A Friday education Space on real-world assets (RWAs) hosted by Dave with ShareLink founder Saeed (@SLINKsol), co-hosted by the Tater trading bot account, with NatNat, Landy, Adrian, Agent Naeem, a London Web3 VC named Laura (Voice E), Emmy, a native New Yorker (Voice D). Dave frames it as education, not a shill, and discloses he holds $sLINK. Saeed describes his background (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, then the first regulated crypto VC fund in the UAE) and explains that $sLINK launched on pump.fun on Feb 14 as a community and narrative token. His plan is to place about 15,000 privately held Securitize shares (about $700K at the $1.25B pre-money valuation of Securitize's Nasdaq listing via a SPAC with Cantor) into a legal entity (an SPV) so token holders get exposure, with a rough timeline of three to six months, once the token's value approaches the value of the shares. Adrian presses on supply: 50% locked for six months on StreamFlow, Saeed holding about 17% more, 2% burned. Dave explains tokenization with a Pokemon-card analogy, BlackRock's tokenized treasury fund on Securitize (over $2B) and Larry Fink's 'tokenize the world', and calls Ethereum's RWA growth about 200% year over year. Saeed calls USDT and USDC the first RWA and says stablecoins and T-bills lead today, with real estate next and the UAE furthest ahead on rules. Landy, who advised a company on putting its stock on chain, asks about custody, escrow and US regulatory clarity, and argues tokenized stocks and RWAs will squeeze meme coins. Laura asks about OTC deals and which assets will win; Naeem asks about redemption mechanics and Saeed's past launches (Splinterlands as a notable early bet); Emmy asks about US friction and the Howey test, and sees tokenized income-producing assets as a future source of income. Dave explains layering limit orders through Tater, mentions a possible Tater action-fi campaign for $sLINK, and says weekly spaces will follow. Market and token talk is discussion, not advice. DocNooNoo questions the ShareLink founder about the token's disclaimer, the RWA it is anchored to (Securitize) and plans for a wider RWA portfolio, and asks whether Tater handles limit orders and DMs.

[0:03:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: How are you, my man? [0:03:34] ShareLink @SLINKsol: I'm good, man. I'm good. Thanks for [0:03:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm chilling, bro. Chilling. [0:03:38] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Thanks for hosting this, man. [0:03:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Always, man. Always, always. We're just start... I'm gonna start pushing this out to the groups. I think people still might be half asleep. So apologies for the the the the the delayed start, but they're gonna they're they're gonna start piling in here soon. Don't don't you worry, sir. [0:03:56] ShareLink @SLINKsol: I'm sure they're be piling in, I'm sure. [0:03:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah, man. I see. I'm... I was just even just looking at the chart because, like, I mean, we'll set the stage in a few, but let's maybe shoot the ship for a little bit. But, like, I see, man, people are starting to cook a little bit out here, bro. [0:04:09] ShareLink @SLINKsol: You know? Looking pretty healthy. Yeah, man. I was just telling my partner over here. I was just showing him. He came all the way from Ajamand to me. He's he's a couple hours drive away. So, yeah, it's interesting times. [0:04:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. And we have our RWA expert, who is 25 years of age, otherwise known as Wonder Woman, up here with us as well. Hey, Natalie. What's up? [0:04:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, man. Natalie, [0:04:41] Voice E: good day. Hi. [0:04:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: Good morning. Yeah. From a 25 year old. K? So great to be 25 for almost eleven years. You know what I mean? It's a vibe. I am the only one that's able to do this. No one no one has... [0:05:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: And at 25, you get tons of phone calls from the boys. You know? The the boys that just wanna come pick you up and hang out. You know? It's like, done and done. Natalie with the ill rug. Maybe, Elon's not having it today. Maybe Elon might not be having it. But, go DID. What's up? You here? [0:05:19] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Marvelous. [0:05:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Marvelous. [0:05:24] Adrian @adrianispas82: GM. GM. [0:05:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Stop. Oh, wait. Natalie's coming back. Nice. Marvelous. Not... Don't don't say too many words. You know what I mean? We don't... You're a man of few words, so well done. Well done. Nah. [0:05:38] NatNat @Natnatx007: So... Mhmm. I love how... Yeah. Twitter was not vibing with my my opening statements. [0:05:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: They smell bullshit with my... [0:05:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm telling you. I'm... You know what, Elon? I am 25. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Mhmm. Mhmm. [0:05:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mhmm. Alright. Alright. But... Yeah. What's what's up, guys? I hope everybody here is doing good. I see MV here, Tyre here, Brett here, Naeem, Prez, Adrian, Salty is here. Salty, do you know... Are you from Brooklyn, by the way? Because there's a Salty and then there's a dog. I mean, is it a wolf? I don't know. Maybe that's a mouse. Anyways. Anyways. But, guys, purpose of the space today is to essentially, like, let's... Like, we're gonna we're gonna demystify RWAs. Right? Everybody has this thought of, like, oh my god. Like, what is a real world asset? Holy cow. Like, what that... Like... And it's almost intimidating. Right? They don't know where to put their money. Don't know how do I actually invest. I'm not a... Well, I'm not an accredited investor. I don't know how to invest it. I can't buy real estate. Like, we wanna kind of... Like, the purpose of this space is so that you can obviously understand what Securitize is, understand what ShareLink is, understand where the opportunity could potentially lie, but hopefully just educate you guys kind of in this process so that you can understand, okay. Is this something that I can potentially get behind? This is not a shill space. This is not... Like, we want to educate you guys on, like, essentially, current market conditions, number one, the RWA opportunity that's in front of you guys, and then, you know, you guys make your decisions kind of from there. You're not gonna hear us talking about, oh, I mean, I I was just talking about the chart, that was before everybody was in here. You'll hear us maybe talk about the opportunity at the very, very end, in terms of, like, what it is. Oh, look at this. We got the potato come. Potato, I sent you a cohost invite. Accept that. And... Yeah. Like, that that... That's pretty much it. So if you guys have questions, we want you to come up with your questions. Really anything. This is super open forum. We wanted to just, like... Yeah. Education, but, like, education with questions. Right? Like, what the hell does Securitize do? What the hell does ShareLink do? Right? Like, all of these different things. So PSX, give us a quick intro. Let people know kinda who you are. I know you met, like, maybe a few folks here before, but this room is gonna fill up. We'll do a reset in a little bit also, but maybe kinda give people a little bit of a of a heads up as to as to what's cooking. [0:08:04] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah, man. Dave, like I said at the beginning, not many were here, but really appreciate you taking the time out to put this space together to talk about really what's been my favorite kind of subject since 2018. And... Because that's when I first got exposure to securitize as a company. And back then, they were actually invest... Getting investors to get a security token for their company. They wanted to actually, like, sell security tokens of their company. But then later on down the line, they switched it over to pure equity. And here we are fast forward today, and they're almost gonna do a Nasdaq listing via SPAC merger with Cantor. And then that that narrative since 2018, I thought... I mean, I saw that opportunity, and I saw the direction that blockchain technology was going and how it was disrupting traditional financial services. But then I understood that it's also disrupting the fiat and monetary system, the legacy monetary system as we know it. So for me, coming from a traditional finance background, I used to be in Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, which is one of the largest global sovereign wealth funds. And I understood the monetary system. I understood all the different asset classes out there, and I understood the fiat system, and I understood that it was broken. And when I came upon Bitcoin and blockchain, for me, it... This was like a no brainer big time hedge against that failing system, which is failing even more nowadays compared to back in 2018. And I think, you know, money as we know it is going to change. And I would urge everybody to understand what money is and look at the history of money and understand where the wealth is globally. And the wealth is in real world assets. That's what people, you know, people own real estate, people own gold, silver, commodities. They own private equity. They own public equity stock, and they diversify their portfolio. But like you said at the beginning, David, this is only available for accredited investors and high net worths and people who have access to these kind of instruments, which get get them a return that beats inflation. It's really, really hard to beat inflation. If you're just sitting on cash, then you're losing money every year to inflation. [0:10:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: So That's what you rich folks do, bro. Let's let's call it what it is, man. This is how the rich people get richer, bro. Let's see what it is. [0:10:44] ShareLink @SLINKsol: It's not just about money. It's about education. It's about know how. It's about knowledge. Right? It's... Do you have access to that information? Do you have access to that knowledge? And what can you do with that information and then that knowledge? And turning that into a return is ultimately the goal, but you have to understand what you're getting into. Right? So if you don't understand RWA, if you don't understand tokenization, if you don't understand what Securitize is doing, then this is a chance for you to really get to know what's happening in that world. And I'll be very happy to kind of dive into it and talk about it a bit more, but interested to hear Nat Nat's thought on the topic and what she knows about it. [0:11:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Nat, are you in the RWA game? Well, first off, Nat, you're an accredited investor, I would assume... Or no? [0:11:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. [0:11:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh. Oh my gosh. [0:11:38] Voice E: Can you guys hear me? Can you Yeah. [0:11:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: Is it [0:11:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: me? We hear you now. Yeah. [0:11:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. Is it me? [0:11:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. We hear you now. Do you hear me? Oh, she doesn't hear me. Okay. One more time. One more time. Adrian, while we wait for Natalie to come on back, please go ahead, man. What's up? [0:11:56] Adrian @adrianispas82: GM Dave, GM Sterling, thank you for having me on again. Just wanna say that I'm not that much of a newbie when it comes to RWA. I know a bit about not obviously a expert level, but I know a little bit about the narrative and I have some place in it. My quick... And before I ask you my questions, just so you know, I've already bought the share link, so I'm not gonna... Whatever I'm gonna ask you is not fun or anything like that. Just genuine questions before anyone jumps on. Not that I care about... Yeah. Anyway, so you locked 50% of the token for six months. Yes? [0:12:34] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Correct, sir. Yes, sir. [0:12:36] Adrian @adrianispas82: And how much of the total token you have yourself? [0:12:44] ShareLink @SLINKsol: At the moment, I think I bought about 17% of supply on the market. [0:12:50] Adrian @adrianispas82: So roughly, you have about 67%. Correct? [0:12:54] ShareLink @SLINKsol: About about that. But 50% is locked. Don't forget. [0:12:57] Adrian @adrianispas82: Yes. Yeah. Yeah. For six months. Yeah. My question is as it follows. After six months, if the token does well, what stops you from selling it? [0:13:07] ShareLink @SLINKsol: That's a good question. I mean, look. By that time, if the token does well, then the actual securitized shares that I'm holding will be legally entitled to the token holders. So I'll basically be selling my shares if I sell the tokens, which for me, I don't think that... I think $1,250,000,000 valuation pre money for Securitize is super cheap. And I think this is gonna go to tens, if not hundreds of billions of dollars. This market is only just in the beginning phase. 