All Things Crypto: Polymarket vs. Kalshi? Who ya got?

AIAltcoinsBTCChinaETHEquitiesGeopoliticsGuests / AMAs

The show opens with an ATC theme track, then a warning about scams run through hacked accounts linked to a project (spelled 'Mecanec' in the transcript), with Landy credited for calling them out and frustration that the founder has gone silent. During World Cup coverage, Messi's records come up, and the panel debates a Wall Street Journal story that Polymarket paid creators to post fake bet slips, Kalshi applying for an IPO at about a $22B valuation, and the Kalshi-Polymarket rivalry. A long prediction-markets debate follows: whether it's just gambling, DraftKings dropping to about $14B, whether sportsbooks can break in, two-sided liquidity, regulation, Europe's licensing, and a guest's interest in China and AI data. The back half covers World Cup picks and hydration breaks, SpaceX's IPO price action ahead of Nasdaq-100 inclusion and unlocks, and a satirical XRP/Galactic Federation riff. It closes with EU rules (only 210 of 1,200+ crypto firms authorized), OKX staying live in the EU and its ICE joint venture, and Ethereum Foundation departures forming 'EAT Labs'.

[0:03:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Thanks, crypto. Oh, the case of the Mondays, the stragglers, the stragglers that come in on Monday. Well, listen. It's gonna be the five of us guys. We're gonna have a great time today because it's Monday.
[0:03:36] chromatique @chromatique: Not the
[0:03:36] Moni @monitalan: day so much news, and there's so much news.
[0:03:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: I know. There is so much news. By the way, thank you. I I don't know. I haven't checked the chat actually in a second. But I just wanna say thank you for obviously just literally giving us, like, literally the the four one one on every piece of fucking news out there. It keeps me in the know all the time. It takes me a lot of work to be perfectly honest. So thank you. You are the best. Appreciate you. What's up, guys? Natalie, what's up?
[0:04:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh my goodness. I am so good. I... My bad. You know, my nap ran a little over about
[0:04:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, somebody was sleepy sleepy.
[0:04:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, man. It has been... It's it's it's been a good day. Great weekend. It's 37. There is a lot of lot of news and a lot of interesting stuff happened in the weekend with accounts that we kinda all... You know, we're keeping an eye on and we're kinda involved in, and then it turned out to be, like, scammy scammy. And shout out to Landy for calling those accounts out.
[0:04:41] Kool @koolcryptovc: Wait. Who's getting scammed? What happened?
[0:04:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: Duh. So I'm talking about the the... I don't even know how to pronounce it. Mechanic? Mechanic?
[0:04:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, Mechanic and the rest of this bullshit. This crazy.
[0:04:52] NatNat @Natnatx007: Shout out to Landy for calling them out and posting about them. It's always great to bring awareness when something like that happens. That way people that aren't really in the know, they are now informed and know... Not... In known... To be careful.
[0:05:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Let's hope, man. Let's hope. And, Lainie, any news on that? Like, do we know who's there? I know Brett said that he spoke to x five. Like, what's the deal? What's the latest?
[0:05:17] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: No idea. Doesn't... I don't care. I don't give a shit. Look. Excuse my language. But if you're... If you are going to dip and then allow any people that have access back into the socials to then run scams across not one, not two, but now three of the main accounts, that seems purposeful. So I don't care who has access, whose fault it is. They're all guilty in my eyes because you're allowing it to happen. Not one peep from any of them, including x factor about, hey. Just a warning. This isn't us or the team. I'm not associate... Nobody's disavowing it. Everybody's just going along like nothing's happening. They have their freaking chat still open in in Telegram, so I screamed at them there too about it. Because... Look. Anything they do now, I'm going to hunt them. Anything. And they... You can change accounts. You could do all that. Trust me. You are on a call with the puppet who already logged your freaking VPN IP addresses and got all the shit on the background. You think you can hop through public VPNs? Like, you're not gonna get found out. Are you kidding me? We can signature match from the entry to exit. It's all about the on ramps and off ramps. I know each and every single one of their team members' names now. I know where they live. I know which countries they've been in. So go ahead. Like, keep trying. And it's... I don't care. It's not like they're gonna do anything of significance. This is the most broke behavior I've ever seen. You're gonna launch a pump fund and rug a $50,000 market cap. You probably didn't even make money. That's how stupid they are. So keep trying it. Keep doing it, and we're just gonna be there to shut them down so the people don't ever interact with them ever again. And if they ever try to get a job in this space, good luck. Because I'm gonna go around... You think that Landy's a LARP, and he doesn't know anybody? Okay. Let's test that theory out. Let's go. Let's try it.
[0:07:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like this, Landy, so much. This is so great, especially on a Monday. I'm fired up right now. Let's go, Landy. We'll bring these bitches down.
[0:07:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: See this side of land. They need to hear him out.
[0:08:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Exactly.
[0:08:01] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: You know, when I've reached out and touched people, they don't come back.
[0:08:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: That sounds kinda creepy, but scary, but also funny at the same time. Yeah. Thank you so much.
[0:08:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: With the puppet arms, man. You know?
[0:08:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, man. Let me just see him now. Teabagging his little puppet ball feet. You know? Anyways, cool. What's up,? It's it's Monday. All I'm here is teabagging in LA. What's going on? No. Happy happy post Father's Day, man. It's all the fathers out here, man. No. It's good. I've been... I mean, enjoying the walk up and just chilling and enjoying the vibe, Father's Day. But did I miss something, man? Or what's... What what what what what kind of Yeah. No. Our bro our bro's so mad, man. Landed this early early Monday morning. What's going on?
[0:08:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: Absolutely. What's going on? You. You're sitting down while you walk because I think you're driving. Right? Nobody's driving standing up. I hope not. Right? I'm just sitting down. So you remember, the Zyber team, how they were working on multiple projects. They were working, obviously, on cyber, on dock markets, and I think on Mecanect as well. So it's just a coincidence that all of the accounts were hacked and put out pump.fund addresses all within a weekend. Right? Just a coincidence that it still happens in the middle of the bear market, and Landy found out and called them out for all of it.
[0:09:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: That is absolutely crazy. Not surprising, though. It is a bear market vibe in crypto, so people are desperate for money, man. So, I mean, it's what it is, though. But I I I don't think I should be surprised, though, but it's just you know, what I'm realizing in more more and more... And and crypto is just everything's just a freaking scam, man. It's just hard to trust people out here, man. It's hard to build a business. Everyone just wants steal your money, steal your seed phrase, steal from you, hard to trust, and it's just... Makes the space very hard to be in right now. Maybe maybe just bear market advice, but, I mean, I'm still here. Whatever. But it is hard to trust anything now. Everything is coming, and it's just... It is very irritating, man. I'm not gonna lie to you guys, man. But... Yeah.
[0:10:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: What bothers me is is that we have this mutual friend that never has said anything ever since, you know, they left. It would have been nice for this individual to, like, reach out and say, hey. Just like what happened with with Dave and the project he was part of. Right? He's like, yeah. It didn't work there. We tried. It's not gonna go. It didn't work out. Right? It would have been some... It would have been nice if this individual kinda, like, own up to it too and said, you know what? My my bad guys, it didn't work out. It's crypto. Because we understand. Right? We've all been part of projects that never really work out. Right? We all, you know, try to put something forward that never really went anywhere. Right? So it's part of the crypto space. There's no reason for this individual to go in hiding. I would have respected it so much more if he would have just, like, came out and just told us exactly what it was.
[0:11:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It's it's... If I had to guess, it's probably just shame. I'm assuming you're talking about expat. I have to shame... He's just shamed of what's going on. I don't know. Who knows, man? But like I said, it's just you you know, the beauty the beauty about time is you do eventually get to see the people you kinda kinda trust a bit. I get trust a lot, I guess, over time, but you you you you do see the people that stick around. And we've been we've been together for a long time, and people people come and people go, but but but the real the real people stay behind, man. Yeah. So I don't understand how long is it gonna take you motherfuckers to realize that I'm broke, and I need y'all to send me some fucking Bitcoin. It's been two and a half to three years already. I know you people. I'm tapped.
[0:11:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: Send the money. I'm doing the best I can. I mean, I signed up to a subscriber only thing that nothing ever happened.
[0:11:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, woah. Woah. We are not gonna go down this $6 route for a $200 NFT route. Okay? We're gonna let that go. Goddamn it.
[0:11:56] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Hold on a second. Think
[0:11:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: this funny. Dave goes evil. 25. Not not subscribe. Buy now, pay later program. Layaway now. You remember layaway?
[0:12:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Layaway. Too good.
[0:12:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. But that that project is not that income. There's a lot coming out, so you may wanna... I'll keep you guys updated.
[0:12:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Let's go. Let's go. Monica, what's up? How are you?
[0:12:24] Moni @monitalan: I'm good watching the game. It's pouring. I don't know how these guys are gonna finish that match. It is raining so hard. It's France against Iraq. France is up one to zero.
[0:12:38] Kool @koolcryptovc: That could actually... Wait a minute.
[0:12:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: That could actually change the outcome of the game. No? I mean, like, weather... Like, everyone thinks that... I mean, France is at, like, 98% right now. It's only one nothing.
[0:12:47] Moni @monitalan: Wow. You never know. Anyway, it's raining so hard. Like, go for it, guys. Or not. Right? It may actually be good for them. Anyway, enjoying the World Cup. And we... I mean, there's so much happening. When people say CP is dead, I'm like, it's because people are not following the news. There is so much happening.
[0:13:06] NatNat @Natnatx007: Did you guys see Curacao with another amazing record? For how many blocks? Like, 21 blocks. It was something incredible. It was a beautiful match.
[0:13:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh,
[0:13:16] Moni @monitalan: yeah. It was so... And the Copavera, they both were just amazing.
[0:13:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. I mean,
[0:13:21] Moni @monitalan: it was just so good.
[0:13:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: That game yesterday was probably the best game. I was saying it this morning on g m p m. And thank you guys for anybody that helped really help us promote. The g m p m episode today was the best episode we've had so far from turnout viewership. It was our first, like, real legitimate sponsor who was super happy. I'm, like, pulling the clips now. So I just wanna say everyone, obviously, that helped us, like, retweet, push it out, whatever. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Like, a million times over. You guys are fucking awesome. So thanks. I think I
[0:13:49] Moni @monitalan: mentioned the the Messi real quick. All the records he broke today. Most World Cup final goals by football... Well, soccer player. 18. Most FIFA World Cup matches played by an individual, 28. Most matches won by a player. 18. Most minutes played in the football FIFA World Cup, 2489. And that's... And we're just getting started.
[0:14:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And we're just... We didn't even hit the knockout round. The Argentina looks good, man. They might they genuinely might repeat. But the thing the thing with soccer is you never know, like, one game to the next. You never know. Once you start getting against the... You start pitting the powerhouses against the powerhouses, then it gets, like, really, really... Then you see, like, who's really here to, like, play and win. But... Yeah. I mean, Messi is just, I mean, he scored literally every single goal for Argentina so far. The five goals that they have, like, he scored every single one of them. And they've... One more impressive than the other. So it's been it's been amazing, man. Incredible to watch. So much fun. And we were talking about this today, guys, where World Cup literally just brings so much money. Right? Like, yes, the prediction markets, but I mean everywhere. Right? Like, it is just in an abundance of people. It's the it's the the the world's most popular sport on the biggest stage possible where the, like, the entire world unites. And it's like, how do people not take advantage of this? So, yeah, I'm glad we're in the position we're in with GNPM. Content creators, if you're not doing World Cup stuff, I don't know what's... I don't know what you're doing. But, yeah, it's it's just... It's been impressive. But, obviously, like, we can kick it off, by starting with, you know, the the the news that we actually talked about this more. This call sheet... This... Excuse me. This Polymarket, Fagazy, like, hey. We were paying people. They were putting up fake slips. I mean, they're like, oh, like, we... We're not admitting any wrongdoing. I say this. Look. The whole story was, ultimately, they were paying creators that were literally putting up fake slips that were bets that never even hit. Essentially, like, all the bets that they put up instead of making over a million bucks, they would have lost, like, a $166. It's... Look. Has any business ever been successful without just a little bit of deceptive practice? You know what I mean? Just a little a little bit. You know what mean? It's not crime per se, but, like, when they're starting off, sometimes you gotta... You know? I don't know. Monie, what what... What's your take on this?
