🎙️All Things Crypto. BTC $150,000 soon

AIAltcoinsBTCBitcoin treasuriesCLARITY ActChinaCircleCommodities

A Monday show, largely 'the Landy episode', with Dave, NatNat (on a treadmill), Landy, Kool, Sunny D, AlphaGamer, Samara and others, including a Wolf macro host (Voice E, called Cade) and Kkoma (Voice I). Dave opens on GenSpark Claw, which now builds his daily ATC show prep and a crypto-payable sponsorship site; Sunny D says hosted wrappers remove OpenClaw's DevOps and security pain. With BTC near $74.5k, Landy lays out levels: closes above the 74.1k high and 75k open 78-80k and the low/mid 80s, but that zone is a bearish retest of overhead resistance; losing 68-69k points back to 65-66k and 62.5-63k, and below that 58-60k and the low 50s. He says the weekly close confirmed 60k as a major swing low and that only a weekly close above $98k changes the bigger bias, advising DCA investors to wait for a higher or equal low after any euphoric pump. Dave cites about $1.57B of weekly corporate BTC accumulation and Saylor's latest 22,000 BTC buy; Landy satirizes Strategy's share-issuance and STRC dividend model. NatNat says consensus for Wednesday's Fed meeting is no cut, with one cut possibly in December; Landy ties that to lagged energy-driven 'transitory' inflation, calls $300-500 oil calls unrealistic, and both expect nuclear to matter. On Circle (CRCL), up about 100% month over month, NatNat sees resistance around $125-130 and Landy calls the downtrend break a structure change but warns it is extended (about 153% off the low) and best bought on a pullback; he also explains why banks partner with stablecoin issuers. Landy says the Clarity Act has stalled, criticizes the current draft as neglecting DeFi and noncustodial developers in favor of a stablecoin-yield fight, and lists ways to get involved (Stand With Crypto, Blockchain Association, Chamber of Digital Commerce, Crypto Council for Innovation, Coin Center, DeFi Education Fund). AlphaGamer explains his method of reading BTC trading pairs to spot moves early (Hyperliquid around Feb 27-28, LayerZero now) and flags Bullish (BLSH) basing near its IPO price. Partisan political commentary near the end is not summarized.

[0:00:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: All things crypto.
[0:00:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: All things crypto.
[0:00:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Every take a gym, every call a check. We don't follow trends. We... What create momentum from credit, fight, and chain fight. We've been a system. They talk TV. We talk tokens and truth. We don't miss the web. We are built up boo. We don't chase
[0:02:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: What up, Milo and me? It's all dude. What's up? Stepping. What up?
[0:03:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Woo hoo. Sorry for the delayed opening, ladies and gents. It is literally raining cats and dogs here in New York City, and I had to make my way to my sister's house. So you know the drill. But what's good, everybody? Hope everyone's good. Let me make sure that Natalie first can hear us. Natalie, can you hear us okay? I don't see any mute mic on your thing. I don't know if you have the plague of the cohost. Are you good?
[0:03:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I'm good. I'm good. I can hear you.
[0:03:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Let's go. Alright. Beautiful. But what's good, everybody? Happy Monday. Hope everybody had a good weekend. Yeah, man. It was an eventful weekend. It was an eventful morning. Sunny d changed my life. Not really, but kinda. He put me on it. I was like, wait a minute. I've been I've been doing so much other nonsense and being distracted by so much other bullshit that I was like, let me get back on the AI grind, you know, after my my little hiatus. And I discovered, GenSpark claw this morning. Oh my gosh, ladies and gentlemen. It is a game changer. All the stuff that you read about, oh my god. The security, my terminal, all this shit, forget all that. You don't need all that. Genspark Claw literally is amazing. I'm now literally talking to this thing, Nat. I'm talking to it via voice notes on Telegram being like, okay. I need you to put together the entire show for ATC, you know, giving... Like, research all the topic, like, everything crypto. Like, it has it once now, so now it's gonna automate the whole process. So now every day at 10AM, I get an email or an email and an update message in Telegram being like, hey, Dave. We got your stories ready for ATC. Here's your tweet. Just put your, space link in here and put out the tweet. You're good to go. And I'm like, goddamn. That's beautiful. Full on automation. It's great. And then I just started exploring some other stuff. I mean, I... I'm down Rabbit Hole city, Sunnyd, so I don't really know where I am at this point. But I just know that I'm now sending voice notes to a robot, and it's talking back to me, and I love it. Yeah. So, guys, highly recommend Genspark claw. That's all I'm saying. But we'll have a separate space on this for subscribers only because I've been neglecting you subscribers. I thank you for your $6.
[0:05:08] NatNat @Natnatx007: We are so neglected. I feel like it's highway robbery at this point. Just go ahead and take the $6, and don't give me anything in return, David.
[0:05:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Listen. If anybody... If you guys have any complaints, Nat Nat's DMs are open. She is a... She has gracefully volunteered No.
[0:05:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: I didn't.
[0:05:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: The the customer service team.
[0:05:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: And you'll have to pay $7 to Natalie for every inquiry. So you're better off just not complaining and just keeping your $6 subscription. Alright? Cheap, MFers. Anyways, before we get into all this stuff, Natalie's good. You good?
[0:05:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: I am. I'm I'm pretty good. We... My mother-in-law is here. She's helping us out, so I've been able to sleep. I... I'm actually on the treadmill right now. I don't have the baby bouncing on my lap as usual. Right? This is great. This is great. I'm pulling a cool. I'm working out while I'm on the space.
[0:06:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let me find out. You don't even sit... Wait. We we we got the treadmill on, like, one and a half. It doesn't even sound like you're moving. It doesn't sound like you're sweating. Naturally, you, like, you need to turn that thing up. What are you what are you doing?
[0:06:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: It is all the way up to the max. It's it's it's a... It's on it's on eight. That's the maximum it would go. I guess I am so good. I am so skilled at the treadmill thing that you don't even notice I'm on the treadmill when I'm on the treadmill. Think I cracked the treadmill the treadmill cold,
[0:06:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: guys. Natalie's literally running at full speed, but you would never be able to tell because she's literally talking like a sloth as if everything is fine. Speaking of sloths
[0:06:38] NatNat @Natnatx007: until I start running out of breath. Then you hear me? Talk. The
[0:06:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: levels, the RSI, and the Mac Ds, and the Fibonacci's, obviously, call. We called we called it. Natalie. Said you don't work it out. Anyways, cool. What's up, bro? What's good?
[0:07:00] Kool @koolcryptovc: Hey. What's so good? Happy Monday, man. I'm here. What's going on? I might not have talked too much. I am shopping for all the cards, so I might I might not have talked. So... But, yeah, I'm here. I'm here, man.
[0:07:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. What are you doing? You're shopping for what? A car?
[0:07:12] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I gotta get all the cars, so it's time.
[0:07:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. That's it. Midlife crisis convertible is done? No more? That's it. Alright.
[0:07:23] Kool @koolcryptovc: No. I... It's it's time. It's time to load the car.
[0:07:26] Voice J: So... No. No. No.
[0:07:26] Kool @koolcryptovc: I'm not I'm not... Yeah. We've... I've been,
[0:07:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: you know, looking looking for
[0:07:29] Kool @koolcryptovc: a while, and I'll... I I was waiting for Bitcoin a 100 k, but I don't think it's gonna have any time soon. So I think I got pulled trigger now. So I found a good deal.
[0:07:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Coolest spending is Bitcoin. I'm ratting you out to land that you... If you're waiting for a Bitcoin at a 100 k, you're cashing out Bitcoin. I'm telling, bro. I don't give a shit. I don't know where the puppet is, but when he gets here, I'm ratting you out, like, with the quickness just
[0:07:48] Kool @koolcryptovc: so you No. No. No. If I'm if I'm selling anything, I'm selling all these old garbage, alts, man, about three years. So
[0:07:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Isn't that kinda cool, though? Like, all, like, the crap that you earned off airdrops, it was like, I sent out some tweets, and
[0:08:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: I bought
[0:08:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: a car. When you really think about it, it's kinda nuts. No? Like, that's kinda crazy. I put out some tweets. I made this magic Internet money, and now I'm literally driving off the lot with a new car. That's kinda nuts when you really think about it. Perspective, people.
[0:08:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: Only encrypt though. Only encrypt is something like that possible. Right?
[0:08:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Exactly. We're, like, magic Internet money from your magic Internet friends. That's it. It's simple. Anyways, Sunny d. What's good, baby? What's up?
[0:08:28] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yo. Good afternoon. It's raining up here too, so it's kinda gloomy out here. It's looking... We have reached the point of the year where it just looks like a walking dead episode everywhere outside around where I'm at. So I figured out, man, I gotta hop in ATC, see what's going on. I've been down the AI rabbit hole for weeks and probably a few months now. And, yeah, you you gotta stay focused because... I don't know. Maybe this isn't the space for it, but, because I guess it's all things crypto, so we'll stick to crypto. So I'm here for simplicity, for crypto, for jokes, for... I wanna I wanna see what happens. What... What's been going on?
[0:09:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Yeah, bro. We got... We gotta put together... What what don't mean you host the space, Nidhi, about, like, Genspark Claw? You know what I mean? Like, see if we could do That's good. You know what I mean? Like, because I know, like, you're actively using it. You're probably one of the other only people, at least I know out here, that are actively, like, experimenting with this shit just like I am. So, like, we should definitely, like, put something together. I guarantee people will come.
[0:09:34] Sunny D @dylN0chill: It's totally crazy, and they... It takes all of the complexity. Because I already set up an OpenClaw, and I spent a couple weeks just figuring that out. And, you know, operating out of a terminal when you have zero DevOps experience is the most frustrating thing you could ever do. I'm so glad that these new tools are... I guess you would call them like a wrapper. They're they're basically just making it so you can just hop in, pay a monthly fee, and you get all the all the awesomeness. And the cool thing about Gentspark one is it has a, secure sandbox cloud, computer for you, so you don't have to worry about all the security issues. So it's super cool.
[0:10:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It literally runs on its own. It's kinda nuts. I will gladly pay the... I paid the $70 initially just so I could show the CEO that, like, oh, look. Like, I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm team GenSpark, but I ain't paying next month. You know what mean? I'm gonna be like, hey, man. Look what I did. Look at all these posts. I'm gonna need you to, let me get that GenSpark badge. You know what I'm saying?
