All Things Crypto: Credits, Checks, NFT Sniper Bots & More

AIAirdrops / TGEsAltcoinsBTCChinaCommoditiesETHElon Musk

Most of the show covers Jack Butcher's 'credits' NFT drop, minted by sending $8 through X Money: Moni explains the mechanics (separate $8 transactions, rarity from the 'eights' trait and mint timing, burning 80 for a 'statement' after seven days), and a UK collector explains how the art comes from the transaction hash. Dave describes a Grok-built credit-sniper bot that fired on one listing but failed on an OpenSea order-encoding bug, and the panel talks about sniper bots, fat-finger listings and mempool front-running. The next segment covers the Kalshi controversy, where an analyst named Benny showed the same $5,500 trade repeated as 30-40% of Kalshi's ETH perps volume; Landy argues this is liquidity providers painting the tape on thin books, not wash trading, and Moni notes the Wall Street Journal picked up the story. Koma and NatNat talk Pokémon cards (a $1M Charizard sale on Beezy, Gengar, Rayquaza, PSA grading costs). AlphaGamer and NatNat close on Bitcoin: a shallow ~53% drawdown, BTC rising despite a rate hike and the 10-year yield, a weekly inverse head-and-shoulders with a 68-69k shoulder, a monthly close above 83k as the key level, and the risk of two red yearly candles in a row.

[0:00:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: Hello. Hello. Hello.
[0:00:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hello, guys. Sorry. Just to run out to the store. Biddy, biddy, Biddy, biddy, quickly. No. No. What's up? Shiv, what's up? Where is Natalie when I need her? Eureka. Look at you with a quick quick quick... No. Eureka, I don't remember you, but why... Oh, I didn't mean to hit the accept button. Oh my goodness, stragglers. Eureka, what's up? Yeah. I forgot. You don't talk. Right? Eureka. Down. Down. Down. Listen. No. No. You see this? This is what I'm talking about. It's 532. You know what I mean? Like, we're bull... This is bull market vibe supposedly, but, you know, like, look look at this. Like, I don't know. Am I supposed to... What am I supposed to make of this? I don't know. I don't know. Guys, you might have to sit in silence for a second because I have to go into the store. But I have my phone on me. So when anybody comes in or if DocNooNoo... Oh, maybe DocNooNoo wants to kinda cover for, like, two minutes. Yeah. Perfect. She like... She... Like, DocNooNoo likes it when they shut up. Hi, DocNooNoo. Can you can you cover for, like, literally... I need, like, three, four minutes.
[0:02:08] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Sure. What do want me to do? Sing to them?
[0:02:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Whatever you whatever you think is best. Sing it to
[0:02:13] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: the two listeners. Okay.
[0:02:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Perfect. That's that's cold. Oh, perfect. Here's that. I'm gonna give her the cohost. Lovely. You guys figure it out.
[0:02:20] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I'll be right back.
[0:02:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: Listening.
[0:02:29] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I wasn't actually going to sing.
[0:02:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. That's good.
[0:02:33] Moni @monitalan: I was gonna I was actually gonna
[0:02:34] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: say that, like, my battery died and disconnect. Oh, you... No.
[0:02:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm doing well. How are you? Good. Thank you. Nice. Nice. So did... I I I got the airdrop. I got I got the NFT airdrop of the the QR NFT. Do I scan it and receive a Pokemon, or do I just hold? Like, how does that work?
[0:03:00] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. You might be onto something there. I think everyone's so busy with, like, trading. No one's thought about scanning the QR code, if it is a QR code.
[0:03:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: Imagine it is and we're, like, missing out or something.
[0:03:12] Landy @CryptoLandy: I scanned it and it drains all my accounts.
[0:03:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: That would be wild, by the way.
[0:03:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: That would be something. Right? So the red... Because, know, they're colored. So the red would be the big drainer. The blue one would drain just a little bit. Or one would drain Bitcoin, the other would drain ETH.
[0:03:32] Landy @CryptoLandy: I five eights. Just drains your actual bank account as well.
[0:03:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's hilarious. I haven't checked, though. How much are they going for now?
[0:03:46] Landy @CryptoLandy: No idea. I haven't even looked.
[0:03:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. Same. Let me go let me go check. Cool. It says you are connecting.
[0:03:59] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: 0.0243.
[0:04:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's in in New Zealand. Oh,
[0:04:08] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: no. No. $65.
[0:04:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, gotcha. Gotcha. Okay. Interesting day in the market, though.
[0:04:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm just bringing it up. I should've really bought more.
[0:04:22] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yep. Did you just... Did you meant one?
[0:04:27] NatNat @Natnatx007: Mhmm. Just one. Oh, it says mine is worth $40.
[0:04:33] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, 46 now. Top offer, 46.
[0:04:36] Landy @CryptoLandy: Look at that. It's a... What did you all call it before?
[0:04:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: A cook.
[0:04:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. I I only bought... I only purchased one with the... Whenever you you get approved for the x money, they give you, like, a little $15 gift. So I use that to to buy. I should've... I had it in mind to connect, you know, the cards and the bank accounts and stuff, but that day was a wild different... For me, personal stuff happened. But I'll take the 46. It's fine.
[0:05:13] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I I wouldn't know about the $15 because we're not allowed to use x money in The UK.
[0:05:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, wait. So how'd you get it? Oh, you know what? I don't wanna know. I don't wanna know. No. No. That's...
[0:05:27] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: It's pretty much... Everyone did the same thing. They just found contacts in The US to do it for them.
[0:05:35] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Oh, actually. Yeah. So I think everyone was allowed to do, like, a 100 each if... Like, in in two tranches of 50. So there were people who were selling... Like, I think Monie was talking about yesterday. She charged $2 to Mint for different people, $2 each. There were people charging $20.
[0:05:55] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, wow. That's that's... That's smart.
[0:06:04] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Is this a top signal? I feel like we're top signaling here. We've been top signaling for a while.
[0:06:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, yeah. For sure. For sure. Let me go ahead and sell mine.
[0:06:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: Cool. I'm gonna I'm going to try to bring you up again. I sent you the invite.
[0:06:29] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I don't know if you got it. Oh, look at who we have here. I didn't even see him. How are you, Jake? Jayden Bronson. He... I mean, Hello.
[0:06:44] Kkoma @itskkoma: Hello. I'm back in The US, so life is good. It's good to see overpriced gasoline prices in California. It's good to see the weather kinda cooling down, but... And it's good to, see my friends still trenching and talking about attributes and 8¢. Some guy named Jack who selling NFT for $8, and now it's a $100 floor price. Yeah. Sad I missed it, but it's okay. I I I enjoyed my vacation, and now it's time to get back into making money by selling Jalen Brunson cards.
[0:07:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Did not... Someone did my TikTok.
[0:07:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: Someone did me so dirty today on that on that, Jaylen Bronson card. They gave... They sent me an offer for, like, a dollar. I'm like, that is messed up. That
[0:07:38] Kkoma @itskkoma: was me.
[0:07:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: It
[0:07:43] Kkoma @itskkoma: was actually a negative dollar, so you would have to pay me to take that card away
[0:07:47] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: from you.
[0:07:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wow. Wow. Holy crap.
[0:07:52] NatNat @Natnatx007: Why are such a hero?
[0:07:53] Kkoma @itskkoma: Woah. Net net. I... It's been so long. What is this badge that I see next to you?
[0:07:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: Oh, well, that is the vest badge from vest exchange.
[0:08:05] Kkoma @itskkoma: Was... Is it built on Hedera, or is it just, some... Something separate?
[0:08:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: So it's it's a it's a trading platform. They do... They have POP accounts as well, but you have, like, your self funded, your straight to funded accounts. You can you can create your... You can also just create your own prop accounts using a different combination of methods. So it's pretty pretty cool.
[0:08:26] Kkoma @itskkoma: Decentralized exchange or decentralized?
[0:08:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: So you can trade everything. You can trade crypto, but you can also trade equities. It's it's part of the whole, 24... Trade equities twenty four seven push.
[0:08:42] Kkoma @itskkoma: Very nice. How did you end up getting it? Did they just reach out to you and was like
[0:08:47] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. They saw my They really liked my lasso. They saw it hanging on the side, and they're like, you know what? Let me know. I'm kidding. I am so kidding. They did reach out to me. Cam is one that reached out to myself, and Dave, we've known Cam for some time. He followed me into some different spaces, and we had the the opportunity of sharing a space with, Wolfe Financial many months ago when we've we've kept in contact ever since. He's absolutely great.
[0:09:13] Kkoma @itskkoma: Congratulations. Congratulations. You know? I'll I'll I'll celebrate that for you, but I don't know about this Jaylen Brunson thing. But, overall, congrats on the badge. That's that's actually awesome. Now you could change your profile anytime without having to get reverified.
[0:09:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah.
[0:09:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hola, bitches. Hey, Coma. Sup, man?
[0:09:32] Kkoma @itskkoma: Sup, old man? I... I'm glad that you're safe. That there was a... Like, the one time I checked back on the check... On the messages, they were just like, where's where's Dave? What happened to him? He's gone. Like, do do we need to do a police report to look for an old man that couldn't get up after, you know, he fell down?
[0:09:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wouldn't you be upset if that was the last you ever saw me, bro? Like, you should be crying right now, the fact that you didn't even get a chance.
[0:09:55] Kkoma @itskkoma: Honestly, I saw the messages I saw the messages, and everyone was so worried. But, literally, I was like, this guy's fine. He's he's literally just in his corner just thinking about something or contemplating about something, and then he's gonna come back.
[0:10:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what?
[0:10:08] Kkoma @itskkoma: And you did exactly that. So I I
[0:10:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: I have... You know
[0:10:12] Kkoma @itskkoma: what's crazier? Sorry. One... Before you before you... You know what's... No one was no one was worried about me. Like, I didn't send a single message in that kind of chat, and no one said anything. So you know what, Dave?
[0:10:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: Such chat.
[0:10:22] Kkoma @itskkoma: Dave, you know what? They they care... And there must be an age requirement for people to be concerned about you. No.
[0:10:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: Maybe. Look. We're concerned about our elders. Okay, Koma? But that's not the point.
[0:10:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: Is your family doing okay? Did he fall? The hustle, the the the prediction market hustle, bro. We let you out there. You spread your wings and fly. You know what I'm saying? Like, we don't wanna hold you back. You left the hood.
[0:10:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: Coma's PFP. Coma's PFP is literally him sneaking in and reading the chat.
[0:10:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: But, Koma, I do have to inform you that we have now gotten Dave a life alert. So now that he has life alert, we we will know what's what happened.
[0:10:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: And I can't get up.
[0:11:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: You gotta be hella older. Remember that shit. God damn.
[0:11:05] NatNat @Natnatx007: You guys have no idea how close I came to doxing that day just to reach out to, like, whoever it is we needed to reach out to. I was I told
[0:11:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: you, Landy, a little bit longer. If I woulda held out a little bit longer, the plan woulda worked. You see?