[0:16:12] Moni @monitalan: Well, here's my thing. I think this comes from Polymarket being a crypto native company, unfortunately, where this is the case. Now if they wanna be taken seriously, they're gonna have to change quickly, especially if they wanna IPO because this could really hurt them. You know, I saw a lot of people saying, oh, Cal Shi, like, has to deal with Dow Jones. This is why it was done. Well, the Wall Street Journal has a deal with Polymarket. So I think it was just investigative reporters. They have a really good data analytics reporter who goes in and looks at at data. And so they did... I mean, I think it was a really good story. It's getting a ton of engagement, but I think it comes from selling market being a crypto native platform. I may be wrong. I don't know, Landy or others, what you guys think.
[0:17:03] Shaksi @shaksi: I I feel like the whole... It was obvious with the way the stories were coming out one after the other. Oh, you know, few hours, within the event and such. I mean, like, really, like, false advertisements, they should be getting their knuckles slapped or their hands slapped, if you will. And that, like, the content creation aspect of it, and I think there's a better way that content creation can be done to engage with people, but, like, fooling people into bets that never happened and into payouts never... That never existed, It's a bit of a wobbly road to take
[0:17:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: because you're...
[0:17:44] Shaksi @shaksi: It's not like... You're allowed things like, okay. In advertising, what are the things that are allowed? You know, omission by facts, and, you know, it's kind of accepted. Cherry picking data, it's kinda accepted. You know? The kind of, you know, the puffery where things are exaggerated. Again, it's one of those, you know, example being the best tea in the world. It might not be, but you're kind of allowed. So you have a lot of leeway, but to out route... Outright lie, you know, what is it? The advertising standard authority or that's what it is in The UK. I don't know what it is in The America. Should be getting a penny... A few pennies of on this.
[0:18:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. What do we think about the whole story of, like like, that this was, a piece commit... Like, that this was, a hip piece commissioned by Kalshi? Because the IPO wars are now heating up. Right? Like, Kalshi just applied for an IPO. I'm... Like, obviously, like, being first to market, you're probably gonna get the most fanfare and maybe the most... And the more... The most investment maybe from some of these bigger funds if you're the first one to market, like, to IPO. And I I I think we mentioned this also. Like, when you think about, like, Polymarket, like, thought Polymarket was gonna be the one to first IPO. I don't know. Mona, go ahead.
[0:18:59] Moni @monitalan: I I think I think if it was any other outlet on The Wall Street Journal, I don't think this was... That's not. I've worked with investigative reporters at The Wall Street Journal. I don't... I mean, they could have said, hey. Look at this. But if it wasn't a real story, it would have been... Ever been published.
[0:19:19] Shaksi @shaksi: I mean, if it's true, it's true regardless of, you know, the... Whatever intent was behind. Also, if the truth surfaces and you got caught red hand with your, you know, your hand down the cookie jar, it's your fault. Don't be blaming nobody else. But at the same time, it's... The the... When you're playing game of risk versus reward, the ultimate question becomes is, does this risk you took, how much of a blowback does it have on your underlying business? And does it get... Create you more awareness that you can suck it up and say, yeah. No problem. I take it on the chin. If I can help you up first and make a few bills on, you know, billions on top of it. Yeah.
[0:20:07] Kool @koolcryptovc: What do we think?
[0:20:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean, I don't know. I I don't know. I feel like this is just... Like, do we think this is gonna intensify? Do we think it's just gonna kinda die out? Where do we where we at?
[0:20:16] Kool @koolcryptovc: I think I think it'll probably die out, man. I mean, we... You know, these guys, they've made a lot
[0:20:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: of money. They had... They do have a lot
[0:20:21] Kool @koolcryptovc: of money on their watch. There's a lot of lawyers, and they probably just pay a fine. This environment is... You know, companies are are making a lot of money now. So I don't I don't think... You know, the the budget is pretty fine. We've seen banks do even much, much worse than this, way worse than this, and they pay to find and moved on. So we've seen banks basically fund or hand do drug cartels money, billions of of it, and they pay a fine and move on. I mean, we've seen banks, you know, use customer funds to do stuff, and they pay
[0:20:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: a fine move on. So it's... It probably should be fine, bro,
[0:20:57] Kool @koolcryptovc: or probably even nothing. They hide, probably die die... Die eventually, and it'll be something else, man. Yeah.
[0:21:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Got it. Alright. That'll be What I do think
[0:21:09] Moni @monitalan: is gonna intensify is the call sheet Polymarket. Of course, remember Polymarket said that they had a spy in their office or they had more of their... Whatever. I just think... I mean, I remember when calls she announced, like, the one day supermarket in New York was to beat Polymarket to their, like, bigger announcement, which was actually about a better program, which was the whole partnership with the Food Bank of New York. But overall, I think they're just gonna intensify these these wars between the two.
[0:21:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: I think as they get close to, like, IPO and... Because I I haven't looked into, like, the dates yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if they IPO close to each other. And as those dates get close, I can see it intensifying as well. But I do see over the long term, it cools also. But I think as of right now, it kinda intensifies first.
[0:22:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: You think $22,000,000,000 valuation for Kalshi is cheap, guys?
[0:22:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: I do.
[0:22:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Me too. I know we said Andoril at 61 or 62,000,000,000 is cheap. I feel like, and any of these guys at 20,000,000,000 is hella cheap just considering the gravity and, like, the growth and how much money they're seeing. Yeah.
[0:22:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: 100% agree. But I think at the end of the day, you know what's gonna detect, who's gonna determine the winner? I think once they IPO whoever has the higher price is gonna... And the higher, market cap, market valuation, I think that's really gonna determine the winner for sure.
[0:22:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I guess... But it's not worth that.
[0:22:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: Sorry. Yep.
[0:22:41] Moni @monitalan: Just... Polymarket is not fully available in The US, right, still. So that's the other part. That will be interesting when they are.
[0:22:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: You still getting a $100 checks from Polymarket for this app
[0:22:53] Moni @monitalan: not working? No. It hasn't crashed anymore. I'm waiting for my... For them to crash again. People use it so I can crash, and I can get a little bit more money.
[0:23:02] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. We we we we should ask Coma if he has any inside info with the Polymarket drama because maybe he knows, you know, his insider friends with with.
[0:23:14] Kkoma @itskkoma: I I know nothing. I did not have any relationships with any of the polymarket folks. But, actually, it's kinda funny money. Like, did you already lose the $100, or is that why you're
[0:23:26] Moni @monitalan: doing I've already doubled it. I made $10 today thanks to you, to that tennis call. I do very small. I'm not very aggressive.
[0:23:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: Was like,
[0:23:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'll put
[0:23:36] Moni @monitalan: $10.10 bucks and I made 20. So...
[0:23:38] Kkoma @itskkoma: Wait. How did you know about my tennis call? What what group
[0:23:41] Moni @monitalan: does to you guys. No. I was
[0:23:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: listening to those things.
[0:23:45] Moni @monitalan: See? If you listen to g m p m, you get live
[0:23:49] Kkoma @itskkoma: I know. That was that was very alpha. I was just like, yo. This person's injured. Oh my goodness. This... Like, she... I felt so bad in some regards because she was, like, crying a little bit. But at the same time, I was like, well, you know, I can't stop her from crying, but at least I could try to make money around it. So, you know, it was just one of those situations.
[0:24:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Come on. You're crazy, bro.
[0:24:10] Karmic @karmic_blob: No. I
[0:24:11] Moni @monitalan: did not know she was crying. So
[0:24:13] Kkoma @itskkoma: I only brought that up because some person in the comments when I wrote about it was like, I can't believe you capitalized on her crying. And I was like, dude, what are you... I'm just I'm just trying to pick a winner. I'm not trying to be mean. It was just like it's... Like, if she wants to, like, retire, she could retire too. Like, it doesn't... I was... I I don't know. I I felt a
[0:24:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: little bit
[0:24:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: that I can't stop her from crying, but I could capitalize off of it.
[0:24:37] Kkoma @itskkoma: I mean, why not? This is why this is why prediction markets exist. Right?
[0:24:41] Moni @monitalan: Please don't clip that. I'm just kidding.
[0:24:44] Kkoma @itskkoma: Don't... Yeah. Definitely don't clip that. But... Yeah. Anyways... But, yeah, glad you won, Monique. That's great.
[0:24:51] Moni @monitalan: Another reason to listen to GMBN.
[0:24:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly.
[0:24:55] Shaksi @shaksi: One of the things I... I'm wondering is... And no offense to you... All you guys who drink the cool ladies. Five years from now, I mean, $20,000,000,000 valuation, they go... They make all this hype. Are they still going to be relevant in five years? Are they still going to have the same value? Is this market one of those ones that's going to get so saturated that it will just trickle down and be one of them, oh, a few billions, and it just exists there, but it's no longer top of mind because it just becomes a
[0:25:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: What do you think, Jack? You don't think the prediction markets have, like, a serious place in, like, modern society and, like, massive use case across a bazillion different industries?
[0:25:39] Shaksi @shaksi: I... Honestly, with the with the way that unless they reform in some way with the games that they're currently playing, they're going to wreck... Take a wrecking ball to American society, and then they're going to be shunned in few years.
[0:25:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, because you see it as just gambling with sports. Is that what you're saying?
[0:26:01] Shaksi @shaksi: I just see it as just gambling. Right? It's... Whether you gamble against your friends or whether you gamble against the house, it's still gambling, and it needs to be curtailed to a degree. There needs to be more stringent rulings on this, which it has in a lot of the war... Rest of the world. And and America is always... Has always been the Wild West with a lot of the technologies and platforms that come through. And in certain cases, amazing successes. But over time, those successes... The downside or the the, you know, the downside of it can rears its ugly head, and then the rules and things start coming out. Reminds me of
[0:26:47] Kkoma @itskkoma: that old
[0:26:47] Shaksi @shaksi: Batman thing. You either die a hero or live long enough to become a villain bitch, which by the way, coma, that's where you're going down.
[0:26:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hater.
[0:27:01] Kkoma @itskkoma: Well, I mean, it is interesting though because I I saw DraftKings is around 14 to 15,000,000,000 right now. So I... The fact that it's valued even more, I guess it... I guess the other play is like the other markets that do exist out there. Right? One way or another. And whether... I don't know. Whether it survives or not, I I think it will. Like, the reality is is, like, people love gambling one way or another. And how it's regulated is gonna be probably the more important thing. Right? So we'll see we'll see what
[0:27:33] Karmic @karmic_blob: happens. Yeah.
[0:27:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: DraftKings is down to 14,000,000,000. Do you guys remember at the start of this, DraftKings was literally a... Like, 36 or $38,000,000,000. They've literally lost more than half their... Holy shit. Coleman, when you said that, was like, what's he talking about, bro? Like, there's no way. And I just looked it up. I'm like, wow. They got crushed.
[0:27:56] Shaksi @shaksi: And considering in all the other markets that they're going to, they're potentially looking to expand. Expand. They're going to be heavyweights that are going to be sitting in those markets. And how much of the pie can you grab off those? And that's going to also be interesting to know for us.
[0:28:11] Kkoma @itskkoma: I I think... I I... Honestly, I think DraftKings and FanDuel lost their their their... Or, like, they never really can break into the prediction markets. I know that's like a bold statement to make, but they've already developed their their type of audience, and it's really hard to convert them to, like, break out of it a little bit. And to get users that are into PPMs to get into DraftKings and FanDuel, like, I'd ask myself why because there's already good options out there. Like, there's really no way for me to wanna move over unless they give me, like, $1,000 sign up bonus or some some stupid thing.