[0:10:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: How much money have you guys think you spent on credits?
[0:10:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Way too much. Way too much. Oh, although I'll say this. Paid for credits in the first six months, which is probably, like, my heaviest usage, but then I got comped all of my... Like, the rest... Like, the last, like, eight month or nine months, I haven't paid for a single credit up until this past weekend, where he... They still gave me 40,000 credits, but I upped it another 40,000. I get... I I get, like, OCD. When I see, like, my credit balance go down to, like, 10,000 or below, I'm like, ugh. Like, what if I'm doing something and then it just can't finish? It's kinda weird, but... And it's not that expensive. You know what I mean? Like, this OpenClaw thing is not that... I mean, granted, $70 a month. Don't get me wrong. Right? But, like, the the credit usage is nowhere near as much as, like, when you use, like, video gen or image gen or any of these other, like, crazy things. You know what I'm saying? But, you know, just another another bill added to to the list, I guess. You know what I'm saying?
[0:11:27] Sunny D @dylN0chill: They compound.
[0:11:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: We Yeah.
[0:11:29] Sunny D @dylN0chill: We end using multiple ones. You try out new ones. Before you know it, you've spent a thousand dollars in credits in a month, and it hurts.
[0:11:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's facts. That is facts, actually. And for some reason, like, I can't... Genspark has everything. Right? Has GPT. It has the image generate. It has the video. Like, everything. And yet I still pay 200 a month for GPT pro because, like, I'm stuck. I don't know why I pay it, but I just do. Like, every time it's like, hey. Like, if I log in to GPT on, like, the seventh of the month and it says upgrade, I'm like, oh, shit. Because I have it on a prepaid card, and I wait for it to expire, and then I reload the card, then I pay the 200 a month. Because, eventually, I'm gonna tell myself, one day, you're gonna
[0:12:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: save this 200. Prepaid card? I haven't heard that in a minute. That's definitely Brooklyn.
[0:12:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Brooklyn. Poor people problem.
[0:12:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's poor people problem. Okay?
[0:12:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: Poor people and and AI degenerate problem because we have way too many subscriptions, and we know that we will forget to cancel them. We're So just like, put it on a prepaid card. If it's empty, f it. That's it. You're good. But they're getting smart now. Now they're like, we don't accept this prepaid card. We're like, man, you guys.
[0:12:30] NatNat @Natnatx007: Now pretty soon they're they're gonna need your Social Security, your main account, your backup account, and your Yeah. Your mortgage money. I
[0:12:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: mean, I'm feeding them everything else, my medical history and everything else into the AI. So at this point, what the hell? You know what I mean? Whatever. Anyways
[0:12:47] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Just don't give them your seed phrase. Yeah.
[0:12:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Although it was cool. I built a whole website, which is kind of awesome. Or it built a whole website for me, right, like, just this morning in, like, you know, five minutes, where now, like, people can pay with crypto. Like, sponsors can pay with crypto. So, like, all the sponsorship packages are up there. I have to edit it a little bit, and I have to move the... My my old domain over. But now, like, we have something to promote at least for ATC where it's just like, here's the sponsorship packages if you wanna do something and just book directly, like, on the website. Right? Like, you can contact me, but wanna I try and make it as hands off and self-service possible. You know what I'm saying? Like, here, just book and just pay me. You know? This way, you know, we we can pay Coma, like, a dollar or 2 and not Dave Bucks. You know what I'm saying? Like, forget that. Like, Coma's always complaining about money. Anyways, I feel like one day he's gonna revolt against me cooling that, but he's not here now. So, anyways, it's fine. Okay. Natalie, let's talk. We obviously... Like, markets are ripping and roaring these last couple days, which was a great weekend for markets. Obviously, war is still ongoing, but Bitcoin climbing now, 74,000. Where are the quote breakout levels? It has to hold above this or has to hold above that in order to approve or to confirm this and that. Natalie, talk to us and tell us that what's... Oh, the puppet just came up. But tell us exactly, like, what do we need to see on these line, these squiggly lines that you're drawing all the time in order for us to keep moving higher? Because my my ledger wallet balance is loving you right now, coldly.
[0:14:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Right, coldly. I mean, so far, I'm playing it level by level, have been working both to the upside and to the downside. Right? This is a big level we're at right now. Let's call it 75 k. Right? Break above 75 k, I'm looking at 77, 78, 80, 83. Can you tell him on the treadmill? 8080 Oh, wait.
[0:14:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: Do you do you want me to go to land? I can go to land if you want. I'm literally asking her for a full on financial breakdown, and she's just like... So so 70777879. I'll go to lane. I'll go to lane. Finish finish your run.
[0:14:57] Samara @thee_samara: That... That's some
[0:14:58] Kool @koolcryptovc: serious serious dedication right there, man. Dedication. I love it.
[0:15:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Natalie, go finish your run. I'll go I'll go to see what's up to the puppet knee. I'm sure he's gonna go long enough so that you can finish 10 runs, so don't even sweat it. You're good. Puppet. What's good, my brother? How are you?
[0:15:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: Good afternoon from the West Coast, David. Thank you for having me, Matt... Nat Nat myself. My my my my alter ego male version of Nat called Matt Matt Is... The check's in the mail. What's up, Kool? Hi, Nat. And the rest of the crew and everybody in the audience and all that good stuff. Pleasantry is out of the way. I heard a little bit of slander when I came into the room, but I'm just gonna ignore that.
[0:15:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: I would never turn against my favorite people in the world, by the way.
[0:15:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's like, I would never rat you out to the IRS.
[0:15:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: Would you? Would you, though? Bro, I've said some weird stuff at the very beginning of the whole thing that just kicked off in The Middle East, and and it's weird how things just are happening. It's kinda weird, isn't it? So, you know, look. If you if you stay close to the puppet, you're probably okay. But if you, you know, you end up on the outs with the puppet, you know,
[0:16:24] Voice J: it's just some
[0:16:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: kind The New York gangster's back. Here we
[0:16:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: go. Sometimes,
[0:16:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: you know, the river gets another, donation. Donations. Alright? Donations.
[0:16:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: His feet were made out of what? Yeah. There was concrete on his feet. I'm telling you. With the sign with the T shirt that said, I was swimming with the fishes. And all I got was this lousy t shirt. Anyways, mobbed... Bed mobbed jokes, anyways.
[0:16:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Talk to us. What's the deal with Bitcoin, bro? Like, is it decoupling officially from stocks? Are we heading higher uptrend, and did I call it?
[0:17:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I have no idea if you called it, but, you know, I think that you were you were early to the uptrend. That is for sure. I don't know what you were looking at at the time. You're welcome. But you were right. And whatever time frame you were looking at, it was the beginnings of an uptrend. So you know what? It all worked out in the end either way.
[0:17:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. My life is me. That might be the first time you've ever given me credit for, like, a Bitcoin call, which I've actually really never made. But regardless, that feels good. I gotta get what Nat feels like nowadays. Like, this is why you guys do this two man this two man game. I get it.
[0:17:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look. Nat is, when when she's running, I'm walking. And, when I'm walking, she's running. I mean, look. We are two of the best in the game because we've been doing it a long time. And when looking at, you know, price action, last week, something both her and I have been talking about is, you know, I I was a little bit looser in my discussion with it. She was describing exact levels of where liquidity was building, but I was, like, basically above 65 k, above that last daily high or low. You know, we're we're looking towards the range high. And if we break out above 72, to, go and test further up, we're gonna test that high from, you know, the week prior, which was... Might have been... It was early in the week. Right? It was actually... Interestingly, last week was the sixteenth. Man, I'm getting days all screwed up. You know what you know what you don't wanna do, kids? Don't fly all over the place and then expect to understand what's going on anymore because your brain will actually get just straight up destroyed. So I'm trying to remember. That was the week before we had the high at... It was early in the month. We hit a high of 74 to 75. Nat and I have been talking about this area. We we put in a nice higher low after seeing that, at 65 and a half, right above the range low supports. Got above that 72. We're going for 74 to 75. We got that. Right? We're now sitting at 74 and a half. Where the rubber hits the road, though, is on closes above that seventy four one high prior and getting above 75. That opens the doors up to 78 to 80, and then the mid to low eighties from there. So, I mean, a realistic way to look at it is, you know, that's massive overhead resistance. Not only is it the prior cycles, kind of breakout retest. Right? So when we saw the bull market, we got the new all time highs, which we're trading just slightly above right now prior to the halving at 73, $8.35, 74 k. We can crack above there. We're gonna go test that overhead resistance from the range above. Right? Because this is also where the higher low came in on the monthly that that was holding the whole trend up before things fell apart. So this is a big, big area to pay attention to. If it breaks, we're very likely gonna go see 70 to 80, that mid to low eighties. And, you know, if things get interesting, we could even see some of the upper eighties to nineties. But this could all fall apart very horribly. If we start to see 68 to 69 k breakdown, we're very likely gonna go right back to 65 to 66 k. Bottom side of the range even is in play at that point because we're getting a more volatile environment, and that's around the 62.5 to 63. And if that doesn't hold up, that's the daily area where we have the low at 60. The daily closed open is right there at that 62 a 0.5 area. Kinda defining the bottom side of the range right now, if that breaks down, we're very likely gonna be seeing lower prices into the 58 to 60 for a swing and then mid to low fifties from there if it does break. But I would give it a chance. The weekly closed, and although it didn't close a low, meaning we didn't get a closing low on the closing prices, we did close and confirm with this Sunday's closure. We confirmed that swing low as a major swing low in my... In the way that I do analysis at 60 k. So what's more than likely going to happen on the weekly is mean reversion. And because we're headed down, reverting back to a mean average would be heading back up, which would, again, would point right towards that 78 to 80 and potentially mid to low eighties initially. But conditions are very clear. We start seeing 68 to 69 k. Dave, for you, just keep the number 69 in your head. If you see it trading below there and then breaking 68, we're probably looking at the bottom side of the range pretty quickly between 62 and a half to 65. And then, oh, no. Look out. You can probably call a downtrend a little bit early, by the way, if you start looking at this. We could eventually see the lows again in potentially I object
[0:22:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: I object to a downtrend.
[0:22:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: There's a... Oh, there's a pretty sixty five four hundred. Okay? So that's definitely in there. Sixty five five, sixty five four. We're still breaking below that, man. What are looking at? Lord, they stop laughing. I'm getting my. Okay?