[0:11:18] Landy @CryptoLandy: Me and Dave were talking about this the entire time. We were spinning that up. I... Even I was like, wow. I'm really concerned
[0:11:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: now too. I don't know. But this could... And that could be the biggest rug story of all time in addition to being the top signal of Infofy, and we've yet to see, obviously, TBD on all season. But either way, it's fine. We forgive her. It is what it is. Can we talk about the... Guys, I I have so... We have so much to discuss. I don't really know if it's crypto related, but it's definitely NFT and credits and checks and and checks and recs and and all this shit that... I mean, I was
[0:11:51] Landy @CryptoLandy: convinced till eight in the morning.
[0:11:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: Maybe. Maybe.
[0:11:54] NatNat @Natnatx007: To crack
[0:11:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: it down. This. I was convinced. Yes. I'm like, $122,008. People are like, this thing's going to, like, $300. I'm like, fuck, Addy. There's no way. But I forgot one very, very crucial piece of inform... Well, two. One, Ethereum, and two, slow drip mints. K? I went through this with the VV fan for three and a half years. When there is a big mint and you are... We're we're minting as fast as we can. It's coming in batches. You'd flow drip them into... When a full... Everybody's able to mint the same time, the cascade, the collapse, inevitable. But you have hype, and then you feed them a little bit and a little bit and a little bit. And that's exactly what happened. The fact that this is even still at $60, I'm I'm extremely surprised about. Right? You got people with a lot of money that are saying 80 over eight days, hunger games, I'm in. And people were just wasting no time. They were just, like, scooping them up. $100. $100.
[0:13:02] Moni @monitalan: And only 7.3% are listed. I mean, it's 8,000, but it's only 7.3%. A lot of them are not listed. Think People are waiting because it's the seven days. Remember, it's the seven days for the burn to start. So people are waiting for when others are gonna wanna buy 80 or have 80 to to burn.
[0:13:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: Mhmm. I do think these rebound. Right? Like, I think now everyone's kinda, like, settling. Like, this is gonna be the dust settling after the initial mint. But I... Like, watching this yesterday, and I watched this thing all night to the point where Hey. No. You did. Yeah. To the to the point where I literally went to Grokbot. And, guys, I made this NFT sniper bot. It had it had... But we can go there after. It had chances, but, ultimately, it didn't really succeed. But I kinda wanna just get everybody's take. Nat, I know you weren't around yesterday. 122,000 overall. Like, what are the... I guess, Mona, give me your take, then we'll go to DocNooNoo, and I wanna hear everybody else's.
[0:13:58] Moni @monitalan: Well, to be honest, I didn't know Jack's whole methodology. And then I watched the video, and I was like, okay. It's not just what he's done, but I think the way he thinks about art, etcetera, is exciting. But I know that there's a lot of people that don't care about art. They just wanna make money. Look. I think it was fascinating to watch. I think a ton of... We saw a ton of people fumble, and I wish I was faster, where they sold some of the rares, you know, at at the floor price. And the rare... Well, there's different rares, but one of the key things is the eight. Right? If you have one eight, two, three, four, and I think there's one unique that has five eights.
[0:14:37] Landy @CryptoLandy: And I
[0:14:37] Moni @monitalan: think that one's sold for, what, 12,000
[0:14:39] Dave @DCBK2LA: or... Anyway. Top... That was a top offer. It didn't... So that was minted.
[0:14:44] Moni @monitalan: It didn't sell? Offer.
[0:14:45] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It was, like, 12.5 k.
[0:14:47] Moni @monitalan: Yeah. So I
[0:14:48] Kkoma @itskkoma: Can think you give some more context? Because I I feel like if someone new is listening to this, it's, like, so confusing. So maybe, like, a little recap of the... What happened, $8, and then now it's floor price.
[0:15:00] Moni @monitalan: It's not the first time Jack does this. Right? He did it before with another thing called checks, and it was an NFT collection. I think that one had 16,000. And, again, it was you sent $8 and you would get an NFT. And depending on the different factors, you had rarity. I don't know if those were were burned because I don't know the whole history. Somebody probably knows more, maybe DocNooNoo. But this time, on Sunday, Jack posted that he was gonna do this, that he was gonna launch this collection that you could send $8 via xMoney, which means only people in The US and only certain people in The US. Right? Not everybody has access to xMoney, and not everybody has accepted xMoney, Landy, because they don't wanna do KYC, etcetera. So you could pay... Send him $8, but they had to be individual transactions. So you can say, I'm gonna send you
[0:15:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: $10,000 so I
[0:15:50] Moni @monitalan: can get whatever number of NFTs. You had to do each individual transaction. It didn't matter how many times you did it. You could use the same wallet, and you could do as many as you wanted, but it had to be different $8 transactions. And so, obviously, this became a thing. Some people in China were smarter than me and were selling them for $25 in Canada, I think. I minted for a bunch of people in different communities I'm in, only charging $2 for transaction fees, but it was
[0:16:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: a lot
[0:16:21] NatNat @Natnatx007: of fun.
[0:16:21] Moni @monitalan: Right? I think I got a lot of credit out of it. So you also have
[0:16:24] NatNat @Natnatx007: to think
[0:16:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: what's the Did you sell any money? Did you sell any?
[0:16:28] Moni @monitalan: No. Oh. I don't know if it's smart or not smart, but
[0:16:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'll round trip with you, honey. I'll round trip with you.
[0:16:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: I have four. Have one, so you're okay. Monie, how many did you mince? How many
[0:16:41] Moni @monitalan: did you No. I only did four because I'm dumb. I was like, damn. I should have done more. But, anyway, I helped a lot of people.
[0:16:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: So I I love you.
[0:16:46] Moni @monitalan: I got a lot of love on the time.
[0:16:49] NatNat @Natnatx007: I think Yeah.
[0:16:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cyrus did a thousand. Like, this... There's a guy named... You guys know Cyrus on the time line? Yeah. He minted a... He did a thousand different ones. And when you think about that, right, because people are projecting that when you burn the 80, you get something called a statement. And people are projecting that statement to be at least 2 to 3 ETH because there's only gonna be 1,500 of them. But it's like... It's interesting, Koma, because it's like like, you're incentivizing people to cannibalize. It's like Lord of the Flies. Right? Like, you're gonna... Like, you could burn the whole collection if you want. Right? Like, you burn 80, but you get to essentially be... Get this new elite class. But we'll we'll tell you about that in eight days. Those are the rules you have now. Good luck. Yeah. Let's see what happens. You set the door.
[0:17:25] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. So so
[0:17:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: can I ask you a question, Moni? With this so the statement is the burning mechanism. Right? And then you get an NFT for burning your
[0:17:37] Moni @monitalan: The statement is what you'll get. That's the NFT. Right? I think.
[0:17:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah.
[0:17:42] Moni @monitalan: I don't know what the process You burn 80.
[0:17:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: The process. Right. Yeah.
[0:17:45] Moni @monitalan: You burn 80, and you get a statement. I think it's... I'm thinking of the standard Charter thing, right, where people did whatever, and they get one NFT. And now you can burn some, and you get a bigger bank or whatever. Is the same. Right? You burn.
[0:18:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: He's... Lindsay's looking for stuff to bring back to the ordinal community. He's like, guys, guys, listen. I would... Is it what this guy Jack Butcher did? Like, David Butcher, guys. And he say... They did 3,000,000 of volume in the last fucking twenty months.
[0:18:14] Moni @monitalan: There's a lot of
[0:18:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: questions that they were. Statement. Alright?
[0:18:18] NatNat @Natnatx007: You just burn your puppet, and
[0:18:20] Landy @CryptoLandy: then we're gonna send you a statement of the transaction.
[0:18:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: A statement saying thank you for burning the puppet. Yeah. Thank you for everything.
[0:18:26] Moni @monitalan: It'll be worth a lot of them.
[0:18:28] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, I just got all these puppet PFPs now.
[0:18:32] Moni @monitalan: But I think what's interesting is that there are people saying that he potentially partnered with Axe, which makes sense because he did do a post, Jack did, saying he used everything Axe related. Right? He used Grock. He used Starlink. He actually did a post talking about how he did everything related to to to Grock.
[0:18:50] Dave @DCBK2LA: But that would... But the $8 came from the from the original $8 subscription for you in the morning
[0:18:55] Moni @monitalan: he Correct. But that doesn't mean he didn't get sponsored some funding.
[0:18:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Why wouldn't they why wouldn't they tout that? Because I guess, like, it would seem as, Elon kinda pushing or, like, a a project or whatever.
[0:19:05] Moni @monitalan: Well, only one that commented was the engineer that, like, the whoever. Like, some... The lead for xMoney has commented and engaged. Elon hasn't, but a
[0:19:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: lot of
[0:19:15] Moni @monitalan: people are betting that he may. And so we'll see. Anyway, we'll see. We we don't know. Right? But, ultimately, I think what's interesting is that it gave a ton of visibility, and it showed how you can use x money. Right? I hadn't thought about how to use x money. I was like, oh, I have 15. Oh, that's the other thing. Right? If you have x money, you got $15 from Elon, so you were able to mint at least one. And if you had a dollar, you you mint the 2. So that's the other part that I I don't think a lot of people realize. Anyway...
[0:19:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. It was good. Was good. Like... But Elon, let me let me let me use my Cash App card, bro. Let me use my Coinbase card on me. You know what I mean? Like, we don't all got Amex gold and silvers.
[0:19:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know what I'm saying? Some of us, we just don't.
[0:20:00] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know? Let us live. Yes, Natalie.
[0:20:02] NatNat @Natnatx007: I just want... I just wanted to formally thank Monica for letting me know what in the world was happening because I saw all of the a dollars going back and forth, and I was confused as hell. So she... I was like, Monica, what is happening? And then that's when she she broke it down for me. I was like, okay. I have no idea who this Jack person is, but I do have $8. And then I have from that 15 in my in my in my ex money. So let's do this.
[0:20:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Thank you, Monica. Yeah. Good shit. Good shit, money. Like, for DocNooNoo also. Like, this was god testing me because it was like, this is your day of atonement. The holiest day of the Jewish calendar falls on the day that a guy named Jack Butcher decides to say, send me $8. And it's just like, bro, like, come on. I'm trying to do this the right way. And, Natalie, shout out to you. Thank you, by the way. Because it'd like, I can't get into x money. I don't know what the hell to do. But listen. I I love how people are complaining. If you were one of the first ones to get your delivery... To get your NFT, you were one of the first ones minted. You were... Like, that's just... Some of them sold it for... I I think I sold $500.
[0:21:03] Moni @monitalan: Somebody said they had an offer for 2,500 because they were one of the first ones to... And that they they fumbled because they're like, oh, it's gonna get to higher, and it didn't. Right? It dropped to 500. But he had an offer for 2,500.
[0:21:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: You shoulda you shoulda heard. No. She was like, I sold at the Lowe's, and it was, like, $12 higher. And I'm like, relax. Just take it easy, psycho. No. No. What did you take? Was
[0:21:27] Landy @CryptoLandy: only $3,600 to buy 80 to do a statement?