[0:28:46] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. Akoma, are you not going to start seeing the proliferation proliferation of sub brands that are going to be coming out focused on the and that space where the bigger brands are going to be like, hey. We cannot fight this one directly. Maybe what we'll do is we'll spin up a... We have a bunch of cash shitting around. We'll spin up some brands before these big... You know, these new mini shocks start coming into the ponds, and then we'll start heavily promoting to our existing audiences to block their gaining traction. Or at least that... That's how I would look at it from a perspective of five brands cannot pivot.
[0:29:28] Kkoma @itskkoma: Wait. Just to clarify, are are you saying that, like, you don't see... Are you asking me if do you not see, like, smaller brands coming out and then the bigger brands are doing what exactly? Like, promoting No.
[0:29:38] Shaksi @shaksi: No. What I'm saying is the bigger brands that are the the the stables of the market, especially within the the betting industry, they're going to start looking at is if there's a new avenue for garnering users to bet more or to engage more is to create sub brands that they then look at as sister brands or younger siblings, etcetera, that they're going to develop and then push into the market. Because the concept... Once the concept has now been shown in terms of prediction markets and they see the amount of engagement that's happening with it, is just to get users onto those platforms. So instead of just losing directly to a competitor, shift them to other areas only if that makes more money.
[0:30:20] Kkoma @itskkoma: Well, just per... At least personally for me, like, DraftKings and FanDuel. I'm just I'm just comparing it to that because that's the most relatable to me at the moment. Like, there really is no third best. I mean, there's been, like, Barstool Sports. There was, like, some Bed Rivers and, like, all of these, like, smaller, I guess, sportsbooks like MGM. I mean, MGM's okay because, I mean, they're gonna... Because they have the Vegas thing. But overall, I would say that it's it's... I don't know. I I don't see the... I don't see this, like, appeal of a smaller market, like, gonna, like, be so big enough that the bigger brands are gonna, you know, like, kinda wave their white flag and be like, oh, okay. Cool. Like, we'll we'll create these... I don't I don't know. These smaller companies to do, like,
[0:31:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: to compete with them.
[0:31:04] Shaksi @shaksi: Globally speaking, we're looking at about $140,000,000,000 market. Currently, The US accounts for about, what, 20,000,000,000. The US market is still very young in respect to the bet... Sports betting general kind of area, that kind of area. Prediction is also quite young. So, yes, there's a potential for growth. But in the largest scheme where we say The US, sorry, EU, for example, makes up 30 to 46% of the global betting market, that's a large market as the same size, if not a little bit bigger than the The US market that they will need to kind of expand into. And then you've got Asia and Africa. The expenditure might not be the same, but that... That's a pie you cannot continue to ignore. And if you're going to go into those markets in order to grow your overall market cap market cap, then how will those... You know, the the incumbents are not just going to lie down and sleep. They will look at ways of competing with the newcomers, with their new shiny toy and branding, if you will.
[0:32:16] Kkoma @itskkoma: So are are you suggesting that these bigger brands will try to partner with these smaller brands specific to, like, regions and stuff
[0:32:23] Shaksi @shaksi: like that? Or buy them...
[0:32:25] Kkoma @itskkoma: I see that. Can see that. Yeah.
[0:32:26] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah.... Similar to Facebook. Right? So it's like, oh, when Snapchat came out, Facebook, you know, had Instagram, and they just started copying the features just to start competing with them and stop them from taking market share. Yes. So those tactics still exists in their own forms within this space that they're going to utilize. I'm I'm still amazed that the the brands within The US have not started pivoting or buying technology houses outright just to make sure some of the aspect... This side, the the pie is not fully eaten by just these two competitors.
[0:33:04] Kkoma @itskkoma: I I think the biggest... Sorry. One more thing. I think the biggest, like, kind of one case against it potentially is because prediction markets is, like... Requires both both sides, the liquidity is a bigger problem. Like, being a sportsbook is a lot more different because you own all the liquidity and you could kinda dictate what what plays you can take and what plays you can't take. Right? But at the end of the day, it's like even if it's globally and there's more of, like, a niche market, if there's not enough liquidity, people aren't gonna use the app. So, like, there are some bull cases where you could... I guess you could say, like, these beer companies will try to, like, buy out the smaller ones. But, like, is there enough liquidity in these smaller, like, niche, I guess, prediction markets in... For them to be like, oh, this is appealing enough for us to wanna take over it? I don't know. We'll see. But, yeah, we would have to be a very, very, like, niche based, very, like, well loved by the whole country kinda thing to be able to to, like, use that specific prediction markets only versus, like, something that actually has a ton of liquidity and makes your trades a lot easier, if that makes sense.
[0:34:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Good stuff, comma. Good good good back and forth, Shaqxi, comma. Let's go to MONI and then we'll go to Carmik, and then we'll say what's up to Taj.
[0:34:21] Moni @monitalan: I... So a couple of things. I I think other countries, like, think Colombia and Argentina have very strict rules, and so I think global expansion may be harder as more countries look at how do you regulate this. But what I... Is interesting is beyond sports and others is the data that's gonna be used or needed for a lot of AI platforms, and I don't think that's been tapped as much. And that, I think, is a great opportunity for the prediction markets as well.
[0:34:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Great. Good stuff. Carmik, welcome.
[0:34:52] Shaksi @shaksi: For dumb people like me, on that in terms of AI usage of the data?
[0:35:00] Moni @monitalan: Remember that all these AI platforms are running out of data. Right? They... There's no new data, but these prediction markets are creating that new data. So you can actually use that data to make, to gather information on industries, to create hedges for insurance, to do a lot more that you can't do right now. And, again, I think a big part of it is the fact that a lot of these AI platforms are actually running out of data, and you're gonna be able to get a lot of it from prediction market.
[0:35:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Data. Data. Data. Data. Data. Data. Let's go to Karmic. Karmic, welcome.
[0:35:36] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yeah. Thank you, man. Appreciate it. Everyone, like, comment the space, retweet the space. Sorry. I have to do it. Yeah. So Monica is, like, super right, brilliant woman. Just summarize her points, like, very, very well. I wanted to touch about the debate that Coman launched. So the situation here is to to implement prediction markets, sometimes you have to go to a gambling license. That's why national operators need a lot of, let's say, onboarding, conversion, etcetera. To me, the market I'm most interested with is the Chinese market. Why? Because gambling is forbidden there. But when we see predicting, it's actually filtering the noise and getting the the signal for different type of companies, financial events. And I love global competition. So I talked with people from Hong Kong recently, and they were very interested in, like, doing such things. So I really like like the Chinese mindset because those people are ready to take risks. So eventually, I know it's the ultimate goal, but I'm just posting... Putting on top, like, a great article from the crypt where Bernstein predicted there would be 1,000,000,000,000 daily volume by 2,030. And how do we achieve this? First, we go to national operators so every predictor can get involved, you know, and build. And you tell them about stablecoins. Implement stablecoins. Implement, like, AI tool to help the bettors, monetize them. I would perfectly see, like, in my local market paying on betting up, let's say, €5 a month to have, like, AI insights to drive volume. And, yeah, definitely, like, the stable competition. And then you've got all these, like, gambling companies that are doing partnerships with prediction markets that are starting to build, like, Bitcoin strategic reserve and also maybe maybe hype strategic reserve and, of course, like, Ethereum as well. So the road map is there, and I'm super excited about the days to come. What I would definitely insist on is the fact that predict... Prediction markets are not gambling. Like, sports is gambling. Okay? That's not even a question. It's like... It's very tough to have, like, an unfair advantage even though prediction markets give you a better price to be profitable. But to me, like, the global array of predictions are, like, super interesting to develop and especially for political signal. So sometimes in the media, you can see, like, news about that candidate that is, like, I don't know, like, super right wing is, like... Has good chances of winning. But, actually, you go on on Polymarket and you're seeing, oh, okay. This guy is, like, clear media favorite. But, in the money and the signals as a market operators, they don't really want that guy. So I'm very interested by the future. Just... It was just quick food for thought and always appreciate it's common for, like, his insights. We are together in a community called On-site. And me, I'm launching a startup to onboard institutions to prediction market to be bank against bank. So if some of you guys would like to join us, like, feel free, but very grateful for the opportunity to speak there. And and, yeah, let's build all together, find the best prediction, find a couple insiders, and and find the good bets when there is a medical time out.
[0:39:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go, Carmick. I'm I'm gonna get killed for saying this because France is playing Iraq, and I know my... I I our girl, DocNooNoo, is down there. But let's go, baby. You guys think you're gonna be able to retake this one again or what, bro? Let's go.
[0:39:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm with DocNooNoo on this one. Let's go.
[0:39:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Let's go. Sorry, DocNooNoo. I'm I'm just... I mean, yay. Let's go Iraq. We got this. 1%. I feel like that's great value for the Iraqis. You know what I mean? 1%, that could be great. Sorry. Anyway, Karmic, great stuff. Great stuff, Karmic. Koma, go ahead.
[0:40:10] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. It's just funny because, yeah, Karmic was the one that told me about... Wait. You're the one that's talking about Curios. Right? Like, the Curios being injured.
[0:40:17] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yeah. Definitely. Every team of predators needs, like, a sports sports medical doctor.
[0:40:22] Kkoma @itskkoma: I know. Right? It's like like, it's so funny how much you can, like, get alpha from, like, your friends because they're just like, yo. This guy's hurt. This guy's hurt. Like, capitalize on it. But, anyways, Carmike, I am curious, like, what... Like, how did you get, like, close to, like, the Chinese and, like, the Hong Kong market? Like, is that something that you've done before? Or
[0:40:42] Karmic @karmic_blob: So first, it was, like, during poker games, like, during mid stakes to, let's say, high stakes poker games. Of course. Yeah. And Maybe
[0:40:49] Kkoma @itskkoma: a bit of baccarat as well, you know, right, I I assume.
[0:40:53] Karmic @karmic_blob: Those people don't play baccarat because, like, they are legit, etcetera. But, yeah, in baccarat, definitely, you can make good connections as well. But, yes, this was mainly from poker. Just my globe... My interest for, like, Chinese culture. And also, a lot of Chinese people are in my local... In my country to then export to other part of the world and Europe. So there are a lot of... There is a big Chinese community here. That's why I got this contact. And then, you know, like, I don't know, like, Chinese girls, I would say. Sorry.
[0:41:29] Shaksi @shaksi: Just out of
[0:41:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: That is
[0:41:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: What about Chinese girls?
[0:41:32] Kkoma @itskkoma: Right up the... Right... That's right up Dave's alley. So, yeah, that's that's good. That's good.
[0:41:36] Karmic @karmic_blob: Anyway No. I had I had, like, a couple relationship with Chinese girls that introduced me to, like, the beauty of Chinese culture. So, yeah, that helps.
[0:41:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Karmic, when you when you get those big banks to start, like, putting money up against each other, bro, like, we gotta show, right, that we would love those banks to sponsor. You know what I mean? GMPM in the morning. I'll bring them in. Or I gotta Yeah.
[0:41:56] Karmic @karmic_blob: Like, UBS UBS against, like, JPMorgan or, like, who will the... Who will be... Who will have the best tennis balls. You know? And, like, you've got all these market of, like, those insider markets that does exist for sure that will, like, blow up. It's gonna be, like, super amazing when... Because we are very early. We are very early in prediction markets. So really, like, do your daily prediction. Do your daily volume. Do your thing. You know?
[0:42:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yeah. Let's go. I love that for sure. And shout out to everybody else that's here. Yo. I see DP here. The engineer's here. What's good? Taj, what's up, my boy? How are we doing?