[0:22:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yo. What's funny, Nat, is that's exactly where we're we're seeing bids stacking right where the last daily higher low is. Right above the support at 65, 64... $65,500 is right where the last higher low is. So if we grab that, we're probably grabbing more.
[0:22:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: Agreed. And how how... Cool. How do you do this without, like, breathing heavy? Because every time he's, like, working out and we're on ATC, he's like, yeah, man. It's cool. I'm just working out in the background. And I'm like, guys, I'm working out. Great job, Mandy. Watch the lip of the
[0:23:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Natalie's become insanely funny recently. Have you guys realized this?
[0:23:23] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, hold on. I get it. Nat, do you need me to submit to give you a water or something? I got you.
[0:23:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hold on. Exactly. Exactly. Help your wife. Exactly. How are you gonna lever... Leave her on the treadmill like that, dying with no water? See? We wouldn't leave it like that, Natalie. Landy does, but just... You know? Anyways, she's like, cool. Because cool's bane, Natalie. He has that mask on. There's oxygen that's constantly flowing into us.
[0:23:49] Voice J: I'm on the treadmill. I was raised in the dark. You were just born in it.
[0:23:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what I mean? It's like, what? It's... That mask is like, what... Like, you know? Anyways... But...
[0:24:02] Voice E: Believe it. Okay, Lynn.
[0:24:03] NatNat @Natnatx007: I wasn't even born on the treadmill. I was literally just thrown in it. That's why I found it.
[0:24:10] Voice J: The guy who invented the treadmill is my father.
[0:24:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: What the fuck? Your dad is mister treadmill? Yeah.
[0:24:19] Voice J: Yes. He is. He invented the treadmill, you plebs. Get on the treadmill and workout, you fat f ers.
[0:24:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: I gotta be honest, Cole. I really... Bro, I was looking at myself in the mirror, not that everyone really gives a shit about this, but, like, I need to seriously get active, bro. Like, I'm the skinny kid, but, like, now I'm the skinny fat kid. Nobody wants to be skinny. Know what skinny fat looks like? It's awkward. You know? Where, like, you're starting to get a little bit of a belly sunny day. You you know what I'm saying. Right? Like, you get me.
[0:24:48] Sunny D @dylN0chill: Yeah. You gotta avoid the noodle arms. Everything's gotta be firm.
[0:24:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: I know, bro. Fuck. Anyways... Yeah. Gotta get to this. I said I gotta get to the gym, but I don't really work out. You know what I mean? So I gotta figure this out. I gotta change up the diet. I mean, I'm sure eating Entenmann's cake in the morning doesn't help. But
[0:25:06] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah, man. You you can't make all that money, man, and not and not be fit, bro.
[0:25:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You gotta you gotta have
[0:25:11] Kool @koolcryptovc: both of them. It's a mixture.
[0:25:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's... You know what, Cole? Maybe I wanna be, like, the rich fat guy. You know what I'm saying? Because, like, then if I'm, the rich good looking in shape guy, I'm never getting married if that's the case, bro. Never. If at least if I'm the rich, fat guy, then it's like, alright. I'm fat. Like, at least somebody's gonna try and marry me and take care of me because they love me for me, not for my money. Yeah.
[0:25:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: A little... Just just a tip. Easy. Don't wanna have... You can pause or not. But you don't wanna have dad bod and not be a dad, so just be careful.
[0:25:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's true. Exactly. It's a very good point. That is a very good point, Landon. I do not wanna have dad bod and not be a dad. That'd be crazy. Oh, so you're single and you look like this? Oh my god. That's my nightmare. Oh my... I didn't even think about it like that. Jesus Christ. That sounds terrible.
[0:26:06] NatNat @Natnatx007: Did you... Are you guys...
[0:26:07] Sunny D @dylN0chill: She's getting in the gym.
[0:26:08] NatNat @Natnatx007: Did you guys see this meme that's, like, all over Instagram with this, like, super billionaire? Like, he's ugly as hell. He got this weird haircut, and he has... He's married to, like, this... I think she's, like, 25 year old model. And he goes... He says, well, she loves me for my smile. I'm like,.
[0:26:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. I'm sure Loren Sanchez loves Jeff Bezos for his bald head for sure. For sure. You saw the way he looked
[0:26:37] Sunny D @dylN0chill: at jacked now, though.
[0:26:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's true. All of a sudden... I mean, listen. If I had a few billion... You you guys remember what Elon used to look like? I mean, Elon's still a little bit of a fat effort, but you guys remember what Pavel Pavel Durov used to look like? Telegram founder?
[0:26:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: Like, what in the world? Like, two different people. Yeah.
[0:26:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: What do you mean billions of dollars will do that for you? In Dubai, you can literally go get... I know we veered off topic a little bit, but we'll come back. But in Dubai, you can literally get injections in your scalp that will regrow your hair full head. Like, look at... He's, like, swab... Now he's, like, taking ice baths at, like, 5AM, like, in the wilderness. You know? It's, like, snowing out. It's like, bro, he's, like, doing photoshoots. He's all buff, like, biohacked and shit.
[0:27:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: So in
[0:27:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: But most like, if I had... Isn't that... If I had somebody making me breakfast, lunch, and dinner too, you know what I'm saying? What the hell?
[0:27:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: And so in in in The Bronx, in in in Washington Heights, there's something called, like,. It's like when they when they pick a, like, a super black color and color your hairline in. I mean, it works for a little bit. You just can't sweat. Right? Because the minute you start sweating, it's just perfect. Thing on
[0:27:44] Kool @koolcryptovc: your face.
[0:27:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nat, this is this is real... That's real shit. This isn't this isn't tint. What do you call it? Tintin? What is it? What what is it? No. That's not that, Matt.
[0:27:58] Samara @thee_samara: I I can confirm. That's just... That's not only happening in the Heights.
[0:28:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Tell me you've been a freaking dev for too long without telling me you've been a dev for too long with a receding hairline, Kanter. We get it, bro. We've all been in this shit too.
[0:28:12] Samara @thee_samara: I I actually have beautiful hair. I take care of myself. I... We do have the male baldness gene. It's some part of my family, but I'm not... I am not balding.
[0:28:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: And how old was the breed? For the record?
[0:28:31] Samara @thee_samara: Old enough.
[0:28:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, you almost got him. You know, I did not have the male male baldness pattern gene or whatever it's called. And so, apparently, I took it for cancer, because I don't have to worry about hair or even getting hair transplants or injections that'll grow hair because there's there's nothing there. I I am the perfect bald man.
[0:28:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Are you are you are you big... Bald? Like, you bick your head? Yeah. There's
[0:29:05] Samara @thee_samara: so many treatments that you don't have to be bald. They have hair transplants where you can... You literally take a piece of your hair from another part of your body. You put it into your scalp, but then your hair grows back.
[0:29:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. I don't need my my my ass.
[0:29:19] Voice J: Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't it.
[0:29:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: I was just about to ask. Okay? If you're a man and you're bald and you need hair from another part of your body, like, what do you think is
[0:29:29] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, there's plenty of places, Nat. If you wanna have a curly hair, you know Swimmer down. Simmer But they can take hair that doesn't naturally have curls to it and also put that on there. There's other places that they'll go hunting for this hair. I look good bald. So that's... I actually was doing this before I before I forgot to, you know, like, shave my hair down and, like, and then bake it. I let it go for a little while, then I was like, oh, crap. Oh, and it's a good thing I was way ahead of this. So...
[0:30:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Corey is
[0:30:04] Sunny D @dylN0chill: not actually bald, he's just throwing us a curveball, so we'll never anticipate seeing him anywhere.
[0:30:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: A curveballed. Maybe. A curveballed is pretty curveballed. I hate those curveballs. Speaking of curveballs, look at who it is. Mister polygamy himself. Mister three way. Mister... Hey, ladies. Who wants to come and hang with me and my lady for a good time tonight? Samara, what's up, my brother?
[0:30:35] Samara @thee_samara: Yo, Jim. Jim. Jim. Jim. Cool, Jim. That man. Landy, Sam. Shout to you guys. Yeah. I thought, like, this was, like... Did you guys stop the show, like, an hour earlier or something? Because my time was, like
[0:30:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: god, bro. The United States, like, the same way that we don't use the metric system, we tell the sun what time it needs to rise and fall every day. Yeah.
[0:30:59] Samara @thee_samara: Like to... Sorry. Right. Right. Yeah. Shout to you guys. Shout out to you guys, man. How are guys doing? How you guys? Sorry. I'm sure I've missed, like, a a bunch of conversations.
[0:31:05] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's all good. They forgot the forgot the part that if we don't see the sun and we wanna make the sun, we'll just make the sun and then
[0:31:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: change the time. Yeah. Exactly.
[0:31:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: And a few other things around the place.
[0:31:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Exactly. I'm sure Bill Gates has done something close to that at this point.
[0:31:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh my god. He would have walked out the sun.
[0:31:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Remember the whole sun flare experiment? Ridiculous. Anyways, we're gonna get back on track. But let me see what's up to d... Samar, it's good to see you, bro. D engineer, what's good, baby? I am here for all the bald brothers. Man, stand up. Represent. Do not be shy. That Chromium is easy. Step out of the shower, wipe your head, and walk away, and then all of... That's all you have to say. And you can
[0:31:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: always grab a product. It's easy. Exactly.... Beard because I have a massive beard to compensate.
[0:31:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, no. I think Landy and I heard the exact same thing. But he's the white boy, I'm the brown boy.
[0:32:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good times. Good times. Where did... Oh my god. I am so scared to call on beast panda right now because the second we started talking about hair...
[0:32:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: He has a cost of branding.
[0:32:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Exactly. And that's what scares the shammy right now. We weren't even talking Bitcoin, and these came up. And now he's got his hand up, and I'm definitely afraid. But here we go. Roll the dice. Please, god. Hey, Beast Panda. Happy Monday, bro. Welcome.
[0:32:25] Kool @koolcryptovc: Happy Monday. Happy Monday, GM. It's been a while I came to the space. I was a bit busy with the kids. I'm still with them. I got two of them in front of me.
[0:32:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Congrats.
[0:32:41] Kool @koolcryptovc: I got one eight month old on my lap. Other one, he's just watching something.