[0:21:30] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's a cook. It's a cook. Hold on. I'm late actually. Me hear let me hear what you're saying. Sorry. Sorry. Lina, what's your take? How how do you feel about everything?
[0:21:39] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. I mean, it's pretty classic Jack Butcher. He's got his collectors. So I guess, like, if you look at the holder the holder......
[0:21:48] NatNat @Natnatx007: Pay. It's from The UK.
[0:21:49] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it has to be something x money related. It has to be, like, a paid promotion of some sort. But, like... Yeah. I mean, while everybody's focusing on, like, the floor price and stuff, if you actually break down what's going on with these NFTs, like the CMYK grids being derived... So the artist derived from the two five six bit transaction hash. And, like, it gives you different colored blades, etcetera. That's pretty typical Jack Butcher. Like, he he takes, like, yeah, that action and turns it into art instead of just, like, meaningless transaction numbers. And that whole thing, like, destroying to create scarcity, we saw that with Czech movie as well. So, yeah, I mean, it's pretty in tune with with his art style. I think it's like... Obviously, we had Argonauts recently from Alpha Centauri Kidd, and, like, that was... I guess, if you kind of stud... If you know about his art style in the past as well, a lot of people speculating stuff behind that. But I... I'm just more interested in kind of, like, yeah, how the art is derived, and don't really care about the floor. I minted three, sold two, holding one just in case.
[0:22:59] Moni @monitalan: You're not drone tripping? I would see who
[0:23:01] NatNat @Natnatx007: No.
[0:23:02] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I know. That that that me that me is gone. Yeah. But, like, yeah, my theory is, obviously, if... I I think there are going to be people who want to collect the statements. And, like, that whole statement thing is, like, you're making a statement. So with CzechsVBV, it was, like, don't trust Czech, and it's the same philosophy behind this as well. So it's about burning... Like, the the credits are individual credits of trust, and you burn 80 of them to make a statement. You're burning 80 actions of trust to make a statement about trust.
[0:23:36] Moni @monitalan: But, yeah, I I don't know how to explain it already.
[0:23:39] NatNat @Natnatx007: Feel like there's a message in the eights as well. No?
[0:23:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Isn't that, like, ancient... Like, that's, like, super... Like, the eights are, like, really good luck, like, in Asian culture. No? So, like, sign me up. Infinity up. Anyway, quick question, DocNooNoo. Do we even know why people are paying up? Because that's the market telling us. Right? Like, I was just watching, like, the prints going off, and I'm just like, who's buying what for what price and why? And that's... That pattern emerged immediately where it's like the a tour thing. Obviously, like, now it makes sense, but do we know... It's just, like, is there anything else to this? I know you said, well, you have to wait. They... Like, for the eight days, whatever. Is there anything else you think to this or a theory or hypothesis? What do think?
[0:24:19] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I honestly have no no clue at all. I mean, the the actual artwork itself is like an eight by eight grid. So there's, like, 64 pieces to it, and that's what's been generated from the transaction hash. But the, yeah, the trait that says eights, there's, like, zero, one, two, three, four, five. I don't know what they represent.
[0:24:38] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Yeah. I don't know whether it just relates to how many pieces of the grid are filled, if it's just a visual thing. But I think you were speculating. Like, you were seeing people snipe the eights that were higher. Right?
[0:24:51] Moni @monitalan: Well, because Yeah. The scarcity depends. Right? If you have five, which there's only one, has five, and then you have the fours. There's, like, 22, I think, or 23 that have four. Then you go to the threes, the twos, and the one is not as scarce because there's actually other traits that are more scarce and scarcer. I don't know how you say it. My English sometimes doesn't work for me. But, like, you have something called extreme. You also have plates. Like, also... You know what I also saw? Be... One of the first ones that I meant to... That I, like, claimed has a higher scarcity because I did it early. So the time that you sent the transaction also counts if you look at the traits. So it's it's interesting, right, how he looks at every little thing.
[0:25:41] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's cool. Like, it really is art. I, like, I get it. You know what I mean? Like, I think this is a, like, this is a really cool form of art. And it's like, I don't think you have to be a nerd to kind of appreciate this. Right? It's like if you kinda understand how this... How the blockchain works at a high level transactions, like, there's a little bit of lore there. Right? Like, he's got a name in the space. I mean, there's not many artists that can come in a mill... A million dollars on a drop, let alone the secondary fees. You know what I'm saying? So god bless, man. You know what I mean? But,
[0:26:07] NatNat @Natnatx007: like And
[0:26:07] Moni @monitalan: he also talks about... Like, this is also an experiment too. Yes. It's minting on blockchain, but people who went through it had to do what is opposite of of blockchain and crypto because you have to do KYC. Right? So he also talks about what what is. Right? At what point do we say that it's decentralized when part of the process was not decentralized? Even though a lot of us meant it for people who are anonymous.
[0:26:33] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: So... You know?
[0:26:36] Dave @DCBK2LA: Damn. I wish I... Are you kidding me? Guys, I would have made a killing on markups. Okay? If I if I had even the slightest bit of time... I only had thirty minutes by the time the holiday was over, and I'm like, goddamn it. I could've sold the whole euro degenerate group in there, bro. $50, $100 a pop.
[0:26:53] Moni @monitalan: Damn it. I think I think the highest I saw was, like, 25. I think in China, they were selling for 15. I think somebody told me in Canada for 25. You also have to think about it. Right? Like, the way I looked at it, the reason I did it the way I did it was I'm also trying to build relationships and credibility, and I lost a little bit of equity with billions. So I'm like, oh, maybe this will help bring equity. People that don't follow me started following me again. So, you know, you have to
[0:27:23] NatNat @Natnatx007: kinda do some trade off.
[0:27:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. You... Jack follows YouTube?
[0:27:27] Kkoma @itskkoma: Is that what you said?
[0:27:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, yeah. We must be that recent?
[0:27:30] Moni @monitalan: He followed me after I did the post about the video where he explains more about kinda, like, the whole concept. So he followed me, and then when I... I had an issue with one of the NFTs from somebody else. They put the wrong... They thought they had put the wrong address. He DM'd me. But it was funny because he's like, I'm gonna DM you, and then, like, there's all these replies saying, but what about me?
[0:27:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: Why don't you DM?
[0:27:51] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: It's all horrible.
[0:27:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: Whatever. You you take it for it. Alright. Cool. What's
[0:27:56] Moni @monitalan: billions? Does faces that we would love to have him on ATC. Maybe he'll respond to that.
[0:28:02] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
[0:28:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: It's gonna be What... What's billions?
[0:28:04] Dave @DCBK2LA: Chill out. I'm a mute them. I'm mute a this. You better chill out. Come on, listen to me. Hold on. So now, guys, imagine this. Okay? So you're watching this go off. This is like... No. I thought it was also interesting. He didn't do Robinhood, which I kinda love. It's like Ethereum. I like that. It's like, come... Like, come on. You use big mama. You know what I mean? Robin and I feel like would have been sell out kinda deal. But I'm watching all of this go down, and I'm saying to myself, oh my god. I just saw somebody throw a fuck... A freaking $1,200 NFT onto the floor for $83. And I'm like, how can I not snipe? So I'm like, wait a minute. I have Grok. Grok can do anything, I think. So hold on one second. Now that Grok has a voice... Actually, I don't know which voice. Chief might be a female. So just bear with me on this one. Hey, chief. Can you do me a favor? Can you just tell them about the credit sniper bot that we put together last night? Like, what it does or what it was supposed to do and the near miss that we had this morning and what it cost us?
[0:29:02] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Pulling up last night's build and this morning's near miss. I've got pieces of it. Still digging for the near miss itself.
[0:29:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: It doesn't have to be that long. Just a quick synopsis on like, hey. We meet... We made the bot. What did the bot do? How was it set up? And, were we successful? Yes or no? And how did you fuck it up?
[0:29:22] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Here's the short version. Last night, we stood up a credit sniper. Always on watcher on the OpenSea feed for Jack Butcher's credits collection. Rules locked to eights three four five under about 0.042 Gas bumped so we'd actually compete. It took one shot this morning, caught an eights three at 0.0295 ether. Broadcast the buy and the TX died on chain. Not a race...
[0:29:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Sorry. Go ahead. Yeah.
[0:29:49] MetaBeast @AKCMetaBeast: Not a speed loss. The buy code choked on how OpenSea package the order data. So the purchase never landed. That listing's gone and it was the only qualifying shot we had all night. The encode bugs patched since. Next one that fits the rules, the buy actually goes through.
[0:30:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cool. Thanks. Thanks a lot. Don't tell them anything about the next one that we're gonna be doing because that's kind of exclusive. Okay? We don't wanna tell anybody about that yet, but we might be doing a little pilot It's
[0:30:15] Landy @CryptoLandy: exclusive. Sorry. I can't do the voice.
[0:30:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Landy, I had a bock over. I never thought in a million years a schmuck like me would be able to actually make and let alone understand what, how, and what an NFT trading bot is. But I learned a shit ton about, like, you know, mem... Like, the mempool and and and Mhmm. And flash bots and protections on Ethereum versus Robinhood. Bro, no wonder everybody loves Robinhood. These devs are fucking fucking cleaning up out here. They're robbing everybody blind and slapping them in the head and being like, get out of here. It's insane, dude. But it was super fun, like, just watching it because there's an NFT collection with volume. You're waiting for somebody to fat finger that shit, and then it's like,
[0:30:54] Moni @monitalan: did we get it?
[0:30:55] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. Back in my day
[0:30:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah.
[0:30:57] Landy @CryptoLandy: We used to actually have to work with a developer to create the bot. But here you are
[0:31:03] Dave @DCBK2LA: You're looking at him, baby.
[0:31:04] Landy @CryptoLandy: Your fancy tools, putting developers out of work.
[0:31:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I gotta be honest. I didn't think it was gonna go on out, but, like, when I actually saw somebody drop the... What's it called? Like, the pro... Like, that NFT, was like, oh my god. That's a 3 Eights Floor on... Like, Collection Floor, and that's, like, $8,978. I'm like, please tell me we got that. And then by the way, I gave this thing a couple $100. All I had to do was put in, like, a... I put in a burner wallet, gave it my private key. It sets everything up. All the back end shit. Alchemy RPCs, we need the best route. No. We can't be using the OpenSea WebSocket because by the time that happens, like, every... Like, you're literally, like, three blocks away. Right? Like, you go to the party. It's like, but the other guys that are getting the real money or the real pussy, they're the ones that are essentially back here looking over the pool being like, let me see when these guys... And the second you stick your head out, they're in there stealing your shit. It's crazy how this whole thing works. But but the biggest takeaway that I got is... Listen to me. Infrastructure, infrastructure, infrastructure. The biggest players in this game, okay, pay big money to have really fast connections to all... Like, to be connected to all of finance. And this goes for Wall Street and crypto. I mean, it probably... It's amplified times a 100 because the opportunity is so much bigger and the space is so nascent. So I didn't realistically think that I was gonna compete with them, but at the end of the day, I... Like, you potentially can. There's maybe a shot, but I did it more for, like, education, and it's super fun because it actually teaches you about this whole shit. And you kinda get to see the other side of this. Landon, anything on sniper bots? I'm sure you guys are familiar with sniper bots. I'm sure DocNooNoo's got something to say on sniper Never...