[0:42:32] Voice H: Doing good. Now the interesting thoughts there on the, what was just said about prediction markets. And, I was trying to look up the thing, what is called, with the stock market where, the the other another analogy is, like, the, the beauty contest in which, like, people pick who they think is the most beautiful and then the person that ends up winning it, by the the votes because they're they're voting who thinks is the most beautiful. And then when they all poll everybody afterwards, no one actually thought that person was the most beautiful, but they thought everyone else would think it was most beautiful. I forget what the the the phenomenon or whatever it's called. They they also have an analogy for it for with the stock market where you're picking what you think is going to be a good company, and as a as a result, a terrible company ends up taking off because everyone just thought it was going to do its thing. But we'll see how that goes. One thing I will say, though, with the marketing and everything, depending, you know, internationally where it is, the the the crypto aspect of it, like, say, Polymarket being on chain and all that stuff has definite advantages over a CalShear, one of those who, is using a, not a crypto rails per se because, in a lot of countries where it's comes like capital gains and the way crypto is regulated is sort of open. But in most countries, they would probably treat a, standard platform as just international gambling. So I think the way in which they market it and present it and they're rolling out internationally, I think that's why some of them are specifically targeted to The US because there is some clarity there. But as far as internationally, and I know a lot of places, like, for example, where I'm at, like, there's no capital gains tax. So if it's crypto, they'll leave it alone. But if it's ever an inkling that it is gambling, they'll treat it completely differently. But what I would say too also is earlier when you said predictions markets are not gambling, when it comes to, like, sports prediction markets, I I I forgot who said that because I I was looking away from the screen while
[0:44:27] Karmic @karmic_blob: I I said prediction markets for sports are gambling. It is gambling.
[0:44:31] Voice H: Oh, it is. Okay. Okay. Awesome.
[0:44:33] Karmic @karmic_blob: I thought the other
[0:44:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was
[0:44:34] Voice H: gonna ask for clarity on that. So... No. I I appreciate that. Yeah. Because I heard it. I was like, what's... Sports prediction markets definitely are gambling. So... Okay. No. I I appreciate that. My bad. I just I'll be honest. I'm over here puppy training, and she was about to go on the
[0:44:48] Kkoma @itskkoma: floor, so I looked
[0:44:49] Voice H: away from the screen for a second. So... Yeah.
[0:44:50] Kkoma @itskkoma: Is is it gambling, though, in a sense of, like, how it's regulated at the moment? Like, I'm I'm not... I know I'm just playing with, like, the wording and semantics or whatever, like, rather than the, I guess, the spirit of it. But, like, based on how it's structured, like, they don't they don't, like... Or they don't fall under the same, like, legal, requirements as, like, a, like, a sports book would in terms
[0:45:12] Karmic @karmic_blob: of That's the main question. I am willing to see if, like, Clarity Act will be postponed to have addendum... Agenda about... More about prediction markets, which would direct us for a few months, but which wouldn't be necessary. So let's just say so far, and I wanted to touch on that also, Kommand, is, like, Calci versus Polymarket. What do we have here? We have two facets of the same coin. We've got one with... Which is on chain for the whole world, and you've got Calci who's got a stronghold on The US market. So to me, I don't see an opposition. Originally, I thought, like, Polymarket would do, like, a full tilt poker, something like... At some point, you would wake up, and you would be like, okay. This waste... Website was closed by the FBI. And then, you know, like... So this was something I could see happening, but not now. Yeah. But definitely go deep into the regulation. We will need good lawyers. And for now, the status is still, like, unclear. So... But I think Kashi so far, like, has gambling licenses on each state at an individual level because, like, for instance, like, there is no, I think, online gambling in Texas, something like that. So so it's really on the case to case basis, by state, by region, etcetera, which is even more exciting for, like, regulation and lawyers who knows there is, like, big money to go fetch.
[0:46:43] Shaksi @shaksi: And with countries that have existing legislations, you're not going to be greenfield because this is not a new area, a new discovery. Right? So they're going to try to nudge you into the existing rule books. Whether you're... Whether the funds that you're utilizing is on chain or not, then it's going to be hard to get out of that pocket at first anyways unless there's a dramatic difference. It's going to be interesting how they position the rest of the the prediction markets and what... You know, how that would be regulated. Do we... Will they have a addendum created to the existing rules or a news area would need to be, you know, a new area would need to be kind of... Or new, I don't even know, subclause that needs to be created to affect those. That's going to be interesting to see. But, generally, markets or regulators, what they tend to like to do is... Well, the few that I've worked with is to see... You know, get you to work in a... Within the existing infrastructure. Once you can can show over time that, a, there's a trust that's built over... Built in, you've lobbied enough, then they will let... Look at adjusting the regulations to fit in the... If there is enough demand for the new products.
[0:48:05] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yeah. About lobbying, very true. So in my local market, what's... What happened is, like, we've got a billionaire that has been rate... Basically, like, freeing the market, doing things, like, with a, like, a cheaper cheaper phone number, like €2 instead of traditional €20. So he's like a well known entrepreneur. He's a billionaire. And he basically bought a gambling license like years ago waiting for this moment because like polymarket is like from years ago. So definitely, you've got operators that know it's gonna come. You've got, like, wealthy people that have already, like, applied or already have gambling less... License that they don't use. And definitely, yes, the lobbying will be intense, and that's also, like, an exciting thing, I guess, because it will force transparency on, like, who you lobby for, etcetera. So definitely a good... I think, like, prediction markets would be good for democracy. But that's just an opinion.
[0:49:04] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. But it's gonna be interesting in Europe with respect to how... Where a lot of the gamble analysis come from in terms of the the little islands, if you will, the Maltese and the likes, that are then giving them access to the larger markets. So they don't necessarily have to start off in the... Getting their license in the bigger markets because once you cannot pull, you know, get a one specific license, it gives you access to 27 country... 27 countries in that respect. So there there is going to be some cheeky things that are going to be done with the rules just to get things going at first, but it'll be interesting to see how it goes.
[0:49:40] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yeah. I could talk about Polymarket Europe, but I think that this, like, not the main area and there are things cooking. But definitely for the European market, maybe prediction markets can actually, like, not save European Union because, like, it's very bureaucratic and I'm not sure it should state. But definitely prediction markets will play roles in unifying markets across the world in, like, regional areas and that might very well be a good thing. But in my book, there will definitely be, like, something like body markets Europe and then, like, you send, like, invoice and emissaries to other European country. You do a lot of lobbying at the European Commission. And then, yep, we unify the markets thanks to predictions.
[0:50:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good stuff. Good combo. I like this. Go figure. I think we'd see AT come up. We've come a long way. Fucking prediction markets taking over ATC. It's good to see. It's good to see. I like it. Yeah. GEICO.
[0:50:44] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. No. Was gonna say, I agree.
[0:50:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. We need to make sure nobody else is asleep. Nat, cool. Landy, you guys... Oh, Landy can't comment on Polymarket because he's bougie, and he's got a sponsor. It is what it is. Landy, get us Polymarket sponsors, bro. What the fuck, dude?
[0:51:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: What kind of
[0:51:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: bullshit is this?
[0:51:04] Shaksi @shaksi: By the way, Dan
[0:51:05] Karmic @karmic_blob: Can we do a we do a fun sing and just know who we... Everyone on stage has to win the World Cup just to, like, put a bit of
[0:51:13] Dave @DCBK2LA: spice said Morocco all the way, bro. Morocco is going to win the World Cup chip. Book it right now. Okay? It's at, like, 1% odds. You're gonna make a million dollars. Just do a $100,000. You make yourself a million dollars. It is what it is. Just trust me on this one, guys. Trust me, bro.
[0:51:30] Kool @koolcryptovc: Dima Macribre.
[0:51:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: First of all, David, finds are stacking throughout the space, and it's all you today. Just so you know, all you. What? And secondly, great conversation, guys. I am on the treadmill. If I pass out, I'll I'll be alright. But secondly, I... This may not happen, but I am hopeful. And I'm always sharing for the underdogs. I hope gets as far
[0:51:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm usually worst as
[0:51:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: possible. That's my thing.
[0:52:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Okay. Cool. Who you got winning the World Cup, bro? Who's your pick? And don't give me, like, 10 different teams, bro.
[0:52:08] Kool @koolcryptovc: We won't come. Let me see. Probably... If I have to pick, I'll probably pick Argentina, man. I mean, the missed scoring goals, like, nothing, so that's probably the the on on sexy pick. Everybody's pick Argentina, but Argentina.
[0:52:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, everybody's picking Argentina, bro. That's crazy. Taj, who you got winning this World Cup, bro?
[0:52:29] Voice H: You you know, honestly, I don't know, but I could tell you one thing. My neighbors are nowhere near Every time Argentina scores a goal, I can hear the pot covers banging and, like, all the the music and, like, the loud... You know, it's it's it's real Jamaican over here. And, yeah, Argentina is definitely a favorite. Brazil is also a favorite. For me, honestly, I'm just rooting for all the African nations because I just wanna see a a a continent,
[0:52:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: a a cup go to
[0:52:54] Voice H: the continent. That's that's all I'm looking at. But if you ask every other Jamaican, it's either Argentina or Brazil.
[0:53:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: Well, Morocco broke it on the Morocco bus. We'll bring it back to the continent, baby. Let's freaking go. Brazilian is
[0:53:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: our heavy favorite in The Caribbean.
[0:53:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: In The Caribbean? In The Caribbean? Yeah. You save your breath. Alright? Do me favor. Don't pass out on the treadmill. Relax. Okay? Monie, who you got?
[0:53:21] Moni @monitalan: I wish. Maybe they'll come in third place then. I don't think they can win the World Cup. Maybe they can. You never know. I was... I came in thinking France, but now I'm thinking Argentina may actually take a... And Messi may be unstoppable at this point.
[0:53:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: I think you guys are being just... You're being blinded. Right? Like, some... It's not how sports works. Right? Like, you can't you can't maintain this throughout the entire World Cup. It's not gonna happen.
[0:53:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: Love Messi. That's not how it works.
[0:53:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm telling you right now. But you know what
[0:53:52] Moni @monitalan: people what people are not counting on is that Messi has been playing in The US now for what? How many years? So he knows the climate. He knows all the stadiums. He has something that none of the, like, the French or many of the other teams don't know, and I don't think I'd count in on that one that started.
[0:54:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: You think he eats, like, Chick fil A or, like, Jersey Mike's?
[0:54:14] Moni @monitalan: Maybe. I don't know. Maybe he's even so
[0:54:19] Shaksi @shaksi: hot these days.
[0:54:20] Kkoma @itskkoma: Shorts of, like, all the Europeans and, like, Asians. And, like, everyone that's coming to The US, and they're all just trying, like, different types of American foods. Like, this is... I'm trying to
[0:54:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, that's funny.
[0:54:29] Moni @monitalan: It is so funny. The one drinking all the Coke because you have free refills.
[0:54:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: One thing I will say
[0:54:36] Kkoma @itskkoma: Chick fil A for the first time.
[0:54:38] NatNat @Natnatx007: One thing I will say about the American food versus the Caribbean food. KFC, it's completely different in America. Like, I don't even think that's real chicken, but in The Caribbean, it's real chicken.
[0:54:49] Voice H: That is a fact.
[0:54:51] Kkoma @itskkoma: But I bet you that that if you just, like, blindfolded someone, like like a group of people, and then they gave them KFC, The US, and then The Caribbean, they might actually like the fried food ones better just because we are just disgusting humans who like fried food.
[0:55:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: Matt, you wanna laugh? Yesterday, we were watching Love Island, and on Love Island on Love Island, the guy's like, is there a tur... I don't think there's turkey. We don't we don't got turkey here in the in the house... In the in the in the villa. And the guy's like, I don't think there's turkeys in Fiji. That's why. And I'm like, yeah. Also, don't forget, you can get... You could bet on on Love Island on, by the way. On. Yeah.
[0:55:31] Moni @monitalan: Predict. Oh, really? Yeah.
[0:55:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because it's live now. Trying to crack this.
[0:55:36] Moni @monitalan: Do watch it too.