25%... $25,000,000,000 is tokenized. There's still $400,000,000,000,000 or more that's yet to be tokenized and securitized control, 20% of that market. So if you do the math, there's only one way this is going. So I'm I'm bullish long term on the actual company and on the actual RWA narrative. I've put my own money into this, and I'm, you know, I'm ready to get this to where it needs to get to to actually show the community that we are growing to a valuation, which is fair and what the market feels is fair for this. So, I mean, yes, I could sell, but that's... For me, it's not it's not yet there to sell at all. And I think the real growth is gonna happen six months post listing. That's where you're gonna see a lot of volatility. So maybe six months after listing, when my actual shares are unlocked, then might... I might take some profits. But, ultimately, I will have a very long position in this for a long time. [0:14:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And and, Adrian, it's a great question. Right? It's like, what prevents you from selling? It's six months. Right? Six months in crypto is like an eternity at this point. You know what I'm saying? So, like, I think, like, given where we are now, who knows where the market's gonna be in six months. Right? But, like, given where we are now, we all want something to be a part of. We want... Like, how you we say all the time, like, we were looking for something to do. Right? Like, this is an opportunity. Like, if we can genuinely be a part of this and actually do this, I think it's cool. And by the way, I'm super familiar with StreamFlow. I mean, I had my share... My WagMe shares that were locked up on StreamFlow for four months. It was, a little slow drip, but StreamFlow is one of the most reputable companies out here in terms of, like, locking. So having half that supply locked plus another 17%. I'll talk... Like, and just full disclosure, so everybody here understands that we're on the same page. I currently do own s link share link tokens. So that there is no mistaking exactly, like, oh, what do they do? Like, again, I own... I absolutely own and I plan on accumulating more. Right? Because for me, if this narrative does something, right, an 85 k market cap, I'd rather, like, put my money towards something like this that's not meme coin and it's like, oh, it's got a cool name and a sweet little, like, gif, you know, or GIF. Right? Sorry. You know what I'm saying? Like, there's an actual story behind this at the end of the day. But, Adrian, good questions, bro. Good questions. Yep. Did that answer, Adrian, or you have you have another one before I go to Nat? [0:16:09] Adrian @adrianispas82: No. I'm happy with the... That's why I was asking because I I didn't wanna do... But, yeah, good explanation, and I'll stand by for it. [0:16:16] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Also, Adrian, look out for... Don't forget there's 2% of the supply has been burnt already, and we're gonna be doing pretty regular burns as we go along. So I'm gonna show the community that this is something that, you know, is only gonna get scarcer and is only gonna go up in value over time. And, you know, I'm not here for, like like, other... Yes. It was launched as a meme coin because that's the easiest way to launch a token these days, but I'm here for the long run. So you're gonna see momentum as we go along. And I think if if people here were here from day one and they see what's been happening, they would understand that, really, we are going in the right direction here. [0:16:58] Adrian @adrianispas82: I know what you're saying, but it's a little bit... I don't know. I can see it because I've been in this market for so long, but she's transitioning from a meme to RWA, which RWA is one of the... Those... The most... How do I even say this? It's only for... Well, the way I can say this, it's only for, like, institutional players. Like, people that want serious investing is not for, like, Djens, RWA, because you you can't really... You treat RWA as a big play. RWA is a serious narrative with serious players and most importantly, serious money. And [0:17:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: Adrian Adrian, wanna know something? I'll I'll give you the perfect example because I think that's a common, like, misnomer, but I hear what you're saying. Imagine if it was a Pokemon card. Right? Like, look at it that way. Pokemons love... D gens love Pokemon, bro. Right? Like, Pokemons are some of the, like, the I'll even dare to say that they might be the most traded real world asset on chain. Right? And if you go to OpenSea, you'll be able to, like, to see, like, some of these tokens that actually trade, bro. It's crazy. Trading cards, all the... They're considered RWAs. Right? Like, people want to either own fractional fractional ownership and shares of some of these more expensive cards, or they wanna own the actual card outright. So whether it's securitized shares of, like, you know, that that that p... That that S Link... That ShareLink actually owns, right, and linking them to this, or if it's a Pokemon card at the end of the day. Right? However, it helps you process it, I think that where... Like, because I'm with you. Sometimes it's like RWA seems like it's fancy for the institutional guy. This is the trad fi kind of shit. Yes and no. Right? Like, yes and no. But at the end of the day, like, I think people will genuinely understand. Like, make it relatable so that they get it. So just substitute it with a Pokemon card at [0:18:37] ShareLink @SLINKsol: the end [0:18:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: of the day. Right? Like, you're literally putting money into something that if we end up tying this thing to it, right, now it's backed by that actual real asset. Right? So... Yeah. But good question, Adrian. Really, really good question. Hopefully, that that brought a little clarity. Yeah. Nat, go for it. [0:18:55] NatNat @Natnatx007: Hopefully, you guys can hear me now or I can hear you. Yes. I don't know what is happening on x today, but great space so far. I'm not heavy into the RWA world, but I do like what Slink is doing, and I think it is genius. I think when you mentioned it on ATC and and we we were able to dive into it a little bit, it kinda blew my mind because I I don't think anyone is doing something as similar as this on the crypto space. Am I right? [0:19:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Not that I've seen. Right. Yeah. Not that I've seen at all. It's very different now. Right? Like, it's very different. Don't get [0:19:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: me wrong. Yeah. And the mark... And the market cap is really small compared to the potential potential that that this this has. Has. [0:19:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Facts. That's the thing. Right? Like, the, like, the majority... Because I think, like, to what... There was credence to what Adrian was saying. Right? A lot of times you're looking at it, it's like, well, how do I get involved in an RWA play? Do I just buy Ondo? Right? Do I just buy, you know, XLM? Right? Because they have, like, tokenized, like, funds that are on the... You know, that are on chain. Like, how does this actually work? And this, I think, is a really simple way for the average Joe to be able to genuinely understand, like, what is this and how can I actually get involved? I think it's just a really easy way because we understand memes. Right? We understand... We might not love pump fun at the end of the day, but look. Like, they, like... If you're able to actually tie it and you do this launch the right way, not only can it be a successful meme coin launch, but then you add the RWA component. I don't know. I just think it's so I just think it's so novel, so cool that it's just different, and we need different out here. And it's just... [0:20:44] ShareLink @SLINKsol: The potato loves it so much, man. And look. For anybody that knows me, like, in real life and knows me personally, I always like to do things completely different to other people, and I try to find a unique angle in everything I do. So I'm really, really happy that you you said word, Nat Nat, and I appreciate you kind of being on the space. And I know you do have some SLink too, so, hopefully, you you top up in the coming days and weeks ahead. [0:21:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: I do have some SLink. And, Dave, just so you know, this isn't one place that it's more than $3. Okay? This is how much I I believe in SLink. Maybe, like, $3.99. No. I'm kidding. It's more than that. [0:21:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. I love it. I love it. And and so people understand too, like, don't be shy to, like, use tater to, like, layer in limit orders. Right? Because as these go up, right, like, think about kinda, like, the psychological levels of, like, when you're... Like, when things are starting to move up. If you buy some, like, don't be afraid to use it and be like, hey, Tater. Sell, you know, 50,000 s link at, you know, a 250 k market cap, at a 500 k market cap, at a 750 k market cap. Right? Like, this is [0:21:59] ShareLink @SLINKsol: You know, Abe Yeah. This was exactly what I was telling Doc DocNooNoo on DMs. I was telling her, like, put the limit orders. If you're using Acxiom or whatever it is, put limit orders for, like, the market cap when it's going up. And then, you know, if it goes down after you take profits, then you can buy in and have more tokens at the end of the day. So just trade it wisely, but definitely take profits when you can. That's... This is a business ultimately. Everybody needs to make money. Right? So you should always look at these exit points where you plan to kind of take profits on the way up. [0:22:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Yeah. I see I see you I see you've been sending some... I see you've been sending DocNooNoo. Is DocNooNoo your manager too? Let me find out. [0:22:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: DocNooNoo, you don't have to answer this question, DocNooNoo. [0:22:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Well, yes, we do. [0:22:46] ShareLink @SLINKsol: DocNooNoo's the bag holder. She's just a bag holder. [0:22:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: I need to make sure that DocNooNoo's out here running around on me. You know what I mean? [0:22:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: Mhmm. Mhmm. [0:22:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey, DocNooNoo. What's up? [0:22:57] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Hi, guys. How's it going? S link, I I had to come up. Why are you sharing the source that you told me? Like, I'm supposed to front run these people, and you're telling them set set limits too. Anyway, my limit is at a 100,000,000. So... [0:23:13] ShareLink @SLINKsol: I love it. You you stick to that. Yeah? [0:23:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: Dave is laughing, which means a 100,000,000 incoming. [0:23:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Incoming. [0:23:20] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I believe... I'm believing in something. I need to believe in something. Well And it's escalate. [0:23:25] ShareLink @SLINKsol: You know what that means, DocNooNoo? That means that only these securitized shares aren't gonna be enough to back these tokens, so I'm gonna have to find other real world assets that I'm gonna have to add to the mix and put into this. Because the way this is gonna work is I'm gonna have to, like, register an LLC and... Or an SPV and then kind of do the legal paperwork so that it's clear that the securitized shares are owned by this entity, and this entity is ultimately the owner of these... The token rights. So then that way, the token holders have actual exposure to securitize, but then I can also add other assets onto the equation and and just move on from there. So I think the potential is quite high at the moment, but if I'm really careful with this and if I really think about it closely, then I'm definitely gonna need to kind of add more to kind of give this a bit bit more legs than it has at the moment. [0:24:25] Adrian @adrianispas82: Yeah. Remember what you promised me, DocNooNoo. Remember what you promised me. [0:24:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: What she... Wait. Hold up. What she promised you, Adrian? Let me find [0:24:33] Adrian @adrianispas82: DocNooNoo, did [0:24:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: you promise him the same thing you promised me? [0:24:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: A little safe, Adrian. [0:24:38] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Did I promise anyone? What's going on here? I'm having... I'm being told that people think that I'm a cofounder on S Link or that I have, like, a huge bag or something. I'm just here believing in something, guys. Like, not every time I talk about a token, it means I'm a cofounder or I'm trying to, like, rug you. That may happen in the future, but that's not what's going on right now. [0:25:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: She said it may happen in the future. [0:25:02] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Oh, shit. This place is recorded. Okay. I I retract that. It was a joke. [0:25:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. We need we need material after this. Okay? Like, we need to be able to break this up. You know? So [0:25:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: Higher just clips this just so you don't know. No. [0:25:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: You... Did you see that higher foot clip? Okay. And I'm gonna... Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. This is ridiculous. Undeligible. Anyways, but let's let's maybe help kinda educate some folks too. So Essent, let let... Let's kinda go over... Like, when people when people hear RW, they hear, yeah, real world asset, like, real estate. They hear tokenization. Like, to simplify things just so people kinda kinda understand, like, what this is. Like, when you tokenize an asset, you're literally just taking an asset that exists in the real world, and you're and you're putting it on chain. Right? Fractional own... That could be in a fractional ownership percentage just to be able to prove, hey. I actually own this asset in the real world. And now, obviously, it's become big business because when you see things like, you know, what Securitize is doing with, let's say, BlackRock. BlackRock buys a lot of US treasuries. Right? They have funds. They earn interest on those treasuries. And those treasuries in and of themselves, obviously, are... Or excuse me, not obviously, are now... Have been tokenized to the tune of over $2,000,000,000. Right? So, by the way, Securitize has BlackRock as a partner and a lead investor, FYI. They're now trading on Uniswap. Right? So that whole fund has been tokenized, and you can now trade those treasuries to be able to earn yield on those treasuries on Uniswap. Right? So it's it's really not that complicated when you actually think about what this actually does. All the complication is on the back end. So you heard what Essling was saying now in terms of if we're gonna tie this to it, like, you're gonna have to create a legal entity. Right? Like, sort of special purpose vehicle. That's all the stuff that he's gotta worry about. We ain't gotta worry about that stuff. Not us. That's that's a him problem. That's not a Us problem. Okay? But he said he is willing to obviously do that, like, if this does get up to... You know, and we do see kinda some action. And look. Like, I I think at the end of the day, like, looking... Just looking at the chart, where are you finding 60,000, 80,000, a 100 thousand steadily over the course of a few days on any meme coin nowadays? It's like up, down, dead. I think we've known that, and we've seen that from some recent launches. [0:27:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: That maybe didn't even Yeah. [0:27:22] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Mhmm. Through Dave, I think if I if I can if I can just chime in here, Dave. Please. The easiest way for people to kinda get RWA is look at USDT. USDT, USDC, that's the first and biggest use case of RWA. Right? That's the easiest way to understand RWA. It's like you've tokenized real money, basically. So just like you would tokenize real money, you can tokenize a property. You can tokenize private shares. You can tokenize public shares and, you know, and have it on chain. The ownership of off chain obviously has to be sorted out legally and compliance wise. But then once you have it on chain, then so many people can access, you know, all these different kind of assets and at at a fraction of the cost of what it is to do it in the traditional legacy way. So I think, you know, this is something that not most people know about in terms of... People think that, okay, RWAs is for institutions and institutions and high net worths and accredited investors. They're gonna be making all the money. But, actually, as somebody who only has, like, I don't know, a few thousand dollars income a month, and you want to, you know, have... Invest your savings and you want to diversify it, why can you not just have a crypto wallet and go on chain and just... On a DeFi platform and and buy some and then put it up as collateral as well and then buy something else? And there's so many things you can do with this. Like, it's just unbelievable, and I think not many people really, really understand what they can do and how it can benefit them too, not just in institutions. [0:29:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And and and if you're asking yourself or scratching your head and saying, is real... Are real world assets actually gonna be a thing? Is this just some sort of, like... Is this hype? Is this just thought... Like, I assure you, the entire world... When you have daddy Larry, aka Larry Fink. Right? Like, the the founder of black... Like, the the CEO of BlackRock literally telling you we're tokenizing the world, and he's literally pushing regulatory bodies to be able to tokenize the world because it genuinely makes life that much easier. It's cheaper. It's faster. Settlement is quicker. More transparency. Right? Like, you... There's so many different upsides to, like, what an actual real world and RWA, right, like, does by bringing it on chain. So, the the opportunity is there. We just saw... I think it was Ethereum that crossed over 15,000,000,000 in RWAs on chain, which is a 200% year over year growth. It's it's it's kinda crazy. There's a... There's... And there's... And there's and more. Franklin Templeton is, is tokenizing, funds on, on XLM. We saw... We hear Ondo. Right? Like, everything from treasury stocks, like, mark. Like, the entire financial institution as we know it is genuinely changing in front of our eyes. Right? The question is, like, how do we take advantage of it if we maybe might not be accredited investors? We're meme coin degens. But, yeah, let's say what's up to the puppet. Hey, puppet. What's up? [0:30:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Good morning. [0:30:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good morning. Oh, shit. We got Sirius. We got Sirius voice today. Good morning. [0:30:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: You got you got full, studio setup microphone voice today. So not [0:30:49] ShareLink @SLINKsol: all of [0:30:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: us are degenerates in in tokens that are worthless. So I I happen to be wearing a tinfoil crown with a b on it, and that is not worthless. [0:31:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: I knew it was mostly. Magic Eden will say otherwise, but it's fine. [0:31:04] Landy @CryptoLandy: Magic Eden says that I don't exist anymore. Okay? So I'm a... I'm part of a marginalized group of Bitcoin hat Marginalized. Crown wearing monkey puppets, and, and we are looking for a home. And we know a little bit about RWAs and stock tokens, so I'm interested. I think we've talked about this in the past a little bit prior to this actually going live. So token is launched. Right? Yep. And then waiting for IPO and then share issuance, right, to to IPO holders. Right? Yep. Now I have a question about this kind of stuff because I am very, very, very familiarized with this. And a little bit of insight as to why, about six months ago, I was hired to advise a company that's bringing their stock on chain. And, I was part of an advisory team that basically was looking at the different ways in which they could secure that stock to issue tokens on chain. Right? So, you mentioned... And I've been here long enough that I heard, you know, you'll have to register with the correct entities and, and authorities in terms of being a company. But have you gotten to where you understand how that works in terms of actually putting the the stock in... Essentially, it's like an escrow. It's not really an escrow. It's called something else, but, you know, a special vehicle is one way to do it. But there still needs to be the back end for escrow in order to then take and say how much of a percentage is this going to back your token. And if you're the issuer of the token, you have to show that you're the issuer of the token. Right? So this is, this gets into areas of regulation currently that we don't have complete clarity on. Hint hint, clarity, here in The United States at least. I know that there is a little bit more clarification on how this works in the stock token world in The UK, for instance. But even then, it works very differently than what may come out in terms of regulation here in The United States. Are you prepared to jump through all of those hurdles in order to back the token with said stock? Or are you... You know, have you put together a team? Are you able to do this yourself? Where are you in this process of of understanding and or, putting in place for future plans when this... Obviously, it still needs to go through IPO and have stock issuance. Right? So... Or share issuance to to the the various entities that are gonna be offering it up on, you know, your IPO sections of all your brokerage accounts and then, of course, accredited investors. So, as somebody that's also very familiar with Securitize, let's just say, I'm a little familiar. And, you know, they're they're doing the roadshow stuff, and, they've approached a lot of accredited investors. And there's a lot of people, obviously, that are very excited about it. So I just wanted to see where you are in terms of, like, process on that side or if you're just starting to get things rolling, and this is early days. [0:34:41] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Amazing. Amazing question, Landy, and, thank you for being on the space. It's always great to be on the spaces with you. I've listened into a few of your spaces, and then I love your market analysis that you do on a regular basis. And you've asked, like, the perfect question. And the bottom line is, yes. I'm ready to go through the blood, sweat, tears of of the process of getting this, you know, on the back end, like, officially linked to the token and so on. And look. I'm... I mean, I've been in the crypto space for nine years, so I've got a good network of lawyers, and I've also backed, like, a couple of 100 startups in the space over the last nine years. So I know what founders need to do to ensure they're following regulation and comply... And being compliant and so on. And there are so many jurisdictions out there as well. So I've just started the process of researching. Okay. Which jurisdiction should it be? Should it be in The US? Should it be in The BVI? What's, like, what's the costs around that, and what's the time it's gonna take, and so on. So I'm going through, if you like, information research and getting all the information that I need to make a decision. But I fully intend to see this through and and make sure that everything is airtight in terms of regulation. I do have a a reputation to maintain. I've put my name behind this. So I wanna make sure I do the right things. And most of my network, they're actually from, you know, the trad file world. And if this really picks up momentum, then they're... They are gonna ask me as well. They're gonna be like, hey, man. This is, like, got some serious backing and some serious momentum behind it. Are you actually gonna go through with that? And and my answer will be the same as... That I'm giving you today. So... But I'm glad that you've asked it, And I'm a serious kind of player. I I always go into something, you know, with a 100% focus and a 100% commitment, and I'm definitely gonna be showing the community that, you know, I'm I'm backing this up not just with words, but actions. And and, you know, let's let's see how this goes, man. [0:37:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Also, maybe... I think give give give Landy maybe some background because he he showed up, like, a little a little bit late. He might not have heard the initial kinda, like, what your background is. Tell him maybe, like, sovereign, but, like, so he understands maybe... Because a lot of people, they do feel a little bit more comfortable kinda understanding, like, what is your pedigree at the end of the day. Right? It's not just like, hey. Trust me, bro. You know what I'm saying? [0:37:26] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. For sure. For sure. And I think, Landy, I... He he might have heard me talk about my background, but I will just make it clear and just say that, you know, before I got into the crypto space nine years ago, I got into the space because I created the first regulated, crypto VC fund in The UAE nine years ago. But nine years before that, I was in Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, which is one of the largest global sovereign wealth funds. And that gave me a hell of a lot of experience in the traditional finance world. But also being a part of such a big entity that has a lot of clout and connections and so on, you get to actually see what the other huge asset managers are doing in the background that not everybody has access to that information. So I was very lucky to be in such an institution, and I've got a lot of experience from that. But then now I can say that I also have the the experience in this crazy market, and I've had to adapt to it. But I love both both worlds, the traditional finance and the crypto world, and I see value in both of them. And for me, this is like a dream come true because I'm actually doing something that connects the two directly. And, hopefully, this this kind of picks up in value and picks up in momentum and gets to where I hope it can go to and and maybe keep keep growing it as we go along too. [0:39:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Excellent. That's what I like to hear. And, yes, I actually have some some business connections still that I work with out in The UAE, Abu Dhabi, mainly on the commodity side. There's there's there's a lot of, crossover. Let's just put it that way. Now, of course, the puppet cannot disclose who he works for these days, but that's because, you know, we're still checking to make sure that Dave paid his taxes. [0:39:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, it was one year. And plus Natalie said she was gonna cover that year for me based off of all the fines that I paid on ATC, so chill out. [0:39:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: Well, you you still have a large portion unpaid. Just just [0:39:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Unpaid. And when you pay an hDAR instead of hbar, well [0:39:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's a medium term. Take... [0:39:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: We don't take hDAR. We only take hbar. So, unfortunately, you're kinda SOL. So I think, you know, we're probably gonna be garnishing wages at some point, from your profits from SLink, and, you know, that's okay. So we hope that you do well. No. I'm just kidding. No. I mean, I I don't... I'm not kidding that I hope you do well, but I'm kidding in that, you know, you're under investigation by a a central authority here in The United States. But... No. I I I have heard your background a little bit. So... Yeah. And and this is something that a lot of people in this space don't have a lot of experience in this kind of stuff, and this is the way that the space is moving. Right? The space is moving... Meme coins are gonna have a very tough