[0:32:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Did you have a... Dare I ask if you
[0:32:53] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: had a question?
[0:32:54] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So I was just listening to you guys. You know, some people just like... They go good with baldness. Like, they look better. Even like, I I don't... Like, I got good hairs, but still at work or at home, like, they always tell me, keep it short. Keep it short. So, you know, some people, like, they don't like long hairs. Like, they won't suit them.
[0:33:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: You see, he's right. I concur. Also, people who are naturally just, you know, losing their hair, and it's not manufactured as well, you do need to be aware of them because they're actually super geniuses as well.
[0:33:32] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. You... You're right. And they got big muscles as well.
[0:33:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: Very, very big. Because at that point, you can afford the testosterone replacement to actually get those big muscles that you always want.
[0:33:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Can we get back on track? This is crazy. Yeah.
[0:33:46] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Now now now I go to the real question.
[0:33:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. What do mean? That's it. You used up your one question for now. Okay. Fine. Go ahead.
[0:33:54] Kool @koolcryptovc: So, Landy, how are we looking at the Bitcoin? We are so back or we are just bouncing here and there?
[0:34:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: Big fan that he just gave us the levels and everything. You gotta go back and listen. I know you guys...
[0:34:05] Samara @thee_samara: I'm I'm pretty sure Andy said they were going a 150. Right? That's what
[0:34:10] Kool @koolcryptovc: I heard.
[0:34:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's why it's in the title. He said BeastFanda, go... Also, BeastFanda, go... You were wrong if you remember. Bispanda, remember you said we're gonna be choppy here until October around '68, '70, but we're at '75 now, bro. And I don't know, bro. It's like, you're you're gonna concede and say you
[0:34:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: were wrong.
[0:34:28] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. Yeah. I'm wrong. That's why I'm asking, Randy. We are so back or we we just cannot cannot be going down again?
[0:34:35] Landy @CryptoLandy: I mean, it's... Okay. So this is actually... It... It's it's actually a good question. The... It it it is actually a good question because when... Now that we've got a weekly swing low that is set because of the close, but we don't have a closing low, we do have to be careful of the overhead resistance. One of which is we're right at, which is 74 and 75 k is between that area is a major resistance. But above there, that 78 to 80 and then the mid to low eighties, that's a retest. That's a bearish retest. And I think that it... You're gonna see if it does push up to those areas across the timeline, the oh my gods told you so is the low is in... Just like what we saw when Bitcoin hit 80 k, and then went made a lower high at 98. Right? So just be aware that this is all overhead resistance, and it will take time for Bitcoin to carve out a macro low. So we have... Even the only way that this changes... And I was on DG's show early this morning, and we talked quite a bit about this. The only way that this changes is if this sets a low and then we get a weekly close over $98,000, that changes things. But the bias is still that things are gonna... You know, even if they pump aggressively and you get the I told you so's and the lows are in 250 k, 500 k, a million dollars on the board now. Well, guess what? Very likely gonna end up with another lower high and then headed right back to the downside for lower... To test these lows and if not lower significant by margin. You know, I could see another move down into the mid to low fifties very easy, and especially if you see this fail. If you see it fail to push above 74 to 75 and it just kinda swings above there and doesn't even go up and test the resistance, then it's actually a lot weaker than than we're, you know, expecting. I would say from the weekly, it's kind of the bull's opportunity right here right now, this week and the next, to take it to the upside and test the 70 to 80. Just be careful if you're a trader. If you are... And this is actually the key. If you're not a trader, if you're not doing, you know, hedging in every direction like Nat and I do and watching the charts all the time, The only thing that you need to know if you're an investor and you're looking to DCA is this can pump like mad. And if it closes above $98,000, great. It can go into the low hundreds. At some point, it's going to come back down to make a higher low or an equal low, and that's when you look at getting back in. Because you let everybody get all excited. You let it, you know, do the downturn break. Bull runs back on. Oh my god. We made it. Look at us. The shortest bear market ever. And then it... As soon as they start talking like that, price is gonna nuke right through all of those levels and then come right back down to try for a higher, lower, equal low, and that's where you wanna get in. Or it gets a lower high, and we're gonna retest these lows and lower more than likely. So, yeah, don't get too excited. It is actually a good question from a psychological point of view. You do wanna know, like, even if we saw something, which I think is not gonna happen, is this closes a low here and it goes and it takes out 98 and it's a downtrend break and bull market's back. It's not back until we see a higher low from there. So price will come back down. Oh my god. What the hell just happened? Oh, I see what you're doing. What's up, Cade, maybe? Cade, Oh, I didn't know if it was you because sometimes I see our other friend who was made a cohost the other day, mister Bits, who was... I...
[0:38:39] Voice E: Now... So now I feel awkward. Dave, take me
[0:38:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: Immediately. Snapshot.
[0:38:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: Thank you for having...
[0:38:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: I don't have
[0:38:48] Voice E: alpha. Don't have alpha.
[0:38:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's clear that you're just the puppet. No. No. You... Yeah. Cade, you've served your purpose. Also, definitely declined my cohost also.
[0:38:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. I didn't.
[0:38:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It said Nat Nat declined your cohost. No.
[0:39:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: She said rugged.
[0:39:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: I rugged. Rugged. And this always happens for the audience that doesn't host spaces. It always says, you're... The host... Cohost has declined. So he's using this as an opportunity to manipulate and spread false information on the Internet in an effort to troll...
[0:39:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Ladies and gentlemen, please, I would like to draw your attention to paying your taxes. Okay?
[0:39:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: Please You better pay your taxes.
[0:39:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Taxes is the message that we'd like to deliver.
[0:39:30] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But
[0:39:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: You have that that year gap, bro. You said, oh, I don't have to claim the income from
[0:39:36] Voice E: the last half
[0:39:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: of this year and the first part this year. Now I've said I know more about you than most people know about themselves. Okay? Goddamn.
[0:39:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: You better say those factors
[0:39:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: tonight, David. That is crazy. Okay. Wait. One thing I do wanna add, though, Landon, they said there was literally, like, record accumulation in Bitcoin this week. They said 1,570,000,000, and this is on the corporate side and retail side. But mostly, says publicly traded companies added over 1,000,000,000 in Bitcoin just this week. But I'm also seeing headlines at the at the same time of, like, digital asset treasuries that are literally down, that are selling off their Bitcoin holdings. So it's like, where do we go at this point, bro? Like like, where... Like, what what is the deal right now? Yeah.
[0:40:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: The the narrative shaping operations are insane no matter where you go, whether it's politics or crypto. But that amount that they're saying is record accumulation for institutional side. So you're you're... It's not record accumulate. Bro, there was
[0:40:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: For the week.
[0:40:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: $10,000,000,000 worth of Bitcoin accumulated on the Lowe's last bear market in less than two days. Okay? So... And and how do you know that it was accumulated? Because when it was sold, somebody else bought it. Alright? Somebody had to buy what they were selling. Bought it.
[0:40:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bought Bought it. But also, Sailor really did do that, didn't I? Yeah. And Sailor, being Sailor, obviously, like, we gave him too much credit last time where we were like, Sailor's buying on the downtick. I guess that was short lived. He bought another 22,000. Bro, 1,600,000,000 now. He's over 760,000 Bitcoin. Creeping up. Yeah.
[0:41:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm I'm... He... I'm sure he would buy more at 60 and at 55 and at 40
[0:41:25] Voice E: Where is all this money coming from, bro? Were they building a cash and
[0:41:28] Samara @thee_samara: a whole period of time? That. Like, how rich is he? Like, how rich is he? Like, I know he's a billionaire, but how rich is he? Does he have, like, an
[0:41:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: Samara and
[0:41:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Gabe literally came up to Mike and asked the same exact question. They're like, where is the money coming from? From, dude.
[0:41:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'm just
[0:41:44] Voice E: trying to get a thousand bucks, dude. I'm just gonna get a thousand bucks. Someone someone wire me.
[0:41:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: Gabe, you give me your thousand dollars, and then I'm gonna use that to buy Bitcoin. Also, everybody else on stage, go ahead and give me a thousand dollars each, and then I'm gonna go buy Bitcoin with it. And I'm gonna hold it in this company called strategy. Okay? And then I'm going to dilute your shares by issuing shares to cover so we can get dividends to pay you on a different product, but you still have to buy that product from me. So you're gonna come in and you're gonna say, oh, my shares are being devalued. And that's what I gave the money to you for was to buy Bitcoin so that number go up. And you're gonna say, well, that's not how things work around over here. Okay? We're we're above one m nav. We're gonna create new shares. It's a little bit of shareholder dilution, but we're willing to accept that on your behalf. Okay?
[0:42:37] Voice E: Landy, on the other side cash flow.
[0:42:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yes. I'm hearing cash flow for me. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. It... Oh my god. I love
[0:42:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: having kids. This is great.
[0:42:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: And now we're gonna launch another couple of five products. Okay? And then we're gonna have the jankiest rocket you've ever seen put on a freaking PowerPoint presentation, and we're gonna say, look at all of these. Stretch is leading the way. And why is Stretch leading the way? Because it is a dividend paying stock that's gonna give you about 11% on your money, and it's actually performing really well. I can't hate on them for that one. It's actually performing really, really well. And the reason why we're gonna create those products is because I know that you don't know how to actually hold Bitcoin. So you don't even know how to get your wallet keys in the right place And or you can't roll your money over into Bitcoin without paying capital gains tax and other corporate taxes for your treasury. So why don't you take and roll some of your capital over into my stocks, right, STRC strategy, STRF, you roll it over into mine, you won't have to pay the taxes, plus you'll get some dividends and some Bitcoin volatility exposure. Sorry about all the downside exposure on STR... Mass... MSTR. But go ahead and it's equaled out to the other side by STRC. Alright? So you're getting 11%. That's all you need to know. Fixed income products for the future, put it in your retirement. Good to go. Their strategy explained for you in just, like, five minutes. But, basically, it's you send me your money. I'm gonna buy some Bitcoin. Okay? Thank you.
[0:44:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. There you go. Alright? So in a nutshell, send me your money. I'll buy Bitcoin. That's it?
[0:44:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I mean, pretty much, but he's creating bonds that that you can, you know, earn from because he's selling the the shares from the other thing to get the money...
[0:44:39] Voice E: Look, man. As long as you throw in the words digital credit and a couple other fancy words in there, mean, it sounds good to me.