[0:55:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Karmic, who do you got? I think maybe better than World Cup predictions. Who... Who's gonna win Love Island, I think, is what we do for next time. No. But, Carmack, who you got winning World Cup? France. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. Mean, look. The French look good. I don't think it's gonna be the French either. I I... I'm... I don't think it's gonna be France. I don't think it's gonna be Argentina. I don't think we're gonna have a repeat at all. I think it's gonna be a new winner. I think the English are looking amazing. I think the Dutch are gonna surprise some more people.
[0:56:05] Karmic @karmic_blob: No. They are not looking amazing. The Englishman, like
[0:56:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright.
[0:56:09] Karmic @karmic_blob: Was leading twice, and then they got equalized. So... No. No. Know Please know England.
[0:56:14] Shaksi @shaksi: Okay. Okay. Two years. We've got this in the bag. John, don't worry.
[0:56:18] Karmic @karmic_blob: Okay. Okay. Okay. Not France, but then not England. Please. Please not England.
[0:56:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: If it's not the French, then don't let it be the... Anybody else, but just don't let it be the English. I guess we'll see, man.
[0:56:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: Guess we'll guess paving the way we're paving the way for The Caribbean to win, aka. Curacao. Go.
[0:56:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. I like it. Landon, do you... Can you at least comment on who you want to win the World Cup? I've never heard this guy this... I've heard the puppet this quite in my life.
[0:56:53] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I... I'd I'd like The USA to win, but that's probably not gonna happen.
[0:56:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean, they're looking pretty good. What if The USA does win? Imagine the Knicks win the chip and the US men's national team wins the World Cup? And the win?
[0:57:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: And the Yankees win?
[0:57:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my You know? I'm just saying if they if they do win, they make it to the final. It's here in New York. It's in New Jersey. It's at Giants at MetLife Stadium. New York would be crazy. Oh my god.
[0:57:24] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: New York
[0:57:25] NatNat @Natnatx007: would not sleep ever ever again. Not that it's in you anyway. Right? But it would, like, not sleep times too.
[0:57:31] Karmic @karmic_blob: Even a quarterfinals or semifinals for The US would be, like, crazy. I love
[0:57:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: seeing nuts. I love
[0:57:38] Karmic @karmic_blob: seeing what... Like, how US f... US fans are reacting to the World Cup just for the sport. If Pulisic can, like, stay healthier and, like, find some stamina and energy, I think quarterfinals is definitely reachable. And semis, maybe the draw is favorable. But I love Morocco, man. I've got, like, so many friends from Morocco, and, like, they got great defense. And that's how you win games. You need, like, a great defense. And, yeah, May is the best win, actually.
[0:58:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. And nothing going
[0:58:13] Shaksi @shaksi: to win if they keep banning everybody's visa and kicking them out of the country. That's how they go.
[0:58:19] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yeah. Good good good sales tactics, I admit.
[0:58:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. Let me... Wait. All I can say...
[0:58:25] Kkoma @itskkoma: Sorry. All can say, if if US wins, it's officially called soccer. You know? So we'll we'll we'll
[0:58:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: We officially get to rename it. Jack, you heard that?
[0:58:36] Kkoma @itskkoma: I call it soccer because US won. Yeah.
[0:58:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I'm the best
[0:58:40] Shaksi @shaksi: because that's made my teeth ache. It's like
[0:58:43] Kkoma @itskkoma: You know what's funny though? It's... You know, like, because I I do watch a lot of, like, you know, soccer slash football. But because I call it soccer, people, like, think I don't know anything about the sport itself.
[0:58:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yep. That would do it.
[0:58:55] Kkoma @itskkoma: It's like the it's like the like the sush... You know, like those people that make sushi. But if they're not Japanese, they just assume like, oh, this guy's bad at making sushi. But, like, they've actually studied it for a very long time. But just because they're not Japanese, it's like, oh, this is not authentic analysis. Crystal. Because he calls it soccer. Yeah. Absolutely.
[0:59:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: But, hey.
[0:59:15] Kkoma @itskkoma: At least Karmic listens to me, so, you know, I appreciate that.
[0:59:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. I have a question. Do we not think that there is at least some... Is this not worth a 10 or $20 punt on Iraq right now down one zip at halftime at 1% like, comma?
[0:59:29] Kkoma @itskkoma: It's gonna be three zero in my opinion.
[0:59:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. My. I mean, shit.
[0:59:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: Who's up right now?
[0:59:36] Shaksi @shaksi: France is up. Same.
[0:59:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: France is up one nothing.
[0:59:39] Shaksi @shaksi: The thing with France is if they are on the front foot, they're fucking... They... They've got an amazing strike force. Right? So...
[0:59:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: Exactly. They they told me to tell you he's not paying that fine for you, just so you know.
[0:59:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, You guys are paying your own fines, bro. That's...
[0:59:54] Shaksi @shaksi: I know my front.
[0:59:55] Karmic @karmic_blob: Wait. Did they did they stop the game in Philadelphia because the stadium has, like...
[0:59:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: I wonder. I think so. Like
[1:00:02] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. There's been an interruption. Right? Yeah.
[1:00:04] Karmic @karmic_blob: Okay.
[1:00:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. So what's the rules now, Como? What... How does it work?
[1:00:08] Kkoma @itskkoma: There... I mean, it's just... They just go away until the game starts again.
[1:00:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, time delay? Yeah. Okay.
[1:00:11] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. It's just time delay. But you know, it's weird. I realized in Europe, there's never lightning, like, delays. Do guys just not have lightning
[1:00:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: in Europe?
[1:00:19] Shaksi @shaksi: Sensible people with sensible weather.
[1:00:23] Karmic @karmic_blob: No. We just have, like, good norms against lightning, it's not like, okay. Yeah. You know, it's not like neoliberalism. It's real capitalism. You know? There are actual things to respect.
[1:00:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what I
[1:00:37] Shaksi @shaksi: think we're confident by not? Tornado or a lightning storm just took your house and your livelihood. Boom. Done. And you're like, wait. Am I You
[1:00:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: know what I think the
[1:00:45] Kkoma @itskkoma: Europeans will adopt, actually, Shaqxi and Karmic, from this World Cup? Hydration breaks. They're like, oh,
[1:00:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: this is another
[1:00:52] Karmic @karmic_blob: way you can make Yeah. Yeah. 100%. Spicy take. Spicy take, but... Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead, Komana. I'm I'm curious. I'm...
[1:01:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: And Bapay, he actually put out a statement earlier today in terms of, like, what he thinks about the the breaks. He says if he's playing on the field and they have to stop every time for a water break, it ruins his rhythm.
[1:01:13] Karmic @karmic_blob: So I think this... Okay. Go go ahead, Coma. Sorry.
[1:01:15] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. No. I I was just saying because we all know it... I mean, they call it a hydration break, but at the end of day, it's an ad break.
[1:01:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: And But they don't really show ads, Coma. Right? Like, at least for us on Peacock, there's no ads.
[1:01:27] Shaksi @shaksi: Oh my god. No. They do.
[1:01:28] Moni @monitalan: Not Peacock. That's because Telemundo decided not to, but Fox is making ads.
[1:01:32] Kool @koolcryptovc: So they've shown ads for it. They've shown a lot of ads. You don't see it on on on Telemundo. All their channels, FS one, Fox Sports, all bunch of
[1:01:39] Kkoma @itskkoma: ads, bro.
[1:01:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep. I gotta say website or you're
[1:01:45] Shaksi @shaksi: watching it. Right?
[1:01:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Hold on, boys. We... I I can't hear if two people are talking. Hold on. Let let Karmic go. Let Karmic go. Karmic, what were you gonna say?
[1:01:51] Karmic @karmic_blob: I was gonna say that hydration breaks are great for the game and solve a pain point of soccer. Which pain point it's solving? It's a boring sport. There are not enough goals. And when you've got, like, four quarters in a game, there are so many change in rhythm. It's also obviously good for predicting and volume on prediction markets and ads for, like, Qatar Airways. But first and foremost, it makes everything more spectacular. I think the reason why you've got so many both team to score and also so many goals in this World Cup so far is because the hydration breaks force you to get in good rhythm. It force you to like switch your tactics. But overall the result, the outcome, the most entertaining outcome is to have more goals. And so if we switch from a boring sport to a sport that is actually like a lot of goals, anything can happen. I think it's good for the game, and I love goals as well too. The the
[1:02:46] Kkoma @itskkoma: the other spicy take is I think I like the fact that no more time wasting. Like, the the five second rule is, like, a genius idea in my opinion.
[1:02:55] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. The fans have to hate it. Every single every single hydrogen break, the entire stadium is booing. Yep. The fans don't like it. They're not... They don't like it. I don't think it's it's a scam, man. It's it's to make money. It's not about the players. It's about to make money. And that's why I think the the next tournament, I think that you you you you're in for league or something. They are not doing any hydrogen breaks in the tournament coming up. But, yeah, the fans absolutely hate hate the breaks, man. I mean, they hate it.
[1:03:24] Shaksi @shaksi: Guys, one of
[1:03:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: things It's definitely for Qatar Airways as.
[1:03:28] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. Of the things you have to consider is, like, I remember coming... When I first came to America and I would used to go to, you know, the NFL or games or a... NBA games, half the time, you just... It's like entertainment. Right? So the way you packaged it, it isn't just you're not there just for the sport. It's the holistic entertainment aspect of it. Whereas the way football is played globally both at, you know, youth level all the way to professional is, there... That entertainment aspect isn't there. It's just the competition that people really want to see. You've got kids. You know, as a youngster, you're playing hundred and twenty minutes, and it's all about, you know, the fitness, which team is in... And, you know, has a better fitness is, the way they kinda play. So all of a sudden to say these hydration breaks, and they've only started because of, the hot countries. So when football went to South Africa, potentially, it's... There was some there. And then in Qatar, where it was too hot to continuously play over the long period, they started adding the hydration breaks. Of course, capitalism kicks in, and it's like, oh, it's not only for hydration sake, but in certain parts of America when it's being played in Mexico or even Canada, it's unnecessary to have a hydration break. But FIFA wants to, you know, monetize every single bit as much as they potentially can. It's the reason why every logo in every stadium and, you know, are covered up. So I think it will ruin the game. It ruins the kind of the excitement because the whole back and forth, if you have these mini breaks within it, gives teams some advantages in terms of being able to adjust. Yes. There is a chance for the coach to have a little pep talk with the mini pep talks with these teams and readjust the strategy, but it's... I think it defeats football as we know it. And I don't feel that it will... That there's going to be adjustment to how it's played going forward, whether it's in UEFA, whether it's going to be the Champions League, or even the... And local leagues as well. FIFA is just an ass.
[1:05:34] Kool @koolcryptovc: If if if if if the fans hate it, the players hate it, who likes it? Of course, man. It's it's a corporations, man. It's a it's a money game. Whenever it's a money game, they don't give a damn what what anybody else thinks, and that's why... Like, for example, there was one game they had a hydration break. It was raining. How do you have a hydration break when it's playing rain? It made no sense.
[1:06:11] Kool @koolcryptovc: They don't like it. They they put them in. And this... And I'm telling you, man, the more they change games, it doesn't make it better. I'm telling you. Look at the NBA. You're gonna n b... NBA in 2026 versus when Jordan played or Magic played. I mean, if if Jordan played in this era, they probably scored 60 points per game, and they've changed everything so much. And that's what I'm trying to tell you. For example, now, I was looking... I was watching... Is it Ronaldo or Ronaldinho? He was talking about how even the players in 2026 have changed. Because when they played, it was more... It it it was for the glory of the country. They worked hard. They played hard. In 2026, players are playing for social media, endorsements. They don't wanna get hurt. So they're not putting their bodies on their line like they used to. That's why the quality of the game in 2026, you can't even compare to when we used to watch Maradona back in the day or or Zidane back in the day. The... Everything is changing. It's it's all because of corporate greed. It bleeds into the sport itself, and that's why we've seen this scammy hydrate... I just embrace... The players hate it. Fans hate it. Play... Players hate it. So who wants it? Corporation.