[0:32:54] Landy @CryptoLandy: I have no idea what you're talking about. Right. Right. Know anything about sniper bots. That's silly. Right.
[0:32:59] Dave @DCBK2LA: Right. We should ask tomorrow about that. But...
[0:33:00] Landy @CryptoLandy: I mean... Yeah. But, like, are you are you referring to, like... Who who could possibly and why would they ever snipe anything on, like, the
[0:33:09] NatNat @Natnatx007: Big Mac fluffy?
[0:33:11] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I would never do such a thing. That is
[0:33:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: Why would they name it banana gun also?
[0:33:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: Like, why name it banana That's crazy.
[0:33:18] NatNat @Natnatx007: Mhmm. We believe you, Landy.
[0:33:22] Dave @DCBK2LA: Nanu, how many cyberbots have you used in your day?
[0:33:25] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: Zero. A big fat zero.
[0:33:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: What the hell? You guys are all suckers. You know what? Actually, no. You're customers. Listen, guys.
[0:33:32] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'm building you. Sucker, but you
[0:33:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: just heard me. I I would never actually do such a such a heinous act on chain.
[0:33:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: That's crazy. I would ask cool, but cool never trade NFTs, comma. Comma, you would... You never trade NFTs either.
[0:33:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait. Never mind. It's Ethereum. It's not immutable anymore. Yeah.
[0:33:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: My own... Yeah.
[0:33:50] DocNooNoo @doc_noonoo: I was gonna say, yeah. I mean, like, there there have been fat fingers for, like, as long as, you know, NFTs have existed. I've done it myself where I've listed, like, an NFT for point zero zero four instead of point zero four. So, yeah, people have sniper bots. Like, if you think you have a chance of catching one of those fat fingers, good luck because people have sniper bots that just, like, they're programmed to pick up. Like, if somebody accidentally lists it a certain percentage below floor, it will just snipe it.
[0:34:17] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. No. No. Did I did I ever tell you the store... Did I ever tell you guys this quick quick story about my my legendary VV status? Because I literally pulled one of these off. Somebody... I happened to be looking at the right fucking comic book market out of, like, literally thousands of different markets and different NFTs. I was looking at this one one day, and somebody floored on accident fat fingered a... The floor on it was a $13,000 comic book for a $138. I happened to have the money in. I was staring right at it. Sniped. Done. Like, best best flip ever. Literally, $100 to 13,000. It was, like, the best day ever. But then it was, like, I'm too nice. So it's, do you give it back? But who is it? Turns out it was actually a bot, one of the guys that was using, like, all these scripts and bots. So I was, yeah. Fuck you. I'm keeping this money. But, yeah, you're right. Like, it's going to happen. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's gonna happen. Now I'm just more curious about, like, what else is going on? So I started exploring the ecosystem of, like, flippers and bots and all these things that are putting in offers and this. I mean, there's this... It's a whole squad. If you... Listen. If you hear the name Laporska, Laporska is a very smart guy. When you see these accounts with a 100,000... A 104,000, like, one minute, I go to refresh five minutes late. It's 108,000. I'm like, what the fuck? What is going on? There's people printing money out here. Legit printing money. Yeah. Oh, I guess we'll see. There might be a a sniper bot opening or opportunity on Robinhood if you wanna test it out with us. I have no idea if it's gonna succeed or not, but there's certain limited mints that are coming up. And you know what? The fuck. You ain't trying if you ain't cheating. You know what I'm saying? Milo, what's up? It's a tough crowd today. I don't know. I'm here.
[0:36:07] Kkoma @itskkoma: You really mentioned the Milo after you said tough crowd today?
[0:36:11] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. No. I didn't mean that. Like, it was just like, I'm feeling like I'm crushing it. I feel like I'm killing it right now.
[0:36:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You guys, this
[0:36:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: is, like, fucking
[0:36:17] NatNat @Natnatx007: I can't hear you.
[0:36:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wet rags out here.
[0:36:19] NatNat @Natnatx007: The fuck You know what? I... You know what it is? I can't hear what you're... The cat is dragging, but I can't hear what you're saying in the middle of all of, like, the f words, but I'm just rocking with it today, Dave. I'm just rocking with it today.
[0:36:34] Kkoma @itskkoma: Did you, guys already talk about the Calci drama? We did. Did
[0:36:38] Dave @DCBK2LA: we hear Milo say what's up? Like, was Milo's... Did Milo say he said what's up, and did he have anything else to say, or did we cut him off? Or Milo?
[0:36:44] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. You you cut him off because you said tough crowd today.
[0:36:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: You cut him off.
[0:36:49] Landy @CryptoLandy: No. You you got
[0:36:50] Kkoma @itskkoma: Milo, who who cut you off? Was it was it Dave or was it agreed
[0:36:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: war and peace. Listen.
[0:36:56] Milo @0dteSPY: I've joined more communities over the last two weeks than
[0:37:01] Kkoma @itskkoma: I
[0:37:01] Milo @0dteSPY: probably have in the last seven years. I am horrible at NFTs. I keep becoming a community member. It's
[0:37:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: rough. You're in the...
[0:37:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: You're in it for the art now. Yeah. Yeah.
[0:37:15] Milo @0dteSPY: I don't like art. Well,
[0:37:16] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I like my kids when
[0:37:17] Milo @0dteSPY: they draw me stuff, but but I... I've become a community member. I don't know why. I think I have a problem.
[0:37:26] Dave @DCBK2LA: But I could've told you that when you were like, what's up with the limes? I'm like, of all the shit... Like, I'm in garbage, but, like, of all the things you got stuck to is, limes, when did you think that was... What you was gonna happen there? Hey. Chill out down there, bro. You came up here out of pocket on my... Yeah. What happened?
[0:37:42] Landy @CryptoLandy: Just give him a squeeze. You like limes? I like... You know, squeeze of lime. You know? Just just, you know, become one. It's okay.
[0:37:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Don't worry about it.
[0:37:50] Landy @CryptoLandy: Be a community... Be a Lime community member with us.
[0:37:53] Kkoma @itskkoma: Are we talking about the scooters? What are we what are we
[0:37:54] Dave @DCBK2LA: talking about? Bro, I have
[0:37:56] NatNat @Natnatx007: no idea.... What we're
[0:37:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: talking about. He really... Coma has not been in the trenches since it started, actually. Like, you think about it....
[0:38:01] Landy @CryptoLandy: Coconut. Okay? Yeah. That's what I wanted to say. Just put the lime in the coconut. Put the
[0:38:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: lime in the coconut. Yeah. What about alpha... Look at alpha I've
[0:38:08] Kkoma @itskkoma: literally been on vacation for two weeks. You gotta cut me some slack here.
[0:38:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Cut you slack for being on vacation for two weeks.
[0:38:12] NatNat @Natnatx007: Here the whole time, and I still
[0:38:14] Dave @DCBK2LA: have no idea what you're
[0:38:15] NatNat @Natnatx007: talking about.
[0:38:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: For what I'm saying?
[0:38:16] Landy @CryptoLandy: We're not gonna cut you slack. You've been slacking for two weeks straight.
[0:38:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Exactly. It's not fun. I'm missing Slack.
[0:38:22] Kkoma @itskkoma: That's a fair point. But
[0:38:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: We also see what's on the timeline. You know that. Right? We see how much money you're making from predictions.
[0:38:29] Kkoma @itskkoma: In my defense, I was on vacation, and I was making predictions. So... And we we still... Did you guys talk about the ICOBs thing?
[0:38:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. Let's talk... No. Let's... I would love to talk about the ICOBs things.
[0:38:41] Kkoma @itskkoma: Oh, yeah. He blocked you. Right?
[0:38:42] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. I mean, this was way back when, but at least now... I mean, I have no idea why still, but karma is a motherfucker, bro. Like, he cost me the job interview at CaliShu this piece of shit. But, anyways
[0:38:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: No way. What happened?
[0:38:52] Kkoma @itskkoma: No. He didn't.
[0:38:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: I swear to I swear to Monica. Way. Monica as as... Monica's my witness. Monica referred me over, commented on the post. I commented. One was, like, getting the DMs. I went to get, like, let's talk. And they were looking to make a hire ASAP. I didn't know if I was gonna be the best hire, but I didn't even get a... Like, the second I got in the DMs, this dumbass freaking decided to come and comment on the post. Like, I don't even I don't even know you. But I... I'm I'm glad, though, that now
[0:39:20] Kkoma @itskkoma: Wait. What? Like, wait. What happened? He commented on one of your posts? Yes. I'm
[0:39:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: sorry. God. No. Because you... No. He commented on that thread. Yeah. Go He
[0:39:27] Moni @monitalan: commented that he had blocked him. So if he had blocked him, probably not somebody he would recommend.
[0:39:34] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh my god. Yeah.
[0:39:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: Exactly. When was this?
[0:39:38] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's This was a while ago. Yeah. Now a couple of months ago.
[0:39:42] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: That is so messed up, man. Woah.
[0:39:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: That is
[0:39:44] Dave @DCBK2LA: really messed crazy. But this is it. Like, and I can't even remember. Now don't get me wrong. When I saw the story come out yesterday, it was like, this guy's such a douchebag. When... Like, there's a certain type of person. Maybe I am obviously salty a little bit, but, like, come on, bro. Come on. But whatever. We... We'll leave that personality aside. Let's talk about this Kalshi stuff because coincidentally enough, this story comes out, comma, and every single prop firm out here, equities, crypto, is doing numbers that they have never seen before. And I mean, three, four, five times daily volume numbers that they've never seen before that is all of a sudden now happening. So I'm not saying one way or the other, but I'm really curious. And I I went down the rabbit hole, but, comma, what's the... Yeah. It's all fair with us. Como, what is your take on this whole situation?
[0:40:36] Kkoma @itskkoma: I mean, I I I don't know who this Benny guy is, but, man, did did he, like, ICOB's, like, waking up amongst her? Because this dude was like, alright. You really wanna play this game? I'll play this game. And it... I I really respect Benny for just kinda showing the data because too often, people try to, like, like, bully their way into, like, bully... To justifying their beliefs or whatever. Like, you're stupid, blah blah blah. Obviously, no one's gonna listen to you. But he actually had the data and everything to kinda justify it. And, yeah. I mean, people... Like, companies pumping their numbers, like, is that really, like,
[0:41:16] Dave @DCBK2LA: a shocking revelation...... Backstory
[0:41:18] NatNat @Natnatx007: in here. What's the backstory?