[0:44:47] Landy @CryptoLandy: We're like a digital credit card company. We're taking loans from you. We will probably get bailed out by somebody if we start to go kaput so that they can save the Bitcoin from being distributed and get it at really low prices. Meaning that if they ever went kaput, somebody would actually buy them and just keep the Bitcoin and the company structure and wipe all the debt. Meaning that all of you that are lending me money... Oh, well, sorry. You're you're SOL. See you. Bye bye.
[0:45:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. So now let's... Hold on. Let's shift. Natalie, I don't know if you're off the treadmill or not, but Fed Fed... Rig cuts coming up Wednesday. Yes? No. Maybe...
[0:45:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: The expectation is no cut with one cut probably in December.
[0:45:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: December?
[0:45:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: They barely know her. Sorry. Wrong wrong turn of phrase.
[0:45:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: What? The zero zero application there. Natalie, it's April... It's March.
[0:45:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: I know, but that's what the... Listen. I am I like diving into articles. I read different articles based on, you know, what the projection is gonna be, what the the... What different, FAD members are saying. And right now, as it stands, Yahoo put on put out a a very beautiful article, I believe it was yesterday as well. The consensus is no cut with possible one cut in December as of now. Granted, I think it is open to discussion as we see what happens with with the the war and oil and all of that good stuff. But as it stands right now, that's the two points. Those are the two points. Right? No no cut with the the possibility of one cut in December.
[0:46:31] Landy @CryptoLandy: And this works this works for a few different reasons, Dave. If they don't cut, a lot of the liquidity that came out of bonds and went everywhere else will come back in as we're seeing even on daily rotations. Right? We saw it even when futures opened. We saw money coming back in to bid bonds. And if you lower the rate, well, that money is not gonna necessarily come back in to capture that yield. It'll go to places like STRC. But, you know, The United States would like it to to keep rolling in the secondaries. So... And in reality, what what we have now that Nat brought up is a really good and important point is we're coming off of the back of a really intense winter in The United States where we saw energy prices spike because natural gas went absolutely ballistic because it wasn't just here. It was overseas, and we're a a... An exporter of energy. We're the world's largest producer of oil and natural gas. Right? So when we were exporting, we had, you know, the tap into the reserves, which takes time here for a lot of these companies to start lowering those energy prices for natural gas down because that's why they spiked so hard because of the cold snap and then... I don't know what the other one was called. The the Santa's coming to town winter. I don't even remember. But that has a a lag effect because of the prices paid at the time, shipping costs go up, entire supply chain costs go up, and you feel that ripple throughout the economy, but that data is not gonna come in until later. And the same is gonna happen with gas. Right? So when you're looking at petroleum based products, even if we get even
[0:48:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: if
[0:48:25] Landy @CryptoLandy: we get a a... What I believe to be a normalization of gas prices back to, you know, anywhere below 75, we're going back to the 68 to 70 area and potentially even down into the lower than the, you know, the mid sixties and lower. That takes a while to work its way through because of price paid in different regions and which increased the costs across the board. So you start to feel little pockets of inflation, and what they wanna do is likely hold instead of cut so that you can fight some of that. Man, I'm gonna say it, transitory inflation. I hate that term. But that is real transitory inflation would be short term price spikes in different areas that have global effects like on supply chains, which then has effects on prices that consumers are paying either at the pump or in the store. And that's where you... That's actual transitory inflation. The transitory inflation that was talked about by Powell when we were running hot at, like, nine points, that was not transitory. That was, like, rampant inflation that they need... They needed to calm the public down on. This would be actual transitory inflation. So don't be surprised if they don't cut. Very unlikely having a raise. And then we we have new Fed chair pretty soon, but, you know, the house and senate seem to be focused on other things right now.
[0:49:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I think they've... He's probably reconnecting, but great points, Landy. And and I think when it comes to oil, one thing that we do have to keep in mind as well, Landy, and I believe you and I, we touched on this a few spaces ago, is that oil or the price of oil indirect... Indirectly affects inflation.
[0:50:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. Because everything... Despite what you might have heard from the Bill Gateses of the world and rest of the green energy crew, even Elon, the world runs on oil. Because when the sun sets and the wind stops blowing and winters kick in, what are you going to? You're going to natural gas and oil and petroleum based products. Right? That that is what runs the world. And while these other things can be really efficient, really good for boosting energy output, even China has to import oil. Why? Even though everybody always references that chart of look at how much they're just beating the ever loving crap out of The United States in energy production. Well, yeah, but they're a net energy consumer, like a massive net energy consumer. So even though they're producing a massive amount of energy, so happens when you make them the factory of the world, is they have to consume a lot of energy, and they gotta play catch up. And that's in the form of petroleum based products, natural gas, and they're still the world's largest coal producer. Right? So... And they still don't have enough energy because they consume so much energy. Whereas The United States... And this is where you get stuff like what's going on in the Strait Of Hormuz and all that talk about the rerouting of of the oil pipes to the other side of Saudi Arabia and ships lining up there. Well, a lot of what's happening is regional at the, you know, at the barrel pricing is not necessarily reflected in what you're seeing in the markets here because it could be substantially higher because of the costs incurred there, and that becomes systemic or normalized across the entire global market. So while it might be, you know, $20.30 bucks a barrel or even less in Texas to pull it out of the ground, get it to the refinery by the other... By by the... And it's not crude at that point once it's refined or... But you end up with these price mismatches, and then you get this global market that kinda settles on trade. So some people are gonna be losing money per barrel. Some people are gonna be making money per barrel until things actually normalize. Right? Because it's on demand. And oil is the most sensitive to supply disruptions and supply and demand. So understand that when you see people calling for $300 a barrel, $405,100 dollar a barrel oil, not only are they insane because that does... That's not gonna happen from here. Maybe over the longer term period of time, but when you have countries like The United States as the number one oil producer, and then you get subsidizing of, you know, the Middle East, Gulf States with energy production to subsidize their oil production in the... In terms of nuclear, and then you get Venezuela pumping out more and all of South America is gonna come online pretty soon, it's just not a viable thing. So when they're talking about hedging for the short term for not raising rates, That's why because that would be the... That is the transitory picture. Sustained inflation would not just be little bumps in the road for natural gas and energy products like that where where things would happen that would be bad and rampant runaway inflation is if something cracks globally. Right? And let's say China completely locks down, no in or out, but, I mean, they would die as a country if they did that, but no in or out like North Korea. That would actually create a much larger disruption globally that would lead to something like rapid inflation that wouldn't be transitory.
[0:54:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I agree. And I I also... I love that you touched on nuclear energy because I could be wrong, but I think nuclear will play a very important part in all of this at some point.
[0:54:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Oh, we're going nuclear in in places in California that... You know, those little mini nuke reactors? They've got them on order in some cities already. Even though they're not telling you about it and they're trying to close down one of the nuclear plants, they actually want these smaller nuclear reactors, but they're, like, many years out.
[0:54:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Guys, circle circle story circle story circle story. Cool. I'm gonna knock you down. I'm making that night calls because we're gonna continue to farm audience, obviously, for a little while, which is awesome. But I have to go do something for literally, like, five minutes. The Circle story, though, Circle literally up a 100% month over month. Obviously, like, monster. Nobody's really talking about this, but, like, people are now starting to pay attention because crypto rails, stablecoins, obviously, blockchain infrastructure are taking over everywhere. So, yeah, talk to me about this, Natalie.
[0:55:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. It's no surprise that Circle is moving the way it's it's it's moving. Right? Show me the chart. I'll tell you the news. We were in... We were actually looking at Circle a few weeks ago, and I believe it was actually bits of wealth that mentioned that we were oversold on multiple time frames, so a bounce was, to be expected. Right? I think now it's coming up on a big area. I believe it's between one twenty five to one thirty. I could see it's probably hitting, like, $1.33, but at that point, we kinda have to be careful. Right? Especially if BTC doesn't make the move to the upside or continue its move to the upside. And we saw how when BTC made a dip, a lot of crypto related stocks also did. But but in the meantime, for the moment, I think it's a really good move that Circle is doing on the chart, and we kinda saw this move coming. But I I I also think stables in general are not to be stepped on, man. I think stables across the board, they're making making massive, massive moves. Right? We're talking how banks are starting their their own stable. Right? We have Fidelity with Fid, and there wasn't Bank of America with that... Oh, no. It was Wells Fargo with w f... USP. So, yeah, I think the narrative is only gonna get, better for stable. But as far as the stock is concerned, it is coming up on overhead resistance. We do have to be careful. But, Mandy, do you have anything else you wanna add to it?
[0:56:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: I mean, yeah, it's it's... You're right. It's right at the base of the the overhead resistance in the range up here. Lot... The... About two weeks ago, it tested the the lower low. One of the the big reason why everybody's talking about Circle right now, though, is it is significant that it broke the downtrend. Right? And this is, you know, one of the largest moves up that it's ever had, but it's also, you know, only been trading since June 2025. So let's keep things in focus here, a little bit of context. Right? But the downtrend break at that $91.75 or whatever it is is significant and is a structure change. And that's where I think a lot of the excitement is coming from. And, also, obviously, they're they're doing deals with some bigger players in the banking sector because not every single bank even has the ability to move into crypto through a private issuance side. Right? They they would need to significantly increase their deposits in order to have the money to go get the treasuries to issue stablecoins. Right? And then they need the... You need the actual money to pair with it on the other side because it's one to one, and this is all a fractional reserve system. So they don't have the money. That's the point. Like, they don't have your money. Just so everybody knows why I'm such a freaking Bitcoin bull long term is the banks don't have your money. They are leveraged to the tits and... To the nips. Sorry. Alright? They they are leveraged beyond their means, and they're really good at losing your money. But one of the things that they do offer is stability through backstopping through insurance and through, well, government bailouts, quite honestly. That's really what ends up happening. Right? And then you also get the liquidity side that the Fed stabilizes. So it's still the best place to go for stability even though it is, in my opinion, one of the worst setups that you could have. It also enabled a lot of growth, and it enabled a lot of the way of life that you have in modern nations because of how it's scaled for growth and then reinvested in that growth. But then when things don't go well and they don't have your money and you want it, well, then we get that little thing called a bank run and... Or if a bank has a larger client that is going under, well, they're gonna go under with that client. Right? So, you know, looking back to some of the larger... Like, the Silicon Valley Bank stuff and so on and so forth. So just understand that we are in an area where they're gonna partner with these companies instead of launching their own or issuing their own just because it's the ease of use. Because they can take those deposits, and they don't have to take the deposits to buy treasuries and then look around for more money. They can just go and say, here's the money. Give me the digital monies. Right? And it's just... It's a much smoother process, especially for smaller banks. And even some of the larger ones don't wanna do it because, well, quite frankly, the books are horrible, and you don't really wanna crack that subject open with them.