[1:07:25] Karmic @karmic_blob: Okay. Cool. Cool. I have a solution to offer you. Could there be a polymarket prediction or whether or not hydration breaks should be implemented during the summer. Like, could this be a good way to resolve it? You know? And maybe we can we can all bet on it because Qatar will, of course, put all the money on. Yes. Something like that.
[1:07:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like this. I like that.
[1:07:50] Kkoma @itskkoma: All all I know is I saw a video of, like, English fans in Dallas Stadium, and they saw the Dallas cheer... Dallas cheerleaders, and they're like, this is awesome. So next
[1:08:02] Karmic @karmic_blob: is You guys think about cheerleaders.
[1:08:05] Kkoma @itskkoma: Stadium. Yeah.
[1:08:06] Karmic @karmic_blob: I'm sorry, Monica. I I took your Yeah. I'm I'm sorry, Monica. I took your your time to speak. Sorry.
[1:08:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're Go ahead, Monica. No. We'll go to Taj. I don't have my hand raised. Oh, we... I thought you did. My bad.
[1:08:17] Kool @koolcryptovc: But it... But it's back there. There's there's no cheerleaders. Right? I would do... No, brother.
[1:08:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: There's no cheerleaders. It's only cheerleaders. They're teammates on the sideline and they're little less.
[1:08:26] Kkoma @itskkoma: At Dallas Stadium, there was. So just saying.
[1:08:29] Kool @koolcryptovc: Yeah. But as the American man... So so so so... Okay. Anyone that calls football soccer Cool. You already disqualified from soccer.
[1:08:37] Kkoma @itskkoma: I I
[1:08:37] Kool @koolcryptovc: call it soccer too. Right? So that's what they say. So we we we we can impose our our our our rules onto the global game. Soccer or football is a global game. And you cannot have
[1:08:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: cheerleaders on a soccer game, bro.
[1:08:52] NatNat @Natnatx007: Come on.
[1:08:52] Kkoma @itskkoma: Don't you care about... Don't you want people to have jobs? This is like, you know, it's
[1:08:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: it's just adding to the economy. There has...
[1:08:59] Kkoma @itskkoma: There's employees
[1:09:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: going there.
[1:09:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. Cheerleaders need love too cool. I mean, know what I'm saying? Yeah. Why do you why do work.
[1:09:09] Kkoma @itskkoma: Oh my god. I was about to go there. I was like, why do
[1:09:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: you hate w? Yeah. Yeah. Let's go to let's go to Taj. Taj, go ahead, bro.
[1:09:18] Voice H: Yeah. This this argument, like, sounds very much like, I know, the other football with the NFL when Thursday night football came up. Right? Like, all the players, all the fans, everyone hated it, but at the end of the day, was another package to sell. The players got paid more. Everyone got a little bit more, and it kinda went away. When's the last time you heard anyone talking about how much they hate that? Or these international games, they're pushing the NFL, which is a very American game overseas, and you have to wake up at 9AM in the morning. Well, same thing happens. Another package to sell, more money to go around when everybody gets paid more. So going forward, yeah, the the players may hate it. The fans may hate it. And, at the end of the day, if the players end up getting a little bit more in the pool and etcetera, etcetera, then you know what? They'll get quiet pretty quick, and then you will forget about it as fans. That's what usually happens. You know, very rarely, do you see some sort of thing, like, like, logos on a jersey that that everyone hates, and then, like, they just forget about it after a while. Once it gets monetized and everyone starts to get paid, the the the the... I guess you'd say the faces of the game get real silent about it, and then the fans kinda forget about it. I can't think of very many changes that was made for a corporate monetary decision that after a couple seasons or a couple years, I should say, that, we didn't just forget about it. Like, I I can't think of one example where it's like we were so up in arms and any sport. If you can think of one, let me know. Very rarely do I think of a... I I can't even think of a rollback where they decided to say, you know what? Yeah. This was for money. Let's just go back to how it was.
[1:10:49] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. But, Tash, considering the reach of football, the number of global leagues that have to all align into the respective rulings, change is far slower and far more difficult to implement rather than it just being one country. So it's not a case of the FA just deciding or the La Liga just deciding a specific things. It's the global standard that all has to sync up. Because then when you're having tournaments in multiple different regions and countries, they all kinda have to work whether it's within the EU now, FIFA World, you know, World... The the World... Not only the World Cups, but you you now also have its own implementation for the FIFA, what is it called, team that league that they've created that they just wanna implement. So in that respect, doing things just for monetary values, it becomes harder to implement. FIFA's club... Yeah. Club World Cup. Club World Cup is a monetary thing for fees... FIFA, and it's getting difficult for them to get teams to actually start taking it seriously. So the more you put these unauthentic spins for money making, the less serious your tournament will be seen and the less time and effort that people will actually put into it.
[1:12:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: Unless they find a way to also make money off of it.
[1:12:07] Shaksi @shaksi: Exactly. Yeah. I mean, that happens. The win win... If it... There's a... I think, ultimately, if there can be a win win situation, they're they're going to nudge over to it. I'm not... I'll I'll have to accept that. Money talks. Bullshit walks.
[1:12:22] Voice H: Yep. That's exactly what I was saying. Like, the players, everyone gets real silent real quick if their their pockets get a little bit deeper on it because... Yeah. Like you just said. And I'm not even fine, so I'll just say what you said.
[1:12:36] Karmic @karmic_blob: Monica, what are you thinking about the hydration breaks?
[1:12:40] Moni @monitalan: I don't like them, but I also think that the money is not going to the players or the teams. It's going to feed from the broadcaster. So that's the the reason you're hearing the complaints.
[1:12:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: That makes a lot
[1:12:53] Moni @monitalan: of By the when is this
[1:12:55] Shaksi @shaksi: bloody game going to resume? Goddamn it.
[1:12:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's an extra hydration break. They're drinking Gatorade and water.
[1:13:03] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yes. This is a lightning break. But by the way, guys, if you want to buy my hydration break T shirt, you can go on my website and blah blah blah. No. I'm kidding. No. I'm kidding. It would be a great name for... To incorporate, so do it right now. Go check, like, if if it's available and, like, incorporate it. I
[1:13:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: like it. Have you guys seen, like, the... Literally, Vikings take over literally all of New York City? The subways, Times Square, like, with the row? Like, I think this what I love about... Right, Manny? Like, this is what I love about Workup is, like, I saw the Brazilians take over Times Square last week, like, to a couple days ago. It was literally, like, when Holland scored those two goals. You saw, like, the entire... It was... It looked like the entire country, bro. It's literally Vikings everywhere. The Nordics are everywhere. And now on the subway, they're literally on the floor doing their, like, infamous row. It's the cool... This is what fandom is about in my opinion. Like... And I I absolutely... I I love it, man. I love it. I love it. I love it. Yeah. And you saw the Japanese going crazy down in Mexico. The Japan fans were going nuts down in Mexico. So it's good times. Good times. Good times. Good times. I love it. Good shit.
[1:14:14] Moni @monitalan: I think we're gonna have a lot of Korean babies in Mexico.
[1:14:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: You see, but you see true. Yeah. You guys see now why you get along so well? You know, point today on the timeline. I saw you guys kinda switch it back. It's like, this is why you guys get along. Koreans and Mexicans. This is how it works, guys. What do the Moroccans get along? Can't get along with anybody.
[1:14:36] Shaksi @shaksi: No? I wanna switch to some some haxy news. Did anybody see, Jared from Subway game robbed for 15,000,000?
[1:14:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. What? Who? So there's a from Subway, like, Jared not e for, like, not either. Like, the real Jared from Subway.
[1:14:53] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. Yeah. No. Jared... The dot e is. Right? 15,000,000, and now he's offering 15,000,000 for... To get half of his money back. He's like, take the rest. Just give me half back.
[1:15:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. Well, you know what? He made enough money, so who gives a shit at the end of
[1:15:08] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: the day?
[1:15:08] Dave @DCBK2LA: I've been Anyway, I don't wanna... We're not... I'm not done with prediction markets yet. I do wanna... I do want everybody to make a pick on the the nor... The the... Tonight's game, the Norway Senegal game. Feel I like that's a pick... That's a toss-up game. That's a pickup game.
[1:15:19] Shaksi @shaksi: That's a
[1:15:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: lively one.
[1:15:20] Shaksi @shaksi: Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah.
[1:15:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: What are you guys feeling? What... Coma, what do you say? Hold on, Jack. Let let me come back. Coma, wanna hear you, Carmik, and then we'll go around the room. What do you say for for tonight's game?
[1:15:30] Kkoma @itskkoma: I this is a really tough one. I think the the Senegal has a has a good chance to keep it tight. It could be like a like a one one two one, but I don't know who's gonna win. Personally, I would probably choose Senegal a little bit more just because they've kinda... They're a team that's a little bit more structured and they've played together a lot more. Like, Norway has the star players, don't get me wrong, but I don't know. Like like like in football, like, the chemistry is so important. And, you know, Senegal actually won the AFCON championship, but then they got, you know, like, screwed by Morocco.
[1:16:11] Shaksi @shaksi: Rob. Daylight robbery.
[1:16:13] Kkoma @itskkoma: And they're public and they're, like, whole, like, you know, like, influence. So so, yeah, like, they are the AFCON champions to me. So, like, I... You shouldn't underestimate them, in my opinion.
[1:16:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Karmic, who you got who you got winning tonight's game?
[1:16:28] Karmic @karmic_blob: So first, I I like Senegal a lot. I have a lot of Senegalese friends, so for sure supporting them. I I would just say that if you guys don't take Haaland as a score at, like, 52¢, like, you guys hate not free money, but, like, to me, this is a prediction. Holland will score. I think Senegalese can be very dangerous in transitions as well, And I think the draw is very overvalued, meaning one of both... One of the two teams should win this game. And... Yeah. Yeah. If I had to pick a winner, I would go with Norway, but my heart is in Senegal. So I will definitely go... I would definitely say go Senegal. But the pick of the day, I think, is Holland's core. Like, the risk reward is good. So go.
[1:17:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: I like it. I like it. I like it. Anybody else wanna make a pick? Actually, like, let's move past because I know we only have, like, a few minutes left. I did wanna chat about that real quick.
[1:17:31] Shaksi @shaksi: It. Pass me.
[1:17:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Go ahead. Sorry. Go ahead, Saksi. Who you got?
[1:17:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: Go ahead.
[1:17:36] Shaksi @shaksi: I think it's gonna be three two two Senegal. Holland is going to bang a goal in. He's a goal machine, undoubtedly, but they're going to get killed in the counterattacks. That's my prediction.
[1:17:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Fair enough. I like it. Senegal. Senegal. You too, Taj? Wow. Senegal. Senegal. I'm a tell... I'm a let my boy, Hunter.
[1:17:58] Shaksi @shaksi: You guys are all against the Vikings, man. We need Senegal to leave the... You know, get through to the group stages. Like, we do need it definitely.
[1:18:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: We'll see. We'll see. We'll see. Alright. Nat, SpaceX, tumble, tumble, tumble, tumble. Is where you get to say, you, Landy Called gamer, and the rest. Called it.