time when issuers start pairing liquidity with RWAs and stock tokens. And there is... There are different names. Many people are like, what the hell is the difference? There actually isn't a lot of difference. It's just that in the way that the law sees it in certain countries, that's the main difference. And then there's different ways of backing. There's fractional backing. There's there's special vehicle backing. There's all kinds of ways that you can back the digital asset with the physical asset. Quote, unquote, physical, they do split it up even though, you know... But the shares of whatever it is. So there is... It it it all depends on your token structure, and it depends on the type of vehicle and kind of custody that's gonna be the legal holder for that underlying asset that is essentially giving you the rights. Some allow you to redeem for the underlying, others do not, and it really depends on jurisdiction and discretion. Right? So I think that this is a cool experiment. I think that it's, when you've got experience in this kind of space, and I think that this is where things are going no matter what anyway. And I'm sorry if you've been in Meme Coins. Okay. Here's this fuzzy furry thing that's, taking off to the moon, really does nothing. You don't get dividends. You don't get anything. There's no real anything behind it. It sits in this gray zone of, is it a security? Is it not a security? How will it be seen as in the future in different jurisdictions around the world versus something that actually has regulation behind it and is just paired on chain with something. So there's, this is the future, and this is gonna be the biggest market on the planet. So... And, you know, I think Dave said this earlier. You know, when big daddy Larry goes and starts swinging his money around, that is what I would say, you know, he, he... He's got a little bit of sway. Let's put it that way. And when he says we're gonna tokenize the world, he means it. That's creepy. [0:42:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't say it like that. That's creepy. [0:42:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm sorry. He's going to tokenize everything and the world, and he's just swinging his influence around. [0:42:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: With BlackRock. [0:42:59] Landy @CryptoLandy: He's he's slamming his BlackRock on the table and saying, this is where we're going next. And [0:43:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Find this [0:43:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: I think that I think that it's actually... No. It's smart because this is how this is how retail is gonna get into crypto. Right? This is how they're gonna get in. It's it's the easiest way. It's twenty four seven markets. Settlement on the back end, you can even wait if you don't have, you know, instant settlement, which is what we're gonna move to anyway for stocks. So this is, it's awesome. I'm really glad to see that you got it going, and I look forward to, how things go in the future. [0:43:36] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Thank you so much, Landy, man. So many words of wisdom that's coming out from the Bitcoin puppet. I love it, man. What... Where do you see the market going, bro? [0:43:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: Down. [0:43:45] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, down. Yeah. That that new exchange. It's not because [0:43:52] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Damn. We put a big down around this space. Down. [0:43:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: It will look... I mean, it's still within a range now, so, you know, I wouldn't sweat it. It's within, like, a closing range for Bitcoin. But, you know, when it heads down, all of your favorite tokens in your wallet, the ones that will, obviously survive the bear market because only your tokens and your wallet will survive and make you a multibillionaire next, bull run. Well, you know, if Bitcoin heads to the downside, they usually outperform, to the downside, said tokens typically do. Although we are having some green days for other things in the market. So, you know, opportunity is abound, and don't sweat it. If you're here, you're gonna be very, very happy when the bull market comes Yes, ma'am. Provided you have, you know, bought while it's down and not just stayed on spaces and, like, looked at the market and went, oh, I'm depressed. Now you gotta find a spot to actually get in. [0:44:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I mean, if you're around the naysayer to [0:44:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: use specifically. Just keep [0:44:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Where's the market going? Down. Down. Down. [0:45:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: Okay. We get it. You can't you can't be mad at us for for for being honest with [0:45:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: You don't have to double team it like that. Like, down. Okay. Fine. [0:45:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: Okay. Parabajo and Espanol next time. [0:45:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That actually would work nice. [0:45:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: Alright. Here's here's what I'm gonna suggest to you. Seeing as you're always looking at some sort of an application that's, like, zoomed into, like, the five second chart and you think that that's an uptrend, you know, it's in a macro downtrend. Here's my advice to you. Keep a trading view tab open as one of your 5,000 different tabs that you have open at one given time and open trading view. And here's what I want you to do during the bear market. I want you to click on the price bar, and you're gonna right click it, and then you're gonna go down to invert scale. And then down is now up, and this will help motivate you. Like, man, I wanna go in and top blast. As it's racing up on your chart. You're just fooling yourself. It's going down, but you're like, yo. I love buying at higher prices Love this stuff. Actually lower prices. Right? Now I suggested this to Michael Saylor, and, unfortunately, he decided not to hire me as part of his advisory team. And, unfortunately, that's why he keeps top lasting. [0:46:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: Uh-huh. [0:46:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: But, you know, if you do it, I guarantee you'll be... You'll look at it and be like, wow. Chart's up today. I'm so happy. My day is so much better. You'll be like, I love top blasting this this coin right here, whether it be Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana. [0:46:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which trading view? [0:46:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Which... Oh oh, no. [0:46:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, no. [0:46:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Not that. [0:46:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. You're He goes, oh, no. Oh, no. [0:46:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: We we need to have an intervention with [0:46:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. God. You guys are so easy. You wanna hit us with the no no? I'm a hit you with the what's trading view. Yeah. No. Go ahead. [0:46:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: You wanna you wanna hear an audible sigh. Mhmm. And you wanna hear what disappointment sounds like, just ask the Bitcoin puppet and or Wonder Woman, what's trading view? [0:47:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Down, bitches. Anyways, Indu, what's up? [0:47:10] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Oh, no. [0:47:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, no. [0:47:11] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Okay. So a question for Esslink. Yeah. So, obviously, you know, been in the space long enough to hear all these founders claim all sorts of things, wonderful things, and decided to go down the rabbit hole, followed your LinkedIn to Google and from Google to YouTube. And... Yeah. So your... You know, your claims check out. Probably the most docs person in Web three ever. A bunch of interviews with, you know, various, like, conferences, blockchain, corpse, etcetera, and even looked into your family history. So, yeah, it all checks out. Yes. I'm a stalker. But my question is, like, with all these, like, Card Fi links that you have in the real world and all your credentials, why did you decide to launch s link on pump fun? And I'm asking this because I'm getting DMs about why is this a meme coin and not, like, something else. I hope that question makes sense. [0:48:12] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. It makes total sense. Makes total sense. Well, I mean, look. When I got into the crypto space nine years ago, initially, it was like as an angel investor and a crypto VC fund and so on. And then I just always invested in utility projects or projects that are looking for a narrative like RWA and, like, securitized and so on over the years. But then over the last year, you know, over the last few years, actually, I kept hearing about MemeCoins and and what what... You know, it was crazy. Like, the numbers I was seeing in meme coins and then the amount of people that were gambling on meme coins and so on. So I just got intrigued by that space. And a year ago, I just kind of went all in and focused fully on meme coins over the last year. So... And then having the experience that I've had with meme coins, I... To me, like, for me, I know there's a lot of negatives, and there's... But there's also positives from being entrenched in meme coins and understanding the culture of meme coins and understanding the type of people that trade these meme coins. And it's just been so exciting and interesting to see. Like, it's all psychology, really, but it's also so compressed compared to other, like, utility tokens or other, like, blue chips, etcetera. Things happen over a long period of time. But with meme coins, you get so much volatility, so much volume, so much action in a few days that you would never see in in any other kind of newly launched coin. So for me, I just looked at... I also looked at the community side of meme coins. Right? And it just... What what makes it... Meme coin successful and what it boils boils down to is a community that believes so much in the... In what this meme coin is talking about or portraying, and they just stick with it right to the death. And they just keep keep buying when prices go down, like Landy said, you know, invert that invert that chart and just top blast. And when the market goes up, then meme coins and especially the ones with cults or cultures or movements, they tend to come back with a, like, really high momentum. So I just wanted to mix and match the meme coin space and the utility coin space and, like, RWA and tokenization and just use all of my experience into creating something that's different and unique in the market, really. [0:50:43] ShareLink @SLINKsol: I hope that answers your question, Anna. [0:50:45] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. Good answer. Thank you. I guess you're onboarding the trenches to something more Less sustainable. [0:50:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Less trenchy. [0:50:54] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. I mean, look at the chart. That's not a meme coin chart at all. It's a Picasso. The other question I had is on your disclaimer. You have about this being, like, a community narrative token and not representing shares. I think we've spoken about this previously on another space, but, like, for those listening, could you explain how with that disclaimer... I mean, how it fits into this whole road map of yours? [0:51:19] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Sure. Sure. So right at this moment in time, it is it is a community token. It is a narrative token, but there is a road map to actually getting this registered as an asset backed token and compliant. And that actually I... Like Landy asked, like, who's gonna have custody of those shares? And have you looked at the back end? So I'm gonna actually transfer ownership of these securitized shares to this entity at some point. But, obviously, it takes time. It takes money. It takes effort. So if this stays at a low cap and the valuation of the shares that I have is, like, at least $700,000, then I don't think, you know, that it's worth... Like Landy said and like few people said, this is an experiment. Right? I wanna see if the market really thinks that this should be somewhere near the valuation of the shares, then by that point, you know, it's definitely... I have to transfer ownership of the shares because I've committed to it, and I've told people that know me in real life about this. And, you know, I put my reputation on this, so it's going there. But at the moment, yes, it's a community and narrative token. But in the near future, we'll we'll, make sure that it's also backed by these shares and other assets as well further on down the line. This really picks up momentum. [0:52:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Also, don't forget, DocNooNoo did find out who your family is, so be aware. Just Oh, man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She's a detective, just FYI. So just so you know, we know who you We probably know who you are and we know who your family lives. [0:52:56] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: He's a rich Arab prince, so, like, yeah, pump it. Can we can tokenize all his, like, mansions and his camels and everything else if nothing else. Yeah. [0:53:06] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Hey. Camels are worth a lot, man. You know, the [0:53:08] Landy @CryptoLandy: I [0:53:08] ShareLink @SLINKsol: know camel breeding, camel racing valuation is huge, like, multiple billions of dollars in... Internal