[1:00:04] NatNat @Natnatx007: I love that we can... Go ahead.
[1:00:06] Kkoma @itskkoma: This is kind of more of a dumb question, but why why is it going up? Like, what what what has changed? Because I still remember, like, maybe... I can't remember what space ago, but few... Maybe a couple weeks ago... Maybe four weeks ago, two months ago, we were, like, talking about how Circle has just been down, down, down, down, down. And I don't think we've ever... We're like, hey. Look. Like, Circle's kinda going a little parabolical, like... Or slowly getting there. Like, what what what was, like, the inflection point that could have caused something like this?
[1:00:33] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, it's set to low, and that's why we were talking about it because it's set to low.
[1:00:38] Kkoma @itskkoma: Do you think so it's, like, purely technical then? Not, like, any, like, news kinda thing?
[1:00:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. Because money moves before the news. We'll we'll find out. We have been finding out about about partnerships. But when it's at the low, what's significant about now or this past couple of weeks is that it broke the downtrend from a technical point of view. That's a positive sign that's set on the back of some of the news that we were hearing about on the lows for partnerships and stuff like that. And one of the things that, like, Nat and I were talking about is ever since it launched, it's been down sideways and down, like, aggressively. 83% off the highs at, you know, the... It had a high of, $2.98, 300, and and then it went all the way down to that low of $49.90, almost $50. So, basically, it went from $300 to to to $50. Right? That was a sustained and strong downtrend because of the valuation being way out of whack. But then what we started to hear off the lows was little stories coming out of, like, well, hey. What... Their valuation isn't that bad. Look at how much money they make. And it's just like, let's compare them to future projections for Tether. And what about these other players that are involved in stablecoins? And then there was a little bit of news coming out of some of the summit between the banking industry and the crypto industry at the time in Washington DC, we're talking towards the... Towards February. Some might remember this. Remember when Baldilocks was upset about, you know, the yield situation? Well, he ended up not being upset about it, and that's right around when the yield... When when the yield... When when he started talking about having positive conversations and meetings is right around when they set a low. And then there was speculation that there's likely gonna be some movement from some of these players over in the circle. But, you know, now that it has broken the downtrend, this is where things get interesting. This is where wherever it puts in a high, when it comes back down, that's what I'm gonna be paying attention to see where I'd like to load up.
[1:02:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. And to that point, Landy, I did wanna give a shout out to Alpha Gamer. He threw me thumbs down when Koma said that no one was talking about Circle. Actually, Alpha Gaynor in the audience, I'm gonna give him the credit. Right? He was also talking about, his position in Circle, I believe, like, two weeks ago and how bullish he was on Circle. I think he also made a post about it, comma, I think you you may have missed that that space. But, usually, I'll... The the chart will kinda tell us, you know, what we can expect. Right? When these when these assets, they hit an oversold level and we're able to see it oversold on multiple time frame, oftentimes, once it confirms, you can see a reversal in play. And oftentimes, based on that, you start slowly seeing the news, hearing the news, more bullish news will come in, but a lot of us would have already seen the reversal playing out in the chart. So I just wanted to give Alpha Gamer his credit on that as well. He mentioned it a few times on the space. But I saw that, Dee, you had your hand up. What's up, Dee?
[1:04:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Don't worry about it. Zanny said what I was ask... Gonna ask. So it's okay. Thank you.
[1:04:10] Samara @thee_samara: Are you
[1:04:11] Kkoma @itskkoma: are you eating?
[1:04:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: Never. Dave. Oh, Dave. I was trying not to.
[1:04:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: I literally popped something in my mouth.
[1:04:19] Kkoma @itskkoma: Like dry heating on the wall. It's fucking almost. You know what I mean?
[1:04:22] Voice E: Dude, if I'm ever not prepared for a take, I'm using that. That was a wonderful that was a wonderful way to to play off this. I'm I'm literally writing that down. I'm not kidding.
[1:04:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm definitely letting you... Dave know you were eating on his face just so you know.
[1:04:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Goddamn coma.
[1:04:36] Voice E: Not not that not that not that he didn't have a tick, but if that was... If that's how you were playing it, that was genuinely legendary.
[1:04:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: That's that's amazing. And, also, you know, be careful around these areas here. It's pretty extended to the upside if you're looking at it, and you're like, oh, I'm late to the game. I might as well get some here. Just be... It can go up a little bit more, but this is very likely gonna correct sooner rather than later even if it does head up a little bit further. And that's when you wanna look for the opportunities is when it really starts to correct hard. You know, if you are looking at the markets, do open the chart and look at the previous auctions. There's a big old gap, And
[1:05:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: this
[1:05:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: is when everybody was really starting to talk about it off the lows. Had a little uptrend off the lows. And then all of a sudden, it trended up to resistance at, like, $65, $66, and then it kinda pulled back a little bit and then gapped up from $66 to $71.34 back in late February. So that that was kind of like the, oh, there's something significant going on here with that gap up. So, you know, there's there's... You know, it's got legs, and it can still go, but the opportunity is gonna be identified when it's headed back to the downside. Just be careful because off the lows just to... The actual low itself and in this current trend, it's up a 153%. It can still go for more. Don't get me wrong. But that's pretty extended likely in for a correction. And what you'd like to see is wherever it puts in a high on a longer term time frame like a weekly and then starts to trend back down, that's when you wanna identify the opportunity. In my opinion, that's how I do it on... For those longer term plays for those who like leaps and options and potentially just grabbing more for much later on if you weren't already accumulating on the way down.
[1:06:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: I 100% agree. I think we do need to be careful chasing because I think on CT, Flip Flop Twitter, is very guilty of this. Right? We're chasing when things are at the highs because it's the the hot narrative. Right? We're seeing it all over the news. But I think the opposite is a smart play. Right? Just buy before... When it's at the right levels, when it's oversold, and it has confirmed for hire prior to seeing it all over CT. Right? Because in my experience, if it's all over CT and everyone wrapping it up, it's profitable, you're probably a little too late on it. But, Landy, earlier today, I was on a space with, I believe it was, Wolf Trading with... On the data space, and we touched on the Clarity Act. Now from my understanding, it... It's stalled, or has there been any recent updates on that? Because I know you're very in tune or in touch with what's going on there.
[1:07:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: As of this moment, it... The bill itself has stalled. It's more about the conversations surrounding the bill to continue to push it forward. And there's some really key stuff there. You know, I I I disagree with with mister Hoskinson on many things, but I did not disagree with him on this. He was talking about... The other day with DG, he was talking about the reasons why Clarity is not supported by a lot in crypto. And it's because they have a chance to actually give us Clarity, and this does none of that when you're starting to introduce the stablecoin conversation. I think even on the the macro space for Wolf over there with Cade on Friday, I think this came up as well, is it... It's... We're rehashing something that has already been really decided with the Genius Act. And it's it's taking the focus away from real actionable legislation that gives us clarity about what, you know, how to handle DeFi, how to... What is the security and what isn't. And the way that the bill has been rewritten, I would agree with mister Hoskinson's take on this as well is that... And this doesn't matter if you like his tokens that he's got or his networks or not or like him or not. He's right about this, and that's... The focus has has completely shifted as all of these different parties have gotten involved to write different amendments to the bill and sections to the bill and then, you know, just kinda mark this thing up in a manner that does not make a lot of sense. And realistically, I think it's gotta go back through committee again to even... It's gotta go through markup again. So much like the bill out of... I think it's DCI. I actually know DCI is the, MIT lab. Oops. Sorry. The... There's a there's a joke there. I won't make it. But, yeah, even Samar knows. He's like, oh oh, I know where he's gonna go with that. There is... I forget what the bill is called. I'd have to go look it up again. Out of the senate AG committee, you know, it went through markup, which is basically they're adding and removing things, then it goes to vote in the committee, and it and it passed on party lines. This is where... What they're trying to do in the senate banking committee is get this thing through its... With full support. And what's happened is it had a lot of support, and then over time, it's lost that support because certain individuals have got involved and started to add things to it that don't make a lot of sense, but basically because they want their special interest protected, essentially. And I think that that is going to continue, and that's the main reason why it stalled. It's the main reason why there's a bunch of crypto summits happening where, basically, it's... You know, the administration has said, hey, banks. Hey, crypto industry. You need to find a way to come together, and you're gonna have to give something up on either side in order to get there. But get a bill to my desk, we need to have clarity passed. And I think that... I honestly think with the way that it's written right now and the most recent revisions of it, which don't account for these conversations and additional markup that it would happen. Because remember, this... As it's written right now, I don't like it. I don't think it does any good for the crypto industry. In fact, it just keeps everything as, you know, as confusing as possible and then starts to pigeonhole crypto into a box that only the banks and the and the larger institutions can play with and would really stifle innovation in my personal opinion. But in this case, I don't think that this is gonna pass in this manner. I think that they're gonna come to some concessions on both sides. We'll we'll see it go through markup and then probably hitting the floor, but that's not the priority right now. The priority right now in congress and from the administration is the the SAVE Act, or it's been renamed, the SAVE America Act. And, you know, after that, it's DHS funding. And then after that, it's something else and then something else and then something else. Right? So this is why this is why we see what we hate, and that's omnibus bills. Because everybody's like, well, the public's sick of waiting. I wanna shove my special thing into this bill, and then the bills become bloated and and and really a skew of what they were supposed to be. And that's what we're seeing with a lot of this, and that's even being proposed for clarity. And it needs to be passed by itself, and it needs to be something that is not an omnibus. It needs to be very clear about the rules in which we can do things to really advance this space, and they have the regular wider market use crypto. Because right now, we're still in this, like, gray area with a lot of stuff. Just because the SEC is not enforcing a lot of things doesn't mean that another administration doesn't come in and start to enforce things right back to where we were. Because if we don't have the Clarity Act or something to protect us, it's not actually set in stone. It's just an administration's policy.
