This has been over the course of, like, a 120 or something like that. Like, no. This is not... And the... And what you're seeing on the timeline is not reflective of reality. The reality is that for every seller, there's a buyer on the other side. And what we're getting is distribution of long term holders into the market. You're getting distribution of miners' coins into the market. Oh, hey. Miners. I was told at one point on stage that I was a douchebag because I brought up the fact that Douchebag. Miners were capitulating at the highs that we were likely going to see a high. And now we're finally seeing a hash crash. We're seeing hash rate rollover. We're seeing full blown minor capitulation. You might remember me talking all about this. Right? Well, here's the thing. Where could things go from here? It's very, very, very oversold. Things are likely gonna bounce. Understand the lay of the land and where we are right now. We are, in an area where the the last daily lower high, for instance, is all the way at $90,500. Right? For this to be a deviation, it would have to go and take that out. The last weekly lower high is at $98,000. So daily lower high at 90,500, weekly at 98, which means that we are going to see lower highs on the daily and likely the weekly for a while. That means that you have time. You can be patient, and you can pick the levels that you would like to accumulate. Patience.

It takes time to recover after periods like this. You have plenty of time to pick your spots, and you can talk to Nat, myself, Kool, Dave, other people here who have been here for a long time and say, like, hey. What what are we seeing? Are we are we, like, going? Are we not going? And you'll get a good feel for it. Alright? A lot of people are underwater. A lot of people are broken, and the thing that broke them this time was not actually Bitcoin. Bitcoin went on a bull run. It got above $69,000, and it ran to 126. That is a bull market to a bull run. The bulls ran, and now the bulls are back home. They're they're coming back to pasture. They're like, hey. You know what? We ran a little bit. We gotta rest for a little while. The real issue that many are facing right now and where I think a lot of the fear stems from is, oh my god. I thought that my alts were gonna outrun Bitcoin, and I could get a punch of Bitcoin by selling these alts because they were outrunning Bitcoin, and that did not happen. And I'm here to tell you, it's likely never going to happen again in the way that we have seen before. It's very important to understand this. Now is when you have to be able to pick winners, like when you're in the stock market. You gotta be able to pick winners because you will get altcoins that go on massive bull runs. But it's not gonna be, hey. The dust in my bag is pumping. I wonder what happened. Oh, everything's green. Might as well sell that. Oh, look. I'm rich. Look. That's not gonna be the environment that we play in anymore. We are evolving as a market. Coins are distributing at a very high rate to TradFi market players, DATs. We've got funds all over the place. We're eventually gonna have pensions. We're gonna have four zero one k's, and we're gonna have governments, both local and federal. Alright? This is all coming. We are moving forward, not backwards. This type of a distribution in markets like this that had been very, very, very small in terms of the amount of holders that hold a massive amount of things has to distribute. And this is normal. [0:21:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: The bear market didn't actually technically start until we broke high time frame structure. Literally, that's that is when you get a bear market. Now you could argue that from a weekly standpoint, when we broke down from, you know, about one zero seven, 01/2008 and started to break trend, that that was the bear market start, and that would be late October into November. You could argue that that structure break on the weekly. But in terms of, like, structure on a higher time frame, you have to go above to something like a monthly, and the bear market has has started as of the break of seventy four four area. $74,420.69 specifically on Bitcoin's... Coinbase chart, by the way. That's that's really funny. But the Melania and Trump tokens that launched in in that whole twenty twenty five January time frame was not the bear market, but that was the top for many meme coins. Later, we, you know, we also saw other coins, like altcoins that ran still after that, you know, towards the latter half of 2025. But reality is that bear markets are very... It's kind of in the eye of the beholder. Because if you're looking in traditional markets, a 20% drawdown is called a bear market. Right? And that's regardless of structure. But, like, if you're looking at a true bear market even then, like, in 2025, you know, everybody's like, oh, we already had a bear market in, you know, indices and equities because everything went down, like, 25, 27, 30, 40% in some cases, depending on what it was, even in, like, equities. But the problem is is it did not break higher term time frame structure. Right? It might have broken on the weeklies, but it didn't break any monthlies in in the uptrend. Right? So higher lows didn't break any of that. But now we're actually in bear market structure. Like, we have a lower low on the weekly, and we have a lower high in the weekly. And now we're... No matter what, we're gonna get lower lows. That's bear market structure. Now for those that we're talking about when the highs were gonna come in, then we're looking at October for Bitcoin, equities later. I mean, we just had a new all time high on, you know, the S and P and stuff like that. So it really is in the eye of the beholder. And, realistically, one of the things... Paul, you brought up the two year time frame. I wanna be very clear about something. If you're looking at Bitcoin specifically, every single bear market time to find low after putting in an all time high has been about twelve weeks. Alright? We're in that window now from the all time high where we probably are looking at end of summer to early fall coming out the other side. That's called time to low or time to find the low. And in this case, time to find the macro low, we're probably looking at that. Many people are gonna get excited early, though, when it bounces. Like, it's all over finally, and those are relief rallies. It's gonna take time for structure to work itself out, and we're probably looking at the end of summer... Sometime in summer or the end of summer to the first part of q four sometime in fall. And we're likely... This is a short window. It's... Time moves quickly, especially when you're a parent, but time moves very quickly. Dave wouldn't know anything about time moving quickly with kids except he lives through kids, you know, by proxy. Everybody else has kids. I get to enjoy them and

That was in q one to q two. Time to find the low is very important. It's gonna take a little bit longer now because we are in bear market structure. So that's the thing. Buy at the key levels. You wanna buy the blood. You want a DCA, and you don't wanna worry about it. And anybody that's saying, like, at this point, it doesn't matter if someone called the top. It doesn't matter if someone... When they called the bear market because none of that's gonna be relevant to you and how you accumulate when you're in this time period. So you need to make a plan and just make sure that you execute on that plan, and don't just go a 100% into... Let's see. What did that guy say the other day? $72,800. $72,800 is gonna be the low.