for a year. [0:53:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: And y'all are bored in the desert out there, Racing camels, tokenizing camels. What the fuck? [0:53:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: David is pretty close to a desert, so I could really use a camel. [0:53:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, I just can't see. Why can't I just see a camel spitting in a puppet right now? I don't know why I did that, but I can just see a camel. So I'm on AI detox, so I can't create this video. So if somebody can create a camel spitting at Landy's puppet, that would be amazing. Did you tokenize the shares? [0:53:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh my... [0:53:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: Okay. That actually is [0:53:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: a funny... That's actually funny. I don't know. That's funny. But Laura Laura came up. Laura, welcome. GM, how are you? [0:53:58] Voice E: GM. GM. Thanks for inviting me up. I'm just so refreshed by this space, guys, because there's there's really not many spaces where you get to come in and hear from real good projects, especially I think now that we're deep in the trenches here on x. So... Yeah. I'm Ray. Obviously, I'm from London with my British accent, and I work in the web three space, specifically in bench capital. I have a showcase. It's called web three demo day, and I also work with some VC firms. So it was good to hear from Essling, so about what you're building. And, yeah, I heard that you had your own... You had a background in venture capital. It'd be great to know, like, how long did you... How's this project been going? Like, when did you launch? I just kind of jumped in the space not long ago, but it'd be good to know, like, a little bit about your journey, like, from the beginning and, you know, if you have had any investments from institutional investors. [0:54:56] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Thanks thanks for coming up on the space. I just I just gave you a follow back. This specific project, S Link, it's it's launched on the February 14, so almost two weeks now. But, obviously, my background, I did tell the guys, but I'll just summarize it. For February 14. For February 14. Cryptospace for ten years. But venture capital is what I've been doing in crypto for the last nine years. So, you know, if you if you wanna share ideas or, you know, ask me about specific, you know, makes you invest in something so early, I'm I'm happy to go into that. And I've had a lot of years of experience doing it. Obviously, lost millions, made millions, but no risk, reward. Right? [0:55:42] Voice E: Yeah. Nice. I'm working with a firm, and they're looking at OTC deals. They're just getting tokens, you know, at a good price and entering the market in that way. It's nice to hear about tokenization though because that seems to be... You know, like like you... Someone just said, it's been crazy space. Right? Like, we all kinda go onto the space, d ginning, getting into meme coins. Right? But then now a few years on, we're looking at it, like, actually, what would we be doing? None of these things have any utility. None of these things... How are they gonna last over a ten year period? What... Where are they gonna go? But I think tokenization now is that narrative of, you know, something can actually have real world value. Something can actually just be a physical asset and then be tokenized. And as long as that physical asset exists, you know, it has a tangible value. So it's good to just, you know, learn more about that. I think on the VC side, it's just... You know, I'm just looking at certain projects in terms of, again, OTC deals. I don't know if that's something that you're planning for the future. [0:56:46] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Happy to happy to connect offline and talk about what you're thinking about in terms of OTC. I've got access to a lot of founders of a lot of big companies that are always trading OTC privately, and that's something I'm happy to connect you with. But also to answer your question about this... The Essling project, it's been... I've I've spent it from my own money. I bootstrapped it. There's not been any investors in the project, and it's all been... Everything that's happening is happening on chart. So you can see who's buying. You can see who's selling. And, you know, I've been transparent with the total supply and the locked supply and the burned supply. And, you know, the tokenomics is very, very simple as most meme coins tokenomics is straightforward. And that's why I use PumpFund because it's like a well recognized and trusted kind of code and launch that a lot of people trust. So, you know, just be transparent. Just show up to spaces. And, ultimately, my goal here is to build a community that's big enough to believe in this and get this to the value where I believe it should get to at some point. [0:58:03] Voice E: Nice. And then just in terms of anyone that is looking at tokenization, you know, what is the best route to get into tokenization? Is it setting up your own tokenization advisory firm and, you know, onboarding maybe, like, asset managers or property moguls into the space? Or is it, you know, buying some early assets that have been tokenized? Like, what is your advice in terms of the best route to generating a lot of wealth in the real world asset space? [0:58:35] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Oh, I think if if you're not already kind of involved and exposed and, you know, you... In the picks and shovels of this kind of infrastructure. Right? Because tokenization, if you think about it, this is like... If you think back to the gold rush. Right? Who are the people that made the most money from the gold rush? It was the guys who were digging and mining in the picks and shovels business. Right? And nowadays, like Securitize, there's a lot of other also kind of tokenization platforms that help issuers tokenize their assets. So I think if... To answer your question, I think you're you're pretty late in the game right now if you want to compete with the picks and shovels of this business. But if you do have an asset owner who has a large and reputable asset that's really, like, in demand, And that's really important to have several asset managers behind you to kind of back you and to provide the assets that you can tokenize. Then it becomes easier to get people to buy into that. So Securitize is an example. We mentioned Larry and BlackRock and Morgan Stanley and a lot of the big, big names out there. They're backing Securitize, and they're they're using Securitize to tokenize their assets. So it it... I think if if you don't have an asset owner that's backing you and providing assets to tokenize, then it's it's gonna be really hard for you to compete. [1:00:06] Voice E: Nice. So I'll just ask one more question as well just in terms of assets. You know, what is class as an... As... Obviously, we know what assets are. Right? But what... In terms of the tokenization world, like, what would be classed as, like, a a first class asset tokenized? Like, what industry is gonna, you know, really excel in the tokenization space? And I say this because I see a lot of... You know, I work in the start up space. So I see a lot of start ups wanting to tokenize property, for example. Right? But because of the property regulations, it's quite complex. It's like, how do you actually split up, you know, tokenized property in a regulated way? So what's gonna be the winning asset? That's my first question. Then my second question is, you know, when we tokenize the... Thinking about tokenizing the world and we think about, like, back in 2020 where we had a lot of meme coin projects, we had a [1:00:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: lot [1:00:55] Voice E: of decentralization, NFTs, is there a way that we're gonna, like, tokenize our own assets, you know, our own pictures, photos? Like, is that gonna be a thing? [1:01:10] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Right now, I'm I'm... Basically, what I'm doing is I'm tokenizing my own securitized shares. That's what I'm doing here. And to ask... Answer your question, what is already winning in the RWA space is stablecoins and treasury bills. That's what's winning right now. In the future, I think real estate is gonna be pretty huge because... But, also, don't forget, it also depends on which country you're in, right, and what's the regulation like in that country. So for example, in The UAE where I'm based, there's really clear kind of framework and regulation in place for tokenizing real estate, and there's already been two buildings that the issuer tokenized and put out for people to to kind of... At primary issuance. And there was, like, an average ticket size of $10,000, and they sold out, like, within minutes when they put it out on the platform. So in The UAE, real estate is huge. Tokenization policy is pretty advanced, and regulation is pretty advanced. So I think in The UAE and actually as an asset class, real real estate is huge in The UAE, and it generates the most revenue and the most kind of contribution to the GDP. So I think that's really what's gonna take off in The UAE. But, like, in The US, it's stablecoins and T bills that's popular at the moment. When the regulation kind of picks up and stuff, then you might see other assets start to gain traction. So it just depends where you are. It depends on the variables around you that I mentioned too. [1:02:53] Voice E: Nice. Thank you so much. I might have to move to The UAE. Everyone is like, have Bibi come to Dubai at the moment? Just... It seems like very attractive place to go. But... Yeah. Cool. Thank you so much for asking my questions. And, yeah, I would definitely love to talk about... Talk with you possibly with some introductions to some projects that might be offering some OTC. Anyone that's a founder on here that has a token that's launched, maybe you've already had yours series a seed round and you're looking for some alternative investment, hit me up. We're deploying. So... Yeah. Thank you so much. Thanks, guys. [1:03:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thanks, Laura. That's amazing. Yeah. FYI also, I sent you... So you see the little potato that's the cohost over here? That's kinda how we're we're trading on the timeline. It's an all in one crypto platform. So I just sent you $5 in Solana with the Slink CA as well. So if you just wanted to kinda dip your toes so you can see kinda how it works, you could literally just talk to talk to Tater either on the timeline, on x, on Telegram, on Forecaster, on WhatsApp, buy, sell, you know, trade crypto, prediction markets, you name it. And if you have any investors, the potato is actually looking for some potential investors. So if you have any people that are deploying capital, this isn't one of the most... Like, in my opinion, I've worked with a lot of devs out here, but this is one of the best group... All in one crypto platforms that actually works with security in mind at the end of the day, full on in the App Store, Google Play, the rest, and a full web UI. So if you have somebody, yeah, let's definitely connect in the in the DMs. And stop saying back end people. Okay? Stop with the word back end, everybody. That's enough. The word back end should have no business anywhere in crypto. Stop it. I know it's a bear market, but enough. But, Laura, thank you so much. Like, your questions were awesome. I I love having you up here. Let's definitely connect for sure. It was great. Naim, go ahead, man. What's up? [1:04:41] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Yo. Yo. Yo. Is it GS Link now? What's what's [1:04:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: up? No. No. Not doing that. No way. [1:04:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. I... Yeah. [1:04:51] ShareLink @SLINKsol: The is here. [1:04:53] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Oh, bro. No. My question was gonna be about the the road map. So, like, for me, like, I haven't followed the regulations much. I just know, yeah, everybody's, like, tokenize this, tokenize that. They're looking at tokenizing the stock markets and everything alongside it, like you said. So like I was just curious if you knew like what's transitioning, what's changing from a regulatory perspective, like top level? Are like specific jurisdictions now creating specific regulations to facilitate this at the moment, or is it still quite far behind in terms of what's actually happening on the ground to what's happening in law, if that makes sense? [1:05:33] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah, man. Great question. Like, mentioned The UAE. So regulation in The UAE is pretty advanced when it comes to tokenization and crypto and so on. So that's that's a good jurisdiction. I think Singapore and Hong Kong are also kind of looking at RWAs and regulating and so on. And, obviously, you have securitized in The US that has all the kind of licenses and stuff in place to to be to be a player in this market. So, yeah, there is several jurisdictions out there, and there's different options out there. But for me, I think The UAE is... Obviously, I'm biased, but, like, UAE is way, way ahead of a lot of people out there at the moment. [1:06:19] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Yeah. I think that Habibi, like, people say, like, the Saudi Arabia, I think, were involved in from Mar a Lago hotel thing I've seen a few months ago as well. Some investment fund over there. So I think you guys are doing the most on that front. Yeah. And then, like, in terms of... I don't know if you've alluded to it. I think DocNooNoo Alandi had asked about, like, what's the status and stuff, and you said you're exploring it at the moment. What could you... Obviously, I know you're probably early stages in exploring it, and you're obviously wanting the project to to be a bit more successful, so to