[1:12:52] NatNat @Natnatx007: So can we see this as as something that that is going to be dragged on or can be dragged on for the remaining of the year since it's not priority?
[1:13:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. You know, this is where... I think there's gonna be a push before the midterms to get this passed. We'll see if it's successful or not because I know that both Democrat and Republican sides want to be able to run on this for their campaigns or put it in their ads that they helped pass this legislation. And I I don't know if they'll be successful. And I would say that as it stands right now, there has been positive conversations and movement, but that needs to result in action. And we are seeing, well, I mean, congresses. There's... There barely any action there. There's... The only action they get is is giving themselves out on, you know, not disclosing why they're paying for certain things regarded to accusations. That's all.
[1:13:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: So, Andy, they were supposed to have a conversation today. Was that just all for show, or did that even happen? Because I wasn't able to keep track of that.
[1:14:02] Landy @CryptoLandy: I believe it happened. I don't believe it was just for show, but I don't know. I don't care about conversations anymore. I'm telling you. I go to Washington. I'm having conversations all the time. I'm having more conversations there about conversations and future conversation. It's literally the announcement of an announcement of an announcement area of the world. Like, we're gonna have conversations about having a conversation about a particular subject that we'll have conversations about. Yep. Best is when they're open to having conversation. Yo. This is... I... This conversation right here where we're talking about them having conversations is actually less of a conversation than they're conversating about at this very moment. Right? There's people...
[1:14:49] Voice E: Mandy, who is there any is there any... Because it's gotta be incentive based for that. Obviously, there's not a huge incentive and the banks are probably... Well, we know the banks are lobbying against it. They're not a huge fan if they can't skimp some off the top here. But, I mean, there's gotta be a... I mean, there is gonna be a way where they get incentives aligned with getting them as much money as possible. I'm kinda curious if this... Think if it's gonna work out that way because I'm, like, sitting here going, the crypto folks aren't gonna be happy because they're gonna sniff it out, like, in two seconds how the banks are gonna be siphoning money out and how everyone's gonna win. But that's the only way it's gonna get passed. Like, it's only gonna get passed once they're ascended or aligned. So I'm like, we might be bouncing around here like a ping pong ball for... I know. This is like...
[1:15:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: This is where, like, when when Charles was talking to DG about this, I completely disagree with Charles. And granted, Charles is there in Washington. He's been in the room. Right? He knows what these conversations about. He's been an advocate for getting laws on the books that are crypto friendly and providing for clarification on what can be done and can't be done. And and right down to the minutiae, the very specific elements. Brilliant guy. He knows what he's talking about in this regard. But something that he, I think, has a big swing and a miss on is that if you just put some crypto native czar in charge, they would be able to get some sort of legislation passed by pushing that stuff through with congress. There's no way. The banks are not going to not get involved no matter who's in power, no matter they are there, and they have... They are one of the biggest lobbies. Okay? They are going to go there, and they are going to sit at the table and say no to everything, especially if it was, a crypto guy. And I'm not a fan of David Sachs, by the way. I'm... I am noted as saying that guy, man, f that guy. Why is he there? But he's there. And quite frankly, I can't hate on the guy. He's actually done an okay job, but the problem is is that he surrounded it with his cronies. And then the banks get in with their cronies, and I've just got a a crony storm. Right? It's like it's a... It's like you're you're looking at it with a little Dragon Ball energy meter reading, and you're like, it's over 9,000 cronies. Alright? It's literally cronyism, and it's not even crony capitalism. It's just cronyism. And the problem there is that there's... They're not hammering on the points that actually need to be fixed. And even if you had a crypto person in there, they'd just be outright, you know, like a straight up person who understands and has driven things forward in the crypto industry. Right? Let's say it was Charles himself. Right? And by the way, most of crypto would be like, oh my god. No. But he's a good guy. He knows what he's talking about. He understands policy. But the banks just wouldn't work with them, and they would stall the bill through congress. There's no way that it would ever get through. So for all the criticisms that even I levy at mister Sachs and his crony buddies, guess what? That's actually the best chance to get them through because these guys are all freaking in bed with the banks anyway out of Silicon Valley. So they at least know what they what they are talking about with each other, and it doesn't just become straight up butting heads. But what we're seeing is they're butting heads anyway because the Trump administration recognized that this was gonna be a problem and wanted to bring in the wider industry of crypto into it and say, no. No. No. You can't just take this over, guys. You gotta have their input. You can't just make it all hunky dory for the banks and completely take over this industry and write everything to your advantage. So that's why you have all the crypto conferences. It's why the crypto lobby is becoming more powerful. A lot of people think that Trump is the... And the administration is actually the enemy in this regard. They're the only reason that we're even at the table because these guys, Sachs and their buddies and the bankers were gonna shove us right out the door. And I know this for a fact. This is not like, oh, he's just theorizing because he read an article. No. No. I know this. This is something...... Follow-up, Wendy.
[1:19:07] Voice E: When you when you get a chance, unless you sleep in some spot.
[1:19:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Just feel like
[1:19:10] Landy @CryptoLandy: it's, like, kind of... God. I'm getting mad. I'm getting angry, Sorry.
[1:19:14] Voice E: So I I had interviewed Gary Cardone, like, a month ago. And he has a very... I guess I spent, a year with, like, a certain type of Bitcoiner on a lot of our spaces. He comes out very differently. He made his money, throwing gas, this world. So he he has a very different, like,
[1:19:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: take on Bitcoin. One of the
[1:19:34] Voice E: things he said was... And hopefully, it's not... I don't know how these are. I got new AirPods. These are not terrible audio recordings. Feel like it might be. But he mentioned that, you know, Bitcoin is so early, and he's not really a big fan of this whole narrative of the SBR, the strategic Bitcoin reserve, all these acts that I pushed through. He's like, look. It... It's irrelevant. Bitcoin will... Can you... I mean, I think he was specifically talking more on Bitcoin. I'm But curious if you share that, if it's one of those where, you know, we're talking about these actions need to be pushed forward. But I'm like, does Bitcoin and the industry just grind up anyway even if we're sitting here in this, like, middle zone for the next five, ten years? Does it still go up just because the fundamentals of Bitcoin and where we're sitting just in in the economies in general? Like... Or do you see us kinda flatlining for a while?
[1:20:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: We are absolutely going to go up into the right no matter what over the longer term regardless of what happens. Right? Because...
[1:20:31] Voice E: Because he's not even a fan of the strategic Bitcoin reserve. He was like, I don't even think it would be necessary. Like, they're just gonna stick gold, silver, and all these other things in there.
[1:20:39] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, yeah. I mean, they're going to do Bitcoin. They're gonna do gold, silver. They're already creating reserves of rare earth elements. Now, of course, that's not with the treasury. Those are different departments. The SBR is specifically is specifically the treasury. So, you know, I could see... I don't I don't think that the... Many are looking at the Bitcoin act as being a catalyst. And the way that it was originally written would be... I I was already screaming that this is not the way that you do it. This is a way that you get people excited and sell them on an idea, but this is not the way that you do it. You don't tell the the market the cadence of your accumulation. Alright? That's stupid. Alright? Because then you're just gonna get front run by every nation state on the planet and every sovereign on the on the planet and every bank on the planet. You'll be the exit liquidity at the end of the day, and that just ends up being the taxpayers. Right? Even if... Because that's not budget neutral accumulation unless till later, what did we get? We got the change. That's where we said treasury wants us to pull the gold certificates back from the banks, revalue them at fair market value, and then send them back the dollar amount to make them whole on that side of things, but then you have all this extra free float. And then you use that to accumulate the Bitcoin, and then the... With no stated accumulation pattern like was in the original. Now what what... Why is this even important to what's going on with clarity or genius or any of
[1:22:11] Voice E: these
[1:22:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: things? One, there was nothing genius about genius, and there was nothing clear about clarity, and there's nothing reserved about the SBR if you don't have an accumulation plan. It's literally just a holding. It's it's literally just holding. It's not accumulating. But there's a few other things that are catalysts here, right, is budget neutral accumulation, which we won't know until well after the fact if the US treasury has done so. And then you get the Bitcoin act, which could potentially further accumulation. What would that do to the industry? I think that that would actually be bad for the industry because then you kick off an arms race for Bitcoin. Right? And why would you wanna kick off an arms race for Bitcoin? And you could tell I'm on the treadmill now. But why would you kick off the arms race for Bitcoin and just make it more expensive for yourself by instituting this legislation. Just just on the speculation alone, it's gonna go very, very high. And then you're gonna get competing nations, then you kick off the whole, you know, buying it throughout every, you know, city and county and state. Because once the Fed's in and actually accumulating, the federal government, in this case, the US Treasury, in and accumulating, even the Fed will want to accumulate, which who knows? They might have some on the books. Maybe that's why they have the the the Bitcoin price pairs on their website. But this is where you you... None of these things matter when you're lock... When you're looking on a long enough time frame. But what they what they can do by not having anything in place is stall things in terms of price action for a while, but we'll still get things grinding sideways and up. Because eventually, you're gonna see Ethereum break out of that holding pattern. You know, many would... And and especially hardcore Bitcoiners are gonna tell you it's gonna break to the downside to zero. But realistically, with the investment that's already in it, likely gonna break to the upside. It's just a matter of when regardless of legislation. Legislation and upcoming excitement about it being passed and then it passing can cause nice pops, but it's really all about the underlying money that's moving, which you would see much, much earlier.
[1:24:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: Great take, Andy. Go ahead, alpha gamer.
[1:24:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yo. What's up, my favorite people in spaces? It is not a beautiful day in the bay. It's a sweaty, heat driven, sun melting your face off, 90 degree weather over here in the Bay Area right now. Like, man, people are over there freezing. I'm like, man, it's it's... We're we're dying of sweat over here.
[1:25:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's a 100 degrees at the beach here.
[1:25:06] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. It's insane, this heat wave right now.
[1:25:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: I agree. People are giving me thumbs down. I'm telling you, it's freaking hot over here. We're we're tired.
[1:25:16] NatNat @Natnatx007: Monday night, it's cold over here.