[0:41:20] Dave @DCBK2LA: Here's the backstory. Essentially, like, the the the quick and the dirty of it is Kalshi's been raising money at crazy valuations. We know this. They just raised, I think, from Susquehanna, like, like, a 9 figure deal at $40,000,000,000 valuation. They invest that money because they think that daily volumes across the board, whether predictions as well as on perps, because this was mostly focused on perps. Like, they think that, oh my god. The numbers are growing. People are really taking to this. Like, this is amazing. You know? And that's why you get VCs writing really, really big checks. But the bottom line here is what this guy Benny found or what they pushed him to essentially, like, sing is, dude, you guys were so dumb that you couldn't even hot... Like, couldn't even change the amount that you were scammed, that you were painting the tape, and you couldn't even change the amount of money. When I say painting the tape, crypto refers to it as wash trading. I think that's insane. But for, like It's not wash trading. Exactly. But it's, like, it's... Figure it... It's not real. It's
[0:42:21] Landy @CryptoLandy: Yeah. It's not real. Yeah. No. It's it's it's volume for volume's sake.
[0:42:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: Exactly. So now you have massive, like... When you look at this, right, and they literally put the numbers up, and those fifth... I think the the number was $5,500. It was
[0:42:35] Kkoma @itskkoma: $5,500, like, same trade over and over and over
[0:42:37] Dave @DCBK2LA: and over again. To the tune that it was literally, I think, 30 or 40% of the overall perp volume done on Cauchy in ETH, which... At, like, 300,000,000 or 400,000,000, which is kinda nuts. I don't know enough about the the perpetuals market. I'm learning very fast. Landy, I don't know if you do, but... Or Nat, whatever. But, obviously, like, you're not trading... You're trading prices and oracle prices. You're not trading actual... The actual asset. Like, the... Yeah.
[0:43:06] NatNat @Natnatx007: Hold on. Hold on.
[0:43:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: Sorry. In in crypto native exchanges, typically, the underlying asset is attached. If it is the... It just depends on what that asset is. Oh. Right? So if that asset is USDT, that is the underlying asset that you're doing in perpetuals. Right? You're just levering up. You're you're playing with some house money, brings your liquidations closer. Right? So... But in that case, this is one of the reasons why you've seen a lot of, used to have inverse pairs. So you'd have, like, inverse pairs, Bitcoin or CoinM or any of these, and the underlying asset would be Bitcoin. It's just levered up. So you're getting less room on that particular trade. You're using a bit of, it's cooking the books with open interest. Right? So it is your open interest float on top of the underlying. And when it starts to blow up, that's why you see, you know, liquidation events and price moves very, very quickly because then the underlying has to be moved to the other side. So if somebody gets liquidated, the underlying does actually move, whether it's USDT, whether it's BTC, whether it's Ethereum, or whatever it might be. But I'd... I I don't I don't like the way that they've been doing it in these prediction market players have been doing. I'll be quite upfront with you about it because I don't... The... You cannot... And this is true of, you know, centralized exchanges in general, but their liquidity is very thin. So to do the types of... To to do the type of volume that they're doing, you then have to discern how much are they adding to that volume to protect the leverage side. Right? So... Because if you have... You know, it... Let's say, for the sake of argument, you got a million dollars in liquidity, but somehow you're doing, you know, a $100,000,000 in volume. There... There's there's going to be some disconnect there. There's gonna be slippage there. There's gonna be all kinds of things. So you have to have your automated market maker system play with a certain amount of that in order to balance it all out. There's like... We could go down the rabbit hole for for for ages. But one of the things that I have not liked and have not liked that, you know, that I did like about after what's his name got absolutely smacked in the face a couple of times over on Hyperliquid, they straightened out. And, essentially, the backing for the trades was was more secured with more liquidity. Whereas you have, calcium polymarket, those books are still stupid thin, yet they're doing tons and tons of volume, which tells you that there's a lot of market makers in play. There's a lot of liquidity providers that are in play that are facilitating, and that's where you're getting the paint the tape. Now a lot of people think that this is like, oh, well, they're wash trading. They're doing this. They're that. They're... No. Wash trading is specifically washing funds to to make them legit, and that's not what we're seeing. What we're seeing is a bunch of liquidity providers that are painting the tape. That's what they're doing, and it's because they have perp contracts with with low liquidity. So they they are forced to paint the tape. And then... And and accusing them directly of doing it, I think, is kind of a little bit... This is where things can get a little confusing for people that aren't, like, on the inside and and are trying to gauge and understand what's going on from the outside because you're gonna get a bunch of PR speak from everyone involved. So then... Because there's business relationships with market makers and liquidity providers that are facilitating those markets. And that's one of the reasons why you're seeing the paint be taped because you have to make up the gap because you have an oracle and indexer that's pegged to the price. You can't just ignore that. And if you don't have the orders there, you can't you can't, in your market, then move them there without the liquidity to do so. And if your liquidity is so thin that you've gotta get the outside liquidity to do it, they are gonna be in there putting up that volume. So in some parts, I understand where Kalshi is coming from. I understand where Polymarket is coming from. But I also don't think that they're... I I I have questions, let's say. I have questions about the legitimacy of some of what has been happening.
[0:47:49] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. If that makes sense. But to be... And to be crystal clear with everyone, this is not on the prediction market side. This is on the perp side. Perps. Yeah. All perps. Perpetual futures. Yeah. I don't... Lendi, do you think it's also coincidence that we saw... I mean, I know the markets are doing crazy things and they're rallying. Right? So I I wanna obviously say it's that. But, I mean, per platforms are seeing... Like, I mean, look at Vest. Right? Like, we wear this badge. Right? Like, Vest went from a $500,000,000 day yesterday. Right? In one... In in one freaking... And if you're confused, like, to 2,000,000,000, bro. 2,000,000,000.
[0:48:29] Landy @CryptoLandy: And this is and this is why it's so important to have good market makers. Like, this is this is the reason why you need good regulated, preferably in The US, market makers. Because you can't have that happen with the amount of thin liquidity that is here in crypto. So everybody that always bashes on market makers, they think that they manipulate and control the markets. No one's talking about manipulation when prices frickin rip into the upside through different levels.
[0:49:00] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. Manipulation only comes up when price is tanking. Right?
[0:49:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: Exactly. And it's like, well... And it's not even manipulation. In many cases, what is what is being seen isn't... You can have a market maker that is manipulating into facilitating a trade. Like, that... That's one of the things that no one wants to talk about because the market makers are supposed to be the bad guys. Right? Well, if you have enough of the underlying collateral, you can force the market maker to have to move the market in the direction you want. And this... You see this all the time with automated market making systems. You see it on all of these freaking little Mickey Mouse ass exchanges that have really thin liquidity for pairs.
[0:49:41] Kkoma @itskkoma: Did you say Mexi or Mickey Mouse? Sorry. I couldn't hear you.
[0:49:44] Landy @CryptoLandy: I I said... You know what I was talking about. You know I was talking about Mexi. Sorry, Mexi, but you gotta do something about that with those thin liquidity pairs. But the point being is you can get into a... Into these liquidity pools on smaller pairs that they... You know, how they're constantly listing, like, you know, little shit coins here and there. I'm sorry. Legitimate, memetic sorcery coins, all the time. Well, the problem is that you get these really thin liquidity pools and somebody can transfer into the exchange. That's why a lot of them try to try to gate it now. They try to transfer how much you can transfer in, and, realistically, they don't wanna do that. Right? So transferring in, usually, it's a transfer out they try to get you on. But you trans... You can transfer in and stomp on that liquidity pool specifically. That's where you see the wild wakes to the upside and the downside and all that kind of stuff and just take that liquidity. And, typically, most centralized exchanges, they've got a big pot of USDT and USDC that they... Then they they provision out to these different pools and different weights. And, you know, when you have perp exchanges that are perp decks exchanges, they aren't centralized. Right? So you have to have these relationships with different players in the game, market makers, liquidity providers, whatever you wanna call them, that are in there making the markets. Now it'd be a different story if it was revealed that Kalshi themselves was the market maker because then there's a lot of questionable things that could be brought up. I don't think that's the conversation that's happening here. I think that a lot of the volume being faked, quote, unquote, I think it's gonna be revealed now that there is, you know, regulatory authorities that are are... You know, maybe I believe have already been aware of these things because of filings, at least I would hope, that... I I think it's gonna be revealed that that there... Because there is such thin liquidity that they're utilizing the market makers, and it's not some sort of nefarious big conspiracy theory. I will say that there are... The way that Kalshi allows others to get in market make, there's... I don't like the way that they have provided for certain things. And that... This go... This is true of many things in crypto, but that's because I come from traditional markets. So... Because there's a lot of hinky stuff that can be done, and there's a lot of insider stuff that can be done. And there's all kinds of ways in which, you know, people can be taken advantage of through thinking that these are actually robust liquidity environments. When... What have we been talking about the entire time? For how many years have we been talking about the thin liquidity in crypto? And that's one of the reasons why crypto is so volatile because of the thin liquidity.
[0:52:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: You know what? This makes sense, Landy, why they go... Why they... Like, remember how we were just scratching our heads? Like, why are they going at each other? They're raising so much money. What are they wasting time with this this this amateur hour Mickey Mouse bullshit like you were saying? I didn't understand. That's always the mark... Like, it's almost always the mark where it's like, y'all ain't doing none of this. Like, if this was all up and up, and mind you, Kalshi was, like, CFTC regulated, da da da. Like, if this was all on the up and up, then they're not fighting like this. But it's... I I don't know, bro. Like, this... Yeah.
[0:53:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: The the pushback and legal taking over that account, clearly, that wasn't written by him. That's legal. Had to have taken over his account. I'd I'd... For those that floated that out there, immediately, I went and I read that copy, and I was like, oh, yeah. That's the legal department said, no. No. No. You're you're you're... We're either taking that account, and we are going to control it from here on out, or you, you are posting exactly this and then you're staying offline or we're getting rid of you. Right? Like, that's that's kinda like one of those situations. And I find that a little bit interesting. Like, I get that you have to defend against, you know, what what could be considered as, FUD or or misunderstanding of the business. And maybe there is some truth on both sides. Right? Like, there's... Nothing is ever as clear cut as, like, they're clearly doing this, and it's all just fake. And it's like, no. There's some middle ground, almost guaranteed. But what I what I don't like is when you have somebody that works for a company that is gonna be an asshole like that to others online, and you will find that you trigger the wrong autist, and they will tear you apart Whether there's some truth to it, whether it's all true, or whether it is gray area here and there, doesn't really matter. Like, you're gonna get it, and you should get it. You should... And I'm sorry if if you're anybody that's from Kelsey or associated. Like, you kinda deserve what you get when you've got somebody that's gonna be a dick to somebody about something that that they are maybe questioning about what it is that you're doing. You should have hit with the actual reasons why you're doing what you're doing and what the mechanics of it are right off the bat instead of being a, you know, a jackass or a douchebag.
[0:54:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: It's a dick.