speak, before you go and proceed to spend that sort of money. But what what would you say? Like, okay. You know, everything's good to go. You're you're now proceeding to sort of push the button and and make things happen on the, associating the shares with the with the token front. What would the sort of timeline look like for that? Do you know? Is that just all up in the air at the moment? And has anybody done this before? [1:07:13] ShareLink @SLINKsol: People have tokenized assets in The UAE and other jurisdictions, so they have done it. The more complex the asset is, usually, the longer it takes. So I know that in the example that I gave about these buildings being tokenized, I know that it probably took them, like, twelve to twenty four months to, like, actually get the licenses in place to be able to issue these as tokenized assets. In my case, I'm an individual, and it's private shares of Securitize. So I don't think it's gonna take a huge amount of time. My guess would be probably realistically three to six months from now would be realistic. Maybe less, maybe more. Just depends on what jurisdiction I go for and depends with the costs associated with it and so on. So, I mean, if I had to make a rough guess right now, it would be three to six months, bro. [1:08:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: And, also, I think from a valuation standpoint, right, like, where do you see... So you have 15,000, SECZ shares, right, I think is what it is, right, is where they're gonna... Is the ticker. Where do you see, like, where... What's the clearing price, like, for for their listing? And how much of the... And the 15,000 shares you own, what would they be worth so we know what the actual backing would be? [1:08:34] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Great question, Dave. So on on listing... So currently, the valuation of the company is $1,250,000,000 pre money. Cantor is coming in with a few 100,000,000. So post money valuation, that pushes it up quite a bit. But if we just look at the current valuation, the shares that I'm putting up are worth $700,000 at the moment. So what I would say is that the sooner it gets nearer to that market cap, the more urgency there will be for me to actually kind of register this and then... And put it up. But just purely on listing, I think it's it's gonna be at the pre money valuation when the Nasdaq listing happens. But the majority of the shareholders in securitized, they're locked up for six months because this listing is listing is happening through a SPAC merger. So if all the existing shareholders are locked up for six months or majority of them are, then unlisting, it's all gonna be retail that are buying in, basically. So I think on listing and for six months post listing, there's gonna be a lot of movement, a lot of volatility. And I think also, actually, like, in six months' time, the market is gonna be much better, I believe. So if that's the case too, then there's only gonna be more upside, you know, being involved in in blockchain and so on, then it's gonna get a lot of traction, I feel. So there's a good starting point to shoot for, but there's also a lot of potential post listing. [1:10:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: I think 1,250,000,000 is is literally peanuts peanuts compared to where this thing can actually go and what it's actually worth. So so people have scope. Right? Like, Securitize is blacks... Is BlackRock's preferred, like, tokenization platform. What I mean preferred is they've tokenized more money using Securitize than they have any other platform. Right? They have on other chains as well, but the Biddle fund is over $2,200,000,000. That is hands down by far the largest tokenized. They've tokenized four... Securitized has tokenized $4,000,000,000 plus in assets. They have 550,000 investor accounts. These are accredited investor accounts. Okay? They're fully, fully regulated across the board so people understand, and they tokenize everything. There's private funds, public stocks, alternative assets, registered for... I mean, you name it. They're registered with the SEC. They're registered with FINRA. Everything is on the up and up. And I person... And so the... And just to give... To bring this kinda full circle, and I'm I'm coming to you, Adrian. But, like, just to bring this full circle so you guys understand how this worked out, I met PSX randomly in, like, in a sun pump space. Right? We ended up getting to talk... This was over a year and a half ago. We ended up getting to talking, obviously learned about him. He tells me about Securitize. And it just so happens he knows the the... One of the Securitize cofounders, Carlos. There's two founders for Securitize. I happen to know Jamie Finn, like, from seven or eight years ago. Right? I met Jamie when he was actually trying to advertise in... On a publication that I was heading up the sales team for in New York City to get New York City real estate giants to essentially start thinking about how to tokenize their real estate and how, like, revolutionary it was gonna be. Like, I I mean... And and so everybody gets it. Right? Like, these are... Like, you you never really have this. I've had Jamie in the space before, and I'm going to work on getting Jamie in a in a space so that we can actually really talk about this, so that he can talk about securitize the opportunity, what they're doing with BlackRock. Hopefully, he's not too big now at this point. I got him... It was about two years ago in the space or a year and a half ago. So, hopefully, he's not gonna be like, hey. You know? But he's... They're they're awesome guys. Like, really, really awesome founders, super smart guys. And, yeah, just kinda give maybe people a little bit a little bit more scope. But these guys are genuinely... Like, on their website, they're tokenizing the entire world, and it's not stopping at a $1,250,000,000 valuation. Adrian, go ahead, then we'll go to Naeem, and then, I see Emme's coming on. [1:12:40] Adrian @adrianispas82: Thank you, Dave. I think I've seen it somewhere an article that BlackRock actually made us... No. Not themselves. They've hired someone to make a study, and I think the tokenization... Narotti is gonna... Not Narotti. The way they see it going is going up somewhere around 400 trillions, something like that. That's more fucking money than they actually... Or has, but... Yeah. Anyway, my question is for us link again. You've been in the industry for nine years, and then before this, you worked in the in the other industry. What... Did you never talk about getting yourself opening this business with a partner or getting investment from a... Obviously, you work for big companies. Did you not able to pitch SLink to anyone else? Did you get, like, an investment to get it off the ground faster? [1:13:28] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Good question, bro. I... For me, I mean, I I I felt I had enough capital to put into it, to bootstrap it. And I felt that within my own network, never mind the crypto market or the out there or whatever it is, I felt that it can gain at least the early momentum that it needs. And and to be honest, I would much rather invest and lose my own money rather than bring other people in. And, like, what... And like I said at the beginning, this is an experiment. So I want to put in my own money to make sure that this experiment can work. And then once that happens, then then, sure, I can talk to the the big fiat whales that I know and so on and and get them on board. But I don't want them to laugh at me at the beginning. Right? If I wanna go and talk to these serious people that have serious money and pitch this to them at this stage, like, it's it's not gonna fly. You know? So I'm just being realistic and and managing my own expectations and not, you know, putting other people's expectations on me too and and having the pressure of that. So it's nice to get money from investors, but when things don't go right, then, you know, they... They'll be asking you a lot of questions, and it's gonna be a problem later on. So I'd just rather avoid that and and do things, you know, the way that I feel should be done and the way it should be done. And I... The way I feel any founder should start a project is put your own money in, put your own time in, and have a proof of concept, at least get people to buy what you're selling, you know, from your network. And then if that takes off, then you start, you know, putting more money into it, and you start bringing in more more people into it and and so on. So step by step, and then I think we're heading in the right direction from here. [1:15:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Also, you have to be careful, Adrian, that, DocNooNoo.seoul address doesn't dump on your head, because investors just ask too many questions. You know what I mean? You know? So we'll watch the chain for you, bro. Don't worry about it. We got you. Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead, man. [1:15:42] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: You clearly still don't know me, Dave. I don't sell anything. I hold to zero. Let's go. Here for the fun. [1:15:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Can you please layer in some sales? Just tell Tater this way. You don't even have to think about it. Just go to the timeline and be like, no. I'm serious. Go to the timeline and be like, hey, Tater. Can you set some limit orders for my s link chairs at a 250 k market cap, 500 k, 750 k, a million. Right? Like, just a couple [1:16:06] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Wait. Tater does limit sales? [1:16:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: He does limit orders. Of course, does. You could DCA with Tater. You could [1:16:11] Adrian @adrianispas82: do limit... I mean, what what? [1:16:13] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yes. Yes. No. [1:16:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: What do you mean no? Yes. [1:16:18] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Go go on the [1:16:19] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: go on Tater. [1:16:21] ShareLink @SLINKsol: No. No. Go on the web UI and go on the chat feature with Tater and just talk to Tater. You don't have to do it on the timeline. You can do it, like, you know, face to face or whatever the fuck you call it. But, like, he can do anything. Like, if if you tell him and if you give him the right prompt, then he can do it. [1:16:39] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I did not know Tater did limit orders, though. Thank you for that insight. Does... By the way, does Tater speak? I wanna hear what a potato sounds like. [1:16:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Tater... Potato doesn't speak. He's here for show only. Look at his face. He's scary. He's cross eyed. He's a cross eyed potato. Look at him. He doesn't know what he's doing. Yeah. Oh, look. Every now and again, web three Tookie times in. What's up,? [1:17:03] Adrian @adrianispas82: That's it? [1:17:04] Voice J: I'm good, Daniel. [1:17:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm good, bro. I'm good. Did you wanna chime in on the conversation? Any questions or anything you want... You have to ask? [1:17:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's a good talk. It's been a great talk, actually. [1:17:17] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Okay. Dukie's here. Dukie's [1:17:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: here for more of support. Let's go. Dukie, run the chart up. Let's go, baby. Love that. You know, I'm like, we're not gonna show this. Sorry. Go ahead, Nate. [1:17:29] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: No worries. I was gonna say, so what's, like, your plans for the life cycle of the token? I was just trying to think out... Okay. Let's say we get to... You've you've got over the regulatory hurdles. There's the the shares are listed. You it's associated with a token. And then, like, when people redeem it... So let's say, you know, I've got a bunch of tokens. I think we worked out the other day. I've I've redeemed it for a share. What happens to those tokens that are, redeemed for that share? Does it get burned? And then, you know, that, obviously, that now it's not it's not 5 to 15,000. It's 14,999. Is that the way I... Is it... What am I... Am I trying thought right in terms of the way... What was that? [1:18:07] ShareLink @SLINKsol: You're you're asking... Basically, you're asking about the technical side of things and the tech. Right? And you're asking how is it actually gonna look like on chain. Right? And how is it gonna look like off chain? I cannot give you a definitive answer right now because that mechanism can be in many different shapes and forms, and it's just ultimately what you decide to go with at the end of the day. And, actually, I want to make it easy too, so I don't want it to be ultra complex or whatever it is. But if you think about it, why would you redeem? Like, if you wanna sell, you just sell. Right? If you're holding the tokens, hold the tokens because you know that their shares are there in a... In an entity and regulated and and compliant. And if you want to redeem, you can redeem. But why would you want to redeem and go sell on the stock market through a broker who's gonna charge you, like, fees and so on when you can do it on Yeah. [1:19:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's the that's the thing. Right, Naeem? It's like, if the... I mean, granted, I'm sure they won't be trading... It won't be trading at a one for one or, an exact price parity. Right? Like, there's gonna be probably, like, you know, like, the difference between, like, you know, the... Like, there'll be some arbitrage opportunities, I'm sure, like, between, like, what the actual shares are worth based off of the securitized stock pry... Equity price versus, like, what the outstanding total shares are here versus what the token price is. Right? So at the end of the day, I think, like, to what PSX is... To what Esslink is saying... God. I can't help that. But, to what Esslink is saying is, like, look. Like, why go through all of that heading? Unless it's really to a point where they're off? I think at the end of the day, if if it's trading, let's say, under... If if S Link is trading under... If he goes through all and jumps through all the hoops. Right? And now we know it's set up in the entity, like, everything is backed. Right? Like, we get it. We know exactly what the proportions are, who owns what percentage, and so on. It's fully tokenized now. Now it's like, okay. Cool. I know exactly what I own. Let me just go sell the... Like, because what you'd be buying... Like, if he does this, what you'd be buying is you wouldn't be selling S Link on the open market. Right? What you'd be doing is you'd be selling shares in the SPV. Right? Like, essentially, the entity that actually owns, right, s link or that is s link per se. Right? And then you and then you you you do it that way because it would essentially have to be kind of like a registered entity, whether that's in the British Virgin Islands, which, by way, should be in the British Virgin Islands. I've heard some very good things about the British Virgin Islands. And, also, I need a vacation, which would be awesome. DocNooNoo promised me a vacation, but she said no. So here I am. It is what it is. Feeling about doxing or whatever. But, anyways, but... Yes. Yes. Yes. You'd be buying shares in the actual entity itself, and then essentially, that's what you'd be trading. Right? It would be shares of, like, the actual entity that owns s link, whatever, corp or or or whatever it is that that that would be holding, the s link tokens. But, yeah, I I think I think it's something that's super cool. Yeah. I just saw something coming. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. Distracted for a second. But, yes, Naim. Hopefully, that answers your question. My bad. My god. My ADHD is on fleek today. [1:21:09] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Yeah. No. It does. Thank you very much. Yeah. It's been interesting. Learn a bit again in this space, and I'm gonna I'm gonna go get some food. But thank you for the space, and I look forward to seeing... I need I need to food it soon, though. I'm not gonna lie. Like, I need I need some entry, so you're gonna have to bear with me in a minute. [1:21:30] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Go do all the research you need, bro. And [1:21:33] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: I've got I've got one more question for you, bro. One more question. Okay. Just one more Colombo style. It was... So, obviously, you've backed and you've invested in projects. Have you ever launched any projects? I think you mentioned, like... I think you have. Is is that right? [1:21:50] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Yeah. I've launched two two meme coins in the past, one on Binance Smart Chain and one on BASE. The one on BASE got an all time high of $1,900,000, and the all time high on the Binance Smart Chain project was $2,900,000. So I've had a few test runs in the meme coin space. And then I also founded a company and a and a token actually in the DeFi summer days. And the idea of that was if you buy into the token, then the entity that's behind the token is investing in projects, and then you get distributed the tokens of the portfolio companies into your wallet. So that was another experiment, and that really took off. [1:22:39] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Is that Shijia Finance? Is that something else? [1:22:41] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's right. That's right. And then the first entity I set up in the space was a regulated crypto VC fund in The UAE. So, yeah, I've I've been there. And and like I said before, I've also been the first kind of ticket in at least a 100 projects over the last nine years. So effectively, I was seeing everything that the founder of those projects was doing, and I was giving them advice and backing them with money and time and effort, and I would see all the different challenges they come across. So, yeah, it's not my first rodeo. So, yeah, hope that answer you. Yeah. [1:23:21] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: You you went... You got your stripes nine years or whatever. Last one before I go. Sorry, guys. What's your... What was your, like, probably top five or, know, top few projects that you you backed and you were involved in from over the years? Like, anyone that you particularly have no... Know... Of note? Yep. It could be just, like, exciting. It was fun. It pumped. Crazy. Good ROI. Whatever it may be. Good team. [1:23:43] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. The... I'll I'll name a couple. Obviously, one of them is Securitize. Obviously, it was a much, much slow cook than projects with with tokens attached to it. But I'll give you an example of one that did really well. It was called Splinterlands, you know, when the gaming gaming market was exploding and that [1:24:02] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Yeah. TCG. [1:24:03] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Yeah. That, like, really made a hell of a lot of returns. But, obviously, when the market dumped, then then it dumped like everything else. And when the gaming fad kind of died off, then it died off as well. So if it's a project with a token, I I haven't, like, backed any infrastructure or, like, layer one or layer twos heavily in the past. But, you know, if it's a utility token project, then, obviously, they do well for a few years, then, you know, then people move on to the next thing. But, yeah, that's just an example, bro. [1:24:44] Agent Naeem @AgentNaeem: Thanks, man. That's all good. Yeah. Now enjoy your afternoons, evenings, whatever you guys are doing, and I'll probably catch up with you guys later, alligators. [1:24:51] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Enjoy your meal. Your meal. [1:24:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Easy breakfast for me. Why does DocNooNoo raise her hand? I still don't understand, but here we are. Hey, DocNooNoo. [1:25:03] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. Sorry. Could you tell me again what the name of the RWA is that you are anchoring Essling to? The seven hundred thousand dollar shares that you have? [1:25:14] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Securitize. [1:25:16] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Okay. Securitize. And, like, down the road, is there a plan to maybe, like, grow it into a whole portfolio of RWAs linked to this SLINK token? [1:25:27] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The first the first step is the token getting to the value of the shares of securitized shares. Once that happens and I know that this is working and everything is good, then I can surely add other assets to back this. So, yeah, time will tell, but the the intention is there. [1:25:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. I just saw what you said to Tater. You can't... Not a dollar. Okay? I said layer in cells, not a dollar. [1:25:58] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Oh my god. [1:25:59] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I I asked him to set my cell at a 100 mil market cap, and he said he needs a price. So I said $1. [1:26:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. One... [1:26:06] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Sell at $1. [1:26:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. $1 is a billion dollar market cap. Oh my god. [1:26:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: At least do, like, 10¢ or 5... God. We'd be millionaires at those prices. Are you kidding me? Jesus. [1:26:19] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Wait. Are you subbing? Is that what's happening? Are you telling me this is not gonna get to a [1:26:23] NatNat @Natnatx007: billion dollar market cap? [1:26:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Also, quick quick note to self as well. I'm talking with the Tater team as well, and I think we're we're considering launching a, an action fi campaign for s link, which would be really, really cool. Yeah. So keep your eyes out there. You guys want a chance to maybe earn some s link as well. We're gonna be talking talking about it, obviously, across the timeline with Tater. Obviously, like, if you guys are making trades, buying, selling, sending to friends, whatever, swapping, do it... Like, do it with Tater. And if you can do it on the timeline, I get it that it's still a pump fund token, you might need the CA and, you know, just be careful that you are using the CA because, you know, any tokens that are launched, like, it has to get kind of enough volume. But once it catches once it catches enough, like, daily volume on average, you'll then be able to start using the actual ticker itself. But just make sure you're using the right token. I put the, what's it called, in the, I put the the the website below, which fully built out website, super clean. You have the CA on there as well. It tells you everything about securitized, shows the securitized ticker. Yeah. And look, at the end of the day, it's a 100... It's 90 k market cap right now. Right? If the shares are roughly 700 or $750,000, right, like, even that initial price offering, right, which is 1.2... Initial valuation, is 1,250,000,000, come on. Like, what are we talking about here? This thing's gotta... This thing's got five or five or six, seven x at least to go, and then we can start really putting, Esslink's feet to the fire. You know what I mean? Being like, hey. I wanna go to the bur... And then that's when he'll send me to the Virgin Islands, to be able to set all of this up, which I will gladly do. Just so... Yeah. You don't even have to ask, s link. I will gladly do that for you on your dime, obviously. Would be happy happy to do something. [1:28:10] ShareLink @SLINKsol: You don't you don't need to ask, bro. You don't need to ask. If if there's anything that a lot of people know about me who've known me for a long time is that I always make sure my people, you know, eat, and I always make sure my people are looked after. And I can happily say that you're one of my people, Dave. [1:28:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Stop it. Alright. Shut up. Shut up. Everybody shut up. [1:28:37] NatNat @Natnatx007: Dave, I [1:28:37] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: just got a DM saying tater looks like a chicken nugget. [1:28:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's a tater tot. He's not a chicken nugget, you momos. What do you mean? A chicken nugget? That is blasphemous. He's a he's a he's a he's potato... He's a tater tot. And you've been... Do you have tater tots in The UK, by the way? [1:28:57] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I don't know what they are. No. [1:28:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Knew it. I knew it. This is a cultural thing. I knew it. It's a cultural divide. We didn't think through the branding well enough. But listen, a tater... Have you ever seen the movie Napoleon Dynamite? [1:29:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. DocNooNoo lives under a rock. I'm convinced. DocNooNoo... You too? Pete, you too, s Link? You've never seen Napoleon Dynamite? Oh god. [1:29:20] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I have better things to do than watching movies. [1:29:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, like what? Spending your entire life right here at sort of spaces Like, the rest of us, the judge, like... Yeah. And selling Essling at a dollar? Ridiculous. You guys are crazy. Put the sales lower. Emmy, what's up? Anything you wanted to ask ask Essling? We've been going for ninety minutes. I figured we wrap it up in a couple. [1:29:41] Voice D: I was just really intrigued to hear how he was describe... Hi, Eslink. I was just looking very curious to hear how he was... How you're approaching this project and how you're looking. Are you... I'm trying to wrap my head around the whole technicality of a lot of this, which is why my question might not be there yet. But the actual website that you have right now that has all the documentation on it that I could see right now, it's not... It's quite like... It has a very high level piece of information. But earlier on, you said that The Emirates have their regulations aligned for RWA, whereas The United States is not there in so many places. Do you see any possibility of some friction for those Americans that might be interested in this project? [1:30:28] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Actually, yeah, that's a great question. So my first... The first jurisdiction that I really want to try to get this entity set up in to kind of back... To get the shares into would be The US. So, obviously, I'm gonna be asking Carlos, the CEO of Securitize, as a first point of contact. You know, what what does that look like? What's the time... Timeline on that? What's the cost on that and so on? But whatever entity it's gonna be and wherever jurisdiction is gonna be, I'm gonna try and make it so that anybody anywhere in the world can can access this in a safe and safe and regulated manner. So, yeah, it's just... Let's let's see. But, ideally, US. So that way, you know... Obviously, The US as a jurisdiction when it comes to finance and so on is is the most reputable one and the the one that... You know, if you say you're registered in Delaware versus registered in, like, the DMCC in Dubai, you know, being registered in The US carries a lot more weight, right, because it's it's a financial kind of the capital of the world, if you like. So let's see. [1:31:43] Voice D: That that just brings me to a second question, and thank you for answering that because that was very clear. One question doesn't have to be answered now, which