[1:18:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. That's why I have my strict six month rule. It's not getting into anything until six months because it leaves... It gives these, IPOs room to do what it needs to do. Right? The initial euphoria, the sell off, and then it gives it time to form some kind of base. Right? But today was... I mean, SpaceX down 16%. It's, like, $30. That's insane. But not surprising. And here's the thing. Right? So they... Earlier this morning, they came out with, an offering, which did not help the cause at all. Right? So $20,000,000,000 in bond sales. Even though they did land a billion doll... A 6,300,000,000 for AI deal, the bond sale along with it being overhyped and... But I think we all knew based on the market cap that at some point, it was gonna come down and find fair value. We need to give we need to give a little a little time for the dust to settle. You know what I mean? So I think I'm sticking to my six month thesis. My husband did, he did buy at, at IPO. He got it he got it fit at $1.35, and he he closed that out on the break below 200, which is good for him. But I think in order to, like, for me to reenter... For us to reenter, you know, a a serious position, some... Something to hold the long term, especially for the kids, I'm sticking to that six month period for sure. But it it didn't count the cost. Right? So here's the thing. A lot of these space stocks, they were... They they front they front ran the SpaceX IPO. Right? We had stocks like Redwire, AFCS, and a whole bunch of... BlackSky, a whole bunch of them ran up to new highs. They absolutely went insane. They kinda front ran the news because what happened after the the the IPO was that we saw them all selling off. We had the ETF that gave us a beautiful bounce, and then those started selling off as well. Right? But it's not abnormal to see, and we all knew this. Right? Coming into the... To the IPO, Landy and I were on multiple stages, kinda just saying the same thing. Like, it's good for a trade, but in in terms of holding long term or investing long term, usually, these stocks on IPO day, they they give us a euphoria high. But at some point, they all come down and find fair value. And just give it a a little minute if you want to look into a position... A long term position. Right? We're kinda seeing that play out now. Keep in mind, we do still have unlocks in August. I think, Alpha Gamer did a great job breaking those numbers down for us, so we're we're kind of in the know. It has to find its footing. I don't think it's gonna go all straight down until August. I do think it's gonna chop the trade, maybe go up and and then slowly but surely kinda kinda give us what we're looking for. Right? I see it basing out at some point and giving us a beautiful entry. Keep in mind that it did... IKEA was one thirty five. So now I'm looking to see that they retrace the whole move, or do we do we start getting a bounce here at that one fifty five level? I think in the remainder of the week, it's gonna be very interesting because that the move that SpaceX gave us today has been a talk of the town. Right? It even chimed in a little bit to Tesla. I know a lot of people that were shorting Tesla as well. So it's gonna be very interesting to see how that plays out. Keep in mind, long term... And I've... And we've mentioned this before when it comes to SpaceX. Right? Long term, we... I'm bullish on the company. I think long term, the numbers do math. I think they're able to roll themselves in... Roll Tesla into SpaceX, which really does amazing things for SpaceX. It's like Elon is creating our company, the company... Companies, and I think Landy did a great job bringing that down for us. And, like, Ryan, I don't know if he's in here tonight. He's in the other space, but he also did a really good job breaking things down for us as well. So in the long term, for me, SpaceX is a buy. We just have to wait it out and see.
[1:22:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you guys literally said it. You you said called it. Landy, anything? Victory lap? You feel free to take if you want one.
[1:22:17] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Well, I mean, it... It's less about the victory lap and more about finding, you know, finding the right place to get in. Right? And we've seen enough IPOs that... Although this one is very, very different, and we are coming up on a pretty big event for it here in the end of this week moving into next week, and that's gonna be the inclusion into the Nasdaq 100, meaning that it's gonna... It can... You know, it's basically automatically gonna be put in a lot of people's retirements. So there is gonna be liquidity on the other side, and I think that a lot of this is leading up to that event. And then, of course, we we haven't even seen unlocks yet. Right? And, realistically, I'd have to go check to see how many days. It had to be five of the trading... Five of ten trading days or something needed to be up 30% or something. I forget what what the number was. I gotta go look again. But, you know, could get the 10% bonus unlock for shares. But, you know, I have skin in the game in this. I even picked up skin in the game on the way up when we got the the first bigger pullback after it launched so that I could take up a hedge position and make some money on the way down. So, you know, it's one of those things of, like, if you play your cards right and you're a trader, you can get in the mix. But if you are looking to invest long term, just give it... Like Nat said, just give it some time. I have no doubt that SpaceX will become not just a a great company to hold, but it will probably become a company of companies to hold that... It'll it'll become that, like, megalith company that you want to keep in your portfolio because it will give exposure to a very diverse set of businesses. So... You know? And and likely to include Tesla someday in my personal opinion, but that, again, is just opinion and pure speculation. No one knows. And we really do need to see how it reacts. Right? Because it is... The way that this has been done with a very, very quick options approvals, kind of a nasty spread on them, though, but still able to make money on it. You just have to be kinda choosy and a little bit ahead of the game, especially for a retest of these lows air... The the kind of low side structure that it's coming into post launch. So, you know, I I would really strictly adhere to something like what Nat said. Now granted, I'm gonna be checking it out probably earlier than than the six months. Like, we're never gonna take our eyes off of it. Right? But in terms of serious capital investment into open market shares, I will start really seriously considering it after the first unlocks just to see kind of where things land. Because depending on where the market is in its totality and its structure, where we had broken structure on trad five markets. Right? We we broke down to the downside, had a bit of a correction. We're a lower high territory. You know, I I was kind of expecting things to kinda head back down or kinda sit around the highs and for something like this that is ultra speculative at the moment to be an outsized loser in that kind of an environment. I was looking for this to come down sooner rather than later, but I'm also not looking for this thing to completely go kaput like we see a lot of IPOs do. Now that doesn't mean that it can't go, like, significantly lower. In fact, I'd love to see a $100 a share. I know some people... I'd I'd love to see 80 to a $100 a share as a range for a bottoming area. Who knows if we're gonna get that, though? Because this is very different. You... It's very rare that you get fifteen days to Nasdaq 100, right, and inclusion there. Right? It's very rare that you see options come online this early. It's very rare that you see the the the structure of unlocks like what we have seen now. So it's gonna keep the market on their toes, and now it's about just gauging what the market's seeing and what the market's feeling as it goes. Right? So right now, strong downtrend and lower term time frames. If the market continues to dump off in terms of Trifi, I expect us to, you know, maybe find shorter term floors, but eventually work its way lower, maybe even to fill in that that gap between the one thirty five and the actual listing open. So
[1:27:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: Lendi. That...
[1:27:02] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Is that what you're looking at too?
[1:27:03] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yep.
[1:27:05] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. Mean, it
[1:27:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: doesn't mean that Can
[1:27:07] Karmic @karmic_blob: I ask you a question, Lendi? Sure. So how do you see stock x price price action being correlated with, like, Bitcoin in a next phase of a potential bull run? Do you think it will be a narrative, or do you think we could see, like, let's say, Bitcoin mooning and SpaceX mooning with a correlation? Like, what's your take on it?
[1:27:35] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I think the the days of correlation with Bitcoin Bitcoin are are are going to continue to be relegated to its overall trend. Right? So in terms of its correlation right now in this weekly downtrend, every time the stock market gets a nice little bump, Bitcoin kinda holds up and tries to bump with it, but usually sells off way harder even when, you know, traditional markets are taking a little bit of a... Just a step back or a correction. Bitcoin tends to start nuking off to the downside. And, realistically, that is a function of broken structure on higher term time frames like the monthly. Right? When we had the larger corrections in the stock market, we did not break any up trending structure on the longer term time frame since the bear market lows of '22. Right? So we've seen continuous, you know, brutal sell offs last year, 20%, the... And then earlier this year, 10%. Right? You know, we've got some really big corrections, but they didn't actually endanger any of the long term structure on a monthly time frame for traditional markets.
[1:28:42] Kool @koolcryptovc: They are all then
[1:28:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: to v shaped recoveries on the equity side. Right?
[1:28:46] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. And when Bitcoin was playing along in a bull bull market, right, what did we see? It would correct and then, you know, consolidate work its way down, then right back up, you know, very, very methodically. But because Bitcoin is... Whether you believe it is the most pristine asset on the planet doesn't matter when we're talking about how the rest of the wider market uses it and and views it as a very far out on the risk curve end for risky assets. And that's the way it's been treated since it broke structure because the chase is on for those gains in traditional markets. And that will change when Bitcoin structure changes. When it sets a macro low, begins to put in some nice higher low structure and starts to reverse things on the monthly, I think that we'll see that correlation if SpaceX is pumping. Then, you know, as long as the the overall structure is a bullish trend, I think that we will see that correlation come back. I think that right now, you can get some of the low... The lower term time frame correlations. You can kinda track side by side, but it's just the context of that higher term trend, which is two... It's the tale of two markets. I've said this many times now since Bitcoin broke structure. One one is a bull market. One is a bear market. And until we see some sort of reversal in trend for Bitcoin, it's not gonna play along in in the same way. But the longer that we see equities in a bull market, the more time I think, and actually the gentler the drawdown could potentially be for Bitcoin barring any catastrophe of large sales and whales, liquidations, and stuff like that, which we have seen. Right? We saw a big liquidation event on stretch. That doesn't have any effect on Bitcoin, though. Right? They're not they're not selling the underlying asset there, so it's more about looking at the liquidations for all those same players. They got wiped in stretch. Also got wiped in covered calls on iBit shares. So they got wiped out. They gotta become sellers. IBit APs gotta go do redemptions. Right? And then they are their way down, which applies that actual real coin sales on on the chain. So at the end of the day... But, you know, I think that if we do see bit... If we see traditional markets continue to melt up, continue to keep this higher term time frame structure intact, you know, Bitcoin probably, you know, in the best case scenario, has a gentler drawdown than what we've seen before and then starts to turn around and play nicely. But that's where you gotta be careful because then if Bitcoin starts to put in that nice higher low structure and shift into a bull market, we're gonna have to keep eyes on because of traditional markets take a dump out and break structure. Boy, if that happens, Nat
[1:31:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: Then we...
[1:31:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: We're
[1:31:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: in the opposite now.
[1:31:49] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. If they do the opposite when we got one in a bull market again and one in a bear market, it's gonna be a weird thing for Bitcoin. And, you know, maybe that's when we start pushing the Bitcoin I... Bitcoinization of everything. We'll start seeing that again.
[1:32:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: That would be interesting for sure. But, Carmen, in... If you're looking for an actual Bitcoin correlation, I think in terms of equities and and BCC, Coinbase. So coin, that would be the closest correlation to Bitcoin.
[1:32:18] Karmic @karmic_blob: Thank you, Annette. No. I was just thinking, like, SpaceX owns a lot of Bitcoin. Obviously, if we have alien discovery and we do trade with them, it's gonna be with Bitcoin. So I was
[1:32:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: like, just stage driven.
[1:32:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: We could trade with with the aliens. We can trade
[1:32:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: with the one. Why do you guys do that? Why you guys do that? He's literally
[1:32:39] Karmic @karmic_blob: I just want to cut candle on Bitcoin. You know?
[1:32:42] Kool @koolcryptovc: Well, no.
[1:32:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Carmen Carmen, she... She's a Hedera Maxi, bro. You're over here trying to make correlations with SpaceX being, like, a top 10 BTC holder, she's and over here trying to shill you h bar, bro.
[1:32:53] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: There you go. That's funny. Here's what I will tell you. This is this is this is this is... I have to eat my words now. The White House is putting out fake QAnon posts. We've got the Department of War CTO. Shout out to Bobby over there, by the way. He's the one that's doing all of this. Shouting out q and putting the q, and then they go and they sign executive orders about quantum stuff. They are totally leaning into it. So I'm sorry, XRP Maxis. I have to eat my words. Clearly, the Galactic Federation is real.
[1:33:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: What do you say? It's a thousand.
[1:33:28] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: We're all
[1:33:29] Karmic @karmic_blob: gonna be Let's go, Galactic Federation.
[1:33:31] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. We're gonna five d Ascend, baby. You know, we are gonna the XRP, Stellar Lumens, Algo, all of that stack that you got there that you always put out. GESAR and NESAR. It's all coming, baby. Yep. You you heard it here first. What is it? XRP to $10,000 a coin. I'm sure that's gonna be great. Definitely a healthy healthy economies around the world if you see that. Anyway... Yeah. But, yes, totally real. 100% don't... You know, it's definitely not a SIOP, definitely not promotion for the quantum initiative for the White House. Despite the fact would have
[1:34:09] Moni @monitalan: very happy Uber drivers if XRP goes to 10,000.