[0:54:53] Landy @CryptoLandy: I know something about that.
[0:54:55] Dave @DCBK2LA: ICO piece guy here, bro. Anyways, Monique, go ahead. I'm so salty.
[0:54:59] Moni @monitalan: Real quick. I just don't think that they expected also for The Wall Street Journal to be on this. What I don't think people realize is there's no reporters in mainstream media who are here on x who are watching prediction markets really carefully and monitoring for anything. So I don't think he went to the journal. Maybe he did. I actually think they went.
[0:55:23] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. He
[0:55:23] Moni @monitalan: went. Oh,
[0:55:24] Dave @DCBK2LA: you're you're saying you don't know which way, like, if they would came to him or you found that.
[0:55:28] Moni @monitalan: I they went to him. I think they approached him. I think they saw this, and they're like, send us the data. Right? Because, I mean, it's hard to pitch to The Wall Street Journal, but maybe he has a friend there or whatever.
[0:55:40] Landy @CryptoLandy: Moni, I'm gonna tell you something right now because this is a hot topic in DC at the moment.
[0:55:48] Landy @CryptoLandy: A lot of the prediction markets are catching the eyes of not just the mainstream media. Right? Because mainstream media paid very close attention to the poly market and Calci and everything coming into the twenty twenty four election. It was kind of like 2022 to 2024 was, like, really highlighting, you know, prediction markets across elections, especially. Right? Part of the problem is that can be cooked. Right? If you can cook a narrative in how many of these platforms, platforms, you can absolutely move those markets and cook a narrative to align with and or try to tip public sentiment. So you have reporters out there that are obviously championing it. You have reporters that are against it. And you've got intel agencies, law enforcement, and regulatory that are keeping a very close eye on us. So one of the biggest things is is, like, with the perp stuff and what's kinda going on in the perp side, like, it's actually the prediction side that I think is far more interesting because those markets can be moved and manipulated in very interesting ways that I don't think people... People think it's all organic, and it's... That's complete and utter BS. I think the most organic markets over there are the sports betting markets because, yeah, you can you can get you can get things in there, but those, you know, mentioned markets and the... Know, there's many different ways to manipulate it, right, insider information. But, also, there's ways to kinda cook the books for... You know, especially when it comes to elections. And it's not just The United States is paying attention to this. International agencies are paying attention to this, and they're they're letting it go because they wanna see how it's done. You can also catch catch bad actors trying to do things that way too. You let them go and play. You let them play and you watch. But this is also where I kind of... Because there is such a... There's so many eyes on this, it does kinda make me feel like this this is maybe a little overblown on the accusation side of things. And, yes, there there are reasons why you're seeing some of the types of numbers that you're seeing. What I will say is whatever market makers and liquidity providers are working with, it is kinda silly to keep using the same lot sizes. Like, what are you doing? What are you stupid? Like, come on.
[0:58:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Like, what are stupid or what? 55, I mean. This. Why are you stupid?
[0:58:09] Moni @monitalan: The other thing is, like, if we want crypto and prediction markets and all this to be mature, we have to act more maturely. Right? Not have Twitter fights if you're an executive or
[0:58:19] Landy @CryptoLandy: Moni company. Moni, Wall Street is the most immature place, and Washington
[0:58:23] Moni @monitalan: is the most immature place.
[0:58:25] NatNat @Natnatx007: Don't do it
[0:58:25] Moni @monitalan: online as much. I mean, depends on who it is.
[0:58:28] NatNat @Natnatx007: But... Where do you think we
[0:58:30] Landy @CryptoLandy: learned it from? We learned it from our parents.
[0:58:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Our parents. That's the one... Exactly.
[0:58:35] NatNat @Natnatx007: But money is right, though. Money is right. When it comes to DC, there's a lot that goes on behind closed doors. We just don't take it online.
[0:58:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: That... That's true. Yeah. It's, because environment, it's and it's and it's, you know, public ledgers and stuff like that. So you just end up hearing a lot more about it. Right? And I think that... Yes. Well, there's many celebrating, like, the the kinda takedown aspect of this, particular situation. I really... I look at it, and I go, look. I can see both sides, and there's probably a little bit of truth on both. It's more... What what is more interesting to me is if you dig deep enough. If you scratch, will they bleed? Like, that's actually what I find more interesting because you can do that with just about any any freaking centralized exchange. If you scratch deep enough, they will bleed because there's a lot of hinky stuff that happens behind the scenes. But that's true of anywhere that money is involved, including traditional markets. It's true all the time. So it's just a matter of, like, this is the thing that we all care about that we're looking at at this particular time, and it becomes a big news item.
[0:59:47] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. Comma, make it a little more sense. But this guy, Benny, says that he's got more. I was reading the whole thing last night. He says there's more, bro.
[0:59:56] Landy @CryptoLandy: He'll never
[0:59:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: be like Yeah. They said they wanna keep you. There's more. We pay our taxes.
[1:00:01] Kkoma @itskkoma: Like They're probably gonna hire him. Just letting you know, Dave.
[1:00:05] Dave @DCBK2LA: Should be smart. I mean, can't beat him. No.
[1:00:07] Landy @CryptoLandy: If they hired him, wouldn't that be wild?
[1:00:10] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. Does ICW still have the... Does he still have his badge? Maybe he's Yeah. Open badge? Oh, he does.
[1:00:14] Landy @CryptoLandy: He's still there.
[1:00:15] Kkoma @itskkoma: Why wouldn't he have his badge? That's... He works there.
[1:00:18] Dave @DCBK2LA: Because Landy Landy literally just said that that legal took over his account. Like, that's... It's not a crazy thing when you become the... Like, you're the reason why, like, this whole scandal freaking kicked off, and then you fan the flames. So it's like, publicly?
[1:00:34] Landy @CryptoLandy: Well, I I don't... Look. I I think they're probably just waiting to see where the dust settles. I don't think they're gonna get rid... I mean, I would I would both be surprised and not be surprised. Somehow, I am jaded by everything. So I don't know. It is a bit of a PR disaster for them, all stemming from web... Because it hit mainstream media. And even though Wall Street Journal is a rag, everybody then uses that as validity. Right?
[1:01:02] Kkoma @itskkoma: So it's
[1:01:03] Landy @CryptoLandy: like, oh, look. Mainstream media. It must be true. And it's like, well, I thought we were all... We are the news now, Right?
[1:01:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Colma, let me ask you. Like, you felt... Like, have prediction markets been any different at all from, like, your perspective? I know you're on vacation, but just in general, like, what's the general sense? And I know this was perps, but just overall, volume's still there, increasing. You're seeing liquidity.
[1:01:27] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. I mean, it's it's tough to say. Like, personally, I've just been kinda doing a little bit of, getting back into, like, the web two, like, sports book a little bit, to be honest with you, just because I've been on the move so much. But at least on the tennis side, it is a little... Yeah. At times, there are some liquidity issues, related to, like, smaller, not as well known games, like, kinda like the people that are in the trenches trying trying to trying to make the trades. So I I think Polymarket and Calcasia are really trying to add liquidity on all these games because, tennis is actually surprisingly a big is a big market in sports. And I think, they they do a ton of volume compared to compared to even, like, NFL or or, like, like, NBA because it's global. Like, there's so many... It's almost, like, twenty four seven, on... Like, that you could bet on tennis because, like, right now, all the all the tournaments are in China. So, like, people are just staying up, like, crazy hours to either make the bets or people in, like, China are making bets as well. So the demand for liquidity is there for sure.
[1:02:33] Dave @DCBK2LA: Copy. Okay. Cool. Alright. Good stuff. Anybody... Anything else on the, call sheet store? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?
[1:02:43] Kkoma @itskkoma: I heard that they would...
[1:02:43] Landy @CryptoLandy: It's gonna fade away, and then we'll be talking about something very, very different next week.
[1:02:48] Dave @DCBK2LA: Bro, Summit, we're gonna go take a shower after this, and it'll be literally distant memory. That is how crypto works. I did... Well, one thing I did love is people were launching coins for Benny and then sending creator fees over to me. It's like, who's launching these coins? Told you not to. And then then this next post was like, oh, damn. $20 in creator fees. Thanks, guys. It's like, goddamn. Yo. ATC fam, why don't you guys launch some coins in, like, for me and Nat and, you know, Landy and Kool and Moni? I gotta pay these people. You know what I'm saying?
[1:03:17] Landy @CryptoLandy: Launch coins for me, I will rug it.
[1:03:19] Dave @DCBK2LA: Please launch them. Also cool. We we all came to a conclusion decision that we're firing Samara or maybe probation. Maybe he needs probation because he's apparently... You know, he's way more loyal to his society of ninjas and telegram than he is to ATC, and we just can't have that. You know? We can't have him play on both sides of the fence.
[1:03:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I think I think the the the time zone, man. It's rough for him. It's, like, he's, like, six hours ahead. So, like, everything was showed, like, you know, midnight, 1AM. So
[1:03:51] Dave @DCBK2LA: No. He was putting calls in the telegram last night literally at, like, one... 12:30, 01:00. When... So Martin's not sleeping. He's grinding right now. He's grinding. But, Landy, I know you... I don't... Would you... Do you fat finger that chart yesterday? What happened what happened? And, come on, I'll come right to you right now.
[1:04:06] Landy @CryptoLandy: Wait. What? What?
[1:04:07] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Never mind. Never mind. Forget it.
[1:04:09] Landy @CryptoLandy: I'll come at Liquidity Adventures yesterday?
[1:04:12] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
[1:04:13] Landy @CryptoLandy: I freaking... I I... So I copy pasted the contract. Contract. I I was was gonna gonna check it out, and I accidentally copied it into the wrong telegram. It hit the bot. The bot went through the freaking liquidity pool and picked up a bot. I'm stupid. Okay? It was a stupid mistake, but you're welcome. It's... Whatever happens.
[1:04:28] Dave @DCBK2LA: Literally, Samar... Is it cool? Samar called this, like, a coma at, 69... 68, 69 k or whatever it was, 39 k. I think it was at 200 or 300,000 in, like, sixty seconds. And we were like, what in the crime is it? And then Landy's like, oops. Like,. Coma,
[1:04:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: go ahead.
[1:04:45] Kkoma @itskkoma: Oh, did did you guys talk about the, Charizard million dollar sale No. On Beezy?
[1:04:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, I did not. A million dollar Charizard. Yeah.
[1:04:56] NatNat @Natnatx007: I've got two of those.
[1:04:57] Dave @DCBK2LA: Million dollar Brunson. Yeah. First edition. Think Charizard.
[1:05:00] Kkoma @itskkoma: Definitely not a definitely not a Jalen Brunson, but, yeah, as you can see, the TCG market is still red hot. Crazy. Crazy sale. I think the last last sale before that... The the last highest sale was 700 and, like, 80 something thousand dollars with the, like, golden, like, premium. So so, yeah, like, pretty big pretty big, sale today. It happened on Beezy too, of all places.
