now. It's this whole... Bro, the the greeting... The candle right now is monstrous. [1:47:04] Shaksi @shaksi: The shit out of anybody. [1:47:05] Bread @_ToastMalone: Yeah. Hit me with that link, dude, to check because I know Lurky, and I have no idea if [1:47:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm eligible on these things. App. Lurkey.app, and you're good. And there should be a claim there. Once you claim, you have to, like, put out a tweet. It'll say you can create a tweet for you. You put the tweet out, and then you'll show the eligibility. You'll claim, and it'll put you into a queue to claim, which shouldn't be anything too long. Mine was hella long because it was when everybody was trying to probably claim at the same time. But... Yeah. [1:47:33] Bread @_ToastMalone: Is this US friendly, or do I need to leave the country quicker?... [1:47:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Not need to leave the country at all, actually. Like, you are good. You are good. Oh, what happened to the puppet? [1:47:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: It would be career. [1:47:46] Shaksi @shaksi: By the way, I was amazed that they're kind of TGE, like, 100%. Was that 90% taxation at the beginning? [1:47:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's how virtuals operate, bro. It's crazy. It's descending. It's like a like a a decaying tax is what they call it. It's wild. I [1:48:04] Shaksi @shaksi: have to do some math just to figure out at what point was it the most efficient. And, honestly, you might as well just wait for the whole taxation to end and... [1:48:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: You couldn't claim before the taxation was over. That's the thing. Like, you could only, like... Yeah. [1:48:16] Shaksi @shaksi: No. I wanted to buy a few more. I wanted to buy a few more, and I was like, oh, I've got some virtuals available. Let me see if I can buy... I was like, no. Goddamn not. I'm not buying. Yeah. [1:48:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let me see. Do I have the right wallet connected? What's going on? [1:48:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: 87 times. [1:48:44] Shaksi @shaksi: For me, it's just... I got it through Reverb. I already had the Reverb coin, so you were able to change your Reverb into duckies. [1:48:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Let's go. It's a free $477 right now. I'll take it. Love me 470... Free $477. [1:49:04] Shaksi @shaksi: Count the pennies. The dollar will count itself. [1:49:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean, at least it's not, you know Does it count the cents? [1:49:09] Shaksi @shaksi: At least [1:49:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: it's not Bitcoin that I bought back in 2014 and flew to Bali. I have a trip to Bali. They're like, I sold my Bitcoin, and all I got was this stupid T shirt from Bali. [1:49:20] Voice B: Alright. 5 BTC transferred to their Coinbase account, fam. We did it. We did it. 5 b t c transferred over. It is there. We made it. Landy, David, everybody, thank you so much, man. Thank you. [1:49:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bless calls. So thank [1:49:38] Voice D: you so very much for all your help. [1:49:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: You guys are incredible. You're giving us hope. [1:49:44] Voice B: Appreciate it. [1:49:46] Voice D: And welcome. Guys are the best. [1:49:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's great. Thank you very much for your help. [1:49:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: Wow. This was amazing. It was our pleasure, Rolette. It was our pleasure. [1:49:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yep. Absolutely. [1:49:57] Voice B: That was from the guest. They all... They're appreciative of all the help. They had... They they enjoyed the show as well, had a lot of laughs while doing this. We were all nervous. The wife had to step out for about a good thirty, forty five minutes. She just walked back in once we finally seen the money pop up. She's happy. She's smiling. He's happy. He's smiling. We're gonna finalize this car deal for them and, get them on the road. But I appreciate everybody for helping me make this happen. Honestly, if it wasn't for you you all, I... It just wouldn't have not happened today because it wasn't the same as two years ago. Today was something different. So, yeah, I appreciate all the love and help in Landy, man. Thank you so much, brother. Legend. Thank you. [1:50:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Thank you. No worries. [1:50:41] Voice B: David, thank you, bro. I always... Anytime I call you, bro, you'd you'd never ever hesitate to answer my calls, bro. So thank you so much from the bottom my heart, man. I owe you whatever I gotta do, man. We gotta get lunch. Kick it. I owe you, bro. [1:50:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thank you, man. Yeah. 100%, Roly. My pleasure, bro. My pleasure. My pleasure. And at least we're surrounded by smart enough people where eventually we figured it out. I mean, it was comedic. That's for damn sure out here for a hot second. But, yeah, it was our pleasure, man. I'm glad to see you, and and congrats on the deal, bro. That's that's incredible. [1:51:10] Voice B: Wow. Thank you. [1:51:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes, sir. Whoo. Hey. Guys, we did it. I feel [1:51:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: so accomplished. Right? And I... This this was a very different ATC episode, but I think it was, like, one for the book because it shows how how team oriented we are, right, and how supportive we are because we didn't we didn't divert it to the stories at all. We just kept sticking to it and looking for alternatives until we figured it out, and he was able to go ahead with the transaction. It was beautiful. I don't think I'll ever forget this, guys. This was a good