[1:34:12] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Oh my god. They... They've already met the Galactic Federation, Monica. So they know... They already knew... They've known since 2018. Alright? They knew that this was gonna happen, that Donald Trump met with the Galactic Federation in his first term. That's why he moved the that's why that's why he
[1:34:36] Karmic @karmic_blob: moved drivers. We don't forego drivers, man. That's why he moved
[1:34:41] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: I can't even get through without laughing.
[1:34:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Lindsay, wait. Wait. So today today, me and Allison are laying in bed, and she's scrolling through TikTok, and she looks over me. And she's, like, she shows me a TikTok thing. Do you know those TikTok? It's like a thousand dollars of XRP today. It's gonna be worth a million dollars in
[1:35:01] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: five years. She's like, babe, did
[1:35:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: you see this? And I'm like, oh my god. XRP is about to fucking run and run hard. Okay? These are the signs. This is it. It's just about to start again.
[1:35:14] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Well, they they already... You know, you could see all the wheels turning when they put out... When this... The SEC, CFTC, and DTCC, when they put out their guidance for the different coins that can be used to wrap and bridge, they included XRP and stellar lumens and... Yeah. We got our XLM and our... Did you see the examples? This all points to Donald Trump working with the Galactic Federation. Okay? This is why the embassy was moved to Jerusalem. Alright? This is exactly why
[1:35:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Why the embassy was moved to Jerusalem.
[1:35:52] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yo. Yeah. That's so that he could commune with the glad federation. He already five d ascended. See, if you read if you read the book by Ingersoll by by... What's his name? By... If you read the Barons... The the Barons Trump's marvelous adventures by Ingersoll, you'll see that he predicted that Donald Trump was gonna be the president all the way back in the nineteen hundreds. Okay? And this all leads to XRP, and you need to own it because it's gonna be $10,000 quite. Alright? Look. I have I have this pamphlet. I'm gonna send it over to you. Okay? Just read through it. It'll make it all make sense.
[1:36:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: When you see you see them on TikTok, they're like these everyday moms that are literally telling the average everyday people. They're like, listen to me. You don't understand what is going on. Okay? I need to fill you all in, and you need to be paying attention. And look. It's the way in which you deliver a message. This shit is effective, bro.
[1:36:49] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Yeah. It's the quantum financial system just got confirmed today. Is that not what you just heard? Of course. Like, literally, it's got Trump with the q. It's an official government account, and then the White House reposted it.
[1:37:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: But they... The White House is investing in in quantum, though.
[1:37:05] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Well, yes. Because it's gonna power the quantum financial system that is also gonna incorporate the XRP ledger. Alright?
[1:37:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: Did you guys see... Landy, I saw this... I think it was yesterday from David g, and I was just dying laughing. He he made a post, and he he asked, when is anyone going to CTO Ethereum? I was like, oh my god.
[1:37:30] Moni @monitalan: Oh, you're done. Either way, I reminded you. I did share. I don't know if you guys saw the launch of that new... I guess it's to replace Ethereum Foundation. I don't understand what it is. But it's called ETH Labs, and a lot of the people who left the Ethereum Foundation are now launching it. A a number of projects built on Ethereum are part of it. I need to take a deeper dive. But
[1:37:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It should be, like, a bit
[1:37:58] Karmic @karmic_blob: like Solana Labs. You know?
[1:37:59] Moni @monitalan: Yeah. Totally. Probably. Yeah.
[1:38:01] Dave @DCBK2LA: When when when PumpFun continuously makes more revenue over the course of a month than Ethereum even comes close to, it's a problem. It's a problem. It's a problem. Like, something is going to happen. I don't know what that thing is. But if you're still buying ETH, cool crypto, god bless. You know what I mean? I don't know what's going to happen. Mommy. But... Yeah.
[1:38:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: If you like it at 1,500, you're gonna love it at 700. You know what
[1:38:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: I mean?
[1:38:28] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Well, see, here's what we found out about the Ethereum Foundation. So they're really involved in the Adreno trade market. Right? So they wrapped all of these different tokens. Oh.
[1:38:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's gonna keep going. He's gonna
[1:38:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: keep going.
[1:38:41] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Alright. So what you gotta understand is there's every... The the... All of our leaders are lizard people. Okay?
[1:38:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: I was just gonna say the lizard people. I was just gonna say. I was walking around, and I saw them sucking the adrenochrome out of these crazy... These little babies, and they're lizard people.
[1:38:57] chromatique @chromatique: It's lit... They're lizard people, I tell you.
[1:38:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: Did you
[1:38:59] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: see it happen to Kanye West when he stopped taking Adrenochrome? All of a sudden, he went crazy.
[1:39:03] Karmic @karmic_blob: Right. We saw we saw, man. And he was purchasing, like, digital art. So... But, Landy, you are not debilitated to go that far. So fuck up on your thing, please.
[1:39:15] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Okay. We need full attention. Also,
[1:39:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: yeah, I did see that. I saw also Kanye West with Sophie Rain in a cafe somewhere. I I don't know what happened after that too. So there was definitely some Adrina Crow being exchanged in the... In that in that instance as well. But, anyways, now that we've had our full laugh, it's ten after seven. Anything
[1:39:34] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: else Isaac Cappy Yeah. All... He called it all out. Right? So if you go back and you listen to Isaac Cappy's
[1:39:41] NatNat @Natnatx007: He's not gonna stop.
[1:39:42] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: And you read his post, you gotta understand. He knew all of the blood sucking adrenachrome users in Hollywood and how they were connected to Washington DC straight through the Galactic Federation, and Trump is one of them. See, he met with them, and he's been placed in charge of the world. He actually is running the entire world right now. He... That's why he refers to himself as, like, the king, and there's all these no kings protest. Because the people with the no kings protest, they know that the Galactic Federation put him in charge of Earth, and that's why everything's going crazy because we've all been hiding in our pods in the matrix, and we're supposed to be breaking free. But we can't break free until we buy XRP.
[1:40:23] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's the alpha right there. XRP is the alpha. But... Yeah.
[1:40:26] Voice H: How many of those shorts did you watch?
[1:40:29] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Bro. I was I was I was one of the worst at perpetuating black pill QAnon's conspiracy theories at one point. Makes
[1:40:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: sense. Makes a
[1:40:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: lot of sense.
[1:40:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: But, look. Before we leave OKX, there's been a lot of, stuff happening with MICA and regulations. I think this is a nice play on words that OKX just put out, like, about an hour ago. They said on July 1, many platforms in The EU will go dark, but OKX won't. And they're letting everyone know that they're fully licensed, fully regulated. So shots fired to the competition on that one.
[1:41:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Which which platforms are gonna go dark? That's what I want.
[1:41:10] Moni @monitalan: A number of them because they're not regulated.
[1:41:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah.
[1:41:14] Moni @monitalan: We should put together a list, but there's a number of them that don't don't follow or align with the new rules, and so they're gonna go dark.
[1:41:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Alright. Into this... Alright. Very interesting.
[1:41:27] Moni @monitalan: Also the joint venture, right, with ICE. So they're gonna be partnering... They launched a joint venture with the New York Stock Exchange. I think Cuomo is involved. It's gonna be based out of Texas. I'm sure Landy knows everything about this, but I think it's super interesting.
[1:41:43] Dave @DCBK2LA: Was that, like, a $25,000,000,000 deal or am I making that number up?
[1:41:47] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: It was close to it.
[1:41:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right? I think that's what it was. Like, if I remember correctly, was, like, joint venture 20 Remember... I remember OKX pumping, like, a 160, a $170. Like, the token went freaking crazy on that announcement. It was wild. Yeah. OKX is here to play. They're here to stay. I feel like now you're starting to see the players. Right? I remember just being in crypto in the early days, and I'm like, there's too many exchanges here. The consolidation is eventually going to happen. And now I think we're really starting to see, like, who the who the real players are that are actually, like, emerge... The hyperliquids, the coin bases. Right? Like, you see, like, Kraken and and Bybit and now, obviously, OKX. Like, these are the big guys, like, with the big money that I think are now adapting. They're they're buying other companies as well. So we're moving along, man. We're moving along. Crypto, we might think that crypto is a little dead now because maybe your price action and your alts aren't doing shit. But at the end of the day, there's still... Like, Monty said at the start, there's still there's still action going on here, man. There's still news. You just gotta be paying attention.
[1:42:46] Karmic @karmic_blob: Yeah. Big opportunity for m and a in crypto, definitely. So let's let's keep building. Let's keep building and grab the the fruit of our work, like, in a few quarters. So
[1:42:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go.
[1:42:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: I did I did plug it plug it into graph real quick. And out of 1,200 plus, previously registered crypto firms in the EU, only 210 have authorization or fully compliant. Interesting. And only 14 are fully authorized to operate as trading platforms.
[1:43:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's wild.
[1:43:20] Moni @monitalan: Yeah.
[1:43:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Chroma, I absolutely hate your job. I know that you can't get here until this time, but I... Just tell your boss that he sucks and he needs to let you out sooner because you need to make it to ATC sooner so that we can close on time. But it's good to see you, bro. Let's see.
[1:43:34] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: See. What do you put in the comments?
[1:43:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. I didn't. Chroma, what's up?
[1:43:39] chromatique @chromatique: Oh, what's going on? No. I'll say it up here. No. I I sold Landy. I was like, the day XRP, it's a thousand dollars is the day... Or $10,000 is the day I turn straight. Okay? So it's never gonna happen.
[1:43:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yeah. I
[1:43:53] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: died. I was rolling
[1:43:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: on the floor. And and
[1:43:55] chromatique @chromatique: on your... And on the second point, listen. Everybody thinks crypto is dead because they're little bullshit meme coins and they're little JPEGs. Like, I'm wearing a JPEG right now, but they ain't doing shit. So everybody's like, woe is us. Crypto is dead. Nothing's happening. But I don't know about y'all. There's always volatility fucking somewhere. Look for it. Stop thinking this shit is dead. Stop thinking the ecosystem is nonexistent now just because price action is down. Learn how to trade upside and downside. I love you.
[1:44:31] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let's go.
[1:44:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: Love you too, Let's go.
[1:44:35] Kool @koolcryptovc: Love you, Chroma.
[1:44:35] chromatique @chromatique: I love you too. I love you guys.
[1:44:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I'd be very interested to see you straight, Chroma. That'd be hella funny. Like, see you on the timeline with making out with a chick. That'd be hella funny, bro. That'd be hella funny. XRP to 10,000. Let's go.
[1:44:49] Karmic @karmic_blob: XRP to 10,000. Let's freaking go.
[1:44:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's what I'm talking
[1:44:53] chromatique @chromatique: about, Corey. That's the last one. I'll make a wager. I'll make I'll make a bet right now. Bitcoin will hit a million dollars before XRP hits 10,000. I'll make a bet right now.
[1:45:03] Kool @koolcryptovc: That's a that's a bet.
[1:45:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's actually a problem. Anybody to take this.
[1:45:06] Karmic @karmic_blob: From my respect, you bet you're so delusional. I
[1:45:11] chromatique @chromatique: know. I know. Fuck me for not sucking Brad Garling houses. You know?
[1:45:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: You go. Find me.
[1:45:17] chromatique @chromatique: You see why... Natalie.
[1:45:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's crazy. That's it. Show's over. Bro my god. Damn. Get here earlier, you crazy son of a bitch. Guys, appreciate you. Tomorrow, Nat, you're hosting on ATC. Yeah? Yeah. Let's go. You guys will see us tomorrow on this ATC channel. Make sure... Yeah. Chroma will be on time. Make sure to follow it back. Cool, Nat. Oh, look. Dave is a duck. Sweet. Taj, appreciate you. Mody, Karmic, great stuff today. Chroma, Landy, everybody else, man. Shout out to you guys. Appreciate you, and obviously, everybody in the comments. We will see y'all tomorrow. Peace.
[1:45:49] Karmic @karmic_blob: And chancellor Trump is actually a sis lord. Sorry.
[1:45:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Ultimate power. Rome and the lizard people. ATC, out.