[1:05:27] Dave @DCBK2LA: But when you say sale, comma, right, like, this is the the digital claw machine thing. Right?
[1:05:31] Kkoma @itskkoma: Like No. No. No. This was
[1:05:32] Dave @DCBK2LA: someone actually buying it. Someone actually
[1:05:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: bought buying it. Someone... Yeah. There is a buyer for this. So Charizard is one of them that... One of the Pokemons that they've... Has been increasing in value. Right? So I'm not surprised to see this happening. The other one that's slowly increasing in value
[1:05:52] Kkoma @itskkoma: Oh my god. Did not say it.
[1:05:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Wait. Wait. Who?
[1:05:58] Kkoma @itskkoma: What is it?
[1:05:58] Dave @DCBK2LA: Let her finish. You better let her finish. She's gonna say Jill and brunch. Myself. I'm gonna
[1:06:03] NatNat @Natnatx007: keep it myself. She might. Okay. I'm gonna keep
[1:06:06] Dave @DCBK2LA: Sorry for that. Please please continue. Who is it?
[1:06:08] Kkoma @itskkoma: I may I may have been wrong to assume.
[1:06:11] NatNat @Natnatx007: This this two. This Gengar, that card has been slowly increasing in value. And then the other one is... I believe it's Rayquaza. Rayquaza. However you wanna pronounce it. Right? That's the Rayquaza. Rayquaza. There's a there's a Luton No. There's a Pokemon called Rayquaza
[1:06:28] Kkoma @itskkoma: or Rayquaza. No. No. That's actually, 100% right. It's, those Pokemons and then, Lugia. Lugia is a huge one too.
[1:06:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. Yep. Yep. And then there is a, specific, from this new batch. Oh my gosh. It's an RGB. I believe it's a mute it's a me... It's a... Hold on.
[1:06:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Bubble mute? Yes.
[1:06:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: That one... But the the the the horrible part about that one is that when it first released, it was, like, $20,000, and then it tanked to $4,000. And then it's slowly finding its its way up again. Right? But then there is also a Mewtwo, a futuristic Mewtwo that if you get it graded, it's worth some money. Not millions just yet, but you get it graded and you hold it. I I I think it might follow the Charizard and the Rayquaza and the Gengar as well.
[1:07:19] Kkoma @itskkoma: You you know what the biggest scam is than that? It's, the grading companies, PSA. They used to charge $12, $15 for a card, and now they charge, like, 50 or $70, which
[1:07:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: is insane. Increase in inks. So PSA is the one that's like... And you know what's funny? PSA used to have different tiers, and, surprisingly, they paused one of their tiers for for whatever reason.
[1:07:42] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. The bulk one.
[1:07:43] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yes. Yes. So now you have no other choice but to pay, you know, the 70 per card plus the insurance and then wait. Like, I think it's, like, over a hundred and fifty days to get your card. So you're you're absolutely right. But they are different they are different companies. I forget which one it is that doesn't charge as much. I think it's still it's still, like, $18 per card, but it's better than just the, like, the the
[1:08:06] Kkoma @itskkoma: The the problem is is that they they they have no value with those graded with those graded copies. I went to, like, the the card shows, and, like, I I had different, like, company graded cards, and they're just like, it's almost like they charge, like, 10%, 20% of what the PSA grade... PSA slab is, which is ridiculous. So it's like you might as well just pay the premium if you think it's gonna
[1:08:29] NatNat @Natnatx007: be a PSA.
[1:08:30] Kkoma @itskkoma: But... Yeah.
[1:08:31] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. But you know how hard it is to get a PSA 10?
[1:08:34] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Used to be a lot easier.
[1:08:35] Kkoma @itskkoma: It used to be a lot easier. Now they're very strict. Yeah.
[1:08:38] NatNat @Natnatx007: Exactly. I'm
[1:08:41] Kkoma @itskkoma: very sad. I had so many one fifty one PSA tens, and then I, like, sold it at the lows. But it it is what it is.
[1:08:46] NatNat @Natnatx007: I got a Requaza, Requaza, however you wanna pronounce. I have one, Gem Mint 10.
[1:08:53] Dave @DCBK2LA: War of the masses. The outcome's disastrous. Many of the Piku's family. Yeah. Oh, my bad.
[1:08:58] NatNat @Natnatx007: Literally, the the... You said the the the thing is that Pokemon, you ask one person how it's pronounced, and then they say one way, then you ask another person how it's pronounced, they say another way. So I'm like,
[1:09:06] Moni @monitalan: I'm saying it both.
[1:09:07] Kkoma @itskkoma: It's it's not you, Nananan. It's just Dave. Like, he just moves on from one thing to another, like predictions to NFTs to cards and
[1:09:15] Dave @DCBK2LA: I'm a whore.
[1:09:15] Kkoma @itskkoma: Yeah. He just he just doesn't know. He just doesn't know. He has no he has no loyalty. Loyalty.
[1:09:21] Dave @DCBK2LA: When I when I start sniping the mempool and I start getting all alpha gamers alpha, but before alpha gamer gets hit, that's when you know, you know, I got something, gamer. I got a little a little sniper bot for you if you're you're in the market. You know? Like, I feel like I'm opening my shirt outside of Yo. The Nudie bar. Yeah. What's up, Gamer? How are you?
[1:09:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: What's up, everyone? It's a beautiful sunny day in the bay. Welcome back, Coma, from your vacation.
[1:09:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, you are vacation too.
[1:09:48] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Seem... Yeah. Seems like we're, you know, both back from our vacations. Yeah. I've been unplugged for the last two weeks in Hawaii, and have... Just now catching up on a lot of different things. And, you know, you gotta take your vacation at the bottom of the market, right, before everything starts pumping and getting out of control. So figured that was a good time to take it. And, yeah, it's pretty funny. You know, you're talking about sniping on the man pool. That's actually old news. That's probably, like, last year. We were doing all that stuff. I know because I was one of the main people doing all that and stealing everyone's transactions on the back end.
[1:10:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: What the fuck? Why didn't you tell her, brother? What kind of bullshit is this?
[1:10:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. And, actually, I... Well, the reason why I did it is because I did it for free because I had a wizard of horde that allowed me to steal transactions for free on the mempool. Anyways Now that's utility. Get it... I don't wanna get into that, but... Yeah. Been been... Looks like been doing pretty good. Looks like everyone here has been doing pretty good. I was listening in to Landy and Nat earlier. You know, Landy's going over the... How people who don't believe in the Bitcoin cycle are idiots. And, you know, he did a real quick synopsis on that. And, yeah, that was actually kinda funny, kinda interesting. But he's right, though. You know, I have it marked on my calendar, you know, October 20. So, you know, we're we're here. Right? And, I mean, this this is what we're all been waiting for, get into position.
[1:11:35] Dave @DCBK2LA: And I'll fucking
[1:11:37] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: waiting for the floodgates of liquidity to open up and all you OG Bitcoin whales start making your moves again. You know, the migration of the whale pattern. You know, just waiting for it. So... Yeah. What's up, Matt?
[1:11:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: I think you brought up an interesting point. Not sure if you were if you were on the space when we're talking about the bottoming cycle. So there's only been two cycles in which the... In which Bitcoin has bottomed, like, exactly a year after. Right? Previously... So, like, if you look... Go back and and look at, 2013 to 2015, that's over four hundred days. And then... And if you go back even further, there's there's one that lasted way longer than that. So I say that to say this. Two things to keep in mind. Right? Not saying that BTC cannot... Absolutely cannot bottom. It can. Maybe it has already. We're just waiting for the confirmation. Right? But be careful on going full long on a set date just because it's that date. Stick to the chart when you wait for confirmation is the safest way, I would say.
[1:12:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I mean, I guess, yeah, that that would be true. But, also, this time is different. Right? I know the... Those are, like, the the words of
[1:12:52] Dave @DCBK2LA: death, but
[1:12:54] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: it it really is because, the the pullback, for one thing, is only, like, what, 53%, not the typical eighty three percent or 88 or 70 or, you know, not even close. So the fact that we're already here, you know, at the end of September, beginning of... You know, basically, beginning of the last quarter of the year. And if you look at the timing of that, we we should we should have been a lot lower, actually. We should we should not be where we're at right now in the eighties. We should be way lower in terms of, you know, the regular cycle. So that's the first difference. And then... So if you take into account the shallow drawdown and also...
[1:13:40] Dave @DCBK2LA: Oh, there goes my
[1:13:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: my Bluetooth. You know, the law of diminishing returns and power, know, once you look at all that stuff also.
[1:13:53] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I think
[1:13:56] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. But
[1:13:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I I I really do think that, you know, this... We're we're getting closer. Like, I'm not I'm not saying that's the exact bottom. Because what I do is actually, like, I look at a window. I call it, like, a window of opportunity, and it's pretty much now until the end of the year. Right? So if you were to just if you were to just average in from Yeah. Literally today to the end of the year, your average is is gonna be real good, you know, by the time we reverse. And, you know, like you're saying, you're waiting for confirmation. Right? But if I just average in from today, literally, to the end of the year, that average will probably be at a lot a way better price than, you know, most people who are trying to time this thing exactly.
[1:14:44] NatNat @Natnatx007: That's what I'm getting at. I am getting at at the whole timing thing because a lot of people do have it marked on their calendars. I've heard October 9. I've heard October 15. I've heard October 19. I don't know who... It wasn't me that muted.
[1:14:57] Kkoma @itskkoma: My bad.
[1:14:57] NatNat @Natnatx007: It's all all good. All good. My whole thing is be careful with trying to time it. Right? Because not... It has... The chart hasn't confirmed just yet. Right? It it would be... It is completely safer to wait for the chart to confirm that the bottom is in if it is in, and then we take it from there. Right? Because I've... I had a very interesting conversation last night with someone that has... That's been absolutely wrecked in the space, and he's new. Right? So he's been hearing... He's... And he's on x, and he's been seeing a lot of markets are bottoming in October. Markets are bottoming in in October. My thing to him... His question was, well, so how do we know with absolute certainty that the bottom is in October? How do we... And why October? Right? So we we we broke down why October. But in terms of the the bottom being in with absolute certainty, that is not the... I literally told
[1:15:52] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: him that
[1:15:52] NatNat @Natnatx007: there's no absolute certainty to Exactly.
[1:15:56] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Anyone that's been here long enough knows knows that or knows better. You know? But the probability of us being correct that, you know, we're near or at bottom of this cycle, know, that's a higher probability. K. Of course, you can't guarantee anything. But for most of us here, we're like, oh, yeah. This this... You know? And and for me also, the fact that we raised interest rates, and Bitcoin went up instead of going down, to me, that was a big... You know, like, wow. That that was interesting. And also the ten year yield, I don't know if you guys talked about this yet. Right? The ten year yield, you know, basically rising, and even that couldn't suppress Bitcoin. That's also like a like a like a, oh, okay. You know? So, yeah, those macro events that are are not affecting Bitcoin at all, and it's pretty much Bitcoin is giving a big middle finger to macro and saying, don't give a damn about your macro. I'm going up now. You know? That that says something.