one. [1:51:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I'm clipping I'm clipping so many things. I'm gonna make this into a cinematic story. Like, this was well worth... I'm serious. This was so incredible. Like, for me, I... Like, it... I I like new things happening in crypto. Right? Like, yeah. It's just like, we laughed. We cried. We we did a lot of things, but, thankfully, we didn't end up crying. We ended up, you know, happy and joyful. But... Yeah. Because our go ahead, Landy. [1:52:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: I was gonna say, know, this this is 100% proof that Bitcoin is more than just a store of value, but it can definitely store your value and hedge against inflation. Because for those of us, I just so happen to have, dove headfirst into Bitcoin in 2011 as well. I was fairly... It was right at the end of 2010 into 2011. And I also, you know, like, what I've I've held through all of it and in fact gotten... That's what got me involved in the industry. Right? It was on the tech side of things, and I'm a minor still to this day. And this is kind of the... This is the wild stuff that... This is this is really unique, Dave. Like, when you think about this, there's not a lot of people that still have held since 2011. So this is, like, really, really a unique situation. It's a... It's... You're not gonna find this, I don't think ever again on a spaces event. Like, you're not. Unless you're talking to one of the very prominent whales in the space or you're talking to an OG that has been around since that time period, and there's not many there's not many left. There's not. There just isn't. And it's a testament to Bitcoin, people's resiliency to hold it, and then, hey. At a certain point, you... You're gonna use it. Right? Whether you're taking a loan against it, whether you're using it to make a purchase, or whether you're using it as a store of value to hedge against inflation. And I want... I... The the main thing that I want people to come away with... Because I know that a lot of people in here aren't Bitcoiners. You might have a little bit of Bitcoin, but understand the the actual importance of Bitcoin at the end of the day. And why if you are in alts and you're making your money at at any cost, I've mentioned this many times before. When I take profits, at least half of my profits... If it's if it's a cash out of profits, I'm taking half of that, and I'm buying Bitcoin at any price. It doesn't matter what the market's doing if it's ripping in a bowl or if it's in depths of the bear. The... It's always accumulation because there's only so much left, and it is fungible. It is money. It's proof right here. Right? It's money, and it's a store of value. So understand that it's it's... The the altcoin sector, while you might have your favorite alts, Bitcoin is what it is for a very specific reason, and it and it has its very unique use cases like this. So get you some, especially when it's red and everyone's crying on the timeline. [1:54:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. I love that. Good stuff, Landy. I saw Sunny d came up. Sunny d, what's good, bro? [1:54:47] Voice L: Yo. What an episode. I got here late, but as soon as I figured out what the heck was going on, I was like, oh my gosh. Like... And the the crazy thing is is this is a unique story and it was documented. So, I mean, I don't know, hit up... Maybe some some some news stations want to cover it. Obviously, you gotta keep people... I mean, this is like a... Kinda like a Bitcoin pizza event sort of, but it's more recent and it showcases exactly what Landy was describing and now everybody think into the future what you're doing today and what in twenty years this could be doing for you and your family and yeah. It was wicked cool to be a participant so congratulations to everybody and and the couple that made made it all the way from 2011. Holy moly. [1:55:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right? Was kinda crazy. [1:55:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: You said 82 years old. Right? Can you imagine in 2011 going, [1:55:55] Shaksi @shaksi: you know [1:55:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: what? I'm 70... You know, in my late sixties, early seventies. I'm gonna get some Bitcoin. Those are people who are forward looking and understand what was going on post 2008 and the mindset. That is... That should give you a lot of hope. I... And and the cool thing is is, like, I actually was a... Not my... I was able to get my mom on board. I couldn't get my father on board because he was, you know, corporate guy, fiat money. But my mom who was involved in the financial systems and and was a broker and still is, but she understood, like, hey. I'm willing to take a chance on this. Even now in her late sixties, you know, she obviously not not quite as... Not not post retirement or anything until fairly recently, which she's still working. We're all working past retirement. Don't... The heck is going on in my family. That's kinda crazy. And it just so happens that there's some... There's a representative of a of a media company on stage with you that might... Well, I might actually pitch, like, an... A a written article and maybe a segment for one of the shows. Maybe get get some of you on as guests to to explain how cool this was. [1:57:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go, Landy. Appreciate you. I hear Wheel of Fortune in the back. Alright. Guys, I think this was incredible. Roly, obviously, thank you. Cool, Nat. Appreciate y'all sticking around for this. Landy, a huge, huge help. Thank you, guys. Cool. I hope your, your your daughter wins the tennis match. Good stuff. Brett, thanks. Samara, I can officially say your name now. I could not say the criminal's name. I mean, a name that was tied to criminals. Oh, Satoshi came up. Sorry. Satoshi, what's up? Are you good? [1:57:51] Voice D: When am I not, to be fair? I'm up good and to the right.