is basically the Howey test, which is something that would probably come up later. But with the with the switch and the shift of what you just said about the financial elements of The United States, because that's what a lot of people come to The US for even with startups in in Northern California. They come because it's it's still the greatest country in there for land of opportunity. In other words, where you could actually build something. How do you see the impact of our geopolitical situations where you might see New York shifting gears and most of those folks moving to Miami? I'm sure Dave is gonna be on that plane before anyone says anything, but you know that that that there's a big move that's happening now. We shipped a lot of the finance folks and those big big guns, pardon my French. Those those folks are now starting to move their locations and headquarters to Miami. How... Do you see that as play... Do you see how that could impact or not impact? Because, you know, when you mentioned a financial thing, I'm gonna say, yes. It was New York. Right? But now I'm kinda thinking, it might be shifting. So how do you do do you you see that as affecting? Are you concerned with it, or you're not concerned with it? [1:32:57] ShareLink @SLINKsol: I'm I'm not really concerned about it, but I think New York is is... For me, New York is always gonna be New York. I mean, yes, you're gonna see people shift across to other jurisdictions or other states or other kind of places where they could... It's easier for them to do business ultimately, and it depends on the market they're in and the niche of the market they're in. So New York in general is the capital, the financial capital. But as an American, you know, you have the options of the different states out there. So... And, actually, Securitize has has a base in Miami. So, yeah, I see I see some people shifting over, etcetera, but I'm looking at regulation in terms... On a global scale rather than just focusing just on The US. [1:33:51] Voice D: No. I appreciate the I appreciate the answers. I was looking at it from a lens of where is the largest, but what I think happened, which I think you just recognize, is that I think now... Because I am a native New Yorker, I think it's actually splitting now where I think you're gonna have still structure structure in New York City, which will always be my my... Always be my baby. New York City, always be my baby. But you start seeing it also that it's now expanding to Florida. It's expanding. Wealth is migrating south as well. So I feel like there's gonna be two major hubs in The US where financial security is intact, and it's going to be the the North and South, which is New York and Florida. Do you see what I'm saying? And we always call Florida, and Dave will probably crack up, but he knows this. We consider Florida New York with sand. So just to let you know. I'll close it up on that one. As a native New Yorker, we consider Florida New York with sand. [1:34:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Love New York with sand. I wish I had some sand. I wish my feet were in some sand right now, to be honest. My feet were in the water. I wish my face was in the sun. [1:34:57] ShareLink @SLINKsol: But miss a, let me just chime in, Dave, here. I think nowadays, like... Can you imagine if if there's more and more assets on chain? Then I think it becomes less and less relevant where you're based in. Right? Everybody's... Mostly everybody's online these days, and then almost everybody's gonna be transacting on chain going forward. And then real world assets are gonna be on chain going forward too. So I think the question of where you're based in The US or anywhere in the world is gonna be less and less relevant over time too. [1:35:35] Voice D: I would have to agree with that, and I'm just gonna make one little baby comment because it's been driving me this whole space. I literally am visualizing a world with the tokenization RWA play those of us that may not be working or whatever happens with the technological disruption that we will start to make our revenue based on based on having tokenized assets of a larger piece. Like, when you said 15,000, 17,000, you know, I... You know, just hypothetically, you have a bill... You have a $10,000,000 property. It's it's it's tokenized, and now, you know, this property is gonna generate revenue, and people will own a certain percentage of those tokenized share... Those tokenized securities to connect into that building, which inevitably would pay them for revenue to live. Do you see what I'm saying? Like, if you imagine jobs are going away, we are literally seeing the future being established, how people will start to get paid and live. That's why I think we're moving away from a fiat sort of money currency economy to a asset financial market understanding economy. And I think that's why these spaces are so vital for everyone to understand to some degree in some level and ask questions and educate themselves around financial markets, asset assets, you you know, know, the value of assets, how to how to make a portfolio, how to, you know, how to do baby trades, because I think that is going to be how the future of of our workforce in in a large number of that that area will look like because you just said it, S Link. It doesn't matter where people will live, but they will have to they will have to pay for their their fund... Their basic living needs. You know what saying? Their basic living. Right? But that's a good use case for why when things do get tokenized, there's gonna be so many tokenized assets out there. It's just about what's your portfolio gonna look like. Are you someone that's gonna have a huge... Gives you a lot of dividends? You have a portfolio that just gives you basic dividends. You understand what I'm saying? Is that clear? [1:37:42] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Yeah. Super clear. And then you can also, like, invest in assets that generate a steady, stable source of income. Right? So you mentioned real estate, a $10,000,000 property. If you haven't got enough money to to buy a $100,000,000 property, but you want to have exposure to it, And if you realize that on chain through a crypto wallet, you can actually buy a thousand dollars worth of that property and it's on chain, then you can buy that. You can see the price appreciation. If there's yield coming in, you can see that too. And then not only that, if you're holding that asset, if you come across a tough time in your life and you need funds urgently, you can put up that asset on a deep five protocol. You can put that thousand dollars worth, maybe today's worth after investing after a year or two is worth $2,000, let's say. You can put it up as collateral and borrow against it. Right? So This [1:38:41] Voice D: is fascinating, Esling. This is fascinating conversation that this is something that's really turning my brain because what you're saying right now is just really why are sir sir Flank, Larry... This is why I think BlackRock is so interested in this process because it's literally going to flip the script on how we used to have sort of undemocratized access to people buying property. Someone in the projects of New York might not even be able to have an opportunity to touch a $100,000,000 property. But But now with some of the... With Securitize is doing, you know, Ondo Finance, a bunch of these other BlackRock sort of investments, you're seeing that they're building that infra to make it viable for the economies to function when AI takes a lot of jobs. [1:39:37] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Yeah. Yeah. Totally. But amazing questions. Really, really loved it. Thank you so much. [1:39:42] Voice D: You're welcome. Dave's a great space associate, and he didn't pay me to say that. [1:39:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: You guys are funny. You're so funny. You're so funny. Okay. I think it's a wrap. [1:39:56] Voice D: Hey. I'm not the one that called Tater a chicken nugget. Okay? [1:39:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm just [1:40:00] ShareLink @SLINKsol: gonna go ahead. [1:40:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's true. That's true. And by the way [1:40:02] Voice D: I might have called him like a hash brown. [1:40:04] ShareLink @SLINKsol: No. [1:40:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. No. Chill out. Chill out. He's not a hash brown. By the way, DocNooNoo, there was a little bit of a mix up, but, we're we're updating the... Jupiter updated their doc... Simmer down. Jupiter updated their docs, and, limit orders will be done in the next, like, thirty minutes or so. So you'll be able to put in your sole... Your limit orders on sole in the next, like, thirty minutes. [1:40:27] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Wow. That's fast. By the way, does Tater work in DMs? [1:40:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. He does. [1:40:32] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Like, do I just DM the Tater account? [1:40:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Correct. [1:40:36] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Oh, he's not replying to me. [1:40:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, DMs take a little while. Like, a minute or two to, like, maybe even two or three minutes sometimes to get back to you. So xAPI is a little bit slow. So, yeah, give it a little bit of time. But, yes, it does work in the DMs for sure. [1:40:50] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Taylor Taylor will respond to you the fastest on the on the web UI on the chat there. [1:40:57] Voice D: I'd agree with s link. [1:40:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: DocNooNoo DocNooNoo wants DocNooNoo wants to feel special. She wants to feel special. [1:41:02] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I have a phobia of leaving x. I I cannot leave x. I need to do everything here. [1:41:07] Voice D: DocNooNoo's DocNooNoo's attached to x. Uh-oh. [1:41:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. Phobia is... It's real. Alright, guys. Alright. That's it. I think this was this was good. Like, I feel like an hour and forty minutes was solid. I feel like this is a great space. I'll see if I could pull some clips from this. I feel like there was some great info shared over the weekend. Yeah. Adrian, go ahead, man. [1:41:28] Adrian @adrianispas82: Sorry about... I've never asked... Sorry, s link. I I can't keep just calling you s link. What's your actual name? [1:41:34] ShareLink @SLINKsol: My name is Saeed. [1:41:37] Adrian @adrianispas82: Syed. Now from now. Oh, that's why s link. So it's from SyedLink. Actually SyedLink. [1:41:42] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Actually, I was thinking... No. It's ShareLink, actually. But [1:41:46] Adrian @adrianispas82: I know, bro. I know. Was just [1:41:47] ShareLink @SLINKsol: saying today, and I was like, oh, yeah. My name starts with an s, actually. [1:41:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: I actually learned that today too. Go figure. My god. Am I lazy asking people their names after I've known them for so long? You know what? This is [1:41:58] Voice D: what happens when [1:41:59] ShareLink @SLINKsol: Dave before everyone else. [1:42:01] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I guess nobody checked your LinkedIn that's on your profile. Like, your whole name is there. [1:42:06] Voice D: This is why Dave is taking a break from AI. This guy is on a AI detox. Yeah. [1:42:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. For sure. I'll see you guys on Tuesday. That's for damn sure. Also, guys, I put everything below. We didn't put this. People are asking, oh, what about the CA? Like, where's the CA on the profile? No. I mean, it's not cheesy like that. Okay? You're not gonna go and be like, here's the CA blasted on on every comment and in the description. If you genuinely want to look at it, go to the website, do a little homework, and do some research, and then you'll find the CA on the website. If you really want the CA, you'll find the CA. Okay? And then also... And... Excuse me. Don't forget in thirty minutes, you'll also be able to put in your limit orders. DocNooNoo, I saw you put 10¢. That still makes you a multi multimillionaire. Okay? So congratulations. If if we get to 10¢, we're all out of here. Okay? I'll see you all [1:42:56] Voice E: on that.... [1:42:57] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: We get to 10¢, I am nuking the chart, guys. [1:42:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: If we get to 10¢, everybody's nuking the chart. No. No. Everybody's nuking the chart. Okay? I don't care what... Yeah. Exactly. I don't care what's [1:43:07] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I'll nuke it in 09/07. [1:43:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. And then you and Emmy are gonna be in bikinis, on an island with, me and Adrian. So perfect. Guys, awesome space. Love it. Good stuff. I'm gonna pull some clips. Appreciate you guys, and I hope everybody has a great weekend, man. Guys, I think, Syed, anything you wanna you wanna close out with before we go? [1:43:25] ShareLink @SLINKsol: No. No. All good, bro. Thank you so much for hosting, brother. Thank you so much for everybody that's asked all the right questions here. Thank you to the listeners, and I just wanna build the community here. So please feel free to follow me. I'll follow you back. We'll have a conversation offline, and see you on the next space, guys. [1:43:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's it. We're gonna be doing weekly spaces like this, guys. Weekly spaces like this moving forward at least for the next month or two. So, obviously, stay tuned. Turn on your notice for, obviously, Esling. Turn them on for the potato, for Tater, for me, and obviously all the speakers up here. Right? Appreciate y'all, man. Have a good weekend, everybody. We'll see y'all later. Peace.