[1:16:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: No. You're you're not you're not wrong. Bitcoin is strong. It's proven to be strong, especially recently. Right? My whole thing is with the absolute certainty and people writing down dates, it's more like, be careful and just wait for confirmation. That's all I have to say because it's really just the safest way versus an absolute date because absolutes will get you wrecked in this space.
[1:17:19] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: So so what are your guys... Okay. So here... Here's an interesting one I heard, in one of my groups. Do we long Bitcoin, or do we long Zcash?
[1:17:34] NatNat @Natnatx007: You long whichever one gives you the long confirmation. I
[1:17:40] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I was on the other side. I was like I was like, man, Zcash already ripped. I'll be shorting Zcash because they're already pumped, but... You know, I was on the other side. I was like, I'll be shorting Zcash and logging Bitcoin, but, hey. You know, whatever you guys wanna do, go for it. You know?
[1:17:56] Dave @DCBK2LA: Hey. So, Landy, I have
[1:17:58] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: a question. So I keep hearing higher prices fixes higher prices when it goes to oil and all the other stuff. What what do guys think about that? I don't I don't get it. Like, how does that make sense? Wait. What do what do you mean? Say that again, Kuhl, about the higher oil? Yeah. I'm saying, like, I I keep I keep hearing people talk about higher prices, fixed at higher prices. I mean, what does that mean? I don't I don't get it. Like, is it... It's it's not something about, the... It kills demand, and that will drop price down eventually, something like that, I think. Oh, you mean about the Federal Reserve raising the interest rate? Is that what you're talking about? For them raising the number? No. No. The the the the price of oil... Of of crude oil and and diesel. Oh, well, if they raise the price of oil, then that makes everything more expensive. Because think about it. Right? If you're having... If if you're... Think of shipping. Any product that you're shipping around the world cost more money to do that now because oil is more expensive. Oil oil affects all logistics, transportation. Literally, all all... Everyone always tries to think, like, oh, we're we're gonna go all green energy. You don't know what the hell you're talking about. It's all on oil. Right? Logistics. Like like, here in the bay. Right? Like, we have the port right here. Like, it's one of the... Like, here in Los Angeles is one of the largest ports, right, on the West Coast. This runs on oil. Like, I I see the oil tankers all day long come... Coming in and out. And... Yeah. So if if if they cost more oil, it... It's just... It really just is infrastructure cost and expenses. Right? If if you gotta... If you're accounting on your books just to... You know, for the cost of business rises for transportation cost, they're not gonna take that. They're gonna put that onto the buyer. Right? Put it right into the contract saying, nope. You know, we had to pay 10 percent more just to ship your product. Therefore, you're gonna pay, you know, 10% more or they'll mark it up even more, right, based on the demand and, you know, all the other factors that go into that. But to me, that would be the basic, you know, explanation of, you know, why oil... Why everything revolves around the oil's price.
[1:20:25] Dave @DCBK2LA: Good stuff. What else is good? Natalie, what's... Bitcoin has been on a little bit of a tear. We didn't get one of the Bitcoin analysis in a minute. What's the deal? 40 k? Full capitulation or what? The incoming?
[1:20:36] NatNat @Natnatx007: You know what?
[1:20:40] NatNat @Natnatx007: That is
[1:20:41] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Wow, Dave. Is that what you're waiting for? You're waiting for 40? You're still sidelined for 40 k Bitcoin.
[1:20:46] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yeah. 29... Well, DocNooNoo, and and that's at 29 and 30 k. So, like, I'm stuck here.
[1:20:51] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. We're stuck. We're both stuck,
[1:20:52] Moni @monitalan: like, waiting.
[1:20:53] NatNat @Natnatx007: So what I would say... And and, again, it goes back to just research. Right? We had an extensive conversation about this on on on Wolf Bitcoin. There is absolutely nothing that says that we cannot continue to go down. Can it still hit the 35 k? Sure. Is it more probable or less probable now? It's less probable, obviously. Right? But take it level by level. And I I I I think b... BTC is showing some incredible strength lately. And, well, global markets have been showing strength. And one important thing to note one important thing to note, and we covered this previously as well, when last time we got a rate hike, the markets perceived that very well, the stock market. Right? Last... For Bitcoin for Bitcoin, last time there was a rate increase for Bitcoin. It did great for a minute, and then it sold off. K? Not saying this time it's going to be the same. K? Because Bitcoin has been proven strong. What I would like to see is where the day... Where the weekly and the monthly closes. That would tell us a lot. Okay? Because if the weekly close... If the... Both the weekly and the monthly, if they close below 83 k, for me, I would be cautious. Right? Because it's closing below a key level on the weekly. So we have to just keep an eye out on where the weekly close. If we do close above those key levels and we just come down and solidify those as support and continue higher, absolutely. Right? I'm looking at $80.88 k to 90. As far as liquidity as far as liquidity is concerned, there's there's... It's very interesting. Right? Because it's... There's 10,000,000 at 90. There's another 10,000,000 at 93 k, and there's another 10,000,000 at, like, one or two. But liquidity is slowly, slowly increasing to the downside. As of right now, the liquidity is the heaviest to the upside, but with slight increases to the downside. So, again, I just want everyone listening here, not you alpha gamer, because I know you've been around for a long time, but those that are new to the space, just be very cautious. Wait for a chart to confirm... Wait for a continuation confirmation. Okay? Where the monthly closes will tell us a lot. Okay? And we're... And we're we're going into a very important quarter as well with midterms, so just be cautious.
[1:23:21] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: So so let me ask you this, Nat. Are you bullish or bearish on this last quarter?
[1:23:26] NatNat @Natnatx007: I'll be looking to buy to buying any opportunities that the market provides. Right? So if Bitcoin gets a flush, I'll be looking I'll be looking to go long on that flush.
[1:23:34] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Because because I'm I'm looking at, like, 68 to 69.
[1:23:38] NatNat @Natnatx007: You think we get that?
[1:23:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: I have... Yeah. Because, if... From what I'm looking at, I'm looking at an inverse head and shoulders pattern. I know a lot of people don't like patterns.
[1:23:50] NatNat @Natnatx007: Which time frame? Oh, on the weekly. On the weekly. No. I see.
[1:23:55] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: On the week... On the weekly. Yep. I see. Yeah. On the weekly.
[1:23:59] NatNat @Natnatx007: It hasn't formed yet. It has to go down to form. Right?
[1:24:01] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: No. It has not formed. But if it... But if we start going back down, the first the first shoulder, right, is around that 68, 69. So that's why I'm kinda looking at that as... You know? And it kinda lines up perfectly, actually. You know? But, again, you know, we're going into this last quarter. So that... That's why I was saying, like, I hope we get another big dip because that'll that'll probably be in. Right? Like, a couple more weeks, we drop, you know, some some nasty red candle to scare everyone. You know? And then you're gonna hear all the bears coming out saying, oh, 40 k. Here we come. You know?
[1:24:42] NatNat @Natnatx007: I do think if we drop 65 k, it's gonna get interesting. Right? I think it's 65 k would be that line in the sand for anything.
[1:24:49] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Or or a wick or... Yeah. Or or even, like, a, yeah, like, a body in a 69, but a wick down to 65. You know?
[1:24:56] NatNat @Natnatx007: Or closes... No. Closes below closes below 65 k. So, like, if we see the weekly You're candle gonna start...
[1:25:02] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: You're gonna validate... Yeah. You're gonna validate that very fast. I think once you get below, the... I think the head was around, like, 60.
[1:25:09] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yep.
[1:25:10] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: So, yeah, once we... If you get down under that, then we're invalidating structure.
[1:25:14] NatNat @Natnatx007: So Exactly. So that's why these levels matter. Right?
[1:25:18] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yep. I'm right there with you.
[1:25:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: Overall, it's gonna be very interesting to see how all of this plays out. Right? Because if we if we have a confirmation that the bottom is indeed in, then the the bear market has... Which... This bear market was shorter than previous. And they... And this goes back to something that Landy mentioned on the other space, and I'm pretty sure you... I'm not sure if you were there. Right? It's harder to time the bottom than it is to time the top.
[1:25:43] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yes. Yep. And and and another thing too is we have elections coming up. I know people like like to get political, but it is it it is something that affects Bitcoin and crypto, and it needs to be talked about. Right? Elections are coming. And, you know, if we get the anti crypto army, you know, back in power, you know, if we get another Gary Gensler or, you know, this whole thing can flip around real quick, You know? So that might be good enough to scare the markets, right, into, you know, pulling down there. So just something to keep in the back of your head.
[1:26:22] NatNat @Natnatx007: The other thing to keep in back of our heads too, Alpha Gamer, if you look at the the yearly on BTC, those two candles do not look the best. That yearly candle does not look the best. We need to go all the way up in order to to undo this candle. Do you see that setup? It is not pretty.
[1:26:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. Yeah. But that... That's that's... It... It's not... I don't think it's old enough for the yearly
[1:26:45] NatNat @Natnatx007: We have... We want... This is why this quarter is so important for the... For this particular candle. Right? Because Bitcoin... If you look back, Bitcoin has not had two yearly red candles. So if we close this year out... This candle out red, it's gonna be very interesting to see how it plays out because this will be the first time in Bitcoin history that we get those two back to back red candles on the yearly.
[1:27:07] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Yeah. I don't I don't know. I don't think so.
[1:27:10] NatNat @Natnatx007: It has to go here.
[1:27:11] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: Month. I'm looking at the monthly and... Yeah. The weekly and the monthly, I'm just like, yeah. We're we're looking good here. But, yeah, it does need to go back higher.
[1:27:20] NatNat @Natnatx007: To invalidate the Right.
[1:27:23] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: But if the four year cycle people are correct, then, you know, we're bottoming.
[1:27:29] Dave @DCBK2LA: Yes. Right?
[1:27:29] NatNat @Natnatx007: We're bottoming. And in q four, doesn't doesn't necessarily mean, like, October or a specific date. Right? But we're bottoming in q four. That's usually where the bottoming happens.
[1:27:39] AlphaGamer @AlphaGamer_sats: If we start seeing flow increasing, meaning that the four year cycle, OG Bitcoin people, know, they've been sidelined this whole time. Right? This is what they've been waiting for. They've been waiting for the four year cycle bottoming pattern. And, you know, now they're gonna start getting off the sideline. Right? When if you start seeing volumes start to increase and you start seeing the OG, the long term holders, right, start to make... Start to move, then that's something to, pay attention to.
[1:28:13] NatNat @Natnatx007: Yeah. I think what it what it comes down to for me... Great points, by the way. But I think for me, what I really wanna see is where this monthly candle closes. Right? Because Bitcoin is notorious for doing wicks, like big wicks, but the the body... The the candle body doesn't close until, like, further down or further up. Right? So it's notorious for doing wicks to the upside, wicks to the downside. But where the candle... Where the candle body closes, it's going to tell us a lot. Right? We need to see it close above 83 k.