[1:25:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, I'm sorry, Matt. But, yeah, I 100% agree with Landy. Yeah. A lot of those stuff he's saying is these guys don't... Do not have he... His title might say AI and crypto czar, but he is not crypto. Right? I mean, Landy's a 100% correct. They do not give two shits about, you know, retail crypto specific... You know, they don't care. They're... And when they're trying to, you know, oh, it's... You know, Brian Armstrong is holding this back, and they're trying to put the blame on crypto people. It's like, no. It ain't. We know what it's really about. It's about the freaking yield. Right? The the banks don't wanna give it up their profit margins, and and it's clear as day. Right? Jamie Dimon already said it, know, in in public. That's what the real battle is about. And... Oh, and yeah, you know, Circle has been pumping. There is some other ones that I saw. You know, I mentioned... Oh, and this is the... This man, it's so hot. I could barely think right now. You know, when when Landy and Nat and everyone's... You know, when we... You know, for the people out there that always wonder, I I get asked this question a lot. And, really, they just ask, you know, how do I always find the place? How do I find this stuff before everyone else does? Real simple. The secret is Bitcoin trading pairs. A lot of the OGs, like, that was the only way we could trade, you know, last cycle. That was the only way to get all coins. It was actually through Bitcoin trading pairs. And now what what happened now is a lot of the alpha you can catch... For example, I caught Hyperliquid because I was looking at it, you know, Hyperliquid versus Bitcoin, and I saw on my chart, I even posted it, you know, like, around February 27, February 28 was the pivot. And then the news came out, you know, about, oh, we're tokenizing US oil on hyper liquid and, you know, billion dollars in open interest. But that news came out after. Right? The chart already showed the the reversal and and the, you know, the pivot into the uptrend. So that was hyper liquid. Another one I'm noticing is layer zero. I wouldn't be surprised to see some kind of news come... I I haven't found news yet, but the chart, right, it's the same thing as Hyperliquid. Layer zero is showing the same thing. It's showing strength against Bitcoin. So I wouldn't be surprised, you know, some kind of bullish news all of a sudden pops out. You know? So... Oh, and then the other one that's not crypto, but it's a stock is bullish, the platform. B l... BLSH. I posted about that one too because I noticed that... So so there's... Lanny can explain this more. But, essentially, six... It's already... They're already past six months after their IPO launch. And six months, you know, after IPO is usually a good... Know, that... That's usually when they get unlocks and, you know, the people that are... Got an early dump. But on that one specifically, the the IPO price was $37, and it's sitting at $38 right now. So, you know, I posted about it and let all my, you know, chat groups and alpha groups know about it because I'm like, look. You know? The people that wanted to dump, dumped. So now it's kinda basing out. And and that... I think that's one from Peter Thiel. So so I know, like, a lot of people don't like the guy. Even me, I'm not really a big, you know, whatever. Right? But when you're doing TA and techno... You know, technical analysis, like, you gotta separate your emotions. Right? And and, you know, the chart will... It it... You know, the charts give you... You know, they... Either you go with it or you don't. Right? So that was another one that I saw. But, yeah, for me, I'm I'm still bullish on HyperLiquid. As long as this whole thing and the Strait Of Hormuz and oil... As long as you see... As long as I'm saying oil on the news, that's just more volume coming into HyperLiquid as more people are are finding out about it and start trading, you know, on it. And, really, the benefactor of that is HyperLiquid itself. You know? So, you know, just the fees alone and all that open interest, you know, for all their perks. Yeah. It's gonna be interesting to watch how that... You know, the longer this goes out, the more people are gonna trade on it. But, yeah, that's Are we
[1:30:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: talking about are we talking about my favorite house of all finance?
[1:30:12] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Maybe. Maybe. But that's that's just my 2¢. That's my my rant.
[1:30:18] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. The engineer, go ahead. I see you had your hands up, and then we'll go to court one.
[1:30:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: So, Landy, it's great to talk about these issues, but what can... I'm a Canadian citizen, so I'm out of the picture. But those American citizens, how can they get involved and step up to the plate to try to enact the change that we need to see? Because y'all are the ones that can really do it, and we're just left on the sidelines.
[1:30:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: Landy. Oh, is he right?
[1:30:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's running too hard on the treadmill.
[1:30:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: Landy. Oh, no.
[1:31:00] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Oh, yep. He's probably he's probably rugging. Pretty much the only thing we can do, I know I know Landy will probably say, is contact your local, you know, politician. Right? That's that's really... Even us, that's really all you can do. But, you know, in our case, in California, it ain't gonna really go that far, you know, because the freaking anti crypto army is right here. And yeah. Well... Yeah. Well, actually, this is... Oh, this is a recorded space. Yeah. Yeah. I can't I can't say nothing. I don't wanna get fired. But, yeah, California is the best. We have the best governor ever.
[1:31:41] NatNat @Natnatx007: Is it the best?
[1:31:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: And and and, yeah, there's no fraud like Minnesota going on here. There's no luring centers. You're Oh, you're back.
[1:31:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, thank god, man. Yeah.
[1:31:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Go go ahead.
[1:31:52] Landy @CryptoLandy: Gavin Newsom is a scumbag, and he is heading up and pushing for anti crypto stuff here in the state of California. Screw him. Screw his staff who won't return my phone calls even though they're supposed to because there's meetings coming up. But, no, they are... You're you're 100% right in in that they are part of who is lobbying along with Pocahontas, who actually doesn't have any Indian blood. The new Department of Homeland Security guy is actually Cherokee, so I wonder if he's gonna say something to her. But they are the cabal that's getting together with the banks to really push back against this, and there's actually not all banks are against this. There's a comment in the in the audience here I wanted to address real quick, though, and it was from papers projects or whatever. I'm... I think I'm reading that right. I'm sorry if I'm not. Like, what specifically does the clarity bill... That that... It's not that it stifles innovation. It... It's it's not written to to get... To to perpetuate innovation, right, which naturally allows for other players to get involved and take advantage of it that would push crypto innovation to the sidelines. And in this case, you know, they're... The only thing in clarity is that we have we have... Well, we... It's turned into a fight about stablecoin yield and and and protecting the banks from that kind of stuff. But reality is that all it does is slightly modify some language and codify it in that we get a clear digital commodity CFTC spot market oversight. Right? That's it. And... But but when it comes to things like DeFi and and developers, that's where it provide... That's where things get really, really really, really prohibitive because there's... You you... Noncustodial protocols need protection to build. And if you don't have that protection to build, you're literally just kneecapping the entire crypto space. Right? And then you're you're... And you're picking winners based on who the banks wanna partner with as a custodial institution. So it's it's it's not it's not a good bill as it's written right now. It's really not. There is some DeFi stuff that's good. There's some... But I'm I'm distilling this down for a space. I encourage if you really wanna go and look at the the particulars and what that... What those things mean is that you go and you throw a... Throw the actual bill as written into, I would say, a non biased AI. You're gonna get very different results if you go with one of these cookie cutter AIs. I would go with a non biased AI or say, you... Don't be biased. I wanna know how this affects these things as an outcome and be very specific about it because it's gonna give you the rosy... Rose colored glasses picture in many cases. If you're not willing to go and read it yourself, put it into an AI, talk to the AI about the DeFi developer side of things, you're gonna understand why I was talking about what I was talking about. We we... And and the the overarching fight about stablecoin yield, that that is a problem that the banks are scared because if you encroach on yield, which is the only thing that they're banking on, now they have to share that yield, with... Because of competitors doing that, oh, boy. That's something that can really shake up the banking industry and destabilize the economy. That's their point. And granted, they have a valid point, but it's either get on the freaking treadmill and run with us or be left behind as the irrelevant fractionalized reserve crap system that you've built prior. Right? That's my real... My take on this. Alright. If you wanna get involved, contact your representatives. State, local, great, but not gonna do too much unless you wanna get involved at the state and local level. If you want to get involved in this, there's a few different ways. You can go with the stand with crypto, which is a a a grassroots pack. Right? There's the Blockchain Association. That's your... All your big United States American exchanges. You can get involved there. Now it's a little bit different. Blockchain Association is the big boys and girls. Alright? They are... They're not the regular everyday holders that are getting into these packs. But I would go... Stand with crypto is one. You have the digital chamber or the chamber of digital commerce, which you can, get involved in, especially on the Bitcoin side of things. There's the Crypto Council for Innovation. You can look there. There's a lot of bigger players in there as well. That's... I believe that's where you have Coinbase also, but you have Circle, Solana, and a few others. That's mainly focused on staking and taxes is, like, the big focus. Taxes is one of the biggest focuses for them. And then there's a few different DeFi organizations. There's CoinCenter. There's the DeFi Education Fund. These are nonprofit organizations. Those are the ones that a lot of people aren't paying attention to, and those are the ones that are gonna be the most impacted via the Clarity Act. Right? Like, the other particulars we've already kind of had in place was CFTC oversight of of of these things and SEC oversight and the split between the two when it comes to what is a security, what is not. Then there's a few others. There's
[1:37:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Lynn. Lynn, yeah, I don't cut you, bro. Yeah. I don't mean to cut you, bro, but you're obviously not looking at your phone. I was throwing you a bunch of stuff, but I I gotta jump at ten after. No. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. I... Yeah. I just had some family stuff that I that I had to do, and, yeah, it's ten after. And I'm with my sister, so I'm with the kids, and I gotta go, kinda babysit. So, yeah, can have these little psychos running around out here, and I have to feed them also. So... Yeah. But, Cade, I love that you came here, bro. Landy, great. Great. I feel like today was, like, the Landy episode of ATC, which is great. I love it. I was listening with my ear pods in. Shout out to ear pods, which I've spent the whole weekend without ear pods. But, Natalie, thank you. Cade, it was great to have you. We appreciate you letting us farm your audience. MV, Landy, great, great, great stuff. Koma, the engineer. Kobra, good to see you, Samara. Gamer, it was me. It wasn't Koma. By the way, Koma, it was not you. It was me that said the... Made the comment about Circle. So I will take all of that. I heard that. I just wasn't near the phone. Koma, it's good to see you too, man. And to everybody, obviously, that came through here. So all you WolfWeb three peeps, shout out ninjas in the crowd. Ninja, s link, don't forget we have the action fight campaign cooking on tater trader. But, yeah, great stuff, guys. I appreciate that. I do gotta run. So we will see you guys. Peace.
[1:38:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: I agree with everything Landy said.
[1:39:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't do that. Don't know. That that sullies it now. Don't do that. And then she just says a bunch of... Hey. That... Oh, exactly. Forget it. I'm closing.
